So, because this was requested, there's no justification listed below. If that's deemed necessary, then I'll get to adding it. For the time, though, this is just a release rewrite, due to his last one being stated as a bit too strong for what it was. With numbers being in an already fragile state with where their powers were, I figured it was easier to just rework their kit altogether. As such, this is the culmination of said realization and the work that was put into that.

{Overall Ability}
Orobas' release is one that grants a rather unique change to the way that Akki normally function. Instead of having a static "form", Orobas' Saisei Oni takes one of a few predetermined paths dependent on the body that Orobas is currently inhabiting. By entering release, Orobas cuts off their ability to make use of any technique not directly tied to their release. All non-release techniques are made inaccessible for the duration of their release, to further account for the sheer versatility that their release grants them when actually used. While this might be the case, however, if Orobas is killed while inhabiting a body, that body is simply lost forever, and unable to be used again.
On the same note, Orobas' actual release also functions differently than that of a normal Akki in pretty significant ways. For one, each stage costs triple the amount of reiatsu in order to enter. This means that Primera and Segunda cost 600 reiatsu, Tercera costs 900 reiatsu, and Cuarta costs 1200 reiatsu. With this, however, comes the ability for Orobas to refresh the duration of each stage of release at the normal reiatsu costs (200 for Primera and Segunda, 300 for Tercera, and 400 for Cuarta).
On top of this, each of Orobas' released stages grow stronger the longer they're maintained. Every other post that a stage of release is maintained, the upgrades for the techniques accessible to that stage are obtained. This means that after spending two posts in Primera Etapa, Orobas will be able to use the Primera upgrades granted in Segunda. Two more posts, and the Tercera upgrades will now be available. However, to help balance this out, Orobas can only enter a new stage of release after the upgrades for that stage have been obtained, and stages cannot be skipped. This means that entering Cuarta Etapa will require Orobas to wait for 6 posts, and spend 2,700 reiatsu. Orobas must always release into Primera Etapa first, and cannot start at a later stage.

{Multa Facies Decem Milia (Myriad of Many Faces)}
Multa Facies Decem Milia is one of two signature techniques that Orobas has access to, and is used in tandem with their Weapon Technique. A large majority of their release is based on having this technique active at all times. In fact, most of their techniques flat-out will not work if this technique is not active. What Multa Facies Decem Milia does is simple; it allows Orobas to wear the body of those they've slain. Whether this is NPC or RPC, it matters not to the Akki; so long as they’re killed, Orobas is able to wear their body. This functions identically to that of the Skin-Stealer Cinematic technique, and makes adjustments to that upon being used. Skin-Stealer now takes up a technique slot, and requires a 4 in Analysis in order to see through it, as opposed to a 3. When taking up a body, Orobas’ own voice, size, and even personality change in order to better suit that person. They inherit the memories of that person upon slaying them, and are able to make full use of them when in their bodies (naturally this will not translate into unlocking or being able to use any abilities of that person; only their memories shall be accessible). When push comes to shove, most will have a hard time trying to distinguish the difference between Orobas and that person once they enter a body.
While in a body, Orobas’ Acting skill is treated as 3 points higher when trying to pass off their identity as that person, to a maximum of 3 points. Naturally Orobas can act no differently than normal while in a body, but this is not a necessity. A description of each body is required to be listed in Orobas’ point bank, should they have the intention to assume one of these forms. Entering a body costs no reiatsu or anything of the like in order to do, but once a body is entered, that body is the one Orobas must remain in for the duration of a thread, no matter the length of that thread. This changes with each stage of Saisei Oni; upon entering each subsequent stage of Saisei Oni after Primera Etapa, Orobas can switch their body, gaining the benefits and drawbacks of those bodies at that moment. Naturally, this can only be done up to three times in a thread, should Orobas be pushed to release into Cuarta Etapa. Switching bodies like this forces Orobas to pay 200 reiatsu per switch.

