"Words are my guns; deeds are my blades." - It is true that some people were simply destined to never exist. That is how it should have been. When two souls become intimate, together do they birth into this world a fresh - new soul; one with an entirely clean slate, innocent beyond reproach. Therefore, if such a soul became an abomination, a mockery of flesh and the soul, would it be without sin to decide its fate. This was the dilemma presented to those two who brought forth this soul into the world.
Born from a lineage of Quincy, corrupted from the blood of an Akki. This poor, unfortunate soul, from birth was determined to be cursed. Her lips and skin were pale; she was a sickly, weak infant. But most of all, she was a Failure. Akki blood apparent to her mother immediately, by the horns that adorned either side of her skull; as well as the luminescent halo that shined so bright. Indeed, as a baby, she was the very picture of innocence. In spite of her Akki blood, that it had been twisted, she was the image of an angel.
Motherly instincts are perhaps one of the most powerful - primal feeling that there is. Gazing down upon her new baby, even though malformed; a living instability, destined for a sheltered life, perhaps one of suffering. Her mother could not help but weep for her, a mix of joy and happiness, as well as lament. This mother cradled her child gently within her arms, and in that moment - despite reason, decided that she would raise this child, the one that she had birthed, innocent, as her own; she would not discard her, she'd be loved.
Despite her nature, the girl was always - unquestionably, reckless during her upbringing. Even from as early on as she could crawl, this infant would manifest several situations that put her life - as well as everyone elses - in danger. It was no fault of her own, as at this point she did not understand what she was; neither could she pronounce a word of English. It was unnerving for her mother, and placed an enormous amount of stress upon her.
It is common for those of nobility or born into wealthy families to live incredibly sheltered lives, this would be taken to quite the extreme for this child. To an outsider it might seem abusive, but the measures taken were all for the childs own safety. It was perhaps for this reason that the girl seemed to take to these activities as though they were normal. In doing so, it could have even been considered correct parenting by her mother. As later on in the life of this living instability, would she develop the habits of being cautious early on.
Even though she was always pushing her limits, attempting to climb objects she shouldn't, approaching perhaps one too many baby-crawl breadths away from the base of their mansion stairs - that made her mother almost always shriek internally; she was a well-behaved infant, within the parameters that her mother had set for her. Likewise, the servants were always in attendance for this infant girl, and knew full-well what she was. Nothing but the utmost care was given to her, all in order to ensure she'd live past infancy.
As soon as she was capable of understanding words, was the heavy responsibility of knowing just what she was - how she was different - placed upon her child shoulders. Ordinarily, this may have upset a regular child, it may perhaps make them reflect upon why they had to be different than the others; it might have made them lament being effectively always on the edge of death. Knowing that even so much as a slight scrape or bruise might end your life, was not anything to be taken lightly - and yet.
This girl, who had essentially been denied a childhood, gazed upon her mother with listless - melancholic eyes, and said; "I've always known it- so?". It was unnatural, and perhaps a little bit fearful to her mother, who was unsure if her little girl truly grasped the gravity of what she was. To her, who had the self-appointed task of raising the girl, therefore, she divised a method in order to get her to truly grasp how dangerous she was.
It was incredibly simple, all she did was take to her finger an apple knife; she drew blood. With an expression that garnered more wonder than shock, did the sky-blue eyed girl gaze upon that crimson droplet falling from her mothers finger. In a delicate, soft tone did her mother convey to her child a message. "This would kill you." - she said. In nothing but a stern - straightforward manner, as the child, for the first time, felt a chill run down her spine; "Not just you, but everyone around you; the servants, and even myself."
Unfortunately for everyone, this did little to quell her behaviour; however, she did become much more self-aware of what she was, as well as the threat that she posed just by being around other people. It was the beginning of tension within the mansion, as at every day and most opportunities, the girl made a point to make jokes. Given her explosive disposition, these jabs were often at herself, in poor taste, and - much to the increased anxiety of each and every caretaker. "Oops, I almost slipped - hehe~".
Morbid by nature, her mother found these puns to be incredibly distasteful; however, most children had a rebellious phase, and this would have to be considered her own. At best, the only thing she could do was chastise her for putting everyone else within the mansion on edge, to which she would respond; "On edge? But I'm the detonator~." - to which her mother would sigh, without fail, each and every time. Deep down, her mother knew that this behaviour would not garner her child any friends; but that was okay.
