1.) Rizer once again find himself back at District 80 of Rukongai the Northern part. His point of arriving was an scouting Mission prior to his invasion. His last time coming here Rizer kidnapped a lowly Shinigami with hopes of attaining information. However that wasn't the case upon question him the little shit refuse to cooperate.

2.) But that didn't matter it only an matter of time the lad was currently wondering his prison. Surely it will build some character enough for Rizer to come back and try again. In any case Rizer attire was unique for today operation. Last time he came to Rukongai his attire allow him to stand out .


3.)This time he wore his traditional elegant haori over his shoulders. Which is pink feather coat reaching down to his knee . Underneath Rizer wears a long sleeve white shirt that open up showing off his 8 pack. However his white shirt wasn't clean but beaten up with several cuts and stains in them.

4.)That wasn't all continuing to follow the animal theme, and loud flamboyant attire Rizer sport a green, and orange belt that hold up his pink stripes pants. Along his feet is a pair of black pointed shoes obviously beaten up not in the best condition. Rizer still wears his pair of curved, thin golden sunglasses with purple lenses within them. Finally he wears pair of white gloves and carried around an empty sheathe.

5.) The time was the evening around about noon. Rizer clothing seen better days in fact he sat along a wooden crate with empty jab and he was holding up a sign. That saids information for Ryo on it his role was homeless bum today. He made sure to mask his spiritual pressure aka his signature so he wouldn't signal no alarms.

6.) Several thoughts played in his mind and more importantly. He was feeling lucky maybe today something interesting would occur. His goal was just to raise up enough necessary funds to start his invasion of Soul Society. If he play his cards rights in today assignment not only will he attain useful information. But possible be able to attain knowledge on the Gotei 13 while he was here.

7.)" It soooooo boring when someone or something fun will happen? Better yet I bet that Kazuhiko is having all type of fun with his training. Maybe I should help someone else in Soul Society that is the right thing to do after all after the invasion. I am sure they will feel that they didn't break even...." Rizer position himself near the entrance of the district.

8.) How it felt to return to the scene of the crime ? Well in all honesty it felt normal however at this moment he knew that if he left any clues behind . He would need to clean them up and see what the information about Kazuhiko potential recuse party that he so believe is coming. Rizer did in fact bring his Moblie device for this matter he had a couple ideas of how to break the Shinigami. If he remembers correctly last time he threat the boy life so he thought it would be best to do the something like that again.

9.) Here at the Rukongai there was plenty amount of souls to pick from. Not to mention a unlimited amount of lowly Shinigami what the Soul Society didn't understand is the backbone is the meat of the Gotei 13. Rizer knew all to well that you can't be an organization this large and not have some weak people within the structure that can be manipulated and mold into capable warriors. That what he want to do on top of gathering Intel he wish to implant a spy into SS before his invasion even occured.

10.) He figured if he mold Kazuhiko into a capable warriors he can control. Than he can control an entire sqaud within Soul Society for his purpose of gaining power enough to be seen worry of Lord Kouhai eyes. How he dislike how his father figure taught him and didn't offer his help really much of any help in his planning. In any case upon Rizer been address he wouldn't speak instead he point at the jar directly infront of him saying 2,000 ryo per question and 5,000 ryo for training.


11.) His facial expressions was his traditional smile on his face. Not to mention the scars of his battle against Primera Espada the burn marks that left as a reminder of the battle against her. His face was dirty as it was apart of his role for today assignment hopefully everything go as planned but even plans never plan out.

One more time... just one more glance around the area. That's what Fuuko was telling to herself as she raced towards the 80 North district of Rukongai. She had gave some excuse about needing to grab something before the search party for Kazuhiko left in earnest. She just didn't understand why they couldn't just double check where Kazu disappeared. 

The blonde just hoped that by the time she arrived, the place hadn't been cleaned up. Though, that was likely to not be the case. If anything, the scene would have been destroyed and not cleaned. Picked through by ruffians or wild animals. Anything that wanted to tear pieces off of what was left of the site. If that was the case, the scene would be much more grizzly than when she first arrived. 

Fuuko skidded to a halt when she got to the clearing and looked around. Immediately she saw a figure, dressed in a fancy Haori and gripped her zanpakutou. "Oi! You!" She barked. He was dressed nicely, if not colorfully, so he probably wasn't a local. She didn't think the enemy was stupid enough to come back to the scene of the crime, and if he was, Fuuko certainly wasn't in a position to do anything, considering they were capable of flattening souls with their spiritual pressure alone. 

