The Untamed Clash

[Teresa]

Getting away from this thing was going to be easy once he focused on something else, a fact that Teresa was more than willing to capitalize on the moment he began to divert his attention to her servant. The green haired soul hadn’t managed to knock her foe down across the roof of the building although she’d succeeded in getting his attention. While the foe that stood in her way looked to her servant and began to make his move against her Teresa was now already out of view, slipping into a Ulcera as she fell to the ground. This would be the first time Teresa allowed one of her servants to get out of her sight since she had been trapped but getting that girl for some reason seemed worth it.

Her foe lunged from the roof top towards her servant at a decent speed, yet it seemed he believed that the movement speed and attacking speed of her servant were the same which was a mistake. The servant with green hair that hovered in the air roughly ten feet from this foe moved through the air the moment the unknown enemy began to move. The movement speed she could muster while flying through the air on her Fullbring is 600 moving her from where she’d been stationed in just the blink of an eye. Although the enemy had long extending arms he’d find it much harder than expected to grab ahold of this flying foe.

Flying in a semi-circle like manner for the first second and then pulling up on her staff was all it would take for the servant to begin climbing up high into the sky. Her speed on her Fullbring was more than twice what the arms of her foe could manage so getting caught with them would be hard. The servant though had one rule objective in her mind that was almost on a constant repeat. She could just constantly hear the sound of Teresa’s voice in her mind telling her to keep this thing away. Flipping on her staff along with it like a pole the servant would send down another orb of air positioned to impact this foe. If he was paying attention, it wouldn’t be hard for him to avoid the attack, otherwise it was going to come down right on top of him.

As for Teresa, well she was off searching for that little girl and her mother, but sadly when she’d stepped out of her Ulcera she had been inside of an apartment room a couple of buildings away from where she’d slipped away. Sneering in irritating Teresa could feel anger welling up inside her at the prospect that she’d lost that potentially delicious child. Thankfully though that anger was cooled at least a little when she realized that inside of the apartment was a small group of men, rather teenagers that were all sitting on furniture fixated on a flat object that was glowing. Not having spent much time inside of human rooms or interacting with anyone of the current century, Teresa was unaware that what she saw was actually a television due to the difference in design from when she was a human.

It wouldn’t take long, just about a minute and a half for Teresa to grab ahold of the first boy by his head and pull back allowing her to bite down on his throat and tear it out. Once that section of his body was inside her throat he was done for and Teresa had begun to really get started on handling her hunger. The other two boys began to scream in horror at what they didn’t understand. One rushed for the door and Teresa reacted in turn, biting the back of his neck in order to feel that crunch of his spine against her fangs. A flavor that she didn’t really pick apart until now was that of the spine, it was different from the rest of the body and while it wasn’t necessarily better it was interesting and something that she felt she’d always like to enjoy at least. As for the last well he was uneventful as he was in shock, but he was devoured as well and in just a little bit of time so would that little girl.

Fullbring Overall Ability: A long green tint staff with a circular head wrapped in green bandages along the shaft. This Fullbring possesses the ability to command the wind in a few different ways. The first of which through direction action by twirling, swinging and thrusting the staff one can send out gusts of air whether they be wind spread or small pressurized orbs around the size of a basketball. This Fullbring also demonstrates the ability to call upon the wind to protect its wielder from danger by forming a dome around them. This dome once overpowered can not be formed again in the same post. Lastly the Fullbring can act as a flying broomstick enabling the wielder to ride along the air at a speed of 600.

Jeff was in a pickle, not only was his attack about to fail, the Hollow was about to disappear from his sight. As he went for his little surprise attack the Fullbringer summon easily swerved out of the way from his arms before climbing higher into the sky. To make matters worse Jeff would watch the Hollow vanish into a Ulcera. What does it matter if he's skilled at battle focus when he can't even react to what he was seeing. Now he was getting angry, because of this summon he couldn't immediately follow after the Hollow. "I hope you're ready for the misery I'm about to show you for getting in my way."

Sending a surge of reiatsu into the Gate Seal, Jeff's feet once again ignite causing a strong burning pain. Opening up a doorway directly under him he easily steps with a speed of 3000 he easily slips through the passage well before the attack made by the summon would hit him. As the first doorway vanishes a second would appear directly above the Summon. Stepping out of it Jeff would be nearly touching her, reaching down from his left and right with his aura arms to grab her.