It was better that she knew what she was, and was comfortable with such, than to have her always on edge because of it; or even frightened. In a way, it was a secret relief to her parent that she was like this. Even though her mother herself would never admit to it. However, most children are far more perceptive than their parents often give them credit for. Therefore, and to some degree, the girl knew it put her mother at ease. On the other hand, the servants certainly did not appreciate it; but she took joy from teasing them.
It was not without incident, such halcyon days were never destined to last forever. Resentment began to build up in the minds of her attendants, everyone she interacted with - frightened of her, apart from her mother, who was aware of the escalating dissatisfaction they had with her child. As a result of this, many of the servants ended up quitting their jobs, simply believing it was no longer worth the risk.
Owing without a doubt in due part to the girls' lackadaisical attitude to her volatile nature. Even though habits had been ingrained within her to avoid anything that might result in such a catastrophe, the manner that she conducted herself was often ill-fit for a child of status; much less the fact that, in their eyes, she was and always had been a monster. Much to the puzzlement of the girl, who could not understand in adolescence why that was.
Many of these people, she had grown up with. As being sheltered to a degree of not being able to leave the estate - even her own room for most of the time, they were as close to what she had as friends; the girl might even argue that, to herself, they were extended family. It was a one-sided naivety, and those people were simply kind to her for two reasons. Foremost, she was a liability, one that could end their own lives if not taken proper care of. Then second, simply because it was their work. It upset her greatly.
As children often do when they are upset, they require a means to vent their frustrations. This was especially difficult for the girl, who was of such a volatile nature already. It might only take so much as a rough bruise to have her explode, there was no outlet for her to vent her frustrations. Therefore, perhaps in a level maturity uncharacteristic of a young girl, she decided such energy might be better put to use elsewhere, in a more productive manner.
This stage of her life, in young adolescence, was when she decided to attempt something new. Instead of cursing her existence, beating out her frustrations on others, the girl took to her lonesome - and instead decided to play an instrument; particulary, this instrument was the piano. In the exquisite estate of their family, the girl of course had access to a piano of great size and quality. It became her foremost way of venting her discouragement.
Indeed, it was a means for her to place her fingers upon an object without worry; each and all the keys producing a unique sound of their own. It was a joy for her to be able to do something, anything, aside from study in her homeschool - or have books read to her. For this reason, she naturally became quite adept at being able to play it over a longer period of time. Each of the remaining servants saw the effort she put into it, as did her mother; and each and every one of them agreed. Despite her devilish nature, when her hands were at the piano, did her fingers produce the quaint chords of an angel.
In the relentless wake of time, all will fade eventually. This is true of everything; bonds, people, objects, and even emotion. As a living instability, nonetheless one who originated with the cursed blood of an Akki, she was prone to live far longer than any of them - including her Quincy mother. Despite the fact that she was a spiritually aware human herself, she was neither a powerful one - blessed with longevity, or individually had a means to prolong her lifespan. As were the estate servants, who had dedicated their lives to this child.
At a certain point of age, this child had noticeably ceased to age. It was apparent to her mother at first, then to everyone upon the estate. In her most prestine, youthful form; did she remain for at least ten to twenty years longer until they had confirmed as such. It was in this time that another aspect of her child had changed. Whilst tentative at first, where the girl - now a woman, had once grasped everything in her hand with a meek disposition. Now, did the world around herself begin to seem so fragile in every regard.
To hold anything without breaking was a challenge, her might was supernatural and uncalled-for. To her, it was freakish and unusual; to everyone else, it was a worry. Whereas once until now this child was made of glass in their eyes, it was now everything else around her that was made of such; the woman remained on the estate, but it were as though she were living in a glass house. Each and every object she now touched were delicate, as such, the woman learned to exert a massive degree of control over herself.
Over a longer span of time did seasons change, days went by without reason. The very people who saw this girl grow up, watched as she had matured into a beautiful woman. No longer was she so fragile, as her surroundings were often more brittle than she was. It was a beautiful sight for her mother, as well as those who had chosen to stay. However, as they grew old within this house, they wished nothing more than to set her free.
