-Basic Information-
Name: Lulatrix Lapis Lazuli
Age: 19
Birthday (Month/Day): 03/20
Blood Type: A+
RP Sample (Optional): [Insert Here]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Appearance-
Height/Weight: 5"1”/108lbs.
Physical Description:
{Spoiler}
Lula is a short but stout young girl. Curvaceous and ample chested with long, flowing orchid colored hair. She has bright green eyes and a wide grin on her face. Cherubic in appearance, she walks like an adult, though she acts much less mature. Standing just above five feet tall, doing things like reaching shelves and climbing in and out of large vehicles can be difficult for her, but she takes it in stride. Lula is resplendent in white, trimmed in purple and black. Her appearance looks somewhat like a wizard crossed with a cheerleader. She has a big wizard hat with a bow on it. She has a dress that leads into a pleated skirt and thigh high stockings that hug her thick thighs and lead into a pair of high heeled boots. Around her shoulders is a cloak with a high collar on it that flows whenever she uses her bow. Her bow, Vivstel, is in the shape of a caduceus staff with a Quincy cross on it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Personality-
Dislikes:
-Being teased. Made Fun of/Pranked- Absolutely not. Try it at your own risk.
-People who tell her no. Lula very much likes getting her way. Those who would try and keep her from getting that might just end up in a bad place, if they get to live at all.
-Cute, little Fuzzy animals! - What’s better than petting a cute, little fuzzy animal? Crushing it to death.
-Stinky things - Wet dogs, rotten food… flatulence!? YUCK YUCK YUCK! It’s even worse when something is stinky AND loud!
-Fake People- People who try and cozy up to her just because they want something or, worse yet, because they are afraid of her!
-Hot drinks - Coffee is gross and tea is for old people! Warm milk is fine for going to bed, but other than that, it’s juice all the way!
-Jars- Her mortal enemy! Not only are they placed soooo high up, but they also contain things like cookies, which she really really wants! But she can’t have them because the jars are up so high and she can’t reach them and when she tries to use Zip she ends up breaking them and then she has to blame one of her subordinates and that ALWAYS ends up messy and, GUH! Why can’t they ever be EASY to open!? Whoever invented Jars should be crushed to death!
Likes:
-The Emperor - She believes she was destined to serve him and owes everything to him. If she possesses any semblance of loyalty it’s to him. She is a True Believer.
-Teasing/Playing Pranks - What’s a little joke between friends, right?
-JUICE! - Particularly grape!
-The Color Purple! - It’s her favorite color and favorite flavor! Who doesn’t like purple?
-Cute, little Fuzzy animals! What’s better than petting a cute, little fuzzy animal!?
-Fire - It keeps us warm and gets rid of bad things!
-Incense Particularly when Aloeswood is used. She loves the smell of this ancient fragrance.
-Books! - Lula loves to read. She especially loves the old Grimm Fairy Tales (the real ones). She also likes books on the Occult.
-Magic! (The Fake Kind) - Who doesn’t love magic? If you can pull a quarter from behind Lula’s ear, she’d be soooo impressed!
-Ants - Aren’t they just hilarious when you set them on fire!?
-Butterflies - perfect for pinning down and putting behind glass!
-Goldsmithing/jewelry craft. Lula loves making homemade jewelry and trinkets, especially when they can be imbued with ritual magick or reiatsu, but even if they can't. She's not one to look gaudy, though.
Flaws:
Lula’s biggest flaw is her unpredictability. She can go from bestie to bully in the snap of a finger. Her emotions are childlike and she is a slave to her baser emotions. When she’s happy, those who are around her would do well to keep her that way, when she is not, she is best avoided or pointed at an enemy.
She’s short. It is a sore spot for her. Don’t ask her to reach a high shelf.
She can be naive. It’s not that she is necessarily ready to trust anyone at the drop of the hat, but she can be convinced and deceived by people who are good at manipulating others. They might not get the outcome they expect, because she’s a live wire, but they might be able to divert her attention in crucial situations.
She’s “Innocent.” She has no clue that she’s smoking hot. She also has no interest in more adult things. Her emotional growth has been stunted as much as her physical growth has been. If someone approached her cautiously, they still might need a lot of patience to explain things to her.
Habits:
-Lula has a habit of clapping her hands whenever she’s found something to be excited about. She likes to chirp and cheer and is very animated with her body language.
-Lula wears a big hat! Big hats tend to fall off. She can often be seen adjusting her hat so it does not do that.
-Lula will suck every last drop out of whatever she’s drinking. The slurping can be obnoxious and she never drinks anything without a straw.
