A little sick and tired of her ventures of training to be a Shinigami, Celes sits in her room, thinking. She doesn't mind training, but it can get rather dull at times. What Celes thought she needed was a break. A vacation for lack of a better world. But where was she going to go? The Soul Society was not ideal to her being a Shinigami and Hueco Mundo was not a good spot for much of the same reason. There was only one option left, but it left Celes with a hint of hesitation. The human world could be a perfect place to visit. The calming environment, the daily life of the living, and many other activities could perhaps try and alleviate her boredom.
Being that almost nobody in the Human World would be able to see her, Celes simply opted in staying in her training robes, the dull white and red colors really not meshing well in her opinion, but she was not here to critique her fashion choice. As she prepared general supplies which were more like convenience items, Celes slid her door open and quietly left. As she was about to leave proper, she went back in, embarrassed that she had forgotten her Asauchi. Quickly gathering it up, she left for the Human World.
With a little bit of guile and admittedly dumb luck, Celes had circumvented it all to make it to the Human World unnoticed. The only caveat now is that if she was in danger, there was little she could do to contact anyone about the situation. This was not what was going through her mind, however. As she ended up in the streets of Karakura Town, she marveled at all the wondrous things she had missed of the Human World during her time among the living. The smells, sounds and most importantly, the beautiful calm weather that had no equal. There was nothing better to Celes than those old nostalgic memories although some of those memories she wished she could bury and never dig back up again.
As she walked around, she noted the presence of a nearby park. Quickly walking to it, she looked around at all that was offered. The pleasant aroma, the beautiful sight of flowers. It was all wonderful to Celes. As she kept walking she sensed something. Almost as if her senses told her to get out. Her intuition was always a paranoid one so she just decided to ignore the insane vibes she was putting out. It was then that it hit her. As she looked out into the distance she finally saw was had her nerves on edge. That familiar body color and appearance as well as that mask...that cracked mask. It sent a shiver up her spine as she stiffened up at the sight of a Hollow. Losing her voice and being frozen, she appeared almost paralyzed.

Valentin's day was quite different from the shinigami’s vacation experience, Karakura town might be the place where he likes to relax and fool around in too but right now he was busy working. One would think the city housing Uzaki Enterprises Headquarters would be void of hollows but nay, his lesser brethren flocked to this abnormal town and kept making unnecessary trouble! But while he knew most of those Fullbringers with exception to Marcus and Luke would try to kill him all the same as the rest unless intimidated by sensing his reiatsu he still saw fit to help humankind out. He'd be a pretty shit person if he didn't seeing as it was his dream to rejoin humanity, even if the closest he could get would be as an arrancar in a gigai.
Still, that would be leagues better than his current form of a 6 feet tall humanoid shaped, demon masked, armoured lizard. Yeah, he looked pretty strange for a hollow. As to the hunt, Valentin was just awful at sensing reiatsu, not the least bit of talent so he'd only noticed the buggers due to their carelessness by appearing in broad daylight, too cocky to see reason to be discreet, the idiots. If it weren't for feeding on his own kin taking priority he would have liked to bother Luky boy today, not that he had any idea where he was. But regardless there were six of the hollow as far as he had seen, plus minus if they might have any smarter individuals to their group who used them as bait to get away with more discreet kills.
Regardless of their true number Valentin was observing them from the top of a roof, trying to figure out their purpose for being here, from what he gathered from their impatience and hints of worry they were waiting for more packmates to arrive rather than go hunting immediately which rung a few warning bells in Valentin’s ears, they were here to hunt big game and by big game he meant Uzaki Enterprise employee’s. The souls of fullbringers were as nutritious as they come if a lowly hollow wanted to evolve quickly into a higher form but they were plenty more dangerous than a regular hollow most of the time hence the pack strategy. Unfortunately for them Valentin wasn’t going to let them act on that plan of theirs, he did quite like a few of Uzaki Enterprise’s members after all.
Oblivious as they were to his presence thanks to his skills in the art of ambushing foes he could edge closer to the group without their knowing and his small frame for a hollow was always helpful for that purpose. Finally when he deemed himself close enough for a dash into their center he sprung into action, a few of his prey noticing him mid-way and going into a panic as they tried to turn tails and run. Their cowardice was easily exploited with Valentin digging his sharp teeth into the neck of one and tearing a large chunk out, quickly killing the victim as Valentin swallowed the disgusting piece of flesh which tasted of dried, sinewy jerky. He didn’t waste time taking any more chunks out of the first one through, one bite was all he needed to consume the souls the hollow had gathered once it was already dead.
