Squad 4 Official Training Exercise- Iroka and Fuuko do Yonbantai training.
To Serve and Protect- Iroka goes on a mission with Hiroto Benjiro and Satoshi Fuuko to save a captive Shinigami and retrieve Division 12 equipment.
Seireitei Slam- Sinister Reign- Iroka burns the mighty Kitai (unintentionally, to be fair) and lives to tell the tale... okay actually she just helps to ward off an invasion attempt by the mad inventor.
Sibling Rivalry- Iroka challenges Fuuko for the right to become Vice Captain and loses.
Hunting Fish with Arrows- Iroka fights Ghost, a Quincy to a stalemate, and one she only agrees to because she is a pacifist.
Telltale Heart- Fuuko does not feel fit to be Vice Captain, and gives Iroka her blessing to become the VC.
Addendum: Although Iroka is not the strongest in Division 4, she is arguably the most skilled healer in all of Seireitei. For a Division that does not rely on combat prowess, that should be enough to earn her her promotion. And yet, everyone who has gone toe-to-toe with Iroka cannot deny that she can hold her own in a fight. Besides, we all know we need more cute Vice Captains.
