All the Beautiful Snacks [Rampage DP]

[Colina Conejita]

The morning was brisk and the sun was just peeking over the horizon as the school bell rang through the air. Students were gathering like a herd of animals towards the entrance of the school. High above the school building itself, to the spiritually aware, the sky began to rip and pull open wide to a blackened space. The Kumon in the sky revealing the Garganta inside and making way for the one who pulled the way open from Hueco Mundo. Out stepped a six foot tall Adjucha that looked almost completely white with the exception of the eyes. The eyes almost looked human, however the color of the irises were blood red and a darker than black pupil in the center of them. The face of this Adjucha was completely smooth and without features but one. The nose looked like that of a rabbits, upturned and small with two holes where nostrils should be.

The arms of the Adjucha were skinny from the shoulders to the elbows but quickly thickened, becoming like massive trunks and rounded at the end. There were fingers on the end, clawed tips protruding from the round ends of the arms and looked as if they couldn't grasp onto something easily. The claws came out at five inches at the shortest, being the thumbs and pinkies, and six inches at the longest point of the middle fingers. Colina's legs were the same, being thin closer to her body and thickening out at the ends. The only difference to the arms is that her feet were like a rabbit's and massive, taking up a large space beneath her and making her look more animalistic. There would be no doubt that she was more than an average hollow for anyone who looked at her.

Colina looked down at the crowd of children of the Karakura Public School system and sniffed at the air. Her featureless face lifted slightly and her mask split, revealing a wide mouth with rows of razor sharp teeth. She almost looked like a PEZ dispenser that came from the nightmares of the children she now hunted, two large bunny rabbit ears drooping off the top of her head to complete the image. "The voices stopped. I am the Lord of my own body again. But still... I'm hungry!" Colina leapt off the platform of air she stood and dived down towards the school. She was rocketing towards whatever smells hit her first and she truly smelled something strong and powerful. And more importantly, tasty.

As she fell into the school, crashing through the roof, she heard the school's alarms for fire go off. She seemed to have tripped an alarm with all the dust and smoke she caused by crashing through the roof and creating all of the debris from the ceiling. She focused and sniffed at the air and turned just in time to dodge what seemed to be like a set of hair pins. She could sense them easily however as they had been spiritually charged and could most definitely hurt her. "Not one more step villain!" Colina snapped her head in the direction of the tasty smell and the loud voice. There, she saw a female teacher in a jogging suit of green. This teacher was also extremely muscular and had a bowl cut for hair, the set completed with two large bushy eye brows.

Colina rolled her eyes and launched herself forward at the teacher who was spiritually aware of her and swiped at her with her left paw. The claws sliced into the teacher's right arm and left it barely hanging together by the sinew that remained attached. Blood poured out and caused the teacher to scream out in terror, but Colina didn't much care for the sound that left the woman's throat. Instead, Colina launched forward and buried her teeth into the woman's throat, clamping down and cutting off the air from escaping through the vocal cords. This stopped any further screaming, pleasing Colina's ears, and Colina continued to feast on the flesh of the spiritually powerful soul inside this teacher.

[Akando Bena]

Sniffing the air to look for some food, Akando caught a scent. Following his nose it leads him to a sand dune, on the other side the Wendigo can see a strange looking Hollow. Tilting his head to the left he watches as it begins opening a Garganta. Realizing this is more than likely going to lead to food, the beast activates Shadowy Presence causing the darkness to envelope him. 

Following quickly behind Colina, she may not even notice the Shadow following behind her if she doesn't have 200 Senses or ES. Keeping close to the rabbit Akando would begin salivating as he thinks about feasting. Though he's silent the untraceable odor would still be following Colina, probably causing her to wrinkle her rabbit nose. 

The end of the tunnel coming up Akando slips out right after Colina. It seems they are near some form of school building, which means many snacks are inside. It seems the opposing Hollow took a more direct approach, crashing straight through the ceiling of the school building. That's when the Wendigo noticed a Human with a strange silver cross necklace glinting in morning sun walk into the building.

Jumping down to follow behind that Human, Akando deactivates his Shadowy Presence while sticking to the shadow. Turning a corner he spots them again, this time there was something different. The Human now held a glowing bow of reiatsu up, keeping it pointed forward as he glances around for the Hollow he sensed. That's when the Wendigo would make his move, moving at 600 speed stopping directly behind them he would forces his claws to protrude farther out. With his longer and harder claws he would slash downward with the raised left claw, scrapping the Quincy's back.

The Quincy managed to notice Akando at the last second, causing him to only take a minor scrape instead of a deep one. "There you are, filthy beast. I thought I smelled something Foul!" While speaking the Quincy gets back to his feet and points the bow towards Akando. Reading the guy's intentions easily enough, he closed the distance and grabs the Human's right wrist. Once grabbed he crushes the guy's wrist without hesitation, making the man let out a scream of pain.

In order to ensure the Quincy doesn't have time to recuperate, Akando slashes his neck with a right claw swipe. The man didn't even bleed out before the Hollow started feasting on him. Crushing and gulping flesh and bone done as fast as he could manage. This barely satisfied he never ending hunger, in fact the moment the meal was finished the hunger returned to full potency. In a raspy voice Akando says one simple fraise, "I must find more food..."

The shadows become friends to some and enemies to others but those with an unusual bond with the shadows gain special benefits from it. Wendigo like many other creatures classified as Cryptids tend to prefer the company of shadows or the blanket of night, they are not afraid of being in the light however and have no repercussions from it. The biggest difference however is that only a few of said Cryptids gain the ability to manipulate the shadows and Wendigo is one of them.



Controlling the shadows allow him to cause them to cover him, thus allowing him to blend in nearly perfectly into the surroundings. Those with less than 150 Senses or ES won’t be able to notice him. For each rank in the stealth skill the Senses or ES required to notice him raises by 50 up to a maximum of 350 (4 ranks in Stealth).



How to use technique (How is it activated?): Channeling reiatsu into any shadow Akando is currently touching (including his own) the shadow will begin to surround him and shroud him.



Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc)



This Technique costs 50 Reiatsu to use but that is not the only downside, for each rank in Anti-Stealth the Senses and ES required to notice Akando is 50 less (Maximum 200 less Senses or ES required at rank 4). He must uncloak in order to attack.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):



Wendigo like most Cryptids don’t have many ways of dealing with targets at a distance if any at all. This led them to develop easier and efficient ways to deal with targets within reach, one of the ways the Wendigo has done this is through the ability to extend its claws an inch further out as well as make it several times harder allowing for an easier time to pierce and shred their prey. While extended his claws cause bleed damage that causes the target who has been hit to bleed out every post and pass out from blood loss after fifty posts. For every additional hit that holds the bleed affect the targets bleed out posts is shortened by 1. This will eventually stack with Hunter's Mark meaning every hit with both Techniques activated lessens the posts before passing out by 4. This technique also allows Akando to attack physically without being affected by cutback. This costs NO reiatsu to activate.







How to use technique (How is it activated?): Through concentration and physical force Akando can manipulate his claws by making them longer and harder.

