Circumstances: While out on a patrol, Camila comes across a rather interesting Arrancar she'd met before in the past. Driven by duty, the shinigami looks to fight, in an attempt to take her down this time.

Today had been a long day, to say the least. Camila had been out since dawn in the World of the Living, on a day-long patrol. She'd realized she'd been behind on a monthly quota she'd been given by her captain for hollow purification, and she desperately needed to catch up on this number. She had what, maybe six or seven? Her target number was one hundred. It was by no means a lot, but it was something she shouldn't have put off for so long, now suffering the consequences of needing to catch up.

Since the beginning of the day, she'd been focused on cleansing any hollow she had come across. She'd been out for about twelve or so hours, and was fairly tired. Going from six to ninety-seven hollows was one hell of a feat, even if the hollows were quite weak in comparison. She'd been close, and only had about three more to go from here. She'd need to tough it out, as it didn't make sense to just stop where she was and pick it up another day. She might as well push to finish off this goal.

Taking a breather, Camila sat down on a public bench in Karakura. She hadn't bothered even thinking about using a gigai, as it would've just slowed her down for the brief period she decided to use one today. As such, nobody would be able to normally interact with her, and she preferred it that way. She just wanted a moment to herself, to do what she could to rest for the first time. It had to be around 5 PM, so the sky was already taking on a very faint crimson color as the sun was beginning to set over the course of the next hour or two. A perfect time for rest.

She sighed, and threw her arms along the top of the bench. Looking around and effectively people-watching, Camila smiled. Thing had been going rather smoothly for now, so perhaps she'd have the opportunity to close her eyes for just a second? Surely resting couldn't have hurt, right? Well, this is exactly what she decided to do, and rested. She'd need it, even if she wasn't going to be in the World of the Living for too much longer. Resting never hurt anyone, right?

Having fallen asleep, Camila awoke to the empty streets and blackened sky of Karakura during the night. Just how long had she been asleep for? It certainly wasn't a few minutes like she had planned, it might've been a few hours. She stood up, and looked around. The streets were effectively dead. Perhaps it was more than just a couple hours, and was somewhere in the middle of the night? She decided to go for a stroll of sorts, to see if she could figure that out.

She sighed once more. It was as though the streets were effectively dead, with little noise coming from a few animals here and there, but otherwise silent. Surely there was some hollow here she could tackle, right? There was no way that she was just alone, surely there had to be some action, right? It'd take a bit, but she'd find something. She still had about three or so more hollows she needed to take down and purify, and she wasn't going to leave until that was done. At least she felt rested now, though.

[Ailene Haschiro]

The moonlight of Karakura seemed to reflect ever so brilliantly on the small puddles as Ailene scoured the streets. Every now then, the Espada couldn't help, but just want to enjoy a nice and calming walk. It seemed that despite her history of being attacked in the past, the Espada did not choose to mask her energy. Nor was she flaring it as she simply had a stroll along the abandoned streets. Karakura was typically like this at night.

A book in hand, Ailene's studies had taken her to medieval Europe. It was truly an interesting topic for her as the two souls that comprised her were originally from that time. It was truly a different time as well. Specifically the hygiene of every day life. In truth, it was not surprising that a good percentage of the population of Europe fell to the plague. Ailene was a grim reminder of that fact. How negligence and lack of care could lead to ruination.

In her travels along the road, she would be interested to see a Hollow crowed around a Plus. The abandoned soul seemed to be just a child and the Hollow was viewing it with greed. It most likely considered the amount of ways to consume the poor soul. Ailene had a shred of humanity in her. Enough to feel pity for the plus, but she knew better than to interfere with a Hollow's meal. In a way, she was the natural progression that this Hollow would one day experience. Ailene hoped that day would come sooner rather than later.

It was with a heavy heart that she saw the child being picked up by the Hollow and seemingly being devoured by it. To most, this would be a gut wrenching display of cruelty. Almost anyone would find the need the jump in. To use some kind of excuse to eliminate this Hollow and save the forsaken soul that would meet an end worse than death. Ailene, however, did not move an inch. In fact, she was a little curious about this Hollow. She could feel that it had potential. Maybe it could make a rather find Arrancar one day. 

The Espada began to slowly approach the Hollow. It let out a lowly growl as Ailene looked up at it. The black form of the Hollow would return the gaze as it eyed Ailene carefully. It seemed to be smarter than most. Any other Hollow may have attacked her on sight, but this one in particular seemed to recognize the garments that Ailene was wearing. It was that of an Espada and Ailene couldn't help, but smile a little at the Hollow's seeming caution.

The Noveno began to speak softly. "Curious. Most would see a beast yet I see you as being able to stand as a wolf among sheep one day. You have what most other Hollow lack. Caution. You recognize me clothing and are naturally assessing me as a bigger fish than you. I will not interfere with your feasts, but I do ask that you tone it down a little. After all, I'm here to enjoy my evening. The last thing I need is someone to ruin it. Am I clear?"

It seemed that despite the Hollow's mind being consumed by a need to devour more, it could understand and interpret what Ailene was saying. In response it nodded, even slightly bowing to the Espada. This would elicit a chuckle from Ailene. Perhaps the Hollows that she was once a part of weren't that bad. They had skills that could potentially be honed to serve Lord Kouhai himself. The prospect intrigued Ailene.

It was only recently that Ailene found herself rising to the ranks of the Septima Espada. She had not seen another of her fellow Espada in many moons and part of Ailene wanted to revitalize the group. Truly make their name feared once more. Fear could maybe one day open up talks to cease the violence between Arrancar and other races. After all, why would anyone listen to them if they were not strong enough to pose a threat. Ailene sighed and happily watched the Hollow continue on. Any spectators who were not privy to the interaction between them may have just seen this as a blatant act of barbarism as Ailene watched the Hollow devour a soul and seemingly had it bow to her.

It didn't take long for Camila to pick up on the noise from the Plus being devoured; her hearing wasn't anything outrageously exceptional, and she still was far from able to sense energy, but what she had was still better than the average human. It wouldn't take long for her to find the poor victim, and hopefully rout the Hollow in question. If there was one there, then she'd only need two more before she could head back, and focus on writing up a report for her Captain. For once, she was actually looking forward to paperwork.

While not quite moving at top speed, Cami approached the hollow from behind. While approaching, she had taken note that it had been distracted for a second; while that was the case, she quickly looked around while continuing her advance. The Plus was nowhere to be found, and she was, in-fact, too late. She drew her blade, and gripped it tightly in anger over the fact that she hadn't been fast enough; if only she hadn't overslept, she could've helped that poor soul suffer a fate it didn't deserve.

Either way, she'd have time to ponder on her mistakes after the hollow had been purified. That came first, not some internal argument. She quickly drove her heels into the ground, and halted herself as best she could. Pointing her blade toward the beast, she began to mutter to herself; "Make them Bleed, Buveur de Sang." With those words, her reiatsu flared around her rather immensely, as the shape of her blade changed into that of a longsword, the blade serrated and ready to rend down her foe.