"Who are you!?" Fuuko barked. "Identify yourself!" Even though she was an unranked shinigami, her sleeveless shihakushou and tattoos on her arms and the scar on her forehead did make her look tough enough that she might be able to pass as stronger than she was, though... she was quite strong. Even if she wasn't the fastest, the smartest or capable of any sort of Kidou. She'd just have to do the job with her boistrous attitude and tough guy looks. Hopefully she could scare this guy away.

1.) Rizer smirk at the arrival of Shingami known as Fuuko. It was obvious this person was in a rush of some kind or looking for something. Rizer came up with this idea upon female saying. ,"Oi! You!"


2.) His reaction to this was a simple comment in his mind. ," Well I be could this be a two for one special?" Immediately after his trained of though was interrupt by the incoming shinigami. From her attire Rizer could tell she wasn't a officer of Gotei 13 probably some lowly trash like Kazuhiko lad he kidnapped not to long ago.


3.) Believe it or not Rizer listen to her words carefully before he even reply. He took the time to take into consideration her attire and facial appearance. After a brief 60 second pass after Fuuko last comments which was "Who are you!? and Identify yourself!" He cleared his throat and said ," I am from the Homeless Association. The homeless Association is a group of bums with various talents that we use to make money. My skills are information and training but it isn't cheap but I guarantee happy customer at the end of each interaction."

4.) After this statement from his lips he quickly move at his maximum speed his hand could move. In response to her first question he raise up his plastic jar directly infront of her face. Than said," That will be 2,000 ryo madam moving forward. Information costs ryo and nothing in this world is free."

5.) To be honest Rizer felt like he shouldn't talk as much as he did just now. However he had an idea to earn some much needed Ryo for the sake of his invasion plan. Also in the same motion as he spoke with his free hand he reach into his pocket and produce Android touch screen. As quickly as it was reveal he press a few buttons opening up the camera function and with one press of the button.

6.)He aim the device at the girl and attempt to take her picture using his superior speed to do so. Upon doing that he quickly put up the phone back into his pocket he aim for a clear photo for later uses. Rizer thought to himself ,"I haven't scam someone in a while let see how determine she is with her job."



7.)" It soooooo boring when someone or something fun will happen? Better yet I bet that Kazuhiko is having all type of fun with his training. Ever since Kazuhiko had gotten kidnapped, Iroka had been worrying about her friend and squad mate. So far, Fuuko seemed to be taking it in stride, relatively, but Iroka had begun to get suspicious that something was in the offing when Fuuko had run off on the premise of 'getting something' before the hunt for Kazuhiko began in earnest. While Iroka was not certain that she knew Fuuko so well as to be able to predict her friend, she was sure that if Fuuko wanted to get something, it surely would have a name, and she would have mentioned it, being the assertive person she was.

That Fuuko had simply given some nondescript item as the thing she needed to get made Iroka attempt to follow her as surreptitiously as she could afford, sensing that the blonde had something else in mind. At present, Iroka's job, as a friend was to try as much as possible to keep Fuuko from doing anything that could jeopardize her life. The types of folks who wore their hearts on their sleeves were quite volatile, in Iroka's opinion, and could act before they thought. That could be dangerous. If Iroka somehow did not succeed in preventing Fuuko from taking any rash actions, she would at least try to prevent Fuuko from suffering harm, if she could.

Unfortunately, almost as soon as Iroka decided to follow Fuuko, she realized that plan A, which was to prevent the blonde from getting into a life-threatening situation, would most likely be unsuccessful, given the way Fuuko had rushed off. Iroka needed to do something about her own speed, she thought with a decent amount of irritation, as she tried following at her own pace. Yet, even though Fuuko had left her behind, it was not too difficult to follow the blonde, seeing as firstly, she had a general idea of where Fuuko was going, and secondly, she could use Shunpo. Could be faster, yes, but it worked.

In time, Iroka arrived at the 80th District, just at the moment when Fuuko was interrogating a stranger. Immediately, she became concerned. While the fellow was dressed rather weirdly, in Iroka's opinion, what made the alarm bells begin to ring in her head was the speed with which he held up the jar. One moment he hadn't been holding it, and the next, it was in his hands. She hadn't even perceived motion of any kind. Now, imagine he had a sword in his hand... he was definitely a very dangerous one, even if he was trying not to seem threatening. Sadly, Iroka's sensing ability was shit; he did feel like a Shinigami-ish soul, but she couldn't be certain.