This requires Akando to land a hit with his claws for the effect to take place and is very painful to activate. Those with a 1 in bleed resist adds 10 more posts before bleeding out, those with 2 in bleed resist add 20 more posts and those with three adds 30, those with 4 in bleed resist or high speed regeneration are immune to the bleeding affect.

As Colina finished chewing on the neck of the teacher and swallowing her whole, she turned her attention to the student population at large. She was certainly causing a ruckus and as a result, she could feel several large spirit energies from living being converging on her location. Her eyes narrowed as a result and she lifted her nose towards the ceiling, deeply inhaling and taking in the scents around her. There were certainly tasty snacks around her that she could smell, but there was also the hint of something quite nauseating as well. She flinched backwards at it and suddenly sensed the loss of a large spiritual energy near her. She twitched in a nervous energy and climbed up through the hole she created.

She was about to head to where the energy had disappeared from when someone stepped in her path wearing a black cloak and having two swords in their hands. Colina sighed inwardly and lifted her right leg, kicking up at her right ear as if to scratch it. This was all a show of looking bored at the idea of fighting yet another shinigami, and also as a bait to get them to make the first move. The male shinigami had a pencil thin mustache and a chin shaped like a dumb bell hanging off of the bottom of his face. He looked like a meat head for sure, and his resulting attitude surely showed it. "Looks like it's your unlucky day, hollow. You face the number one shinigami in town!"  Colina launched forward in a sprinting jump as he continued to speak, ignoring most of his little intro.

As she launched forward, she swiped with her left arm, clawing into the right arm of the shinigami and leaving long gashes up his limb from the wrist and into the crook of his elbow. The red blood came out bright as Colina had certainly hit an artery and left the limb limply hanging but still holding onto the sword in his hand. The shinigami looked at his arm for a moment, stunned at Colina's speed and lack of wonder at him. It was clear that he was a little over confident in the fight he had chosen. He turned and roared out, lifting his right arm and leapt forward to thrust his blade into Colina's back.

In response to the cowardly move, Colina lifted her left leg and kicked back and up, lifting her foot further up in the kick while standing on the empty air beneath her. With the kick, she caught the hand of the shinigami and caused him to release his blade from his grip as the explosive kick caught him off guard. And without his blade and his other arm disabled he was an easy meal to obtain. Colina turned about, taking advantage of the moment, and used her left leg to make a roundhouse kick into the neck of the shinigami, bringing it down to the right in a diagonally downward kick. She brought him low to the ground and sent him into the asphalt of the road next to the school.

Colina leapt down onto his body and began to eat, tearing into his flesh with ease and swallowing each morsel until the shinigami was merely a paste sliding down her throat. She enjoyed it and licked up the mess she had made on the ground to ensure the meal wasn't wasted. As she was eating, she turned to see a human attempting to sneak passed her, but making obvious line of sight to her. This made it easy for her to pick them as prey, which she did. She leapt forward, chomping into the head of the human as they lifted their hands to defend themselves. 'Too bad... Could have lived if you were just a bit smarter.' Colina thought as she continued biting into the human's body, slurping up their shapely body. This female human certainly kept her muscles in shape and added a chewy context to her body as a meal.

"Yes, it's me. Mmhm. Yes. This time at a school this time. Hmm. Yes. Understood. Call him, and have him come here to provide our frontal assault." Panic unsued. Human children fleeing from the building as the dust on the upper floors continued to veil through the partially opened windows of the halls. A disaster of some sort was ongoing with some sort of eruption within the school building. For the cause of the event to spur into motion was something that both the ill or literate were capable of finding out. No. This event was caused by something that the Humans could not see without the gift. A gift that the very few among their society were capable of utilizing, and even fewer actualizing it into strength. What was ongoing posed a significant threat to the individuals around, and to herself. "Mhmm. It seems I will not be able to remain on standby. I am going in. Tell him to not wait for a response from me, and enter when he arrives. As for the support team we will have them on standby. Goodbye." the Bount clapped the foldable cellphone shut as she made her way towards the main building.

The scene was in disarray with students toppling over one another, fleeing from whatever that threatened them beyond their visual comprehension. Their turmoil had already painted the scene with dust and trash. Books piled the floor. Bags that were left unattended with splatters of blood from moments of violence caused by their will of self-preservation. This was all the information that Eris required when looking for the creatures that roamed the area as their aura's were not so easily dismissed. The stern echo caused by the screeching metal pipe was what rang for the brief moment in the staircase, arming herself with what she could find. This was not how Eris intended to spend her day of relief when going out for a job through the city.

What was suppose to be a day of light stretching turned to be a cascade of heavy lifting. The vibrant yellow sweat jacket had been left unzipped as to keep herself from being caught, and pulled on that left her black sports bra visibly undaunted. Clinging black leggings were what kept the Bount easily relaxed in her movements when peering down hallway to hallway that were adjacent to each of the stairway levels. To be as so bold to attack an open educational institution, where the Humans would be at their most vulernable was tactifully well done, yet spoke much as to how cheap these creatures were. "They truly never were the most honorable creatures in existence. Ugly." she found herself detesting the thought of the Hollows.

The top floor revealed to be where the presence of the Hollows was most focused. Along the floors were subtle cracks rooting from the western wing of the area. The breeze that was kept from entering the building from the previous floors flowed unimpeded through the shattered windows whose glass litered the floor with fragments. Eris brought her meshed colored irises back up to peer around the corner, scrapping the bottom of her makeshift weapon against the man-made floor. Eyeing it further the metal pipe stood at about five feet in length, which was shorter than what the Bount was accustomed to. The literal realization to this fact was what made the woman click her teeth in disapproval. All she could do now was to draw attention towards herself while buying time for her support.

Eyes drawn through the opened windows, and out to the pending traffic that was growing ever more at the school's entrance. A clear view to the streets was all that she needed as she continued to tap the metallic pipe against the floor, and ringing the lunch bell.

DEFENSE!

The sun had surprised Caballero as they wandered the streets of Karakura town. The concept of dawn was still foreign to the Hollow, even if they had already seen it a couple of times before; it was more like they had no semblance of the concept of a day turning into night and viceversa, since Hueco Mundo was cloaked in that eternal night with a crescent moon. The tiny Hollow watched in awe as the sun rose from the horizon, lifting the shadows from the sleeping city and bringing forth a new day... although they soon had to partially avert the gaze, lest their 'eyes'(?) be damaged. Even so, the warmth felt almost ticklish on the few parts of their body that were not covered by the rags Caballero used as a Shihakusho. Since it would take a while for the light of day to completely settle in, Caballero kept wandering about, lost and without a destination. It was by pure chance that they ended up walking past a public school, where young humans of a wide age range gathered for... something. Caballero didn't really know what.

The tiny Hollow, naturally curious, placed tiny arms on the fence separating the institution from the rest of the street. From that position, they quietly watched those who were going about their day, the humans that could not notice them--or if they did, chose not to. For some reason, that sight stirred something within Caballero, other than the incessant hunger that was still kept in check. The creature felt drawn to the scene, as if they could've been part of it. Perhaps in another time, in another life, that would've been true. However, they would not have much time to let their mind explore such topics. Whether minutes or hours passed as they continued looking, they did not know.