The very second she had finished the release process, she decided not to waste so much as a second of time, as the flare in her reiatsu was very likely to alert not only alert the hollow in front of her, but very likely to alert the Arrancar she had no way to detect. Nonetheless, she needed to strike down that hollow as fast as she possibly could. As such, she took to the air, and aimed to land in front of the beast. As she began her descent downward, she threw her upper body backward, slowly gaining speed on her way down, and forcing herself into a downward spin, like a descending buzzsaw.

The very moment she landed, she absolutely cleaved straight through the center of the Hollow's mask, and landed on her feet. "Rest easy," she said melancholically, as she slowly rose to her feet and slowed her breathing to a state of rest. Purifying hollows was far from an easy task for her, as she acknowledged that they were actually people; whole she wasn't fond of them, she could've very easily ended up going down that path if she hadn't been purified. She felt better about the fact she was required to purify hollows due to the fact that she was sending them back into the soul cycle, but even then it still wasn't an easy task.

She looked around, and kept her ears open. That was one more down, and only two more to go. She wasn't really on a time limit, but she absolutely wanted to get all of this done. She wasn't fond of just being... alone in the Human World. Losing Albin because of that damned Espada was one of the worst experiences of the afterlife she'd ever thought she'd experience, even if she hated him, and even if she was constantly tormented by him. She needed him, as much as it pained her to say it, and she really felt that she needed to get him back in any way she could if possible.

Ailene after this encounter with the Hollow felt pleased with herself. It had always been her goal to be an asset to the Espada, to Lord Kouhai. After all, what alternative was there for her. As an Arrancar and even more so as an Espada, she was hunted at any given moment by self-righteous creatures that felt that they were doing the world a favor. The realization made Ailene bitter, but she persevered. She would not give in to the darkness that the Espada represented, but she would also not hinder Hollows who were for all intents and purposes, children finding their identity. 

Unfortunately for Ailene, she would suddenly feel a flare of spiritual pressure. She sighed as she realized what this meant. She couldn't go anywhere it seemed without encountering some form of other individual. She couldn't pick out who it was nor what race they were. Yet something about the feeling felt familiar. Something in Ailene told her to look the other way. The signature came from where the hulking form of the Hollow once was. She desperately screamed at herself to not get involved. 

Against her own better judgement, Ailene sighed as she made her way to where she felt Camila. She would not unsheathe her Zanpakutou as there may have been the chance that the two could talk this out. But first, Ailene needed to see who or what it was. As she turned the corner, she noticed what appeared to be someone cleaving down the Hollow she had just talked to. As the Hollow's body stood there motionless, Ailene would notice its skin flaking as it's body disappeared. Such was the purification process.

It was then that she would notice the garbs of the individual questions and hear her say albeit with some difficulty, "Rest easy." Ailene could definitely tell at this point that she would have to potentially deal with a Shinigami. Once again, her mind began to scream at her. "Just leave Ailene. There's no business for you here. Shinigami always purify Hollows. It is their job." Something inside the Espada though told her that she needed to confront this Shinigami. Perhaps not aggressively immediately, but she would need to confront her potentially. After all, who was to say that this Shinigami wouldn't strike her first if she ambushed her.

Ailene began to move forward, clearing the corner and standing in the middle of the road. She chuckled to herself as she looked at the Shinigami closely. She had seen this girl somewhere before. She may have not entirely remembered her name as that day was a blur, but it was a Shinigami that she once worked together with to kill a Quincy camp in cold blood. Ailene still had nightmares every now and then about that incident. She saw the faces of all types of Quincy as she devoured, maimed or killed them.

Trying to shake it out of her head, Ailene placed her hand onto her hip and smirked. Her voice would echo towards Camila, sounding like the gentle tone in which she always spoke. "Well now. I'm curious to see you around here. It has been a while hasn't it?" Ailene smiled at Camila and part of her wanted this to happen without any bloodshed. Something in Ailene's head seemingly gave her the feeling that this would not the case. Only time would tell as the Espada stood on full display for Camila to see. She was not going to hide around the corner.

"Well now. I'm curious to see you around here. It has been a while hasn't it?"

She knew that voice. She knew exactly who that was just from hearing that familiar soothing tone of voice. She lowered her sword, and turned somewhat slowly to face the Arrancar. Upon realizing that she was right, she smiled. "Well, if it isn't Miss Noveno!" Cami said, trotting over to Ailene, "How've you been? It's been one hell of a while since we last met, yeah? Certainly didn't expect to see you here, that's for certain. It's been way too long, it's good to see you again!"

Cami's smile quickly devolved into something less of that, upon remembering what actually happened during their last meeting. She stopped; she could barely bring herself to continue to speak to the girl after what had happened last time. She held her hand to her mouth. "Gods, I... I am so, so sorry for our last interaction. I wasn't entirely in control of myself, gods I'm sorry that any of that happened to begin with." She felt an immense amount guilt over everything that had happened in the past, and felt incredibly awful for all of it.

She took a moment to steel herself to the best of her ability, and took a deep breath. "Whew, sorry 'bout that!" She chuckled, trying to brush off the melancholic tone of her previous words, "So, what brings you to the Human World? You can see what I'm looking to do here, mostly just finishing up clearing the area as per the fuckin' Soul Society." with that she scoffed, still not fond of the organization as a whole due to management and the internals within the group.

She thought back to her last meeting with the Espada once again. "So, Miss Noveno, how's that organization of yours? From what I've heard the Espada are suuuuper fight-heavy, yeah? You don't seem like the type to be combative, so I'm curious; why do you align yourself with a group that seems to go against your lifestyle? If you're one of the strongest Arrancar out there, why do you tie yourself down to some overly-aggressive group of meatheads that seem to have nothing in common with you?"

Ailene was surprised to hear that Camila had regarded her warmly. After all, last they met despite their joint cooperation, it was clear that there could be some misinterpretation with their actions. After all, Ailene had attempted to get rid of her for interfering with her fight. She was taking care of the elder on her own, prepared to kill and devour him, but it seemed that she had the nerve to get involved. Her bestial side could not allow it. 

Ailene heard the Shinigami speak and chuckled a little bit. "How've you been? It's been one hell of a while since we last met, yeah? Certainly didn't expect to see you here, that's for certain. It's been way too long, it's good to see you again!" As Camila drew nearer to Ailene, she appeared to stop in her tracks as if she was contemplating something. Of course Ailene had no way of knowing this. She did have enough understanding of the mental state to pick up on little traits such as that. 

It seemed that the Shinigami wanted to pour her heart out as she began to speak rapidly. "Gods, I... I am so, so sorry for our last interaction. I wasn't entirely in control of myself, gods I'm sorry that any of that happened to begin with." Once again, Ailene regarded her normally. To her, it was all water under the bridge. Ailene was curious to hear her note that she was not in control of herself. Then again, did she mean this on a literal level or a figurative idea. 

