-Appearance-
Height/Weight: 6'0 190 lbs
Physical Description:
Mores stands as a tall but attractive man. A body crafted over the centuries to attempt to be the perfect attractive specimen based on the shifting years. Over the generations it has shifted as needed for the most desirable body of the time. At times it was tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. Others it was olive skinned with dark eyes that mesmerized. Always though it was a male body meant to entice and attract. A practiced smile with a twinkle of mischief in the eye. Occasionally it would need to change due to a jealous wife or a tyrannical view in an area but always it was designed to attract. After all negotiations were easier with sex appeal.
These days Mores body has taken on a tall but lean form. Thin frame with rippling muscles and golden eyes that flirt at a glance. Purple hair that hangs down to his shoulders loosely more often than not. He wears older clothing styles though with a roman style blue shirt and golden lining. His pants are loose and hung lightly on his hips showing just above where it would be considered inappropriate. White robes hanging from his shoulders and tied with golden strings from the front. Hoop earrings with different jewels assorted along his neck and wrists for flare and usually bare foot. His skin is remarkably pale and flawless as it is designed to be.
He keeps a realistic looking stuffed dog to climb into for lazier days. When he isn't attempting to be charming and would rather sit back and listen. A small puppy with black fur on its back with its belly and face being white. Bushy white eyebrows accenting bright blue eyes. Its meant to be cute and disarming so he can go where he pleases without being bothered too much. After all who would harm a puppy? Monsters thats who. Otherwise its usually a safe bet with an adorable face.

-Personality-
Dislikes:
* - Ethical debates - These are tedious and time consuming. As a whole he feels these have limited the growth of society and groups massively. If ethical dilemmas had been eliminated in the pursuit of growth the worlds would likely be utopias.
*- Violence without cause - Violence with purpose has something to be gained. However wanton bloodlust simply for the urge to kill is a waste of talent and time. Something should be gained from taking a life.
*- Destructive behavior in his shop - His shop is his temple. To attempt to destroy his shop is to desecrate his temple and it will not be tolerated. There is a time and place for everything
*- Judgmental words/acts - Its just so easy to judge someone based on your personal opinions. Wouldn't it be nice if people could simply live their lives?
*- Filth - The world is meant to be beautiful. To spread filth and disease and decrease that beauty is a shame.
*- Poverty - Making money and gaining reputation is the point of life. To live in squalor is a choice to him and one he does not often tolerate.
*- God complexes - Mores is the only god here. No one else need apply.
*- Lack of ambition - Ambition Mores can work with and sell too. Even test his projects on. Someone content with anything isn't seeking out their full potential and thus are wasting his time.
*- Forced allegiance - If anyone attempts to force him to join one particular group or faction he immediately dislikes them and will attempt to evade them as quickly as possible.
*- Enslavement - Each individual has the right and ability to strive for greatness and he will sell to them as they are willing. Taking away those rights is a grave sin to this god.
Likes:
*- Wealth - This is his primary goal. To accrue wealth both in monetary and personal value. Money is almost everything to him and something that takes money from his pocket is a mistake if it doesn't create the opportunity for more.
*- Discovery - There are many things to be discovered. Personal limitations and who can surpass them. Scientific advancements regardless of the personal loss. (Other than money of his own)
*- Sadism - Mores enjoys watching how far others will go to gain power. Either through physical or mental torment. However it must be of their own choosing.
*- Beauty - What is a world without beauty to behold? Beautiful things catch his eye and attract his attention
*- Service - Everyone desires something and its important to be able to provide that. Supply for the demand.
*- Worship - Mores was actually worshipped as a god for a time and he misses that. Though humans have evolved beyond the old religions he could hide within he still enjoys flattery.
*-Gifts - Earning Mores attention can be done with more than just flattery and beauty. Monetary items are always collected for his treasure pile.
*- Sweets from other cultures - A variety of all the good things to eat in the world is to be sought. Eating food from only one culture is a waste of his time and potential.
