Location: Deep in the woods, a long ways away from Karakura, a secret laboratory filled with government workers, toiling away at things that would make most men shudder. In a small field, roughly fifty feet from the middle an even smaller building leads to an underground wonderland for all things scientific, filled with mortal men and women. The building is little more than a one story metal shack with an elevator, leaving the building with only a single entrance and exit to the underground complex.

Circumstances: As one of the Xcution leaders, Asmokon has been tasked to exterminate everyone involved with this laboratory, as well as seize the information and experiments the building houses. Kitai, having caught wind of the base and its potential to help him with his goals, has taken it upon himself to... ascertain the contents of the lab for himself, arriving only after the Quincy has completed the first part of his mission.

[Kitai Yoru]

It was a surprisingly bright night out tonight, Kitai thought to himself, looking up at the numerous stars that surrounded the full moon. It was an unusual place for the Saika to be, as he wasn't normally one for late night strolls through the woods, but this was a special occasion for the man, as he had caught whiff of a juicy piece of information from some of his more questionable sources. While the blackmarket for normal humans had nothing on the spiritual one, they were no less lacking in information that Kitai was looking for. It was a rumor, but they claimed it was a credible one, so he followed it.

The former fullbringer was looking for a great many a things on his quest to free himself from Hell's influence on his existence. The first was obviously to break the chains, but gathering interesting supplies and technologies would help him a great deal towards that goal. Probably. If nothing else, he could try and force one of the spiritual factions into killing him forever, thus solving his chain problem. Or would it? Kitai really didn't know where to start with breaking the chains, so he was just laying the groundwork wide enough to have a little of anything and everything that could be needed for it.

So here he was, walking through some really haunted woods, if the many, many ghosts wandering around in a semi-conscious state was anything to go by. He felt he was on the right track, seeing as most of them were wearing some form of either prisoner garb, or hospital gowns. Definitely the makings of secret government work if he ever did see. Oh what he wouldn't give to be able to sense reiatsu right about now. It'd certainly make finding the d@mn place a whole lot easier. Still, he'd have to make due following the trail of chains that all the ghosts had attached to them.

It took a little while longer, maybe twenty minutes, when the amount of lost souls becoming almost worryingly high. "What the h#ll kind of place leaves a body count like this?" He mutter to himself, looking at all the eviscerated and mutilated spirits stumbling aimlessly about, barely reacting to the sinner at all. Troubling, yes, but not really a concern to the man. It gave him an easy path to follow, and he could feel justified when he got to the base and 'cleaned house'. Or exterminate any and all parties involved the the mass killings he's seen here.

He finally spied a clearing in the trees, and hurried his pace from a lazy strut, to a brisk jog, if only to get away from all these stupid trees. The clearing turned out to be the entrance to a small field with a building in the center. Kitai could see a hidden path on the other side of the grove, likely what the scientists used to leave. Speaking of leaving, he left the treeline, and made a beeline for the unbenign building by design. Heh. As he was walking however, he noticed someone leaning against the metal structure, and it left an unpleasant taste in his mouth.

It was a familiar face that Kitai would rather not remember. A one-eyed man, who just so happened to have humiliated him in their last encounter. It was a while ago, and while he had forgotten the man's name, his face was a little too punchable to forget. A deep anger swelled in the Lunatic's gut that threatened to break loose. But Kitai held it down, at least for now. There was no way he could contain it for long, his wrath was too great for that. Before his anger could control him, he decided to make himself known, see why he's here, and if he remembers him too.

"Well well well, if it isn't this guy!" He calls out, a jovial tone was what he intended, but there was an unmistakable underlying sense of rage to his words. Oh how he missed the days where he could change his tone on a dime. It was one of the many skills he was unable to maintain in that pit called Hell. "Now tell me, what's an 'upstanding' individual like yourself doing out here, in the middle of nowhere? Don't tell me you work for whatever pit of psychopaths call that place a place of work I hope?" Mocking him was the best way to keep the anger at bay. Hopefully this guy would play along.

Dark Skill Level 1 Property:] [His first level creates a body for him to enter and use as he sees fit. The physical body is different than his soul body, as it restricts a number of things he can do. The new body takes his highest spiritual stat, and uses it to fuel the physical capabilities of it. While in the bodies, the wearer's highest spiritual stat will act as if it is 50% of what it normally is.

In order to create a body, Kitai must spend 25% of his current reiatsu, but must spend at least 250 in order to use the technique. The amount of reiatsu used to create a body changes the effects. The strength and durability of the bodies is based off the amount of reiatsu Kitai is missing. For every 100 reiatsu Kitai has lost or used in the thread, will increase the durability by 10, with the starting durability being 300. Each body comes with 300 strength and speed as base with every 100 reiatsu missing from his max reiatsu increasing both the strength and speed by 5. If the user has physical stats higher than 300, the physical stat or stats will be changed to that higher number.

The strength of the body is a sort of false one. While the body is strong, it is merely a tool, not truly living, so to speak. While a real body would be able to handle such high strength and speed, this one is a mere tool, and all tools have a breaking point. Those wearing the body will find themselves unable to use main benefits that high physical stats would normally grant. Shockwaves and mending bones through sheer power are forever lost to the user. In fact, the body is completely unable to use any of the perks past 400, for both strength and speed, unless the wearer has those stats already without the body.

Much like a tool, once the body uses too much power, it begins to quickly decay. The max it can use in either physical stat is 300, before the untrained body breaks its limit. After that, the body is doomed to die quickly, and painfully. The body has no issues with stamina after this point, never running out after it breaks its limits, using a sort of Hysterical Strength to force itself to keep going. Normally a body can last indefinitely, but for every post Kitai pushes it to use over 300 in either physical stat, up to 500, it drains a post, while over that pushes it by two posts. The body has ten of these posts before it dies, ejecting the user of it from the maimed corpse. Number-wise, it looks like this; 0-300 costs nothing, 301-500 costs one post out of ten, 501+ takes two posts out of ten.