Finally, Cami asked a question while explaining her own motivations. "So, what brings you to the Human World? You can see what I'm looking to do here, mostly just finishing up clearing the area as per the fuckin' Soul Society." Ailene could draw alot from this. In a way, it sounded like she felt resentment for the Soul Society. Ailene would pass this off as just a coincidence for now, but would keep it in her mind for future reference.

Ailene would promptly respond herself. "Well. Really just a walk around Karakura. In truth, I just like the environment. Hueco Mundo does not suit my tastes. Endless expansive desert is compelling, but ultimately somewhat boring. The trees, ambience and overall feeling here gives off a much more positive feeling." There was no deception in her words. It was truly the way she felt about Hueco Mundo. Besides, she would have to contend with Hollows there and while they were easy pickings, Ailene did not feel like killing more than needed.

It seemed that despite her prompt answer, Camila offered a question that truly intrigued Ailene. "So, Miss Noveno, how's that organization of yours? From what I've heard the Espada are suuuuper fight-heavy, yeah? You don't seem like the type to be combative, so I'm curious; why do you align yourself with a group that seems to go against your lifestyle? If you're one of the strongest Arrancar out there, why do you tie yourself down to some overly-aggressive group of meatheads that seem to have nothing in common with you?"

The question caught Ailene off guard as she eyed Camila steadily. Hearing the improper use of her title along with the inflection upon referring to Hueco Mundo, Ailene was amused, but was wondering what she was on about. With a chillingly calm voice, Ailene would respond although in a stoic manner. "First of all, I am no longer the Noveno Espada. You are addressing the Septima Espada. Addiitionally, I didn't know you were privy to the inner politics of the Espada." 

Ailene would then continue as she addressed the second part of the question. "I have my own reasons for remaining in the group. While I do not share the pension for violence and destruction as my comrades, I do stand to benefit from remaining in it. After all, it is your kind that slaughters off Hollow and Arrancar without a second thought. Being one of the Espada is a privilege. One that marks us as the elite of Hueco Mundo." There was a hint of defensiveness in her voice as she peered at the Shinigami.

Hearing the Arrancar speak about her promotion, she lit up. "Hey, congratulations on that, Ailene! Rank-ups are always nice to hear!" she exclaimed, a rather gleeful smile rising on her cheeks, "and, uh, I know a bit about y'all; the Espada, I mean. The Academy was particularly helpful in that regard, and the stereotypes I was educated about were only further drilled in when I had met - and promptly had my shit kicked in - by that Octava of yours a while back. He was... eccentrically violent, to say the least. A little off-putting." With that, she chuckled.

She remembered back to that fight; the attack against her that ensued. It was... a miracle, to say the least that she had been able to stand her ground for that long. No; standing her ground was far from the right word choice in that situation. Now that she actually thought about it, he had to have been toying with her. She was so far out of his league, it wasn't even funny. It had been like comparing a water balloon to a hydrogen bomb. She'd been lucky to have been spared, to say the least. If she ever met him again, she'd get the revenge she so desperately desired. 

"I have my own reasons for remaining in the group. While I do not share the pension for violence and destruction as my comrades, I do stand to benefit from remaining in it. After all, it is your kind that slaughters off Hollow and Arrancar without a second thought. Being one of the Espada is a privilege. One that marks us as the elite of Hueco Mundo." These words struck her as somewhat aggressive. She glared back at Ailene, seemingly offended by her words. She thought carefully for a quick second, as to whether or not talking back over this would be a good idea. Eventually, and rather quickly, she made up her mind.

"Uh, I don't 'slaughter your kind without a second thought'. I wouldn't dream of doing so. Even then, who're you to tell me not to do what was assigned of me? At least when Shinigami 'slaughter' hollows, they're given a comparatively better chance at life in Soul Society. What about you? What about those hollows that mindlessly devour the souls of the innocent, and force them to claw to the top of some soul-amalgamation just for another chance to exist? Do you think anyone reasonably wants to go through that!?"

Needless to say, Camila was getting heated over this. While she didn't particularly like the way that things were structured with the Gotei, she would've easily defended the purification of hollows as an act of good among them. She didn't want a soul to go through the torment she'd only heard about from her parents, and something she feared to ever have to deal with. She knew what hollows were capable of; after all, she knew she had some sort of connection with them, what with everything she had been told about what Albin was by those who could read his reiatsu signature.

While she hadn't readied her blade, she began to tense. Her Zanpakuto rested plainly on her hip where it had been crudely stored for the time being, but it could be drawn at a moment's notice if need be. She was effectively in 'confrontation' mode. While she normally would've apologized after some sort of outburst, this was one that she absolutely was not going to. She firmly believed what she did, and would defend those values through action, if she needed to; even against someone she considered a friend.

It seemed that Ailene was beginning to stir the pot. The Espada had just stated that people like Camila, Shinigami, seemed to slay Hollows while cherishing it. Although in a way, there was an element of truth to it, it seemed that Camilla did not like the tone that it was delivered in. Ailene had lived for centuries and she had become good and measuring the amount of tension in the air. Additionally, she was good at analyzing stances. Camila had seemed to be readying herself for potential combat. 

Ailene was curious to hear her mention the Octava Espada. In truth, Ailene could not remember off the top of her head who that was. Kazuna and Adolf had a bit of rivalry, but this was information that Ailene was not privy to anymore. She did note, however, that she felt a sour feeling in her stomach at the mention of Adolf. She couldn't explain it, but she just felt a feeling of pride wash over her. Was this her memories resurfacing or was it just a feeling of deja vu. After all, Ailene had been finding herself becoming somewhat more prideful recently. 

Back to the matter at hand, Ailene would silently listen to the Shinigami as she explained her view. "Uh, I don't 'slaughter your kind without a second thought'. I wouldn't dream of doing so. Even then, who're you to tell me not to do what was assigned of me? At least when Shinigami 'slaughter' hollows, they're given a comparatively better chance at life in Soul Society. What about you? What about those hollows that mindlessly devour the souls of the innocent, and force them to claw to the top of some soul-amalgamation just for another chance to exist? Do you think anyone reasonably wants to go through that!?"

Part of Ailene felt insulted. While she did not remember her time as a Hollow to the very last detail, these fleeting feelings that she would have every now and then about her past would show a great and terrible monster descend upon the village of her birth. Devouring all in its wake. Ailene had worked hard to become strong. To fight for her own survival. Who was Camila to question the natural order of nature. The weak served as fodder for the strong to become something more. 

It seemed that the heat of the conversation would consume Ailene as she growled very softly. Her expression was angry as she actually decided to go about this a different way. A similar experience had consumed her with another one like Camila. He also knew just how to get under her skin. Perhaps now was a good time to just let loose. To truly show the natural order of things and establish Ailene as the superior hunter of the two.

