as soon mitsuko perceives herself in mortal danger an alter ego Kurage emerges from the murky depths of the Deep. Kurage is mostly a defence mechanism and thus will never actively submerge Mitsuko without her permission whether conscious or not. Kurage's focus is little more than survival and This is most obvious with her almost immediate stillness in comparison to the once jovial and expressive Mitsuko. The movements of what one would perceive as a woman are fluid, rhythmic, yet despite this have distinct, minimalistic rigidity much like that of a spider, ruthless and efficient. Contrasting heavily with the dark haired beauty this creature portrays itself as, its activation of Yaseishin rapidly accelerates her colony's natural breeding processes leading to extremely rapid malformation and mutation further increasing her madness.

It only takes the creature a couple of moments (2 turns) before it is fully overwhelmed by the chorus and becomes fully Kurage of the Deep. Kurage will actively seek to consume the biomass of any creature that poses a threat to its main body and will exclusively attack without trickery. Whether a punch, kick or something far more sinister as stringing or slashing, Kurage will exclusively go in for the kill and tends to primary aim for legs or arms in order to disable her opponent. As the Yaseishin transformation fully takes hold the body of the creature spills out like a viscous mass of wailing fleshy masses. The ghostly apparitions tear outwards randomly, viciously and without the calculated efficiency of before, she, no they are hungry for reiatsu.

No longer restricted by a humanoid form the body will rapidly transfigure and mutate based on what it needs moment to moment. Much like a jellyfish the totemic siphonophore of the Shin'en no Josei primarily rely on venoms in order to trap and consume their foe. This clan's Yaseishin uses its ability to stimulate colony production to repurpose structures for otherwise inefficient biological adaptions such as barbed scales to create defensive plating or increasing gastric acid production on certain points of its mostly amorphous form to digest sections of skin and Reiatsu to repurpose as biomass. With its ability to adapt and its vicious intensity Kurage should be a formidable and ruthless opponent prove quite the challenge to enemies in a melee range. While it is able to extend limbs and rapidly move these are usually quite easily overcome by a ranged approach.

Disturbing is probably the most apt description of the Shin'en clan's Yaseishin form as they overstimulate the reproduction cycle of their flesh colonies. Despite its overall alien nature this is the warped result of a group ofThe guise of distinct and perfectionistic physical beauty the Shin'en no Josei wear is a carefully constructed illusion. The outer layer of their flesh are colonies of independent cannibalistic creatures mutated selectively allowing the mimicry of human flesh. When the layer has lacerations or dehydrates it reveals the mostly transparent gelatinous form. Below the surface is a strange amalgamation of jumbled organs resembling that of a humans just with a lack of order or distinct connections to the gelatinous tissue around it. The mostly humanoid skeleton hidden within contrasts heavily with the almost alien nature, it presents many extra joints and angled, almost chiseled, sections around the larger parts like the skull and ribs. 

Mitsuko's particular manifestation of Yaseishin has been tainted by her father's Akki heritage, all but the progenitor have sporadic mutations granting a large sense of independence and individuality amongst her colonies. As the progenitor is the only sane individual in a chorus of monstrous clones the activation of increased production rapidly deteriorates Mitsuko's sense of self as the influx of new voices to an ever screaming cacophony only drowns out her control further. Without being able to directly control her clone production the new fake flesh has a cancerous, sickly texture with viscous purple slime secreted from below the "skin." Despite its viscosity the liquid leaks out in torrents from any produced eyes or mouths, and yet, the colonies resembling faces periodically moan, weep and scream in agony as the overproduction of gastric juices and venom burns is mixed throughout their forms. The slime has a sickly sweet acrid aroma and a distinct visual sizzle as it slowly drips onto surfaces other than Mitsuko herself.

summary

An amorphous colony of gelatinous, ravenous clones spill forth from her body like a tide of decayed flesh. This pulsating genesis contorts to morph and form many useless, almost cancerous, creations that moan independently in agonized calls of terror. Each individual cell of Mitsuko is a specialized clone from a single progenitor that controls the otherwise independent colony. Such control is only capable through reishi manipulation, dominating and controlling the hive under a singular Ego; The Abyssal Emissary.

While under the effects of this Yaseishin transformation the production of clones and their specialized features is drastically increased resulting in rapid adaption to threats. The colonies can be mutated at will resulting into the natural weapons such as nematocysts, digestive enzymes, barbs, and even natural armour all through the power of redistribution of biomass and design.

Fukai Niku uses the Progenitor's telepathic signal to control masses of individual creatures known as Flesh Colonies to great effect.

User generates one Flesh Colony for every one Spiritual Pressure.
FC = SP
FC is considered a total pool from which all transmutations (TM) of flesh use as a primary resource.
All TM require a sacrifice of equivalent FC to create Flesh Colony Creations of desired design, this value can never exceed total FC. 
TM are permanent unless specified otherwise.
Max TM in a round is equal to 20% of FC.
FC have access to properties from a pool and each has its own costs and effects as follows;

The most basic form of flesh this is what Kurage Mitsuko's pool will consist entirely of before Yaseishin has been activated. It replicates either the general idea of human or siphonophore flesh but is colonies of individual, very simplistic, creatures controlled through a complex network of reiatsu signals and consumption. Simple flesh is effectively redundant flesh and is supplementary to all actions but incapable of initiating on its own.

TM 4 random FCC at the end of the user's turn until FC is equal to or lower than Instinct.
All FCC created this way are considered Malformed.
All MFCC reduce max FC by their total cost to TM until they are destroyed or expire.
MFCC Expire upon Yaseishin end. 
All MFC are given random FCP from the FCPP and the inability to be TM.
MFC reduce MTM of the next round by an equivalent amount.
Exceeding the 20% is impossible and will use the generated MFCC in order of most to least expensive. 
Left over MTM is converted into Malformed Simple Tissue until the 20% threshold has been reached. 

The Progenitor is in a state of perpetual bioluminescence giving a pulsating glow, similar to that of vein webbing, to the colonies around it. This purple glow becomes almost entirely imperceptible once it has reached an inch away from the progenitor to all but the keenest of eyes. This telepathic link is visible to those with senses or energy sense equal to half that of the Spiritual Power of the user.  When noticed it becomes apparent that the pulsation is similar to a heart.  lighting up the internal body of the user and revealing a lack of organs, or any real structures for that matter, with each beat. Landing a strike on the progenitor results in instincts becoming 0 for that round.



Upon activation of Deep Flesh the user converts all reiatsu used into Flesh Colonies (FC) at a 1:1 Ratio for as long as Yaseishin remains active. 

All biological mutations made through Flesh Colonies (FC) are called Flesh Designs (FD). 
All Flesh Designs (FD) use a Creation and core Aspect in order to define their function.

"忌まわしい体" (Imawashii Karada)

For the duration of Yaseishin whenever the user is forced to do checks for the purposes of overcoming an effect or status it may substitute the targeted statistic with Spiritual Pressure. Invocation of Imawashii Karada creates two MFCC in response. This technique generates 10% of MTM as Simple Tissue repurposing existing TM if maximum FC has been reached.
