Zieg watched as the human was suddenly spliched in half, his plan of Hiro performing a sneak attack working. He stood up grinning at Hiro. "Nicely done H- BEHIND YOU!" Zieg exclaimed as his reiatsu flared, charged it and aimed and revolvers forward right above Hiro's head at hte center of the boulder. Zieg knew that Hiro wouldn't be able to outrun a boulder like that, plus it looked like an average boulder so their best option is to destroy it. "Hado Number 60, Gekiohishikon!" Zieg roared out swiftly, releasing a barrage of 20 bullets as he moved his revolvers upward in a circularly motion, the revolver chambers opening up and began charging reiatsu in the entirely empty chambers. At the same time, a large green circle of reiatsu formed around his revolver barrels and fired off a dozen, piercing green beams of energy. The beams all fired simultaneously and in a circular formation, each beam bending and aiming straight for the center of the boulder. Though it might damage the Boulder greatly, it would take effort from Hiro himself to completely get rid of the boulder that threaten to flatten them into human pancakes.

Hiro started dancing in place, turning around while the cracked up boulder was coming towards them. His whip quickly retracted back, turning into the sword form again. Hiro was dancing though. He was continuing to dance over and over again, probably because he was so cocky and didn't really take anything seriously. Then, Hiro took his blade, whirled it in a quick show off flourish to show his skill with it, and stabbed the tip straight into the most cracked part of the boulder, while it was only inches from Hiro and Zieg. The boulder shattered completely against Hiro's weapon. Hiro lowered the blade, and turned back to Zieg.
"Hey, before we continue, I need you to know something. You can have Kaigengoseki once we get there, and have to fight for it. I don't want it. That would be like relying on someone elses power. I want to become a Captain one day, maybe even the Captain Commander. I never plan to rely on the power that someone else hand created." Hiro slammed his fist into his chest. "My zanpakuto is the power that I created. It came directly from my soul. I'd just be some snotty weakling if I couldn't win just with my own strength." He held up his sword. "This here is the only partner I need."

Zieg watched as Hiro had, in an odd fashion, destroied the boulder completely, the chambers of his revolvers closing shut. Zieg looked in utter shock and surprise as Hiro announced his intentions for this mission. "I see, you are indeed an honorable shinigami, Hiro-san, and your connection with your zanpakuto is unique. As for me and Soshi Tanjuu, our strength alone won't be able to stop the Vizards, my intentions of the future are to serve under Captain Saix so your goals are indeed much higher then mine. I thank you for revealing your intentions and I see a grand future for you in the Gotei 13." Zieg stated coolly, closing his eyes briefley and opening them. Indeed, Hiro at emotional touched Zieg, he hadn't seen such spirit in a shinigami in a long time. He walked up to the right side of Hiro, lightly bumping his shoulder with his left fist. "You certainly have spirit, Hiro." Zieg commented with a grin before proceeding with him back to traveling through the maze to reach the blade. Now being assured that he would have his chance to fight to become master of the blade, Zieg was determined to strain himself past his limits to achieve victory.

As the two reached the blade, it soon became clear that there was another person waiting for them. No, wait. This one was much, much different from any of the others. The aura coming from this one was sickly, and weak. The Terrestrial Blade, Kaigenkoseki, was supposed to represent the Earth. So then why? Why was its aura so blackened, so dark? Why indeed was the man before them nothing but a bitter specter on a throne? The throne was half eaten, rotting wood. The one on it was a shriveled, almost dying old man with withered, wispy hair, and gray sunken eyes. The very image of loathing and pitiable, this man was. Kaigenkoseki looked up at Hiro and at Zieg. His eyes jumped from one to the next. "Be not discouraged...." he wheezed, coughing loudly. "My powers are not diminished...as...as you are surely thinking right now. My spirit is merely broken from a trial.....a trial unrelated to you....Come forth. The stronger...the stronger will have me with no quarrel. There is no time for...for such...Others approach." Indeed he was right. As he spoke, powerful presences were arriving.

Zieg's eyes half closed as he felt the weakened aura. Something wasn't right about it, why would there be a weak aura where one of the blades should be? Suddenly, he came into view of the blade's spirit, seeing him. To Zieg, he looked like an elder of a village. "Kaigenkoseki...?]" Zieg stated lowly, shocked to see what the spirit's state was currently. What became of him?" Zieg thought in his mind with concern,. The last two spirits he had encountered seemed to be in god-like states, displaying their power to the fullest. It seems something had happened to Kaigenkoseki in which he either didn't have time or didn't want to share with him and Hiro. Now wasn't the time to play a million questions. He turned, facing Hiro and at the same time, swung his right fist up. He released a loud shout, his reiatsu flaring through the area as he released it and slammed it into Hiro's head, aiming to knock him straight out. He didn't want to wound Hiro, they didn't have time for even a fight and plus it was the quickest way for a display of power. Since Zieg was in Shikai, the blade would be able to sense fully what his power was from his reiatsu release and his attack. Zieg took no time to waste, approaching the spirit of the blade swiftly while sliding his revolvers into their holsters. "Kaigenkoseki, if what you say of others is true, allow me to use you and rid them from your sights." Zieg stated clearly and coolly, his eyes focused intently with the blade, determination filling them. Left Revolver: 12/12 Right revolver: 12/12 Shikai: 5/10 Reiatsu: 1200/1650

