飲み万事!Nomibanji! (Drink everything!) 出血武器 Shukketsubuki (Exit Wound Arsenal) [150 Reiatsu]
Unreleased, Shukketsubuki looks like a normal katana with a red handle under the black grip. The tsuba is teardrop shaped and with the large end facing the same way as the blade. She wears her Katana in the Tachi style, on her left side, draws with her left hand and passes the sword to her right hand, which holds the weapon upside down.
Shikai Overall ability
{Spoiler}Shukketsukubuki, Fuuko's Shikai release's abilities, revolve around collecting blood, storing it, converting it to reiatsu and healing with the stored reiatsu. Below are detailed versions of how this manifests.
Blood collection - Shukketsukubuki collects blood and stores it in a bank as a reiatsu pool that can be used to fuel other abilities. This manifests as a change in weapon size. When Shukketsukubuki is released, it passively collects any spilled blood (if any) in a small area (about 3x her arm's length) around Fuuko each post. This adds [15] Reiatsu to Shukketsukubuki's blood pool. Alternatively, Fuuko can concentrate and add [25] Reiatsu to Shukketsukubuki's blood pool or she can spend [50] Reiatsu to absorb all of the blood in a small area or [100] Reiatsu to absorb all the blood she can see into Shukketsukubuki.
Each time blood is collected, Shukketsukubuki changes to a different weapon. The amount of Reiatsu in the blood pool much reach a certain number before the weapon category changes.

{Spoiler}-血の川 Chi no kawa (River of Blood): Fuuko can spend [50] reiatsu to infuse Shukketsubuki with reiatsu and that causes her next attack inflicted wound to bleed profusely, increasing the amount of Reiatsu that is absorbed into the blood pool by [1.5]. Alternatively, if she spends [100] Reiatsu per post, she can keep it up as an active ability.