Simultaneously as if to ensure the Summon couldn't escape Jeff, he sends a surge of reiatsu into the Beast Seal as well as his right arm. Doing so he would summon another doorway directly below the summon. From this doorway another Guardian hand would reach out, from finger tip to the beginning of its palm the length of the hand was 5 feet. The problem with this technique is he can only summon the doorway for this hand within 5 feet of him, thus why he made sure to step out of that second doorway so close to her.

Doing this Jeff was essentially sandwiching the Fullbringer summon between himself and his summoned Guardian hand. While his aura arms were going down from the right and left to grab her, the Guardian arm would begin moving at 250 speed upward to grasp her and her broomstick together. If he was successful then Jeff would simply place his normal hands on her head, one on each side. Grinning at her he would say, "You shouldn't have slowed me down", slowly crushing her head between his hands until she was no more. Looking out toward where Teresa escaped Jeff would simply chuckle, "Don't think I'm letting you find that child." Dropping to the ground he would begin his search, listening for screams to give the Hollows location away.

Although the green haired Fullbringer had been successful in keeping this cloaked figure away from her mistress, what happened next was just too swift for her to react accordingly. One second the cloaked figure was dealing with the burst of air that had been sent his way and the next he was stepping through another gate. Although she was on guard and now moving through the air once again the gate opening up above her allowed the reiatsu arms proximity that they needed to grab ahold of her.

The next moment was going to be followed up with a wide burst of air channeled from the broomstick yet when it was possible one moment the next it was no longer an option. One of the massive hands coming up from below and grabbing her again this time sealing off all options for the Fullbringer. All she could do was look up at the figure crushing her skull with the knowledge that she’d failed her mistress. A fact that overwhelmed her trapped soul as the white mask concealing her face shatters and her body dissipates into golden reiatsu that begins to rush out through the air leading the figure to Teresa.

While the Fullbringer was being dealt with Teresa had decided to waste as little time as possible, that little girl was the main object of her desires for the moment, but she wouldn’t be enough to satisfy her hunger even when she gets her. For that reason the couple of young teenagers wouldn’t be the only ones in the apartment that she sought. Leaving the small space of the apartment drenched in blood the Hollow makes her way into the hallway where she quickly sees this one is littered with doorways as well. A couple of long steps and a new door was available.

“Cripple those inside.”

Teresa speaks to the metal door which proceeds to follow her directive splitting apart into what looked like tendrils of metal that rush throughout the apartment thrusting themselves into the weak human bodies. Walking into the apartment Teresa would spend the next minute or so devouring the crying, injured humans clinging to their wounds. By the time the golden reiatsu found its way back Teresa was finished as she’d swallowed more than chewed. The pain that she felt though was something she couldn’t remember feeling in the past although it was familiar all the same. A pain that she couldn’t fight all that well which forced a scream from her. An alert that her Fullbringer had failed and the cloaked figure would be here soon to stop her.

Jeff's search began, running through the streets and alleyways listening for something, anything that would give Teresa's position away. It certainly took some time, after all he was not blessed with high or any Energy Sensory capabilities. The best he has ever been able to do is feel the power of those who flaunt their energy as if showing off a trophy. Though thanks to his decent Instinct of 150 and his skills he was able to eventually hear the cries of fear coming from an apartment building.



Grinning Jeff would chuckle, "See, I told you I'd find you before that child his harmed." The grin would fade when the thought of any child being slaughtered in the building came to his mind, suffering in a way no child should have to. Anger replacing his joy, he begins scaling the building using his Aura arms, moving upward at a speed of 300 before finding a window that was easy to enter through. Without hesitating Jeff shoved himself through the glass, causing some of the apartments residents to shout in surprise as their window shatters inward from something they can't see.



Placing his feet firmly on the ground Jeff let's his dark intent flow, this intent was strong enough for the two adult residents to cower in a corner of their home shaking from absolute terror. This helped ease his mind a little, calming his anger down so that he may act without losing himself. Moving towards the door he would hear screams coming from above him along with the sound of splintering. Rushing towards the door of the apartment he uses his Aura arms to simply rip the metal door off it's hinges, setting it down next to him before moving into the hall.



Looking up when he enters the hall, Jeff figures the easiest way to get to the Hollow quickly is by going straight up. Who needs stairs or elevators when you had brute strength after all. Slamming his Aura arms upwards he pierces through the floor, with the grip of these arms now full he begins tearing them downward to make a hole for him. Once down he would simply raise himself up through this hole with his Aura arms, setting his feet down on the solid part of the floor undamaged from his entrance.