It had been at least eighty years since then, many of the estate servants had already retired, leaving a decrepit old house; poorly maintained by her daughter, who still remained. Time was cruel, and both the mother and daughter knew this; they spent days together, the daughter would reminisce with her mother about her upbringing, whilst that selfsame beautiful woman stood before her. Entirely grown up, she had become self-reliant to a much greater degree than her mother ever could have hoped.
Upon her deathbed, did the daughter loom over her aged mother. In those faint, glowing eyes did she see the angel that she had raised - and smiled. Holding an apple knife in her hand, the daughter was softly cutting the skin from apples; one's intended to be fed to her mother, when a hazy, muddled utterance escaped her tired lips. Unable to quite hear, the daughter leaned in closer, to hear the mellow voice of her mother. "I am so proud of you." - breathed into her ear like a gentle breeze of the wind. Likewise, the daughter smiled.
Placing the knife aside on a bedside table, she reached her hand down, and cusped her fingers within the grasp of her mothers; "I know", the strength in her grip absent, replaced with a tender caressing comfort. These are the only mellow words to escape the hushed lips of the daughter, to her mother not long for this world. In melancholic reminisce silence, those words linger heavy in the room; right up until the moment of her final breath. Tears shed only after the moment of her passing, they flow like a cold stream down her porcelain face.
Personality Diagnostic
Each and every individual has a set of principles that are abide or live by; "Words are my Guns; Deeds are my Blades" - this is the signature philosophy of the woman who refers to herself as 'Mira'. It is in deference to her disposition as a peacekeeper, one who foremost believes that as long as one maintains an open mind, violence is always optional route - never an ultimatum. It is a necessary evil that must exist within the three worlds, it is an unfortunate circumstance, brought about by a clash of wills or misunderstanding.
True to her convictions; Mira is known as a gentlewoman throughout her social circles. Without violence or aggression, effortless and ladylike in her demeanour. Subconsciously, this woman is a raised aristocratic noble at her core. There is no doubt to anyone who might catch a glimpse of her in passing; she carries the aura of supremacy, coupled with the weight of responsibility bearing down upon her shoulders. Elegant, but never forgetting what is the power that had birthed this stance - a price given of her immense responsibility.
That is in respect to hegemony over her own strength, a burden that weighs onto her actions; each and every pace she walks, item she holds, paid in thoughtfulness to her surroundings. 'Veneration', is how this lady might describe her view on the creations of others, and she takes a great courtesy to ensure that no such harm might befall them at her own hand. Thus, is she eternally bound to this creed, walking upon a tightrope at all times. Her aristocratic aura only a subsidiary of this essential truth; each creation of another, is as precious to her as though it were her own asset - under her guardianship.
Not enough people respect this in her own mind. Destruction is an easy accomplishment, it is a spectacle - all with its own charms. However, much more difficult is it to design and frabricate; to properly appreciate the intricacies gone into the creation of an item, structure, even the clothes upon the backs of others. Wasteful might it be to destroy that which has not yet served its purpose or lifespan. In time, all objects will eventually crumble to dust, and it is a tragic thing in her reflective gaze, to see this happen at a premature time.
Many unique vistas and destinations are available for her to travel, it is her hope to someday witness them all; freedom was the epiphany Mira gained, long after her mother had departed, aspiration to appreciate each form of culture and individual. Truthfully, the lady is of an unnaturally calm disposition to all within her purview. It does not affect her whether it poses a threat to her or not, however, preservation of that she does deem curious enough to gaze upon is always at the forefront of her mind, and goes for people too.
As a matter of fact, this pertains to a certain kind of disassociation from herself. Insults that might be seen as personal to another, are only met with empathy when thrown callously onto her ears. How she might respond may vary to an enormous degree in circumstance, but whatever her objective, it is scarcely ever one brought about by personal anger or resentment. Having lived the length of a few lifespans in human years, nonetheless within the world of the living, she has very much grown numb to petty squabbles.
Time and time again, humans might repeat themselves. Unto the perspectve of Mira, there are equal parts in this. Beauty and disgust, love and hate, happiness onto lament. One cannot exist without the other, therefore she deems both as necessary; and will not begrudge a single soul for it. Behind almost each motivation is there a reason, and as creatures of equality, we are all free to choose. There is no true arbiter in any of the three worlds, or seven layers of hell; only individuals, doing what they think is right.