One more resolute hollow rather than run tried to impale Valentin on it’s claws in hopes of a big payoff but the difference in their abilities was too great as Valentin’s spiked tail quickly clubbed the fool in the face, skewering and killing another and giving him another easy opportunity for a bite. The rest through had successfully made distance, splitting up in hopes to be the one to get away successfully. With Valentin’s subpar sensory abilities it could work but only if he allowed them to get out of his sight. His tail aiming at the four survivors he successfully shot down three of them, the spikes of his tail flying out at an impressive speed of 600 to skewer their flesh but the last one managed to dodge his assault, disappearing behind a building and ran off towards the park. 5 out of 6 wasn’t a bad result he thought as he took his time feeding off the other two now deceased hollow before they could disintegrate into spiritual matter.
The hollow before Celes was just as terrified as she was and while it didn't have the facial features to express its distress its eyes were bloodshot with the tiniest of pupils being visible. Yet for how terrified it appeared to be it did not move nor howl, it simply stood there, at least for a while. It didn't last long though, the silence of the moment broken as the evidently dead hollow tumbled to the ground with a hole in its back. Behind it stood Valentin, the demon faced hollow clad in his armour of carapace and drenched in purple hollows blood. ”why, fancy meeting a death reaper just when I've already finished mopping up the streets. Yer a little late missy, I've gone and done your job for you.” he mocked her, she didn't seem much of a threat but being a shinigami Valentin needed little in the ways of justification.
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Hollow]
Technique Element: [Organic]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): [This technique allows Valentin to fire off spikes that can be grown from any part of his body in front of wherever he's aiming the spikes to a penetrating power equal to his Reiatsu Strength and a Static Speed of 600. The spikes on average are the size of a short punching dagger or 5 inches long and 1 inch wide so they can do moderate harm however there is a limited number of them. On his tail he has 10 spikes usable for that purpose and regenerates them naturally by 1 spike per 50 healing expertise a turn when it comes to those on his tail. Expending Reiatsu he can generate these same spikes from any part of his body with a cost of 25 Reiatsu for two spikes.
This technique acts as a stepping stone for further abilities as the spikes fired from his body are still alive and connected to him for a time, his Reiatsu visibly still present in them. They are made from an outer layer of bone structure with a fleshy inside akin to an organ though initially inert and malleable until another ability makes use of them and gives them purpose. Should there be no resistance from the body it hits for example a friendly and aware target then the spikes will upon penetration sacrifice their bone exterior to heal the wound made upon entry after the organic part has gone inside. Even if they do not strike a target they will still become a beacon for his spiritual energy and just as capable to transform to suit his purposes. this flesh eventually dissolves within twenty minutes whether or not having a host to sustain itself from and would have to be replaced to continue it's duties.]
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [By aiming the concerned body part in a chosen direction and simply forcing them out by contracting his muscles, in short flexing them out.]
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Insert Below)
Supply of fired spikes must be regenerated.
Always go straight so they can be easy to predict.
If the relevant muscle structure is notably injured this technique cannot be used from there until healed. When altered with a technique, a spike takes on the ability granted by that technique, but cannot be altered further.

Watching the Hollow covered in blood, albeit the blood of other hollows, sent Celes into a spiral. This Hollow feasting on the flesh of its comrades perplexed Celes greatly. Her face continued appearing pale. At a loss for words, she closed her eyes and performed a deep exhale to try and calm down. Did it work? Yes and no. She was still fearful no doubt, but at the same time, she taught herself to calm down via deep breathing exercises.
Her voice took a higher pitched variant due to the stress. "A Hollow...that can talk?..." Obviously, she had never met one before with the capacity to talk. That is to say that Celes didn't meet very many Hollows. Being taught that Hollows were outright abominations did leave Celes with a bit of a bias. She was told that they were a foil to all the Soul Society stood for. For all that was right. Valentin having no quarrel of consuming his fellow Hollow made him even more of a threat in Celes' mind. If he didn't draw the line among his own race, Celes was downright fearful of what Valentin could do to her. Now more focused than ever, she bent her knees and tilted her torso to the side, keeping her hand on the hilt of her blade in case things became messy.
She was just now finally processing Valentin's mocking statement. She looked at him with a scowl on her face. Her voice now changing to a much colder one. "I wouldn't presume you did this out of the goodness of your 'heart'...Hollow. I did not expect to come across any of you..." With that Celes drew her Asauchi, being careful with her next motions. Clearly making the first aggressive move was a little dangerous as Celes was a mere child in a world of adults. Her ability to sense was....meager, but she was able to tell that Valentin would be a force to be reckoned with. Then again...the shambling corpses of the Hollows was a great indication.