Now that Jeff was on the same floor as Teresa it would be easier to find her, and find her he did. After running through the hallways for a minute he caught the sounds of crunching up ahead, sticking his head around the corner allowed him to spot the mutilated door to an apartment the Hollow was currently in. Walking up to the doorway Jeff would crack his knuckles as loudly as possible. "You know, I'm gonna enjoy getting rid of you", suddenly his expression changes to one with much more dark intent, "And no one will remember you after I've taken care of you." Letting a smile grow across his face with those last words Jeff would ready himself to deal with the foe in front of him.

[Teresa]

Kneeling down on the floor of the apartment Teresa could feel the warm blood beneath her knees from the prey that she’d been devouring, the flesh was warm and moist yet tasty all the same. It was a good raw meat even if it didn’t have the right seasoning and didn’t have the burst of flavor that only seemed to come from those that could see her. The humans that had powers of their own and the Shinigami always tasted the best, but what was around her now was worth the hassle all the same.

What wasn’t worth anything though was the pin currently in her chest, it was almost like a familiar sensation that she was remembering yet it caused her the pain all the same. Almost like she was experiencing something from a dream while awake now, it took her a couple of breathless moments to realize what had happened. Knowledge that was invaluable to her was just gained about her own ability. Her servant had been defeated and returned to her that she could feel within herself, but when it returned it caused her this pain.

Grunting in pain Teresa feels the issue slip away until eventually it fades and no longer plagues her body. Almost like a Boulder had been placed on her back and now it had been taken off her Teresa rises up from her knees looking around to see that the majority of the males she’s killed had already been shoved down the blender of teeth that layered her mouth. So naturally her next move was to go find that girl and eat anything and everything in her way.

Moving over to the window of the apartment Teresa looks down onto the street witnessing only a single man passing by on the sidewalk, but it was a fast meal. Lifting herself up to go through the window Teresa hears the noise of something rushing to the front of the apartment. Turning around now sitting on the edge of the window she grins in anticipation even if her foe couldn’t see the grin. “You aren’t the first to try and you won’t be the last.”

The arms of reiatsu that came from his back were still present which meant he was going to be more difficult to deal with then he was in the open. Her left hand held out towards this foe although not outwards completely more close to her chest and pointing with her index finger. Channeling her reiatsu only took a moment which her foe used to start coming towards her, Teresa answering in kinda not with a cero nor a bala instead using something new. A series of bala each moving at the same brilliant speed one would expect yet bombarding one after another. Teresa kept her eyes on her foe in order to change the direction should he move but he’d have to deal with fifteen bala before he’d be safe from her current attack.

Technique Description and Effects: Appearing no different than any other bala technique at the start this technique allows the user to fire off the small compressed spheres of reiatsu in a rapid manner with a unique body motion such as waving an arm or punching. The number of bala that can be fired off in total depends on the skill one has acquired with this technique. At Learned 5 can be fired while 15 can be cast once the user has become Proficient and 25 once it’s been Mastered.

How to use technique: The same way as a normal bala with the exception that the user must keep up a constant influx of reiatsu to the body part firing the bala.

Technique Drawbacks: Costs 250 reiatsu. Once learned the user must detail where they fire the bala from with this technique and can only be fired from that location. Once used this technique can’t be executed again for 2 rounds.

With the amazing entrance Jeff just made, it was no shock Teresa was getting up to prepare an attack. “You aren’t the first to try and you won’t be the last.” This would be the only verbal response he would hear from his foe. Transitioning quickly the Hollow didn't want to give him much time to plan out an attack, which didn't really matter to Jeff as he was more of a react to what's happening kind of guy.



Jeff was weary of this opponent, less so because of her level of power and more so because of the versatility she seems to have. Lifting up her finger he could see a few glowing energy balls that could only be Bala's. This could pose a big problem, if only because multiple Bala's being fired at him would be horrible to avoid or block. So what was he going to do to ensure this attack doesn't take him out of the fight? Then an idea came to mind, with a smile growing sinisterly on his face he moves towards the charging up barrage.



Jeff enacts his plan, plowing the fingers of his aura arms into the floor below. Ripping the surface upwards, he begins placing this makeshift shield in front of himself. The problem is he was still trying to do this to block Bala's that are now blasting forward at Jeff. He managed to get the floor up in time to avoid the third Bala creating a hole in the center of his chest, the downside is one just blasted a piece of his shoulder of while the other took a piece of his side.