The creation of the body is instant, forming around Kiati if he so chooses, and can be exited at any time the wearer pleases. The only oddities that make the body stand out from normal humans is that the first stage of a Dark Skill will still shine through, and the chains on their soul will still appear on the new body, but otherwise, the body will be have an appearance of whatever Kitai wishes it to look like.

So long as the body is worn, Hell has a much harder time finding him. For every three posts that a Saika is in the body, the count on the duration of his escape will go down by one for every three posts they make. Can start a thread with a body for an additional 500 reiatsu of the base cost, without activating his dark skill. Any damage the body takes is not fully transferred to him. Damage is reduced by seventy five percent, and attacks that would kill the body will eject the soul before it can be damaged. The body cannot heal via the normal Saika regeneration, but his soul underneath is still able to. The damage done to the soul will not transfer to the body. Once he exits a body, the stats will be reset to how it was before he entered the body. After a body is destroyed, it goes onto a three post cooldown before he can create another one.]

Assignments such as these always tended to become so . . . boring. Perhaps a few years ago when virtually all of his time was filled with assassination assignments while tracking down any and all signs of the Vandenreich. Perhaps he would have enjoyed this then . . He couldn't even lie to himself with a thought such as that. At that point in his life he hadn't been enjoying anything. It was a time when all he was, was a weapon of hate. This though now in Xcution was still his job. To bring down those that Satsujun asked to be eliminated.

Gone were the days of living a soldiers life with hundreds of subordinates beneath him ready to learn and die at his word. He still wasn't quite sure if it was a relief off his shoulders or simply additional worry that those who had been beneath him would now be so blind to the world without him. How many of the men and women that had been serving under him had already been slain by foes to mighty for them to handle? Would they still be alive if Xcution hadn't changed? Was it right for him to question this so heavily when he killed so easily the opposing side? He had to frown to himself being pulled back to reality by the whimpering begging sobs of the scientist before him.

The man had been begging him to spare him for several seconds now just like so many other countless victims had over the last few years. Just like all of them though he received no mercy for he gave none to his own victims and thus it was justice for him to become the victim of someone else. Asmoskon had grown to accept what he was and what he had been doing. Those that take things from others and harm those connected to others are simply evil. While the Vandenreich was a disease in his eyes one that must be purged from existence at all costs. He saw himself as nothing more than a dark cure that once finished would be worthless.

As time was now though he still required many of the resources that he had access to through Xcution. Dealing with Satsujun was Getting progressively more difficult since the shift in the spiritual worlds several months earlier. Now that the military section of Xcution was void he was still getting accustomed to once again working as an assassin. It wasn't difficult work in fact training the military forces had been far more difficult than what Satsujun was currently asking if him. Perhaps it was because of the deal the two had formed shortly after he had joined Xcution. He would do as Satsujun asked of him so long as two separate conditions were met and upheld.

Asmoskon couldn't be asked to attack or capture anyone allied with Soul Society. Not could he be ordered to kill any free Quincy who he himself didn't approve of being eliminated. The contract between them had held for several years now and despite the fact that Satsujun could easily kill him or force him to attack Soul Society through many difficult ways Asmoskon was sure such a thing had never occured. It was one of the main reason he stayed in Xcution simply out of respect for the leader of the group.

Now though taking out these scientist who had been testing on . . well virtually everything was just boring. All around the compound that he had broken into roughly an hour ago were the bodies of both scientist and test subjects alike. Blood painted walls, floors even several of the ceilings. When he had read over what the scientist had been attempting to do in the briefing he knew he wouldn't be able to show mercy towards them. He hasn't of course shooting arrows powerful enough to tear through entire limbs giving them enough time to bleed out in a mix of pain filled sorrowful terror as each of them finally died and no doubt passed into Hell itself.

Almost all of the test subjects when he got here were already on deaths door ready to pass at any moment if they hadn't already. For those he showed mercy perhaps the only way he knew how by ending their suffering. Several though had been warped their minds and bodies tainted by what these scientist had done to them. Each of them had received his mercy as well even if none of them had welcomed it with open arms. While this assignment was boring as there was no true challenge it wasn't pleasant.

Now though with the computer screen in front of him finally showing the completion of the download Asmoskon pulled several flash drives from the machine. The next part was never a favorite. Keeping valuable information such as this simply in his clothing like his jacket would be something a rookie would do. No in his experience it was better to be more than just cautious. Popping each one into his mouth separately Asmoskon would gulp each down swallowing them into his gullet. Specifically made by him to endure the acid of his stomach the flash drives would be unfazed. The worst thing would be getting them out later.

I've the next several minutes Asmoskon walked through the compound making sure that everything was collected while all of the scientist were dead. The amount of shit these poor victims went through was sickening even to someone who had done perhaps worse to others. Once he was sure that everything he had been asked to gather was within him Asmoskon returned to the entrance. Once there it was simply a matter of setting explosives and linking them up to the detonation switch.

Once outside of the compound and out through the small concealed entrance Asmoskon flipped the switch without hesitation. Over the next several moments the ground would shake violently as the compound beneath the grass received a ticket to Hell along with all of its hosts. The useless switch would now be dropped into the grass at which point Asmoskon would feel the dark presence of someone nearby.

