Karakura Site C: Begone Ye Evil [JT, R]

[Aura Kyuketsuki]

Beaten, and feeling its body beginning to dissolve, the Osen didn't have much left to lose. What it possessed was already more than sufficient enough to feed on other entities as it no longer required a host to survive, however, in its current state it wouldn't be able to do so. A being that only knew hunger continued to strive to devour all that it could. Blown apart, its tail didn't come close into making contact with that of the Mod Soul as the difference in their strength was apparent. Yet, it didn't frustrate the beast. Nope, what frustrated it was the thought of not being able to feed. Even as the Mod Soul tore through its chest, rupturing the innards of the beast, it spasm as the girl withdrew from its vicinity. Pools of reiatsu that made up its form was beginning to seep out from its layers of wounds. It howled.

Aura howled in nearly the same manner. She understood what Hebika was trying to do for her, and the effort that Zaluu was committed to do with that of the Osen's remains. Despite her current state, she could understand what was happening around her. In her dazed state, the Bount witnessed the woman plunging directly into the fray once more as a pair of blades went into the creature's core once more. The explosive amount of reiatsu was beyond that in which Aura could comprehend at the time. Deep down inside, Aura could feel the connection that remained between the two; Aura was still bonded to the Osen through the Dolls that it had devoured. It used her to live and thrive, but at the same time, it gave her power.

"I can't....can't stay behind. I have to .... do this, myself!" she cried out as she forced her legs to move. She couldn't allow herself to remain still as something that was apart of her run rampant. Not only that, but carried something inside of itself that housed what the Bount girl required; a part of herself. Aura felt as though she couldn't remain as she was and pushed forward. "I-If I am going to be a monster.......then, then it will be based on my own decision." she continued as she pushed through Hebika as she charged forward towards the collision of Osen and Mod Soul. If she managed to get this close to the pair, the amount of energy that the girl utilized was purely out of her own will to press onwards, and leaped on top of the Osen beast. And from here, her newly developed fangs would come into action, sinking themselves into the weakened flesh of that of the Osen.

Her fangs taking into both the blood, and the remnants of Osen reiatsu that was originally a part of her from the beginning of her conception. She would take into herself the reiatsu that was stolen from her, including that the substance that would help her own evolution. An evolution that she was long put off due to the Osen's interference. And here, her rebirth.

["Taka" Sar]

Taka was stunned when she sensed Aura closing in. NO! She felt an immediate need to protect the girl. She LUNGED, aiming to drive one of those searing blades into the enemy, to try and finish them off before they could! But of course, the girl's words rang in her ears. And she hesitated. Again she doubted herself. Should she stop the girl? This was Aura's monster. She had already weakened it, but the fear of that thing becoming a part of her again was so very fresh. She didn't want to have to put Aura through this again. It made her skin itch. She tensed, trying her best.

"Hebika! Help!" She shouted out as she knew that at this juncture, with Aura leaping onto the monster's back, she couldn't do a lot. Hers was a powerful ability, but she wasn't THAT precise with it yet. She didn't know if she could keep from burning Aura as well. Hebika was the much better choice. She felt helpless now. She wanted to help. To push Aura through this. She knew that she had already done a lot. Weakened this monster. But just letting Aura go through this last part? She felt hesitation in every bone of her body.

This was the right thing to do. This was Aura's battle to finish. but all the same she felt that fear. That this might be a failure condition. That they might have to do this all over again. She stood by the ready, unwilling to release her abilities just yet. She hoped that Hebika would be able to do something in order to at least suppress the beast while Aura was working. That at the very least, the girl would be safe through this final juncture of the fight.

[Hebika Nara]

Ah....she was reminded of her hatred for humans. Why was this girl so determined? She frowned, allowing the girl to rush in. The Osen was weak, which meant that this coulc work. But all the same, she raised her hand. The floor ERUPTED, a burst of long, cement tentacles which would all burst upward and then clamp down on the Osen monster, another entity of her own design as the big monster would hold and restrain the beast so that Aura could do what she needed to do, all whilst the girl's clothing continued to keep her healed, safe, or as safe as she could be putting her teeth into that thing.

It was plausible to say the least. Hebika could sense what it was Aura was doing, understanding the connection and the outcome that she wanted to attain. Risky as it were, she supposed it was better than nothing. Atka had done her part to weaken it. Hebika had healed Aura, and was now restraining the weakened monster. They had done all they could, as it ultimately came down to the girl's own strength in this little fight. She would have to repair this place later to be certain.