Still being a trainee, Celes took a defensive stance. As she tilted her body to the side, placing one leg in front of the other, she moved her blade so it appeared parallel to her head, the blade being pointed directly at Valentin. Was Valentin's ability higher than hers? Yes absolutely. Then again, Celes could only feel out that he was strong. Not how strong she was in relation to him. She was going to bide her time and perhaps wait for Valentin to strike first, this, of course, being akin to her natural fighting style. She was a very defensive fighter after all.

The strange apparel she wore and her shock to learn that yes, hollows are sentient beings capable of speech made it rather evident this was no fully fledged shinigami. Of all things he had come upon a mewling trainee who looked like she was about to wet herself, well that ruined things a little bit. ”Why yes little fledgling who left her nest foolishly” he mocked ”while my soul is tarnished I don't remember ever giving up my sentience, how rude to assume I'm nothing more than a beast!” truly, a most grave insult to assume him to be of beastial intellect yet he championed on, weathering the insults of one so blinded by her creed! Pfft~
”Even if I did act for the sake of another woe is me none would believe a hollow such as I! Not that I care about the opinions of a weakling anyhow.” he stated as he noted the frail girl drawing her weapon, oho~ so brave yet so horribly foolish! Now she was asking for a fight so Valentin would have to provide. Before allowing her to assume proper stance the Adjuchas already being close dashed even closer as his left leg rose to attempt to deliver a horizontal roundhouse kick to her likely dominant right arm with his clawed toes. Of course it was a rather straightforward move so he had a feint mixed in, if he noticed her trying to slice at his extended leg he'd fold it back to safety and instead whip his tail at her for a low blow, hoping to impale her leg with the spikes that grew from it.
In any case he'd make a small amount of distance afterwards whilst laughing in a mannerism similar to that of a hyena ''You do know drawing a weapon on a person means you've forfeited your chances of mercy, right?'' Valentin oh so liked to tease those far weaker than he, were it his wish he could have blown her head clean off with a Bala but that would have been boring, much too boring and he didn't do boring. Feeling a little devious the second the girl opened her mouth next he'd give her a present to show in just how horrible of a position she was in as he'd aim his tail her way and send a lone spike bolting at a speed of 600 right past her head, preferably to draw just a sliver of blood if he could manage the accuracy, in either case another chuckle would escape him so that there would be no confusion about the fact that he was toying with her.

Celes was definitely surprised by this Hollow's demeanor. Perfectly capable of speech and even a bit eccentric to boot. If not for that body carapace harboring such a soul, one could think that Valentin was just your average person. The hard skeletal form, however, detracted from what overall seemed to be an ok Hollow. He did not consume anyone except for what Celes has sworn to destroy. It did cause a small bit of conflict and as she was about to ease up, she was forced to tense up.
It is very true that Celes made the first aggressive move as she drew her blade, but Valentin came barreling at her with an attack that did not look all too friendly. Reacting quickly, Celes wanted to circumvent the entire attack and instead just disappeared at a quick speed, appearing about 2 dozen feet back from where Valentin had just attempted to strike her. Celes knew that getting up close was not the best idea and as such she readied herself.
The girl calmly raised her hand and breathed in as she had barely ever performed kido before. She began to mutter somewhat audibly to herself, "Arise god of thunder! Awake mother of storms! Unleash the lighting on the sinners!" She finished it off wordlessly with the name of the spell. "Hado #4, Byakurai!" and from her finger emanated a surge of electricity headed straight at Valentin's head. She did not know what effect it would have, but she would see.
This was all interrupted as Valentin launched his next attack. That thorn being launched at her was indeed fast and quite frankly, it was too fast for Celes to dodge with her speed and reflexes. As such the thorn lightly skimmed her flesh. It hurt for a split second, but it only ended with an unappealing cut on the side of her face. She blinked as it took her a moment to process what had just happened and what Valentin did.
On the side of her cheek, the gash would now seep blood as she frantically held her cheek tightly, hoping to avoid too much spillage. Her hand now stained with blood she looked at Valentin with a glare, his mocking laugh vibrating throughout her very being. It was quite the annoying laugh and Celes closed her eyes as she concentrated only on him for a split second. Granted it still didn't stop her from feeling the slight pain on her cheek.
Once she opened her eyes again, she calmly exhaled. The superficial wound on her skin would in a sense, fade. No longer would she feel that initial pain, now only feeling a slight sting that was annoying at worst. She calmly spoke at Valentin. "While it is true that I made the first aggressive move, if there were truly a lack of mercy in this fight, you could have easily killed me with that spike you just sent at me...." It was clear that Celes was catching on as to his mocking attitude. She was dense, but she certainly was not as stupid as she was made out to be.

