Walking through the large building was still something that William hadn’t really gotten accursed to despite working for the company it represented for over a month now. He’d grown more accustomed to the way such buildings stood while he lived in Tokyo, but actually working in one seemed to be different for him. It wasn’t like the police station that was large in its own right and had to be given Tokyo was almost like the New York of Japan. Either way though stepping through the front doors was still something he didn’t do absentmindedly.
He’d been asked to come into the tower today in order to do some sort of evaluation. He wasn’t really sure why he needed to be evaluated after only three months yet it wasn’t going to question Kazura. The man was a moderately powerful Fullbringer from what William could tell and a very successful businessman. Getting from the main lobby up to Kazura’s office didn’t take long as he just had to notify the main desk of his arrival who more than likely either called Kazura in his office or just pressed some sort of button to indicate the same thing. Either way he was curious what exactly Kazura needed of him.

Kazura sat at his desk, tinkering with his latest creation idly, bored out of his mind. He really needed something to do today and he had exhausted all of his usual options. There hadn't been any paperwork that was Critically overdue, the R&D department didn't have anything to show him today, and there weren't any alerts on his Omniwatch about any spiritual activity in the area. His sleep had been okay lately, slightly better since Irina and he had fought that thief in the convenience store across the street. He thought back to that fairly recent event, glad that his wounds from it had healed.
He needed to exercise somehow now that his body was recovered.
He went to the gym in the Tower, but the treadmills only go so fast before it looks suspicious. He also can't really push himself too much on the track due to his superhuman capabilities. He could always lift weights, he wasn't supernaturally strong there, but was that really fun? No, he wanted to exercise his Spirit as well as his body, and the only way to do that was to involve another spiritually capable being. He thought over his options for a little while and decided on inviting his newest hire to UE HQ to see how they had improved since he last saw them.
William was a Tokyo police officer, so he wouldn't be too far away from Karakura, and Kazura hoped that he'd have the time to come in and help Kazura relieve some boredom. When the other man accepted, Kazura was excited and waited in his office idly until the time came for the "appointment." Upon arriving at the office in the secure middle of the building, William would be led to the elevator once more and go down to the lower basement floors, the secret floors. "Thanks for coming in, today. How have you been? It's been awhile."

Dang everyone in this tower really liked the elevator it seemed as the moment that William got off of it to meet Kazura in his office he was back on it again with his boss. He wasn’t really sure if he was being brought down to the office where he had his interview with Irina over a month ago or not. He hadn’t really gotten to use his desk all that much since he had been doing quite a bit in Tokyo although he’d been here at least once a week and spent over an hour at the desk. Was that enough for such a big company though? Had he forgotten to write up a report? William really wasn’t sure why he had been called in today other than a quick review.
“It’s no problem I probably would have come in anyway. It’s only been a couple months, normally see everyone in the company that often?”
William wasn’t sure if Kazura was just making small talk or not as he’d grown up with a father that he hadn’t even spoken to in over a year and his little sister hadn’t spoken to him in the last few. He’d gone more than six months while he’d been growing up looking after his little sister without ever seeing his father. Of course he knew that his father had been dealing with a fairly nasty spiritual individual, but still looking after his child of a sister for a full six months without knowing whether his father was even still alive, it hadn’t been easy and thus Kazura’s comment just didn’t seem normal for him. Still though he was interested to see what was going on now.
“We going on another hike? Better to have a bodyguard with you this time.”

Kazura nodded towards William as the elevator descended past the ground floor, past the "basement" into the Spiritual Department. "I do my best to keep up with your particular department often, due to them putting their lives on the line to protect humanity. While there are employees I haven't seen in awhile due to them being off on assignment, you're fairly local, making it easier to see you more often." The elevator opened up into floor negative three. This floor had the gym and basketball court, with half of the floor having an extra high ceiling that opened up into floor negative two. "Plus, I don't particularly like being on my own for training."
Kazura led William towards the basketball court, where there was a bin full of basketballs. "How's your Soul Command capability? Willing to try to play without physically touching the ball?" Kazura picked up one of the balls, held it out, then started dribbling it. He wasn't capable of anything particularly impressive when it came to dribbling tricks, but once the ball started going he stopped touching it and instead put his hands behind his back and forced the ball to descend towards the ground with Soul Command. This application of the manipulation of its soul wasn't particularly taxing, just pushing it down, letting it bounce back up, then repeating.
Giving it a good push, then letting it bounce up higher, Kazura jumped up with the ball near him, then forced it much stronger with Soul Dominance to propel it towards the basket. His first attempt didn't go into the net, but he was sure he could get it in with a few more tries. It would be more fun though if he had to avoid William/compete for the control of the ball. This wouldn't be the first time Kazura had played a sport with his Willpower over souls, the time coming to mind was when he played tennis with soul command. "You in?"

Although he was standing still William could feel the movement of the elevator descending downwards and after a couple of seconds could tell that based on the speed he should have already passed by the ground floor. That told him one thing for certain, they were definitely going to the lower levels. Although he could not yet know, the first thing that popped into his head was one of those irritating experiences involving a boss who checks out the working station of an employee to make sure everything is being kept tidy. Thankfully though that wasn’t the case, something William figured out quickly once they got off the elevator.
William was a little surprised by what Kazura said, specifically one point that he would have to try and get more information about now. “There are employees such as myself that are on assignments that could be deemed distant?” William knew he was new, but this sort of information was something he wanted to know. It meant that UE possibly had a foothold in other countries of the human world or even the different spiritual worlds which would be more than a bit surprising to the Fullbringer. Following Kazura William quickly picked up on the activity that Kazura was going to suggest and although it was a good exercise it wasn’t training.
“I can handle the basics once again but Dominance isn’t something that I’ve regained and I’m not quite sure I need to relearn it now.” William, despite what he said, wasn't going to turn down a bit of fun using what he could with Soul Command. Getting the ball by communicating with its soul as it bounced back against the court floor after hitting the backboard of the net. Like Kazura he tested it out for a couple of dribbles and then set it up at the net although he missed like a eight year old kid.
