For your Main Fullbring Level 1 abilities, a change I'd like to see.
First, I don't think Energy should be able to create more Reiatsu than you spend to create it. For example, you spend 100 reiatsu to slash the ground, an easy target. You then have an energy counter which is worth 200 reiatsu for any technique, including non release techniques, effectively doubling your reiatsu amount. I'm thinking it should be worth at most 100 reiatsu for your non-release techniques, equivalent to what you spend to create it, but feel like it should lose some of the reiatsu as a result of being converted from reiatsu to radiation and then back to reiatsu, so more like 75 reiatsu for your techniques and non-release techniques.
Other than that, just a couple clarifications on the rest of the set of powers.
Just clarifying, Face Melter looks like it requires an extra Energy counter just to activate? That's fair, given it has to have other things hit to activate as well.
How long does Walking Nuke last? Does it last only the 5 posts required to kill a spiritually aware target? Or does it last a little bit longer? Just wanted to know how long before he goes practically comatose.