*- Unique abilities - If someone has a personal ability outside of what he has witnessed before he wishes to study it. The more unique the better.
*- People in power - So long as they respect him in turn he respects people who have shown ambition and drive to get somewhere and will associate with them more.
Flaws:
*- Curiosity - If there is a question there should be an answer. Its difficult to turn away from those answers when there is danger or risk in the way. Knowledge is power after all.
*-God complex- Ever heard the term gods gift to women? Well Mores lived his younger years believed to be a god by naive but spiritually potent people. People who revered and literally worshipped him. He is HIS OWN gift to EVERYONE.
*-Sadist with rules- Violence is a curios choice and one he himself isn't so swell in. But he loves to observe it. After all the best kind of pain is self inflicted. For others anyway. No one should dare mark his vessel. But its only tasteful if its their choice to inflict their own pain.
*-Inhuman ethics - Mores is an old soul and thus has grown disconnected from his humanity. Its there somewhere but for him his body is merely a tapestry he needs to adjust as he wishes. For him he is simply the soul of a god inhabiting a form more comfortable for others and more alluring.
*-Obsessive and compulsive - Not in the uncontrolled reaction way. Just happens to know when he wants to do something he should do it. He is likely to obsess over it and react compulsively if he isn't otherwise required to keep on track. A pity when he can't act on his passions
Habits:
*-The first love- On the rare occasion he is compelled to do something for others Mores can not help but turn an old iron ring he never removes. Idly recalling a foggy memory of his first wife...A mortal who taught him to be good so long ago before he strayed. Despite his somewhat wicked pleasures and self centered personality he never removes the Iron ring.
*-Johnny isn't here - It's been so long understanding himself as a soul and modifying his puppets that sometimes when deep in thought he will forget the basics. Such as facial movement or blinking. At times when he needs to think his expression will go entirely blank and for all intents and purposes until his attention is gathered once more. Some call it disassociating but for Mores its more stepping out of the pilot seat....There's a difference!
*-Today I saw the devil - Lame country sounding song title I know. But imagine if someone who was a sadist didn't care to hide it. That for him at his age it was just too much effort to hide wicked intent. Most people spend life times hiding their true expressions. Mores did for a time. A long time. Now he doesn't care to anymore. His face and words often reflect exactly how he feels.
* -Temper Temper kitten - Despite his ineffectiveness as a combatant and borderline the equivalent of a kitten, he sure is a feisty one. Much like his inability to conceal his thoughts this includes anger at disrespect or laziness as well as violence in his shop. Red in the face kind of anger...please don't go bull in a china shop....then we get a smaller bull added to the first bull and that...that doesn't protect any dishes.
Fears:
*-She isn't gone- That at some point the soul of his lover over hundreds of years fell to ruin. That something ate her or she turned into a hollow or any number of things. So that talk isn't....allowed.
*-Not the face- His body is a work of art and takes time and skill for that kind of perfection. His face isn't just painted on...it mofoing sculpted. Literally. The idea of all that work getting broken is just such a shame! Hours of labor and beauty and art all torn away.
*-useless trash- That his power and knowledge will be gone and he will be useless. That he will be destitute and alone with no one loving him or worshiping him. That he will be as he was when he was born. Alone.
Goals: *-Obtain those gains - Wealth of all sorts must be accumulated. Knowledge or love. Currency or blood. All of it needs to be traded and bartered in order to obtain even greater heights. He was a god once but the world moved on....he just wants to be in charge of what's next.
*-Evolution by any and all means - The world needs to evolve further. Obtain the next step in its chain in order for him to unlock previously thought impossible techniques or inventions. So that he may reach a level of technology to accomplish what he needs.
