Well, a third time is the charm. Zieg walked through Karakura Town towards where the reports had came in that The Terrestrial Sword had been located in the Karakura Labyrinth. Zieg had never been there and faintly knew of its existence but knew that most Labyrinths were one, annoyingly deceiving, two, fairly long and three, possessed danger due to traps. Zieg's main concern was the traps, if there were any, due to his experiences in the Vizard's Mansion. He could only anticipated the traps in this Labyrinth, if there were any, that the traps would be similar or maybe even lesser then what he had encountered. He sighed to himself, closing his eyes as he remembered the last two times he had tried to obtain a blade. Zieg had already failed two times to capture a blade for himself, once for letting his chaotic side get the better of him and the second time for being outclassed and forced to give up to Captain Sayuri. Now however, it seemed that he would have a better chance, seeing the Shinigami who had bested him no longer needed another blade. He was focused on doing whatever it took to obtain the Terrestrial Sword, by any means necessary. True, it might cost him a arm and a leg, literally, but it will be worth it in the long run. Zieg didn't care at what cost or how much punishment his body will have to be put through to get it, he was going through with this with the willingness to sacrifice.

[OOC - Terribly sorry. I was very busy.]
[IC]
Hiro was already there, inside the labyrinth. He'd come with Zieg Revolver. Hiro was there for the Blade of Abhorrence. He didn't particularly think he'd be getting it, but he was pretty sure that he'd get close. He didn't know much about Zieg, but he'd heard stories. Zieg had fought against Espada, Captains, and high level Bount. He'd seen a large share of tough enemies. Zieg was known to have defeated a few mid level enemies, since he was also known to have lost to all of those high level enemies. From what records Hiro could dig up before coming on this mission, he pieced together that Zieg's usual partner in missions was Zanken Gairan. But apparently that Vice Captain couldn't make it this time, so they'd sent Hiro. Hiro wasn't being cocky or anything-well he was, though that wasn't the point-but he had always believed he was the strongest Vice Captain. Even now he thought that.
No offense to anyone else, but Hiro really didn't think that any of the other Vice Captains could beat him. He also knew that he'd have to fight Zieg for the Kaigengoseki blade if he wanted it. So he was going to play it friendly for a bit and analyze the Vice Captain that was with him as they walked through the labyrinth. He also knew that, when people were seeking out the swords, they tended to reveal themselves very easily. The issue was that the last two swords had been in some rather bad locations. First on Venus, and then deep under the sea with pressure. If not for the work of the Squad 12 Captain, the Gotei probably wouldn't have gotten the Blade of Hell. The Vizards had interfered the first time, because they lacked the equipment to go to Venus. They hadn't interfered with the second shot, though Hiro wasn't sure why. This time, he wouldn't put it past them to be here, because this was just a maze. There was nothing dangerous about this place besides occasional traps. He was expecting enemies as he followed Zieg.
Indeed, Hiro was right. His thoughts were proved correct. Though Zieg and Hiro didn't sense it yet, deep inside of the maze, enemies awaited them. Of course, they were nothing but measly Vice Captains. What good were they compared to Vizards? The truth was, Zouma had already discovered who was being sent. He didn't even think that it was worth it to send a Vizard. Instead, there were numerous humans scattered around the maze, searching for Zieg and Hiro. They were going to end up fighting against these humans, and of course it wasn't going to be very pleasant for the two of them. Under his command, Zouma had managed to get around eight humans, and he'd equipped them with very advanced technology, C-weapons, and other things. Plus, in combination with their own abilities, these humans could prove to be very deadly.
One such human found Hiro and Zieg early on, confronting them at a narrow corridor within the labyrinth. There was nowhere to run or fight other than that corridor. One could move only forwards or backwards. The human in question had his arms folded. He had brown hair in a crew cut, hazel eyes, and a tan. He was actually short, around 5'4, and he looked rather Asian, and teen-like. He had a Ling Chao mustache growing thinly, in a wispy way that was barely visible. He wore a dark blue t-shirt, and black jeans, along with black sneakers. He wore on his wrist a silver bracelet with a pentagram dangling from it, and he had his arms folded. Surprisingly, he was rather muscular for a kid that looked to be around 14 or 15. He was broad shouldered, and actually looked like a challenging opponent. Zieg and Hiro should be careful, quite obviously. That meant they shouldn't underestimate the human, for they had never before battled humans. The both of them would be in for a surprise.