She wondered, as she watched Aura's fangs sinking into the beast, if she shold have done more. Perhaps been a bit more selective with what the girl healed up as. But the plain and simple was that she supposed this was how things had turned out. For now, analysis on her actions would be counterproductive. She could do that later, once the scene had concluded. In her hand, she began to gather energy, getting ready to form something to kill Aura with if this all went south. Or well.....maul her again. She did have to wonder which she'd be forced to do. It all depended, she supposed. But in any case, she was prepared.

The Restraining Entity

[Aura Kyuketsuki]

The fresh fountain of reiatsu exploded from the Osen's neck as its body remained pinned to the ground thanks to Taka. The fresh squirt of energy began to fill the draining fangs that Aura had forced into the distracted creature. Its form was too weak to resist. Its efforts dismissed immediately as the girl latched onto the creature. Her mind purely focused on that of draining the creature of what it possessed, making it her own as its body began to dissolve from its stab wounds. Particles of its existence fading away into the stifling air around them as the creature was slowly be erased from existence. It howled in frustration, in agony... in fear as the pieces that made its figure was being torn away from its grasp.

The Osen snapped forward, weakly, towards at the Mod Soul woman. But its longated neck would extend only so far as with a single mighty pull, Aura tore a mouth full of its flesh from it. A large bloody chunk was taken from the Osen with bits of its veins left hanging from its black mesh of flesh. Crying out, the blades from the Zaluu's from caused the lacerated wounds to widen as its spasming figure rocking back and forth on its backside. The rampancy didn't last long as the numerous limbs finally detached from its main body, including that of its head. Each appendage of the torso quivered, shook violently as it attempted to reach out to that of its other parts. But to no avail. The remains of the creature began to dissolve as its time was spent in the reality that it was never suppose to, with a blood stained Bount and Mod Soul standing before it.

The Osen only looked to the pair before ceasing to exist, with a sigh of relief that came from the girl's lips. She could feel it. The Osen's life essence seething within her own person. The burning, tingling sensation that she had suffered from before coursed through her veins as it had before. Reiatsu began to swell within her small body. The pain returned, singeing the nerves of the Bount girl. Her fangs did not withdraw as reiatsu slowly seeped out of her body, toppling the girl down onto her knees. Fingers clutching her sides as the red returned to her eyes once more, consuming her natural iris shade to that of a blood red aura. Aura howled.

Strands of her hair frolicked freely as this point in time as they tore past their original length, now pushing to that of her hips. They peeled away their natural brunette color as they bled a crimson red shine along several. The reiatsu she had lost was returning to her, but not as before. When the Osen had influence over her, it did so as it desired. Constantly feeding and desiring nothing more than destruction. But now, the sense of desire was pushed into other areas. That sense of destruction was pushed into breaking down her own limitations; her previous self. Both her arms and legs grew just as her body aged to suit her entire change.

From the meeting of her flaming hot reiatsu with that of the cool air, steam came about from beneath the girl's footing as she took upon herself this change. "Aahhh, now I feel much better." Aura spoke from behind the thick steam clouds. Onto her feet Aura stood as the clouds settled, now, a fully matured, grown woman, appearing in her later twenties. "Thank you, Miss Taka. None of this would be possible if not for you." she added on with a soft tone. Aura smiled gently as she looked to that of her friend who gave her a second chance. A chance that now she would see not go to waste.

["Taka" Sar]

The transtition....was not expected. Seeing Aura getting in there, viciously tearing down the Osen with the helped restraint offered by Hebika's entity. The monster was kept down, and it breathed it's last despite it's vain attempts at taking someone with it. She frowned, looking at where it had once lie, thinking, wondering what this was to be. Seeing Aura ...she was....not sure. She watched as the girl transformed, not only in her mannerism, but physically as well. Perhaps the Osen had been holding back far more thn she had expected.

For just a moment.....she doubted. This much more sinister-seeming form. She wondered. But all the same. She slowly stepped forward, looking Aura over, her mind chipping away just a little at what the girl had become. But.... despite her reservations and fears. She reached out suddenly and pulled the girl into a firm hug, closing her eyes as a soft, Tired smile formed across her lips, holding the girl close as she let out a shaky chuckle. "We did it...... We did it." She all but whispered as she hugged the girl tightly.

She Had done it. For so many years, she had felt like she was ....just coasting. Trying to get back some sort of loss. that loss had been Zane. and just this once, she had a victory. Aura had been in danger of becoming that very same monster. And Taka had saved her from it. Finally, she peeled herself back from the girl, and smiled, looking to Hebika. "We all did our parts. Hebika, I know you're not the biggest fan. But I owe you, if you need anything, feel free to stop by Gwendolyn's Flight." She informed the other mod soul before turning her attention back to Aura.

