Technique Name: [Shunpo (Flash Steps)] *Does not take up a Slot*
Class: 7
Technique Type: Kido
Technique Element: None
Cost: 50
Technique Description and Effects:
A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the bases of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time. A single step magnifies speed for that step by 10 times. Uses 50 Reiatsu per step. This one is automatically learned in the academy. ALL shinigami know this when created. This technique does not take up a technique slot.
How to use technique:
A focus of reishi around the feet area, and then launching off into a single step which blurs, not unlike teleportation in appearance, except it is simply extremely fast movement. Often used to gain an edge in a single moment of combat, or to dodge incoming attacks.
Technique Name: Reiatsu Orb
Class: 8
Technique Type: Other
Technique Element: Light
Technique Description and Effects:
An extremely basic use of reiatsu to create an orb. Any reiatsu aware being can do it once they have at least 1 in reiatsu strength. The more reiatsu strength, the larger the orb. It's glowing, so it can be used for candle-light level illumination.
How to use technique:Stated above.
Drawback:None.

Technique Name: Hado #4: Byakurai (Pale Lightning)
Class: 7
Technique Type: Kido
Technique Element: Thunder
Technique Description and Effects: The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger that pierces a target.
How to use technique: Speak the spell and point hand at the target.
Incantation and Effect: "Arise god of thunder! Awake mother of storms! Unleash the lighting on the sinners!" When the incantation is spoken, the Reiatsu Strength used to determine the power of Byakurai is increased by 10%. (i.e. 100 Reiatsu Strength is treated as 110.)
Technique Name: Ten Kaika Ken (Heavenly Flower Fist)
Class: 3
Technique Type: Other
Usable By: Any Race
Technique Element: General Reiatsu
Technique Description and Effects: Considered a beautiful technique by those who witness it, those who experience it have a much different opinion. By making contact with an object or person, the user is able to vibrate their Reiatsu in sync with whatever they are touching, and forcibly expel the Reiatsu through the target. As the Reiatsu is expelled, it spirals outward and breaks away into shapes that are reminiscent of flower petals – hence the name. Though beautiful, the technique is destructive in nature, and is used to cause massive internal damage at the cost of damaging the hand of the user. After one use, there is internal bleeding inside the target on every organ, as well as a significant amount of pain; they will begin coughing up blood as well. A second use results in organs being ruptured and torn, which thus causes more bleeding. A third use results in complete internal destruction. If used on a physical or spiritual object, the object is completely destroyed from the inside out, leaving it hollow.
How to use technique: The user has to make contact with a target with their hands – through a fist or open palm gesture if they want – and vibrate their Reiatsu in sync with that of the opponent, then fire it outward.
Technique Drawbacks: A moderate Reiatsu cost is one drawback. The second is the damage caused by the Reiatsu that was vibrated in the hand used. The hand, after just one use, will be completely numb, and covered in deep cuts, which results in a significant amount of bleeding, and a loss in dexterity. Moreover, the bones in the hand become fractured, adding to the pain. After a second use, the hand is useless, and it is destroyed internally. Furthermore, if the Combat Stat of the target is superior to that of the user's Combat Stat, the damage is cut by fifty percent. At a fifty percent difference in superiority by the target, the damage of this technique is nullified. This technique does not ignore defense techniques like Hierro/Blut, and will result in a clash if used (technique vs technique). Finally, this technique can only be used once per post of the user.

Technique Name: Rasengeki
Class: 4
Technique Type: Hakuda
Technique Element: [N/a]
Technique Description and Effects: By infusing a spiralling charge of reiatsu at the point of impact, the user is capable of sending an opponent flying, while spiralling in the air, spinning laterally in the air, until they either hit the ground (at risk of landing headfirst), or collide with an object. This technique is very disorienting for the target, due to the amount of motion inflicted upon them.
How to use technique: A strength of 200 is required to use this technique, or the user will not have sufficient power to knock the target off the ground. Besides that, the user only needs to hit the target in the torso with any physical hit, to send them spinning. A 1 in any hand to hand striking martial art is needed to learn this technique.
Drawback: This technique will not work with glancing hits or blocked blows. Although the point is not specific, it must be a clean hit to the torso to work, with enough strength to send the adversary flying, meaning the user has to commit to the move to make it work.