Fears:
-Lula doesn’t fear being alone, per se, but she does fear that everything she has believed about being chosen for the Vandenreich by the Emperor himself is a lie. That in the end, she was just a victim of chaos and circumstance. She desperately wants to believe she is part of some greater force and that the Emperor’s plan is the one and true plan for everyone.
-Lula also has some more basic fears. She isn’t completely afraid of the dark, but she doesn’t like it.
-She doesn’t like spiders and will kill them on sight. She doesn’t like MOST insects, in fact, except butterflies.
Goals:
-The Emperor’s Goals are her goals. She believes that Quincy are the truest evolution of mankind and that their power is the only way to truly control the cycle of life and death by breaking the weak, who are passed along its current helplessly moving from soul to human and back again.
-Become a Stern Ritter- Lula DREAMS of finally getting her letter and being one of the most elite in all of the vandenreich! One step closer to being closer to the Emperor and hearing his orders directly. Her choices are Stern Ritter S for The Sorcery, H for The Hermetic or O for The Occult. She believes the old ways of Alchemy and the Quincy powers are a "Chymical Wedding" made in, well made on Earth. She wants a Letter to reflect that.
-Create a Philosopher's Stone- The Stone of Legend. If Lula can find a way to create one, then the Vandenreich's rule can last for all of time.
-When Lula finally was able to practice her Quincy powers, she spent a lot of time experimenting with them and using them to practice Quincy Rituals. She has also used her reiatsu with alchemical items and rituals. All this is leading to her being able to make small rings and trinkets, along with crafting meticulous ritual circles. She hopes to be able to turn what is a hobby and cure for boredom into potential weapons for the Vandenreich. She's already been able to do a few things in this regard like warping the shape of her Quincy bow and harnessing leylines.
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Overall Personality:
Lula is, for a lack of a better word, insane. Whether she was born that way, the Quincy genetics twisting her very fabric, or whether the struggle to cope with her by her parents led her down a ruinous path is impossible to tell. Lula is filled with childlike wonder and naivety, but she is also filled with that same childish cruelty. In one instant, she can be your best friend, dutiful and loyal, in the next she wants to see you suffer just for sheer amusement.
Those who she is closest to, those who earn her trust, might be free from the wild mood swings, but no one is ever “out of danger” when it comes to Lula. She’s as wild and unpredictable as the “magic” she casts. And she’s studied up on it too. The only one who has any real sway over her is the Quincy Emperor, for who she believes she is divinely fated to serve. She believes the gifts the Emperor has blessed her with are unique to her and for her alone and if he was to command it, she would do it.
She is also very playful, seeing the world as a place for her to have fun, no matter what the game might be. She’s brimming with energy and is always looking for someone to play with. She gets bored easily and her attention span is mostly lacking, though she can busy herself into a book once in a while. She prefers fairy tales, but also likes to read up on the occult.
Lula is quick to make friends, but slow to keep them. She is polite and cheerful enough, but every new friend is a potential victim of her mischief. She likes playing pranks and has found that most people do not, in fact, like being the prankee. She also cannot, for one second, stand the taste of her own medicine. Those who try and tease or prank her will likely find her wrath aimed at them.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Powers-
Fighting Style: Lula likes to float around the battlefield creating chaos amongst her opponents. She’s not one for direct clashes and prefers to fight with people to gain numbers advantages. She’s an opportunist and likes picking on weaker people. If she had a choice, she would always chase the wounded gazelle and likes playing with her food. She isn't interested in proving herself to be the strongest on the battlefield. As much of a loner as she is, she understands the nature of war. Creating two vs. one scenarios or better is her preferred way of fighting.
Although powerful in her own right, Lula is a quintessential support piece. She has abilities that buff allies and debuff enemies and uses them to maximize the abilities of her fellow Quincy. Being mimic offense while staying away from the front line makes her very dangerous whenever she arrives to a battle. NOT making her a priority in a fight will lead to an avalanche that might be too big to overcome. Going after her is taking your eyes off the threat right in front of your face.
Lula is also a back line fighter and someone who does quite well when ambushes are in order. She can set up the battlefield to be the most optimal for her allies while making spots that are detrimental to her foes. She can also flitter around the battlefield like the fairie she is. Just like her mischievous counterpart, Lula also loves to use her Mimikry on opponents who have projectile attacks. Even though hers aren't as powerful, her Reiatsu reserves means she will generally have much more reiatsu to spare than her opponent and there is little more satisfying to Lula than finishing off an enemy with their own abilities.