WELL THEN, looks like playing along wasn't something this guy did, apparently! He watched at the base he was supposed to be raiding went up in flames before him, with nothing the Saika could do to stop it, leaving him slack jawed at the sight. That lasted a moment, before his face morphed into a hideous scowl, aimed directly at the man before him. The tremors from the Quincy's explosions had stopped, leaving the clearing in an eerie silence. The air was tense, as Kitai quietly fummed in anger at the loss of his goal. Kitai honestly wasn't sure how he would kill this man for ruining a potential chance to free himself from these chains, but he was sure it would be violent.

Kitai wsa still glaring at the man, approaching him from the front. He decided to let the man suffer for this theft, and would draw it out for as long as he could. He didn't say a word as black mist poured from his chest like a fog machine, pooling around his feet, completely obscuring his legs from view, as well as the grass around him five feet in every direction. He would sap the life from his soon to be rotting corpse, and make monsters from his agony! He snarled at the man, looking less and less human by the second, before launching himself at the man in a sprint.

His speed was only 550, not the fastest he's ever been, but certainly not the slowest. Most humans wouldn't be able to track his speed, let alone match it. Kitai was moving like a racecar, intent on running this human down. If the Quincy didn't manage to dodge Kitai, or was too arrogant to try to avoid him, the berserk Saika would throw a haymaker at the man's chest in an attempt to put a hole through his ribcage. Kitai wasn't exactly trying to dodge at the moment, a tad too enraged to care for his wellbeing. Hopefully The Quincy wouldn't dodge the fog in time, which was staying exactly five feet around Kitai's legs. For the moment.

Technique Fluff: [Those who fear the darkness are wise. Evil in its most primal form thrives in the shadows, always on the edge of the light. But while it is rare when the shadows of the underworld touch the land of the living, the results are always spoken of for generations. The Black Fog is an ability generated by those who have seen the proverbial void, and gazed into it. These people are those with hearts blacker than most, and live in perpetual chaos, misery, and hate. Those who use this technique are often those who have given up on life, and have let themselves fall into despair, or have done so at least once in their existence. This ability was made to show that, no matter how much hope there is the world, and no matter how happy the world becomes, evil will never leave the hearts of mankind, and will always linger. The darkest shadows linger behind the brightest lights.

The Black Fog is generated from the soul of the user, spilling from their chests, completely enshrouding their lower bodies in a mist of darkness at all times. From there, the fog begins to spread over the ground, seemingly consuming it, with the top of it lingering three feet above it. The Black Fog is thick to the point where no light can ever pierce it, consuming it in its entirety. The mist does more than feed off the light however. The shadows absorb all forms of energy that come into contact with it, be it heat, light, or reiatsu. Especially reiatsu.

The air above the fog is quickly drained of any lingering reiatsu, preventing anyone from creating airground platforms of any kind, as well as preventing any stepping abilities. However, those who stand in the blackened air start to suffer from the effects of this immediately. The moment anyone comes into contact with it will quickly lose their power, before fading away beneath the darkness, never to be seen again.

But this isn't what makes this ability so feared, although that is a part of it. The darkness is a sponge for souls, but it doesn't let that energy go to waste. Once it has absorbed enough souls, this ability starts to create monsters. Often titanic beings of pure hate and rage emerge from the shadows, climbing out of the nothing, existing for only destruction. The monsters can take on many forms, ranging from ogers, wolves, or even the well known dragon. These creatures stand anywhere from seven feet in height, to a towering fifty.

The being are extremely durable as well, needing the strongest of champions to slay them. The Black Fog naturally doesn't harm them, and are immune to the effects of it. No matter their shape, these creatures are only as smart as an animal, beatial in thought, maybe as smart as a lion.

All the air above the mist is stripped of reiatsu, no matter the distance. Any ability that touches the fog is absorbed, so long as the offensive stat is lower than the user's, adding the reiatsu used for the ability to the reiatsu counter.]


Technique Effects:

A Black mist spills out of the user's chest, quickly covering the ground around them, hovering two feet off the lowest surface. The Mist spreads five feet per post, times how many posts it has been active. 1 post equals five feet, 2 is ten, 3 fifteen, and so on. The air above the Black Fog cannot be used for any form of airground above it. Anyone in the fog loses 250 reiatsu per post, and loses the same amount just by touching it. Non- spiritual humans, plants, and animals die instantly when they come into contact with the fog.

Any techs used while inside the fog will charge the fog by half the amount paid for the original tech. Once the fog has collected 500 reiatsu, the user can summon a creature of the writer's choice to attack or cause general chaos. The user is also able to wait, and have the fog store its reiatsu in order to summon multiple beasts at once. The creature does not obey the caster, nor is it affected by the draining effects of the fog.

The stats of the creatures are always 800 strength, 400 speed, and 150 in all sensory stats, with 800 durability. The user is able to pay 500 in order to charge the mist. The Cost to maintain is 100 reiatsu, and is used to charge the fog. Fog lasts three posts after the user stops paying for it, and is unable to summon beasts after they stop.

How to use technique: [Mentioned above]

Technique Drawbacks: [The Black Fog, cannot be thrown around like a weapon, and will only remain on the ground, and around the user's lower body. Kicking with the fog around their legs will not drain opponents of reiatsu. The user is not immune to the draining effects of the fog, and is drained every post. Monsters will not obey anything the caster of the Fog commands of them.]

Well today was definitely starting to shape up into one of the many that involved him engaging in combat for a hefty amount of time. Now outside of the facility on the grass opening surrounded by walls of trees Asmoskon could see another entity standing in the clear starring right at him. Although he wasn’t very good at sending reiatsu Asmoskon could tell based on what he did feel that this wasn’t a push over nor was it a common foe. Whether it be intentional or not Hell was his opponent today to some extent.