Zieg glanced back at Hiro, seeing that he was still following him. He had heard little about this vice captain but that was it, there was very little to know about him. Zieg had only met him literally one time, which was dozens of years ago, and now Zieg was one of the stronger vice captains in the Gotei 13. In his opinion, it seemed the strongest of the vice captains went Zanken, Zieg, Rin then Hara. He gave Zanken the number one spot due to his zanpakuto's abilities and style of fighting. He couldn't really rank Hiro since he hadn't seen what his abilities were but now that they were on a mission together, he could judge him. The reason for not liking him already was due to rumors of his cockiness. Hopefully, it wouldn't be a problem during this mission but if it did, the problem would arise for Hiro for to get on Zieg's bad side meant severe consequences. He looked back forward and came to an abrupt stop, seeing the being before him and Hiro. "Hmm, doesn't seem to be a Vizard and he can't be a Arrancar...maybe a quincy even? Either Bount, Quincy or Human..." Zieg thought inside his mind, contemplating what this guy was. Whoever he was, he seemed strong. "Lock and Load, Soshi Tanjuu!" Zieg exclaimed, his zanpakuto flashing for a instant then split off into a pair of silver revolvers, each appearing in his hand. "Lets see how you handle this, lets go Hiro!" Zieg shouted as he swung his arms up, aiming and firing off a single, condensed, reiatsu bullet at the human out of his left revolver, the bullet traveling at a stat speed of 400. Left Revolver: 11/12 Right revolver: 12/12 Shikai: 1/10 Reiatsu: 1450/1650
"C'mon my rad blade! Release!" Hiro exclaimed, flipping over Zieg after the fellow Vice Captain of Hiro's fired that bullet. He ran after the bullet. Okay, Hiro wasn't as fast as the bullet, but if he used Shunpo he'd be faster! He used Shunpo to get to the human after he landed in front of Zieg and took three steps, so that the bullet would still arrive first. "Go go go!" Hiro shouted as his sword hilt turned curved, sort of hook-like. The blade became covered in yellow reiatsu, glowing and humming with energy. While the human was taking the bullet into account, he wouldn't notice that Hiro was attacking until a couple of seconds before.
Hiro was already there, his blade soaring towards the human. What the human probably didn't realize was the shape of Hiro's weapon. That hooklike handle required an altered grip, which also slightly altered the angle and position of the blade. So because of that Hiro would have his attacks just a fraction of a degree away from what the opponent was expecting, enough to sometimes slip past their guard, and always outmaneuver and confuse them in battle. If the human tried to block, it was highly likely that Hiro's blade would slip past the guard and land a deep gash across the shoulder. He wasn't screwing around, after all. Hiro didn't like doing that. "Quién coño eres tú?" he asked. His shinigami robe was open just enough to show his t-shirt underneath. In bold on the t-shirt, the words "HIRO KANAME" were planted. It was a t-shirt about Hiro.
The human's wristband suddenly transformed into a large claymore, which he took a two handed grip on. He raised it into a heavy spin first to block the bullet, and then to shove his blade against Hiro's. Unfortunately, the blade squeezed past the human's defense, and nicked his shoulder. The human cried out, rolling away, but kicking Hiro forwards as he moved away. He began sprinting towards Zieg, spinning his blade so that Zieg couldn't intercept him with bullets. He appeared to be faster than Hiro, so Hiro wouldn't be able to catch him through running. It was rather unfortunate, but this guy was apparently able to fight two Vice Captains at once. Then again, it had barely been six or seven seconds. The battle was young. It remained to be seen if this guy was a match at all.

Zieg grinned as the human approached him, firing off two more bullets from his left revolver at him. Seeing that these weren't effective, "I have to keep his attention on me long enough for Hiro to get in past his guard." Zieg thought through his mind, pointing his revolvers forward and turning them so they were aimmed horizontally. "Bakudo Number 37, Tsuriboshi." Zieg stated, sweeping his arms to the sides as a ball of blue energy flew out his revolvers. It then instantly that fired out six ropes from its center, the ropes attaching themselves to the nearby labyrinth walls and a large, flat elastic-like cushion forming infront of Zieg, completely blocking him out of view. After casting the kidou, he glide backwards a few meters, gaining distance and fired off two more shots, one from each his revolvers. This in total took about two seconds, giving the human time to reach and slash through the net that Zieg had created, which was mainly used as a distraction. He then fired off a single shot, this time aiming at the right leg of the human, or at least where the last time he had seen the human's right leg since there was the possibility of him moving. Left Revolver: 10/12 Right revolver: 10/12 Shikai: 2/10 Reiatsu: 1400/1650
"Never underestimate your opponent; no matter how weak they way seem."
The human continued his movement forwards, carving through the net. His continued blade movements cleared out the bullets as well. Of course, while Zieg had used this as a distraction, this guy was still much faster than Hiro was in terms of running speed. Even with the delay, Hiro couldn't respond by running to catch up on time. He would never get into sword range, that much was clear. So, the human was set to continue moving forwards with his spinning blade, aiming to carve up Zieg. Of course, this didn't mean he was invincible, but he was sort of like an unstoppable rhino. He cleared through everything in front of him like it was nothing. Essentially, the guy was single minded, and therefore singularly skilled. He was a low level enemy that was being sent in early on to gauge the power of Zieg and Hiro. If he killed one or both of them, that was just a bonus. If he failed to kill either of them, then whoever had sent him still got some useful data on their powers. Whoever was doing this was clearly some kind of strategist.

Hiro used Shunpo to get behind the human when he was slowed down to cut the net. But the human was really fast, so by the time Hiro could slash, the human would be out of range because of the running. Hiro decided that there was no way he'd ever be in blade range of the person. He should just give up in using a blade against this human. That speed just didn't work in Hiro's favor. So instead, Hiro was going to do something even better. Instead of stupidly using his sword, Hiro would just use another function that he had. He quickly clicked a switch on his sword's handle, and slashed out at the human while that human was running away.
He'd still be in range of what was coming when it lashed out. What lashed out wasn't a blade, for the blade had elongated and become fluent in its snake-like patterns. The movement had some red energy along with the yellow, ketchup and mustard attack. What had once been a blade was no longer a blade, but a whip. The whip energetically soared outwards. It was several meters in length, so the human couldn't get away on time even with his run. Since he couldn't get away, the whip would slice him in half when it reached, since that was its purpose. It could bind, but it was mostly used to slice with greater efficient range, and more exotic patterns than what was usually used by people. People weren't used to whips, after all.
The human gasped, and was suddenly spliced in half. Well, at the very least, Hiro and Zieg had come up with some rather decent teamwork. But in the meantime, a giant boulder was suddenly rolling up from behind Hiro, out of nowhere. If it reached Hiro and Zieg, the giant boulder would flatten the both of them. Oh crap, it was one of those Goonies traps. Stupid Goonies. It was a rock though, so it should be fairly destructible, though it might take a few hits to bring it down. It depended on who attacked it, and where it was hit most likely.