{Corpus Dæmoni Deus (Body of a Demon God)}
Corpus Dæmoni Deus is Orobas’ signature technique, and perhaps the one that they’ll make the most use out of during the course of a fight. What this does is allow them to make use of their own horrific physique in order to fight. Predominantly, through various natural weapons and whatnot in order to attack as they see fit. This normally consists of various tentacles, tendrils, and other bodily mutations that can be manifested from different parts of Orobas’ upper and lower back. Each body Orobas has the ability to inhibit possesses its own unique mutation, listed in that body’s description. When used in melee combat, these mutations function off of Orobas’ Strength. If ranged attacks are used, these mutations function off of Orobas’ Spiritual Pressure. These mutations cost no reiatsu in order to create, and can be manifested and deconstructed for free upon paying the cost for Saisei Oni. There are four primary types of mutations that Orobas can make use of, and each one grants their own benefits upon being made use of. Those types are Blitz, Defense, Attack, and Balance. Once Orobas activates Corpus Dæmoni Deus even once, they are locked from making use of any Long-Term Stat Boosts aside from this technique. The shapes and appearances of these mutations are based off of the body in question, and usually don't extend much further than 10 feet away from the user.
Blitz mutations are usually located in Orobas’ upper back and shoulder. These primarily manifest as some sort of wing or other similar shape. Blitz mutations are the only type that can make use of ranged attacks, allowing Orobas to fire off crystalline projectiles at-will from their wings. They need to be actively doing this in order for this to work, and cannot be done in conjunction with other actions except moving. These projectiles fly off at a speed equal to Orobas’ own. Blitz mutations, much like the name suggests, focus on rushing down an opponent to the best of Orobas’ ability. While a Blitz mutation is manifested, Orobas gains an additional 100 Speed, after type and rank bonuses. Additionally, Blitz mutations use Reiatsu Strength to attack. Though, this comes at a cost; every post they spend released while a Blitz mutation is active counts as two posts.
Defense mutations are located right below Orobas’ shoulder blades. These manifest as some sort of defensive or otherwise heavier weapon or form. Generally speaking, this will usually be akin to some sort of thick blade or something of the like. Defense mutations are exactly like the name implies; perfect for defending against others with, while also possessing a pretty noteworthy striking power. While a Defense mutation is manifested, Orobas gains an additional 100 Strength, after type and rank bonuses. While this is currently happening, their speed is halved and they are unable to make use of stepping techniques.
Attack mutations are located right around the back of Orobas’ waist. These usually manifest as some sort of group of tendrils or other thin appendages, though usually between two to six. While these don’t take on an incredibly noteworthy form until later on, Attack mutations are predominantly used in order to strike an opponent down where possible. Attack mutations possess the ability to bypass most opponents’ defenses, allowing them to bypass any and all skin-based defensive techniques when successfully landing a strike with them. For barrier and/or obstruction based defensive techniques, the technique in question must have a strength 150 points or more than Orobas' OS in order to not be bypassed. While an Attack mutation is manifested, Orobas gains an additional 100 Reiatsu Strength, after type and rank bonuses. Additionally, Attack mutations use Reiatsu Strength in order to deal damage. Attack mutations also come with increased regenerative capabilities, allowing Orobas to heal lesser wounds instantaneously, as though they possessed a 3 in Damage Recovery. As one would expect, anything akin to limbs or worse are not going to be regenerated. While this is happening, Orobas’ strength is halved and they are unable to make use of stepping techniques.
Balance mutations are located around Orobas’ tailbone. These serve as exactly as one would expect; a solid, all-rounder choice for a mutation. Balance mutations manifest similarly to that of Attack mutations, except instead of a group of tendrils, usually only one is manifested, and these are much thicker, similar to Defense mutations. Balance mutations grant no major detriment, but also walk away with very minute benefits. While a Balance mutation is manifested, Orobas gains an additional 25 Strength, Speed, Reiatsu Strength, and Spiritual Pressure, after type and rank bonuses. Balance mutations don’t suffer any major drawbacks from being utilized.
Being an Akki, Corpus Dæmoni Deus naturally receives upgrades as Orobas enters the later stages of release. In Segunda Etapa, the bonuses from Blitz, Defense, and Attack mutations increase by 100 points, while the bonuses from Balance mutations each increase by 25 points. This is a trend that follows Orobas through Cuarta Etapa, capped at an additional 300 points for Blitz, Defense, and Attack mutations, and an additional 75 points for Balance mutations.