*-Iris...oh sweet Iris - She was taken from him by the cruelty of mortality. Sure she said she lived a long and happy life with him... but she promised. She promised if their love was true he would find her again. He knows she reincarnated...he spoke to the reaper who took the soul. But he could not find her...oh he tried for so many lifetimes. Now its a matter of technology. He loves her so he will reincarnate her just as she was...somehow.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Overall Personality: Mores is a simple creature in nature. He lives to indulge his desires and to be adored in return. Flattery is expected. Obedience is respected. Truthfully he is a man who believes himself to be a god. An artificial one certainly but one none the less. After all in order to be a god one simply has to be better than man. In most cases this was not difficult as mankind is most mundane and fragile. Like toys that fawn over you. At least thats how it used to be before technology took over their lives and worship was forgotten. Mores rather misses the days of prayer and worship for him to bless a house or the wealth of a shop. Back when he was Sors to the Romans. A god of wealth and luck. Good old days.
He feels though that he is rightfully a god despite his knowledge of being a mod soul. His talents exceeded any humans on average and those that it did not he would assume were just other gods. He understood how the system works and blatantly chooses to ignore it. After all you are what you put yourself out there to be. Though the humans broke away from multiple gods and devolved mostly into Christianity there are still some faiths practiced. But their gods do not walk among them as Mores does. He had stepped away from religious zealotry and more into an age of human experimentation. In an attempt to raise technology and techniques to a new level. To make the impossible possible is the goal of any decent scientist. So instead of playing as a god and bathing in worship he delves into his crafts and moves as a neutral shop keeper between the realms. A shop keeper coming to those who need him and serving them in their most needed ways.
Aside from the simple life of a shop keeper and researcher though he has long since grown tired of such things as morality. He understands it and doesn't purposefully seek out danger as a result of an action...Unless pressured to do so. However he does have a quick temper and is prone to snapping at the wrong comment or rude behavior. Lashing out verbally as if he doesn't care for the consequences of speaking to someone dangerous to him in such a way. Seeing red has rarely led to good choices for anyone and he simply allows it to go unchecked when he wishes. It is passion and passion should not be squashed. It should be celebrated of course. Unless it harms him or his things. Then it needs to say sorry.
Of course there is a fire of curiosity that can not be tamed. A mutated human dies? Time to experiment on the remains. Find out what made it tick and see if it can be replicated. Turn a living person into a weapon more savage than the wilds? If its doable it should be done just to see what happens. Morals placed by the door with your shoes in pursuit of knowledge. Work with evil people to achieve a goal? Fine fine...just expect the double cross. Working with goody two shoes at times? Sure sure...just expect that double cross. Turns out anyone and everyone is out to achieve something. Assume they will turn on you to get it. Everyone has a price and sometimes its worth more than you.
However there is also the memory of his long lost wife Iris from nearly eight hundred years back. A mortal he loved and the only person he ever did as much as himself. Of course they never made a family but they lived out her years together. When he remembers her he is usually feeling a wave of compassion for something or someone. It was so long ago but she was for certain the best part of him. Better than when he was worshipped as a god. Better than he was before Rome fell. The golden years of his seemingly endless life since his creation. Nothing may stop him from progress towards his goal to revive her.
So in the end there is some form of madness holding a grip on him after so many centuries. Decades passing with slow progress bit by bit. But he has a belief now. That if he can not find her with science....if he can not bring her back to spend eternity with him...he will one day open a door to an actual god...to one hidden somewhere away from man. That one day his key will turn....and he will see Iris again...that he will have her in his endless life all over again. No matter the cost this brings for awakening a god.

-Powers-
Fighting Style: Escape if possible -
It's a simple and cowardly thing but Mores never considered himself meant for combat. He was designed as a supply runner not an active combatant. As such his goal is either to find a door or manifest one if things get hairy. Never sticking around long to see how things turn out if something is actively interested in causing him bodily harm. His body is an art and takes time to create after all. Still its unlikely that a combat focused gorilla of a man is willing to let a target go easily. As such this is mostly useful if preformed quickly before combat can ensue or with a distraction of some sort. Mores, if he is allowed and not prodded into a rage, will simply attempt to use his power to escape any and all dangerous situations as he was designed to do. Cowardly yes..... But survival right?
