Physical Description:
Soren Von stier stands tall at 6 feet 3 inches. A man built of intense military training and harsh punishment for failures he is lithe and athletic with muscle tone that drives most that look at him to desire massaging oil into those curves and ripples. The Deft way that he moves through any crowd or gathering would drive one to believe that he had already planned out his process but anyone that watches closely can see that his movements are reactions, not action. While he looks fierce to the outside view once he is engaged with someone his face softens considerably, he becomes more approachable.
His Clothing is combat based, Leathers that are close to the skin around the torso but fitted for great amounts of movement in the limbs. The Gauntlets he wears are more like Full arm Coverings, covered in silver instead of steel, he almost never removes them due to the horrendous amount of scars that lace across his arms from the wrists up all the way towards his shoulders. His hands are however kept perfectly clear of these scars. The Torso of Soren is riddles with ritualistic Tattoos that leads down his back towards his waist and reach around his waist under his navel to form a belt of sorts.
He keeps his hair much like his clothing, straight and glossy with a shine to it that is not greasy. He Takes pride in his appearance and yet hides his self consciousness about his scars and tattoos behind that pride. The tattoos are written a strange language that most Vandenreich can read and the mark him as a blood traitor to his family, even though they also confirm him as a pure blooded Quincy. in His eyes shine deeply with a light blue light behind them, subtly glowing iris’ that are strange to the Von stier family, and yet are a hallmark of the Rhinekranz Family. These eyes he cannot hide mark him as a black mark on the Von Stier family line.
On The forearm, 3 inches below the Elbow joint Soren wears the Tattoo of the Von Stier family Crest. A Blood droplet surrounded by angel wings. All Von stiers are given this tattoo once they reach puberty. Soren Keeps a Bandage over his at all times, as instructed by Reinhardt von stier. All of these Tatoos are about 2 inches Square and all of them imbued with the blood of the current head of the Von stier family. This is to ensure that the entire family is always in contact with the head of the family, when a new head of the family is appointed All current members of the family must get the tattoo "Touched up" and redone.

Dislikes:
- Reinhardt Von Stier - The unfaithful fornicating scumfuck of a shitbag Father that Soren shares with Gwen. The Diamond Warrior that caused Soren so much pain as he was growing up.
- Analise Von Stier - The wife to Reinhardt Von Stier. She is a Cruel and horrendous bitch that would rather watch Soren get his arms torn apart with her thorned vine arrows than actually train him..
- Heat - He was born in the Silbern and thus has a natural affinity for the cold. His icy blue eyes and the clothing he chooses to wear naturally make him suited to such climates and when he is sent somewhere that is hot or even just tropical he can not stand it, taking off his shirt and arm coverings exposing his scars and tattoos to the air.
- Himself - He is a person who does not think of himself as worthy of anything, he strives to be only what he is told he should be, not what he believes he should be.
- Diamonds - Reinhardt Von stier is a man who can turn his entire body into diamond and use it to cut and slice and break his enemies.. Diamonds remind Soren of him.
- Pure-blood Free Quincy - They are traitors to the Emperor and must all be eradicated.
- The Smell of Grass - Something about the earthy green smell sets him off, he can not stand it and would rather see it charred than flowing.

- Gwen Von Stier - She is his sister, even if she doesn't know he is her brother. He will protect her with his life if need be.
- Diana Von Stier - His Grandmother that he was forced to kill to protect Gwen from doing it. She left him notes about the Von Stier family.. Secrets that only he knows now.
- Chocolate - The Creamy flavor of it, the way it lingers long after it has left your mouth is too much for him to ignore.
- The Cold - The way the cold bites into your skin and wake you up from most any daze is what draws him to the sensation.. It makes him feel alive, and makes him forget the pain of his training..
- Pain - Soren despises pain that is not self inflicted but when he can control how pain is dealt to him he adores it.. Twisting to make a whip miss its mark, throwing a punch knowing his arm will be sliced on its way to its mark..