In that selfsame regard, Mira has also made her own choice. Her own set of principles are her rules, ones that she decided upon herself. Nobody has the inherent right to tell her they are incorrect, neither does she herself retain such authority in return. Absolutely, she will fight when the integrity of her ethics are put under threat - but it is done in moderation; proportionate and proper to the circumstances, always. Never will Mira strike a blow in retaliation that is greater to one that she has been dealt, habitually at all times striving for an equilibrium.
Beneath such complex and philosophical thoughts, there is simply a carefree woman; one that unambiguously enjoys her days as they go by. Not often with a specific plan or goal in mind, only partaking in what she wishes to do in the moment. Seldom does she have a longterm plan, because Mira takes delight from the revelation of what might happen in any given scenario. Often without thought, she is listless - melancholic; furthermore, kind and gentle to those around her. Indeed, her charm is only surpassed by her valour.
★ Likes
Relaxing Music - Amongst the most joyous of her pastimes, it is only natural being that she herself is a fairly accomplished pianist. It is soft and harmonious tones that she partakes in listening to the most; however, she does enjoy most kinds of music.
Spectacle Explosions - Including lightshows, fireworks, and the like. It might seem contradictary to her preservationist disposition, however, there is undeniable beauty in that which is finite. Only lasting a moment, but leaving in its wake a lasting impression.
Roaming Travel - It goes without saying that the lady enjoys her journeys; often taking as much time as she might like in one place before wandering away to the next. There's an unquantifiable number of sights to see for one with her lifespan.
Aquatic Life - Most unusual at first impression, it is the unique aptitude that underwater life has for being almost alien - unique, that fascinates her. It is not uncommon to see her visiting aquariums and other such human-world facilities, and underwater habitats.
Other Failures - Few in number, her own kind are astronomically rare to come by. When they are, they are often unstable and traumatized. Above all others, she is able to empathize with them. Wanting to reach out; validate their existence.
Culinary Appreciation - Not at all picky when it comes to her food eaten, most unusual for someone with roots in aristocracy, she enjoys many types of foods. Specifically, it is the effort and care that goes into the food which she appreciates most of all.
Architectural Marvels - In addition to the massive collaboration and work that goes into their creation, these works of art are enormous in size - define a landscape; they are often inspiring only to gaze upon. In this regard she wholeheartedly admires them.
Blatant Altruism - Above all else that is worthy of her admiration, is the selfless act of one soul helping another. It does not matter of which race or origin, it is a noble deed when committed out of the respect of one another. If only more were capable of such.
★ Dislikes
Vulgar Individuals - In particular, those who lack a certain kind of tact. It is less a matter of the words they speak, than the actions they might take, or the effect those might have upon others. It is because they are volitile, and often times difficult.
Destruction of Property - Any wanton demolition or dismantling of an item, building or possession that does not belong to a person. If it is a positive thing, or an awe-like wonder to gaze upon, then it deserves protection and preservation.
Asinine Discrimination - Some prejudice bears its root from fear or extensive history; she can sympathize with this. However, the vast majority of it is senseless or used as an excuse for violence, which she does not tolerate.
Loud Places - It is difficult for her to concentrate, but this more ties in to her usual mellow attitude. Without quiet of the mind, the body and soul will likewise be disturbed. So by extension she does not like when peace and quiet is interrupted by a racket.
Crowds of People - As an avatar of undeniable strength, she does struggle frequently with large crowds. On an average day it may make her nervous to be amongst those others, the last thing she wishes for is to accidently step on someones toes; a nightmare, for sure.
Somantic Affection - In respect to her previous dislike of crowds, affection shown in a more physical manner does make her tense. Whilst she is not averse to the act of doing so itself, it is a constant worry that she might nudge or press too hard.
Humorless Character - Quite often prone to making jokes, as well as enjoying others who do the same, it is only natural that those who have no humor are not very high up on her list of individuals; although sometimes, depending, they can be fun to tease.
Materialistic Aspirations - It is quite okay in her mind to aspire to obtain a sought after item; in particular if such an item holds meaning. However, those who are too materialistic often fail to appreciate sentimental value of what they own, becoming insatiable.
Habits, Flaws and Fears
Tranquil Disposition - It is her habit, or more or less an indirect result of her mental acuity, to remain calm at all times. To those who are unfamiliar with her, it might perhaps seem as though she were mocking; it is chilling, to always be confronted with nothing more or less than a wry smile after insulting a person - much less assaulting one. Within even such circumstances Mira would remain flawlessly calm, both internally and externally.