Thankfully the makeshift shield is working, though Jeff understands it won't last for long considering his Dark Skill aura is increasing the damage done to the piece of floor from the Bala's. It's not like he prefers using armor and shields, but he wants this fight to last long enough to truly cause both him and this Hollow pain. Rushing forward with the floor piece Jeff will thrust the hard piece of swiss cheese ruble straight into Teresa's chest in an attempt to bash the Hollow into the wall.



If this is successful Jeff will have to move quickly to ensure he holds the upper hand. Letting go of the slab of floor, he moves to grab Teresa with his aura arms. If he manages to do so then the Hollow will experience a headache as she will find herself being lifted and smacked headfirst into the ceiling above. At this point he will then just chuck the Hollow towards the door he entered. With the grin still on his face Jeff will speak yet again, "I'm really gonna enjoy keeping you from finding that girl, in fact I bet the child is safe and long gone."

[Teresa]

Channeling her reiatsu in order to begin the barrage of bala was something that she couldn’t quite do as fast as some of her other abilities, but still fast enough that it would only take a second or two in order to start blasting this irritation away. She watched him using those arms of his to rip up the floor of the apartment then when she started to unleash that which she prepared he had the gale to defend himself with a piece of FLOORING!

As he rushed forward through the apartment the little piece of flooring could only block so many of the bala that she fired at his body, more than a few of them striking him yet his body didn’t fail nor break away, something that surprised Teresa. By all rights the body of her foe should be reduced to ashes or at least blown apart by her bala yet it seemed like he could ignore it and so could his body. “Throw him out.” Teresa whispers once Jeff gets past the halfway point and then when he's close to Teresa she begins to charge her reiatsu once again.

Moving what was left of the piece of flooring towards her with the intent to stab her, Jeff would feel something grab at his legs, something wide and yet locate right around his thighs, something that then yanked him backwards away from Teresa. That something was the floor itself moving upwards and grabbing ahold of Jeff looking like it mimicked the way mud encompasses something and then throwing him out through the doorway he’d knocked down. It’d only take a moment but that’s all Teresa would need as it pulled him back with a strength of 304 while moving at 400 speed backwards.

Charging a cero had become second nature to her at this point which made sense as she was a proud powerful Hollow. The low hum of the beam moving off her right hand as she releases the pent up reiatsu, its golden bright from burning through the apartment, incinerating the doorway while it rushed forward to intercept the foe who’d been causing Teresa such an annoying afternoon. Teresa wasn’t sure if something so basic would work, but she wasn’t full yet and wanted to find that veal soon.

Well, the good news is Jeff successfully defended most of the Bala onslaught with little damage taken. The bad news is his attempt to slam into Teresa failed, as apparently the floor was against how he was using it. When he was only about ten feet away from the Hollow, the floor under him bubbled up moving over his legs like a liquid until he was firmly in it's grasp up to his thighs. Jeff barely noticed the problem in time, long enough to get out a "What the-" before being violently flung backwards the way he came.



If Jeff thought that was annoying then he would be much more upset by the next action the Hollow was taking. Slamming his Aura arms down into the part of the floor that had hold of him, it was easily destroyed. Yet that didn't stop the momentum he had built up sense it began flinging him back through the doorway. Thus after escaping he smacks into wall in the hallway on the other side of where the room Teresa was in.



Looking up Jeff finally noticed the energy that was Cero just leaving the her hand, blasting toward him. Ughhhhh, this Hollow is getting really annoying, I can't experience this pain because I need to ensure this monster can't search for the girl. Sure chances are the girl and her untrustworthy mother were probably already long gone, but just in case I need to finish this fight. Considering the situation only one course of action came to Jeff's mind at what he could do. Channeling reiatsu into the gate seal his feet yet again burst into flames, the wonderful feeling of the skin on his feet burning to a crisp yet no actual damage. A doorway would open up just in time for Jeff to enter it, feeling the cero hot against his back as he left the Human world for but only a moment at a speed of 3000.



Teresa would probably be upset the moment a second doorway opened up after the first only 10 feet from where she previously was in the room. It was the only place Jeff could see at the time of using Unseal: Hell Step. Stepping out the Saika would crack his neck, "I'm really getting upset at your insistence to run." Using his Aura arms he would follow behind Teresa at a pace of 300, grabbing whatever's lying around every no and again to toss at the Hollow with his Aura arms.

That was the trigger right there, the floor moving up and grabbing this foe and then separating the two even more, Teresa began to laugh, the noise escaping from her mouth a twist amalgamation of different voices. It’d sound as if multiple individuals were all laughing at the exact same time, one over the over turning into something else completely that just didn’t seem natural. She found enjoyment for certain in the mere fact that something as ridiculous as this worked against this foe that was irritating her.

