As the rather ancient Akki made their way across the silver sands of the deserts of Hueco Mundo, they had one main goal. One specific reason for being in Hueco Mundo at the time; they were recruiting for something big. Deviant plans were in the works in that corrupted mind of theirs, and unfortunately it wasn't something they were going to be able to do on their lonesome. They absolutely needed more assistance where they could get it, and they'd be damned if Hueco Mundo wasn't the perfect place to start. The realm was absolutely chock-full of power hungry Arrancar looking to rise above each other; the perfect opportunity to provide their assistance.
In truth, while they would've rather enjoyed to employ the assistance of the Espada, they had their sights set on a much more... interesting target for the time being. The girl they were looking for wasn't that of a pacifist, but she was unique in her own right; she seemed to have her own goals and priorities, and it seemed those goals had allowed her to rise in the Exequias ranks exceptionally quickly. At least, that was the information that they'd been given by Lord Kouhai upon asking. Having their mind already made up about aiming to recruit this girl, Orobas quickly made their way into Las Noches, and toward the Exequias' quarters. They'd need to find this girl where they could.
Ripping off a small section of their own flesh, Orobas used this chunk to summon one of his signature eldritch abominations; the stuff straight out of nightmares. Seeing some lesser arrancar wander about by his lonesome in the halls of Las Noches, Orobas launched themself straight toward him via near-teleportation, proceeded to grab him by the throat, and launch a point blank blast of eldritch flame from that same hand not only through the Arrancar's neck, but into one of the walls of Las Noches itself. Despite not being in any of their specialized forms, a point-blank strike straight to the neck like that was more than enough to end the already dead soul's life once more.
Upon the launch of that attack, Orobas still clung tightly around the man's neck, and simply dragged the corpse back toward the horror that had also been approaching Orobas at the time. Once they were both upon each other, Orobas held the corpse out, and the horror began to spread the Arrancar's jaw and force its way inside of the corpse. Within a matter of seconds, and upon Orobas releasing their grip around the Arrancar's neck, it almost appeared as though the Arrancar had been brought back to life. If they had a jaw in the form they were in, Orobas would have been smirking. From there, they simply held their malformed hand on the chest of the now reanimated being, as multiple tentacled appendages began to wrap around the body. Once the body was covered almost entirely, these tentacles began to compress the form, shattering any semblance of bones and rupturing any organs in what would've been a bloody mess if it weren't for those tentacles covering the body.
Once the body was completely compressed to near-impossible sizes, it was simply dragged through Orobas' palm and subsequently absorbed. Oh, how they enjoyed the process of obtaining new forms. it was never going to get old. Not a moment too soon, Orobas' own skin began to twist and shift, as colors shifted, bones appeared to grow, and their rather monstrous form began to shift into something much more... human. Entirely into that of the Arrancar that had just been slain. Once the process was done, Orobas cracked their neck, rather content with their new form, and began to stretch. Now that they had the perfect disguise, they'd be able to hunt down that woman; Colina Colejita.

{Current Appearance}
The Third form that Orobas has chosen to consume up to this point is that of an Arrancar. Taking on the persona of Maximiliano Rascon, this form is that of someone who has aged rather gracefully over the years. He stands at 6'2", and weighs in at about 165 lbs. His build is somewhat muscular, but it's by no means nothing spectacular; it's that of what you'd expect from a standard arrancar given the amount of time and dedication toward growing in power across multiple decades.
Speaking of multiple decades, Maxi's body is one that takes on a rather attractive appearance, despite the obvious hints toward aging quite a bit. His skin is quite near flawless, holding no blemishes or scars, sans for a tattoo on his lower back marking the identity of a Privaron Espada, with this number being 108. Being an Arrancar, Maxi also has two more defining features, being a mask fragment and that of a hollow hole. The man's mask fragment actually takes an appearance similar to that of hair, matching his since-whitened hair color almost perfectly, and curves down from his hairline almost straight down like a rather thick strand of hair.
In terms of hollow holes, Maxi's appears on his left hand, going directly through the palm. How this appeared there is unknown to Orobas, as fully expected, but that is neither here nor there. Naturally, Maxi dresses in the traditional Arrancar garb, consisting of pure white robes properly covering everything on the man's body up and showing very little skin. The clothes themselves are quite baggy in nature, as expected from that of an Arrancar though. There's very little that stands out in this regard.
The man's eyes are a turquoise in color, with the area around his eyes blackened rather significantly; whether this is some form of makeup or something else entirely Maxi likes to keep a secret where he can. His eyebrows are also somewhat on the thicker side, matching the man's normal hair color. He also has a rather well-kept beard of sorts, resting cleanly atop his rather sharp jawline, with a matching moustache also across his upper lip.
When it comes to weapon, with Maxi being an Arrancar, his weapon of choice naturally emulates that of a Zanpakuto. However, due to not being able to create weapons while in these bodies, Orobas has taken the decision to forgo a weapon of any kind, instead fighting through hand-to-hand combat where appropriate. Naturally Orobas lacks any natural skill in combat this way, but that doesn't stop them nor Maxi as a disguise from somehow making it work where possible.
Maxi naturally has the mark of Privaron Espada on his lower back, noting that of a position of rather interesting amounts of strength. While nothing to scoff at, a Privaron's power is by no means anything outrageous. As such, this disguise is much more humble than Orobas would normally let on, and Maxi's personality tends to emulate this fact quite well. While in Hueco Mundo, Maxi is definitely one of the easier souls to get along with, going out of his way in order to make acquaintances.