Cautious - Owing in large part due to her upbringing, Mira has always been cautious; most particulary referring to being aware of dangers within her surroundings, as well as how to avoid them. It is uncanny, because even after becoming so undeniably imbued with physical might, the living instability will still treat that which could once threaten her with a degree of significance. Avoiding any physical hazards to her person, if at all possible.
Self Aware Jokes - When and onwards, from the moment that the young lady had been made aware of what she was, did Mira make light of her own precarious mortality. It has an effect on people, whether they like it or not, to ease some tension for those who are aware of what might happen being around her - this is what she believes. Furthermore, even when this is not the case, the truth of the matter is... she just enjoys messing with people.
Habit to be Punctual - Conceivably, this could be a result of her aristocratic roots. It is scarcely often that Mira makes plans for anything ahead of time - but when she does, always is the woman right on time when you might expect her to be. Never too late or early, her ability to arrive at a set place and time is almost more than just an agreement to her; it is a promise. So, by this same line of thought, one might find her to be unexpectedly reliable.
Physical Control - After the lady had reached a certain age, she had become capable of putting on display a herculean level of physical brawn. It manifested over time. Naturally, this allowed her to be much less at risk in her daily life. Although, it also came with an unwanted drawback. Not only did it frighten regular people, but it far surpassed anyone - even eclipsing most spiritual entities by level of measure. For this reason, Mira has conditioned herself to only ever exert a fraction of what she is usually capable of.
Facetious Attitude - Making light of otherwise serious matters is unfortunately something not only within her nature, but instrinsic to her personality. After having lived a long life of her own thus far, and having seen much in her time, coupled with how externally calm Mira is. One might believe that the woman is uncaring or haphazard. This is far from the truth - however, it is more that to her, downplaying of a situation makes it easier to keep an open mind. In either way or case, it is most often taken as an offense by many.
Excessively Laidback - Unusual, as Mira might perhaps be one of the most punctual person one could perhaps imagine. However, the fact of the matter is, that only applies to herself. When it comes to other people, she has little regard for what they think of her, neither if they properly fulfill on commitments that they might have made. Furthermore, whenever she has not agreed to be at a certain place or time, there is no place or time that Mira might do the things that she wants to do; beach at night to enjoy the stars, or forfeit sobriety in the middle of the day just to try out a new type of alcohol. Anything goes, really.
Doting Individual - After becoming particulary fond of an individual, Mira will go out of her way to dote on them. In a way similar to an affectionate older sister, sometimes maybe even an overbearing mother - depending on the individual. In this case, she can be quite the pest to be around, bearing gifts and compliments even when not asked for; at times of day or in the middle of situations that might not be so appropriate. It is natural for Mira to tease others quite often with her jokes and such, this goes doubly so for the people she likes.
Self-Appointed Responsibility - Taking on a responsibility that has been given to her by another person is isolated in occasion; almost never will Mira allow another person to push a responsibility unto her, no matter what the situation or status of that individual might be. That being said, she occasionally does appoint to herself her own responsibilities, regarding these as her most important commitments. In persuit of these self-appointed commitments, she might exhaust herself - they are taken gravely to the extreme.
Pacifist Outlook - Whilst it is generally a positive notion to not crave violence, in the case of Mira; it is taken to a higher level of inhuman tolerance. Holding true to her philosophy of eye for an eye, retaliating always in equal measure is not so straightforward. To her, a punch does not equal a punch in return. It is difficult for her to measure exactly how warranted and measured such an action against her might be. Excepting a situation where a life other than her own is in danger, she is more than willing to overlook brutality against herself.
Exerting Her Strength - It is only natural to be afraid. Imagine, an action as slight as to stomp your foot too hard against the ground; now imagine that same action, devastating an entire row of buildings. Picture the casualties involved, taken and having their lives cut short because you failed to control yourself. To them, it was nothing more than any other day - and now they are buried, crushed and bloodied corpses under several feet of rubble. Their homes where once housed their memories, testament to their bodies, like headstones.
Hemophobia - Why do people scream when they bleed? Imagine how it must look, for someone who has never been wounded before in such a way; to see another person wail in agony because of it. That crimson red seeping from their wounds, in the very same manner her mother had once shown to her. Mira has never been wounded in a way that had resulted in blood or bruise, as a living instability - she'd be dead otherwise. In constant reminder to that fact, the viscous fluid is something that unsettles her.