Not allowed to leave? Your choice. -
One should never start the fight but should be fully prepared to finish it. Should he not be allowed to escape or be cornered into a fight....or enraged into one.... Mores will attempt to fight as savagely as possible. If you are not stronger than the enemy....be more vicious. Utilizing Kigen he will attempt to find a vulnerable point and tear it apart painfully. It is a sin to attack a god and as such a lesson in pain needs to be taught. Penance through torment. Tearing out a kneecap or severing a tendon. Puncturing a nerve cluster or tearing out an eye. His body is replaceable even if its valuable to him. It can be replicated later so long as he can crawl away. So he will willingly take a wound or sacrifice a limb temporarily in order to deliver as much pain as possible. Kigen allows him to do a great deal with this method.
However that is not the full extent of his combat ability. His specialty regarding Energy Sensory allows him while its active to predict any ability utilizing spirit energy. He can sense how it is shaped and what its element is along with any special abilities. Spells and releases are predictable in nature and he will quickly react as he should even if an ability is hidden unless they can block his sensory somehow. Allowing him to outmaneuver techniques that would normally disable an opponent and predict things like movement techniques. As if utilizing something along the lines of Shunpo is choreographing your next move to him. If he is quick enough there will be a nasty surprise waiting where the enemy winds up. Likely something incredibly painful
Last resort eh? Sucks to suck -
Beyond his abilities as a mod soul Mores is a scientist by nature. Always experimenting and crafting new gear to help either himself with his tasks or his customers. Often these creations give a significant boost with an equally significant drawback. One he is prepared to sacrifice if he must. If he is pushed to a point where its use his gear or die he will activate it. At which point escape loses its appeal. The decimation of whoever drove him into this corner is the full focus and he becomes a monster. No longer aiming to punish with agony but instead attempting to completely annihilate the enemy. If he must sacrifice something to walk out of there...they must sacrifice everything in return. Their bodies fuel for the machine...for the weapons and items he may make in the future from their soul and corpse. Perhaps even their items if they are unique enough.
Technique: Hall of the Abyss - Mores can create a key that will fit the lock of any door. However this does not unlock the door itself but simply grants access to a Victorian style arches Hallway. On either side of the hallway is a total of six doors. Three on the left and three on the right. With one final door standing alone at the end. These are the gates of the seven sins. Each serving a different purpose to Mores. However those he has not yet unlocked are guarded by black iron gilded gates. Roses and thorns intertwined within the iron and burning to the touch. So that they are impossible to open as he is now.
This domain belongs to Mores. It is a part of his soul and thus those who enter may only do so willingly. Only those without spiritual pressure equal to 1/4th his own can be dominated into entering. In turn though he can expel anyone out of his domain if they are no more than 4x his own spiritual pressure. His domain....his rules.
Levels:
Level 1 - The Gate of Belphegor (Sloth)
~This gate was highly important to the basics of Mores creation. He was designed to be able to move to where troops were and resupply the front lines. As such he had to be able to move between the worlds. This grants Mores the ability to travel between Hueco mundo, Soul society and the Living world. Its interior has changed over the years but it always takes the appearance of a waiting stations for transport. Such as a bus stop or train station. However whatever the setting it is two things remain constant. There are always three doors in the gate of belphegor. Allowing the individual to cross whatever station they stand in and choose to enter another world.
Level 2 - The Gate of Beelzebub (Gluttony)
~This gate was designed to aid with healing the wounded and keeping them nourished. It is a healing room that accelerates healing considerably. Always taking on the appearances of some sort of lounge or resort. Always with some sort of bath, Hot tub or springs. To dip into these waters is to allow the healing to commence. By no means is it useful mid combat but for how slow it is, the gate of Beelzebub revitalizes any part of the body not removed entirely. A missing arm will heal as a stub where as a man dying from a gut wound will restore entirely over a few days with hardly a scar. Mores utilizes it to keep his bodies in peak condition.