In fact, Caballero's mind was so blank at that moment that they didn't notice the Hollow that had come out of a Garganta and watched them all from its vantage point in the sky before it dove into the school in search of a nutritious meal. The tiny creature was startled by both the sound of the roof breaking due to the Hollow crashing through it effortlessly, and the school's alarm being set off by that same event. Caballero, who was not fond of loud noises, jumped back and drew the dagger-sized katana they carried around as if it were a Zanpakuto. Seeing there was no immediate threat to their being made them relax ever so slightly for a moment, but that feeling did not last for long.

The screaming started not long after. Soon, what had been a perfectly normal morning for all those human beings had turned into a life-changing event, one that may very well mark the end of their lives. Caballero could not think about such consequences, however. Their young mind couldn't really understand things on that magnitude. What they did understand, however, was the sound that those humans were making, and the actions they were taking. The desperate screams, the almost trampling over the rest in a desperate attempt to survive, the fear for their lives when facing something they did not understand. For many Hollows, that would've been sweet music to their ears, and even sweeter to their stomachs. For Caballero, however, they stirred something completely different.

The tiny Hollow brandished their blade, this time not in self-defense. They looked up at the building, which for a creature their size was massive. From there, and given their senses and dismal energy sensory, it was impossible to discern the location of the two big bad Hollows that had just invaded Karakura Public School. However, what they could see was the small--and hopefully, weaker--Hollows that had followed them, a sort of scavenging entourage ready to feed upon their leftovers.

Drew by the carnage of their kin, more Hollows were bound to appear soon. Part of Caballero knew how outmatched they were, specially after facing off against that monster with Akira. Caballero was not strong, they knew this. But they were fast, at least, and somewhat crafty. Also, perhaps unfortunately for them, their small size did not correlate to their bravery, which at this point in time bordered on recklessness. Thus, the tiny being rushed into the school, attempting to honor both his 'Zanpakuto' and his 'Shihakusho'. On their misguided pride as a Shinigami, Caballero would not let the humans there fall prey to their kin.

Caballero quickly skittered into the building, their smaller size being of great help in both avoiding the humans rushing the opposite way and keeping a low profile amidst the chaos. In between the screams, they heard both a menacing snarl and the sound of the lunch bell ringing stridently, making Caballero quickly turn toward the cafeteria. There, they found two young humans, male and female, cowering in fear as a smiling, drooling Hollow was approaching them. The grimace on its face immediately reminded Caballero of the beast they had managed to kill alongside Akira, which immediately triggered a fight response in them.

Still largely unnoticed, Caballero dashed toward the Hollow at their top speed without using Úlcera. They flicked their blade, preparing themselves for a single strike as the enemy jumped to get to the first human. Still recalling their first victory, Caballero sought the part of the beast that would be unprotected by mask, muscle or sinew: the underside of its jaw. The little creature positioned themselves in front of the humans and jumped to ram their class 8 Beat Stick, the dagger-sized katana, into the Hollow's flesh. The creature was caught unawares by Caballero--it seemed as much of a small fry as they were--, and fell to the ground with Caballero, only the tiny Hollow landed on their feet. Removing their weapon from the flesh, they continued to hack at the Hollow before turning to the humans behind them. Whether they could see Caballero or not, the little Hollow did not know, but they still gestured for the boy and girl to leave now before turning to the thing they had just killed. Hollow survival instincts took over, and Caballero leaned to feed using their strange body. They would need to keep themselves strong if they wanted to continue helping the people there.

[Eshin Sōtō]

Eshin's frustrations in his forced departure from the Kiyomizudera temple weighed heavy on his mind, causing his anger to boil over. How could he have been so weak? He had reached enlightenment, become the Buddha he had yearned to be for an entire lifetime, yet he still lost, to an inexperienced warrior no less! The Scarlet-haired warrior seared a memory into his mind, her axe leaving scars across his decrepit body. It made no sense, and it was unacceptable. The anger and confusion festered inside him, gnawing at him like a disease that refused to be cured. Did he even want it to be?


When he had forced the Scarlet-haired warrior to retreat, Eshin thought to hide and wait for the monks to return, so that he may feast on them for desecrating his temple. The monks of Kiyomizudera were no match for him, or so he thought. In his weakened state, they easily pushed him back, nearly destroying him if not for his sudden retreat. He fled to the world of the hollows, Hueco Mundo, the endless white desert, where he stewed in his own malice for days upon days. He knew he would return to the temple, stronger and more powerful, and make them pay for what they had done to him... but not now. Not yet, he was too weak still. 


Underneath the endless night sky of Hueco Mundo, Eshin bided his time, growing more and more accustomed to his monstrous body. He realized that he was too hasty before, his soul not yet adjusting to the sight and senses of his new form. In his fight with the Scarlet warrior, he didn't even realize how blind he felt, how muted everything truly was. It was only in the white desert that he felt his senses sharpen, like a newborn opening his eyes for the first time. With those senses came a hunger, a hunger for power, and the only way he knew to sate it was to devour others. In the desert, there were no meals to be found, only other hungry hollows, just like him.

It was only natural that he sought to hunt them, consuming their power and leaving them to die. It was a mercy, really. No longer would they have to starve, no longer would they have to crave power that was rightfully his. The hunger inside him was insatiable, and he would do whatever it took to satisfy it, no matter the depths he had to sink to reach it. He ran across the white sands, his eyes scanning for his first meal, salivating at the thought of his prey. It was then that he spotted a fellow hollow in the shape of a frog, bloated and desperate, a perfect target.



Despite his adaptation to his new body, Eshin's legs suddenly failed him as he ran, causing him to stumble and fall into the white sands, frustrated. He realized then that he had been running like a man, and that was not who he was, not anymore. He had to learn to use more than just his experience from his life, for he had transcended the bounds of logic. He embraced his monstrous nature and soon found himself gliding across the sand with inhuman speed. It was like he had been reborn, stronger and more powerful than ever before. It was a gruesome sight to behold, the 9 foot tall skeletal monk gliding across the desert like a wraith, quickly gaining on the frog.


His hunger drove him forward, blindly following the frog hollow through another gap in reality into what appeared to be a school, surrounded by more meals. He lunged at the frog, slicing into its body with his sharp claws, regrown after his battle in Kyoto. The frog hollow's mask broke open to scream, but Eshin quickly gouged out its tongue with another quick slice, gliding around his prey at great speed. Each slice cut deep, despite not having a lot of force, as the wraith-like hollow slowly bled the frog out until it fell to the ground, succumbing to its wounds. Then, the childlike Buddha mask cut open in the middle, revealing rows upon rows on monstrous teeth, spreading wide to devour the frog in its entirety. As he consumed the frog's power, he felt a surge of spiritual energy course through him, only whetting his appetite. Behind his golden Buddha mask, now reformed and whole again, he smiled, relishing in the pain he had caused.