Action hadn’t been taken against him yet, but in his experience it was always better to be prepared than caught off guard. As such Asmoskon took the initiative by absorbing some of the reiatsu surrounding him into his cross furthering what was available to him now that a threat had revealed itself. This would prove to be the correct course of action as the Hell Spawn began to approach him while black fog appeared to be emanating from his chest to the area surrounding him. Immediately Asmoskon’s shortbow appeared in his right hand and a single black arrow was fired soaring right for the face of the Hell Spawn.

He wouldn’t waste any time though by bending his knees and then jumping backwards high into the air above. As he jumped Asmoskon’s shortbow would vanish replaced by the longbow in his left hand. Solidifying the air beneath his feet Asmoskon would stand at roughly forty feet above the grass floor. Absorbing the surrounding reiatsu in the air now with the exception of below him Asmoskon prepared for a difficult assault by this creature spawned from the darkest of realms. The first shot had been a test now it was time to launch a true attack. This attack though would have to wait to see just what this Hell Spawn would do about the arrow.

Kitai saw the man materialize a weapon into his hand, something that looked like a bow, before firing an arrow that hadn't been there a moment ago. A distance fighter, well wasn't that annoying. Kitai dodged the arrow with ease, merely tilting his head to the side, as it flew past, cutting loose a few strands of hair in the process. The archer had decided to jump up to avoid him, using airground to remain there. Meanwhile, the bow changed shape, becoming larger. If Kitai knew more about the weapon, he'd know that it helped launch arrows faster, or that was at least what normal longbows did. Either Way, not good for Kitai.

Unfortunately for the Quincy, the Black Fog was not something one could escape by merely staying in the air. As Kitai reached the point where he was directly under him, Asmokon would feel the reshi platform he created vanish, absorbed into the Black Fog, interrupting any plans he might have been scheming. While the cyclops didn't have any ground to stand on, Kitai did. The Saika leapt into the air to meet the falling archer. Fist cocked back, he readied himself, as he practically flew at the man who ruined his night. He swung his fist at him, with a speed and strength of 555. Not all that impressive, but for someone in freefall, it would be a devastating blow.

If nothing else this monster was better than virtually everyone that had been inside the bunker. None of them had been decent enough to even evade a single arrow where this creature knew what it was doing. However, it would find that assuming a simple arrow was nothing to fear could cost it. Jumping up to get some distance Asmoskon motioned his index finger slightly causing the arrow which was now already behind it to curve slightly. A few strands of hair wouldn’t be the only thing this arrow severed from the creature as it smacked off the surface of a tree several meters away. It was just what the Quincy needed to send the arrow back around now set to strike the creature in the middle of its back.

The air ground that he was standing on though seemed to be effected by the black smoke of reiatsu that this Hellish creature was manifesting. He wasn't certain what the smoke was able to do specifically, but disrupting reiatsu was definitely on the list. Although he only had one eye remaining within his skull Asmoskon was nowhere near blind. He could see this creature rushing towards him ready to deliver a strike He wasn't to sure what the smoke beneath him was going to do, but taking chances against something from Hell wasn't a wise decision. Still though if nothing else it would have to send this creature back to Hell.

Suddenly markings would appear across virtually every aspect of Asmoskon while the bows in his hands vanished. The creature would likely have no idea what to expect especially as Asmoskon raised his right hand and grabbed a hold of the fist thrown at him. His arm was forced backwards by the strength of the creature causing a good deal of pain in his shoulder yet damage to his hand despite the vast difference in physical strength. It wasn't present, visible or acknowledged because no such damage occured. His markings protected him and now it was time for the creature to feel Asmoskon's own flames of rage.

Flames would burst from Asmoskon's hand which grabs the fist of he creature. The fire arrow would rush over the fist and up the arm of the creature burning whatever it could including its dark clothing. As for Asmoskon the young Quincy never left himself open anymore. After the Quincy executed his technique he'd vanish. Hirenkyaku didn't require he step off anything like Sonido or Shunpo as the reiatsu beneath his feet was similar to a surf board. It just happened so quick that thankfully the black smoke beneath couldn't stop it, although if it had that ability was still unclear. Asmoskon would appear off in the distance fifty meters watching and learning what this creature was like and how he could exploit the weaknesses it possessed to send it back to the depths of despair.

[Kitai Yoru]

The Quincy did something, probably activated some sort of release of his, making tattoos move around his body like snakes made of living ink. Kitai's punch was caught in the man's hand. He heard a crack from the cyclops, but for some reason it didn't sound like it came from his hand. More like... his shoulder? He didn't get the chance to think more on it, as two things happened simultaneously. First, his fist was ignited, setting it on fire. This earned a momentary wince from the Saika, but it wasn't anything he wasn't used to. What he wasn't expecting, however, was the arrow to his back.

He yelled out more in surprise than actual pain. The arrow exploded, as the Quincy vanished in some sort of movement ability. Kitai growled out in annoyance, as he fell back to the ground. The black mist had expanded over the last few encounters, no longer only reaching five feet around him. Now it was fifteen feet, and had absorbed a considerable amount of his reiatsu. Enough for at least one beast. This wasn't enough in Kitai's eyes. Kitai spotted his foe easily enough, and grinned as an idea popped into his head.

"Hehhehaha! Well congratulations, you're officially more fun than the last time we fought!" He said, as he clapped his hands in applause. On the last clap, he held his hands together, activating something he's been meaning to try. "Although that isn't saying much. Still, at least you're better than that red-headed b%tch with the exploding arrows. You Witches always try to suck the fun out of fights, huh?" He pulled his hands apart. Only, one of the hands was holding something. If Asmoskon had any ability so sense reiatsu, he would be able to feel how dense the energy of the marble sized ball was.