"Oni-chan," she called out, to get her friend's attention. Some things did not add up. If this guy said he gave training and information in order to make money, Iroka was fine with the training part. He was stupendously fast, she would give him that, so if he said he could train, he wasn't lying. But information was a sketchy thing to sell in these parts. How did he get his information? And how did he know that the information of a straggler in the Rukongai would be worth anything to a Shinigami? "I think it would be wise to be careful around this fellow...."

Fuuko was just about to respond to this man and his very strange claims when suddenly a familiar voice called out. She turned and saw Iroka and immediately Fuuko's cheeks went red. She had lied to her self proclaimed sister and one of the few other people outside of Kazu she could really rely on. She felt ashamed and, worse yet, if this guy was trouble, even worse about the fact that she might have lead Iroka right into it. 

"Oi, Sis!'"Fuuko barked and quickly moved over to Iroka. She lowered her head in recompense and shut her eyes. 'I'm sorry" She bleated remorsefully. "I... I just couldn't leave without checking the scene one more time." She whispered. "There's got  to be a clue here or something but then this jackass." She thumbed back at Rizer and then realized that he was still there. "Shit!" She hissed and looked at Iroka with another apologetic glance. "You can punish me later, for now... you're right." Fuuko admitted, though it sounded painful to do. She quickly turned and faced Rizer again. 

"What the fuck is the Homeless Association?!" Fuuko growled. "And don't you fucking dare charge me for that question! I'm not paying you shit! This is a restricted area, you know? So, tell me why you're really here! There ain''t no one out here to train and no one out here who knows a damn thing that could be useful to a bum!" Guuko's tone was cutting and annoyed. She was  annoyed by the man's very appearance and his audacious statements. Even if he was harmless and meant what he said, he was definitely  rubbing Fuuko the wrong way.

Her annoyance with the man and Iroka's sudden appearance helped to obfuscate Rizer's ability as well. While Fuuko may have noticed how fast Rizer was, it certainly wasn't registering as a threat. To her, this was just some weird guy dressed up in weird clothes doing weird things. That in and of itself was enough to put the thought of being cautious with him in the back of her mind, but she certainly  didn't think of him as an enemy combatant yet. If only because if he was what she saw and he wanted her dead, she'd already be  dead. 

She hated  being so weak!

1.)Rizer couldn't believe his eyes from the corner of his eyes. He watch an additional shinigami hurry over to his direction . In the same motion the new comer spoke in concern tone as she said ,"Oni-chan,"
Next follow by the potential client reply she said,"Oi, Sis!"

2.)At first Rizer watch and listen to new comer and comment she had said made him smile momentarily. I think it would be wise to be careful around this fellow...." Not only that the small distance between them allow them was nothing but 2 meters.Rizer could admit it did sound a little shady however.

3.) He thought he sold his skills with the momentarily display of his speed. However it seems that the newcomer distract her from this smooth example. The small conversation between the duo continue in a hush manner than a momentarily point at him. Than the potential client said," Shit!"




4.) Once again Rizer watch as the client close the distance between them . To be standing right Infront of him 3 feet away continue on with her statement ,"What the fuck is the Homeless Association?!" Fuuko growled. In that moment Rizer had start to chant kido spell within his mind as she continue to speak in a disrespectful tone to her elder.

5.),"Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end.Bakudo #75: Gochutekan!"
Yes of course the Bakudo was delay to the point of allowing Fuuko to finish her rant against Rizer.

7.),"There ain''t no one out here to train and no one out here who knows a damn thing that could be useful to a bum!" At the end her last word which was bum. Rizer quickly pull out his cell phone and in the same motion point at the girl known as Fuuko which results in his Kido releasing. As he said," As a testament of my generosity and display of my skills. This one is on the house Watch out my angry Shinigami... "

8.)In the next moment from the sky 5 pillars rain down from the sky directly above Fuuko, and maybe Iroka for being so close. This was an attempt to restrain them so he could speak to them in different environment. ," See I told you all information received by me is accurate. My skills are up to par, and I ask that if we continue to do business I suggest you pay me for any further questions. I already gave you two freebies. It would be in your best interest into not taking any further advantage against the Homeless Association. Moving forward you will have to pay me otherwise move on..."

As quickly as it was reveal he press a few buttons opening up the camera function and with one press of the button.

Rizer thought to himself ," They will be mad back at HQ if I bring back some more shinigami won't they? All it doesn't matter let see how capable these pieces of trash our."

11.) If Rizer attempt was successful both Fuuko and Iroka would laid pin on the ground. The street size was more than enough room for the completion of the attack. It was perform in such a way that Rizer didn't have to move from his sitting position on the wood crate. Along his face was his traditional smile as he waited for the Shinigami reaction and watch carefully for them.