For the first time in forever, Ailene would seem to draw her Zanpakutou before her opponent. In fact, Ailene seemed ready to fight. She was igniting the fire and this was a good opportunity to see if she truly was worthy of the spot of Septima. Despite being promoted to that point, Ailene had sometimes questioned where she truly deserved to be moved up. After all, her fight with Lagos seemed to show that Ailene had things to work on. 

Ailene would speak softly yet in a stoic manner. "I believe that I am not just speaking for myself when I say that this conversation has come to its natural close. It may be time to accept that you and I will not see eye to eye. However...Arrancar and Hollows do maintain something across their evolution. The incessant need to grow more powerful. In fact, it is needed among the Espada lest you become devoured by the vultures that seek your position."

The Espada would continue, gritting her teeth for a moment. "We work hard to survive in the cruel lands of Hueco Mundo. It is a jungle there and I am not about to have my work slandered by someone such as yourself." The Espada would raise her blade and sigh. "So come at me Shinigami. Prove to me that you deserve a place among the strong or if you are just another stepping stone in our endless hunger to grow stronger."

Taking in the Espada's words, Camila let out a long, drawn out sigh. Combat was inevitable. That much was made exceedingly certain. That being said, she needed to take the upper hand, and as fast as she could. She knew what that girl was capable of, and she'd likely be unable to keep up should she get the opportunity to join her in a released state. As such, she needed to stop the Espada in her tracks where she could. She took the time to localize some of her reiatsu around the blade of her sword, though it might've been slightly harder to detect as her reiatsu was already flared around her to begin with due to her Shikai.

"Prove to you that I deserve a place among the strong? Make sure you know exactly what you're asking, Noveno." She purposely used the wrong rank as a way to devalue, and hopefully taunt her into making a rash decision. A smirk rose to Camila's face. Her goal here was to overwhelm the girl with a fairly calculated blitz to the best of her ability, and she knew exactly how to do it. By focusing on four specific points around her, four blood-red lances of raw reiatsu formed, and launched with an incredible speed of 800 toward the Arrancar.

This was merely the start of her attacks, though. When the lances were close to Ailene, she'd take the opportunity to shunpo at a whopping 2000 speed, in order to get a foot rest on one of the lances to propel herself upwards with yet another shunpo, also at 2000 speed. She'd turn her blade toward the Arrancar, and once again prep another four spikes; this time, each spike would be pointed in a slightly different direction, each one positioned to cover a diagonal escape from the Espada. 

Her goal here was to hopefully have some method to start her own regeneration process; she was very likely to need it with the ensuing fight. She knew how the girl fought from being alongside her for a short while, and knew that things were going to grow lethal should she be given the opportunity to release. She couldn't let that happen. As such, she needed to cut off her escape to the best of her ability, and prep for what was to come however she possibly could. This wasn't a fight that was going to be easy for her by any means.

{Sanguine Lance}Technique Name: Sanguine Lance

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):

Camila focuses her reiatsu into the shape of a spike, with its length being two feet. The spike forms to the left of her, slowly taking on a thick, blood-like appearance, while not actually being made of blood. The lance then fires that same post at a speed of 800 towards a target, in a straight line. Upon impact with a solid force, the lance will implant itself, remaining within the object or person for a cost of either 100 reiatsu per post, or 1 blood counter per post. Upon contact with a person, the lance slowly siphons reiatsu from them, and replenishing Camila’s reiatsu pool in turn. The amount of reiatsu siphoned per lance is equal to 100 reiatsu per post. After two posts have passed, the lance then disintegrates, leaving behind a blood-like liquid on the ground where the lance dissolved. In addition to the normal Reiatsu cost, Camila may spend up to three Blood Counters for an additional cost. For every Blood Counter spent when using this technique, another lance forms near the original for no reiatsu cost, up to a maximum of 4 lances total. The lance made of Reiatsu has an attack power equal to her OS. Additionally, Camila can decide to siphon blood counters from a target impaled with these lances. These lances can forego any reiatsu drain, and instead siphon blood counters at a rate of 1 per post from the lance created with reiatsu, and 2 per post from lances created from blood counters.

Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc):

Costs 150 reiatsu to use. Upon firing, the Sanguine Lance manifests in a physical form. This means it can be interacted with, and in turn, pulled out of the target, stopping the siphon (Though, in turn, if a deep enough wound is left, it can in turn be drawn upon for a Blood Counter.). The lance can only be fired in a straight line, and does not curve at all. The Reiatsu draining effect does not stack upon more than one lance being implanted in the target.

As Ailene narrowed her vision upon Camila, it seemed that the Shinigami was actively trying to upset her. "Prove to you that I deserve a place among the strong? Make sure you know exactly what you're asking, Noveno." The insult, however, fell on deaf ears as Ailene was able to keep her cool. The Espada had built up a tolerance for insults and was able to maintain a calm and collected attitude in the heat of battle or the beginning of what was going to be a difficult fight. It seemed that despite her own initial provacation, Camila was still going to make the first move. 

Ailene really hated that. While not having her resurreccion active, the Espada was significantly weaker. This would be a massive tactical advantage for the Shinigami as Ailene needed to release her Zanpakutou first before she could really fight her opponent head on. Despite this, Ailene could still fight to some degree. As she watched the Shinigami summon what appeared to be lances of blood, Ailene's expression immediately shifted to that of worry. This was certainly not something that she could just bash her head against. As the lances and Camila herself who bolted at her with impressed speed approached, Ailene calmly breathed as her instinct kicked in. As she did so, the Arrancar would suddenly dissapear.

Camila may have recognized this as a Sonido, but there was one unique permutation. The Sonido while fast, created a sound that was easily distinguishable and able to be tracked. This Sonido, however filled the air with an uncomfortable silence. There was no sound upon initiating the Sonido nor a sound once Ailene finished. A fighter relied on numerous senses to react in combat and Ailene was removing this from the equation, making it extremely difficult to track her. 

The silence, however would soon be filled with familiar buzz of a Cero. The Espada had used the Sin Sonido to traverse the ground to appear behind her on the ground at a much slower speed than Camila, but masking the sound gave her the advantage of suprise. Ailene would speak to herself softly as the Cero was about to be unleashed. "Cero.." With that, the sudden burst of reiatsu flowed out from Ailene's finger. It began to consume the very air around it, burning everything in its path. Having most likely have had difficulties tracking Ailene, Camila would not have very long until impact as the Cero would threaten to wash over her body, burning it away if she was caught in its destructive wake. 

This, however was the distraction that Ailene potentially needed. With a quick motion, her sword would come before the Arrancar as she spoke. "Spread and Contaminate, Ausbruch" The Espada was not going to waste any time. Not only had Camila insulted her position within the Espada, but she had also gone to insult her personally. This was something that she was not going to stand for and Ailene would spend each excruciating moment to punish this Shinigami. The dark orb suddenly appeared around Ailene as her blade faded away, wilting like a flower. 