{Biological Dominatus (Biological Mastery)}
Biological Dominatus is a passive that allows Orobas to have much more advanced control over their bodies’ own physiology and make use of some rather interesting effects. This technique is rather simple in nature, though one that should not be underestimated. Upon obtaining a body, it must be listed in Orobas’ point bank whether a body is capable of Biological Mastery. A body capable of Biological Mastery is incompatible with also being a Chimeric Monstrosity. What Biological Mastery allows Orobas to do is manipulate key traits about their own body (and, in turn, their mutations), in order to pull off raw elemental effects. So long as a reasonable explanation can be given for making use of these effects, they can be pulled off. For example, if Orobas were to superheat their own blood, they could fire off bolts of fire through a Blitz mutation, or ignite an Attack mutation. The same could be said for chilling their blood. Effects created through Biological Mastery rely on the Offensive Stat of Orobas’ currently manifested mutation, and function at half of that stat after boosts from Corpus Dæmoni Deus. Making use of these elements costs 200 reiatsu. In Tercera Etapa, this cost is reduced to 100 reiatsu, and these effects now function off of 75% of Orobas’ appropriate Offensive Stat. In Cuarta Etapa, this cost is reduced to 0, and these effects now function off of 100% of Orobas’ appropriate Offensive Stat.

{De Monstruositate Chimeric (Chimeric Monstrosity)}
De monstruositate Chimeric is a passive that works to expand upon Orobas’ ability to use their mutations amongst certain bodies. Upon obtaining a body, it must be listed in Orobas’ point bank whether a body is capable of being a Chimeric Monstrosity. A body capable of being a Chimeric Monstrosity is incompatible with Biological Mastery. Normally, each body is only capable of pulling off one type of mutation. Chimeric Monstrosity works to improve that, allowing select bodies to be able to make use of two different types of mutations at any given time. Through this technique, bodies that are capable of having two different mutations will be listed as having a Primary Mutation, and a Secondary Mutation of a different type. A Primary Mutation is the one that Orobas will mostly be using while in that body, and, as such, allows for the normal uses of that mutation. Nothing changes in that regard. Bodies that are capable of a Secondary Mutation, however, are granted a second, yet weaker mutation they’re able to make use of, even at the same time as their Primary Mutation. Upon selecting a Secondary Mutation for a body, Orobas is granted the ability to manifest that mutation in Segunda Etapa if they’re in a body compatible with one. When a Primary or Secondary mutation is active, the increased stats are halved. So, in this case, while in Segunda Etapa, making use of a Blitz, Defense, or Attack mutation will only grant an extra 100 in the respective stat, instead of 200. While both are manifested at the same time, only the increased and decreased stats from the Primary Mutation are put into place. Both mutations use the Primary Mutations’ offensive stat to attack. Any non-statistic benefits gained from either mutation are only applicable to their specific mutation; if Orobas is in a body with a Blitz mutation and an Attack mutation, the Attack mutation is unable to launch Blitz projectiles, and the Blitz mutation is unable to bypass defensive techniques. While both mutations are manifested, each post Orobas spends in release counts as two (three when making use of a Blitz mutation as a primary).
In Tercera Etapa, the stat increases are treated as normal for both types of mutations; instead of halving the increased stats, these are treated as normal. In Cuarta Etapa, both Orobas’ Primary and Secondary mutations benefit from the secondary effects of each mutation used at the same time, should each mutation have a secondary effect. In the example above, a Blitz mutation would now be able to bypass defenses, and an Attack mutation would now be able to fire off Blitz projectiles.

Tercera Etapa
{Consummatio Apostata (Vile Consumption)}
Consummatio Apostata is a technique that functions similarly to that of a Hollow's own ability to consume. Akki are, by nature, hollows that have been condemned to hell and since broken their mask. Orobas' release takes this theme, and adds a monstrous sort of twist to it, allowing and applying a perfectly valid use behind actually taking the time to consume those they massacre. This consumption functions identically to that of how Hollows take the time to consume, though instead of gaining only TP from doing so, Orobas is also granted Reiatsu at the same rate TP would normally be given.
While TP is still technically a reward for this method, the TP earned this way functions differently than that of how this TP would normally be applied. TP earned through this method is not gained normally, cannot be converted into CTP, TTP, or SP, and can only be applied toward Malefic Ascendency, listed below. The body that this consumption TP goes toward must be the currently active body, and none others. Should the body in question already possess the ability to use Malefic Ascendency, this extra TP can instead be converted into Reiatsu gain for the duration of the thread.