If Lula is forced into a one on one Scenario, she will try and keep the close-quarters to a minimum. Her bow is long enough that she can usually keep at least some distance from her enemies and her Magischer Kreis can be used defensively enough to be able to hold out in a fight until either backup arrives or she can get one of her other tricks to work. Even with a weaker or injured opponent, she is still likely not to approach unless it's time to deliver a Coupe de Grace- in which case she will gleefully raise her hand for the opportunity.
Lula's mastery of Ancient Magic gives her knowledge of Leylines, which she can use to help drain her foes of power or buff her allies. She can also use this to help recreate Quincy Abilities on a large scale. Her Leyline Sprenger can put an end to nearly any conflict, but it takes a long time to set up and is indiscriminate. Lula has no problem with friendly fire if she feels it is necessary... or is simply in the mood.
Lula also likes to find inventive ways to use old techniques as well as creating trinkets that combine her love of Magick and her Quincy heritage. Even better if she can craft them herself but any "shinies" she comes across that aid her in battle will be put to the test!
Bow Release Overall Theme: Lula's theme is based around Ancient Rosicrucian, Thelema, Alchemy and Hermeticism themes. Her Old World style theme is Occult based, with Astrological and Alchemical Elements. She uses her Quincy abilities to replicate Occult rituals of old and combines things to create new things. Aka Magic and Old World Spellcasting.
Bow Release Properties:
Name: Dalet
When Lula forms her bow, she grasps her Quincy cross and holds it out in front of her. The light bow that forms first appears as an English long bow, taller than her. She has spent a lot of time using her Quincy cross and bow for more than just firing arrows and the bow has been warped to reflect the addition of Alchemical and Hermetic uses for the bow. The top of the bow is fitted with a small, ornamental snake's head with open mouth and fangs bared. The string of the bow disappearing into the headpiece. The bottom of the bow is extended and the extension looks like a snakes tail.
Basic Arrow Cost [70] Per Arrow (Up to 5 Arrows per post) Speed [800]
Form Property - Magischer Kreis (Magic Circle)
Activation Cost [100]
With a pluck of the string, the purple string wraps around the bow and "slithers" up into the snake's head, forming the forked tongue of the snake and making the eyes of the ornamental snake glow purple. This turns Lula's bow into a stylized white staff that is vaguely resembles a caduceus staff. Once the bow has been unstrung, rather than firing Arrows, The "string" of the bow, the forked tongue of the snake, is used to "Draw" Sigils in the form of magic circles. She draws these in the air in front of her.
From these circles the "arrows" are "summoned." Offensively, this takes the shape of a beam firing from the circle. Defensively, the circle fills, offering a bit of protection against attacks, depending on how many arrows were used to "draw' the circle and how large it is. One arrow is a beam about the size of one arrow, the sigil around it about the size of a silver dollar. Five arrows shot at once fires a beam about the size of a basketball. The sigil around it being about the size of a serving tray at a restaurant.
The Circles can be activated immediately, or be fired at a delay by spending [100] Reiatsu per unfired Cricle per post.
The Sigils have a static durability of 10-50% OS of damage depending on how many arrows are used.
Firing Property - Mimikry! (Mimicry!)
Activation Cost [150]
The firing property Mimicry has the ability of copy. It can attune itself and fire its Quincy arrows in a way that is like another projectile. This is done by deconstructing her own arrows and reconstructing them into something else. This is usually another Quincy's Property, but can be any reiatsu based projectile.
The downside is that Lula has to actually be able to have seen and studied the attack before. The second is that it is less effective than the original [X.75]. The third is that any additional (Reiatsu) costs to the user are also paid by Lula. So is the price of facsimile. Once Mimikry is loaded, changing it is the same as if the form property were activated initially.
Power Property - Launigkeit (Whimsy!)
Activation Cost [200]
Getting hit by Lula’s arrows do less damage than a normal Quincy arrow, but they have transformative properties. Each successive hit turns the person hit into more and more of an animal until they finally become an adorable critter friend!
1 Hit = Ears, 3 hits = Tail, 5 hits = animal feet. 9 hits = paws, 10 hits = You a cute animal!
When used on an ally, Lula’s transmogrifying shot grants a temporary increase in speed without the side effect of turning into a cute animal (except for some physical traits to identify the animal that are otherwise vestigial)
10% Speed Buff per hit, capping at 3x Stat - As long as Power Property is up
Mass Property - Spinnenseide (Spider Silk!)