Technique Name: Soulbind (Overall)
Class: 4
Technique Type: Shinigami Technique
Technique Element: Varies
Technique Description and Effects:
Tenryu is a Zanpakuto about projection, Projection of Bloodlust and power and the Driving force to Slay ones enemies. However Arantima has Warped his Bloodlust into a protective desire as well forging Shields out of his own Energy and using them to defend himself and others. Tenryu and Arantima Trained Hard to Make their essences Resonate properly and in doing so Arantima Asked only one thing, The ability to Retain his mind. He Was Done Fighting for control When they released Shikai but Asked for a way to Defend others without having to Go Berserk. Tenryu Agreed However Arantima would have to Master this new body. During Soulbind Arantima would be Fully in control, But his powers would be drastically diminished compared to when he Gave in to Tenryu.
Upon Activating Soulbind Arantima's Blade Burns away into a Golden Ash that Flows up and around, merging with his flesh and Sprouting Golden Metal scales across his flesh as his Hair likewise turns to a Gold Metal wire. His eyes Turn Snakelike with a Golden fire behind them and a soft Gong can be heard as he solidifies. During The Soulbind which lasts the same duration as his Regular release Arantima's Stats become Unsealed, however they do not gain his Soul Specialist Modifiers acting only with the amount of SP he has placed into each stat individually before modification. He Still However follows the Soul specialist rule of Granting his Heightened Spiritual pressure's Reaitsu, Minus what he has already spent, So going from 50 Spiritual pressure to 150 Spending 150 Reiatsu to Soulbind would leave him with 1350/1500 Reiatsu.
As Arantima moves he Leaves a Trail behind himself, four separate Spectral Bodies that follow him as if they were a half step behind each other, finally re-merging with his body when he stops. When he Uses a Step Technique These "Shadows" Each Step in subtle Succession. This Provides a Boon as Well as a Drawback. Any one of his Shadows Can be the one that launches an Attack, Essentially Giving him 10 Arms to strike with at any given time. When he Stands still it is not the Body that you can see that must attack, he could Attack with any of the other four "Bodies" that occupy the same space. These Bodies are Completely Solid to anything that is not themselves or Arantima's body, passing through each other as if air but contacting anything else. This makes the bodies Capable of attack and Defense but likewise as previously stated Vulnerable to attack themselves. This is incredibly Difficult to predict The first Few times it occurs, but can be learned by watching and defending for long enough by a skilled fighter.
How to use technique: To use this technique, the user quickly communes with their Zanpaktou Spirit, asking their permission to use it. If permission is granted, the user absorbs their Zanpaktou into their body, causing it to burn with a bright blue flame as it disintegrates away, the spiritual ash merging with their material form.
Drawback: No Zanpaktou techniques can be used during Soulbind; only the overall ability is enabled. Also, no other stage of Release can be used for the Zanpaktou that Soulbind is active with. This also causes spiritual damage to both the user and the Zanpaktou; the user is literally consuming their own soul and making it perfectly align with their material bodies as well, which tears at and weakens the spirit. Excessive use of more than twice in a thread without extended rest will leave a Shinigami comatose or kill him. Atop of these Normal Drawbacks Arantima's Body Becomes much heavier and Requires more strength to Move. During Soul Bind the Minimum Amount of Strength for him to Move Becomes 100 (4 Times the Usual Minimum), If he ever Drops Below this he can not move, he does not fall to the floor but it is as if he become s a Statue of solid gold. This also Allows powers that affect the weights of objects to be much more effective against his new Golden form. Likewise He Moves Via Shunpo at only 6x Speed Due to the increased weight. The Trailing Shadows Can be struck Just as if they were Arantima's own body, leaving him open to more Attacks. The Shadows move at 5% speed decreases, the first shadow is 5% slower, the second is 10% slower the third is 15% slower the fourth is 20% slower and the fifth is 25% slower.

