Shikai Overall: Please add a speed to your beads. Also, no to the Skp drain. It can drain something, that's fine, but no to indiscriminately reducing skill points.
Seiiki no Inori: This feels like your overall, but okay.
Gisei no Shibari: This is fun, I like it.
Bankai Overall: I like the tree, not so much the complete control of techniques in an area of 500 feet. To be clear, it's not just the distance that's the problem. Being able to throw back a technique back into someone's face is strong enough to be a technique in its own right, and already is, but you can do so without cost or detriment to yourself, or without counter-play. Add to the grass that negates step techniques, not as bad but still, and you effectively shutdown characters if they don't have +150% of your OS. Then there's the Skp thing, that I require be removed, and you can regenerate reiatsu.
Jibunjishin'no hansei: No. This is far too much, even if you're meditating to do so. I'm sorry.
Hateshinai saibai: I'm... Kind of okay with this? I'm hesitant, but I could pass this.
Sensō no daishō: Other than the Skp bit, I'm okay with this, like it even.
Ichido ni eien: Samsara: Yeah, I love this. This is something really cool.