Activation Cost [250]
Lula's Mass Property is Spinnenseide. When fired from her normal bow, the normal arrow is fired, but when activated, splits into dozens of nearly invisible strands of Reiatsu, that are deadly to the touch. To those with poor senses, the Arrow will look like it has disappeared and then, suddenly, as they become entangled int he fillament, they will begin getting cuts. Trying to flail and remove it will only make it worse. It is easily broken with reiatsu abilities, however. And if seen, it can be dodged. The initial form of Spinnenseide is show more like a lasso or bolas, a thin string of it that tries to wrap around someone and hold them in place.
When Lula's bow is unstring, the Spinnenseide shoots out of the sigil in a cloud. It is a bit slower, but covers more area. This is shot more like a blanket or net, with the intention of falling onto an enemy, covering them and making escape both painful and distracting. When Spinnenseide is shot through a sigil, the sigil fills up, then disappears, making those who aren't paying attention, think that Lula has just activated a defensive sigil.
Aside from firing it at someone, Lula can use Spinnenseide to set up a trap. Putting it up in places where she might drive an opponent into it to tangle them up. Lula can spend [10] Reiatsu per arrow per post to maintain a Spinnenseide that has been fired.
To be able to detect Spinnerseide, an ES of 50 is needed. To be able to see it clearly, an ES of 200 is needed. Spinnerseide also has only 25% of its normal durability against reiatsu based attacks.
Heart Property - Umarmen! (Hugify)
Activation Cost [400]
Lula’s heart property is her magic sphere. She can produce a sphere that encapsulates herself or someone else and then expands rapidly, making whoever the target is become as tall as a building for a short time! This violent expansion throws everything within the sphere but the target upwards into the air, leaving them to the whims of gravity if they can’t orient themselves fast enough.
The target grows to about 4x their original size and is granted the benefits and detriments that come with being that large.
Lasts as long as she keeps up her Heart Property Active.
Soul Property - Energielinienwanderer (Leyline Walker)
Activation Cost [500]
Lula’s Soul Property is to be able to detect and manipulate Spiritual and Magical Leylines. She can, with enough time, even use leylines to create a massive Sprenger that doesn’t require Seele Schneider. Otherwise, she can turn the leylines on and off like a faucet, boosting Allie’s in the area or creating conditions detrimental to her opponents by reversing the flow of the leylines.
Leyline - Amplify - Decrease Reiatsu Cost of Abilities X .5
Leyline - Reverse - Increase Reiatsu Cost of abilities X2
Activating or deactivating an additional leyline costs [100] Reiatsu
Leyline Sprenger - Rather than use Seele Schneider, Lula can create a full or partial Pentagram using Leylines around a large area. While the resource cost is negated, the cost in time and reiatsu is amplified. Lulu must spend one full post activating each leyline and must activate at least three leylines. Every Leyline activated costs 300 reiatsu and the final activation costs 1000 for a minimum of 1900 Reiatsu or a maximum of 2500.
This otherwise functions exactly like a Sprenger, however, it is in a larger area, so it can hit multiple targets and does not discriminate between allies and enemies who are in the Sprenger when the first incantation is cast.
The power of the technique is determined by the number of Leylines activated for the technique, meaning that the more time and preparation involved, the more devastating the technique is. When three Leylines are activated, the power is equal to the user's Reiatsu Strength. When four are activated, the power is increased by 50%. When five are activated, the power is doubled. This means that this technique can destroy even a powerful target if used at its full potential.
Vollstandig Appearance:
{Spoiler}
Name: Turiel (Stone of God)Lula’s Volstandig only slightly changes her appearance. It gives her a more angelic look. Her hat disappears and is replaced by two white, glowing halos. Lula’s eyes glow green. Her ears become pointed like an elf. Her dress is modified, losing the pleats on the skirt. Her capulet becomes more like collared shoulder pauldrons, light and armor like rather than flowing and cape-y.
Lula instead gains a trailing cosmic cape and is accompanied by glowing fairy wings. Lula’s bow in staff form turns from white to more wooden and the cross adorning the top glows white. Overall she changes from a more classic looking wizard to something more akin to a fairy sorceress.
Additional Tools or Techniques:
{Willpower - Mastered}Technique Name: Physical Manifestation: Willpower
Class: 3
Technique Type: Other
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
Willpower is a technique that is available to most who dwell within the human world, and has a variety of effects that make it a versatile and useful technique. This technique is one that manifests the willpower of the physical body. It essentially causes spirit and physical body to "become one" and merge their powers. There are two uses of it. The first is a non battle use, and is the main use. The main use is simply to know the technique, which slows the aging process of the body and allows the possessor to live easily as long as a Shinigami or Arrancar. This is a will-based technique, however, and thus, if will vanishes, so does its power to stop the aging, which quickly catches up. Mod Souls and Bounts have a minor version of this part at all times, which allows them to age slowly at all times; humans and Quincy learn this version at Class 1.