- Gold - The color of gold is warm and soft, and the way that gold glimmers, it doesn't just shine. Gold can tarnish just as men and women can, and yet Gold still is beautiful where people.. Wither.
- Ice - The product of cold that makes more of itself if left alone for too long. It is biting and yet soft and welcoming.
- Hot peppers - For someone who likes the cold so much Soren loves the taste and sensation of Spicy peppers, as long as they are raw.
Flaws:
- No Regard for Personal Safety - Soren Doesn’t care about what happens to him so long as the job gets finished. If he is protecting Gwen he will take a spear to the heart and keep fighting for as long as his brain can keep his body moving.
- Attachment - Soren Either is thick as a brick or attaches way too quickly and it is never easy to see which will happen.
- Go big or Go home - Soren is an intense man, when he is speaking or acting he can get truly handsy or speak in terms that are far too serious for the situation. On the contrary if he notices himself he will turn completely around and become far to detached.
- Announces his properties - As he activates and uses his properties he Announces them.. He will describe them as well this can make smart enemies pick up on what he is about to do before he does it
- Can Rely on stealth - If he is not released Soren will rely on stealth tactics even against a foe he should be releasing against on occasion. Especially if the job is to remain stealthy the entire time.
- Can Enjoy playing with gadgets too much - Much like stealth He will play with his Gadgetry Waaay too much against certain opponents and drag fights out that might be better suited to ending quickly.
Habits:
- Muttering poetry - Soren is a poet and will spout off limericks or lines of a poem he has written or lines that come to him in situations, often commenting on people with lines of poetry under his breath when he thinks they cant hear him.
- Adjusting his Clothes - If Soren is nervous he will adjust his clothing endlessly, but it is a tick of his to adjust something on his person when there is silence.
- Picking at himself - He will find little things about himself to inspect if he is left sitting alone for too long, fiddle with his hair or scratch at his wrists idly or other such things.
- Hands in his pockets - He will put his hands in his pockets when he notices his own picking. He can get self consious about his self picking and so he puts his hands away as it were.
- Changing Bolzen's State idly - If Soren is Stuck in a tense situation where he needs to remain on alert. He will stay released in Bolzen Kanone and Change the State of the hands as often as he can.
- Shouting the names of his Bow properties - Much like an Anime character he feels the need to Tell his enemies the names of the Properties of his Bow as he activates them or uses them.
Fears:
- Someone using Gwen against him - Gwen is the only family member he has left that doesn't want him dead. If someone Took Gwen away from him or turned her against him he wouldn't know what to do.
- Reinhardt Von Stier - His powers are dangerous and if he ever truly wanted Soren Dead it would not be too difficult for the man to do so with his current level of power.
- His heart property - Soren Knows his Von stier blood, His Heart property is All about Explosive-ness.. He will hurt someone he does not mean to eventually.
Goals:
- Become Strong - Not just strong, but strong enough to Kill Reinhardt Von Stier.. Become strong enough to Place Gwen at the head of the Von stier family and keep her there.
- Master the Ransotengai - He Is Half Rhinekranz and the Technique exists in his blood, even though his Father would have him killed if he learned it was still in use..
- Become a Sternritter - He desires to be bestowed his Letter by the Emperor himself.. He has done everything he can to define himself and his powers as best he can to show as a unique specimen.

Overall Personality:
Soren is a Creature of two existences vying for control over the whole body at once. He is a protector, he is a killer while he is also a brother and a bodyguard. He is a Bastard child and The last child of a family he destroyed. He is a Refined Man, and he is a Deviant monster. Two sides of him scrapping and fighting for constant control over what he is and what he will become. What these two sides never realize is that Soren is sitting above the pit that they fight in holding both of their leashes, watching their battles ensue and never letting one side win completely until he wishes it, until one side is needed more.