{Malefic Ascendency}
Malefic Ascendency is a passive that directly affects Orobas’ mutations, and acts as a direct upgrade to their mutations upon entering Tercera Etapa. Malefic Ascendency grants Orobas’ compatible bodies an armor-like mutation, allowing them to be able to defend against incoming strikes, as well as amplifying the strength of their other mutations and effects that impact those mutations. Acting as a second-to-last stage of Orobas’ own power, Malefic Ascendency serves as a strong stage to maintain and hold as a pseudo-peak of their own strength in combat.
In order to obtain a Malefic Ascendency, Orobas is required to do a series of Solo or Joint Training threads to unlock this ability for a body. All bodies they have are compatible with Malefic Ascendency, but are still required to train for this ability, much like one would expect from a Class-up. Each body will have a given TP value it needs to earn in order to tap into Malefic Ascendency, with that value being 1,000 TP. On threads where Orobas makes use of a body that doesn’t have the option to use Malefic Ascendency, they can choose to dedicate all of that TP from the thread earned into unlocking this ability for that body only.
Malefic Ascendency effectively kicks a body into a state of “overdrive”, further enhancing their offensive capabilities, and adding on an extra 200 SP to the appropriate stat regarding a Blitz, Defense, or Attack body, and an extra 50 points for Balance bodies. Malefic Ascendency also coats Orobas in a suit of armor, functioning like Blut, but being linked to the appropriate stat of the mutation (user’s choice on Balance). Malefic Ascendency costs 200 reiatsu to activate, and for every post that it’s active, treats every release post that passes as double what it normally would be (two posts for Defense, Attack, and Balance mutations, four posts for Blitz mutations and Chimeric Monstrosities, and six posts for Chimeric Monstrosity Blitz mutations). The size and shape of these is much more customizable compared to normal mutations, and is much, much more specialized. The size of these generally doesn't stretch farther than 20 feet, and can allow Orobas to grow up to 10 feet in height at most.

{Titan Obvium Atri (Titan of the Dark World)}
Titan Obvium Atri is the absolute Capstone of Orobas' offensive capabilities. Once again acting as a passive to Orobas' abilities, Titan Obvium Atri works to turn Orobas into an absolute monstrous amalgamation of flesh and tendon, easily towering over anything and everything before them. Upon entering Cuarta Etapa, Titan Obvium Atri is immediately toggled active if Orobas is in the only body capable of making use of this technique. Any other body and this technique is simply rendered unusable. Should the condition be met in order for this technique to activate, though, Orobas will become a being of near-insurmountable power.
On the same topic as what was mentioned earlier, only one body is capable of making use of Titan Obvium Atri. One body must be selected to be able to make use of this technique. This body cannot, under any circumstances, be changed, unless Orobas is killed while in that body, and that body is required to have unlocked Malefic Ascendency. While Titan Obvium Atri is active, Orobas' current body is treated as an Defense type, and the bonuses from Defense type Malefic Ascendency apply instead of the body's original benefits. Orobas' form also changes into that of a 40-foot tall monstrosity of flesh, tendon, and other sinew. Limbs can be formed on this body at will, allowing massive eyes, mouths, tendrils, and whatnot to be created as Orobas sees fit. These limbs cannot be any longer than 20 feet.

{Corrumpi Aliud Reptile (Creeping Corruption)}
Corrumpi Aliud Reptile is a technique only able to be used while Titan Obvium Atri is active. This technique allows Orobas to launch horrific beasts from their already monstrous body, hellbent on wiping anything and everything out of existence, whether they're friend or foe to Orobas. Each creation costs 500 reiatsu, and has a pool of stats equal to half that of Orobas' current stats, with a minimum of 50 in the stats that are greater than 0 already. These beasts all appear in the same form, akin to that of a seven foot tall, overly-muscular adult male. In place of any sort of a face, these beasts only possess a massive mouth across their entire head. They've a durability equal to Orobas' current strength, and possess a 3 in Pain Tolerance and Strength of Will, as they're nothing more than completely mindless, unfeeling beasts. The only entity that they won't harm is Orobas.
When these beasts manage to land a strike on a spiritually aware being of an equal Class, that being is given 1 "tick" of Creeping Corruption. After reaching 10 "ticks", that being will enter the same mindless trance that these beasts are in, and fight anything and everything around them, except for Orobas and other beasts created from this technique. "Ticks" can be purged by surging reiatsu through the body, costing 100 reiatsu per "tick" to clean. Upon being afflicted, this knowledge on how to remove the affliction is made known to the target in full. For every Class below these beasts that a being is, these beasts will apply an additional "tick" with every strike. Beings of a higher class are unaffected. "Ticks" can no longer be purged after reaching 10, and upon reaching 10, that being's stats are now changed to match the beasts created by this technique, and their strikes now also apply "ticks". Upon exiting Cuarta Etapa, the minds of all afflicted by this technique are returned to normal, and beasts created are reduced to ash.
