Organisation Name: Los Vástagos
Organization Goals:
Organization Founding Members:
Organization Methods: When it comes to recruiting other Hollows, they will judge whether the Hollow in question is worthy of joining off of two things; potential and strength. By potential, if a Hollow seems weak but has managed to get far in their evolution then they could have some kind of potential that would greatly benefit the group in a way that none of the others might possess. Their survival would also show that they displayed some level of cunning or tenacity that is worthy of merit.
As for strength, it’s obvious that they would want to recruit Hollows that possess a great amount of power and skill, being able to hold their own in combat fairly well. These kinds of Hollows would definitely be welcomed by him as they would need as many strong and powerful Hollows that they can find in order to rival and defeat Kouhai and his Espada’s.
Either way, in order for a Hollow to join Los Vástagos, they must prove their potential or strength in some manner to one of the members of Los Vástagos. The method of how the Hollow should prove themselves will be up to the member that is in charge of determining whether the Hollow in question should be recruited or not. If a Hollow fails whatever the member tasks them with, then they must prove themselves through combat with said member. This means that a member should not have a Hollow immediately prove themselves through combat with said member.
For Arrancar, the approach will obviously be different, especially if they are an Espada. Firstly, should they have been a former Espada then they should disclose what their release is, how it works, and what its weaknesses are should the Espada ever decide to betray the Vástagos. Then they must also offer up some intel that would be deemed worthy and beneficial to helping take down Kouhai or infiltrating Las Noches.
If the Arrancar in question had no affiliation with Las Noches or wasn’t an Espada and was just a Numeros Fracción, then they can join by simply proving their worth in battle against a member, as becoming an Arrancar is supposedly the next step in Hollow evolution and are said to be much more powerful. Whether they win or lose, if they showed potential and strength, much like a Hollow, then they could be allowed to join. It should be warned that this battle must be DP or above enabled and Arrancar who lose in battle against a member might risk being consumed if they proved to be too weak.
When it comes to trying to dethrone Kouhai, Los Vástagos will aim to try and persuade any Arrancar and Espada to join them first, as it would be much easier and less of a loss for them if they manage to recruit said Arrancars, which would also benefit to bolstering their strength and building up their army. Of course, any that don’t agree with them and aren’t willing to join should and must be eliminated before Los Vástagos moves forward with taking on Kouhai. Members should also try and learn as much as they can about Kouhai and his abilities beforehand, which would be another reason for recruiting any willing Arrancar from Las Noches, and actually share this knowledge within Los Vástagos.
It would also be smart of them to try and move against Kouhai once he and his forces are already weakened or otherwise engaged with another outside party. This means that members should try to negotiate if possible and if not, incite as much trouble between Las Noches and any other factions that would pose a threat to Kouhai with the hope and goal of baiting the opposing force into moving against Kouhai. Should this be successful, then they should move against Kouhai in conjunction with this opposing force.

Organization Goals:
{Dethrone Kohai}Los Vástagos first short-term goal as a new faction within Hueco Mundo is to dethrone the "King of Las Noches", Souken Kohai, when the opportunity is most favorable. This organization is also being founded as a place for Hollows who have no wishes or intentions of becoming a Hogyoku born Arrancar or serving Kouhai and joining the Espadas. However this does not mean that they will turn away Hogyoku-born Arrancars if they share the same ideals as this organization and wish to join and turn against the so-called "King of Las Noches".
{Recruit Hollows}Once this organization is formed the members would also focus on seeking out and offering help to the Hollows that are deemed worthy of it. Those in the organization are tasked with seeking out and finding the strongest Hollows they can or those with great potential and extend a place with the Herederos to them. In the beginning stages of this organization's formation, their purpose for recruiting Hollows will be to build their ranks and numbers to rival any Arrancar or Espadas that oppose and don’t join them.
{Defend, Police, and Unite Hueco Mundo}Later, should this organization succeed in bringing the fall of Kouhai and survive the subsequent power vacuum that will follow with the throne of Las Noches opening up, the purpose for recruiting Hollows and Arrancars then would be establishing and securing their presence within Hueco Mundo as well as to unite it under one true Hollow ruler. They would allow the Espadas and the new King or Queen of Las Noches to co-exist with them so long as whoever claims the throne of Las Noches agrees to serve whoever is the determined leader Los Vástagos is at the time and therefore the ruler of all of Hueco Mundo.
After securing the alliance of Las Noches and those who would stay within its dome, the rest of Hueco Mundo would then be divided into sections and each section would be assigned a ward by the Emperor/Empress of Hueco Mundo along with two assistants. The goal here would be to establish the presence of Los Vástagos all throughout Hueco Mundo and uniting them together, which in turn would hopefully unite all of Hueco Mundo.
The last and long-term goal of Los Vástagos, no matter if they have managed to establish themselves as a legitimate faction to rival Las Noches and the Espadas or not, is to protect Hueco Mundo from outsiders and execute them with extreme prejudice. Those who founded Los Vástagos believe that Hueco Mundo and even Las Noches belong in the hands of its original inhabitants, Hollows, and are not to be controlled by outsiders like Shinigami or Quincy or anyone else who would try to take advantage of them or rule over them. Whether they be the King/Queen of Las Noches or of the Emperor/Empress of Hueco Mundo, those positions will belong to Hollows and Arrancars and anyone attempting to take these positions of power from them will be persecuted quickly.

Organization Rank 1 Positions:
{Hueco Mundo Soldier}While being the lowest position within the ranks, Hueco Mundo Soldiers are tasked with making up the majority of Los Vástagos’ forces. This would be made up of mostly Gillian class or lower Hollows and Arrancar or former Fracciones. These members are charged with patrolling and scouting out their designated areas of Hueco Mundo and shall report their findings to their Captains. Soldiers that prove to be very cunning, strong, or skillful could potentially become a Captain.
Organization Rank 2 Positions:
{Hueco Mundo Captain}In the earliest stages of Los Vástagos, Hueco Mundo Captains act essentially as the leaders of Los Vástagos until the faction becomes much more established. Afterwards, the Captains become the connection between the Lords and Ladies of Hueco Mundo and the Soldiers of Hueco Mundo, usually carrying out and enforcing their orders. A lot of these Captains are older Adjuchas that have been around for quite some time and have grown in power or Arrancar that were formerly Privaron Espadas.