The Cerebral side of Soren is what he uses to hide himself in public, what he uses as a mask to keep others away from himself, at least at arms length. The more Visceral side of him is what will cause him to attach super quickly to some people and will make him have knee-jerk reactions to simple things that seem overblown or overzealous. When Soren was younger his personality was more Visceral and passionate but as he grew up he toned it down and became more cerebral until he appeared to be apathetic to everything. It was not until Gwen was born that the bestial side of him awoke again, that he had something to feel passion for again.
For a long time he was not even allowed near Gwen, and he acted out against the family during this time. It was because of this acting out that he was sent to Kill The remaining members of the Rhinekranz Family. It was on this mission that he realized that he was not one or the other, he was both at once together and that made him Soren, Explosive potential captured behind reserved thought. He has learned to remove himself from the warring personalities and yet keep himself attached to them enough that he can create a somewhat functional mind from the pair of them. It can lead to some strange occurrences though when his grip slips too much on one or the other.
Soren has a single constant in his life however and that is his feelings towards Gwen. He Would do anything for his sister, even die for her if need be. She is the only thing that has been untainted by the Von Stier Name and he will do whatever he can to keep her that way. He has done things to keep her from becoming untainted by guilt, untainted by greed and arrogance. He has done things that he is unsure she will ever forgive him for and unsure he ever wants to be forgiven for. Still though he watches her and protects her from whatever harm may attempt to befall her even if it is from The Von Stier’s themselves.
Soren has one mental issue that he has to deal with.. Whenever he taps into his own Reaitsu his mind can no longer keep the Visceral part of him at bay. He Is Sadistic and manipulative while he is released and the only one who is immune to his uncaring machinations is Gwen. This is the part of his mind that desires to take the Ransotengai to the next level, to take control over others have it burrow itself into the foes mind and bend them to your will. Make his foes dance, make everything his toys. The Way he views others in this mental state is as if they are obstacles at worst or pawns to move at best. Gwen is not fully immune to this altered mental state either.. He will be kind to her yes, but manipulative and darker than usual, caressing and talking to her sweetly as he tries to convince of her the paths he thinks are best.

Fighting Style:
Soren Von Stier has been taught to release as soon as he knows there is an enemy present. He has no qualms about fully destroying his foes as hard and as fast as possible as a show of power to any others that may be witnessing the battle. He Will release his powers but not always in an obvious manner, sometimes only activating his Arrow Form or his power property while not even forming a bow for the majority of the battle. He Will keep Dancing and using other techniques rather than his Bow keeping his arrows as hidden as possible so that when they do come out and are needed there are not many who can say they have fought such a thing before.
Soren is not one afraid to take a blow to ensure one of his lands. Taking an Non-fatal stab to the leg or arm while landing something that is going to hit harder than the blow landed on him is worth it, after-all ina war of attrition the one who loses the most at the end loses.. What happens after doesn’t matter that much to the Released Mad man. This is however a Train of thought only taken by Soren when he is Fighting a Battle that cannot be avoided by sneaking about. Soren is Adept at Stealth and will rely on that to get around until he can set up a basic ground level idea of what he is fighting or who he is fighting.
The Level headed fighter that is the non-released Soren is someone who can be dangerous in his own right. A Planner that will set up a fight before it has begun and when he releases all of that goes right out of the window, so he will at time rely on guns or swords to assist his weaker physique when he is not released. Weapons that often times he has crafted himself, and is more than happy to sell to the masses. These Weapons also usually relying on Ginto tubes to Fuel their destructive force, or setting traps that require remote Ginto activation. The Crafty Fighting that is required by the weakened Soren can be a sight to see that is.. If you can even see him doing it.
