Rules for Posting
1. When you are playing against or with friends, you are posting the actions of your character in a third-person story format. Before playing, you and your friends must decide on a Posting Order. A Posting Order is the order in which all of you post. For example, Anon2 is first, so he will be posting first. Anon1 is next, so he will be posting after Anon2, and the process restarts. You will be taking your assigned turns to post, so posting "Out Of Turn" (OOT), will get you disqualified from the thread.
2. A common paragraph is 5-12 sentences long or at least four lines of length within the post. If they are any shorter, the paragraph does not count or will be combined with another short paragraph during the grading process. A post should be at least two paragraphs, though you can have as many as you want beyond that. Please be sure that it is an appropriate length. At least two paragraphs are required in a single post with no exceptions. Any post that falls short will be ignored during grading. These rules also apply to all thread types.
3. If you wish to make a point in a post rather than in a chat, then please label your statement as "OOC" for "Out-Of-Character" when posting in a non-RP manner. If you want to continue the post as your character afterwards, please label the following text as "IC" for "In-Character." This makes it easier for the other players to follow. Alternatively, you can break up the portion that is OOC versus the portion that is IC so long as it is extremely clear that these two sections are separate.
4. Posts must use complete sentences and proper spelling and grammar to the best of your ability. If other people can't understand a post because it is severely lacking in any of these three things, you may be asked to fix it immediately.
5. Dialogue and thoughts should be colored with each having their own respective color. For example, the action text is the default while thoughts are green and dialogue is red. Thoughts must be italicized as opposed to placed within "quotation marks" like dialogue. The general post, actions and fighting and whatnot, must be left in the default text color. If you command multiple characters, the dialogue colors for each must be different, as should the thought colors so long as you are using both characters within the same thread.
6. When you first make an introduction into a thread, you must put your Stats and Skills at the end of the thread in a spoiler. It will be easier for people to refer to that later and compare their abilities to yours. At the end of a post, you must state your remaining Reiatsu if you have used up any within that post. If you have somehow had your Stats changed inside the thread, a new spoiler must be added at the end of the post with the new numbers to show the change. For example, if someone slows you down with a technique to make you slower, you must post your new Speed Stat. If you get stronger because of a drug or technique, you post your new Strength Stat. Additionally, place the techniques you used and how much Reiatsu they spent at the end of a post with a spoiler.
7. Rule of Skip - In the event that a thread is moving too slowly, players are allowed to skip the individual who is unable to post so long as that individual and the thread leader (DM, GM, or otherwise) consent. Alternatively, if the established time lapse between posts has been broken, then the person whose turn it was who failed to post within that given lapse can be skipped automatically. This is purely to continue the thread, and the skipped player will be allowed to post again on their next turn in the given posting order. This rule applies to thread leaders, as well, so long as their post is not imperative to the thread.