After her body elongated within the sphere, Camila would again see the wyvern that she had once fought alongside with. Ailene would look at Camila with her reptilian-like eyes as she let out that typical horrifying wail that this form of hers was known for. As she did this, Camila would suddenly feel Ailene's reiatsu spike. It was rising to new hights and Camila would likely feel a moment of a fear wash over her as Ailene's spiritual ability almost seemed off of the charts. The wyvern would only speak once and Camila would most likely hear it if she paid attention. "Come...die...grow stronger..."

{Sin Sonido}Technique Name: Sin Sonido

Technique Description and Effects:
Sin Sonido is the next stage of Sonido evolution, which was developed by Marcelius after countless examination of spirtual particles resisting the flow of spiritual beings through Hueco Mundo's dense atmosphere. Using the principles of Reiatsu-infused movements, introduced by Sonido, this technique uses a larger supply of Reiatsu to enhance every aspect of it's predecessor. Not only does the Reiatsu used allow for faster travel, but it also reduces all drag and impedance of spiritual particle resistance. Where Sonido filled the muscles with energy needed to heighten the user's speed, Sin Sonido additionally coats the user in Reiatsu. With this internal and external building of Reiatsu, the user will figuratively meld with the world around them as they burst with sudden speed. The density of the surrounding particles is of no consequence, as this technique was designed for Hueco Mundo's tremendously dense environment. The same density that forced Arrancar to improve Sonido's design over the Shinigami Shunpo has further enhanced this technique to a higher quality. In atmospheres with less density in spiritual particles, the task is all the simpler to accomplish and control.

The result is a reduced spiritual resistances means less of a footprint. It is possible for masters of Sin Sonido to travel so suddenly and so flawlessly, that they simply materialize at their intended destination. Even wild animals cannot interpret such a flawless transition. After all, this is a Predator's tool. Sin Sonido has also prove more difficult to react against, this is a forced psychological effect due to the techniques bizarre, traceless nature. Truly, this is a most fearsome technique... but is only recommended for practitioners of considerable skill. Once a soul can learn to use it with maturity, a Sonido without sound can prove a most deadly addition to an arsenal.

Sin Sonido increases the user's speed by x10. Observers with Senses beneath 400 cannot hear the beginning or completion of this technique. Observers with Senses of 400 or greater can detect the signature Sonido noise. Observers with Instincts beneath 200 cannot track the movement or arrival of this technique, though they may still prepare counters. Observers with Instincts of 200 and above are unaffected.

How to use technique: Using Sin Sonido is exactly the same as using Sonido.

Technique Drawbacks

The user of this technique must have Sonido mastered. Sin Sonido moves slower than typical Sonido, to avoid unnecessary noise Sin Sonido also costs more Reiatsu than typical Sonido to accommodate the atmospheric blending.

{Primera Etapa Overall}The form that Primera Etapa grants Ailene is one of elegance, quick movement and death. To begin with, Ailene's new imposing form gives them sharp appendages to fight with. With in this form, Ailene doesn't have a traditional Zanpakutou, instead using their entire body as a release weapon of sorts. Deadly claws, a crushing maw with rows of razor sharp teeth, a long slender tail, and just the size of the form itself gives Ailene an entire body to use as a weapon. Each one of these appendages strikes with Ailene's OS.

Due to trapping most of their power within their release, Ailene gradually unlocks use of their body as a weapon. Once fully attaining the maximum power they are capable of in the form of regaining all their stats via Soul Specialist, Ailene's true form is revealed. Gaining a new set of horns that act as piercing weapons which are based off of Ailene's OS and the ability to use their wings allows Ailene to be become an absolute dominant force on the battlefield with the use of wings allowing for short term flight.

The true ability behind Ailene's form is its ability to manifest the plague in all living things. Yersinia pestis known more commonly as The Black Death or the plague was a vicious disease that claimed the lives of many Europeans. Ailene hailing from the time of the Black Death uses this to their advantage to cause a chain of infection that gets worse as the victim goes on. The worst effects of this disease may be delayed, but eventual consumption is inevitable for even the most resistant of souls.

Ailene has three vectors of infection. The first is Ailene's claws. Striking others with their claws initiates the incubation process as the infection will begin to develop within their body. The second vector of infection is a fine mist that Ailene exudes. This mist surrounds Ailene almost all times in release at a distance of 10 ft surrounding them and in fact is an airbone form of the disease. To facilitate infection, an opponent must remain within the mist for 2 posts. This means that those within 10 ft of Ailene for 2 posts become infected. The third and final vector is Pandemic Virula.

Once infected, the bacteria undergoes a virulent mutation as it reaches new heights. When becoming newly infected, Yersinia, as it will be called is in its most infant stage and in fact is at a stage where it is most vulnerable. The victim can at this point remove the disease from their system by spending a modicum of reiatsu. By spending 100 reiatsu, dedicated to purging Yersinia, the victim will not only not suffer its further effects, but gains a 2 post immunity to becoming infected again. In the case that the victim chooses to let it be, the incubation process will begin.

This incubation process requires 1 post after infection to finish. Once incubated, Yersinia becomes integrated into their body and now cannot be removed. From this point on, infection can only be delayed. The victim begins at 0 stacks of Bacterium. Every post, this value increases by 10. This is not the only way to increase the value, however. When the victim uses a technique, 10% of the reiatsu used to create the technique actually gets converted into a value rounded up. If the victim spends 100 reiatsu, they still fire the technique at a cost of 100 reiatsu, but they gain 10 stacks of Bacterium. If the victim spends 25 reiatsu, they gain 3 stacks of Bacterium.

Yersinia, once having infected a target, can be increased as Ailene strikes the target with his claws. Every time Ailene strikes the target with their claws, the victim in question gains 5 stacks of Bacterium. Additionally, the natural mist that Ailene creates applies another 10 stacks every post that the target is standing within it. Much like natural accumulation, points of Poison Resist will reduce this accumulation of stacks via mist. Each point reduces it by 2. With a Poison Resist of 2, the accumulation via mist is 6 per post when the target is within 10 ft. If the target has a Poison Resist of 4, the accumulation is 2 per post.

Yersinia has yet another way of accumulating more stacks of Bacterium. As metabolism is fortified by faster movement, moving at certain speeds will make it so the victim feeds the bacterium. Starting at 300, every post that the victim moves at that speed, the stacks of Bacterium increase by 20. This value increased by 20 for every 100+ speed they move at. If the victim is moving at 400 speed for 1 post, they accumulate 40 stacks from moving at that speed. If they move at 400 speed for 2 posts, they gain 80 stacks over those two posts. This does take into account the speed of step techniques. Step techniques incur both a reiatsu conversion and speed conversion for stacks. Step techniques are unique in this regard. Step techniques can only accumulate a speed conversion equal to the top base speed of the target. I.E if they Shunpo and their speed of 400, but they are moving at 4000, the converstion will only take into account base speed and 10% of reiatsu. This would make it 50 stacks.