Soren likewise is not adverse to using his own body as bait to draw an enemy into an attack. Even while blood hungry and capable of little thought the idea of standing inside of your own target to draw an enemy into it is a valid thought. He Won't hesitate to fire on himself as well as his enemy with Electronen Umlaufbahn. Not only that in release he will likely take it the extra step and turn it to Eleven by pairing it with Reisig and Richtstrahl to Create a Pure Beam onslaught that not even he himself can dodge out of. The sheer Willingness to die to destroy his enemies is a dangerous notion not to just himself but his foes as well. Most fighters are not used to an enemy that will willingly lose an arm to blow your head clean off.
Stealth is a Tactics that Soren will also Rely on heavily when he is not released. Being a planner and someone who is willing to take a Cheap shot at a foe in order to set the advantage in this state he will Sneak around, set up a battle ground and then immediately Draw in a LOT of reaitsu and then release his bow. A Massive Surge of Reaitsu making his body the beacon of attention before suddenly setting off the chain reaction of traps and mines laid around to level entire city blocks if need be. He Can not be truly held responsible for such things as "Collateral damage" because the death of the target was the goal.
Gadgetry is also an important aspect of Sorens Combat. Ammunition he has designed for his own Bow release, The Gauntlets that he has designed and wears to cover the scars on his arms. He is a Tinker in his spare time even though he should probably spend more time training. The Ammunition he has crafted for Bolzen Kannone makes his fighting style much more erratic, letting him do things that he shouldn't normally be able to so long as he keeps building the cartridges to his Gloves which are custom crafted after the design of the Sanrei glove.
Bow Release Overall Theme The Frostbitten Siege. Soren von Stier is the embodiment of a siege compacted into a single man. He was Trained and molded to be a man who could take out a small army all on his own, or conversely break the way into a fortress and allow the rest of his own army to flood inside unhindered by the need to bring other infiltration specialists along. He is the Skeleton key, the Orbital Strike, and the Anti-infantry Tank all in one package. The Frozen Component of these powers comes from his own Frozen soul. The idea behind Frozen explosions is Rapid phase tranistion. Something changing Temperatures Rapidly Enough to Cause instability and then explosion. The ice compresses down and at the right boiling point can trap the escaping gasses from boiling inside of its own shell and erupt like a grenade or worse.
Bow Release Properties
Class 6 - Bow Form “Bolzen Kanone - Kick About Cannon” Sorens Bow form is uncharacteristic even among other gun creating quincies. Soren Creates Two cannon-like weapons that slip over his arm all the way up to the elbow And Twin Boots on his Feet that go up to his knees, these Boots are specially fitted with Gun barrels around the heels and Canister loading ports in the calves. These Cannon’s Can be loaded with physical ammunition specifically crafted to fit Bolzen Kanone as well as firing regular Vandenreich quincy arrows. They can be loaded with 10 units of Ammunition at any one time. The cannons are fired via a Pulse of Reiatsu along with the Gun-shoes The cannons around his arms can be morphed backwards to expose his hands, this can be swapped only once per post, it can be done at any point in the post.
Class 5 - Arrow Form “Richtstrahl - Direct Beam” Soren Has a Strange way of Forming his arrows, instead of the standard Arrow shape he Fires beams of Ice. These Beams of Ice are about 6 inches in Diameter. However unlike regular beams they can not be bounced off of reflective surfaces. Arrows Fired during this property are released over the course of an entire post and can not be shut off, likewise while Bolzen Kannone is in use he can not Morph either of the Hand cannons if they are currently Firing. However this Allows A single arrow to hit multiple targets potentially as he can drag the Beam across a large area, if a target is contacted with the beam at Any point in its path they are struck with Sorens Spiritual Stat, and are pushed back with an equal amount of pushing force potentially pinning a foe to an object or at least throwing them back for as long as they are stuck in the beam, taking damage all the while. While this Form is active Arrows Cost 30 Reiatsu per class instead of 10. To fire for consecutive posts the arrow cost must be spent again at the end of the Post where it would end and can only be refreshed up to 5 tines before there must be a one post buffer between firings.