Willpower has three stages that are associated with it, as listed below:
[Stage One: Cog]: By giving up 100 Reiatsu, the user pumps an explosive amount of intimidating power out. Anyone of inferior class will immediately be intimidated. This does not mean they won't fight. Those who are weak enough in comparison will feel a huge, exaggerated surge of power that will probably make them surrender. This can also be used on Hollows to actually scare them away instead of having to kill them. This does NOT work on animals! It only works on "intelligent beings." This means unless it has a similar to human intelligence, this wont' work on an animal.
[Stage Two: Pulley]: This causes physical output to increase based on draining spiritual energy. It costs 400 reiatsu. When activated, it increases physical stats by 50%. However, it causes the skin to begin to blister from pumped out Reiatsu. Essentially, skin begins to burn. It's a quick burn. Within 5 posts, burning will start to become quite serious. On top of that, statistic gain is lost by the post, starting after the second post of this being active. After that time, 10% of the gain is lost every post. It can only be restored by sacrificing 150 Reiatsu per 10%.
[Stage Three: Gate]: This has no initial cost. Reiatsu strength and Spiritual pressure (but NOT Reiatsu amount) both double. From there, reiatsu output goes up, meaning that costs are also doubled for everything. On top of that, 100 reiatsu is lost per post until this is deactivated.
Drawback: See each individual stage. Atop that, when Willpower is learned, it comes with all three stages, but costs double the TTP to learn. Humans, Mod Souls, Quincy, and Bounts only.

{Hirenkyaku - Mastered}Technique Name: Hirenkyaku
Class: 4
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
Analogous to the Shinigami Shunpo or the Arrancar Sonído, the Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances; according to many Quincy, it is faster than flash steps, though a Captain's superior speed in comparison to a Master Quincy's speed suggests that this is just a generalization. Using it in its base form increases speed 10x for a single step, and costs 50 Reiatsu. However, unlike Shunpo and Sonido, this can be used for a constant movement as well. Giving up 400 Reiatsu allows for a constant movement over the duration of one post at 6x speed. Giving up 1000 Reiatsu allows constant movement over the duration of 3 posts of 4x speed.
How to use technique: To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances.
Drawback: None.

{Output - Mastered}Technique Name: Output
Class: 2
Technique Type: Other
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
This technique is one that makes use of the body directly, using the user’s spiritual strength to increase the body’s capabilities in specific ways. Like Willpower, this technique comes in stages as well, but is limited to two:
[Stage 1: Push]: This power coats the user in a sort of "Output Aura." It does two things. First, awareness can extend out by two more inches. This means someone will become more aware of an incoming attack two inches of distance from the attack earlier than normal. It means that one can try to use this to predict enemies, though not as successfully as actual prediction or reading. The secondary point expands "damage." Essentially, it bypasses defenses. A human using this is completely immune to cutback effect regardless of state, and this extends to weapon uses too. Hierro is also completely ignored during use of Push. This defense ignoring is only present during physical attacks. Reiatsu-based strikes can still meet Hierro resistance. This lasts for 5 posts, and costs 100 Reiatsu.
[Stage 2: Impact]: This stage can be used only for physical confrontation. When activated, hit strength triples. This means that one can activate it while punching an enemy. If the user has 200 strength, that strength will count as 600 during the instance of the punch. This is very physically draining, and quickly exhausts the body's nutrients. It shortens lifespan to use too often, and it weakens stamina very quickly. This lasts for 1 post, and costs 200 Reiatsu.
Drawback: See specific stages.

{Schatten - Mastered}Technique Name: Schatten (Shadow)
Technique Class: 4 - 20 TTP
Technique Type: Vandenreich - Cinematic.
Usable By: Vandenreich Quincy.
Technique Element: Shadow.
Technique Cost: 0 Reiatsu.
Description: Schatten, or Shadow (whichever you prefer) is a Vandenreich technique that allows the user to walk in the shadows of the three worlds for transportation. Similarly to Garganta and the Senkaimon, Schatten serves as a mobility option to allow the Quincy or Quincies in question to move between any world except for Hell, or sections of those worlds with ease, so long as the user has been to said world. At Learned, this allows the user to walk into shadows in order to move about, reappearing through another shadow somewhere else. At Mastered however, this technique allows the user to create portals of shadow for transportation instead, shaped as the Vandenreich emblem, allowing them to make their own shadows instead of relying on those in the world around them.
