Tap. Tap. Tap.
The sound of Saburō's cane echoed down the sidewalk as they made their way further down the Karakura Shopping District. It had been six solid months since they'd last visited Karakura Town; it was quite the experience, all things considered. Everything seemed almost lively for the midday atmosphere; lord, how they had missed it. Especially after having spent the last half a year in New York City.
"Quite a rude lot, those ones," they spoke to themselves, muttering their thoughts on the people they'd encountered.
If nothing else, they were glad to be back in Karakura Town. Though, it left them rather curious as to what their friend was going to say when they had arrived at their destination. Naturally they couldn't stay for too long; they had a few places to hit up now that they were back in Japan, but a certain little hole-in-the-wall place piqued their interest quite a bit, all things considered. At least, seeing what Ailene had done with the place was their main priority.
And, in due time? They'd made their way to the shop. Gently pushing the door open, allowing the little bell atop the door to ring out softly to announce their arrival, Saburō walked up to the counter. They found themselves greeted by a shorter girl; one that wore glasses, and had a rather delightful shade of pink in her hair. Perhaps she was into the pop scene around here? It had been hard to say; very few people tended to have that kind of appearance to them.
"W-welcome to Regina!" She spoke, almost tripping over her words, "what could I get you this afternoon?" Giving the girl a soft smile, Saburō looked over the menu for a short moment, before chuckling softly to themselves. "That Hell's Delight certainly looks interesting; might I get that?" With a quick nod of her head, and scurrying behind the counter, the girl responded. "Coming right up!"
Taking the opportunity to head over to the nearby tables in order to sit down, Saburō let out a soft grunt of frustration as they lowered themselves into the seat. The human form they'd taken up certainly didn't come without its problems; this rather awful arthritis seemed to be some of the worst of it for the time. Regardless, it seemed that the girl behind the counter was more than kind enough to bring them their order.
"H-here you go!" she spoke with a slight bow of her head, "I hope everything is to your liking! Feel free to pay at your convenience; last thing I'd ask is for you to get up from your seat again!" With another soft chuckle, Saburō pulled out a 1,000 yen bill, before handing it to the girl. "It's no concern at all, dear; please, keep the change. Though, could you do me a favor and ask Miss Haschiro to meet me out here? Let her know that a Maxi Rascon wants to see her again after a while."
Nodding her head immediately, and making her way back behind the counter to cash out Saburō, the girl smiled all the while before heading into the backroom for a moment. "Miss Ailene!" She called, "someone wants to speak with you! Said the name was 'Maxi Rascon'? They've already ordered n' have been fully served!"