"I absolutely understand your coming here to do a once-over, due to your worrying about Kazu-kun, ne," Iroka replied honestly. "I also think it was rather stupid." If the words were considered harsh, Iroka's expression was plain, pleasant even. As gentle as she appeared, the orange-haired Shinigami, while understanding tact and knowing how to use it, often forgot when to use it. It was much easier to understand WHY Iroka behaved the way she did, when one realized she was a 'synthetic Shinigami' of sorts. Understanding HOW she behaved, now that was an absolutely different ball-game.

Iroka agreed with Fuuko that the whole 'Homeless Association' thing reeked of balderdash. Still, she was quite unwilling, unlike her fellow squad mate, to exhibit such blatant hostility towards the strange fellow, seeing as she believed him to be way beyond their level. As someone who had spent a good number of years with her rather unpredictable parent, Iroka had learned by experience how to carefully interact with people one suspected to be much stronger, or generally superior to them. It wouldn't end well if the blonde got this fellow angry, and he decided to harm, or even worse, kill them. Iroka liked being alive.

It seemed the fellow had had it with Fuuko's words as he reached into his pocket. Iroka was expecting a weapon of some sort, but instead, he whipped out a cell phone, showing it to the two Shinigami. Whatever he was showing them, Iroka was sure she could make neither heads nor tails of it, but perhaps he was warning them somewhat? As he spoke of showing his skill, Iroka tugged gently at Fuuko's shihakushou, as she spoke softly. "Maybe this would be a great time to...."

She was unable to finish her sentence, as she was surprised by a hard and heavy weight suddenly pinning her roughly to the ground. One of the five iron pillars had laded on her shoulder, and she was lying in a prone position with the immense object resting on the back of her right shoulder. Even though it was only one object, it had pinned her decisively to the ground. There would be no getting up anytime soon... unless the technique was dispelled. At least she knew this was the 'testament' of this fellow's 'generosity'.

Iroka could only swivel her head to look from one side to the other, and even that motion was limited, but it was enough to see what had happened. Five gigantic iron pillars, having struck from above, meant one thing. Iroka, even though she could only cast the lowest level kidou, had studied as much as she could about all the conventional ones, and she immediately identified it. A kidou of level 75 was no childish feat. This fellow could probably well be the one that had kidnapped Kazuhiko. And he was still here, talking about getting paid for information. Whatever his motives were, Iroka was at a loss to figuring out.

"Up Shiiiiiit Creek without a paddle," the carrot top said in a singsong voice, a surprisingly happy smile on her face. If her face was showing anything, it was the opposite of how she felt. Was she frightened? Yes. Did she feel overwhelmed? Certainly. But there was little she could do here except hope this Homeless Association guy wouldn't feel the need to kill them soon. She moved her head so she could look at the fellow. "Moving on will be preeeeeetty difficult at this rate, Mighty Flamingo-san." Despite what she had called him, Iroka was not trying to insult this fellow. He was wearing pink feathers, though. Who could blame her?

Fuuko's cheeks flushed. Getting scolded by Iroka and then getting talked down to by the bum man, she was having a hard time keeping her composure. Thankfully, Rizer had a way of keeping her in chek. The pillar slammed into her and knocked all the wind out of her. It pinned her to the ground and put the blonde prone on her stomach.

She growled and wriggled, but, even though she wasn't the least bit useful with Kidou, she still recognized what had been done to her and how powerful one needed to be to be able to sneak past that kind of spell with a silent incantation. "Shit.." Fuuko hissed and looked up at Rizer. If he was a shinigami, he wasn't part of a squad but the fact that he could  use kidou made her think that's exactly what he was. Did he have a zanpakutou? Was he really part of some stupid homeless organization? The thoughts raced through her head as she was forced to listen to the flamboyantly dressed man once more. 

More payment. That was some bullshit. As if Fuuko carried her money around with her, as if she had the kind of money this guy was asking for. She had more questiones, but to get them answered, she needed to pay? She growled in frustration and tried to think of what she could do when Iroka spoke up with a happy little analogy to their predicament. 

"Ha! Nice one, Sis!" Fuuko chirped, as though they weren't both pinned to the ground near an obviously superior, and seemingly insane individual. "We're kinda fucked, aren't we?" Fuuko chirped back. "Eheh... sorry? You should probably stop followin me if ya wanna keep yer pretty head." She mused. 

