Kitai normally wasn't one to ever admit that he'd messed up, but given the circumstances, he would certainly say that he did here. He had assumed that the woman wouldn't be able to defend herself once he got close to her, that destroying her movement technique would assure him an easy victory. This was a mistake. After destroying the cloud that she had been riding, he had been ready to follow up his first punch with a second one to leave her near death. This never happened, as she glared at him with the most powerful gaze he had ever seen. She had hit him with some sort of eye technique. He quickly realized she was more powerful than he gave her credit for.

The air around him slammed into him from all sides, much like it had before, trying to crush the life at him once again.
However, unlike the last time, Kitai had hit his stride. The box of air did little more than fix him in place for a moment, as his body withstood the blow with ease. His fists quickly broke him free of the prison with the help of his Combat Cutback, but it was too late. The Fullbringer followed up her air prison with some sort of fire breath. Kitai could only widen his eyes as she breathed flames like a dragon. The inferno slammed into his already damaged body. For a brief moment, all Kitai could feel was an unbearable sensation of being burnt alive, before his body died a half second later. The Lunatic was killed for the second time this night. But he was ready for this death this time.

As his Gigai began to burn to ash, it ejected him, shooting him into the air directly under Nami. While she was distracted, he grabbed her ankles, and activated all four of his Bladed Chains up to attack the woman. With 600 speed, they would quickly ensnare the woman, cutting into her arms and legs with 2,400 rs. One of the chains would slash her eyes, blinding her and preventing her from using that ability to kill him for a third time. He really didn't want to be forced to kill a human, but he didn't want to be sent back to Hell, not if he could prevent it. But he was starting to feel the fatigue in his soul. So many techniques in such a short period of time tended to do that to a person, even someone with such plentiful reserves like him.

Technique Description and Effects: [Well, if you can't get rid of the nigh indestructible chains, why not put them to good use? This ability have two parts to it.

1: The chains of Hell torment the denizens endlessly, so why not share the misery? Learning this ability influences the blades, giving them the ability to cut through anything as easily as a normal spiritual blade can, regardless of the chains not changing in appearance, still as rounded as ever. The offensive stat for the chains is based off either the highest Spiritual stat, or the user's Strength stat, whichever is higher. Chains are unable to cut their owner. This is a passive ability, and is unable to be turned off.

2: Through some heavy handed use of reiatsu, the user can extend and manipulate the chains to do as they please. For strength users, the chains will extend upto thirty feet, and will move at either a speed equal to their speed stat, or at a speed of 600. For spiritual users, the size scales off of their highest spiritual stat. For every 50 they have in their higher stat, the chains can extend another foot, and can move at either 600, or the user's speed. Cost is 100 reiatsu every post.]

She could feel the strength of this creature pushing off the force of the air as it squeezed his form at her command. Nami had made a major error in her own opinion by utilizing the same sort of method to restrain this creature, twice. Thankfully this thing had made a much larger error first by attacking her nimbus physically. It’s attacks had passed right through harmlessly wasting it’s time and giving Nami the same amount that she needed to unleash her only fire technique which almost immediately burned through the body that she saw before her. The prospect of victory was a short one that Nami didn’t let overtake her though, as she could feel the reiatsu of this creature always present even as its body was reduced to ash.

Just what she was fighting though she couldn't really understand as she had never faced off against an adversary that could survive having their entire body destroyed. Was this thing immortal? Perhaps that was its true ability. It could survive being touched by her Fullbring, it’s body torn and crushed and even now incinerated. She had heard about certain historical individuals that required specific methods to actually kill, she never had believed she’d fight against one herself though not that any were actually still alive. She only had time to think on her next action for a moment before she felt the slicing pain of her body registering in her mind. Her sight diminished while her reaction time simply couldn’t keep up with the current speed of this creature. Her nimbus has been aiding her in this endeavor yet now it was too late. Nami was brought down by the chains of a creature from the darkest pit in existence. Laying on the road of Karakura, her limbs separated from her torso as she lay dying on the pavement she realized she didn’t know what was going to become of her now. Would she be brought down to become something like this thing? Would she end up in the sands of Huceo Mundo to become what her reiatsu also made her believe she was. She didn’t know and through the fear of not knowing Nami closed her royal gaze and accepted her defeat and her death.