Requirements: Only Shinigami with Shikai unlocked and usable can learn and use this technique; Kenpachi types that give up Shikai or Technique Masters would be excluded, for example. Vizards may also learn this technique, but commune with their Inner Hollow instead of a Zanpaktou Spirit.
Extra Notes: To learn this technique, the user is required to complete a training thread in which they commune with their Zanpaktou Spirit to learn this technique; it is dangerous for both user and spirit, and is incredibly painful for the later to be forcefully aligned with a material body, so trust must be earned. For users with multiple Zanpaktou, this technique must be learned for each one separately, taking up more technique slots.
Technique Name: Low Pressure
Class: 8
Technique Type: General Reiatsu Skill
Usable By: All Races: Requires a 1 in Calm Mind or a Reiatsu Control Skill
Technique Element: Air
Technique Description and Effects: This "technique" is a passive reduction in the output of reiatsu that one gives off while not supressing their power. It can still look impressive and bright, but the output is reduced to the point that it is incapable of doing any harm to a living being. For those who know this technique, the only noteworthy effect that casually outputting reiatsu can have (beyond looking pretty) is to cause a very slight difference in air pressure. This difference in pressure causes a very slight breeze to blow towards the user of this technique. It is no more than a few miles per hour, making it barely even noticeable unless you're looking for it.
There is a very slight benefit to this. Scents drift more easily towards the user while this technique is active, as they float along the air currents that move towards the user of this technique. The use of reiatsu is so slight for this technique that it doesn't appear noticeable except to those with incredible (200+) energy sensory. When mastered, the output is so low that it is indistinguishable from a normal energy signature, and can even be used while reiatsu is being masked if the user has at least a two in stealth.
How to use technique: When learned or proficient, this feat is only available by fluctuating one's reiatsu to create a difference in air pressure. Activating it feels similar to just building up the reiatsu for a technique, but the amount is very small. When mastered, this technique is passively active at all times unless willingly ceased, or in the case that the user is in combat and lacks the appropriate skills to maintain the focus on it.
Technique Drawbacks: Requires a skill to be learned, and requires rank 2 in that skill to be used in combat. It is a permanent replacement to the ability to pressure crush. That cannot be done unless this technique is unlearned. This technique cannot be learned by types that lack fine reiatsu control such as fighters or Kenpachi types.

Technique Name: Iron Body
Class: 3
Technique Type: Physical Technique
Usable By: Anyone with a Physical Body.
Technique Element: Physical
Technique Description and Effects:
The Iron Body is a powerful defensive technique executed through extensive physical prowess and timing. By severely tensing and flexing, the user will cause all of their muscles to bulge out and their physical form to drastically increase in toughness. A small amount of spiritual power is added to the mix as well, further reinforcing the flex. While performing it, the person's flesh will be just as tough as iron, hence the name, often too strong for weapons, bullets, or most attacks to break through. It will drastically reduce any damage the user takes, allowing them endure damage as if their strength were much higher than normal. While interaction can vary, this will turn the user into a fortress of their own body, causing any normal attack with inferior OS to their base strength to bounce right off, and any attack with less than double their strength will inflioct heavily reduced damage. Anything stronger than 2x the user's strength will only have its damage reduced very slightly This does not count as a stat boost and offers no benefit other than sheer durability.
How to use technique: Flex and feed spiritual energy into the flesh.
Technique Drawbacks:
Firstly, while using iron body, the user will be completely unable to move. Because of this it is dangerous to maintain for too long. It is very taxing on the user's stamina as well, leading to quick fatigue if used for too long or too often. Lastly, while the reiatsu cost is lower than a standard class three technique, it does still have one. It'll cost 150 reiatsu each time this is used, with a matching maintenance cost if used for more than one post. This technique can only be used by someone with a minimum of 300 strength and requires a physical body to use.