Then she had to look back at Rizer. "Ok, dick." She growled. "You proved you can kick our asses and you made it clear we can't ask you questions without paying for it. So, that doesn't leave us with too many options, so, I'll just say it plainly." Fuuko grit her teeth. "The only reason I'm out here is cause my little brother got kidnapped in this spot. I came back to check the place out one last time to see if there was anything we missed. If you and your homeless guys seen anythin or know anything about it, then..." Fuuko lowered her head. 

'I'll give you every Ryo I have." There was a pause as Fuuko oscillated between anger and sadness. Her teeth clenched and she hissed, deciding to maintain her staunch conviction. "I just want my brother back! He's a little blonde kid with glasses and one arm! He wouldn't hurt a damn fly so I can't figure out why anyone would wanna kidnap him!"

1.)Much was said between the duo in that time Rizer didn't say anything. He just collect the information that was given to him. Carefully selecting his next set of words to speak to the trash on the ground. Suddenly Rizer had an idea due to Fuuko bring broke and the other one didn't seem to be well off.

2.) He decide an deal can be struck between both parties one that beneficial to everyone. As man that keep his word and meanings of your word is your bond. Understanding quite well if he gives to much information to these shinigami it could come back and bite him in the ass. It didn't take long for the Rogue to come up with his rely.

3.)Rizer clear his voice and said,"A Dick huh ? I am beginning to think your ain't ever going run out of nicknames for me huh peaches ?,"Good that's what I want to hear the sounds of Ryo going into my pocket.... However this won't do how do you expect to find Satoshi Kazuhiko of squad 4 with no aid of funds? Don't answer that I already know nothing."

4.) Rizer stood up from his seated position along the wooden crate. In that moment he quickly made his way over to the Fuuko who laid on the ground. Rizer the iron pillar closely locked them in place in that moment of his arrival to the kido spell. He wasn't sure if he should pass through it just yet.

5.),"Well for your safety and mines that Bakudo should keep y'all in check. Also more importantly I am willing to help you.... however you broke so as collateral I will be taking these two Zanpakuto. Until you can attain funds I will take your zanpakuto. The number I am thinking is 15,000 ryo per sword and in exchange I will answer two question about what I know about your missing sqaud 4 member..."

Class 4: Benkei is the name of Rizer's Bakkuto which takes the appearance of a pair of white gloves. The signal for the release of Benkei is when the user called upon its name though this doesn't have to be done to activate this ability. The user must pay 200 Reiastu costs, and Life Force costs to activate Benkei Class 4 ability. Upon Benkei being activated the only signal aka warning is the momentary insignia appearing directly at the center of each palm (This symbol is upside-down horseshoes that are blue). Benkei Class 4 grants the ability to either conjure up to a maximum of 20 Long European Swords or shape them into Sewing Pins. However, the user can pay 50 LF per 4 additional swords that have been destroyed or need repair. Benkei grants the user the power to control these blades for up to 295 Feet. The user does this by either hand gestures {by stat} or mental commands. Utilizing the power to use Telekinesis. Now at Class 4, it can move at 400 speed, however, this is only if the user used them telepathically. If he should use them with his hands physically it will follow the user speed stat. These swords are spiritual weapons with the durability of the user Offensive Stat, and sharpness determines by his Offensive Stat. The user has a choice to control either his swords in singular motion or several at one time it all depends on the user's interest. The evolving nature of the Bakkuto allows Rizer to layer/ stack with other active classes.

Drawbacks: However, Benkei isn't without restriction the user must be consciously aware to use this ability. The user can conjure up 2 swords within his hurtless area {3 foot} . This stage lasts for the duration of 5 posts before it concludes or needed to be refreshed.

Sewing Pin: The Sewing pins weighs 0.21/5.5mm pounds with a the length of 13mm/(1/2.)

[Munemasa Iroka]

Iroka started when the strange man talked about ryo entering his pocket, before mentioning the full name of someone whom neither of the girls had mentioned to him. There was no doubting it, this was the guy that took Kazuhiko. Or, at least, if he wasn't, he was very much involved with the disappearance of the Yonbantai Shinigami. It was no wonder he was so powerful, as was expected. "Ara ara, someone seems to know the full name of the person we're looking for. You are quite informed, Flamingo-sama." Yes, she was calling the strange man 'flamingo', but despite what it looked like, she meant no disrespect. She had to have something to call him, as he had refused to introduce himself.

"Wait!" Iroka said, the panic quite evident in her voice, "why am I going to suffer if she doesn't ask any questions? And are you sure that taking our zanpakutou will do you any good? As they are now, they're nothing more than asauchi, and so it would serve you just as well to go raid the Shin'ou Academy for the pointy stabby things, ne? And your asking price of 15,000 Ryo is ridiculous, Flamingo-sama. It's way too steep for a pair of mere asauchi. As you're obviously a Shinigami, you should know this yourself."