Once Yersinia reaches certain thresholds of Bacterium, it not only has a more profound effect on the physiological processes of the body, but it also mutates. This form of the plague likens to an extremely virulent form of Yersinia pestis. As the stacks increase, the victim suffers a worse effect from the bacterium itself. This will also be detailed in a table titled Yersinia Bacterium. This all goes to show that once a bacterium is left to its own devices, it will consume feed on the resources given to it by the victims body.

It is important to note that despite all this, the victim does have a few devices in place to delay the infection process. First and foremost, points of Poison Resist will actually slow the rate at which Yersinia naturally accumulates stacks. Every point of Poison Resist will reduce the accumulation by 2. With a Poison Resist of 2, the natural accumulation per post is reduced from 10 to 6. A 4 will reduce the accumulation per post from 10 to 2. Furthermore, it will also increase the time it takes for the victim to begin experiencing side effects. Starting at Poison Resist 3, the victim will only begin suffering from its effects at Stage 3 of infection. A Poison Resist of 4 will leave the victim suffering from its effects at Stage 4 of infection. A minimum of 800 in Healing Expertise will decrease the natural accumulation of infect to 2 per post no matter the Poison Resist.

Aside from this, the victim can make the conscientious effort to refuse moving at high speeds. They can also limit the amount of reaitsu techniques that they fire. These two efforts will prevent them from accumulating stacks too quickly. There is one more option that the victim of this vile disease has. While it is true that spending reiatsu worsens the disease, this only applies to techniques. The victim can choose to spend reiatsu at a 5:1 ratio to lessen the stacks of disease. This reiatsu is specifically dedicated to lessening the severity of Yersinia. If the victim spends 100 reiatsu dedicated to this effort, they reduce their amount of stacks by 20.

The last ways to combat this disease is by simply being stronger than Ailene. A 2x OS superiority will also make the victim immune. If the victim gains a stat boost while infected that gives them a 2x OS superiority, they will be immune to the effects of Yersinia as well as accumulation of stacks for as long as they have this superiority. It should also be noted that if Ailene should ever drop out of Resurreccion either by their own volition or fatigue, Yersinia will die as it leaves their body, leaving the victim without this Plague.

Camila gritted her teeth the moment she saw the Espada flee. Even with the areas she had covered, she still didn't strike quick enough in order to make a successful attack against the woman. Her plan had failed. She didn't have the time to ponder this though, as she made sure to land carefully on the ground. She glanced around as quickly as she could to try to locate the Espada, but the very moment she heard the rumbling of a Cero, she knew she was too late. How had she moved so quickly, and in a way that was so unnoticeable?

Unfortunately for her, there was no real chance Camila had to dodge the blast. She'd have to take it head-on. Fortunately for her, though, she possessed the ability to regenerate, and the burns done while Ailene was still weak was effectively nothing more than child's play. With that, she'd activate her ability to force her body into a regenerative state, while taking the front of the blast. By the time the wave washed over her, and her ability had finished working her magic, she'd still retained some of the burns she had taken, but she wasn't looking awful; she'd powered through the weakened attack with ease.

That being said, she knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that she'd need to be careful; there was no way that a cero fired from the girl would be that weak again; she couldn't afford to just tank a blast like that again. As such, the moment the blast had ended, she took a large step back and landed atop a nearby building to gain height as she felt a huge surge of reiatsu come from Ailene; she had released. A wave of worry rushed over Camila as she knew that this fight was no longer in her control. She'd need to calculate her every move from here on out; nothing could be left up to assumption, else she'd likely lose her life.

She'd known about that hellish toxin the girl had exuded, having almost been a victim of it upon their first meet. She'd need to play keep-away; something she was absolutely capable of doing if she needed to. It might not be the easiest, but the potential to do so was there. She'd need to stay away for as long as she could in order to keep her safe from that damned poison, as well as to give her enough time to react should the Espada go for an attack. She was ready for this.

"Tough talk for some mutant fuckin' dog!" Camila shouted, remembering how calling the Espada a mutt got under her skin during their last encounter, and took the advantage to do so. Perhaps she could enrage the Espada, so that she overexerted herself? It was a very, very risky idea, but one that could've worked nonetheless. Camila smiled, forming a lance within her hand, and launching another one, aimed straight for the back of the Espada. Due to the massive disparity in power, there was a very high likelihood that even if it did break her skin, it would've only felt like a pinprick of sorts, and that's all she really desired from the attack.

With that attack, she threw her released weapon into its holster, and prepared for combat with her lance in hand. It'd be a more effective weapon her sword to say the least, considering there was reiatsu to be gained from strikes with it. She'd need to be as careful as she could here, as so much as one wrong move would lead to her demise. As much as she detested the idea, she might've needed to to find an ulterior way of harvesting blood; the main way of her needing to do so sent a shiver down her back.

{Vampiric Healing}Technique Name: Vampiric Healing

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect):

By taking three seconds to activate this technique, Camila can spend 200 Reiatsu in order to sacrifice all of her current Blood Counters. By an amount of Blood Counters selected by Camila based on the chart below, an effect is activated based on the amount Sacrificed:

1-5 Blood Counters: Camila feels refreshed, giving her a small stamina boost. This is enough of a stamina boost to bypass the stamina drain for this technique. This also closes miniscule wounds, and fixes any small bruising. Wounds that are larger than an inch in length are not fixed.

6-10 Blood Counters: Camila is granted the benefits from sacrificing 1-5 Blood Counters. On top of that, larger wounds are healed, and all bruising is fixed. Wounds that are larger than 5 inches in length are not healed.

11-15 Blood Counters: Camila is granted the benefits of sacrificing 1-10 Blood Counters. On top of that, she's able to repair a fair amount of potentially lethal wounds. All cuts and bruises are healed, and Camila can restore small parts of her limbs (She can restore a lost hand or foot, but not the entire arm or leg).

16-19 Blood Counters: Camila is granted the benefits of sacrificing 1-15 Blood Counters. On top of that, she can restore damage to entire limbs, though only one limb can be healed per use at a time. She also gains 2 points in Poison Resist, but loses them after 1 post. These points are treated as though she had them since the beginning of the encounter, in terms of resisting poison-based effects.

20 Blood Counters: Camila is granted the benefits of sacrificing 1-19 Blood Counters. On top of that, she can restore organ damage. This is limited to organs that will not almost immediately kill her if damaged. If her heart or brain were to take severe hits, these cannot be restored. Though, intestines, lungs, etc. can be restored no problem.

Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc):

This technique is used to heal wounds. It is not meant to restore stamina. It only helps to prevent limbs from being useless through breaks, or to prevent blood loss. Camila will still tire normally. This technique requires at least 1 Blood Counter to activate, and cannot be activated with any less than 1 Blood Counter. Camila must remain stationary during the three seconds this technique requires to activate. If she is hit out of this channeling effect, all Reiatsu and Blood counters spent for activation will not be refunded.

[Ailene Haschiro]

Having now released, Ailene was acutely aware of the dread she instilled in most combatants. After all, her wyvern-like form was intimidating along with the actual strength of her reiatsu. To most it felt like being crushed under the very weight of the ocean itself. As the Wyvern's eyes focused on the light, she noticed that not only was Camila still standing. Her appearance was that of someone who had only sustained minor burns. This made Ailene curious. Did Camila have something similar to her own High Speed Regeneration. 

