Bala Fulminante [Fulminant Bullet]
Technique Class: 2
Technique Type: Bala
Technique Cost: 100 per post of charge.
Description: This Bala starts at 37.5% of the user's Reiatsu Strength (100 would be 37), and at 400 speed, far weaker and slower than even your usual Bala. However, it can be charged for up to 4 posts, including the first cast. Each one will double the Reiatsu Strength and Speed of Bala Fulminante. As such, the numbers go: 37.5%, 75%, 150%, 300% of the user's Reiatsu Strength (100 would be 300 at max charge), and 400/800/1600/3200 projectile speed. Furthermore, the class applicable to Bala Fulminante during a clash will depend on charge posts as well (8/6/4/2). When Mastered, there is no glow, no sound, no indicator that can be picked up from Senses that tells you Bala Fulminante is being prepared, other than what can be picked through Energy Sensory.
Drawbacks: Lengthy charge time to be of actual use, as it's weaker or equal to a normal Bala in power until two posts of charge have elapsed, and slower until the third. Partially charged versions suffer a class drop, too. No Bala and Cero (including variations) can be cast while charging; priorly cast ones are not affected by this limitation. Those with a basic 50 Energy Sensory can easily tell that the attack is being charged, and have ample time to take measures against it, as they can feel its power steadily rising. Also, despite its (potential) destructive power, this is not a huge blast with an area of effect like Gran Rey Cero; in fact, it's the same size of a normal Bala, so Caballero will want to target a weakpoint to make the attack count.
Finally, after being fired, Bala Fulminante has half as many posts of cooldown as it was charged, meaning if it was used after charging it for 4 posts, the user cannot start charging a second Bala Fulminante for another 2 (this effectively separates full-power usages by 6 posts each), severely limiting its usage in combat.

Saber Filo - Centella [Edge Lore - Scintilla]
Technique Class: 3
Technique Type: Saber Filo, Relámpago, Custom Hollow Technique
Technique Cost: 50/75/100 on top of the current Relámpago step, if chanining 0/1/2 steps before respectively
Description: Centella is Caballero's partial step technique, massively boosting the speed of a single Filo strike by as much as the Relámpago step used as a base. That is, x13 without empowering, x15 when empowered, x20 when chaining 1 step, x25 when chaining 2.
Drawbacks: Requires a pre-existing Filo weapon, and 2 SkP in Saber Filo. Continued repetitive usage will fatigue Caballero. Caballero cannot chain further Relámpago steps after using Centella, so they cannot step in, hit, and step back out. Using a chained Relámpago as a base will require spending 2 Focus stacks instead of 1, eating through Caballero's resources really fast if they want the maximum speed for the swing. Momentum of the strike can't be stopped due to sheer speed of the technique.
For example, a x25 boost will require spending 4 Focus stacks and a total of 600 Reiatsu. Furthermore, since Focus stack generation requires a post of non-offensive action due to Focalizar, and this technique counts toward the maximum step technique uses per post, achieving this maximum speed requires a lot of prior preparation.

{Relámpago}Technique Name: Relámpago [Lightning]
Technique Class: 3
Technique Type: Custom Hollow Technique, Step
Cost: 100 per step, with an extra 50 if compounded
Description: Caballero's imitation of Shunpo and Sonido, utilizing the incredibly dense Reiatsu that forms their body. By autotomizing, compressing and detonating said Reiatsu forming their feet, they launch themselves forward, drastically increasing their speed by x13 for a single step. The detonation has a sound similar to thunder, hence the name of the technique.
Focalizar effect: Base step speed is magnified to x15. The even more concentrated Reiatsu available after Focusing (in the form of Focus stacks) allows Caballero to chain steps that compound upon the speed of the previous step, allowing for drastic rhythm changes. Each compounded step adds an extra x5, up to a maximum of x25. However, each compounded step consumes an extra 50 Reiatsu. For example, chaining 3 steps for the maximum speed boost would cost 3 Focus stacks, and 400 Reiatsu (100+150+150).
Drawbacks: Relámpago is limited by the number of step techniques that can be used per post. Compounding steps can quickly drain Focus stacks, as well as Reiatsu. Caballero cannot choose whether to spend a Focus stack on Relámpago if they have at least 1.
