, Kyouseki is a spell designed for defense.
The caster gathers dense nature-aligned reishi the ground and air around them as they speak the incantation, as they finish reciting it, the gathered reishi condenses into a long and flowing ribbon with varying appearance and properties
As the caster speaks the incantation for this spell, a dense nature-aligned reishi flows up from the ground. As they finish speaking it, the gathered reishi condenses into four narrow bars of an appropriate element for the environment, each long as the user is tall. These bars wait until fired with a gesture of the spellcaster's hand or weapon, at which point each bar is launched towards a target, and may be divided between multiple targets at time of firing.

In the mortal world, it typically takes the form of intense cutting winds, jagged stone, or high-pressure water, though other elements of nature may be used if they fit the caster's immediate surroundings. How to use technique: [The user gathers nature-aligned reishi from the ground and air while speaking the incantation, pays the reiatsu cost to condense and shape that reishi into elemental restraints, and then launches them with a forceful gesture.]

Technique Drawbacks: [In addition to a standard Reiatsu cost for its class, the incantation gives a clear signal that the technique is being cast.

Technique Name: [Fourth Fuusuishi Art: KōzuiKōzui]
Class: [4]
Technique Type: [General Spiritual Technique] (Geomancy)
Usable By: [Human World Races]
Technique Element: [World] (Varies)
Technique Description and Effects: [Created by Akio Naito as an alternative to more traditional ginto spells, Fuusuishi arts are a system of spells that draw power from the Reimyaku or ‘Dragon Streams’, underground rivers of Reishi and Reiatsu that govern the flow of spiritual energy across each world. The fourth, Kōzui, is spell designed with one thing in mind, flexibility. Able to be split between four enemies or focus on one, to be a harmless binding or vicious execution.
The caster gathers dense nature-aligned reishi the ground and air around them as they speak the incantation, as they finish reciting it, the gathered reishi condenses into a long and flowing ribbon with varying appearance and properties
Once a bar passes within a meter of an opponent, it bends to form a ring around them, binding them as if caught up in invisible vines connecting them to it. Once activated in this way, a single ring is strong enough to hold an opponent immobile for a two post duration, while second ring locked onto the same opponent multiplies effective strength of this binding by 1.5x, with a third ring, the binding's strength is double the base value, and a fourth has no immediate bonus during the binding stage.
At the end of the binding's duration, each active ring collapses inward, imploding in an intense blast of its component element that harms only the bound victim. If all four rings latched onto a single target, the strength of this final burst is multiplied by 2.5x. If the caster feels a need to spare their opponent, they may end the spell early with a dismissive gesture, ending Kōzui binding effects without triggering the final blast, with Mastery the user becomes capable of detonating the rings early in a similar manner, allowing for an immediate blast at the cost of ending the binding early.
As an expression of the natural world, the bars and implosions created by Kōzui take on the properties of the world around them, and are heavily based on the realm of existence it’s cast in.
●The human world expresses Kōzui as a vibrant green ribbon of reishi
intense cutting winds, jagged stone, or high-pressure water, though other elements of nature may be used if they fit the caster's immediate surroundings. In the soul society, it typically produces bindings of light and a blast of pure energy.
●In Hueco Mundo, it is a stream of flowing sand.

●Silbern's reishi becomes a ribbon of shadows,
●Hell's version of Kōzui is not a ribbon, but a chain of burning red reishi that burns all it touches.

How to use technique: [The user gathers nature-aligned reishi from the natural flows that run through ground and air while speaking the incantation, pays the reiatsu cost to condense and shape that reishi into elemental restraints, and launches them with a forceful gesture.]
Incantation: ["Sleeping serpents, veins of the star, I accept your embrace! Pass through the east gate and drown in temptation, pass through the west gate and be eaten by jaguars!"]
Technique Drawbacks: [In addition to a standard Reiatsu cost for its class, the incantation gives a clear signal that the technique is being cast. When first Learned, the caster can only create two bars, severely limiting the spell's potential, with the full set of four only manifesting once they are at least Proficient.
The bars can be dodged by not coming within one meter of them, or destroyed in clashes before reaching their intended targets.]