And before he could react to it, a small portal opened up next to it, as the Saika placed it inside. Whatever was on the other side of the portal was loud enough to fill the area with screams of pain and agony, leaving an eerie silence in its wake as it closed. Kitai had sunk over half of his reiatsu into that little sphere, and he could feel the spike in power he received from it. It was borderline orgasmic. "S-still," He said with a stammer. "allow me to show you how I have fun!" The Black Fog had been overcharged from his Faustian Bargain, and he decided to activate it.

From the mist around Kitai's feet, nine creatures burst forth. Seven monsters, each looking like a different hollow, standing forty feet in height, while two looked distinctly more human. The two human ones looked exactly like Kitai himself, standing seven feet tall. Each of them let out a monstrous roar, before they charged at Asmoskon. They weren't quite as fast as Kitai had been, but still had a respectable speed of 450, and a intimidating strength of 800, and were equally as durable. Two managed to get ahead of the stampede, each swinging their respective limbs at the man.

One swung a pair of tentacles at him from overhead, while a giant fist came at him from the front. The other seven were close behind them. Kitai himself, however, was content was staying behind and watching. He could feel his body was close to to its limit and could use a break, before it broke. Besides, he knew his beasts weren't going to do much against this guy. They were durable, sure, but not durable enough for someone who could nearly break his body in one attack. The arrow to his back stung. So he sat back, and watched as the man fought his small army, as he waited for his Faustian Bargain to charge up.

His plans came to meet reality as the flame arrow scorched the arm of this Hell spawn causing a grunt that gave Asmoskon all the information that he needed to know that physical pain was still possible which simply meant that this creature could be beaten. The fire though didn't seem to accomplish much more than causing this creature pain. Asmoskon could see that its physical body wasn't effected much by the heat or energy of the flame. The Hell spawn wasn't immune to pain though which became even more apparent as he exclaimed his pain from the arrow embedding itself in his back.

The distance was quickly widened between them as Asmoskon vanished through the execution of Hirenkyaku. Now that they were a decent distance away from one another Asmoskon could plan accordingly to what he had gained as far as knowledge against this creature of the abyss. He still didn't know much if anything about the black fog. As if things weren't already strange now the Hell spawn spoke stating that the two of them had fought prior. Well that meant that whoever he was clashing against right now he had fought when they had been among-st the living. No the biggest question was whether or not he had killed whoever was now this creature or not.

That wasn't the only interesting thing that the creature spoke loud enough to be heard though. He referenced a red haired woman that he assumed to be a Quincy. He wasn't certain, but he knew of a very powerful red haired Vandenreich that was a large threat to everything. He wasn't the best at sensing reiatsu, but along with his advanced physical senses Asmoskon could see and easily tell that the small marble like dense formation of reiatsu was a major issue. That much condensed energy was easily something that could be used to break through most defenses or cause a large scale of damage. What would this creature do with it though?

Although he wasn't certain what was going to happen that didn't mean he wasn't going to be prepared for it. Asmoskon used the short bit of time that it took to bring forth the massive creatures that now stood above the majority of the trees to absorb the reiatsu directly around him. Taking down these things may require a bit more reiatsu not to mention what he'd have to do to actually bring down this creature permanently. The markings spread across his body would vanish as Asmoskon made the decision on just what he'd have to do in order to bring down these monsters.

As they began to march towards him Asmoskon's long bow materialized in his grasp once again. Now though pulling back the string Asmoskon activated another of his properties as a Quincy. He didn't simply activate one though now he was utilizing one of his strongest abilities. What was fired from the long bow was likely something this creature had never witnessed from anything else. In truth most that had seen this aspect of Asmoskon's abilities no longer walked among the living or the dead. Miniature dwarf sized Asmoskon of red and black possessing only the upper body while the lower looked to be like a cartoon ghost tail.

"YEAH BIG TARGETS!"
"oh no they're huge I don't want to fight them."
"God dammit another target."
"Ha! Little bitch can't fight me himself!"
"This isn't necessary. We can work this out through the beauty of conversation."

Each arrow spoke possessing a different singular aspect of Asmoskon's own personality. They would go outwards flying at the monsters with a speed of 800 each closing the distance easily while Asmoskon jumped backwards another few meters. In the moments that followed they would be the last of the beautiful landscape. For when the strange arrows touched the monsters the forest would be pushed back, the ground caved in while all of the trees were destroyed. Each arrow would explode outwards covering a distance of eighty feet each turning the space between this creature and Asmoskon into a massive torrent of destructive reiatsu.

Still standing off in the distance now roughly one hundred and twenty five meters from the original location of conflict Asmoskon listened to what was happening as the little surprise he had fired off towards his opponent got ready. During the explosions Asmoskon had fired off a single other ghost like arrow of himself from the short bow that now was held by his left hand. Moving astronomically faster than the previous arrows this one flew through the air at a speed of 1600. The explosions over and the area covered in smoke the creature would likely have moved, but now he'd have to deal with this arrow rushing him and planning on giving him a big hug only for him to then detonate.

[Kitai Yoru]

Kitai watched on as his creations were destroyed in a beautiful array of explosions. He could feel the heat from the blasts of energy from all the way back here, behind seven massive hollows he had created. Each on of the Quincy's attacks were enough to kill his Black Fog Beasts, leaving only their melting corpses on the now cratered ground. The beasts, mindless as they are, charged at the explosive arrows without a second thought, dying as quickly as they arrived. He'd have to figure out a way to make them somewhat smarter. If only they were as smart as he was. Now there was an idea.

Still, the arrows didn't kill all his beasts. His two doppelgangers managed to survive the numerous arrow detonations through the fact that they were behind the larger ones, suffering minimal damage, losing a hundred durability each. They continued on, climbing over their dead brethren. 'Well, at least they're persistent.' He thought to himself, amused at their brainless charge towards Asmoskon. Then he saw something fly at him. His eye widened in shock at the raw speed of the thing, moving faster than he could hope to achieve at the moment.