[Leon Strife]

"On today's news report: A public school located on the eastern side of Karakura has been evacuated due to.." Leon tabbed the radio station off as the roar of the engine flared once more down the road. The loud cry of his Charger streamed between vehicles, closing the distance between the moment he recieved word from a colleague regarding the matter at the school. Fingers curled ever more tightier around the steering wheel with another sharp tug towards the right, swinging the black car around another into the needed street he had to take. It didn't matter what the news reports thought it was as they were always wrong, at least when it came to these circumstances. Monsters that hid under the bed were thought to be the horror stories that parents would tell their kids to get them to sleep. Monsters that stayed in the closet, or under the floor boards were other iterations that were used to keep their children in line as did other folk tales. But what if those stories were true to some degree?

The Charger screeched towards the left, whipping its rear off towards the side of the residential area as traffic grew at its worse at this point. A clutter of emergency vehicles, television news casters, law enforcement, you name it. A possible Terrorist attack or school shooting was the thought when it came to cases like this, and were treated as such despite the lack of information. So, a tremendous amount of caution was used before approaching the school as it was intended by the two block radius away from the campus. No body was allowed in until the remainder of the perimetere had been established as to limit possible casualities, and to narrow down as to who was responsible for the situation. Leon had been on the opposite end before back in the United States when running with his gang, so he knew the way how things would operate. Which meant... ...Only got some time left before they all start movin' in." The man declared to himself, issuing the natural strength he had to catapult himself over the neighboring brick fences.

The soft padding of the Bount's sneakers had the man nearly bouncing from one house to the next, keeping away from main streets as he obted to make full use of the narrow pathways to zigzag towards the campus. Much of the streets had already been sealed with the law keeping sections of road blocked off around the school, leaving only the houses themselves to act as his means of reaching the academy. Both speed and strength were more than sufficient to keep his body a blur in the eyes of normal human beings, being nothing more than a mirage that would only appear for but a moment before vanishing before their very eyes. It wouldn't take much time at all to reach the school with the butt of his soles kissing the ground of the courtyard.

The Bount found the situation to be hypocritical of him to show some level of concern about what was happening in the school; to kids. Looking at the dust and smoke coming from the main school building, what reminded the Bount about his past was the smell and the sounds of panic that filled the air. The stains of red on his hands were not something he could forget, what dripped off of them from time to time back in his neighborhood. The things he had to do to gain respect, and the fear he had to instill into others. "I am a joke. A laughing stock." he degraded himself. His feet kicked about, striding forward towards the front door of the main building. He had to hurry and deal with the situation before public services arrived to investigate the scene.

The hairs on the back of his arms shot up and at the end of their stems. Reiatsu was being used within the area but unknowingly by whom. His level of detection wasn't on par with those of his co-workers in Uzaki, nor were they suitable to be of use to those within the Covenant. What Leon had to offer either organizations was that of his body, exactly as before in his past. Scoping out the the scenery the man could already make out one familiar face, and one that was with the latter of the organizations he aided; the Covenant. The girl with magenta hair and eyes to match, looking to be on the top floor within the building with something in hand. He couldn't see all that well, but seemingly to be alone. Her eyes staring at something, or probably the cause of this mess. At his current angle, the Bount couldn't do anything, so, best to align himself with her, and share in the same visuals before acting. Though, what would come next will cause the man to be stabbed by the reality of things, and to what he had done a while back.

[Akando Bena]

It seems Akando's meal time is being interrupted, well, that or someone is bringing him delivery. In either case the Wendigo is a bit upset to be bothered while hunting prey. He can hear something metallic banging around somewhere in the top floor, so he might as well investigate the situation. For all he knows it could be a plump spiritual being or some human with a strong spiritual presence. Heading on through the hallways he keeps close to the edge, hugging the shadows as he moves.

As Akando moves towards the stairwell to travel up, he spots a teacher pushing a few remaining students out the doors before turning back into the building. With a smile he slinks over to where that teacher walks. With a quick slash of his right claw the teacher immediately dropped to the ground, grasping the stump that once had a right leg. Licking the blood of his right claw he reaches down with the same hand to grasp the human by the throat. 

Drool falling down Akando's face, the thought of this morsel being funneled into his stomach brought glee to his cold heart. Even if it only helped for less than a few second, the fact eating at all helped his hunger meant everything. With a quick squeeze the human's neck snapped, ending the life of that helpless person. Without hesitating the Wendigo scarfed down his meal, licking his clawed hands clean. As expected the meal barely helped elevate his hunger at all, before it quickly came back at full force. 

With that meal done he continues to the stairwell which he immediately climbs up, heading to the top floor. His stench would constantly pour from his body, with a consistent strength that makes it impossible to use the smell in order to track him. Anybody in that upper floor would than smell the awful stench of death and decaying flesh. The only sounds coming from the horrible cryptid is the slight sounds of drool drops hitting the floor every now and again.

[Colina Conejita]

As Colina finished her meal, she lifted her nose suddenly towards the sky and inhaled deeply. Her back was arched, as if in the shape of a wolf rather than like that of a rabbit in the street outside of the school. She could smell that of two small humans that were surrounded by two hollows. And then one hollow followed by feeling of one hollow absorbing the energy of another, as if feeding upon their essence. Colina leapt towards the school, slamming through one of the walls and tackling one of the students randomly in the hallway. The young girl was a quick bite, a tiny morsel of a thing as Colina rammed into her. She had some energy to her, but it was almost nothing, barely touching Colina's hunger as she gobbled her up with ease.

Colina continued her movements through her meal, absorbing her soul as she slammed through yet another wall and focused her direction on the energies she felt and the smell of the small humans that had been near those energies. As Colina tumbled through the debris of the wall she found herself in a cafeteria of all places, lifting her head and sniffing energetically at the atmosphere around her. She narrowed her sights on the two small children that were currently cowering away from where Colina had just burst through the wall. One was actually quite full of spiritual energy, the young boy, and it was evident by the way he watched Colina as she began to slowly stalk towards them. As Colina lifted her right arm and went to slice through her new prey, the young girl leapt in front of the strike and became a minced meal. 

Colina lifted up the girl, her claws penetrating into her abdomen. They had said something between each other and Colina realized the boy had told the girl where Colina was. Colina's head cocked to the side in confusion and it was evident the boy was telling her where not to run towards and the girl did the opposite. Colina lifted the girl and quickly deposited her into Colina's mouth, dropping her straight into the stomach that felt so hollow. With her out of the way, Colina moved forward to finish the job she started, the growls in her growing to ward off any who might think it wise to interrupt her meal. And with a quick movement, blinding to most, Colina bit the boy in half, the top half having been engulfed in Colina's maw. She finished it by arching her back like a canine once more and letting gravity pull the boy into her body.

When the job was finished, Colina would look around, searching for the energy of the hollow who had recently fed on another and scanned the area with a careful eye. When she finally finished her search, Colina would find a tiny little thing of a hollow. The little hollow dressed themselves in rags and was currently carrying a dagger for a weapon. "That's certainly strange of you, little one." Colina's voice sounded soft and almost comforting as she spoke. She did not want to harm someone so young and obviously not yet worthy of being a challenge. "Do you think your naked form shameful? Or do you just prefer to wear garbs to pretend you are not empty? If it's the latter, you certainly have a weird way of going about pretending." Colina giggled and stood on her legs, showing herself to be a bit more humanoid in form. "Especially since you eat like one of us."