Level 3 - The Gate of Asmodeus (Lechery)
~This gate was a room for negotiations. A place for peace and luxury. It has a rule where no powers can be activated if one willingly enters. This can be forcefully bypassed if the spiritual pressure exceeds Mores by 4x or if Mores is unconscious. However otherwise peace is enforced here. Powers and spells can not activate. However it does nothing against raw physical ability. This room takes on the appearance of a luxurious and comfortable space. A brothel pillow room or a high rise apartment overlooking clouds. Whatever makes the guest comfortable usually is what appearance it takes.
Level 4 - The Gate of Satan (Anger)
~This gate was designed to repair and reforge weapons and gear in the field. From simple cleaning to reforging a zanpakto. This is where Mores practices his science and utilizes the facilities provided to create what he desires. Be it item or creature. It is his world forge and there he produces his items for his shop. Private requests from even more private clientele. This always takes on the form of whatever kind of manufactory or laboratory he requires. Here he can create and experiment in peace from judgy eyes. Items crafted or repaired within this gate have a 50% reduction in cost.
Level 5 - The Gate of Leviathan (Envy)
~This was considered to be the gate of truth. Here within this room lies can not be spoken. In order to mislead one has to be careful how something is worded or nothing will come out of their lips. Hard truths are shared here and interrogations. This is a prison that keeps people locked within now until an issue is resolved. This can be broken free of if the spiritual pressure of the enemy attacking is more than 4x Mores or if Mores is rendered unconscious the room no longer can function as a prison. This room always takes on the appearance of a prison of some sort. Bars on the windows or empty cavernous nothingness beyond the floor. A courtroom even. Lips may mislead but can never share a lie here.
Level 6 - The Gate of Mammon (Avarice)
~This gate is always a place of abundant luxury and wealth. It is the only gate that can open directly from the door for the hall of the abyss. Here it will shift over the terrain of where the two stand. Surrounding those within the one hundred meter space to be within Mores domain. Here if he speaks a command the world will obey if it is spoken clearly. A statement such as remove gravity or Remove oxygen will make it so within his domain. If he demands a blade it will rise from the gold at his feet. A shield being ordered to defend him will rise up. However his statement must be full and clear. Partial statements will do nothing and unclear meanings will also not respond. So only truly simple commands work. However here within his gate of avarice Mores is essentially god if he can state it clearly. The quality of anything he creates within this domain however is based on his Reiatsu strength and can not exist outside of the domain.
Level 7 - The Gate of Lucifer (Pride)
~This is the final level and pinnacle of Mores power. This Gate appears to be a room filled with curtains. Wispy in nature but pure white and flowing as if in a breeze. The Gate of Pride bypasses all boundaries and locks. By passing through the veil one who enters through this gate can open a door to anywhere. Blocked or otherwise. Be it hell or the soul kings room. Dimensions locked away by any source or power. The hubris of this gate cares nothing for consequences or impossibilities. It simply opens a door to where the traveler wishes to be. No lock or barrier strong enough to ignore it. Once this door unlocks Mores can go anywhere he wishes. Demand anything he wishes. It is truly the finale of it all. Perhaps for everyone.

-History-
Birthplace: 12th divisions Shinigami research and development institute.
Current Residence: The Corridor of Sins
Memorable Figures: Ōko Yushima (由嶌欧許, Yushima Ōko) is a Shinigami of the 12th Division who worked in the Shinigami Research and Development Institute. He was the developer of the Mod-Souls.
Iris - Two hundred years into his life on earth he married a woman with no family or heritage she knew of. A lost soul like himself. She taught him many things he had never taken the time to understand before. Compassion and love. Human traits he had lacked until he met her. A human who changed his whole world.