Valentin had to admit, this habit of playing around with weaklings was a bad one. It's cause for existing obvious even to himself as something of a revenge from when he was in her seat. Of course back then while his foes enjoyed trash talking his attempts to survive they were genuinely trying to end him, problem as usual for anyone trying to fight him he is harder to kill than he is to overpower. Sure he got dismembered to obscene amounts but the frustration displayed on their faces was always such a delight so when faced with a foe who had yet to even hurt him how could he not tease her? As a regenerator as the term went it was expected for Valentin to shrug off fatal damage and keep on cackling in a mocking tone so whether her byakurai hit him or not wasn't such a big deal, still unfortunately for the girl it didn't hit him.
She was chanting kido at close range against a much faster opponent so he simply shifted his weight around and with it narrowly dodged the bolt of electricity as his tail had slashed her cheek lightly, the sight of flowing blood and the surprise on her face absolutely delightful to Valentin. Taking just a step back to admire just how distracted she was from such an insignificant wound he allowed her to speak unopposed, she claimed to have called his bluff. Well, it was partially true. Valentin had only said that her drawing her weapon meant she had forfeited her right to beg for mercy, whether he'd grant her such was still to be decided. ”I only said that by your actions you are not allowed to beg for it nor allowed to expect it. Do not think me playing with my food is mercy, pup.” he said as he took a step back and his right hand rose to his mouth as his Jaws opened wide to display his many sharp teeth, and behind them in the darkness a set of smaller quite human teeth too opened up as something reminiscent of a spine poked out from the depths of his being.
The hand grabbed onto it, pulling the object out of his throat and slowly the shape made what it was quite evident. Forged of sections of bone akin to that of a spinal cord it was a sword, complete with pommel, grip, guard and blade it resembled a straight sword with a blade length of approximately two and a half feet but looked far more nefarious than any sword made by mortal hands as its purpose seemed to be to rend and tear open wounds rather than making a clean cut. When finally the full blade had left his maws he saw fit to close them again as his gaze returned to the shinigami in training. ”Now, entertain me.” the Adjuchas said with all the confidence of one who knew themselves to already have won as he pointed his blade at Celes, challenging her to prove her weapon more than an ornament.
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Hollow]
Technique Element: [Organic]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): [This technique allows Valentin to forge swords from his very own bone, the weapon has no decided length or form and is generated according to his desires at the time. The sword once finished is a permanent object in the world although the spiritual energy of it will fade within an hour and reduce it to no more than an ornament. 100 Reiatsu Cost.]
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Standing straight and opening his jaw the hilt will extend outwards from his mouth for his hand to then grab onto and pull out from his body. Ready to be wielded.]

Celes took a moment to inspect Valentin's words. They seemed filled with malice and condescending attitude, but it also appeared as though the Hollow was bored. Especially when he mentioned the idea of entertainment. No matter his motivation, Celes had to remain on her toes if she wanted to even come out of this alive. Celes was admittedly slightly disgusted by the way that the sword was formed, averting her eyes somewhat.
Regardless, Celes took a deep breath and waited for a brief moment. She did not wish to be boring and so, she opted to make the first move. She took a moment to accelerate to a speed of 50, which most likely appeared to be a leisurely run to Valentin. As she began to approach, she slid her sword along the gravel path of the park, creating a trail beside her. She was going to use this to her advantage, Celes being at least somewhat adept at using the environment.
As she reached within a few feet of him she quickly struck up, slightly missing Valentin. This attack wasn't meant to hit, however, as The dust she kicked up created a little smokescreen and could potentially blind Valentin. She was not betting on this, but that was irrelevant. She quickly pivoted to his side, aiming to strike his backside. Although this was once again, not quite the true attack. Celes smirked as she suddenly disappeared.
Executing a Shunpo, a flash step, Celes accelerated to much higher speeds for a single step, quickly appearing on the other side of Valentin. In this position, if she caught him off guard, she would quickly attempt to thrust her sword into his thick appearing Hollow skeleton. Celes was not quite just testing the waters and was fighting a little more seriously, but she did not have much to her name beside one Kido and an Asauchi.

As she suspected Valentin did find her unbearably slow as she ‘’jogged‘’ towards him but he has already challenged her to be the first to strike so he would just have to wait for her to make her move. And she didn't make it hard to figure it out, like, at all! Her sword plowing up gravel as she ran the stance she put her blade in would have made it obvious even to a child as to what her intent was. True such trickery was a favourite of Valentin himself as he often lacked the raw power to demolish his foes without thought but she needed to learn not to reveal her intent, it was an eyesore.