How to Use: Walk in the shade of the Three Worlds.
Incantation: N/A.
Drawbacks: While Schatten costs no reiatsu in order to create, it cannot be used with zero reiatsu. Stepping through shadows, or creating portals of shadow, take far too much time in order to be able to do in Combat.
Made By: His Majesty the Emperor.
Reserved?: No.

{Schneller Schatten - Mastered}Technique Name: Schneller Schatten (Swift Shadows)
Technique Class: 4 - 40 TTP
Technique Type: Vandenreich.
Usable By: Vandenreich Quincy.
Technique Element: Shadow.
Technique Cost: 50 Reiatsu.
Description: Taking the teachings of Schatten and pushing them a step further, Schneller Schatten allows for quicker movements alongside Schatten. Users of this technique are able to make use of both variants of Schatten in the midst of combat, costing them 50 reiatsu in order to do so at faster speeds than normal. Entry and Exit points for Schneller Schatten can be as close to one another as the user would like within these shadows, so long as they are not larger than one foot per point in Reiatsu Strength the user has (A Quincy could opt into lessening the 50ft. distance from Point A to Point B so long as they had at least 50 RS, traversing it exceedingly quickly should they desire).
How to Use: Walk in the shadows of the Three Worlds, but at an accelerated pace.
Incantation: N/A.
Drawbacks: Standard reiatsu cost. Counts against Step Tech total. Requires Mastery of Schatten.

{Blutwächter- Mastered}Technique Name: Blutwächter (Blood Guard)
Technique Class: 5 - 20 TTP
Technique Type: Vandenreich.
Usable By: Vandenreich Quincy.
Technique Element: Blood.
Technique Cost: 150 Reiatsu/post.
Description: An extension of Blut Vene, Blutwächter serves as a spiritually defensive option for Quincies that find themselves up against Hollows or Arrancar. By expending 150 reiatsu per post, the user can activate this technique, shielding them from specifically Hollow and Arrancar reiatsu in order to protect themselves from the poisoning and acidic burns that they are capable of inducing. When used alongside the Quincy technique Verfeinern, this technique costs no reiatsu.
How to Use: Pulse reiatsu through the user's veins.
Incantation: N/A.
Drawbacks: Blutwächter cannot be used alongside Blut Vene. If Verfeinern is active alongside Blutwächter, Blut Vene can be used, but only at half-effectiveness. Requires Blut at Learned.

{Blut - Mastered}Technique Name: Blut (Blood)
Technique Class: 3 - 80 TTP
Technique Type: Vandenreich.
Usable By: Vandenreich Quincy.
Technique Element: Spirit.
Technique Cost: 300 Reiatsu/post for Vene, 500 Reiatsu/post for Arterie.
Description: Blut, translated as “blood,” is a powerful technique that is passed down through all pure-blooded Quincies of the Vandenreich Empire. This technique is a gift from the Vandenreich Emperor, and only exists as long as he, or someone of similar power who has assumed his role, is alive. Channeling that leader's power through their very veins, Vandenreich Quincy are able to draw upon it and make use of it either defensively or offensively in combat. This technique is not active by default, however, and a cost must be paid to trigger it.
The first half of this technique is Blut Vein, the defensive half of the ability. Acting similar to an Arrancar's Hierro, Blut Vein allows the user to protect themselves on the skin level, preventing any physical damage to the body as long as the user possesses a superior offensive stat. Unlike Hierro, though, this armor will not degrade over time. However, attacks with impact behind them can still send the user flying, though the bodily damage will be negated. Blut Vein costs 300 Reiatsu per post to keep active.
The other half of the technique is Blut Arterie, which focuses on offensive ability. While this ability is active, the Emperor's power flows through the user's body and soul, doubling either physical or spiritual stats. This takes up one of the user's long-term stat boost slots, and costs 500 Reiatsu per post to keep active. Note that only one of these two techniques can be active at a time; if one is activated, the other is deactivated.
How to Use: Spend Reiatsu to draw out the latent power in the user's blood.
Incantation: N/A.
Drawbacks: The first major drawback to Blut Vein is that it can be bypassed in one of three ways. First, if the opponent's offensive stat is higher by even a single point, then Blut Vein is ignored. Second, if the opponent is of a superior Class, then Blut Vein is bypassed. Finally, “final forms” of Release, such as Bankai, can ignore Blut Vein.