Class: 4
Technique Type: Kidō
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
The "exploding Shunpo" technique. This allows the user, for a cost of 150 Reiatsu, to initiate a Shunpo. This Shunpo releases far more power, so anywhere within a meter of the user will be hit with an explosive shockwave equivalent to the user's physical Strength when the Shunpo is used.
How to use technique: Stated above.
Drawback: Stamina drain. Reiatsu cost. Can only be used twice per post.
Made by: [Admin]
Technique Name: Pressurized Gravitation
Class: [All] (Costs 200 TTP to Learn)
Technique Type: General Reiatsu Skill
Usable By: All
Technique Element: Reiatsu
Technique Description and Effects:
Gravitational Pressure is a skill inherent to all beings with power. Regardless of reiatsu strength, spiritual pressure, or stats at all, Gravitational Pressure is caused by a honed, sharpened soul. While Gravitational Pressure is usually out poured violently and over a broad area, with a little bit of practice anyone can learn to compress it. Pressurized Gravitation is a general technique that anyone can learn. This includes Fighter and even Kenpachi type fighters. By compressing Gravitational Pressure, the user simply creates a blade.
Summoned out of the integrity of their soul, a blade forged by Pressurized Gravitation will look different from person to person. However, all blades created by Pressurized Gravitation do not appear to be of solid matter, rather of shimmering energy. The length of the blade is usually consistent with standard swords, however there are variations between users, thus it has a maximum length of four feet from guard to tip. The rest of the appearance is up to the user, and is defined when they Learn this technique. Becoming Proficient in the technique allows the user to be slightly flexible in its creation from use to use, and Mastering the technique allows for other melee weapons such as poles and clubs.
The main power of Pressurized Gravitation is its independence from the reiatsu stats of the user. It simply possesses the class of the user. It will never cut through nor be cut through by a Zanpakutou or similar sealed weapon and will always lose to a released weapon at, above, or one class below it in strength (class 3 Pressurized Gravitation loses to anything at Shikai level or above, etc.) It does not have the cutting power to cut through a released weapon, however, it can defend against releases it is 2 classes superior to. It will also lose to Kidou or other reiatsu techniques of superior class. For defenses such as Hierro or Blut, it is a Class of the Enemy vs Class of the Pressurized Gravitation check rather than a class of the Hierro/Blut check. It needs class superiority to cut through those defenses.
When Learned, one generic blade can be made. When Proficient, the user may choose to personalize their blade, details seen above, or create a second generic blade (chosen on a use by use basis). When Mastered, the user may choose to pick a different weapon type, or create up to four generic blades. As a side note, as these are more reiatsu based than physically based, Pressurized Gravitation does not meet the cutback effect.
How to use technique: To activate this technique, the user simply releases their Gravitational Pressure for a moment before compressing it into a more tangible form.
Technique Drawbacks:
First, this weapon is weak in combat situations when the enemy is released. Second, it does have a reiatsu cost whereas Gravitational Pressure does not. A class 8 user can use this technique for free, but above that there is a cost. At Class 7, this blade costs 50 reiatsu per post to keep active. For every class above that, add 50 reiatsu per post. At class 0, it costs a hefty 400 reiatsu per post. It also requires a bit of focus for those of just Learned training, and also prevents the user from casting reiatsu techniques or exerting normal Gravitational Pressure while the technique is active. Finally, because Gravitational Pressure is inherently an outpouring of one's spirit, concealing one's presence in any way shape or form is impossible while using Pressurized Gravitation.

Technique Name: Jinzen: Kyōshin
Class: 5
Technique Type: Other
Usable By: Shinigami, Vizard.
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
As Jinzen is a technique used to converse with ones Zanpakuto spirit. Kyōshin allows one the ability to enter the inner world of another performing Jinzen or perhaps allow an individual to enter their world. This in turn allows both to converse with their spirits respectfully or simply allows the two to speak in secret. Can be used with Instant Jinzen if learned, allowing two ample time to communicate in the heat of combat. Once learned this technique can only be used with one willing participant. Those proficient in the technique can be used with three. If mastered while used alongside Instant Jinzen one can forcibly bring another into their inner world or enter another's through contact for a short time(one post). This does not impact the outside world or create an advantage to those outside. For the period of time is brief and the entire exchange to an onlooker happens less than a second.
How to use technique: Meditate alongside another, performing Jinzen and resonate your Reaitsu with the other, creating a link. If Instant Jinzen is known simply resonate your Reaitsu with a willing participant.
Technique Drawbacks:
Stepping foot or allowing another to step into ones inner world can be a dangerous feat to attempt. Ones Zanpakuto spirit may be aggressive and decide to turn hostile against the potential intruder. Also attempting to resonate with more than one other participant can be rather risky putting a heavy strain and fatiguing all those involved immensely. This technique if mastered cannot be forcibly used on those of higher class.