"The same goes to you. You're free now. And....admittedly... you may have to stay away from the main location. You look different, sure. But.....what happened still happened. There's some secondary locations. Like this one. Smaller, and with more function in it than the main site. So if you ever need anything else, or just need my help." She pulled a cart from her hip, and handed it to the girl. "Oh... and uhh... just be careful around Luke. You look a lot cuter than you did before, and he probably won't recognize you at first." She pointed out with a smile and a pat to the girl...or rather, woman's shoulder.

[Hebika Nara]

Hebika lifted a brow slightly as she watched the slaying of the Osen. She could sense the best fading, even as Aura tore out those final bits, the beast had been well finished. Of course... Hebika simply watched in silence as the two went about their celebrations. She had to admit... she wasn't one for getting involved in the affairs of others. But this had been....entertaining to say the least. She'd actually had some fun, and learned some interesting things about these Osen things.

Her gaze drifted back toward the Bount, making note of their particular transformation. It seemed that the girl took a bit of a physical leap in addition to her power. That was normal she supposed, but mostly in spiritual beings. Then again, bounts did skirt that line. She looked to Taka, waving off the woman's intentions of repayment. "Unnecessary. My own curiosities being sated will be more than enough." She insisted lightly, before those bright, yellow eyes locked onto Aura. "That said. Don't be a stranger, dear. Either of you. I find myself a bit unoccupied these days. Some sort of amusement might do me some good." She mused.

Of course at that point she turned her back to the women and waved over her shoulder as she herself headed for the exit, bringing it to life and forcing it open as she headed up. Her mind still pondered over that Osen. They were still so very human. Aura and Taka. And she couldn't help but hate that small sliver of them. The bit that told her that even without her Osen, Aura might prove to be trouble. But all the same, thinking to what she was heading home to. She couldnt help but feel like even these flawed creatures were better than nothing.

She'd been on a human embargo for the most part for quite a while, and look how well that went for her. Change was good at times, so the notion of taking Taka up on her offer, or even paying Aura a visit at some point was not out of the question. Both of them might prove useful, especially with Shizuka's plans going forward. And even if they didn't.... it didn't hurt to keep an eye on the spiritually aware. But for now, she was going to head home and take a moment to relax and unpack all of this.

No doubt this would make a lovely story to tell her roommate.

[Aura Kyuketsuki]

A warmth that she hadn't felt in a long time. Not the same as what the Osen had brought upon her, but something entirely different. A time that she had only experienced when Erika held her when she was in pain, when her life became too unbearable. The warmth of a someone's embrace; a hug. Aura was completely surprised, even much so hearing what Zaluu had to say. But she couldn't find words better than what the Mod Soul said, "Yes...Taka... We did." with tears swelling, dripping down the cheeks of the Bount's face. She wanted to hear those words for such a long time. A thousand years of pain, hunger, and throbbing, it finally came to an end.

She felt it swirl deep inside her, reconnecting the threads of reiatsu back to those that lingered inside. Their broken forms being reconstructed by those same threads. Their bodies turning, molding into the shapes that Aura now desired of them. She can feel them, but at the same time knowing that there can no longer be the three. Nope. What was once Nuru could no longer exist; at least not alone. The only method that she could do was to combine the essence of the broken Dolls together into new entities. It was as if time slowed to the point of halting. Her eyes widened as if looking further inside rather than present environment she was in. Threads woven and stitched the remainder of the Dolls into two separate entities, using Nuru's remains as a means to repair their missing components. It was all she could do.

What was left of the Osen, which Aura had consumed, was also utilized. Its sheer desire and destructive habits would fuel their own will to survive. Now, it would take some time for them to pull themselves back together again. As she faced the two new molding entities, Hebika's words called the Bount back to the present. That was right, she recalled now. Hearing to what both Mod Souls had to say, Aura couldn't have agreed all the more. She still had to get use to herself once again with what happened. So, she was going to need some help. At the same time, that being said, with what Zaluu explained, another place was needed. "Thanks, both of you. But if I may, I actually have a something that I'm going to need help with." Aura said, "There is a ridge at the outskirts of Karakura Town, it's lined with the ocean. A small cave is there at the bottom of the ridge. Do you think we can make that into a Club? Possibly for any and all Bounts to work at? A place for the ill intent, and a place to feed?" she explained.