"Also, do you know how depraved taking pictures of two restrained young women sounds?" Iroka asked, struggling vainly against the iron pillar which held her fast to the ground. "But please, let us return to our discussion about the zanpakutou. If you take them, how do you expect to get the 30,000 from us, seeing as you're, as you said, part of the Homeless Association of Something Something, and thus, I suspect, don't have a headquarters of some sort? And before you go saying that I'm asking freebie questions, this is more of a discussion of the terms of trade, which, I'm sure you will agree with me, are necessary for proper transactions to occur."

At this point, Iroka was simply trying to stall for time. Why, she was not sure. Maybe she was hoping that someone would find them, and they would be rescued. But how likely was that? After all, Fuuko had sneaked off, and Iroka had followed her to see what she was up to. Neither of them had actually informed anyone about where they were going. "But can we talk like respectable people, Flamingo-sama? It's hardly like we'll be able to do anything to you without this bakudou crushing us here." It was very unlikely he would listen to her petition and release them, but still.

The strange man called a word, Benkei. Iroka was not familiar with the term. Perhaps it was a custom kidou or technique. From her prone position, and the positioning of the needle over her, she could not see it, so she had no idea what was going on. But then she felt a sudden sharp pain in her left arm, which had not been pinned by the Gochutekan. She inhaled sharply, as she felt her nerves go wild with the pain, and grit her teeth, refusing to scream, even though she was evidently in torment. As the first and worst sensation of pain washed over her and passed, the orange haired girl let out a series of ragged breaths, as she attempted to control herself.

She wasn't sure she could. It would be quite odd, though, because she now had a bright smile on her lips, though her eyebrows and eyes gave it off immediately that she was anything but happy. "We're going to die, we're going to die, we're going to die," she said loudly, using a singsong tone again. She was beginning to get hysteric, although she had been so far trying to keep herself calm. She was not succeeding. "WE ARE GOING TO DIE!!! Oni-chan, it was nice knowing you. I don't have much money, but I never believed in banks, so I keep my savings under my bed. There! No more secrets; I shall die empty."

Suddenly she paused and became deathly silent. Then she turned her head as much as she could, so that, if possible, she could look at the strange fellow, an enquiring feown on her face. "You know, for someone who is quite powerful, you could just go rob a bank or something, instead of torturing two broke-asses who very likely do not have it within their means to give you the money you want. And yet, here you are, killing us, and at the same time assuring us that if we do things right, we'll get the information we want. Well, you sure know how to treat the ladies, that much is evident."

"Peaches? The fuck?" Fuuko muttered. This guy was a loon, but she heard Iroka say something and that made Fuuko's eyes widened. She started struggling mightily, pushing her palms down against the ground in an attempt to forcefully push herself up from the ground. Her cheeks went red with both anger and exertion. 

"Rrrrghhh! You bastard! You're the one, ain'tcha!? Rrrrghhhh!" Fuuko panted heavily as she leered at Rizer, who once again said some things that made Fuuko's blood boil, even if Iroka tried to play it off like the cool blue oni she was. Fuuko's feet kicked as she tried to gain traction. She  growled with each attempt to physically lift the pillar. 

"Leave Iroka-chan out of this! You won't take her fucking zanpakutou! It's got her soul in it!" She hissed, some saliva spitting through her teeth. "If you want the 30,000 I'll take on the debt myself! I don't care, just give me Kazu back! RRRRrghhuuuuhhh!" Her grunt was combined with a screech of pain and frustration. Her own rabid howling was suddenly replaced by a deep screech of pain as a need drove into her arm. It pierced her deeply and her eyes crossed momentarily as she was jolted back into reality by the pain. 

'Tch!" It hurt, but Fuuko was so fired up that it almost had the opposite affect as on Iroka. Fuuko inhaled and glanced at her sister-in-arms. "We ain't fuckin dyin, Sis!" Fuuko barked, trying to reassure the orangette that things weren't as bad as they seemed. Fuuko planted both of her hands against the ground again, even as pain shot through her arm. Once again she tried to muscle the pillar off her, this time blood squirted from the needle every time she flexed her muscles and everytime she did, she grunted in pain. 

"You leave Iroka-chan out of this...." She restated. "But... if yo have Kazu... I'll do anything to help you out. If you want 30,000 Ryo, I'll get it... somehow... but it's going to take a while." She grinned, "it's like Sis said, we're broke ass bitches. You picked the wrong shinigami to rob! Heh!" Her features grew stiff again. 