Passage of Time - Endless in the march of its measure, time is an irresistible force for many. It is a corrosive, invisible curtain draped upon each and every individual. In due moments that seem to pass by all too swiftly, one will find that eventually; everything crumbles away. Beauty is only temporary, and there is only a finite time to enjoy anything whilst it lasts. Even if you might be the singular person who manages to avoid it, the world still continues onward in its presence, watching as the seconds tick away - finite.
Failure Safehaven - Those who have been unfortunate enough to be born like her, or turn into a creature of such volatile, destructive nature - are often persecuted only for existing. It is an unprescedented tragedy, both for the individual and those who hunt them; to live life as though they were a monster, or to be afraid of them, knowing what they are. Whilst creatures of her nature, deemed 'Failures', are rare - they are living individuals too, many did not deserve or choose to be born as such. Whilst she holds no reservations herself over her explosive nature, Mira believes that others like her equally deserve the chance at normal life, similar to that which her mother had provided for her.
Travel the Three Worlds - Of all the great vistas, sights to behold and natural wonders of the world - manmade structures that reach into the sky; rainforests that teem with wildlife, coral reefs colourful and bright, snow-capped mountains that chill the bone, as well as their magma-spewing volcanic counterparts. This barely scratches the surface of what one might imagine is possible within the mortal realm, let alone the spiritual ones. Splendour both made by nature and man is immeasurable in its quantity - ever expanding, being replaced by yet another new thing to witness.
As a child that was once raised never to leave her house, now with the ability to go wherever she pleases, it is not something Mira will take for granted. Likewise, she wishes to ingrain as much as it as possible upon her memory; the sights, the feeling, the smell - cultures and their people.

Of both Quincy and Akki descent, the flood of Elmyra is one that manifests in dual parts; one for her Quincy lineage, and the other from her Akki bloodline. Overall, this brings forth one encompassing power with two sides to it, known as 'The Almighty' - in reference to the illusion it creates upon its wielder, that of being an angelic, indestructable entity. These twin sides to her power may be considered antagonistic sides of the selfsame coin. Duplex yet intwined in their nature, and each with their own moniker to represent their identities.
This is the side of her flood inherited from her mother, who when once lived was a Quincy. It is the most predominant of the two, and without room for doubt, represents the foremost will of its wielder herself; to foster, protect and preserve. Otherwise known in translation as, 'Soul Aegis', it is taken from the selfsame branch of a well-known Quincy technique - 'Seele Schneide'. As well as functioning on many of the same principles, only on a much larger scale; colossal in fact, reaching as far as up to half a mile.
Everything within this radius is subjected to its effect, this includes; structures, individuals, even the reishi within the air itself. Unlike its counterpart, 'Seele Ägide' does not take the form of a weapon. Instead, it causes everything around the user to vibrate at a subtle high frequency. In turn, this produces an effect almost identical to 'Seele Schneide', upon absolutely all within the radius of half a mile, enclosing around Mira herself; with her own body acting as its catalyst, the centermost point. It is always active within her vicinity.
Aside from the high spiritual frequency in the given area, it might appear as though all were mundane - normal; that is to say, there is no visual indicative to this part of her flood. Neither does it produce any harmful effect directly. It is only when a technique is cast, or an entity comprised of reiatsu touches anything within the area, does it produce and reveal an anomaly. Such a result is that the spiritual entity will be absorbed, dissolved, or split apart - just as though it had come into contact with the edge of a 'Seele Schneide' blade.
What this effectively does is force any technique, release or spiritual ability to clash; as though every object and living being within 'Seele Ägide' were a technique with a class level equal to her own. Just like its counterpart, 'Seele Schneide', this clash will always result in failure for the assailant - regardless of what their offensive strength might be. It should be noted, this does not prevent anyone from using spiritual abilities or using their release within the area; it prevents anything within that area from being damaged, person or object, by reiatsu-based attacks. This spectacle is foremost what has earned her flood the cognomen; 'The Almighty'.