Colina stared at the lack of a nose or mouth but he certainly had to have the mouth if he were to swallow the hollow that he had finished. Colina wanted to explore and held up a finger to the small hollow. The motion was like one asking for a moments reprieve or a simple request of stillness. And Colina dashed to the right, picking up a random small child who had been hiding beneath one of the table in the cafeteria. The small thing squirmed and began to cry, struggling against a force that was invisible to them. "Do you feel hungry young one? You can feed on this if you wish." Colina lifted the wriggling child towards the little hollow, offering it to them and making an easy meal out of them if any wished for it. Colina only wanted to help another hollow grow so as to be worthy of a battle, which she most definitely enjoyed.

Through Caballero's strange physiology, the Hollow they had just killed was consumed even without a traditional mouth. The monster's body dissolved into Reishi particles that slowly integrated into the tiny being. All this happened hastily, as the tiny being had far more pressing concerns than filling their own... stomach? Let's say stomach. The little Hollow stood protectively between their kin and the two humans they had just helped. They were outnumbered, true, but Caballero trusted the skills they had developed over their days in the Human World, thanks to all the people they had met. And these Hollows? Small critters, just like they were. Perhaps in the past, they would've been afraid of facing off against many at once, but now they had far more experienced at their disposal. All in all, despite the alarm blaring, the humans screaming, and the lack of numbers, Caballero felt somewhat confident in their ability to turn the tables onto the invading monsters.

That is, until something just blasted through the walls of the cafeteria.

The thick construction gave way with frightening ease. Debris and dust flew everywhere, pelting those lucky enough to avoid getting crushed by the sudden entrance and further terrorizing all the humans in the room who were lucky enough to still be alive. Without the ability to see just what was causing all this, they had no choice but to cower in fear. But they needn't fear! There was a Shinigami in their midst, after all! Caballero steadied themselves, brandishing their dagger-sized katana, ready to fend off the Hollow that had just arrived.

Just as they laid eyes on her, the tiny Hollow's grip faltered.

Now, Caballero's ability to sense energy was, for all intents and purposes, completely null. It had been like this ever since they had first gained consciousness. However, with just that one look, even the strange Hollow draped in rags could tell the massive difference in power between them and the newcomer. Their Hollow instincts screamed that the rabbit-like beast was unlike any of their brethren that Caballero had ever fought before. Up to date, their kills included small critters, and the bigger, badder Hollows they had fought alongside Akira and the human with the axe. When put against Colina, however? Those 'bigger, badder' monsters suddenly looked like ants.

The next moments would go on to live in Caballero's memory, where they would torment them for the foreseeable future. It all began with Colina sniffing the air, then turning toward some of the humans. As a Soul Reaper, Caballero had to intervene. They needed to step forth, get in the way, save them from the Hollow; it was their duty. And yet, their feet were glued to the ground, heavy as never before in their entire existence. Their arms quivered ever so slightly, and that vibration extended to the katana. This was not the look of a proud warrior, ready to face off their foe or die trying. No, this was a Hollow who'd just figured out exactly where they stood in the pecking order.

The sheer difference in power rendered Caballero unable to react when the Hollow impaled one of the humans, her sharp claws tearing through her abdomen like the most tender cut of meat. Colina scarfed her morsel down before she turned her attention to the other. No matter how much they tried, Caballero's feet refused to move, the desire to survive overpowering even their sense of duty born of an idea instilled. Thus, the little Hollow watched her devour a second human, wolfing down the helpless prey, without moving a muscle. They just stood there, after paroling themselves as a Shinigami, with their make-believe Zanpakuto.

What a disgrace.

After finishing her meal without any interruption Caballero's part, Colina turned toward the tiny being. Surprisingly, she did not immediately attempt to eat Caballero, but rather presented herself in a more civilized manner: by communicating with them. When she spoke, she did so with a soft, comforting voice. Had Caballero meet Colina in another way, it would've sounded similar to the way Celes, Captain of the Tenth, talked to them in the past. Even the positivity in their auras was very similar, albeit Colina's had a subtle, darker quality to it. This all but proved she was far from the same kind of mindless, simplistic Hollows Caballero had been fighting so far.

"That's certainly strange of you, little one. Do you think your naked form shameful? Or do you just prefer to wear garbs to pretend you are not empty? If it's the latter, you certainly have a weird way of going about pretending."

The powerful Hollow even stood on two legs to do so, as if leaving the ferocity befitting their brethren behind. The sweetness in her voice and the positivity in her aura mattered not; Caballero had witnessed her tearing through the humans without the slightest hint of remorse, devouring them either whole or in two bites. But even so, frozen in place as they were, they listened to the Adjuchas's words.

"Especially since you eat like one of us."

The tiny creature was shocked for a moment. Pretending? Pretending what? Caballero was not pretending... right? And what did she mean, like one of them? Colina troubled the young creature's thoughts for a moment, but then they remembered their previous meetings. Their fellow Shinigami, and even a Captain, had acknowledged them as a Soul Reaper. That was what they were, and nothing else! As if that would prove their point, Caballero did their best to improve the grip on their small katana and return to a proper stance, ready to fight if she tried something.

It didn't matter. In a blur, Colina dashed to her right and picked up one of the kids trying to hide from the invisible forces that were killing them. A shiver ran down Caballero's strange body, and their mind went blank for a moment. Not only had that dash looked like an afterthought for the Adjuchas; it also greatly surpassed the tiny being's top speed. It couldn't be. Another one of them was going to die. She was going to devour them, just like the...

"Do you feel hungry young one? You can feed on this if you wish."

The usually dormant hunger had been tickled by the sight of a human being offered to them, so helpless and tender. Their subconscious knew what they had to do: join the Hollow in the feast, grow stronger. It was the only logical thing to do to survive, the only proper choice as a Hollow.

As if making the choice for them, Caballero saw one of the smaller, weaker Hollows that had invaded jumping at the chance to feed. It wouldn't be much bigger than them, maybe a foot or two more, and had perhaps arrived to the cafeteria drawn in by the carnage Colina had unleashed mere moments after stepping into the room. Perhaps it was starving so badly that they failed to notice Colina or Caballero, focused on the prospect of an easy meal. The tiny being quickly rushed against said Hollow, blindsiding the creature; it was so lost in its hunger that it did not notice until it was too late. To an observer, specially one who didn't know Caballero's modus operandi, it could be seen as them defending their snack from a worthless scavenger. Very Hollow-like, which might satisfy the Adjuchas after calling the juvenile Hollow a pretender.

Caballero used their blade to brutalize their kin in a fashion that was unlike anything they had expressed before. Each slash to the creature's body carried the tiny being's frustration and anger towards their own inadequacy and powerlessness. The creature squirmed and wailed, but ultimately drew its last breath and expired. In the same vein Caballero had eaten the other, they used their strange physiology to dissolve it into Reishi and consume it, a far different process than the one Colina followed since they had no mouth to speak.

Having finished that, Caballero turned to face Colina again. Needless to say, they were still quivering in their non-existent boots, but the action against the smaller Hollow combined with their reckless courage had served to get them going. Caballero took two still-hesitant steps toward the Adjuchas, keeping a very prudential distance between them, and brandished their blade. With their free stubby hand, they made two different gestures.