"But there must be somethin else I can give ya? Or do for ya? Anything!" Fuuko shut her eye and sucked in a breath. She had some ideas, but she wasn't going to offer them to the deranged man. She just wasn't going to say no to whatever idea he had.

1.)Rizer smirk at the comments of the Shinigami nothing that spark his immediately attention. He had waste enough time here and attempt to bully the dipshit of Shingami. Despite the clear rules he laid out these two doesn't understand their situation. It had cause Rizer to wonder why they carried the same traits as Kazuhiko.

2.) For whatever reason Rizer didn't torture Kazuhiko like he should. He wasn't sure the reason of why he didn't but he understood why fate brought him here. This was another means of torture a mental one he could inflicted on a person. He had an idea suddenly maybe he could bring some visitors back to Kouhai.


3.)Well to be honest Rizer didn't care what the Shinigami said from there singing to pleas. All was a waste of his time and theirs it best to face these issues head on like Kazuhiko did. He admire this boy for that taking responsibility for his life. Kinda the same his sister was doing in this moment however Rizer didn't care to listen. How foolish he had thought he could force the intel out of these little kids.

4.) He better use his ties with the organization to force the hands of his superiors. How he like to bring shits show for the Espada to have to clean up for him. It wasn't like they were working anyhow Las Noches have become sleeping state it better to light a fire under their ass for the better.
Clearing his voice he said
,"Shut the hell up you kids! Now... I will apologize for this inconvenience and I will it make it up to you lads.


In that moment he release the Bakudo Spell that bind them, and in the same motion. The sewing pin within there arms allow Rizer to be able to control should the Shinigami get out of hand again. Nodding his head he said,"
5.)"That boy you looking for I met him before he convince me to aid him in his training something about unlocking his Shikai . I can in fact possibly take you to him now at this moment."

6.)"However this opportunity only last for this moment. You ladies drum up enough excuse and complaining this your last chance. Now.... Tell me which one wants to go to him now? " In that same moment Rizer command his sewing pins to move further along the respective limbs upwards. He did this so he could enforce some sense of press for time since the ladies didn't have money nor willing to accept any of Rizer deals.

7.) Letting out a sigh his command were through telekinesis at the base stat of 150. Now in the same moment Rizer reach into pocket and produce his phone opening up from his standing position Fuuko. He said,," Young lady do you feel the pain right now? This pain will travel up to your heart you said you want to save your brother than come with me."

8.) Rizer wave his hand and additional 2 more sewing pins appear directly in front of Rizer. In the moment that the Shinigami tried to attack harm him, or sudden movements, they would block there path and become 1 long sword or 2 depending on what happened. This sword would cut off there path and pushing the unto the ground with a thud this was of course a an attempt and move at the speed of 150.

[Munemasa Iroka]

Iroka had always been of the opinion that she was not okay. At least as far as mental sanity was concerned. But this fellow here, now he was a rather impressive loon. She was quite unwilling to mention this to him, though; he did not seem to value her life enough to let her live if she informed him that she thought he was just as mad as she was. Because for the orange haired Shinigami, it made little sense for him to talk about apologizing for an inconvenience and yet leaving those murderous needles in their arms.

In any case, Iroka thought she possessed an advantage. The Mighty Flamingo seemed to be more interested in Fuuko than he was in her. She was worthless, as her parent had always said. But her apparent lack of worth meant that if he did not kill her, she might be able to survive this, and tell the higher ups back at Seireitei what had happened. For some reason, he was interested in taking Fuuko along to meet her brother. Iroka knew that Fuuko could not 'save' Kazuhiko, but she was sure that the blonde would, being the impulsive person she was, ask to be taken to find her brother.

As far as Iroka could tell, there were two evident options before the Shinigami. First, either Fuuko accepted Flamingo-sama's offer, and got taken to Heaven knew where, which was most likely where Kazu was, or Fuuko would refuse, and the worst was to be expected. As for Iroka, she was sure she had no agency in this situation. She wasn't even sure Flamingo-sama would take her if she offered to go along to 'save' Kazuhiko, but she was almost certain that she would not ask to be taken along. She had no idea what Flamingo would do if both the girls refused to go with him, but she was sure that at least Fuuko would survive if she decided to go.

With the Gochutekan off her body, she could move better, but it did her little good, as that darned needle was still stuck in her. To make matters worse, Flamingo-sama was moving the needles, in order to cause more pain. Was he a sadist, or was he trying to make them come to a quicker decision? Iroka chose the former, and in her opinion, sadists were perverts. Adding to the creepy way the fellow always brought out his phone (okay, that wasn't really creepy, but hysteria was moving Iroka at this point), he was certainly not morally sound. It didn't help that many immoral puns could be made from giant needles being used to assault his captives.