If and when this happens, it causes the reiatsu of the technique or ability to dissipate into reishi. It does not just spread into the air - once it is broken down, but coalesces into the halo that floats comfortably above Mira on her head; a feature known and visible to everyone. Here does her otherwise angelic halo begin to take on a darker colour, it expands; also proportionate to the amount of reiatsu that 'Seele Ägide' has absorbed. Furthermore, this is what leads into the alternate side of her ability- one that is scarcely ever seen or used.
Unlike the side of her flood that she inherited from her mother, this part of Mira's ability focuses on a more hellish aspect; her Akki bloodline. Always present in the woman, and made known to all by the misshapen horns adorning either side of her crown, this element of her flood is one that she often wholeheartedly rejects. Such ruin upon landmasses and lives is unacceptable to her under most circumstances, however, when pressed to and if the conditions permit - she will use it, and to devastating consequences.
It is a requirement that Mira must have absorbed some reiatsu using 'Seele Ägide' in order to utilize this half of her flood; however, it is principally based upon her 'Strength' statistic. Converging all of the reiatsu she has stored so far from her halo, the air itself within the vicinity of half a mile will begin to quake. All abruptly, one might notice the spiritual energies within the air cease to vibrate - an all too ill omen for what is to come. Just moments prior to the uncanny devestation that is about to be unleashed. In accordance with this, 'Seele Ägide' is terminated for an instant, leaving the area suspended without its protection, and still with tension.
All of the reiatsu that Mira has gathered will consolidate around both of her hands, which at this point will be lifted symmetrical, outstretched from both alternate sides of her body; palms held in a way that keeps them flat out on either side of her. In this instant, she might close her eyes, and take a moment to pray for the loss of lives - or all things, about to occur. Then, as though in orison to that selfsame notion of meditation, does Mira clap her hands together. It generates a singularity, unlike on the scale of any other; a cataclysmic shockwave that expands outward from her as an all-encompassing sphere. It erupts from her violent and wrathful, tearing the ground itself asunder.
Nothing within the blast excluding herself is spared from its ruin. It is indiscriminate, incurring absolute desolation and destruction upon all within its wake. Unlike ordinary shockwaves, this one carries a 'Speed' equal to half the base 'Strength' of its user. It reaches out to half a mile - the same range that 'Seele Ägide' would reach, and is enhanced by the reiatsu that Mira had stored. Total offensive strength is equal to half of the reiatsu stored within her halo, plus her regular 'Strength'; exceeding a value no higher than three times her 'Strength' statistic. It is her final - unfortunate - last resort, one that the woman herself may usually only consider following heart-rending internal conflict.
All measures of power come at often an equal price; Mira is no exception to this. Whilst 'The Almighty' may gift her with the immense ability to appear quite indestructible, likewise, it cripples her spiritual capability in other ways. As a result of this truth - the lady is always the catalyst of her own flood. Mira is entirely unable to properly manifest her own reiatsu in the form of techniques. In terms of on-site mechanics, this means that unlike other characters, she is unable to use or learn any spiritual technique; this includes any ability that costs reiatsu, or anything that extends her spiritual nature. With the sole exception of her flood, which is the only spiritual ability she is capable of using.
Not only this, but as a character, Mira is reluctant to utilize the Akki half of her inherited ability. Her disinclination to use it manifests as a drawback of this ability as well - 'Megidolaon' may only be used once-per-thread.

Historical Record
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Facetious Attitude - Making light of otherwise serious matters is unfortunately something not only within her nature, but instrinsic to her personality.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Exerting Her Strength - It is only natural to be afraid.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Failure Safehaven - Those who have been unfortunate enough to be born like her, or turn into a creature of such volatile, destructive nature - are often persecuted only for existing.

Flood
"Soar on Broken Wings; the Almighty"
"Soar on Broken Wings; the Almighty"
Of both Quincy and Akki descent, the flood of Elmyra is one that manifests in dual parts; one for her Quincy lineage, and the other from her Akki bloodline. Overall, this brings forth one encompassing power with two sides to it, known as 'The Almighty' - in reference to the illusion it creates upon its wielder, that of being an angelic, indestructable entity. These twin sides to her power may be considered antagonistic sides of the selfsame coin. Duplex yet intwined in their nature, and each with their own moniker to represent their identities.
"Mass, Form & Caged Heart - Seele Ägide"
"Daughter of Calamity - Megidolaon"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All measures of power come at often an equal price; Mira is no exception to this.