"I'm afraid that I cannot give you that chance to use me." Kaigenkoseki said, instantly turning into a blade form. The blade wasn't majestic like any of the others. This one was a rusty old katana with a worn out hilt, and it looked like it was useless in terms of a melee battle. However, a violent aura could be sensed around it, even if nothing was visible. The blade was at Zieg's feet. A voice echoed. If you use me now, you will die. My powers are for an outdoor area only. Just then, several humans appeared out of nowhere. They all stared at Zieg, the knocked out Hiro, and Kaigenkoseki. What would happen now?
This blade does not have any techniques at all. It instead has a corrupting aura. It brings out flaws. This is the form of a purple smog, which the blade can release. Anything caught in the smog will have its flaws take hold. Flawed gems will shatter. Metal will rust instantly, and bones will wither, turning fragile, old, and black. Flesh will sag, and rot. Senses will be destroyed completely. Kaigenkoseki represents the Earth, in that everything within it is rotting as a result of human nature.

Zieg listened to the blade's words, looking down at it with focus. Indeed, he could literally feel its potential power from where he was standing and he did quell a light urge to use the blade right away that came up when he saw the spirit go into blade form. "I see, I don't doubt your power Kaigenkoseki, I will heed your words and won't use you just yet." Zieg stated lowly, taking the blade and sheathing it inside of his now empty sheath due to his shikai being released. "Seems I have a better chance now to prove my worth to you." Zieg murmered, glancing behind him as he saw the humans suddenly appear. It seemed now it was an all or nothing situation for him. He suddenly vanished, using shunpo and appeared next to Hiro, crouching and picking him up in one swift motion as he stood back up. "Ill get us out of here, I promise you this." Zieg stated with a grin on him, facing the humans with his feet spread apart, standing shoulder width. He wasn't regretting knocking Hiro out, he couldn't afford to do that. If he allowed doubt to settle in his mind, then it would be all for nothing. "YOUR IN OUR WAY!" Zieg roared as his eyes fully opened, aiming and firing in a spread shot with his left revolver, sending a bullet at each of the humans. Immediately after he fired, he shunpo'd once again, this time appeared a few meters in the middle of the air, running across the air ground at his full speed. By the time he appeared, his bullets would be close or already impacting the humans if they did not avoid or block the attacks. Zieg knew he had to push himself to the max, trying to escape with the blade and his fellow shinigami.

In an instant, all of the humans, around seven in total, blocked off Zieg's bullets by summoning their weapons. Each one had some kind of bladed weapon, and in that single instant of speed they deflected the bullets. Though Zieg had used Shunpo, all of the humans used some kind of step, or something along those lines, and moved towards Zieg at a relatively equal speed. He was still a good ways ahead though, and gaining some distance. That was until he was met face to face with a dark figure in a black hooded cloak. With the hood drawn up, covering most of the face, it was hard to see through the darkness. However, the figure reached up with scaly red hands to remove the hood. The man looked alien-like. His eyes were solid black, devoid of anything but that blackness. His head was long, gaunt. His ears were pointed like an elf, and his hair was white, wispy, hanging around his face and ears. His teeth were crooked, and sharp like fangs. His skin was also red and scaly, also partially wrinkled. Whoever this guy was, he looked like he was some sort of boss. To keep going, Zieg had to get past him. But he had to do it quickly, because the others were on his tail, and would catch up shortly.

