Hell is an unforgiving place to live, constantly smacking you down if your too weak to stand on your own, showing you your place in the world. There are those who accept this, others however fight back with all they got, trying to become stronger through their struggles in this hostile landscape. If a Guardian isn't hunting you down to feast on your flesh then it's a demon with more power than you, playing and torturing you like a brand new toy. Those that manage to push through these challenges and hardships manage to grow powerful enough to stand by themselves.
Walking through a more remote portion of Hell that is mostly rocky earth, rocky hills, and caves, Jeff keeps his attention actively going, searching for any movement that could indicate another being, possibly a being who wishes harm. Yes, Jeff enjoys feeling pain and dealing it but he does not wish to find it for no reason, this is why he must keep his lookout for trouble. Sneaking past the mouth of a cave something catches his eye as he notices something peering out at him, a red glowing eye that seemingly looked into his mind.
"Ya Think I'm some sort of show? Ya want me to go in there and give ya a beating?" Somewhat grouchily spitting those words out as the eye begins to move forward toward Jeff. What he see's next gets him to move backward about fifteen feet as a Hason steps out from the shadows of the cave, about seven feet tall with large boney spikes poking from it's back, mostly greyish in color with sharper than normal human teeth, the most discerning thing about this Hason was it's eye, one large eye that takes up most of it's face.
"Ah, some more prey stumbling too close near my lair, how pleasant for me, not for you." In a raspy voice this Hason speaks to Jeff, trying to spark some form of fear, after not noticing a reaction it continues, "Like all who arrive here I shall offer you a chance" a smile crossing it's face saying this, "If you can overcome my technique you may leave, otherwise I will devour whatever remains, sounds fun does it not?" the smile intensifying as it finishes. Jeff looks at it, thinks it over but already knows his response.
Grinning he answers this Hason, "Alright, I like that, if I can survive you let me go, I just hope you can put up a fight!" Waiting for the Hason to make a move he gets a response first, "Well I might as well let you know my name before I gut you and eat the remains, the name is Curtis, now prepare to be sent back to the spawning pool." Taking a deep breath he blows air out in front of him, a black mist is part of this breath and it begins to form into something, after a few moments that something reveals itself to be Jeff.
This copy is as the word suggest, this mirror Jeff is physically a perfect copy, letting out a cackle Curtis begins to let Jeff know what he has created, "What you see in front of you is a perfect copy of you, the only thing that is different is it's mind is my mind." Finishing that sentence the Copy begins to talk, "And this allows me to fight as myself without worry of damage, it also allows me to know what techniques you hold, by the way, your pool of abilities is pretty pathetic, I thought you might prove to be a challenge but your actually pretty weak, I could have easily dispatched you with my original body." The Copy quiets down as Curtis begins again, "But what would be the fun in that? Well, I guess I should get this over with, I am pretty peckish right now after all."
Finishing his explanation the copy begins to circle Jeff and so Jeff will size up, himself? Readying for an attack he begins wrapping his right hand and forearm with the sinners chain attached to it. The copy stops and tilts his head to the side, "Interesting, using the chains as a buckler of sorts", he will then begin doing the same, ensuring Jeff wouldn't get the upper hand immediately. Completing that the copy makes it's move charging at Jeff with it's fifty speed, raising it's now chain covered right hand aiming to smash Jeff in the face.
Jeff reacted as best he could, pivoting to the left in order to avoid a direct punch to the nose, using the momentum of the copy to jab with his right hand at the copies stomach. This strike left the copy groan for a moment as Jeff raised his right hand up to hammer downwards at the now slightly bent over copies skull. It's instincts kicked in feeling something was about to hit him from above so the copy dropped and rolled backwards avoiding the attack completely while getting back up ready to move in yet again.
Going for another jab to the face this time Jeff deflected the attack downward and stopped it by smacking with his right chained forearm into the are after the elbow joint. Following this deflect up with a left uppercut to try catching them off guard only to barely nick the chin as their instinct managed to warn them of something following that block. Lurching their head back to avoid most of the hit the copy then does something Jeff wasn't expecting, the copy brings it's head forward as fast as it could and attempts to headbutt Jeff in the face.
Sadly Jeff wasn't expecting this next attack and so didn't move in time to avoid it, taking the full force of the copies forehead in the center of his face breaking his nose sideways some in the process. Stumbling back a little it was Jeff's turn to surprise the now smiling copy, Jeff begins to laugh, going so far as to even clutch his stomach and lean forward some. "Perfect, that's what I'm talking about, a good smash to the face is always a great way to start, land more hit's like that and I might actually enjoy this fight even more!"