Radius around Fuuko. The blood that pours from the created cloud has been cleansed and purified by Shukketsubuki and has been transformed into a universal donor type. Infused with Reiatsu, it will, at any cost, try and replace old blood with itself, and reinvigorate and rejuvenate. Unfortunately, since it is not sentient rain, it does not know when or how to stop when it has completed its task, nor does it know friend from foe.
When Raining Blood is used, the ground becomes thick with the sludgy blood. For those inside the radius (except for Fuuko), it becomes difficult to move around. Step Techniques cost an additional amount of reiatsu = to the amount of blood drained from the pool [Capping at 25% of the original cost of the technique). Fuuko gains an equivalent boost to speed (Movement only) with the same cap.
Each round, each level wound is healed one step (Minor cuts are healed. (Knicks, cuts, scrapes, etc.), Gashes, deep cuts and other minor wounds become superficial, Major wounds close up. Lost limbs will start to grow back, Fatal Injuries can be halted).
Each time a wound is healed it creates a blood boils that spew out a blood globule. Each blood globule can be "loaded" into Shukketsubuki and used for free [Blood Bullets] later. Fuuko can combine Blood Boil globules however she likes, as long as they do not exceed her normal [Blood Bullet] parameters. The globules = [100 Strength] and [100 Speed] for each level of wound healed. Superficial, etc. [100], Minor, [200], Major, [300], Fatal [400].
Any wound that is healed and spits out a globule continues to be marred by small boil-patches (spitting out a globule each turn as old, bad blood is expelled from the body). These wounds always count as being "open wounds" and "superficial wounds" while inside the Blood Rain.
All unspent globules are expectorated when Shukketsubuki is sealed again and become useless.
Additionally, Fuuko can stow Shuuketsubuki and choose to wrap her fists in the globules. The rain coats her fists in a way that looks like she is wearing blood red MMA gloves when she does this. Punches are increased in Strength and Speed by the amount of globules spent. (In this instance a "punch" is considered one swing by each arm. i.e. a right, left combination) before it's used up. (These increases can never go past 3x OS)
The Blood Rain lasts for one post per 25 points drained from the pool, or until the Shikai is up. (Whichever comes first). If Fuuko extends the shikai, the Blood Rain is also extended. Fuuko can syphon new blood into the cloud to extend it, but at a rate of [50] Blood Points per additional post. (Shukketsubuki does not like to drink blood she has cleansed, so it's harder to find "tainted" blood to spew into the sky)
The aura literally soaks clouds in blood and can be affected in the way clouds are. If Fuuko moves, the aura moves towards her, but at a clouds pace [Speed 300], unless 100 Reiatsu is spent to speed it up to catch up and/or follow Fuuko.
If the Cloud is affected by non-natural wind powers, Fuuko can resist it with OS and spending 100 Reiatsu. If there is natural wind, Fuuko can instead spend [100 Reiatsu] to keep the cloud in place. This ability can be used on a cloudless, sunny day or even indoors. It is only affected by natural weather after it is used. The clouds are formed by using the ability if there are none.
When Blood Rain Ends, any Blood Boils fall off, leaving a patch of dry, itchy skin (if healed from a superficial wound) for a few minutes)
血の弾丸 Chi no Dangan (Blood Bullet) - Fuuko reduces an amount of her choosing from her Blood Pool. (Up to 3x OS). Shukketsubuki begins to glow and when Fuuko swings her sword, she fires one or more projectiles forward. The amount of Blood Bank spent is then split between Strength, Speed and Spread, in whatever manner Fuuko chooses. Blood Bullets are exactly that. They fire like a bullet out from the glowing Shukketsubuki and are about the size of a .50 Caliber bullet.
For example, 1000 points could be split into 400Strength-300speed- 300spread. In which case Fuuko would fire three bullets of moderately fast and moderately strong blood bullets. In addition to the blood pool cost, Fuuko pays half the pool amount spent in Reiatsu as well. Once the bullet(s) is fired, Shukketsubuki reduces in size to a weapon in the current category where the remaining blood pool points are. This would cost Fuuko 500 Reiatsu also. Each 100 in Spread is another bullet. So, at least 100 for it to fire at least 1 Bullet and each extra bullet must be another 100. 200 = 2 bullets, etc. (A 000 in spread is only for using Blood Bullet as a means of transfusion (See below))
Blood Bullet can also be used to literally put blood back into those who are bleeding out, though it has no healing effect aside from any blood that has passed through Shukketsubuki being cleaned and turned into universal donor blood, as per part of Shukketsubuki's natural ability.
Blood Bullet can be combined with River of Blood.
Out of Combat, this is the ability that Shukketsubuki uses to perform blood transfusions. (The part that lets her put the blood back in)

When Fuuko calls out “Bankai”, she lifts up her sword and tilts her head. She then begins to "drink" her sword until it is gone. Once it is down her throat, lines appear on her back like the markings of a shifter. along with the Kanji for Death on her forehead 死 (shi) . Then, from between her shoulder blades, bursts a sword, looking a bit like a chrome wakazahi except there is a dripping red orb on the end. From her shoulders bursts chrome plated exhaust pipes that are reminiscent of a pair of metal wings. Two large, red horns sprout from her forehead and her fingernails sharpen into dagger-like claws, her teeth also grow large fangs and her teeth become pointed.
{Spoiler}-血には血 (Blood for Blood): When activated, Fuuko suffers an unmodified moderate wound as she is stabbed with her own bankai. She suffers an additional unmodified moderate wound each turn her Bankai is active as the sword in her back carves a path down her back like it is shifting gears. In Bankai, blood that is added to the blood pool is spilled onto Fuuko's body, encasing her in a thin coating of crimson, black and silver, like the mixing of blood and oil and mercury. This provides her with damage reduction in the form of a Hierro,
The hierro is equal to the amount in her blood pool (To a max of 2x her [Offensive Stat] that was added since Bankai was activated. It starts at 0 when she activates Bankai. Any time Fuuko is wounded, or she inflicts a wound, Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai absorbs the blood and adds it to the pool. Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai uses the shikai blood pool, but all numbers are maximized and doubled. The higher the number in the Bankai pool, the more demonic in appearance her form becomes. The amount gained during Bankai is kept separate.
Anyone damaged by Fuulo during her Bankai will have their wounds counted, indicating they have been marked for 死には死 Shi ni wa shi (Death for Death)
Each wound completes the Kanji for death, which is imprinted upon their forehead. 死 (shi) Minor wound that is dealt is 1 stroke of Kanji that appears upon their forehead. A moderate wound will count as two strokes and a major wound as four. The kanji 死 (shi) can only be completed if Fuuko herself has done a moderate or higher wound while in her Bankai form. The wounds need not be caused by Fuuko herself, except for at least one moderate wound. However, the wounds will only be counted and the Kanji will only appear if Fuuko has wounded someone.
Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai TechniquesThe hierro is equal to the amount in her blood pool (To a max of 2x her [Offensive Stat] that was added since Bankai was activated. It starts at 0 when she activates Bankai. Any time Fuuko is wounded, or she inflicts a wound, Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai absorbs the blood and adds it to the pool. Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai uses the shikai blood pool, but all numbers are maximized and doubled. The higher the number in the Bankai pool, the more demonic in appearance her form becomes. The amount gained during Bankai is kept separate.