The first would be to point at the child, then to the ground, as if telling Colina to let them go. The second one, in what was perhaps the most questionable move in their life, was to point at the Adjuchas and then at themselves. She had communicated, and thus Caballero did the same. Of course, given their awful ability to express themselves, it was entirely possible she would misinterpret the meaning.

Whatever the case, Caballero refused to back down for a second time. In their childish, deluded mind, they were a Shinigami, and Shinigami did not back down or flee from battle--those were actions only a Hollow would take. Of course, this idolized version of the Gotei 13 may have been far from how the organization and its members truly operated, but all that was lost on Caballero. As they fell into the stance Celes had taught them, Caballero focused solely on the Adjuchas. The smaller Hollows didn't matter to them anymore: this here was the real, big threat. If Colina was going to keep killing humans, then Caballero would do everything in their power to stop her. Even if it killed them.

Summary: Caballero is unable to act at first because they're experiencing fear for the first time, so they just watch and listen to Colina. When she offers the human to them, Caballero kills and consumes another Hollow, and the action gets them going enough to finally try and defend the rest of the cafeteria against the Adjuchas, fully aware of the difference in power between them (in a broad sense, given their lack of ES). They're still hell-bent on thinking they're a Shinigami, but Colina has just planted the first seeds of doubt in them.

[Eshin Sōtō]

Eshin's eyes glimmered with satisfaction as he devoured the first hollow. He relished the taste of its flesh and the surge of power that coursed through him with each bite. The sensation was unlike anything he had ever experienced before - it was as if he had been reborn, invigorated by the strength of his prey. His senses sharpened, his reflexes honed to a razor's edge, and he felt more alive than ever before. What truly stood out though, was the euphoric feeling that came with gaining his lost power, relearning lost strengths from his life. But, it was not enough.

Surrounded by an abundance of meals, Eshin felt like a king ruling over his subjects. He could sense the spiritual energy of all those around him, and he reveled in the power that he could feel coursing through them. All the power that would soon be his. The scent of helpless souls filled the air, drawing other hollows to the area, but Eshin was the one who reigned supreme. He was the predator, the one who would devour anything and everything that came his way.

However, like any good predator, his instincts were sharp. He could feel the pressure of those stronger than he was, and he knew how to stay away from them. He was not ready yet, not as he was. He needed more food, more meals, more power. Thankfully, there were easy pickings all around. Or rather, within. Eshin still stood at the edge of the schoolyard, but the real feast was within its halls. Wasting no time, Eshin glid across the ground like a wraith from hell, bursting into the halls with an eerie silence.

With a primal snarl, Eshin tore through the hallways of the school, his vicious claws lashing out at all who stood in his way. Blood spattered across the walls as his claws tore through flesh and bone, their screams of agony only fueling his desire for more. He was a monster, a creature of unparalleled strength, and he reveled in the chaos he wrought. No one could stop him, no one could stand in his way. After dismembering two young humans, Eshin stopped abruptly, looking up towards the roof as his jaw unhinged itself.

Energy began to gather at the opening of his maw, growing in size as he concentrated this euphoric bloodlust into something tangible, something devastating. The halls were filled with people running, cautious, terrified. It only made sense to take out the masses before the meals escaped. With an inhumane roar, the golden energy split into nine bolts of energy and clashed against the ceiling, bouncing in random directions as the hallway was filled with a rain of malice. Two handfuls of lives were ended as the rain clashed and burnt through their skin.

Eshin quickly dove down to the nearest soul, relishing in the flavor of a fresh meal, still ripe with terror. He was going to enjoy this feast, savor each and every morsel fully. At least, that was his plan. Unfortunately, the lure of fresh meals brought in a crowd of hollows that followed him from the outside, taking advantage of the free meals. The rabble of competition claiming his meals only served to anger him even more. He felt his malice meet his starvation as he greedily took a single bite and devoured the human soul that he had already held.

Then, the old wraith took a glance towards his next meal. It was a greedy little rabbit, gleefully enjoying the free meal that Eshin had prepared for him. It did not hold any significant power, looking to be the size of a young human. Why, he could barely sense any presence at all, just an instinctual ignorance that drew it towards feeding. What a fool. It did not deserve the meal it stole, and thus Eshin would take it back. By force.

It did not take much to put this lesser hollow out of its miserable existence. Eshin was already a much more powerful being despite being a relatively new hollow as well. With a better sense of combat experience and the rush that came off of two fresh meals, Eshin's hunger had allowed him to rush in and sink his claws into its back. The rodent-like hollow squealed from the shock before Eshin gleefully took it apart, rending its flesh with every clawed finger. It struggled in his arms, the iron-like tail whipping across his skeletal arms, but it was fruitless. Eshin's maw quickly devoured this little hollow as well.

But his actions had consequences, and he could rapidly feel more powerful energy approaching from the staircase. It did not seem to be a hollow, but more like a spiritually rich human. But, those with rich spiritual energies were often warriors in their own right, like the ax-wielding scarlet warrior. He would not make the same mistake again, and he could feel his rage flare up as he was reminded of his loss. He took another bite out of the rabbit he had decimated, absorbing its power as he prepared himself for the coming onslaught.

This creates a much weaker version of Cero, or more accurately creates several much weaker variations of Cero, all at once. Up to nine can be created at once, all with significantly less explosive power than even a Bala. However, the purpose of the technique is to be used indoors. It can be fired into the ceiling, where it will bounce off once and explode upon hitting something else later. This is particularly deadly in low level combat. Inexperienced, new Shinigami are often challenged by Hollows using this Cero.

[Colina Conejita]

Colina tilted her head slightly to the side as she observed the little hollow making directions at her with his stubby little hand, brandishing a weapon towards her after assaulting the other hollow who had joined to feed on the children in the cafeteria. The firsthand motion was fairly easy to decipher, a request for Colina to release the child from her grip. And she did. With an easy movement of her claw like finger the child was released from Colina's grasp. The child fell to the floor with a thunk to the ground, coughing and grasping at its own throat, Colina having held on maybe a hair too tightly for the child's comfort. What came next was harder for Colina to decipher.

"Little one... do you wish for us to fight against one another?" Colina took a step towards the little hollow, her head still tilted in confusion at what the hollow might be saying to her with his actions and fingers. "You're still weak. Look at the way you shake when you stand before me. But you still seem to want to fight me. Is it..." Colina's eyes shot open, and a genuinely kind smile touched her face. "Do you want to save humans from my feasting? Well, that's certainly new for a hollow, atleast as far as I ever saw. And how adorable too!" Colina reached over with her hand to dissuade a fight from continuing as she giggled to herself. "Very well, very well. I won't stop you from eating in your own way. And I won't hunt in front of you. But if you follow me..." Colina sliced at the ground between her and Caballero, right in front of the child she released.

