Needing a sense of 125 or above to see the incoming attack , base speed for this attack is 300 and increases in speed by 75 with each Class up it goes. This attack cause's lacerations to appear on the target that bleed profusely , The bleed out time is as follows ,Class 7 - 14 post's , Class 6 - 12 post's , Class 5 - 10 post's , Class 4 - 8 post's , Class 3 - 6 post's , Class 2 - 4 posts , Class 1 - 2 posts. When this attack makes contact with a target it also has the added effect of stopping the flow of regenerative riatsu in the target's body , to overcome this they must have a higher Os than the caster.

Costs are definitely on the expensive side even if they are standard, n' given the speed only scales up to 825 at Class 1, even with these bleed-out timers I don't really have a problem with this technique. I wouldn't mind some interaction with Bleeding Tolerance, but I'll leave that up to your second grader. 1/2!