Technique Description and Effects: A more complex and concentrated use of reiatsu. This allows the user to create an orb of reiatsu which generates not light, but heat. It is in fact very dim, but it creates more heat than any fire. This means that in cold temperatures, this can be key for surviving in wilderness. It can also be used to cook food, but it will disspell if it impacts an enemy. It cannot be used to attack.

Technique Name:[Saiwan #4 Suikan]
Class: [4]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: This was developed by the Kawada family for those that are more apt in hand to hand styles. When this technique is activated, it costs 300 reiatsu to activate. It lasts for (6 at learned, 8 at proficient and 10 at mastered) posts of activation. The users body (Or zanpakuto if mastered) is wreathed in fire the color of their reatsu to indicate something has changed about them. While it is active, all physical contact of the user's hands (Or Zanpakuto at mastered) with the opponent's body, every individual touch, will result in stolen reiatsu. 50 reiatsu is stolen per even slightest touch, but 100 is stolen per touch if the incantation is used. When this technique is mastered this seiwan can be channeled through the users zanpakuto so long as it has a physical form.
Incantation: Awaken inner fire and wreathe thyself! Burn the strength from those in my path and sear their soul!
Drawback: This technique will be useless if no contact is made, and all reiatsu will have been wasted. This technique can not let the user go over their retasu cap at any point. This can only be applied to 3 total contacts/touches per post.

Technique Name: [Meiunatsuin]
Class: [1]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [Sealing Technique]
Technique Description and Effects: This technique is a method for sealing one’s power. Why would one want to seal away their power you ask? By storing one’s power and releasing the restraint later, the Kawada family member is able to reach levels of power previously outside their limits. This seal must be used before the beginning of a thread and the Kawada member must enter the thread with this already active. Somewhere on their body they will acquire a small, black tattoo in the shape of the Kawada family’s phoenix crest. This symbol seals away 30% of one physical or reiatsu stat until it is removed.
After the Kawada member has made its entry post, the seal will start collecting power. Gaining 5% increases per post so if the person chooses to release the seal on the fourth post then the 30% decrease will disappear and they will gain a 20% increase instead. On the fifth post the increase will be 25%. On the sixth post it will be 30%. The amount of power that releasing the seal gives keeps increasing by 5% until it caps off at 100% (A 2x boost). However, if a person wanted to obtain a 100% increase from this seal, they’d essentially need to last for 20 posts with the weakened stat, which would be difficult to do. Once the user has mastered this technique the Boost goes up to 10% per post reducing the time to get the 2x boost to 10 posts.
Drawback: For one to use this sealing technique they will have to begin the thread with 400 reiatsu already taken from their reiatsu pool. This ability can be released at any time during the fight, but holding out on releasing it longer yields greater results. It is up to the user to determine how long they wish to hold out on releasing. This Stat boost lasts for 3 posts at learned, 4 posts at proficient and 5 posts at mastered.