Confused by Jeff's odd enjoyment the copy steps back for a second to regain it's composure before looking Jeff dead in the eye's and say, "Well, if you liked that than your gonna love this!" Finishing off the sentence by charging at him, starting at a point where Jeff wouldn't be able to outright dodge the incoming tackle he gets taken off his feet by his own sixty-three strength. Landing on his bum Jeff attempts to get up but was unable as the copy held him down and began to push him onto his back.
When the copy managed to get Jeff in this position it began to beat down on Jeff's face, head, and chest almost like a wild animal lashing out. After a couple of blows from both the chained hand and the non chained hand Jeff finally got his hands in the position he needed to throw the copy off of him. Rolling away after freeing himself Jeff gets up, face battered and bruised but this does not keep him from smiling. "There we go, always did like a beating every now and again to keep my blood pumping!"
While talking to the copy he focuses on making a blade, within three seconds of focus his Pressurized Gravitation forms a blade about one and a half foot long and it is a version of a simple short sword, "Now it's time to turn it up a notch!" His grin becoming exponentially wider as his thoughts travel to how much pain he can bring to this double. The grin only grew wider as the copy smiled at him and began forming it's own blade, "Again I'm almost a perfect copy of you, your abilities are mine in this form."
Jeff decides to take the first initiative bringing his left and to the side and while lunging forward attempts to slash the middle section of the copy from left to right. The double blocks this slash perfectly though with the chain covered right hand and forearm will spinning to right to build up momentum for it's own slash aimed to behead Jeff. Ducking as soon as he realized the doubles plan he felt the blade cut a few strands of his hair before launching forward in an attempt to run the copy through the middle.
This plan back fired as the copy sensed danger and instead decided to use his right hand currently protected by chains to deflect and push the sword that was moving straight forward and redirect it to the right. Taking this opportunity to then put it's blade through Jeff's abdomen only avoiding anything major because Jeff managed to turn his body just enough to avoid it. Gasping and breathing heavy the copy begins to whisper to Jeff, "You should have known someone as weak as you couldn't compare to my power, have no worries as you will be sent back to the spawning pool to restart your pointless struggle to survive."
Cackling at Jeff after finishing, lifting his eye's to look straight into the doubles, Jeff pushes out words so the copy can hear, "Your right I am weak and my struggle seems pointless to most I just have to say one thing....." his voice changing from sounding like someone dying to someone overjoyed with their current situation, "You may copy my body, you may even copy my abilities and powers, but you don't copy my mind!" Laughing as he grabs the left wrist of the double that currently holds the sword he pulls it forward, forcing the blade the rest of the way through his body until the hilt touches his skin. Still laughing he remains looking into the eye's of the copy and all the double would see is the eye's of a freak, someone who has lived through a terrible life.
Fear beginning to creep on the copies face, Jeff brings his own blade straight up going under the chain up through the brain and skull, laughing all the while Jeff will turn his attention to the copies source, "Guess it's your turn now!" Both the copy and it's blade disappear becoming the black smoke that formed them allowing Jeff to turn towards Curtis. Slowly heading towards the weakened Curtis who is now stumbling over his own feet trying to get away from the maniac before him. Moving back into the cave attempting to use the shadows to hide from Jeff, although as Jeff moves into the cave he becomes accustomed to the slight darkness rather quickly as it's isn't all that much darker compared to outside.
Enjoying himself Jeff walks slowly forward, even starting to sing a song he heard once that stuck with him, one that he enjoyed singing to those who thought they were untouchable and above the law, feeling as it is fitting at the time. Following Curtis as he moves farther and farther into the cave hoping the shadows keep him hidden, unaware they aren't dark enough to hide him fully. When Jeff finishes the song he stands in front of Curtis who is know so terrified after building up his fear off the Saika in front of him in his mind.
"Ah, there you are, that was fun, but it's time to end this little game, thank you for entertaining me for awhile." Finishing his words Jeff quickly reaches forward and grabs the back of Curtis's head before sliding his sword into his eye and through his head. "I would like to stay and chat but it doesn't look like your are gonna be much of a conversationalist, so see ya later." Laughing as he leaves the cave Jeff begins to head east, always searching for a way out of the pit he currently resides in.
Hell is a place where the weak constantly die in and endless cycle, returning to the spawning pool where they started from, but every now and again one who was weak rises and overcomes their challenge, learning and adapting to overcome their weakness. Somewhere in Hell a spawning pool spits out a Hason, a Hason with boney spikes protruding from it's back, a Hason who stands seven feet tall with mostly greyish skin, a Hason with one aye that takes up most of it's face, a Hason with a fear of those he used to perceive as weak, those who he always targeted. This Hason has now found out the truth about himself, he is weak and unlike the weak one who killed him, he was not overcoming his weakness.