He finally managed to do it; he caught the annoying woman. She had been as nimble and as irritating as a gnat, and after three different bodies, he managed to snare her with one of his abilities. His chains left her a blind and limbless lump of flesh, unable to defend herself any further. The two dropped to the road below. As Kitai landed on his feet, he felt his legs buckle under the strain, falling forward on his hands and knees. He was so incredibly tired from this battle, from dying not once, not twice, but three separate times. He needed a vacation or something.

He looked up to see where his opponent fell. She had landed on her back, and was bleeding out rather quickly. Blood was pouring out of her limb stumps like water from a faucet. She also likely cracked her head on the way down. As she was right now, she would be dead in minutes. Luckily for her, Kitai had other plans for the human. As he got to his feet, a loud crack could be heard from his knees. Clearly he broke something when he landed. "You sure have been a pain in my ass, girl." Ignoring the pain, he walked over to her, berating her as he made his way over towards Nami.

His chains had managed to snake their way back up his sleeves by the time he made it to her side. He crouched down beside her, another crack could be heard. "But luckily for you, I don't kill humans." He told her, before he grabbed her by the neck, and dragged her over towards a red pool in the middle of the sidewalk. If Nami could see, she'd have noticed that it had appeared over the spot where Kitai had destroyed his first body. If she was still coferiant enough, she'd be able to hear the sounds of boiling ooze behind her.

The Saika unceremoniously chucked her into the liquid, with him jumping in afterwards. The pain that she'd feel would be indescribable, as she'd feel her body break down, before reforming. Her limbs would be given back to her, growing fresh arms and legs. Her sight would be returned, as her royal eyes were remade and healed. She would be in constant pain so long as she was in the pool, which, upon receiving her vision back, she'd see was made of blood. In truth, her body was healed of any and all injuries she sustained, not just from this fight, but from throughout her entire life. She'd feel as though she had been returned to the prime of her life.

Kitai would be undergoing a similar process. He hadn't taken nearly as much damage as Izanami, but his legs were being restored. Being in the blood pool also helped him remain hidden from Hell, so there was no downside to hopping in for a little bit. Well, aside from the pain. "Oh man I hate this thing." He said, voice sounding strained, as he flinched from the boiling blood soaking into his cloak. "But the pain is worth it for the healing." He told her, as he sat across from her, on the other side of the hot tub sided pit of blood.

To say that Nami was in pain wouldn’t even begin to articulate the degree of horror that her mind was receiving from the wounds that had been inflicted on her. Nami though couldn’t do anything about it and much like the rest of her simply accepted it. This hadn’t been how she had expected the battle to end nor how she had wanted her life to end either, it wasn’t her choice though. She had fought and was beaten and now laying on the ground blood pouring from all four open wounds she knew she was going to die leaving Karakura at the mercy of a creature from Hell. In the end despite fighting off dozens and saving hundreds she was a failure. Only one thought kept Nami calm as she met death, she would never see her father again.

As she lay upon the road Nami accepted her demise only hoping that she wouldn’t be pulled down to the pit because of her actions in life, or from being ultimately killed by one of the pit's creatures. Only mere moments away from her soul leaving the mortal plane of existence did Nami feel pain worse than any she had previously experienced. Instantly the girl began to scream in agony. The girl that had simply accepted her crippled, mutilated body with calm sorrow was now shrieking like an animal being tormented by a twisted human. It seemed to continue on forever this pain that she couldn’t even compare. She had been burned, frozen, cut, skinned, stabbed, shot among other injuries and yet Nami knew if she had the choice she would rather relive all of her previous injuries at once than continue feeling this pain for even another moment.

Her base instincts moving her newly formed limbs dragged her up and out of the pit her body drenched in the blood as she crawled onto the road panting now in pure carnal survival instincts. She didn’t even know what was going on anymore. She couldn’t ponder anything her brain was unable to process for several more seconds as she lay breathing heavily. Her silver eyes opened, clashing in coloration against the heavy sanguine that concealed the rest of her. She could see her limbs and didn’t feel any pain at all now. Glancing around believing for a moment perhaps the worst had happened and Hell had claimed her, only to see the creature that had bested her. “What did you just do? If you don’t kill humans then why are you here!”