Technique Name: Hide of the Dragon
Class: ALL (Requires 300 TTP to learn)
Technique Type: Spiritual Pressure
Usable By : Any Race
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects : Gravitational Pressure is an effect inherent to all beings with power. And this Technique is built off of that General technique.
Hide of the dragon Compresses ones own gravitational pressure Close to the skin and infuses it with reatsu enough that it forms a Membrane of flexible but solid Metal over themselves. This "Armor" Is colored differently between practitioners but it almost always appears as if their flesh has been replaced with a reflective metal even if it is only a covering and not a true replacement. At learned this metal is something simple like iron or steel, at proficient it can be something more esoteric like Copper or Bronze. Once this technique is mastered The practioner can coat themselves in any type of metal they wish.
The durability of the suit of armor created by this technique is equal to Double the users spiritual pressure, This armor is unique as well in that it prevent Strength based shockwaves from penetrating its surface. However this does mean that from any blow that can produce shockwaves this armor is taking two hits from one source. This armor likewise can amplify the users physical strength by adding their spiritual pressure to their strength, this effect can only be used while blocking or defending from a blow while the technique is Learned, at Proficient any Attack the user performs is only amplified by 50% of their spiritual pressure and once this technique is mastered they can add their full spiritual pressure to both attacks and defense. When used for defense a high strength blow will not crush bones or blow the defender backward unless even with the addition of the spiritual pressure there is a vast difference in strength. When used for offence the user can not launch shockwaves unless their base strength would have already allowed this.
To activate this technique costs 50 Reatsu per class starting at class 7, ending at 400 for class 0 and the Armor lasts for 2 posts before it must either be refreshed or let drop. At proficient this goes up to 4 Posts and at Mastered this goes up to 6 posts.
How to use technique: [Insert Below]
Technique Drawbacks : This technique is always used at the class of the user and can not be increased or decreased through any means. This technique however does not clash in the way that normal techniques would clash, this technique can not "Class crush" other techniques that it is 2 ranks higher than, and yet this technique can be class crushed by techniques that are 2 ranks higher than it. This means that so long as this technique is equal to or higher than another technique it will be a straight power Vs power clash, and if it is two classes below the technique it is clashing with it will require that this technique have 3x stat superiority to win and 2x to match.
Likewise the use of this technique for extended periods Will be harmful to the user. Once encased in raw gravitational pressure the body will begin to develop Major burns across their entire body. These burns can not be resisted with heat resistance or any other resistance to such things. The first full term use of this technique will result in a Major burn almost like a full body extreme sunburn, A single refresh or second use of the technique without healing will escalate those to 2nd degree urns across the entire body and a Third use or second refresh will cause 3rd degree burns to the entire body rendering most combatants useless.
This technique MUST be learned in order of learned, proficient, mastered. And can not be upgraded from learned to proficient until it has been used in 2 DE or 4 NDE threads and can not go from proficient to mastered until it has been used in 4 DE threads at proficient level.

Technique Name: [Saiwan #9 Ranpuketa]
Class: [4]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: This is the ninth kidou in the typical Kawada member’s arsenal. It is a hado spell and resembles Hado #4 Byakurai in both function and appearance. It is, however, slightly stronger than Byakurai and much more plentiful in number. After this spell is used, all of the fingers on either of the user’s hands will begin to glow with a slight blue color. Each of these fingers is now capable of instantly firing a blue beam of pure, concentrated reiatsu at incredible speeds. The speed of Ranpuketa is roughly equivalent to that of a bala and it contains all the piercing power of the user’s zanpakutou. The true power of this technique lies in the sheer length of time that these shots can be stored. After this ability is used, the caster doesn’t need to feel rushed to use them. They can last up to an hour before fading away and don’t have to be used all at the same time. Another advantage to this ability is the rapid-fire possibilities it possesses. Multiple shots can be used without saying the name of the kidou or using an incantation. Sometimes it is a good idea to use this ability and fire off one or two shots early on so that the enemy knows what it does and is forced to be extra careful and watch their movements more carefully. This could provide an opening for some other method of attack. If the incantation is used then all of the user’s fingers will obtain a shot.
Drawback: [If the user gets their arm or fingers cut off before they can use this technique, then the reiatsu they spent on it is lost. In comparison to other Class 4 kidou, the destructive force of each shot is rather low. What it loses in brute strength it makes up for in number.]
Incantation: [Down in the deep in the sea of despair. What’s left of suicide converges on the reflection of changes. There is no turning back now. You’ve woken. Get up. Get down. The sickness takes your life as you reap your harvest. Live forever. Die together.]