History:
- (Chapter 1) The Awakening -
It was the beginning of project Spearhead. Hollows were outnumbering shinigami and all appeared as a losing battle. A researcher by the name of Ōko Yushima had come up with a plan to create modified souls that could inhabit corpses and fight with hollows on even grounds. Or serve other purposes as needed. At the time however it was widely denounced and his research was sentenced to be destroyed. The first memory the Mod soul named Mores would understand was that despite being born for purpose...he was to be destroyed. A helpless hapless green pill in a tube destined to be destroyed before it ever lived. This was not a fate he would have chosen and he denied to himself that others should choose it for him. However much to his luck there was a design in his creation. Mores had been designed to provide for troops on the front line. Move supplies and open gateways as needed in order to supply their soldiers. So he was designed to survive.
Many mod souls were wiped out but Ōko Yushima knew they were coming for him. That they were going to destroy his work. Those he could save he did. Before he lost his mind entirely he found that Mores if given a body could save several of his creations. So a body was provided and Mores was encouraged to use his power to carry a handful of mod souls to freedom outside of the soul society. Sent to earth and told for their own good to hide their identity and live simple lives. Mores was supposed to look after them and lead them. Help them understand what life was. Which of course Mores barely knew much of himself. Yet alone the meaning of life for a mod soul outside of its duty. Still he did as he was told and with his power escaped to the living world.
-(Chapter 2) A False Promise-
The issue with sending Mores to be a leader is he never really craved leadership. It wasn't in his wheelhouse and he held little compassion for others like himself. He would find the bodies for his five siblings in the living world and explain to them to remain hidden before promptly abandoning them. Leaving the five together to fend for themselves. After all he had no need to be slowed down by them and their confusion and need for either vengeance or purpose. Curiosity would not allow him to dwell in one place for long. Freedom had come at a cost for others but not so much himself. He had no sense of sibling lover for the other mod souls after all. A healthy fear of soul society but one that was more of a guideline than an actual rule to keep himself hidden.
After all Mod souls were just a side project and though common knowledge for soul society and select groups of hollows who had fought them, barely a foot note. Mostly believed to be destroyed. Mere tools cast aside by their masters. It was laughable to Mores that anyone would consider him a mere tool that could be discarded so easily. So he set about to enjoy his borderline immortal life. The world of the living had so much to explore and the threats to him felt minimal so long as he didn't pop up on a radar. Even if he did Mores was designed to move along the battlefield. He had access to anything he needed and could travel freely. Truthfully he had no need to want or fear for anything. He was the key to the Corridor of sins after all.
-(Chapter 3) I will be your god!-
For a while Mores walked among humans and saw their struggles. He saw how they toiled day in and day out just to die in the same dirt they plowed for their fields. It appeared to be a hapless life indeed. It made soul societies structure to be respected in comparison. Progress however was steady if slow...though a right push here or and small investment there in the future of this or that genius would progress the world a little faster. The Romans when he came across them however held an interest to him. A grand culture based on their emperor and their gods. Naturally he knew better than to be too involved directly with someone like the emperor or their senate...but the kingdom was vast and the name of one of their gods was easy to adopt the further from the cities he was. Becoming a god was simple when you were already superior to any human.
With the ability to travel through the Corridor of Sins and the ability to modify a body for himself to be near perfect for where he would reside....Mores would take on the god of Lucks name Sors. Spending a year here in this part of the kingdom or there instead. Avoiding the direct eye of anyone of power but moving along the fringes of society and bathing in their faith and grateful cries. It was under a fake name and all of it a falsehood but it shifted Mores all the same. Feeding into his ego even after Rome fell and he would be forced to travel again. He may as well be a god in the world of the living where miracles were blindly loved and so could he be. So long as he didn't step into the public eye but kept his presence and influences private at least. Building a market for desires.