Zieg skidded to a stop on the airground, seeing the dark figure that was squaring off against him. His eyebrow rose up in interest and surprise as he saw how the figure looked, looking demonic and vampiric it seemed. Zieg knew he had to do something, since the numbers game would overcome him if he didn't get rid of the humans first, since they seemed to be the lesser threat besides numbers. Plus, he couldn't have his attention divided against someone who looked as powerful as this demon-like figure did. Zieg flung his revolver into its holster as he swung himself around, shouting a kidous name and aiming his palm at where the humans were rushing from. "Hado # 88 , Hiryugekizokushintenraiho!" Zieg roared as he turned his body but kept his head turned, looking at the boss-like opponent that was there. He feared turning his back to him encase of a sneak attack. The kidou rushed through the pathway, extending towards the humans an incredible rate.
It took up the entire pathway, leaving no options for them to dodge because of the labyrinth's walls, plus the speed of the kidou would add in the factor of impact. Something like that couldn't be blocked by weapons either, sure bullets were easy to deflect with large weapons but an enormous blast required a barrier of some kind. An enormous explosion would occur, since the kidou would clash into the throne that the blade spirit was upon. This might even cause the labyrinth begin to collapse, which Zieg was aware of that consequence. Zieg panted heavily, turning his body back facing the demonic figure. It was obvious he was being worn down already, having use a high level kidou and carrying Hiro. He now was being fatigued, and only had a matter of minutes left until he wouldn't be able to continue on at his slowed speed, probably ending up going even slower. Another time factor would be if the labyrinth began collapsing, meaning Zieg needed to rush out of it crushed him and Hiro to death, along with trapping the blade. "Now I don't know who you are, but I don't really care. Get out of our way!" Zieg snarled coldly at the thing, obviously frustrated because of these obstacles that were facing him. "Kaigenkoseki, this one is different..." Zieg oddly thought-spoke to the blade, an eerie feeling coming over him as he focused on the creature, waiting to see if it would respond to him and if it didn't, then Zieg planned to attack it with everything he had. "Never underestimate your opponent; no matter how weak they way seem."
What Zieg had done in underestimation was assuming that he could kill seven enemies despite being a mere Vice Captain. Normally, it was possible with that high level Kido against low level enemies. However, it wasn't possible in this case, for there were seven of them, one of him. And, the Vizards would not have sent minions like this into the labyrinth if they were weaklings. If they could survive the traps, and could be trusted to attempt to get that blade, then obviously they weren't weak. They were all seated or stronger, probably even at Vice Captain level, which wasn't hard to reach when one was being taught by someone as strong as some of those Vizards, almost all of which were former Captains of the Gotei Thirteen. As a result, all seven humans were able to charge some kind of combination attack. Their reiatsu connected instant in all seven weapons, and they slashed simultaneously, sending a massive burst into the Kido. With a massive explosion, the two attacks canceled each other out, giving a massive wind that Zieg would have to brace.
The seven held each other in helping, so that the wind couldn't knock anyone away. From there, they backed off. They disappeared, vanishing. Zieg probably wouldn't figure out the reason or place, but they were heading to the exit of the Labyrinth, to ambush him if he got through. However, the reason why was because of the man before Zieg. This guy gave off a vicious aura, and the humans had gone ahead because they feared the possibility of being caught in the attack of their ally, who was clearly powerful enough that they felt they needed to get THAT far away from him to remain safe. The exit was indeed rather far at that point. The blast seemed to have had no effect on the one standing before Zieg, this evil looking demonic creature that could only be a true devil. He kept his gaze on Zieg, not speaking. His reiatsu indicated that he was human, but his aura indicated that he was strong and dark.
A casual air settled, a cold one at that. This was the air that would cause literally ANYONE to feel fear. Only the one generating it would feel no fear. He looked coldly at Zieg, his eyes staring forwards without blinking. He said nothing at all, for there was nothing to say yet, not at that moment. The air around them was getting colder and colder. It wasn't a power though. It wasn't some cold or temperature based ability. It was just that his aura naturally made it feel cold. There was no indication of his true abilities. "Move...?" he asked. "Make me."
This guy has a name. It's Caius. Look out. He's ridiculously strong, just an FYI. Every single one of Cais's limbs, for he is an Aeta Human, has a special power. The scaly appearance makes up his body attachments. He hasn't summoned a proper tail or head yet, though. All four limbs control a figment of Purgatory, which is to say, a power that would relate to purgatory. You'll find out later.

Zieg heard something clash against his attack, looking and seeing that it had been canceled out. He heard the torrents of wind beginning to roar through the area and he crouched down, bracing himself for it. AFtert he wind passed, he stood back up and focused on the aeta human that stood before him, baring his path. He felt a chill overcome his body and did have an ounce of fear in him from the aura the human was giving off. IT was completely unnatural but fear wasn't going to stop Zieg's determination and fighting spirit. "This guy..." Zieg stated in this mind, half closing his left eye as a single bead of sweat dripped down from the left side of his forehead while he bared his teeth. Zieg had never encountered an AETA human before, nor has he had to face any humans in his spiritual lifetime. Obviously, the appearance and aura of this human was a powerful one, even Zieg could sense this and the factor of fatigue would soon come into play, though the few moments of rest he had only barley helped him. "Gladly." Zieg growled, shrugging Hiro off his shoulder and to the side, against the labyrinth wall in a sitting position. "Bankai, Soshi Tanjuu!" Zieg roared as a pillar of his crimson red and aqua blue reiatsu engulfed him and his revolvers. A second later and the reiatsu blasted apart, revealing Zieg wielding a pair of two ,7.62mm GE M134 miniguns with two metallic cartridge belts coming out of both of them. The miniguns are about the size of a average human male's arm and weighed about 30 pounds. They had appear instantly in his hands, holding them by the grip, which is located directly in at the back of the miniguns. A few black leather straps appear on the backsides of the miniguns, strapping themselves around Zieg's shoulders and torso for support.
Zieg had his arms at his sides now and squeezed the triggers, the chainguns beginning to rev up, rotating around in a blur of movement. chose the element of lightning to be infused with his bullets. He locked on to Caius and squeezed the trigger, firing a wall of blazing yellow colored bullets. Each of these bullets moved at a stat speed of 400 and were made of both reiatsu and lightning. The bullets would have the similar shocking abilities that lightning would if they were to impact on the human. Zieg was well aware of the human's options now of defense, which came into the basic categories of attack, defense or avoidance. He anticipated that if the Human were to vanish from sight, he aim to attack Zieg's sides or back since Zieg did not stop firing from his chainguns.