A superficial wound becomes a light wound, a light a moderate, etc. A paper cut would tear open, becoming a large cut, a deep wound to the arm, might sever it, a goring stab to the stomach would thrash someone's insides like the weapon was barbed or splintered.
-生には生 Nama ni wa Nama (Life for Life) -Fuuko can expend the blood she has collected in Shikai into her bankai attacks. If Fuuko causes a wound, the blood that is injected coagulates like a foam that grows and fills in cracks and crevices. It is, unfortunately, a painful experience, but when Fuuko's bankai ends, the wound that has been inflicted is healed as well as any additional wounds equal to double the amount of blood injected into the attack.
For example, if Fuuko inflicted a paper cut, it would be a large cut thanks to Pain for Pain. She would need to inject at least [50] Blood from the Shikai pool to heal it back. If she also added an additional [200] she could heal an existing moderate word or four additional large cuts. [2000] in the blood pool (the equivalent of two fatal wounds) can keep someone from dying if Fuuko lives through her Bankai. Fuuko must pay 1/4 the cost of the blood she injects in reiatsu as well.
For Every [500] Blood injected, an additional rank of Pain Tolerance is required to withstand the horrible pain of blood coagulating inside of them. [1-499 = 0, 500- 999 = 1, 1000-1499=2, 1500-1999 = 3, 2000 = 4]
Any healing that happens from Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai happens AFTER Shi ni wa shi (Death for Death) This is meant as a mercy so those who would be healed don't have to suffer.
IF there are no other injuries to heal aside from the injury Fuuko causes, any excess blood injected will seep out of the target's orifices (Eyes, mouth, Nose, etc.) in a creepy and disgusting, but otherwise harmless, manner. Any expended Reiatsu in this case is lost.
-死には死 Shi ni wa shi (Death for Death): At the end of the bankai limit, everything collected in the Bankai blood pool is converted to raw, explosive damage. Fuuko can spend ALL* of her remaining reiatsu to transfer Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai to someone else she has marked for death 死 (shi) during the Bankai. If she can't, the sword lodged in her back will cut around a side and cut open her belly, leaving her putrid blood and guts to spill out.
Once Death for Death activates, the sword slides around to Fuuko's side. As mentioned above, if she is the target, the blade will continue. If she has found another mark, Fuuko will yank out the blade out of her body and hold it aloft. She'll make one swipe with it and it will dissipate, reappearing in the victim's stomach, where it will slice across their gut, leaving a thin line across their belly at which point, the sword will glow and then expel all of the stored energy in a violent explosion. Fuuko's Bankai, now dissipated will have left Fuuko completely healed, yet also completely out of Reiatsu*. This generally leaves her out of the fight despite being healed, if she has survived.
The damage Death for Death does is equal to the Reiatsu Fuuko has left + the Reiatsu in the Bankai blood pool (Capping at 3x her [Highest Stat]).
Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai is not a bankai that lasts a long time. It collects Reiatsu in its blood pool very fast and then explodes. If it thinks Fuuko is trying to avoid her fate, it will reduce the timer itself (By immediately inflicting another unmodified moderate wound), leaving Fuuko even less time to kill or be killed.
*If Fuuko uses Death for Death before the Bankai timer runs out, Fuuko will be left with (10-# of Rounds in Bankai) x 25 Reiatsu in her pool as a reward for her efficient killing.