The Saika moved as fast as he could, spinning in place, as the hidden chains on his wrists and ankles extended past their normal lengths. In an instant, he was cocooned in chains, with not an inch of his body underneath showing. And not a moment later, the ghost gave the chainmail the best hug it would ever give. Now, the power of the chains was equal to the power of the ghost arrow, but before it could die to the bladed chains, it detonated. Kitai was launched backward, flying further into the forest, destroying several unfortunate trees that were in the way.

The lunatic groaned from inside his improvised armor. If the chains hadn't been as black as pitch before, they certainly were now. He had the unbreakable chains recide back to their usual length, snaking back into what was left of his nearly destroyed sleeves and pant legs. The attack had almost completely destroyed his clothing, leaving only scraps of fabric hanging off his body. He decided to tear what remained off, now without a shirt, and his pants looking more like shorts. He got to his feet with a huff, feeling the aches and pains of his body, now that the adrenaline of the Dark Skill technique was no longer suppressing them.

He stretched his arms, doing some flexing motions to try and get the kinks out, and making sure his spine was still fully intact. As he did so, he swung his arms in a tight circle, using the momentum to wrap the chains around his hands and forearms. He smirked, finding it somewhat ironic that he was using what he hated the most to fight. Now he was armed with black iron gauntlets, sharp as any sword or arrow. He marched back towards the clearing, getting his head back in the game. His smirk trusted into an angry grin, spread ear to ear on his face.

There was a mix of being excitement and wrath bubbling in his chest. He was excited because this was starting to get interesting, both of them were pulling out their big guns. He was going to make him work for his victory. But at the same time, this guy just had to use the attack that was responsible for how he got sent to Hell in the first place. If that redheaded she-devil hadn't crippled him, he would have been able to fight off that TRAITOROUS F$%KING FAILURE, and wouldn't have died. And now this guy is using it. He wanted to know if the two were working together.

While this was all happening, the two Kitai's were close to Asmoskon. In an unintentionally planned attack, they jumped off their melting hollow brothers, and slammed their hands onto the ground before the Quincy. This sent a wave of earth towards the man thanks to a combined shockwave they created. They would charge towards him immediately afterwards, attempting to strike him down with their high strength, not caring for a moment that they could be shot down. The real Kitai, in the meanwhile, managed to reach the grove once more.

Lamenting at his lack of ranged options, Kitai decides he need more speed for this fight. His Black Fog has now extended twenty feet away from Kitai, and he was making use of it once more. The madman created another beast, this time, it was made entirely out of cheeseburgers, and stood seven feet in height. The burgermeister roared, spraying cheese and other condiments all over the place as it did so, and was about to change towards Asmoskon like the others, but Kitai held its shoulder, stopping it, as it looked towards Kitai in confusion. It was unable to attack or harm the man, and it was wondering why it couldn't.

And then Kitai's mouth opened wide. On his tongue was a symbol. No two people could agree on what it truly looked like, but all would say it looked like their favorite food. That mouth quickly clamped down on the burger head of the monstrosity, killing it instantly. The food creature dropped to the ground, as Kitai chewed on his meal, savoring the taste of his creation. As he finished his brief meal, he could feel his spiritual pressure increase by half. He shuddered in pleasure. Gaining free power was such a wonderful feeling.

The strength of his body increased by a bit as well, shooting to 1412, though he could feel how low his reserves were nearly depleted. He would have to make this fast, or he could be in some serious trouble. He sped forwards, Black Mist rolling across the earth as he moved. He leapt over the fallen monsters, black fog quickly reclaiming them as he did so. He was charging at the Quincy with speeds he'd never reached before, another reason he had to thank the cyclops. Still, his enjoyment at his newfound power wasn't enough to stop him from swinging at the man's head. The chain gauntlet would cut through the man if he let it, so he would have to be quick in dealing with Kitai.

When successively used on a living being, the user absorbs a portion of their power, increasing one stat by 50% for three posts. Technique Description and Effects: [Well, if you can't get rid of the nigh indestructible chains, why not put them to good use? This ability have two parts to it.

1: The chains of Hell torment the denizens endlessly, so why not share the misery? Learning this ability influences the blades, giving them the ability to cut through anything as easily as a normal spiritual blade can, regardless of the chains not changing in appearance, still as rounded as ever. The offensive stat for the chains is based off either the highest Spiritual stat, or the user's Strength stat, whichever is higher. Chains are unable to cut their owner. This is a passive ability, and is unable to be turned off.

2: Through some heavy handed use of reiatsu, the user can extend and manipulate the chains to do as they please. For strength users, the chains will extend upto thirty feet, and will move at either a speed equal to their speed stat, or at a speed of 600. For spiritual users, the size scales off of their highest spiritual stat. For every 50 they have in their higher stat, the chains can extend another foot, and can move at either 600, or the user's speed. Cost is 100 reiatsu every post.]

This was a rarity, it simply didn’t happen often that Asmoskon faced off against anything that could survive the strange yet potent power of his miniature self replica arrows. In fact he could still count on one hand just how many had proven they could accomplish such a feat even now adding another finger to the total. He knew this creature was powerful from the start, but surviving along with two of his strange summons meant he truly could be dangerous.

He hadn’t ever encountered a Hell Spawn that could manipulate their chains to form a defense yet he was certain that’s what he had seen. It could be a problem if this creature could rely on such a thing easily. They had proven sturdy enough to sustain the brutal power of his explosion meaning that should he let his guard down and be entangled by them himself it would prove incredibly difficult to free himself.