Annoyed as well as unimpressed when she attempted to blind him with dirt he simply sidestepped the attempt at such speed that the young girl would have seen little more than a blur seeing Valentin once more standing still a few feet away, comfortably having gone to the opposite direction she had chosen and hence avoided her blade. Granted he did not predict her shunpo as he was preoccupied being smug, her sudden flash step knocking him off guard as he turned around to see her flying right at him with the intent to pierce him, he smiled. And was summarily penetrated, pierced, skewered. The blade tinted red with his blood it had gone through his shoulder and narrowly missed his lung.
’Now this!‘’ he exclaimed as his free hand grabbed onto the blade thrust through him, even going as far as to push it deeper in so that Valentin's toothy smile would be even more visible to her ’’This is what I call entertaining!‘’ his grip around the sword would harden, the fact that he had just been struck through exciting rather than worrisome to him and with one quick motion of his sword arm, the movement like a blur Valentin would try to add a fresh cut to Celes cheek! Nothing dangerous of course he didn't want her to expire, just jolt her awake with the stinging pain of his wicked blade. If she tried to turn the thrust into a slash while it was inside him she would come to find his grip around it made such an impossibility, he would however allow her to pull out without hindrance, Valentin was after all a great advocate of sportsmanship! Even though his favourite branch of such was blood sports.

Blood tinted the Asauchi that Celes wielded. Celes could only smile as she successfully struck the Hollow. It didn't matter that her original two objectives were no successful after all, that didn't matter as much to her. To put it into perspective, Celes using the gravel to try and blind Valentin was obviously a bold move, but she had the notion that it most likely would not be successful. Regardless, Celes was proud of herself by hitting Valentin.
She noticed his strengthened grip, something Celes could not contend with if you will. Regardless, she quickly tried to twist the blade. Nothing. Move it around? Nope. His grip was still too strong to utilize those kinds of actions. Listening to Valentin was rather calming to Celes. Yes while it did arouse her confidence, Celes saw an almost mentor-like attitude within Valentin. He was clearly holding back as he could easily kill her. What was his plan?
Celes' eyes shifted to the side as that wicked blade was raised to cut Celes with its vile edge. Celes' eyes became rather dull as she dared not find out what happens if she is cut. She quickly removed her blade, thrusting it back which Valentin allowed albeit with difficulty. With meager reactions she narrowly parried the attack, Valentin's blade pushing against hers strongly. He could see that Celes was obviously struggling under the weight of the blade.
Now then, Celes' stance was now fleeting as she had to place all of her concentration, her willpower into not getting struck by this blade. She was kneeling at this point, but eventually the force became too strong and Celes' parry overall was unsuccessful and she had a fresh new cut on her cheek to prove it. She quickly tried to compose herself as she was kneeling. Within a quick motion, Celes used a kick to get herself away from Valentin.
As the kick was used from the ground, it created vertical and horizontal difference. Within the second of her kicking, however, Celes raised her finger. Not waiting to recite the incantation, she simply cast the kido mentally, forgoing the stronger variant for the element of surprise. "Hado #4, Byakurai" This created a long stream of electricity that was looking to piece through Valentin's chest just as her blade did before, the difference this time being that the Kido would strike with a meager RS of 75 if it hit.
Celes did not know how this would affect Valentin. The last time he dodged a fully incantated Hado, so how would he fare with one without its incantation? Celes did not know, but she may find out. She was actually wondering as she now created about 18 feet of distance as her kick could not send her that far. She was not truly strong enough physically to carry her entire body any farther. Now then, Celes resumed her fighting stance.

The girl seemed overly happy about landing a blow on Valentin but then again she didn't know the futility of her strike as the Adjuchas had evolved to mend such injuries with ease. A successful slash to her cheek later and the shinigami girl was seemingly sent on the retreat much to Valentin's amusement, the wound she had dealt him seemingly gone the moment her weapon had left his body should she observe it. Thrusting attacks were pretty much useless against him unless one struck a vital organ and even then that just made his recovery a little more costly, indeed the best way to deal with any regenerator was overwhelming destructive force in the likes of fire or alternatively slashing one up into fine powder.