Blut Arterie has its own drawbacks as well. When active, Blut Vein is removed, removing the user's defenses. Aside from taking up a stat boost slot, the user is constantly funneling excess energy through their body, which is a tiring effect over time. Finally, while active, the user draws in half as much Reiatsu per post as normal, as they are focused on output more than they are on drawing it in.

{Geist Pfeil - Mastered}Technique Name: Geist Pfeil (Spirit Arrow)
Class: 3
Technique Type: Quincy Technique
Usable By: Quincy (All)
Technique Element: Various
Technique Description and Effects:
When drawing upon their Letze Stil, a Quincy normally forms arrows of loose spiritual particles that are present in the area around them. However, this technique draws upon a different sort of spirit, using the user's own energy to form their arrows. Doing so alters the arrows in a unique way, allowing them to manifest in a form based on the user's spirit and personality, taking on properties that are different than a standard piercing arrow. This can even be used with the Versteckte Pfeil technique that allows a Quincy to fire arrows even without the use of their bow, with much the same results.
When this technique is learned, the user can pick one element and one effect from the lists below that matches their personality, and their arrows, when formed with this technique, will embody those traits. These cannot be changed upon learning. Mastering this technique advances both the elemental and effect properties to new forms, which will be listed in each individual category, but also increases the cost. Fortunately, the user can choose between the advanced and basic forms based on the situation of battle. Additionally, both Elemental and Effect traits do not need to be used simultaneously; one can embody an arrow with just one as needed.
Draw Reiatsu from the body in order to form an arrow, based on the spirit.
Technique Drawbacks
This technique costs 400 Reiatsu per post to keep active. Additionally, while activating the properties is costless, the advanced forms increase the cost of the arrows noticeably. Only one arrow possessing these properties can be fired at a time, and until that arrow hits something or is destroyed cannot be used, requiring the user to use normal arrows. Upon mastery, this is increased to two arrows able to be fired at once. Only arrows equal to or lower than the Class of the user can be fired, and any attempt to use stronger will cause the arrow to explode and create a rebound that damages the user's spirit, dealing incredible pain to them on a spiritual and physical scale. Finally, arrows using properties this technique overwrite a Bow Release's properties, including the ability to be guided and split aside from the Split property.

{Elemental and Effect Property}Water – An arrow released with this property takes on the form of a solid, but dampened arrow, yet the liquid does not hinder its flight in the slightest. However, this water does have an effect on the arrow, blunting the point and causing the fired shot to no longer pierce through that which it strikes. Though it does not pierce, the blunt trauma caused from the force is calculated using the user's Reiatsu Strength as though it were like Strength, instead allowing for severe impact damage. When advanced through mastery, these arrows actually freeze over, and spread that cold to the area struck, freezing an area equal to six inches in radius for every 200 Reiatsu Strength the user has if it hits a spiritual being or a protected object, or two feet in radius for every 200 Reiatsu Strength the user has if it hits an unprotected environmental area. This doubles the cost of the arrow.
Draw In – An arrow released with this property draws in Reiatsu as it flies, allowing it to absorb 10% of the offensive strength of any spiritual techniques that come within twenty feet of it, making the shot that much more powerful. When advanced through mastery, this absorption is increased to 25%. This increases the cost of the arrow by 50%.

{Blatt}Class 2 Techniques
Technique Name: Blatt (Sheet)
Class: 2
Technique Type: Ginto
Usable By: Quincy
Technique Element: Paper
Technique Description and Effects: When activated, the Silver Tube unrolls like a scroll, forming a single sheet of paper. This page gives off a faint glow, the colour being determined by the colour of the user's reiatsu. This page can be controlled by thought, and moves at a fix stat speed of 200. It is, needless to say, not a normal sheet of paper. The page is capable of absorbing reiatsu-based techniques with a reiatsu cost less than the amount given up to activate the technique. This then increases the reiatsu stored in the page by the amount used to create the stored technique. The name of the technique is then written on the page in elegant, cursive script in the native language of the user. The page can absorb multiple techniques, up until its reiatsu limit is reached. The page's limit is determined by the amount of reiatsu given up for it. When the limit is reached, the page explodes in a blast of reiatsu, with a blast radius of 2 metres. The Reiatsu Strength of this explosion is determined by the amount of reiatsu stored in the page. The user can also make the page explode voluntarily before the limit is reached.
How to use technique: The user must hold the Silver Tube in front of them, expend the Reiatsu they wish to spend on the technique, and state the incantation.
Technique Drawbacks: Any amount of reiatsu can be expended to use this technique, however the reiatsu spent determines the limit of the page. The maximum limit for a single page is 800 Reiatsu. The page can only absorb techniques that are Class 2 or lower, and only if the offensive stat of the technique is less than 150% of the user's current Reiatsu Stength, and if the reiatsu cost of the technique to be absorbed is less than the limit of the page. It costs a further 100 reiatsu for the user to cause the page to explode before the limit is reached.