What came next against him was a physical maneuver by the larger almost clones of this spawn. He had faced off against plenty of spiritual entities possessing unimaginable strength so seeing these things through a combined effort cast off a massive shockwave bringing the land up as a wave against him. It was a good move, but he was prepared for something along the lines and wouldn’t allow himself to be taken off guard by such a direct attack. As such the Quincy was already gone by the time the wave reached where he had been. The new location was near the beginning once again seventy feet above the spawn himself.

Now though as the two remaining creatures that could be clones in altered forms. Either way they were going to turn and start closing in on his position once again or they’d be left with no target in sight. The main problem was starting to get up now which meant he’d have to finish them quickly and move on to finish this little problem as quickly as possible. That simply meant that he had to accurately deal with the situation.

Sadly, as much as fun as replica arrows often were he couldn’t utilize them close to himself and thus he’d have to utilize a different aspect of himself in order to emerge victorious. Deactivating one while reactivating another at first had been such a strenuous maneuver yet now after years of constant practice it was simply second nature. Asmoskon’s appearance would alter once again as the markings reappeared across his entirety. Right away without even raising his arms two arrows were fired from her face towards the rampaging threats.

Simple arrows would be what appeared for the first moment as half the distance between them was crossed. At the halfway point though both arrows split apart becoming two. This wasn’t the simple application that almost all Quincy possessed, but instead the mark of a technique. One that Asmoskon hadn’t employed personally in the last year. Still though even if the technique hadn’t always served him well it had regardless saved his life from one of the most dangerous adversaries that he had ever crossed. Now though this technique would be an aid in sending this creature back to Hell.

A thin almost string of reiatsu connected the arrows that had split apart which would now fly past the creatures that rushed him. The arrows were positioned to fly on the outside of the throat on both creatures. The connected string pulling on the throat causing the arrows to rotated around their throats. Normally it would take a few rotations for the arrows to connect yet they hadn’t been fired by the norm. That first spin would end as the arrows clashed against once another resulting in a massive explosion large enough to blow the heads clean off of both.

Now though that both of the creatures had been eliminated the actual spawn was the only thing left. Asmoskon only due to his developed physical senses was about to still peer upon the form of the spawn who now based on what he could see was equipped with gauntlets. A wide smile glued on his face as it became more than obvious that he would be attempting to fight in a more hands on manner now that all his creatures had been dealt through. In the moments that followed though Asmoskon witnessed something absolutely absurd that made literally no sense. Something that should someone have told him they had seen he would have simply called them a liar and been done. Who in existence could or even would want to summon a massive cheeseburger monster. Just what sort of absurd chaos was within the soul of this tainted spawn of Hell.

Despite the confusion and utter lack of understanding Asmoskon saw this as one of the few opportunities to do exactly what he was currently doing by drawing in the reiatsu above him into the cross. As he gathered his reiatsu from the environment this spawn was eating his own creature making Asmoskon question even further the sanity of this spawn both current and former. He didn’t have long to ponder or think of much else though as the spawn rushed him immediately. Asmoskon was astonished how had he become so astronomically faster. Asmoskon could barely even see the blur of motion that was his movement. It took immense focus and anticipation from what he had seen to see the spawn arrive in front of him with his arm in motion towards his head.

Well this was the first major moment of threat that Asmoskon had faced during the last week. It seemed he’d be forced to play his real hand against this spawn in order to emerge victorious without serve injuring. Thus in that brief blink of time between when the spawn threw his arm forwards to when it would pass through Asmoskon, the Quincy was simply gone. He hadn’t executed a step technique like one would typically assume when seeing someone vanish before their very eyes.

No his form had changed, now a massive arrow beneath the arm of the spawn colliding with the stomach of its body. A moment of resistance only to likely be broken through the spawn would have a mere fraction of a moment to react before its body was shot through splitting the upper and lower body completely while Asmoskon continues to soar away at a speed of 800 for several meters.

The two Kitai clones had their run, and fought to the best of their abilities, but against someone like his, their best simply wasn't ever going to be enough. They were mindless brutes, only capable of charging head first into situations, and in the end, that was what they lost. They leapt towards the foe of their creator, something the Quincy dodged with ease. Twin arrows were fired at the pair of twin monsters, with a near invisible wire between the two projectiles. This was what clotheslined the pair, arrows lodging themselves into the monster's skulls, before detonating, killing them instantly.

Kitai himself, however, was not so easily slain.

The Quincy man had decided to play the shapeshifting game against the Saika, transforming himself into an arrow right before Kitai could take his head off with his bladed chains. Due to how instantaneous the transformation was, Kitai missed it, thinking the Cyclops had used a step technique to dodge the attack. He didn't see the arrow right in front of his stomach. "Where the H-oof!" Said arrow immediately slammed into his gut, either attempting to push the sinner away, or the more likely scenario, impale him. And it very nearly succeeded too, reducing his body to a mere 200 durability.

Unfortunately for the little arrow that could, the Saika backhanded it away, leaving it to fly to the right side of Kitai. It would be damaged, but remain unbroken, having only used half his strength. He was unused to having this level of raw strength after so long. He forgotten how nice it was. How euphoric it could be to have so much power. He couldn't control it properly, only having a grasp with full strength, or something random if he wasn't going all out. If he had used his full power, it would have likely shattered the arrow.

"F#ck, where did that b@stered go?" He didn't have time to worry about that yet. If he didn't do something, his body was going to die, and he's be up sh%t creak without a paddle. Kitai quickly grasped his hand forward, and a small portal to Hell opened before him. In his hand was a small orb of reiatsu so dense, it was starting to warp the air around it. If Asmoskon had energy sensory, he'd know that little ball had nearly three times his reserves. Before another moment could pass, Kitai quickly ate it.