And for once he had been thankful for the carapace plates that formed an exoskeleton on his body, while not as tough as to resist direct attacks when the girls ability to utilise force with her sword was reduced by being stuck in him the small plates had protected his fingers from the blade, a minor yet major boon. Wanting to tease the girl some more the six foot tall adjuchas merely opened his arms wide and bared his chest when the girl made ready her kido, the familiar bolt of lightning soon after bolting at him. He had only a moment's notice to react but once he saw the kido’s path he adjusted accordingly with his greater speed aligned his chest seated hollow hole with the bolt of lightning which harmlessly flew through as Valentin shouted with the passion of a football announcer
”SHE SHOOTS AND SHE SCOOOORES!! A HISTORICAL EVENT BETWEEN HOLLOW AND REAPER!!” which was shortly after followed by a mocking and well amused cackle as he returned to a more battle ready stance with his blade aimed at her. ”Ah~ enough of that. You're trying so hard to kill me I should at least be a little serious shouldn't i~” he said in a light, playful tone as large amounts of reiatsu began to course through him as he took a deep breath and a moment later exhaled a thick cloud of greenish spores in a radius of 30 meters all around him, inviting the girl to a game of hide and seek as the smokescreen would envelop her current location and at the same time a salvo of ten spikes would come flying towards her slung from Valentin's tail in a scattershot from within the fog of war.
Should two or more spikes strike Celes she would come to find them difficult to remove as their bony exterior would melt away and heal her exterior wound leaving a small mass within, a sticky parasite leeching off her reiatsu storage's at a frightening speed. After his salvo had been fired Valentin for the sake of making things just a tad bit more fair would begin humming a tune from within the fog, walking around at random within it on quiet steps. He wondered if she'd dare come after him here, if she were she'd use the opportunity to escape as far as possible before the Adjuchas caught wind of her retreat, if she did enter however then Valentin would have to admit a degree of respect for such blind devotion to one's job.
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Hollow]
Technique Element: [Organic]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): Using this Technique Valentin can expel large quantities of spores from his mouth when he exhales which can form a dense smokescreen of said spores, his remote controlled spikes are also capable of exhaling spores but said spikes would expire right afterwards if used in such a manner and can only be used in such a fashion of they have yet to strike an organic target as access to the gases of the air is vital to it's spread. The spores can remain active for 20 minutes and greatly impedes sight due to it's thickness and blurrs reiatsu signatures greatly as the whole cloud radiates reiatsu. Additionally when in a clash of OS Valentin's RS is used to signify the potency of the spores. at Class 7 the spores are innocuous, meaning that they are harmless and when used at base cost Valentin or a spike can create a 5 meter radius of spores around the point of exhalation although the range can be increased if more Reiatsu is payed ex: double radius for double reiatsu cost.
When used at Class 4 it works much the same however the spores exhaled are active and if breathed in said spores will attach themselves to a target's insides and infest them, each breath counting as if the target had been penetrated by two of Valentin's spikes but causing no direct harm. This however would act as a foothold for him to use other abilities that usually require a target to have been infested by one of his spikes. Lastly if used at Class 3 rather than breathe out more spores all previously exhaled spores instantly becomes active and rather than needing to be breathed will infect targets within the cloud by simple touch at a rate of 2 spikes if temporarily in the cloud and 5 if a full turn inside. The Spores would also be bumped up to Class 3.
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Exhale large quantity of thick spores that form a smokescreen from Valentin's mouth with him in center of the radius, Remote controlled spikes can use this ability once before expiring to similar effect.]
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Costly alternative to using Living Spike Shots, easily destroyed or interrupted/blow away by area of effect abilities (especially elemental powers such as fire and ice which kills the sensitive spores). Smokescreen can work against Valentin too. If one has at least 100 Energy Sensory one can tell apart the different shines of the various classes of spores and also tell more closely where others might be hiding within it.

Celes' eyes keyed in on that Hollow. He was quote the interesting character. Especially after this development with the Hollow hole. Celes' Byakurai just passed right through it leaving the Hollow with no conceivable damage. Celes was gathering alot from this character. He seemed like a jester of sorts. The kind of individual nobody would take seriously until he revealed his madness upon the world.
Madness? What a curious word to Celes. Now was no the time to dwell on idle thoughts, however, Celes readied her blade for whatever Valentine may throw at her. The result was...an interesting one. What she was left with was a large cloud of reaitsu. A mass that she couldn't possible see through. It was astounding as to what this Hollow was capable of. Celes could not let her guard down as the next barrage occured.
A salvo of spikes directed at Celes were about to assault her. Celes, thanks to her readied stance, ended up quickly moving to the side to avoid most of those spikes. The spread was great unfortunately as there were ten spikes launched at her. Quickly using her blade, she moved it to deflect two more spikes before one of them did end up lodging into her thigh. She gritted her teeth at the pain response.
It did seem to melt away, but it was odd. Was her wound going to heal? Or since she was only hit by one spike, was the wound going to stay open. This of course she did not know as she was not aware of the properties of Valentin's abilities. Now, however, Celes simply kept her stance, gazing upon the cloud of spores. Celes would stand her ground. She would not let herself be deterred, but she knew better than to move into enemy territory. She would wait, skip her turn per say, to see how things, "played out".