Class 4 - Power Property “Zerschlagen - Shatter” The power to Linger, that is the power that Soren imparts onto the arrows he fires when he applies this property to his arrows. What this does in truth is it changes how the arrows impact a target. The arrow will still impact a target with Sorens Offensive stat as normal on a hit but the arrow will penetrate into the target creating a harsh frostbitten area about 6 inches wide on the surface of whatever was struck. This frostbite Lasts a Total of 6 posts after the impact and does two things. If the frostbitten are physically struck the frostbitten area Cracks open as if it was frozen and brittle requiring only a single strike to shatter it completely. Likewise at Any point during the frostbite duration Soren can simply Spend 100 reaitsu to Explode the frostbite on the Target By Suddenly Dropping it down to a Frozen state instantly causing Rapid phase transition. This explosion does not shatter the body part but causes a sub dermal explosion that takes off the flesh. These areas can be purged by anyone with a Higher OS by spending equal cost to the arrow that inflicted it. Only 5 such Frost bite areas can exist at anytime. If the Affected character has cold resistance the Explosion affect costs a cumulative 100 per rank of cold resist. Meaning a total of 500 reatsu to explode the affected area on someone with cold resist 4.
If this is used while Richtstrahl is active The regular Frostbite does not form, instead causing a frosty Line as Thick as the Beam to form along the area where it struck. This line Can not be struck physically to crack however it can be exploded as normal.
Class 3 - Firing property “Elektronen Umlaufbahn - Electron Orbit” While this property is active, Soren Needs only pour Reiatsu into the target zone to create a Marker on an area within 100 feet of himself. These Markers May range in size from a 1 foot diameter Circle to a 20 foot Diameter Circle and they slough off a chilling mist that is little more than a nuisance and indicates its area to those who do not have energy sensory. A 1 Foot Targeting zone Costs 10 Reiatsu to create and appears instantly on contact, For every foot in diameter desired Soren must spend another 10 Reiatsu, costing 200 Reiatsu for a 20 foot Diameter Target zone. Targets may not be placed on living things but living things may cover a target completely if the living thing is larger than the target. Twenty Total Feet may be allocated across Targeting Zones, meaning he may have Twenty 1 foot Zones or a Single Twenty foot Zone or any combination therein. He May Dismiss Zones to Create new ones but does not refund any Reiatsu for doing so, Zones likewise last until this property is dismissed. When Soren wishes to Fire an Arrow he simply States the word “Umlaufbahn” and pays the cost of the Arrow/Arrows he wishes to fire, The arrow fires out of the sky above the Target 100 feet through the ceiling of the building if need be, aimed somewhere in the target zone, these arrows travel at 900 speed. For Every Foot within the Zone he is targeting he may fire 10 Arrows per post, also capable of making these arrows Explode while doing so.
Class 2 - Mass Property “Riesig - Huge” This Mass Property is all About just that, mass. This Property Increases the Size of the Richstrahl beam from a 6 inch Diameter Beam to a 6 foot Diameter Beam. This Does not increase its offensive power directly but it does make it larger, and therefore easier to hit multiple things with. The Sheer Size of a Regular Arrow fired with this property Active is immense. A Regular Arrow becomes 6 feet long and 2 feet wide while still firing at normal speeds. This Property Will also affect the size of Zerschlagen Turning the Frostbitten area 4 feet wide or engulfing an entire torso if a body is struck. Following likewise that the beam Frost would cover an entire 6 foot area or an entire body if the target in question was not taller or wider than 6 feet. To fire with Richtstrahl for consecutive posts the arrow cost must be spent again at the end of the Post where it would end and can only be refreshed up to 5 times before there must be a one post buffer between firings.