Firing off her cero only took a moment yet as it moved towards her foe she witnessed the edges of that same gate once again. She’d already seen that gate little more than a minute ago now at least that’s how it felt to her. It had been real recently and she knew what happened last time. “Protect me.” Teresa speaks in her normal tone of voice as a bala is fired from the curved horns on her head. Moving down from between her sharp horns the bala begins to rotate around Teresa’s body like a moon around a planet.

“Enough of this muttonhead.”

Teresa’s reiatsu would spike astronomically higher than it had at any other point during this little battle. A mass of golden reiatsu forming between her horns like the cero had done only a couple seconds prior. To her foe what she was doing would look identical at the moment as if she were simply going to fire off another simple cero in the hopes that this time he wouldn’t escape through his damned gate. No this time she was going to make sure nothing was left.

“Slam onto him.”

Her foe rushing towards her would find the golden beam of reiatsu fired off yet it wouldn’t rush at him like the others, this one bursting through the ceiling of the apartment up and through the building to the sky above. Teresa her left hand forward once again wasting no time fires off a bala directed at her foe’s chest. She’d seen it enough times that such a simple attack while fast wouldn’t be enough to faze him more than a moment or two. His arms were a problem, but she had something for him now.

The golden cero reaches its high altitude and forms into a sphere of gold mimicking the sun. Afterwards it would fall down right on the building with the order given to it, it would fall onto her foe as if it were alive and controlling its own motion while looking at him. Teresa could only smile as she slips away once again using Ulcera. “If you don’t stop it then so many more people die, all those children.” Another laugh would be heard as her figure vanishes and she slips off to another building's roof nearby waiting eagerly to hear the sound of that building exploding.

Technique Description and Effects: The user aims their hand up at the sky and fires a Cero into it. The Cero from there transfigures into a large orb Cero with twice the user's reiatsu strength and moves at twice a Bala's speed to slam down on an enemy. From the firing position, can land anywhere within a mile of the user as the epicenter.

How to use technique: Stated above.
Technique Drawbacks: Reiatsu cost. Considerably slower charging and preparation time compared to a regular Cero.

Jeff would stop before he reached his Hollow opponent, she apparently created yet another Bala. This one was different though, if anything it was like the first one she used on him when this fight first began. This Bala began circling her, which just screamed at Jeff to keep his eye on it. Lowering himself to the ground allows his Aura arms to be free in case that Bala decides to blast towards him.



It was hard to tell but Jeff was pretty sure this Hollow just said something, and a moment later it he heard it speak again. "Slam into him", knowing by this point the Hollow has some strange control over things meant that something was about to happen. Suddenly she would gather a ton of golden reiatsu, firing it off after it became large enough sending it through the ceiling. Well, this most certainly isn't a good sign.


That wasn't all the Hollow had planned apparently, because next thing Jeff knew the creature lifted it's hand up blasting yet another Bala straight at his chest. This attack was moving fast, just like the barrage fired at him earlier. Without much time to react his options were limited, slamming his right Aura arm into the ground he shoves himself to the right. While he doesn't avoid the damage he managed to dodge the worst of the damage. What would have been an attack that created a hole through the center of his chest was now only blasting a good portion of his left arm off instead.



The pain was marvelous, and if Jeff wasn't so focused on dealing with this stupid Hollow he would take some time to enjoy it. Suddenly the giant ball of golden energy fell through the ceiling, it seems it only grew larger while it was in the sky above. To prevent it from outright killing him he sends his Aura arms up in order to keep it from landing on top of him. While he was busy doing so the Hollow decided to speak, “If you don’t stop it then so many more people die, all those children.” After those words it vanished into another Ulcera, if Jeff had to guess it would be in the next building over. He couldn't see into the building from here, but there was a clear view of its rooftop corner.



Then it hit him, if he wanted to keep the Hollow from finding the girl Jeff had to make a large enough ruckus to bring in any Shinigami or spiritually capable humans wandering around. Letting out a scream he sends a small surge of reiatsu to the gate seal in his soul, doing so would yet again light his feet in flames while creating a door. This door was different than all his other times. Instead of one opening up next to him, this one opened up below him much larger than the others. He was using all of his knowledge over the unseal techniques and his mastery over the Hell Step technique in order to pull this off.