Where her claws touched was now serrated by her claws, the linoleum of the cafeteria floor pulled apart and ripped through with ease. Even the stone beneath fell to the claws Colina wielded and she looked coldly at the little hollow brandishing a blade. "I will cut you down and eat you. You are a funny thing and something I may treasure someday. But today I have shown you kindness, and plan to show you nothing more. Don't tempt fate and learn the truth of the world. You are a hollow. You will eat. Just as I do." And with that Colina turned her back on the little hollow and the human he protected. Colina truly didn't really have an internal reason for doing what she did besides the fact the Caballerro, the funny little hollow, might prove to be a fun fight someday.

When Colina left and turned down a hallway, leading away from the cafeteria, she did not kill any of the humans hiding about the hall directly adjacent to the room she left the hollow in. But what she did find were several small hollows and one leading them about. This was an Adjucha like her, trying to spoil the fun of her hunt by feeding on her leftovers. Colina launched forward, digging her claws into the Adjucha's back. He had a mane like a lion and tusks like a boar. He even had a weird additional mask appendage of an elephant's trunk which made her giggle when he tooted it in fear to her attack.

The Hollow tried turning on her and begin an attack, but Colina ignored his ravenous and frenzied attempts at escape. She instead left her right claw buried in his back as an anchor to keep them attached. He could not run if they were stuck so, and with this moment presented Colina needed to take advantage. She drew her left claw from his back and sliced along his throat while biting into the back of his head, burrowing her teeth into his skull. When she ripped her head back from him, black oozing existence spewed from within him. And so, she devoured the rest. Colina needed to show force to those about her that this was truly her hunt. And everyone else would either play a part as the eaten or the obeying.

The Hollow standing in front of Caballero was a rather affable one, all the lives she'd taken with relish so far not-withstanding. She was far more articulate and polite than the other members of their brethren Caballero had had the displeasure of dealing with. So much so, in fact, that she even seemed amused at what the tiny critter demanded of her and actually let go of the human child she was almost strangling to death as an afterthought. The child dropped to the ground and squirmed, gasping for air. Alarmed, Caballero took one hesitant step forward, but their instincts did not allow them a second one. The child was breathing, even if forcefully; so at the very least another death would not be added to that day's tally. Even if that was the case, the tiny Hollow knew that they were far from out of danger. This could very well be Colina goading them, only to kill the child later. Such pettiness would not be beyond a Hollow--as a 'Shinigami', Caballero knew this. But again, just like he was, she too seemed to be above mindless violence and wanton destruction; otherwise, she would have not asked the question that followed.

"Little one... do you wish for us to fight against one another?"

Well, that was a hard question to answer. Every fiber of Caballero's being was screaming at them to flee, not to do battle against the Hollow before them. If they do, they would die. Inevitably so. However, perhaps because of the situation clouding their judgement, Caballero looked to the side momentarily. Human children of different sizes and builds were either cowering or fleeing, not knowing what in the world was going on. That was enough to convince the foolish little Hollow to look back at Colina and grip their sword as tightly as they could, as if it would fall from their grasp otherwise. They were shaking, they were afraid, but they were making a stand.

"You're still weak. Look at the way you shake when you stand before me. But you still seem to want to fight me. Is it... Do you want to save humans from my feasting? Well, that's certainly new for a hollow, atleast as far as I ever saw. And how adorable too!" she said with a kind smile on her lips, lips that were still stained with the blood of those she had consumed. This sudden change in atmosphere threatened to almost drop Caballero, who had not expected that to happen. Even so, the tiny Hollow refused to relax, and held their battle stance. As long as Caballero was breathing, they would defend the humans from beings like Colina. Apparently, this determination amused the Adjuchas, because she raised a hand in a conciliatory gesture.

"Very well, very well. I won't stop you from eating in your own way. And I won't hunt in front of you. But if you follow me...", she said, and all of a sudden baleful claws shredded through the cafeteria linoleum floor, as well as the stone, concrete or what have you below, as if it was naught but a half-broken wet tissue. The attack was also fast, too fast for Caballero to even attempt to block at that distance. All their instincts kicked into overdrive at the realization that, had Colina willingly reached forward, that would have not been the cafeteria floor. That would have been them. What words she said afterwards, at least the first part, they didn't truly listen to. Not because they didn't want to, but because of the sheer shock of what they had just witnessed.

But they did hear the last part.

"Don't tempt fate and learn the truth of the world. You are a hollow. You will eat. Just as I do."

With that said, Colina actually turned aside, and... left. She didn't attack them, or the humans in the cafeteria any further. Instead, she departed from the room in a completely civil manner, greatly contrasting with her entrance in the scene. When she got to the corridor, there were no sounds of further of carnage, no more human screams added on top of the chaos that had already taken over the school. Nothing.

At that moment, Caballero's worn, dagger-sized katana slipped from their grasp and fell to the ground with a clutter. The Hollow followed in kind, falling on their rear as if a light breeze had knocked them over. They were completely and utterly overwhelmed by the reality of the situation. It would be accurate to say that the real world had just torn through their delusions, in the same way Colina had torn the ground in front of them. Caballero kept their two big, void-like eyes fixed there, processing the shock. The fact that this had only ended well through their sheer strength of will was not the only thing that kept them sitting there, however. Again, Colina had said that they were a Hollow. That they would feed and eat, just as she did. What in the world did she mean?

Their respite came to an unfortunate end when screaming children alerted them toward the door. Yet another Hollow, fanged and quadrupedal like an ovesized wolf, had entered the cafeteria. This triggered the fight response in Caballero, who scrambled to pick up the dagger-like katana so that the lives they had just saved didn't go to waste. Pushing the conflictive feelings down, Caballero plunged into battle once again.

By all means, this should have been an easy fight. They should've been able to dispatch the Hollow without too much trouble, as long as they kept an eye on its movements and dodged accordingly. However, after that brush with death, Caballero was far too rattled to think coherently in battle. The result was that the Hollow managed to swipe at its body with claws that, while not as sharp as Colina, got them on the side of their Reiatsu body. The fact that their 'Shihakusho' concealed a much thinner body was probably what saved them from getting badly maimed, instead taking a few scraps. Pain fully grounded Caballero to reality, and they managed to somehow scrape by, weave in through the wolf's second swipe and use what by now was their go-to move: ramming the sword on the underside of the Hollow's jaw. The blade reached all the way up to the mask again, making the monster writhe in pain, and Caballero followed the same tactic they'd used against the bigger Hollow in the shopping district. They jumped on top of it, and the predator became the prey, dissolved and eaten away by Caballero's bizarre physiology.

This would mark the first time Caballero was fully and completely conscious of them consuming another Hollow, and of everything this action entailed. Up until this point, their brain had chalked it up to a strange Shinigami ability, a power that only they had, like a Zanpakuto technique. But now, they had definite proof it was something else. The two ideas clashed and collided in their head, bringing Caballero a sharp pain as the rest of the Hollow vanished. However, they forced themselves to clear their mind out of that rubbish.

They could not harbor any doubts now. They had far too many people to protect to allow themselves to. While wishing for Celes to be there, since she was the only one the critter knew that could put a stop to this madness, Caballero decided that the best course of action would be staying in the cafeteria, slaying the Hollows that came in seeking to eat the children. Unbeknownst to them, this was also a wise decision.

After all, had they followed Colina, their journey would have come to a screeching halt.