-死には死 Shi ni wa shi (Death for Death): At the end of the bankai limit, everything collected in the Bankai blood pool is converted to raw, explosive damage. Fuuko can spend ALL* of her remaining reiatsu to transfer Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai to someone else she has marked for death 死 (shi) during the Bankai. If she can't, the sword lodged in her back will cut around a side and cut open her belly, leaving her putrid blood and guts to spill out.
Once Death for Death activates, the sword slides around to Fuuko's side. As mentioned above, if she is the target, the blade will continue. If she has found another mark, Fuuko will yank out the blade out of her body and hold it aloft. She'll make one swipe with it and it will dissipate, reappearing in the victim's stomach, where it will slice across their gut, leaving a thin line across their belly at which point, the sword will glow and then expel all of the stored energy in a violent explosion. Fuuko's Bankai, now dissipated will have left Fuuko completely healed, yet also completely out of Reiatsu*. This generally leaves her out of the fight despite being healed, if she has survived.
The damage Death for Death does is equal to the Reiatsu Fuuko has left + the Reiatsu in the Bankai blood pool (Capping at 3x her [Highest Stat]).
Nenrou Funsha Jisatsu Kikai is not a bankai that lasts a long time. It collects Reiatsu in its blood pool very fast and then explodes. If it thinks Fuuko is trying to avoid her fate, it will reduce the timer itself (By immediately inflicting another unmodified moderate wound), leaving Fuuko even less time to kill or be killed.
*If Fuuko uses Death for Death before the Bankai timer runs out, Fuuko will be left with (10-# of Rounds in Bankai) x 25 Reiatsu in her pool as a reward for her efficient killing.

Class 8: The Most simple and fundamental technique. This is simply the formation of platforms under the feet to form an artificial plane off of which to maneuver. This technique uses so little energy that it has almost no cost (25 reiatsu allows 3 steps at learned, 5 steps at profficient, and 7 steps on Mastery at this class). The user can only create horizontal steps exactly the side of the foot, and at this class can only do this thrice per post, either to run along this newmade surface, or to increase or decrease altitude.
Class 7: Advancement. Still ridiculously simple, this level of the technique does take some reiatsu. At 25 Reiatsu cost, the user can create a pair of constantly generating platforms under their feet which lasts the entire post, however at this class the techique is still limited to at least a general downward direction and cannot rise to an angle more than 65 Degrees upward from a flat surface.
This changes at class 6, at which point pannels can be created even at a 90 degree angle. Additionally, the panels can be created at any point in the body allowing one to push off with any limb and even slide along one's back, allowing a powerful boost in mobility. Cost increases to 50 per post.