The lunatic scoffed at her response. As if it wasn't obvious what he'd done. "Uh, I healed you? You're welcome, by the way." He put his hands behind his head and leaned back, giving off an air of smugness. His face was covered with his Saika mask, but he was pretty sure he came across as a smug bastard, with his head and torso tilted back. The fact he was essentially in a hot tub just added to it. "So, you know, I think I deserve an apology for how rudely you treated me earlier. A thank you would be nice too. You know, for saving your life?" He made sure he sounded like a massive prick.

He did this because the pain was really starting to get to him. Truth be told, he had the same reaction she did when he first died and came back in a lava pool. He was so desperate to escape the spawner, he ended up getting killed by an akki as soon as he got out. It took him several more deaths before he killed the damned Hell Hollow. The Blood Pool wasn't as painful as the lava pools, so he could stand to be in one for a short while, but he always needed a distraction of some sort. She was that distraction for the time being.

"And as to why I'm here? I'm looking for leads to Xcution." He told her. "A little birdy told me that Xcution is as craptastic as the base those reapers have, so I was thinking about kicking their doors in to see if they had any goodies that I could 'take off their hands." He laughed at the thought. He'd probably die, but honestly, who cared? Death was meaningless to him at this point, so he had nothing to lose. "I already raided those reaper idiots last week, and couldn't find anything. I doubt that anything on Earth could match what they have, so with any luck, I'll be able to find something important." He didn't bother lying to her. It wasn't like she could do anything to him anyway.

Despite not being all that connected to her emotion even Nami felt slightly irritated by the way that this creature spoke to her. Yes he seemed to have healed her yet the way was the major question now. Obviously this pit was how he had done it so that answered that question for Nami. The way that this thing was acting gave off the air that he wasn’t in any sort of danger. It was definitely strange as only a minute ago the both of them had been attempting to kill the other. Could he withstand that pain better than her? Did it even hurt him? He was still sitting in it. Perhaps it didn’t harm him as he was a pit creature. Although wasn’t the point of Hell to suffer?

“You won’t get an apology. It’s my job to protect everything you see. If you never intended to harm anything you didn’t do a good job of showing it. As for healing me, you’re the one that harmed me. I consider it even.” Kitai was definitely a prick, but Nami wasn’t the nicest person by a long shot. She had to wonder though if she was going to experience pain later on or if it had now gone for good. It seemed contact in the pit was the catalyst, good. Nami wanted to check if her Fullbring was fixed now, but held off not wanting to trigger a return to combat when she knew that now she wouldn’t be able to win without it.

Nami was going to ask this thing to leave as it had nothing to do with Karakura, until it answered her question and brought up a very particular group that caused Nami to cease all actions and thoughts for a moment. Based on what this thing was saying it wanted to attack the organization that had bred Nami as a weapon. Perhaps it was time that she moved forward with one of her only goals in life. To wipe that group from existence! She heard, but didn’t care even if she did work for Soul Society that this thing attacked there as well. It wasn’t her job to protect that dimension nor her purpose. “Why bother looking for information on them, I’ll take you right there. We don’t just look for goodies. We destroy them!”

Kitai looked at the girl in surprise. He guessed Xcution had a worse reputation than he realized. In an instant, his gigai returned around him, looking as human as ever. Kitai gave her a wicked grin at the prospect. "HehehehAHA! You've got spunk kid!" He told her. "Tell you what! If you show me where their base is, and we can call this little spat between us water under the bridge!" If this chick knew where Xcution was, and from the sounds of it she did, then he could launch raids on them at any time, once she showed him were. His smile was devious and full of teeth.

He got out of the blood pool, with the hole in the ground where it once was closing upon his exit. It vanished as if it were never there in the first place. "Sadly, I need time to recover. In one weeks time, meet me back here. If you're serious about Xcution, then be ready to attack by the time I return." He turned around, before leaping onto one of the nearby buildings. "Until we meet again, tata for now! Yahahahahaha!" Quicker than the eye could see, he leapt away. He would return in a week, because he really couldn't stomach any further conversation after spending so long in the blood pool.
