Name: Quandaries into magic and reiatsu

Plotline:
An experiment gone wrong, an unwilling surprise guest, and an insane dragon come together and what do you get? You get the basis for this adventure. Seath having long since lost his sanity and sense of self has devoted himself to unwravelling the mysteries of the universe, the soul, and more importantly crystal magic. Some of these he's farther in than others and recently he'd begun to realize there was a connection in magical frequencies given off by certain crystals and potentially other worlds. Thus without delay Seath, our resident draconic duke, set about to determine just what this information meant and what all he could do with it.
Insert Kyomei, resident captain and arguably best "magic" user in the Soul Society. With Seath having found a crystal that resonates with the world of the Soul Society latent reiatsu a temporary portal between worlds. Sadly having never actually achieved anything like this the portal isn't nearly as stable as Seath intended and it was nowhere near in a secluded space. Instead it generated from the Kuchiki manor and promptly lashed out, dragging all nearby individuals into a violent ride to another realm.
To make matters worse Kyomei happens to be one of those unfortunate individuals that gets roped into dimension hopping. And because of his unnaturally high reserves of reiatsu and potent quality of his reiatsu the already unstable portal implodes on itself. Flinging the members to Soul King knows where and shutting the portals entrances on both ends. But not before flinging Kyomei out like a rag doll at Seath's entrance. Seath in the meantime having seen the portal implode deems the experiment a failure and goes about his business unaware of his new and very trapped guest.

Adventure begins upon Kyomei's initial response post
Special Conditions:
1. Step Techniques are limited to twice a post regardless of class. In addition Step techniques only travel 5 feet maximum.
2. Kyomei can bring in any items he currently owns.
3. Kyomei has 2 additional lives. Thus only Kyomei's third death is permenant. And on that note if Kyomei does die his soul is condemned to this universe. His fate to be determined by the powers that be.
4. Upon death, or reaching a checkpoint, Kyomei regains all reiatsu, stamina, and physical health. Status effects that are detrimental cease. Techniques/abilities with cooldowns are reset.
5. There will be an item shop with items theme'd by the vendor from the game as well as Dark Souls items. These can be purchased by spending Souls, in game currency. Brief Descriptions will be given upon talking with the vendor. In addition to the vendor certain items will be hidden away througout the level. Descriptions for these items will be given upon aquiring them.
6. When the thread is started, determined by Kyomei's initial response post, there is a deadline of 2 weeks maximum between posts. Exceptions apply for special circumstances.
7. Air ground doesn't exist naturally. Techniques that create objects in the air are usable however.
8. This area has a gimmick. Due to Seath constantly experiementing with magic, crystals, and souls many of the enemies throughout this adventure have resistances to certain elements. However all enemies have a noteworthy resistance to magic (reiatsu based abilities) and as such reduce the OS of such techniques/abilities/items/etc by 25%. Specific elemental reistances can add up to an additional 25% depending on the enemy and depending on the element of said reiatsu based ability.
On the flip side enemies also tend to have a weakness to one element or another. Usually cancelling out the magic resistance or even making attacks regardless of origin far more effective against the enemy. I.E. +25% stat boost to OS.