That question seemed to be neither here nor there. Camila seemed to continue to try and taunt Ailene, but to little avail. "Tough talk for some mutant fuckin' dog!" Despite the bestial appearance, there was a stillness in Ailene's mind. It always was when she was in release. Her single-minded and predatorial nature gave her clarity. It gave her focus. Insults like that could do little to upset or rile her up. In some ways, it was impressive that she could keep such a calm mind in even while acting like a Hollow.

As Ailene breathed out, a sudden fog would expel from her fur. The fog appeared to be thick and almost seemed to have a viscous appearance. Most presumed that it was a smokescreen or at worst a toxin of sorts. Ailene's ability was far more fearsome than that however. The Espada had the ability to command the plague itself. It was much more robust than just a toxin and Ailene was hoping to make that abundantly clear to her opponent. 

As Ailene watched Camila throw her lance at her, the wyvern growled somewhat, but had a look of triumph on her face. She had the chance to go all out. To truly test her ability against someone who deserved to be subject to the most horrendous treatment. As the lance careened towards her, she would not move. In fact, she would rise to expose her chest. The lance would suddenly make contact against her Hierro. She knew that this was perhaps not wise, but while it did remain against her Hierro, it had not actually wounded her physical being. 

As she came back down to all fours, she would unleash a fearsome and intimidating roar. Almost instantly after doing so, the Espada would go on the move. She began to run at Camila at a speed of 120. It was a rather slow speed, but she would purposefully zig zag, taking note of that fact that her opponent's lances were linear projectiles. With a smirk, Ailene would just before coming into contact with the Shinigami suddenly vanish. It was once again a Sonido of the silent variety as Ailene masked her spiritual footprint with her own reiatsu. 

The attack that she would launch upon Camila would rather simple. Appearing behind Camila just a little in the air, she would aim to dig her talons into her as she moved at a speed of 1200. No matter what, she would rush past Camila, attempting to get the scratch she needed as she would dive past the Shinigami and perform what was essentially a hit and run stategy. Yet Camila had no way of knowing that it was yet another vector of transmission. Most presumed that it was the thick fog of bacteria that made her dangerous. 

The talons that Ailene was attempting to dig into Camila began to glow ominously shortly before she launched that attack. If Ailene's talons came into contact with Camila which would almost certainly create a nasty gash around her flesh, then Camila would feel a cartain feeling of sickliness overcoming her. At that point, it would have already been too late and it would only be a matter of time before Ailene could finish her prey off if she made contact.

As Ailene dived past the Shinigami after her attempted attack from the silent Sonido, she would spin as she hit the ground and dig her talons into the concrete. They would pierce the concrete rather easily as Ailene slid to a stop. No matter what, she would give her opponent a small smirk. It was rather visible and a little uncharacteristic for a beast. It seemed that Ailene had a modicum of influence and her own feelings were flowing into the mind of the beast.

{Toxic Shock}Technique Name: Toxic Shock

Technique Description and Effects: Toxic Shock Syndrome is traditionally an immune response that the body executes when it detects toxins to the body. Ailene twists this concept and uses it to violently proliferate the victims disease state. This technique causes Ailene's talons to become infused with reiatsu as they glow a similar color to the color of Ailene's fur. This lasts for 2 posts and if Ailene were to strike a target with the talons, it would leave a nasty laceration on the targets' body. This initiates the first response of the Toxic Shock Syndrome. Due to this, the victim becomes immune to the effects of Yersinia for a post. Once this immunity has faded, however, the current stacks that the victim of Toxic Shock has accumulated instantly double. If the victim is not infected with Yersinia and is hit by Toxic Shock, the inherent weakening of the immune response will make it so the target immediately gets infected without need of an incubation period. Toxic Shock requires Ailene to expend 100 reiatsu.

Technique Drawbacks: Toxic Shock while a powerful way of increasing the amount of stacks that the target is suffering from does come with several drawbacks. The toxin that Ailene laces the wound with can be delayed with Poison Resist. Beginning at Poison Resist 2, each point in Poison Resist delays the proliferation by a post. If the victim has a Poison Resist of 2, it was 2 posts for it to double. A 3 requires 3 posts for it to double. Additionally, the poison is immediately neutralized by having a 2x OS Superiority to Ailene.

As she saw the Arrancar release a cloud of what looked to be some sort of deadly gas from where she was standing, Camila took up a defensive stance, her lance in one hand. Just what was this Arrancar planning to do? It was absolutely hard to say; there were so many ways she could've gone about attacking her; Camila needed to be prepared for just about anything that could've happened. Though, one thing she wasn't prepared for was watching the Arrancar expose her belly.

Camila smirked as her lance leeched into the beast, and immediately felt her herself begin to rejuvenate. The very moment the lance made contact with Ailene, she'd likely begin to feel her reiatsu be siphoned out, and given to the Shinigami before her. This was exactly what Camila was looking to do; though, she didn't expect it to be so damned easy! Everything was already going exactly how she'd wanted it; one false move from the Arrancar, and she'd fall right into Cami's trap.

Thankfully, that false move is exactly what Cami saw about to play out. As the Arrancar began to approach her at a rather slow speed, Cami decided not to retaliate; there simply wasn't any need. Her lance in hand was simply there for a last-second defense if she needed it. Her main goal here was to dodge; wear her opponent out. She felt confident in her ability to outlast Ailene, all it would take was just a bit of time, and a lot of effort in order to do so.

As the Arrancar approached, Camila took the opportunity to jump into the air. To most, this could've easily been taken as getting a better view for an attack, but that was far from the intention from the Shinigami. Instead, she took the opportunity to create a lance beneath her feet as a sort of "stepping stool", and then launched herself forward through the use of a Shunpo, moving at an astounding 2000 speed, toward the location where Ailene had taken the first hit; the two had effectively traded places now.

Due to being faster than her own lance being launched toward her, Camila readied the one in hand, and deflected it as it came toward her, causing it to spin outward, and land into the ground, quickly dissipating. She had no need for it after it was fired; there was already one in her hand, and there was no way she could launch it back toward Ailene at the effectiveness she needed to. She took the opportunity to hold out her hand toward the Espada, and speak an incantation in her head;

Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end.

Almost instantaneously, five massive black pillars would drop from the sky above Ailene, aiming to drive her into the ground and immobilize her. Camila wasn't confident in her ability to land the attack, but if nothing else it'd open up the possibility for a potential counterattack. She didn't take the time to prepare for an outcome as she created and fired a single lance toward Ailene. Her hope was that the lance would latch onto the Espada while she was distracted with needing to deal with the Bakudo launched at her, but only time would tell if that would be successful. Either way, Camila resumed a defensive stance, and was ready to get out of the spot she was in once again if needed.