The door under Jeff's feet was so large that even the giant ball of energy would be able to fit in it with him. It seems with the momentum of the giant Cero ball pushing down on him, it was simply shoving him into the doorway. Not lagging behind the cero followed him through, watching the doorway close behind after the Cero. A new doorway just as big would open up above the building next door, hopefully the same one Teresa decided to go to. Shooting out of the doorway Jeff would push backwards away from the Cero, sure it wouldn't change it's trajectory but it gave him enough time to wrap his Aura arms around his body as a pseudo defense. The Cero would then make contact with the building, easily going downward until it smacked into the ground causing a big explosion. This explosion would give off a lot of reiatsu, the strange thing is it was a mixture of both Hellion and Hollow reiatsu. It seems the trip through the doorway infused the Cero some with his own reiatsu.



Jeff was caught in the explosion, sent flying through the air. His Aura arms defended most of the damage but it seems not before the explosion also took one of his legs. Creating two brand new Aura arms he would pick himself up off the ground. Even he could feel the reiatsu signature left behind by the giant Cero, which is saying a lot considering his abysmal energy sensory capabilities. He would then look around to see if the Hollow was anywhere in sight, if it was he would yell at it, "It's only a matter of minutes before the area is filled with everything that wants us dead!" With that he would move away to an empty alleyway, setting himself down so he may sit, letting the blood loss slowly kill him. *Hm, wish it were a little more painful than this."

Moving through the Ulcera gave Teresa just enough time to gaze down at the building she’d just been inside of, specifically the apartment spot she’d been in. She was now little more than a hundred feet away and in the perfect spot to watch her cero smash down on the building. Just like she had expected it was a beautiful sight, something that she didn’t know she wanted to see until this very moment. The bright color of her golden reiatsu in a perfect sphere crushing the building beneath its might.

Suddenly though the figure of the sphere began to disappear while the building remained and Teresa’s joy at witnessing her power turned to rage. Ultimately, her foe had slipped through another doorway, this one managing to save the majority of the building with only about half of it being crushed. Now it looked as if the top floor had been demolished and sank downwards onto the rest of the building. This was an incomplete sight, to Teresa it almost felt like the ending had been stolen from her.

The sphere of reiatsu emerging from the gate changed with the Hell reiatsu merging through it tainted the golden coloration. A swirling twisting mass of black seeped through to the center before the entire thing seemed to shiver and then burst. Everything beautiful about her attack had been stolen away from her by this muttonhead. Not only had it not brought down that building, but it hadn’t even exploded either, something that she knew would have been a sight to witness. Anger was beginning to boil over all her other emotions and reasoning when she heard the voice of the irritation speaking to her.

Moving around after about thirty seconds Teresa found the man that had been distracting her from eating, one of his legs now missing which told her if she wanted she could likely devour him. His power was something she hadn’t seen before and those arms could prove useful to her should she eat him, but the disrespect he’d shown her from the start. It's only a matter of minutes before the area is filled with everything that wants us dead!"

Teresa could only wish that her smile would be visible now as she felt her mouth move into the biggest smile she could remember. “That’s alright, I can eat fast.” Inhaling a bit she begins to spit out what look like small black pieces of reiatsu before they grow and form into other summons like the green haired Fullbringer who’d kept her foe at bay earlier. These ones though didn’t grow into humans nor anything that looked like one instead revealing themselves as small dragons.

Flapping their wings to stay up in the air they look to Teresa for orders awaiting the command they knew would be given to them. “Find as many humans as possible and bring them to me.” Teresa didn’t have to speak twice as each of the dragons flew off moving as fast as her foe had been able to manage. Although the little dragons didn’t have any more strength then the average human they were quite a bit faster and would be able to cover the area filled with frightened and curious humans easily.

Teresa would begin to walk away from the one who’d put her in a time table now hoping that the knowledge she was going to feast now would haunt him more than anything else. Getting about twenty feet away the first dragon would return, dragging a man that had been wounded in the collapse of the building. Looking as if a piece of the building had fallen on him to render him unconscious, Teresa leans forward her face near his own and then opening her mouth begins to inhale. His soul being sucked from the vassal known as his body directly into Teresa.

The flavor was the same although more condensed. Teresa hadn’t played with it enough yet, but was beginning to get a better handle on her new ability, enjoying the taste she still experienced from her food. It was almost like sucking out all the sugar from a candy. One after another now the dragons would return bringing with them humans that had been either hurt and were screaming at why they were suddenly being dragged by nothing or unconscious. Either way sucking out the soul would only take a second or two. Working much faster than devouring the entire body by the time the doorways began to open Teresa had left enough to overwork the mortuary.