Kitai could feel the rush of reiatsu refilling his soul, replenishing nearly everything he'd used in this battle. It was a good feeling, unlike the feeling he was getting from wearing this ragged, worn out body. He could feel the skin and muscle peeling off his bone, and the arrow in his back was still there, in spite of everything. The Saika tore off his eyepatch, revealing the first level of his Darkskill to the world for the first time in awhile. It was an evil blood red color, glowing against the dark of the night. Kitai merely laughed, as he activated his darkskill.

A pulse of reiatsu emanated from his eye, indicating it's initial activation. And then Kitai froze, before his outer shell, fell off. Kitai, the real Kitai, stood in the air for the first time in weeks. A tall man, clad in a tight black cloak, stood over the falling corpse. Two wings of blackned feather were attached to his back, while a large grinning mouth was in the place of his stomach. A plain white mask was tightly clamped to his face, with blood smeared on it to give it a big old smile. This was all revealed for exactly half a second, before his Darkskill covered him in a new Gigai.

This new body was much like the old one, only in a much better condition. All its clothing was in immaculate condition, and there was nary a blemish or imperfection on its near porcelain skin. His demented smile still left his face unpleasant to look at, and the left eye still revealed the hideous Darkskill to the world. Said eye was currently scanning the field for his elusive opponent, trying to find where he went, now that he was refreshed and raring to go. He was about to move, when he felt that his body was weaker than it was before. That wouldn't do.

So he tapped into the mist again, which was now twenty five feet on all sides, and created another Black Fog beast. This one was, much like the last one, a gigantic pile of food. This time, he created it out of Tacos, every one of them dripping in cheese. Much like the last one, he consumed its head before it could wander off. He felt his power surge again, increasing his spiritual pressure to thirty two thousand, before it was halved thanks to his gigai. Still, his spiritual power felt just like he normally did when he was without one. Felt nice. Felt right, even.

It was still a little weaker than his previous body, but it would get stronger in a few minutes. He just had to break it in first. And this annoying Quincy. "Come out Captain one-eye! Hehe, I promise I'll let you go if you just give me what I came here for!" He called out, sounding happy and cheerful at first, but then snarling at the end. He wanted that information, and he'd get it from the man, whether it was from a broken dead manor a living one. "Just give it to me and we can both go home and drink till we're drunk enough to buy a whore house while we're blacked out! Like, the entire house, not just some strippers!" That had certainly been an interesting night. He waited there, standing still, in the center of the mist. Waiting for anything.

This was a first, Asmoskon hadn’t ever come across an entity with a body durable enough to withstand his Soul Property. Sue there had been the occasional Arrancar with Heirro or the Vandenreich with Blut yet all the same Asmoskon had pierced through them finishing them. Now though he felt the resistance that told him if he didn’t strengthen himself he wasn’t going to get through. He didn’t have time though receiving a powerful to the side that sent him off towards the ground. A few meters below this Hell Spawn and Asmoskon would revert back to his natural appearance, his left arm swollen and bruised yet thanks to his Form property not broken.

Blood was already forming on the front of his crown having received damage from the failure that was his attack. His head was already starting to pound in pain almost like he had just been hit by a club. That didn't prevent him from seeing what was going on above him now. The portal that this creature opened meant nothing good. Asmoskon wasted no time forming the short bow in his right hand and swinging his arm forward. This had to be fast so the shortbow was the best course of action even beyond his markings.

The Hell Spawn was now pulling his arm out from the portal and Asmoskon could see an orb of reiatsu that gave him the sensation of weight. Whether it was an attack of some sort of not he couldn’t tell, but there was one thing he had been wanting to do from the start that was now an option. The Hell spawn opened his mouth in order to shove the orb inside only to feel resistance accompanied by pain. If he truly wanted that orb in his gullet he’d have to shove just a bit harder now as a single arrow from Asmoskon had been fired, crossed the brief distance and entered into the creature’s mouth from the lower left to the top right. Essentially now having a rod through its mouth preventing its large hand from entering unless he broke the arrow shaft. Would he be able to though now that his body had suffered another attack?

If Kitai goes ahead with his actions

Asmoskon wasn’t happy to see that his brief attack although it had been successful in piercing his target wasn’t enough to stop him. He could feel this creature replenishing its power from that orb. Wasting no time himself Asmoskon prepared to face off against this thing stronger than it had been at the start which based on what he was seeing most likely was going to be fact. Deactivating his markings Asmoskon focused for a moment on gathering up more reiatsu in the environment. What he had planned was going to take a good portion of his reserves.

Preventing himself from falling any further to the ground Asmoskon stopped on an air ground below him roughly fifty feet from the surface of the earth. It was time for him to get some preparation in order first of all was his Heart Property. Unparalleled Sight took the physical form of a third eye that opened in the center of Asmoskon’s forehead exactly where the target symbol had been only a moment earlier from his markings. Concentrating his reiatsu into the center of his back now Asmoskon set up his key defense as he watched this creature release it seemed. What he saw for a moment was more interesting than the replica body that appeared a moment later. Now Asmoskon had enough information that he believed he was starting to get how to defeat this thing.

The short bow still in his right hand Asmoskon was ready to fire upwards at the creature that was only really fifty feet away from him yet still seemed to be unaware of his own position. He wouldn’t need to look for long though as the taco creature that it had just crafted was suddenly crushed inwards as if trapped in a car compactor splashing all of the cheese that drenched it all over. “It’s quite rude to eat in front of guests.” The entity would gain awareness of Asmoskon’s position by his words only to likely gaze down and see two arrows neither set to hit him yet a small thread between them that would restrict him and within a moment the arrows would wrap around then collide and explode around this creature.