Description: This technique uses Reiatsu to coat a weapon in blood, which can then be saved for later use. It is part of a series of Blood related techniques.
How to Use: Spend 150 Reiatsu to attune a weapon. The next time it touches blood, the reiatsu mixes with it and it coats the weapon in question like a film. The coated weapon can then be used in various other techniques or, the film can be "flicked" off or hardened to allow for a small bit of protection.
The amount of protection received depends on the amount of blood coating the weapon.
A small nick or cut is 10% of OS
A Minor Gash or Deep Cut is 25%
A Moderate Wound; Blade into Bone or Severe internal damage is 50%
A Major Wound; Limb Amputation or the body equivalent is 100%
A Lethal amount of blood is 2xOS
This can be used to protect the zanpakutou as a coating, or made into shield that absorbs up to that much damage and breaks (as a one time use, regardless of how much or little of a hit the shield takes)
The size of the shield is the length of the zanpakutou X a singe vertical or horizontal slash. The shield becomes brittle and shatters after a few seconds.
If coating a znapakutou, it can be hardened to receive the hit, as if it were the shield. In which case, it takes the hit and then shatters. Otherwise, it can stay as a coating for as long as the wielder desires. As long as the reiatsu cost is paid, more can be added to the shield, up to a maximum of 2xOS worth of "shield" When turned into a shield, however, it is all or nothing.
At Learned, if ones own blood is used, the Reiatsu cost is halved. At Mastery, if you have a level of Bleeding Tolerance, you can use that to gain a higher level blood amount for a lower cost wound when using your own blood.

Description: This technique uses Reiatsu to coat a weapon in blood, which can then be saved for later use. It is part of a series of Blood related techniques.
How to Use: Spend 150 Reiatsu to attune a weapon. The next time it touches blood, the reiatsu mixes with it and it coats the weapon in question like a film. The coated weapon can then be used in various other techniques or, the film can be "flicked" off or hardened to allow for a small bit of protection.
The amount of protection received depends on the amount of blood coating the weapon.
A small nick or cut is 10% of OS
A Minor Gash or Deep Cut is 25%
A Moderate Wound; Blade into Bone or Severe internal damage is 50%
A Major Wound; Limb Amputation or the body equivalent is 100%
A Lethal amount of blood is 2xOS
This can be used to protect the zanpakutou as a coating, or made into shield that absorbs up to that much damage and breaks (as a one time use, regardless of how much or little of a hit the shield takes)
The size of the shield is the length of the zanpakutou X a singe vertical or horizontal slash. The shield becomes brittle and shatters after a few seconds.
If coating a znapakutou, it can be hardened to receive the hit, as if it were the shield. In which case, it takes the hit and then shatters. Otherwise, it can stay as a coating for as long as the wielder desires. As long as the reiatsu cost is paid, more can be added to the shield, up to a maximum of 2xOS worth of "shield" When turned into a shield, however, it is all or nothing.
At Learned, if ones own blood is used, the Reiatsu cost is halved. At Mastery, if you have a level of Bleeding Tolerance, you can use that to gain a higher level blood amount for a lower cost wound when using your own blood.

Description: Charges a weapon with reiatsu that attracts blood. This technique can turn misses into hits and deepen already opened wounds. It is part of a series of blood related techniques.
How to Use: Spend 400 Reiatsu and magnetically charge a weapon, attuned specifically to the iron in blood. When the attack is made, the reaitsu can be dispelled to pull blood out from the target, presuming they have blood. The closer the weapon is to the blood, the more effective it is. The larger difference in class, the deadlier it can be.
If released near an open wound, Blood Magnet increases the severity of the wound by 1 per Class difference, or 1 if equal or lower class. For example, a minor cut can be turned into a minor gash or deep cut if a class 2 uses the technique against someone of class 0-3. Against a class 4 opponent, the minor cut would turn into moderate wound.
Additionally, if Blood Magnet is released during a successful attack, increase the severity by one step automatically. For example, if a minor nick or cut is done by a Class 2 onto a class 3, the severity of the wound would be that of a moderate wound as opposed to a Minor Gash or Deep cut resulting from just passing by an open wound.
If there is no wound, Blood Magnet can still be activated, but will require an OS clash. The OS of the attack can be considered +25% for Learned and +50% for Master, with an additional +50% if there is already blood on the weapon from Bloodline.

If someone has Bleeding Tolerance 4, then there is a clash regardless of wither or not a hit was made. The user must have mastery in both Bloodline and Blood Magnet and must spend the technique's reiatsu cost a second time (upon release) to counteract BT 4.