Technique Name: Senka (Flash Blossom)
Class: 5
Technique Type: Kidō
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
A special Shunpo technique where one moves to their opponents back. Directly attacking and sealing one's "Saketsu" (First Soul Chain) and "Hakusui" (Second Soul Chain) in one strike. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are. It costs 100 Reiatsu per use. To use this particular brand of Shunpo, the user must train to learn it. It is treated as a Class 5 technique. Senka is an 11x increase in Speed.
How to use technique:
Focus of Reishi around the feet area and launch off into a single blurring step. It is not unlike teleportation in appearance, but it is simply extremely fast movement. It is often used to gain an edge in a single moment of combat or to dodge incoming attacks.
Technique Name: Shunpo Karin
Class: 5
Technique Type: Kidō
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
The famous "partial Shunpo" technique. This allows the user to initiate a single movement at Shunpo speed with one limb. This cannot be used without initiating the forward momentum. The user will need to move their arm the way they normally would before this technique can be activated. Momentum for this technique cannot be controlled. This means once the user initiates this technique, they cannot stop their limb from the movement.
How to use technique:
Stated above.
Drawback:
Also stated above. Higher Reiatsu cost than normal Shunpo. Limit is once per post. More taxing on stamina than regular Shunpo.

Technique Name: Cutback: Assault
Class: 1
Technique Type: Cutback
Usable By: All Races
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
Traditional cutback is triggered by a physical strike from a spiritually inferior source. Among those with immense spiritual pressure it is a useful defense. This technique converts that same cutback into an offense. The user gathers all of their spiritual energy at their core before releasing it outward with a burst. An invisible wave bursts outward with a speed and force of 600, pushing back everything in its path. It functions like a larger Martial Discipline: Ken to all those around. The user may choose to spend an additional reiatsu to increase the range of the wave. At its lowest range, the wave will travel 200 meters in every direction. If the user doubles the cost, this range will also double to 400 meters in every direction. But get this. If the cost is TRIPLED, the radius will also triple to a whopping 800 meters.
However, the real effect of the technique only kicks in when the wave makes contact with any individual. If the difference in spiritual pressure between the user and target is great enough, this technique will automatically inflict the same damage they would face had they triggered cutback. This property is what makes Cutback: Assault truly deadly.
How to use technique:
Charge reiatsu and release it.
Technique Drawbacks:
This technique costs 300 reiatsu to use, and it must be mastered before employed in battle. It may only be activated once every 3 posts, and while it’s on cooldown, the user loses access to natural cutback. However, that is hardly the most serious drawback. As this technique causes the sudden output of such a large amount of energy, it puts a heavy strain on the body, worsening all injuries the user suffered prior to activation. When used the first time, if the user has any deep lacerations or stab injuries, they will begin to bleed profusely, giving them 5 posts before they lose consciousness. When used the second time, even if the user only had thin cuts, these will widen and deepen as blood rapidly escapes them, giving the user 5 posts before they pass out from blood loss. After employed a third time, even if the user is completely unharmed, their nose and eyes will begin bleeding. In fact, their internal organs would be struggling to function as the strain of a third Cutback: Assault also caused them hemorrhage. The internal bleeding would cause the user to pass out in 5 posts after activating the technique.

Technique Name: Final Crescendo
Class: 3
Technique Type: Hakuda
Usable By: Shinigami, Beast-Clan, Escudo
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
Everything must come to an end, and so to does this apply to the forward momentum of a continuous series of strikes that is the Rhythm Beat technique line. However, the finale is where the most effort is needed for a successful combination, and this applies here. The user doubles their current speed and strength to strike at a foe with a single blow, hitting them with an amazing amount of force. However, the real power behind this technique is not the initial hit; rather, the momentum built up by the user's speed and increased strength is transferred through the blow, generating enormous impact force that sends a foe flying even if it does not break through defenses.
While this is a standalone technique, it flourishes at the end of a successful Rhythm Beat combination. Normally no other stat boosts will stack with this technique, but Rhythm Beat's speed boost through continuous momentum does apply before the doubling bonus. Naturally, the 3x cap on speed still applies. This technique counts as a short-term status boost.
How to use technique:
Tense the muscles and release a single powerful blow. More effective if momentum is already built up to make for an even faster blow.
Technique Drawbacks
The doubling of speed without the use of Reiatsu, simply overexerting the muscles, is extremely straining on the limb used for the strike. The limb's muscles will tear and the bone will weaken, making that limb more susceptible to attacks and reducing its speed by half. Additionally, a second use with the same limb will only grant a 50% speed boost for the technique, and will tear the muscles completely as well as shatter the bone, making that limb useless until healing is given. Requires at least a 2 in Martial Arts: Hakuda.