A sensible lass Valentin found no one to play with inside of the spore cloud, it was a disappointment to be sure since she had been brazen enough to strike at him despite the great difference between the two. But then again Valentin had more up his sleeve so it didn't matter, he hoped she hadn't forgotten about all~ those~ spikes~ he'd been scattering around the place. Tired of waiting for her he dashed out from the smoke slightly to the left of his prior position and as soon as he saw her he sprung his trap without delay. In an instant that spike that was lodged in her thigh solidly would pump out a cloud of spores that there was no escape from until there was only a bone husk stuck in her body.
If she took even the smallest sup of air she would begin to feel a strangeness within her core, a lump sapping at her reiatsu and fueling it to the hollow. But it's main purpose was merely to distract her as the Adjuchas approached at inhuman speed with his sword pointed right at her. If she tried to flee the spores he'd take the opportunity to attempt to sever a foot the moment she got out followed by a second swing of his blade to lop off her sword hand to keep her from fighting back and if she stayed inside the spores he'd give her a second helping/salvo of 10 spikes blasted out like a shotgun at her.
And then of course followed by Valentin dashing inside and slashing wildly at the shinigami, aiming for limbs and fleshwounds if he could help it with the reduced visibility imposed on them. He didn't want to kill her, at least not yet. In any scenario he'd make certain on where the girl was pointing her fingers, always ready to dodge the one trick pony's bolts of lightning with his sheer speed and agility. Should he prove successful in his endeavors he'd proceed to attempt to slam her back with the soft part of his tail as to not pierce her, only wanting to slam her to the ground so that he might gloat. ''So, wanna beg for your life yet? if not at least say something funny. Make me crack a laugh and i might yet spare you.''
{Doping in Style}Technique Name: [Doping In Style]
Class: [3]
Technique Type: [Hollow]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Hollow]
Technique Element: [Organic]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): [Generating and overlapping strands of muscle tissue Valentin condenses layer after layer to create densely woven muscles that might look normal enough but contains far more power than they did in their normal state. Using this ability Valentin can spend his Healing Expertise prior to type to increase another's or his own physical attributes by the same amount prior to type by also paying a Reiatsu cost every turn equal to the amount of Stat Points moved around. This of course means that the rest of abilities in possession by Valentin that require Healing Expertise will weaken by the same amount and might cause him to regenerate slower than usual and such. For example this means Valentin could sacrifice all 400 of his healing expertise for a turn to increase his or another's base strength by 200 points and his base speed by 200 or however he wishes to spread it.]
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [It is willed into effect using his own tissue, be it within his own body or the body of another that has part of his flesh in them.]
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) If physical stats are increased by 200 or lower in total there is no drawback for the person the technique is used on, if stats are increased by 201-400 total a low amount of fatigue begins to build and becomes moderate fatigue after 3 turns and severe fatigue after 8.
low fatigue is little more than building up a sweat and doesn't affect the host much, moderate fatigue lactic acid is beginning to form and breath might become unsteady as oxygen intake struggles to be enough. Severe fatigue leads to exhaustion, inability to keep up with an opponent they otherwise should be able to due to the protests of their body demanding rest. They're panting deeply for breath as the lactic acid leaves them feeling weak and exposed with muscles refusing to move as they should. Target will need 2 turns of inaction to drop from each and every stage of fatigue.

{Parasite(If infected with two spikes)}Technique Name: [Parasite]
Class: [4]
Technique Type: [Hollow]
Usable By (Technique is available to which races?): [Hollow]
Technique Element: [Organic]
Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): [Building on Living Spike Shots the Parasite technique can transform the equivalent biomass of two spikes that has entered the target into a small fleshy lump that holds itself in place by fusing with nearby material. It can only be used on unresisting targets or targets at least equal or below Valentin's Class and has no inherent reiatsu cost, otherwise repulsed by their spiritual pressure. The parasite's function is to leech off Reiatsu from others and using the strings of Reiatsu attaching Living Spike Shots to Valentin in normal cases sends some of a target's Reiatsu to flow into Valentin. The parasite can harvest up to 150 Reiatsu a turn from a target and there can't be more than one parasite per person, if a target wishes to be rid of the parasite they can expend 300 Reiatsu to burn it out of their body or alternatively rip it out despite the injury of doing such. If a hostile target is of same class as Valentin he can drain them of 100 Reiatsu a turn and if 1 class below of further 150 Reiatsu. The parasite lives only as long as an ordinary spike once separated from Valentin and must be replaces every 20 minutes to continue working.]
How to use technique (How is it activated?): [Activate on a Living Spike Shot that has entered a target.]
Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) (Requires either willing target or class inferior target.)