Class 1 - Heart property “Unbestandig - Unstable” The heart property of Soren Von Stier is a Dangerous thing While this is Active he must spend 400 reaitsu per post to keep it active. Sorens body begins to Glow with a Vibrant Cerulean light that radiates out from his core, showing his vascular system and bone structure as the brightness pulses with each breath he takes a Frozen and chilling mist escapes his mouth. When He Takes a Step the ground he contacts Explodes, yet he is immune to his own explosions as he is already Frozen. These Explosions Do not radiate out that far, only 5 feet out from him, like a dust cloud being kicked up however dangerous of a dust cloud it may be. Anything He impacts or touches Explodes during this heart property, taking the full brunt of the initial physical impact and then the explosion behind it. If he is capable of sending shockwaves with his physical strength, He is Capable of punching the air and sending a 100 foot long column of explosions that is also 50 feet wide and 50 feet high. This replaces his normal shockwaves for the duration of the Heart property and these explosions are all considered class 1, this costs 150 Reiatsu each time he does this.
Divine Form:
During His Vollstandig Soren becomes, fully radiated with his explosive blue energy. This Explosive Energy Cloaks him with a Flowing Overcoat like eruption of energy. His Hair turns Stark white and his eyes are rendered into glowing Sapphire orbs in his skull. He Radiates Cold, as if he is now made of ice. His Skin is cold to the touch and feels as soft as worked Gemstone. While in his Vollstandig Sorens Coat is not just made of energy but it is Cooled Nitroglycerin. He Can reach into the Cloak and Fling out globules of Cooled Nitroglycerin or just flourish the cloak and Send out Puddles of the Stuff around himself. While these Globules and Puddles are cold they are sticky and will attach to anything they contact. These Globules or puddles Take 1 post to Warm up and return to Their “Contact Explosive” States. After the single post they will Explode upon contact with any creature that is not Soren. These Globules and puddles are created in much the same fashion as arrows Having variable class from 7 to 1 and costing 25 reiatsu per class for Globules and 50 per class for puddles. These Globules are 1 foot in Diameter for each class they are created at. Each puddle is the same size. When these Explode they create an explosion that is 10 feet for every class they are starting at 7 and going up to class 1 at 70 feet.
Divine Power: The power of Zerschlagen radiates itself through into Vollstandig but in a much different way. During Vollstandig if Soren touches anything or Anyone with a lower offensive stat he can Expend 250 Reiatsu to cause the area to become Frostbitten if on a person or Grow clusters of ice that look like Basalt formations each spire being 6 feet high and covering a 3 foot diameter zone. The frostbitten area Causes pain and lasts for the remaining time of Vollstandig, the Ice spires form at 900 speed. Anyone With less than 2 in pain tolerance or a 3 in other applicable skills will be unable to move the affected part of the body. These ice spires May be Detonated at any time by spending another 100 Reiatsu creating an explosion that is 100 feet in every direction from its center. Soren may also spend 150 Reaitsu to Cause All frostbite he has created to cover over with Ice formations That will explode in 2 posts if they are not removed by any technique that has at least 75% of Sorens OS.
Divine Soul: Rapid phase Transition. The Soul property of Soren’s Volstandig allows him to Rapidly Supercool the air around him Creating Liquid Oxygen. This substance is much like liquid nitrogen in that it violently cools anything it touches however, Liquid oxygen also reacts Violently to organic material. When Soren creates this Liquid his Reiatsu allows it to react violently with any spiritual body as well. This Reaction Causes the material to become Rapidly Brittle and then Explode because of the rapid change in phase from liquid to Solid or into a crystalline state. The Explosions that these create is Directly proportional to the amount he creates. For Every Gallon of Liquid Oxygen he creates as soon as it contacts either the ground or a body the Explosion is instant and is 10 feet is diameter per Gallon he creates. Likewise he cannot create it INSIDE a living body.