Technique Name: Different Tempo
Class: 5
Technique Type: Hakuda
Usable By: Shinigami, Beast-Clan, Escudo
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
With the Rhythm Beat stance, the user is put into a specific pattern and rhythm of blows that can only increase or decrease in speed, while remaining in an almost constant series of predictable motions. Different Tempo shakes up that pattern, allowing the user to tense their muscles and completely redirect the momentum of their body, provided that they were the origin of it. A punch might suddenly jerk to the side instead of being a straight blow mid-strike, or a strike might be withdrawn to avoid a slashing blade that would cut them even if it was mid-attack. This technique is stand-alone and can work without the use of the Rhythm Beat stance, but it is most effective when paired with it, allowing the user to shake up a predictable pattern while maintaining the momentum necessary for high-speed combat.
How to use technique:
Tense the muscles and redirect the momentum of one's blow, even in a completely opposite direction.
Technique Drawbacks:
The main drawback to this technique is the muscle fatigue that comes with it, varying based on the reversal of momentum. Complete reversal is obviously the most straining compared to a redirection, and the higher the speed, the higher the risk of muscle and bone damage. Repeated use of more than three times in a post even at lesser amounts of stress can also cause this damage. Requires at least a 2 in Martial Arts: Hakuda.

Technique Name: Rhythm Beat
Class: 6
Technique Type: Hakuda
Usable By: Shinigami, Beast-Clan, Escudo
Technique Element: None
Technique Description and Effects:
A stance-type technique, this one requires the user to slip into a state of automatic combat. Automatic combat is a mental state in which the user continues at the exact same pacing of their previous blows, creating a rhythmic pattern that allows them to fight without focusing on it. During this, the user becomes accustomed to their own movements, flowing into the same speed and rhythm of attacks until it's no longer required to think about it. That's when this technique truly begins to shine; upon that point, the user can speed up or slow down that rhythm suddenly, creating a pattern of attacks that suddenly alters in speed. Slowing in speed takes no effort, merely the conscious decision to hold back a blow, but speeding up is another story.
When speeding up, the user must do so gradually; as they become accustomed to their movements at a set pace beyond their normal limit, they can slowly push themselves further and further. With each post of consecutive rhythmic attacks, the user can adapt and push their muscles so that they move an additional 50 speed faster with their consistent attacks. This can be continued up until the maximum of the 3x limit on speed boosts. However, if speed is dropped at all, it caps at the speed dropped to or the user's maximum speed, whichever is higher, and can only regain 50 speed per post. Example, if the user has 300 Speed, after one post they can have 350, and after two their attacks come at 400 speed. However, if they drop down to 300 for a slowed move to surprise a foe, they cannot just go back up to 400 speed, and instead have to work up at 50 per post again. If they dropped down to 200, however, they could immediately make the next blow 300, as that is their natural cap.
How to use technique:
Begin striking in a consistent, consecutive rhythm of blows, adapting to it over time and adjusting speed as able.
Technique Drawbacks:
Stamina. Aside from that, the biggest drawback to this technique is its predictability; the user does have to build up a rhythm of strikes, and because they are fighting almost off-handedly, even if they have control over how they strike, there is a pattern in the motions that can be countered by an analytical foe. Note that this counts as a long-term buff if used for more than two posts (i.e. after the first post of increased speed); otherwise, it is counted as a short-term buff. Requires at least a 1 in Martial Arts: Hakuda.

Made by: Admin