Summary: Caballero is stunned by their near-death, and does not follow Colina. Their left side gets damaged by a Class 8 Hollow that they consume, and they decide to stay in the cafeteria and defend the humans there to the best of their ability for the time being.

As Akando was heading towards the banging noise it stoped, making it difficult to find exactly where it came from. A bubble of irritation floated to the surface, due to this feeling the Wendigo slammed his clawed fist into the railings of the staircase causing them to let out a loud metallic scream as it bent downward. He needed to find something to eat, as per usual his stomach felt like a black hole, never being filled. Drool hitting the hard surface of the stairs he stood on proved how much he yurned for food.

Thankfully Akando had a way to find were something to eat was, so without waiting a moment longer he proceeded to focus on his senses. Thanks to this focus his senses were increased thanks to having a fast working mind. That's when he smelled it, fresh blood hanging in the air. In fact he could even hear the blood hitting the floor, this must have had something to do with the loud noise he heard not long ago unrelated to the banging he was following. With a sinister grin he began heading down to that place where the feast was taking place as quietly as possible.

Through focus his senses or ES becomes equal to his instinct momentarily.

How to use technique (How is it activated?): Through intense focus he makes his senses or ES equal to his instinct for a post.

Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) This boost only lasts for 1 post and takes up a short term boost slot (Following the 3x rule if his Instinct is higher then 3x his Senses or ES then they only go up to the 3x limit and no higher). He can only boost one at a time.

Eshin felt power rush and flow into him, feasting upon the souls of hollow and human alike. The taste was intoxicating, and he could feel his strength growing with every soul he consumed. He could sense the energy of those around him, and he knew that he was stronger than any of them. He reveled in the feeling of power coursing through his body, and he knew that he was becoming more powerful with every passing moment. Eshin's hunger only grew stronger, and he knew that he needed to continue feeding in order to maintain his newfound strength. He looked around, searching for his next victim, ready to consume their soul and bask in the feeling of their energy flowing into him.

He had just devoured a rabbit hollow that took advantage of his attacks, ready to continue his rampage. The taste of the rabbit hollow's soul was sweet, and Eshin relished in the feeling of its energy flowing into him. He knew that he had to stay focused, though, as there were still more hollows and humans around him, just waiting to be consumed. Eshin took a moment to savor the taste of the rabbit hollow's soul, feeling it course through his veins and invigorate him with its power. He let out a low growl, his hunger growing stronger with each passing moment, and he prepared to continue his rampage, seeking out his next victim.

There were more than a dozen little hollows feasting on the people he had killed, scavenging for the scraps he had left behind. Little did they know that they were just fattening themselves up for Eshin to eat. Eshin watched the little hollows with a hungry gaze, knowing that they were nothing but snacks for him to consume. He could sense the fear emanating from the humans they were devouring, and he relished in the feeling of their terror. He felt like he was the most powerful predator in the school, and that he would consume everything in his path. Eshin slowly crept forward, stalking his prey like a wraith, ready to pounce at the slightest opportunity.

He turned his sights on two little lizard hollows, too small to devour a single human by themselves. Eshin's eyes gleamed with hunger as he set his sights on the little lizard hollows. He knew that they would be an easy meal, and he relished in the feeling of their fear as he advanced towards them. The little lizard hollows tried to flee, but Eshin was too quick for them, his gnarled claws lashing out and striking them with deadly precision. He could feel their energy flowing into him as he consumed their souls, and he reveled in the feeling of their power coursing through his veins. He knew that he was becoming stronger with every soul he consumed, and he eagerly searched for his next victim.


He raised his gnarled claws at them, allowing his bloodlust to gather at the tip of his index finger. One after the other, sickly golden energy gathered and launched in concentrated beams, like cracks of lightning that pierced the lizard hollows through their masks. The lizard hollows let out pitiful cries as Eshin's energy beams struck them, piercing through their masks and consuming their souls. Eshin felt a surge of power flow through him as he devoured their souls, and he knew that he was becoming stronger with every passing moment. He could feel the energy of his brethren coursing through his veins, and he reveled in the feeling of his newfound strength.

Eshin couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction as he looked over what remained of the feast around him. Hollows and humans alike gathered in the hall, fighting and feasting amongst themselves. They were nothing more than mere snacks, hardly enough to quench his ravenous hunger. He knew that he needed more if he wanted to continue to grow stronger and more powerful. With renewed vigor, Eshin set his sights on his next target, eager to continue his rampage through the school. 

There was a particularly delicious looking soul not too far from here, hiding inside one of the classrooms if he was not mistaken. His ability to sense energy had only grown over time, but that was a double edged sword. His focus and arrogance in his energy sensing ability did not account for those that hid their spiritual pressures, much like the Quincy that was aiming her sights down on his back. The arrow flew at breakneck speeds, the spiritual bullet piercing through his skin and penetrating his entire being, leaving a gaping hole in his shoulder. Eshin roared in pain as he began to snake across the hall, protecting himself with the numerous other hollows in the way.

It didn't help that his moment of weakness had been noticed by the opportunistic scavengers, aiming to take a bite out of him as well. The wraith's claws swung and clashed against the small group of hollows that dared to try and steal his power, but the threat of the much more powerful Quincy was enough for the rabble to scatter and cause chaos. The Quincy did not let up, letting out a volley of arrows that killed a hollow with every hit, leaving only three hollows left in the hall. 

By sheer luck or some leftover karma left from his good deeds in his life, the Quincy stopped. Among the limited number of halls in this school, three powerful sources of spiritual energy gathered. From the staircase nearest the Quincy came a Wendigo-looking hollow, not that Eshin nor the Quincy noticed him. Aside from that was the lion-like chimera hollow, an Adjuchas that had apparently been leading the rabble of hollows that were all but extinct by now. Unfortunately, that Adjuchas was unable to help, as an even more powerful one devoured it. 

The Quincy prepared herself for an onslaught of attackers, charging her powers into a powerful arrow. She did not fire yet, waiting for a clear shot on any of these powerful presences. She kept her guard up, her senses sharp and her reflexes sharper. Meanwhile, Eshin had completely vanished. Well, mostly. He had found a shadowy corner in the hallway, his wounded wraith-like form vanishing into the darkness and sealing his spiritual presence. All that remained of him was a soft golden glow of a mask with the innocent smile of a child.

Description: Through focus, Eshin manages to suppress and hide his spiritual pressure completely to create a facade of innocence. This facade focuses on his mask, making it appear as if a completely unassuming and innocent mask. By channeling his reiatsu into this innocent mask, he's able to make it look more alluring to his victims despite its unsettling appearance. The purpose of this was to draw his victims in without raising their guard, as the mask seemed to be an inanimate object. While looking at the mask while this technique is active, Eshin's body was concealed as if it was made of shadow. However, this technique is not foolproof, as those with an Energy Sensing of 250 or above, or those with a 2 or more in a skill such as Anti-Stealth, or skills of a similar ability, will be able to see through the mask and identify the hollow.



How to Use: Eshin has to remain completely still while this technique is active. His chosen victim must be in line of sight and the mask must be within their line of sight.



Drawbacks: Eshin has to remain perfectly still to keep up the facade.