Iroka gritted her teeth through the pain and turned to face her friend. "Search your heart and do what it tells you to, Oni-chan," the orange haired Shinigami said with a strained smile on her face. "I trust you will make the right decision." She wanted to say something else that would reassure her friend, something else that would make them both feel better. Sadly, there was little else to day. The best she could presently do was hope that luck didn't decide to be a nastier bitch to them than it was presently being.

[Kimiko Shihoin]

Running along the dirt streets of the eightieth district the four paws of the large wolf patterned, placing only enough of its toes in the ground to kick forward once again. At the moment Haunzu was back to full speed, he had a small distance to travel in the grant size of the Rukongai when he had been given the order by his mistress to head this way. All the same springing would have only slowed his arrival time. Conserving his energy by slowing down to that of a bull Haunzu would catch his breath while moving and then blitz off once again.

Now he wasn’t just in the eighties district he was close to what he was hearing. The sound of more than one person in a fair bit of pain. The remarks of the pain were something that he and all the others had been listening to for so long now. Haunzu had been told to investigate the missing persons case of a Shinigami by the name of Kazuhiko. A fresh graduate of the academy that mistress was going to find. Right now though it sounded like someone was in conflict, someone that could be behind it all.

Although he could hear everything now, what was said he couldn’t figure out with no context. Instead he could tell the distance was less than a hundred feet now and with that he would handle the situation. Leaping from the street up onto one of the shakey shakes, Haunzu gazes down to see the three Shinigami standing near one another with two of them bound by a kido. Although he was stealthy Haunzu didn’t want to be at the moment. His spiritual pressure would be as attention stealing as a howl. Turning his attention to the man dressed like a pretty chicken Haunzu begins to growl believing he’d just succeeded in finding at least one problem.

[Kaen Youji]

While Haunzu was rushing to the scene, so too was another figure. Running a bit late at that, but on his way, all the same. Kaen was bringing the cavalry and although Haunzu had a head start, Kaen (at least last he'd checked), was faster than the wolf. He wasn't interested in using the Rukongai streets, instead, springing from rooftop to rooftop-- his powerful legs allowing him to traverse several blocks with each bounding leap. Expediency was part of the issue, but things had just changed in the last few moments. There was a crackling in his earpiece, as a transmission from the 13th Division reached out to him.

"Lieutenant Youji, this is Officer Akashatsu of the 13th Division. I'm responding to your request for information. We found something you might find interesting." Kaen raised a hand to his ear as he moved. "7th Division Lieutenant, Kaen Youji responding. Go ahead." He replied. "Fukutaichou, we've investigated your report and the 12th Division relay outposts did detect a surge in reiatsu in the 80th district. Unfortunately, it was beyond the range they could identify the exact nature of the reiatsu. What's interesting sir.... Is that there seems to be a similar surge, matching the same patterns as of less than a minute ago."

Kaen didn't stop moving, but his eyes narrowed. "Understood." Launching off a rooftop, Kaen seemed to accelerate to a quicker pace. "Captain Shihoin. Seems that there's some trouble going on in the same district. And if I had to guess, it's probably related to the two officers investigating the situation." He stated. "I'm going to pick up the pace a bit, I'm worried about them." He stated, suddenly vanishing in a Shunpo to launch himself a much greater distance than before, clearing nearly an entire Rukongai district in a single leap. Kimiko was probably Kaen's superior when it came to Shunpo, but as Kimiko herself had likely recognized during their match, Kaen was no slouch at the technique himself!


Damnit Fuuko.... Iroka. Don't you two also end up being missing persons I have to look into. He thought worriedly. You're a failure as a shield. Again. Kaen's eyes narrowed. Yeah. We've established that. I'm a shitty shield. But I'm a very sharp sword. And it sounds like there's someone who needs to be cut down to size. Kaen argued with his inner voice. The darkest part of him. The part that had never truly gone away, even after Rin had returned. The part of him that still echoed every failure in his life. The part of him he knew he had to live with. Today might mark another such failure, but he'd make sure it wasn't for nothing. And if he could-- he'd do what he could to change that course today.

Kaen knew the distance to the 80th. At his current speed he'd be there soon. But if the enemy that had taken Kazuhiko was there now-- or someone just as strong as him, he'd need to preserve at least some of his strength for the conflict. With as much speed as he dared, Kaen sprang onwards towards' the 80th.
