[OOC] This is a social thread between Priscilla and Caesar. As a form of explanation as to where he has been during the past bit while he was MIA from the Vandenreich while staff discuss how I can get him back to General. This will be one among many threads explaining and showing the character change he's experienced during this time. It takes place in the Vatican City.