Soren Can create pockets of this Liquid oxygen as far away as 100 feet and while only able to create one hundred gallons of this stuff per pocket he can create up to 4 pockets per post. These pockets form instantly and may be formed directly around someone so long as Soren is of Equal or higher class and the Target does not possess 50% or more of his Offensive stat, the offensive Stat being 50% or more also allows those of lower class to avoid having the pockets created on them as well. Creating these pockets costs 350 Reaitsu per pocket created. The Liquid Oxygen He creates can be controlled but he can only control 1 pocket at a time. being unable to create other pockets until he drops control or it all explodes. While a pocket is being controlled the Liquid Oxygen travels at 700 speed and will not explode all at once Allowing Soren to control the Amount of Gallons that Explode at will in order to defend himself or test an enemies defenses.

History:
Soren Von Stier, a Better name would be Soren Rhinekranz. If he had only had the advantage of being born to a his Mother's Husband. Soren is the Creation of a Family name that wishes to engulf every bloodline into itself and become the only true Quincy bloodline that is heir to the Emperor. Mind you this does not concern those without a long family line and a name that is tied to Quincy history, anyone that doesn't have ties to the origin of the quincys is safe from this family, safe from the torment of this family. Adalvulf Rhinekranz was to be Sorens half brother, and this Family made Soren kill him, not just kill him but eradicate his body.
Sorens powers Do Well for this, He has been trained since he was Very young to be able to destroy any creature or creation, and at the same time he has trained himself to be able to control that destructive power. The Richtstral is his own creation an arrow form that takes every ounce of his destructive power and directs it down into a beam that fires constantly. His body has become a vessel for his Bow properties so much so that when he does not have them active he is less of a being, he is weakened. Sorens Soul has been so rigorously trained with his Quincy powers in mind that without them he is nigh useless, and yet that means he is hard to gauge.
Sorens Mother was Abducted During a Raid of the Rhinekranz Business. She had a Son who had been gifted with an incredible mind but not so much power and such it was that he was left at home. Her husband had only the time to send a Single Seele Schneide fly before being Taken down by Reinhardt. The Seele schneide carrying a message to Their son Adalvulf at the time. Reinhardt took Sorens mother and imprisoned her within the Silbern. They forced her to turn Vandenreich and then while Analise watched Reinhardt took her and put a cild in her belly. This would mark the Rhinekranz and Von stier families as Joined, or at least their bloodlines.
Soren was a Creation that would Mix the Von Stier Legacy with the inherent Bloodline of the Rhineranz Family who developed the Ransotengai. But what occurred was not a magical melding of these knowledges. Soren Came out Wrong, or at least that is how Analise and Reinhardt tell things. His Energy was explosive even as a Child, when he was born his wails produced waves of reishi that shattered crystal. Reinhardt and Analise took him in as their own child after giving the birth mother to the Sternritters for judgement of the Rhinekranz betrayals. Soren was then raised as a Bastard, someone not deserving of the name he was “Gifted”
Even from a young age, he was all at once told that he would someday inherit all that was the Von Stier name and that he was unworthy of doing such a thing. When he was first Able to form his First mediocre little bow every arrow he fired would be made to explode with a rage. Rage that ripped through the air and was palpable to any who could sense emotions. When he trained there would always need to be someone there who could remake the targets he was training with because they were never left standing after a single shot. He would be forced to Keep his Bow active for entire days, not allowed to move or eat or breathe unless his bow was active.
Even to this day he keeps his Bow active at almost all times to keep himself from being too weak, this is due to the fact of his training making his body feeble without the constant reiatsu flow that his Bow gives his body. Without his Release he is weak, almost an average human with some more special abilities and a more focused set of skills. He is a Creature of two worlds living in both at once, and should one try and exist in both with him it would prove deadly to most. He is intense and so is forced to Remain calm when he shouldn't be, this does make him somewhat of a danger to those who would oppress him now though.
Then came along Gwendolyn Von stier… The Perfect Golden princess that would Take the family from him. For the first year he resented her, for taking his chance at glory away from him but.. Soon he realized that she was his Glory, she was the true chance at something that mattered. She was not the same as the rest of the Von stier family she was just as afraid and scared as he was, only she was not training to become a weapon, she was being groomed to lead, to become the head of a family who.. Really did not want to give up power to someone they knew they could not fully control after they were gone.
