"...Are you sure we should be doing this? I don't really know."
"Haven't you ever heard of creative licensing? We already put in the effort to get the equipment and we've got it all arranged. So. I guess we might as well make it good. Don't you think? Besides. If you don't want it released. We can hold off on that." Senshi took a deep breath, looking down at her white dress shirt, adjusting the black tie she had around her neck. It took a bit of time, and she felt kind of silly. Though. She calmed her heart. Thus. It would begin.
Walking through the rain, holding the umbrella, her eyes sadly look towards the ground, a hand smoothing down her skirt. A piano playing in the background. "I feel like it's sinking, it's melting. On this night which a sky just for the two of us expands." The beating of drums and the snare keeping rhythm as the music intensifies. Raising it up into the sky, she looks towards the grey and dreary sky.
"It was only a simple goodbye, but it was all I needed to understand. The sinking sun, the rising night sky, overlaps with your visage past the wall." Continuing to walk on down past the tall white buildings, the monotonous colors. "Ever since the first day we met. You stole my heart." A shadowy obscure figure passes her by, causing her to turn, looking almost longingly, her umbrella dropping, as the rain obscures her form. "You who were clad in that fleeting aura. Who wore my same lonely eyes. But you were just a ghost that was passing by." She steps forward, to reach for its hand, only for it to be gone.
"The world just keeps moving on. Touching the heartless words! My voice is mute, even if my tears are about to spill!" She falls to her knees, a bang covering her eye, as she finds her hands resting along the floor. "But I'm sure if we're together, we'll be able to find happi-ness."
There she transitions, soaking wet, standing atop a tall rooftop with a guard rail fence. Looking at the apparition before her. "In the most troubling days for the never smi-ling you. I give my utmost love and my convictions are so true." Clenching her hand, she approaches, running forth and grabbing the apparition's hand, turning it to look upon her, but it's face is obscured. The eyes not visible. "In the never ending night, before we fall, come take my hand." She found herself hugging into it, her voice singing in its bright echo.
"Even the days that you hid, that you wanted to forget. I'll melt away, give myself to this embrace. No need to be afraid, as dawn comes again someday. Let us be-" Thus, she comes to find herself about to leap from the building, only to find a hand holding her tight. Keeping her from toppling from the edge. The rain pouring down, making it look as if she were crying. Thus, comes to a panel where it gradually closes off on them, staring off the ledge, as the rain pours, the music intensifying in its solo.
Cue back to Senshi, but now in her black Shinigami robes, standing atop that same rooftop on a clear day. "I hate when you stare at the things only you can see. As if you're captivated, or you're in love." She says, turning back towards the camera in a tired and exasperated expression. "I hate that expression. Becausethere'sthingstobelieve, butIjustcan'tbelieve. Opportunitiesariseanddissapear,Igetangryandcry."
"Even so I feel as if we'll understand each other and it's soon." That black figure materializing behind her, she turns, arms open wide. Before it proceeds to step forth, closing the distance in a slow and almost intimate manner, before Senshi falls backwards. Falling off the rooftop. Seemingly teetering towards the edge "In the most troubling days for the never smi-ling you. I give my utmost love and my convictions are so true. In the never ending night, before we fall, come take my hand..."
Only to find herself again. Grasped. Pulled back from the edge. Held in a hug. A warm embrace. Her eyes closed against the figure's chest. "I don't want this. I'm tired. I reach for you, but you push your hand away. I'm confused, and I'm lost, and my soul is in dismay." She breaks free from the embrace, and she calls back. Almost gently. "I don't want this. I'm tired." I want to say that too."
"The world just keeps moving on again, again. Touching the heartless words again! My voice is mute, even if my tears are about to spill! None of the words that I've prepared, are reaching you!" She calls out, touching her heart, patting it several times, to simulate its beat. "I went along with it, when I said, "I want to end it all." You went and smiled for the first time."
Again, this time, on the same rooftop, but along a beautiful sunset, nearing evening, Senshi stands, now both her, and the figure's eyes obscured. She smiled. "In the troubling days, I find myself un-able to smile. The reflection of you in my eyes is truly beauti-ful." Tears began to spill from her cheeks on either side, as she approaches and holds the figure's hand. She was dressed again in the casual business wear. "The over-flowing tears on the never ending night dissolved into your smile ah- aaaaaaah!"
"In the never ending days when I cried, you charmed me with your tenderness towards the end. Just like when I'm about to sink, like I'm melting, the fog begins to melt away." The obscuration of her eyes lifting, and along the visage of the handsome man, revealing a dark robed Shinigami. She found herself extending her hands, locking fingers with him. Looking so intimately bright. "In the days I hide away inside, just wanting to forget. I take your hand as it extends to me. It's like the cold breeze blowing through us, swimming through the sky. Be with me~"
Before she finds herself leaping off the building with the figure. Falling towards the earth, death bearing down upon her. "Don't ever let go of my hand. Racing towards the night." The music cuts to its final solo, Senshi laying upon the ground, eyes closed in a peaceful manner, the handsome man rising up, and leaving her behind. Leaving the background, it cuts to the rooftop of the tall building. The redheaded Shinigami gazing upwards at what is the dying night, and the rising of dawn. Her eyes resuming the tired and empty expression she did before.
"Haven't you ever heard of creative licensing? We already put in the effort to get the equipment and we've got it all arranged. So. I guess we might as well make it good. Don't you think? Besides.