Technique Description and Effects:

Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars which are chained together. These fall from the sky and slam at great speeds into a target, pinning them to the ground as well as causing physical damage to the body.

How to use technique:

State the name of the technique while the casting hand is aimed at the target.

Incantation and Effect:

The incantation causes the speed of the pillars to double, while also causing immobility in targets trapped by this technique. ("Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end.")

As Ailene had attempted to make her attack at the Shinigami, it seemed that Camila was ready for it. The Shinigami would use one of her own lances as a stepping stool as Ailene made her way to her original position. With the Shunpo, the Shinigami was now at Ailene's original position. The beast growled softly as her claws made contact with the ground, scratching at it. She was beginning to become slightly restless. In anticipation, she began to move side to side, prowling in place almost.

Camila had used her sanguine lance to reflect her original attack. It was then Ailene felt it. Something was draining at her reiatsu. Looking down, she noticed that the lance was still pinned against her Hierro. While it had not pierced her skin, it seemingly found a way to drain at her own energy. With her claws, Ailene simply wrapped her claw around the lances and with ease, snapped it in two as it seemingly began to dissolve into a pool of blood.

It was at this point that Ailene finally noticed her opponents motions. Her hand was stretched out towards her, immediately putting Ailene on the defensive. Ailene knew of Bakudo and Kido yet she had rarely if ever encountered it. She needed to be prepared. Her bestial instincts sharpened, she kept an eye on her surroundings. As Camila finished the incantation, a set of magnificent pillars rocketed towards Ailene. 

The Espada, noting the howling of the pillars through the air, quickly utilized a Sonido. The sudden static of the Sonido would naturally this time be heard by Camila as Ailene quickly darted out of the way of the pillars at a speed of 1560. This time, Camila could note that Ailene's imposing form was perched atop a building. Her eyes were now peering at the Shinigami, closely studying her. Such was Ailene's strength. To actively adapt and be able to analyze the flow of battle.

The Arrancar would then suddenly straighten out a little almost as if she were a lion sitting on a perch, gazing upon those animals that were beneath her in the food chain. Ailene woud then speak audibly enough to be heard, but Camila really would need to focus. "Impressive...worthy prey. Matched." Ailene would actually begin to give Camila a degree of praise. After all, she was still able to act despite the fact that she was going toe to toe with not only an Espada, but Ailene's imposing form. That needed to be praised before their fight continued. 

From this position, Ailene would do something that may have seemed off for Camila. Ailene used her own claws to strike at her chest. There would be a small gash forming along it as Ailene's talons now dripped with her own blood. Opening her maw, she would allow the blood to drip into her mouth. Camila may have interpreted this as her taste for blood becoming so strong that she needed a taste, even it was her own. Ailene's actual plan if Camila would catch on was much more sinister.

Almost as if opening her mouth to speak, Ailene would unleash a devastating technique upon Camila. Within what appeared to be almost an instant, Camila's location would be bombarded with a blackened bala. Unlike any of her regular blasts, however, this Bala was moving at an unprecedented speed. Its howling could not even be heard for more than a second at best. If Camila was struck by it, she would feel an awful pain as burning hot reiatsu would splash across her body, even threatening to tear her limb off if she was not resilient enough.

This was not the end of it, however as Ailene would with the distraction of the Bala Obscuras, take this time to use another Sin Sonido. Just like those before, it left no trace of her previous form, giving Camila no reliable way to track the Espada. Ailene, however, moving at a speed of 1200, would already be upon Camila's location, aiming to strike her with her claws, looking to infect her with the vile bacteria that she exuded. It was also at this point that Ailene felt part of her strength return. She felt far more agile and she felt her resevoir of reiatsu become available to her.

{Sin Sonido}Technique Name: Sin Sonido

Technique Description and Effects:
Sin Sonido is the next stage of Sonido evolution, which was developed by Marcelius after countless examination of spirtual particles resisting the flow of spiritual beings through Hueco Mundo's dense atmosphere. Using the principles of Reiatsu-infused movements, introduced by Sonido, this technique uses a larger supply of Reiatsu to enhance every aspect of it's predecessor. Not only does the Reiatsu used allow for faster travel, but it also reduces all drag and impedance of spiritual particle resistance. Where Sonido filled the muscles with energy needed to heighten the user's speed, Sin Sonido additionally coats the user in Reiatsu. With this internal and external building of Reiatsu, the user will figuratively meld with the world around them as they burst with sudden speed. The density of the surrounding particles is of no consequence, as this technique was designed for Hueco Mundo's tremendously dense environment. The same density that forced Arrancar to improve Sonido's design over the Shinigami Shunpo has further enhanced this technique to a higher quality. In atmospheres with less density in spiritual particles, the task is all the simpler to accomplish and control.

The result is a reduced spiritual resistances means less of a footprint. It is possible for masters of Sin Sonido to travel so suddenly and so flawlessly, that they simply materialize at their intended destination. Even wild animals cannot interpret such a flawless transition. After all, this is a Predator's tool. Sin Sonido has also prove more difficult to react against, this is a forced psychological effect due to the techniques bizarre, traceless nature. Truly, this is a most fearsome technique... but is only recommended for practitioners of considerable skill. Once a soul can learn to use it with maturity, a Sonido without sound can prove a most deadly addition to an arsenal.

Sin Sonido increases the user's speed by x10. Observers with Senses beneath 400 cannot hear the beginning or completion of this technique. Observers with Senses of 400 or greater can detect the signature Sonido noise. Observers with Instincts beneath 200 cannot track the movement or arrival of this technique, though they may still prepare counters. Observers with Instincts of 200 and above are unaffected.

How to use technique: Using Sin Sonido is exactly the same as using Sonido.

Technique Drawbacks

The user of this technique must have Sonido mastered. Sin Sonido moves slower than typical Sonido, to avoid unnecessary noise Sin Sonido also costs more Reiatsu than typical Sonido to accommodate the atmospheric blending.

{Bala Obscuras}Technique Name: [Bala Oscuras] (Black Bullet)

Technique Description and Effects: [The Espada-only version of the bala. The Bala Oscuras (Dark Bullet) version turns the bala into a jet black and fires it with tremendous velocity and power. This can only be used while in Release Stages. It packs the nearly punch of half a Gran Rey Cero. Unlike regular Bala, which merely puts holes in adversaries, and occasionally blows limbs off, this one will blast holes easily twice the size of the actual blast, and splash burns across the enemy as well. On top of that, it is capable of completely disintegrating limbs, rather than just blowing them off, meaning that reattachment is impossible.]

How to use technique: [Same as regular Bala]

Drawback: [Unlike Cero Oscuras, this technique requires there be the user's blood on their hand, rather similar to the conditions for Gran Rey Cero. This will also slowly burn the hand with each use. Consecutive uses will add second and third degree burns to the hand that uses it. After too many uses, around 6 or 7, that hand will not be able to use any more reiatsu based techniques, unless it is healed. High speed regeneration cannot heal the damage caused by this technique.]