When The emperor Started to Send Rhinehardt out on more missions more often, He set Soren up as a Soldat persona to watch over Gwendolyn while he was away. He was instructed to never leave her side but if he ever spoke to her directly and Rhinehardt heard of it Soren would would be destroyed in a Storm of Diamonds. There were always times when they interacted but all he was allowed to be Was “That one Soldat”.. Never Soren Von stier, Her brother. The favorite time he had with Gwendolyn however was during a training session between Analise and Gwendolyn.
To set that up, first it must be said that Soren von stier, is a name that Gwendolyn knows and knows Well.. it’s the name of the Von Stier who killed Diana Von Stier, Gwen’s Grandmother and the only person that was kind to her. Reinhardt and Analise were holding a family Trial against Diana to accuse her of betraying not only the Van Stier family but the emperor by helping the last living Rhinekranz. Diana pleaded Guilty to All accounts but betrayal to the Emperor Claiming she was trying to Bring Adalvulf into the Vandenreich by peaceful means instead of Violence.
The Sentence was Death, But when Gwendolyn Spoke out against it She was suddenly in the spotlight and Analise in her infinite Sadism decided that it would be Gwen who killed her own Grandmother. Soren Changed Bolzen Kanone into its Firing mode, pointed both arm cannons at Diana with a look of Apology in his eyes before he fired both barrels at her with Richtstrahl. The Lazer was not done firing by the time the Rest of the Von stiers had left the assembly. But in the moment that He had pointed the Barrels of Bolzen Kanone at Diana she had shot him already with one of her most powerful Arrows.
Diana Von stier was a scary individual of great power, she could implant visions and change hearts with her own arrows.. But she imparted knowledge with this arrow secrets about the Von stier family that would quake their foundations for years if they ever got out. Even the secret of his own birth, why he was treated so poorly.. Why he could never inherit on his own. But Worse yet was Analise Von stier. She was Claimed to the only Von stier Capable of producing a soul property with her bow. The Von stier were known for their beautiful Heart properties, Reinhardt becoming Diamond, Diana’s flesh becoming mirror like and allowing her to create Mirror images of any person she knew well.
Analise Von stier was a fraud, a pretender who used her heart property to look like a Soul property. Analise became a flower, but she focused her vines and roots down and out to grow and appear around herself from which she could fire arrows. It was a simple Soul property but she boasted and bragged about it constantly. But it was all a lie, it was in truth a Heart property that was being pawned off as something it was not.. And then Gwendolyn came along, her training was far more accelerated than Sorens, not to mention the fact that Sorens was left aside when Gwen was born.
Gwen was found to have an actual Soul property, it manifested once.. Once while Soren was away being sent to kill his own Half brother Adalvulf Rhinekranz. The Details of this are Fuzzy to him, but because of this Analise took over Gwens Training.. And intended to harm her that day. Soren Returned and was sent immediately to oversee the training as her Bodyguard. Analise was training Gwen on the roof of the Von stier Castle, and had Gwen forced up to the edge of the barrier-less roof. Gwen Took a bad step and fell backward and would have fallen to her death had it not been for Soren being there.
Soren came up beside Gwen as she was falling off the Castle and caught her simply, cradling her shoulders as she landed against his arm and set her upright. “We Wouldn't want the Lady of Frozen flowers to lose her soul and find it replaced by a stone cold heart would we?” He said that with a knowing look his eyes and a seriousness in her voice that scared her and put her off kilter. Analise was Strong, but she was scared of Sorens powers because of his intensity with them, he was trained to kill other quincy and she was not.. She was used to fighting Shinigami or Hollows, Sorne was used to fighting Human world dwellers and their powers..
Now Soren Looks out of the Gardens, Wondering what he can do to help his sister after he has killed his own brother..