-(Chapter 4) Iris-
This was both a beautiful and a tragic moment during Mores long and extensively lavish life in the realm of the living. A woman with no surname or family to speak of was still a kind and gentle soul to those who worshipped him. She herself thought him prideful and foolish but still smiled and laughed when they spoke. Her eyes told more stories than he had heard or read to that point. Her laugh a melody more beautiful than any song and her touch softer than the morning sun on his eye lids. He had been worshipped and loved as a god until that point but it took one woman to teach him so much he was missing. About what love actually was. About the kind of man he should be. Even if he never fully learned those lessons he loved her dearly despite his flaws.
For a lifetime they lived together. Rome fell and he walked away with her. Abandoning those who believed him a god and their worship. He even confessed all he was to her. Taught her of soul society and the other worlds. The after life that would await her. And how she would be reincarnated based on the life she lived. He was certain it would be in soul society though. No matter what happened he was sure that her good nature would grant her status or love there. A place where he never had either. But he was worried...for one could likely search a thousand years and never rediscover a lost love there. However he promised her one day he would find a way. As she passed of old age in her death bed and he had not aged a day...he swore to her he would find her again. That he would find a way to do the impossible.
-(Chapter 5) Research and Madness-
For years Mores was lost in mourning for his lost wife. They had lived a lifetime together but he felt they had been robbed of an eternity. He was a created soul after all. If he were to be destroyed he would likely not be reincarnated with her. So slowly he went from a god, to a husband, to a grieving widower. He buried her on Palatine hill and visits the grave every hundred years to leave roses there. Wondering where she may be now. What life she may be living. But never forgetting his promise. Letting it drive him and his purpose. Through any means he would locate her soul and build her an immortal body. No matter the cost or the lost morals. He would use science or magic or any means to find her again.
For years he would join research circles. Scholars and scientist. Studying all manner of science and lore. Expeditions for lost treasures and trinkets. Spells of value and some with none. Losing sight of the beauty of the world and choosing gradually to pursue a darker science. Utilizing his power to capture the more successful and wicked scientist. Including some missing Nazi scientists who had done unspeakable things in the name of science. Locked away in his realm for years and tormented for their knowledge. Becoming experiments themselves until the screams seemed to echo through those many doors in the corridor of sins. The hall of wrath was where these experiments had been had and named. Some lore said he was the judgement call for those who strayed from humanity. That he would come for you and your discovery...and you would never be seen again.
-(Chapter six) Epilogue -
Over the centuries Mores lost touch with humanity until he grew tired of his experiments baring no fruit. Alone he could only do so much and torment only provided limited results. He has resigned to the fact that alone he lacks the power or resources to locate Iris. To find her soul and build her an eternal body with him. He long since stopped considering what she may think of him now. Instead he turned his attention a new goal. Where one god may find his limitations...mankind and society as a whole had made leaps and bounds. New beings had come to light and new realms with new power. It was a matter of time for him now if he could simply find the right combination. The right combination to nurture that is...or to help nurture his own gift and open a new door.
For now that means gaining favor. While doing so he may as well push the new generations along. Humans...reapers....hollows...all simply tools for him to see a new world. One where iris stood hand in hand with him. If it burned so be it. But he would charm and seduce those who sought power. He would try to raise them to new heights and perhaps one day.... When he had exhausted all other avenues and his own power had grown substantially enough. Mores would be able to open the final door. All the sins wrapped into one door he could never open before now. One day if he had to he would open the door to the soul king and live or die...he would see his wish granted. He would be with Iris again despite the repercussions. Of course he knows no one can know of such a goal or they would either bend him to their will or break him. Neither he could allow until Iris was his again.
The world may burn for the loss of a lover.
But to know love and have lost
They say is better than to never have loved at all
To them I feed their empty hearts to the crows
To them I swear no fealty to their souls
For I have known love and loss
Madness and fury it brings
endless nights lost to lack of fulfilled dreams
As the mind pulls apart at the seams
The world may bur for this loss
But in the end my sanity remains on a mere coin toss.