Incantation and Effect: Scatter the fruits of knoweledge to the wind! Komme hier, Blatt!

-History-
Birthplace: Riga, Latvia
Current Residence: The Silbern - The Vandenreich complex
Memorable Figures: Occult Teacher
History:
Lula is a generational Quincy. Her mother and father are Quincy. Her grandparents are Quincy and so on and so forth. However, at some point in her family line, her lineage separated from the Emperor, deciding to become free Quincy, still protecting the Quincy name and passing along the Quincy values but keeping a low profile and trying to live regular lives.
When Lulatrix was born, her parents were happy to be able to pass along everything to the next generation, but early in Lula’s development, she began to show disconcerting signs. Broken toys and disturbing drawings were just the beginning. As she grew older, Lulu became much meaner, treating other kids as if she could do what she wanted to thim, always with a rather cheerful disposition. Deep inside her idea of playing was torment. She would crush anthills, tie sticks to cats tails and play practical jokes that were extremely mean spirited.
Lula’s parents, by this point, were much more concerned with trying to make sure their child didn’t develop into a sociopath than they were with developing her Quincy powers. Unfortunately for them, inside of Lula lay enticing Quincy powers. The darkness inside of Lula eventually turned her to the occult and, at first, her parents were pleased that Lula had found something to occupy herself aside from tormenting others.
Unfortunately for them, what they thought was some deep dive into emo music and goth fashion was really Lula studying what she believed to be real magic. The “spells” she cast were her latent Quincy powers seeping out of her, but when she realized she was a true force of destruction, she decided to push her limits.
It all came to a head when Lula was able to perform a ritual at her school that razed it to the ground in a brilliant flash of energy. It was time, not only for Lula and her parents to pack up and leave, but for Lula’s parents to make a decision. They moved to Japan, specifically to make sure that they had some better protection in case things went bad in Japan. They also made the decision to tell Lula about her Quincy heritage.
This excited the young Quincy and, once again, in the short term, the training seemed to distract her. She worked hard to perfect her Quincy skills, but her parents noticed that she was taking to it… too well. They had still yet to reveal anything to her about the Vandenreich or the Emperor, but they could not keep her from learning about Hollows and Shinigami and, second hand, the way things worked in the universe.
Feeling that the Quincy had betrayed their agreement, Lula was put on a wanted list. School had reverted back to how things had been before as well. Although they made it very clear that Lula was to never expose herself as a Quincy, she was, nonetheless, unable to keep from using her powers to play tricks on students, intimidate teachers and bullying anyone who dared to cross her rather insane views of the world.
Feeling that it was only a matter of time before either the Shinigami or the Vandenreich came for her, her parents made a decision. They decided to lure Lula into a trap one night. Using all of their Quincy powers, they neutralized her and put her in a state of stasis. They shipped her off to a facility that would oversee her and keep her in a stasis chamber until they felt like they had a way to keep her under control… or until they could work up the courage to pull the plug.
They thought that they had finally rid the world of their monstrous daughter, but they could not keep the Vandenreich from knowing about her. They could not hide her from the Emperor. The Emperor sent a few Quincy to break Lula free and take her back to the place she could truly call home. In the Silbern amongst others indoctrinated to the cause, Lula grew and prospered both as a Quincy and as a soldier in the Emperor's army. Now she is trying to rise to the ranks of Stern Ritter.
Lula's time inside the Vandenreich has not been everything she was expecting it to be, however. The Emperor still sleeps, she she is left to her own devices. She's considered a freak, even by other Vandenreich members, but her loyalty and willingness to do anything for the cause made her rise through the ranks quickly. At least, she thought that was the case. Most of the other rank-and-file were either afraid of Lula and her unpredictability and wanted her to be as far away from them as possible, even if it meant a promotion for her.
Others were jealous of her proclaimed Emperor's favor, which caused her to be bullied. This often didn't end well for those who bullied her, and she developed a reputation that the best way to handle Lula was to be no where near her. The command she comes under is not run particularly rigidly, which some appreciate. Lula usually has very few rules for her subordinates, though her temper and childish behavior can make working under her not worth her otherwise lax attitude. In many ways, despite finding her home, she is more lonely than ever. Her drive to be the best and become one of the elite Stern Ritter has helped, along with trying to mix the occult with Quincy powers to create the perfect weapon to help serve the emperor.