As the spore cloud felt like it was thickening, Celes narrowed her gaze to try and notice even the smallest movement. As she began to compose herself, she noticed Valentin run out from the spores as she noticed another little interesting thing. The little bone in her thigh instead of dissolving actually began to express weird spore not unlike the one that she escape from. Beginning to move backward, she noticed that the spores were unavoidable in her current state. As such she raised her hands, positioning her Asauchi to strike if necessary.
There was something odd again as she began to feel her breathing slow, her heart race, the power draining from her body. She had began to inhale due to the stress of combat getting to her, feeling as though her reiatsu were slowly dripping away. With determination, she steeled her gaze, knewing she had to do something to try and destroy this Hollow. All hollows were menaces. If it came down to it, he may just eat her and be done with it, something Celes did of course not desire.
That's when it occurred to her, he was moving too fast for her to even react to his closing distance. She did still retain her willpower, however, atleast trying to block the strike that was coming her way, pushing her entire frail body and the base of the blade into his, making sure she had whatever leverage she could muster to stop his place. Knowing that it was futile the very second their blades crossed, feeling his downright dominance and superiority of this fight, Celes with her fleet footwork, took a step and simply vanished at a speed of 500 using Shunpo about 10 feet back.
As she did so, it seemed as though he was still persistent, swinging for what appeared to be her hand. Once again she tried to block it, once again bringing her entire body and the base of the blade into it, this time with a sense of conviction. She could not lose here. She was a Shinigami. This was a Hollow. He was certainly intelligent, but he could not match the intellect of actually sentient creatures...right? Just as she was thinking this, the blade came crashing down on her, actually pushing Celes' feet into the dirt.
It was then that her body became overwhelmed by all of it, encountering wound after wound as she begin to slice and dice into her skin. The spore cloud made it interested as it seemed to reduce both their visibilities and all Valentin would be able to hear is scream after scream as her robes tore, her skin became red and dripping with blood. Celes did not even try to fight at this point. She held onto her Asauchi, her pride, as she did not try to strike back or even release kido in her current condition.
While still having been able to be standing although very weakly, Valentin finally added in the final step, knocking Celes to the ground. She spat up blood as the wind was not only knocked out of her, but she could tell that this was not going to go anywhere. She could not handle this Hollow. It was then that she heard him speak. ''So, wanna beg for your life yet? if not at least say something funny. Make me crack a laugh and i might yet spare you.'' Celes could only give him a single look. One that humbled her.
Her body felt broken. The reiatsu slowly being drained out of her. That damn spike still pumping out spore after spore, propably infecting her body as they speak. With a broken will, Celes began to speak. "O..kay. I admit it. I'm weak. In comparison to you, I don't think I can stack up. The levels are so different and I understand that now." Her mouth began pooling some blood which she spat out on instinct. She did not like then taste in her mouth. She couldn't think of anyone who would enjoy it.
She slowly raises her Asauchi and brought it to cross Valentin's blade. She chuckled. "To think. A Hollow with a sword that could best a Shinigami. Even with my kido I can't do anything against you. I won't beg for my life. I'm afraid I don't even know if I am worthy of my position anymore. I lost to a Hollow. A fitting way for a failure to go out..." With that she smiled and closed her eyes, waiting to see whatever fate befell her. If it was to be death, she had to make sure that she was prepared to join her mother and sister.

Aaah, there it was. That look of utter defeat and broken will which he had desired to force out of her. If only he was able he would have smiled from ear to ear but his mask was a sufficient wicked grin on it’s own regardless of what expression he sought to make. Regardless with the shinigami struggling to just stay alive Valentin stood tall and proud over his work as the cloud dissipated to show the broken shinigami’s many injuries, bloodied and on her knees. Giving her the mocking ultimatum the Adjuchas had expected her to either defiantly curse him or start desperately pleading, neither of which he received much to his surprise.
His head cocked a little to the side as he looked down at her, sword in hand and ready to strike whenever the Adjuchas should feel like it. No, instead it seemed she was reflecting on her foolishness, quite defeatist in her tone then again that was exactly what she was, defeated. Valentin was very much expecting her to beg at any time but she did the most peculiar thing against him instead, she raised her blade and crossed it with his, a last act of resistance however futile or rather despite of being futile she had made it. The smirk behind his mask faded, well, this wasn’t any fun no more he thought to himself.
’’Did they teach you nothing? I am Adjuchas, not the mere beast you call hollow! Vice-Captains exist to deal with the likes of me, i am ten thousands of hollows and more, the ascension of the forgotten and lost. You are just a shinigami, no shoulder badge nor white coat, little more than a mortal with a sword!’’ He stated, pushing his sword forward as sparks flew from the blades grinding against one another, Valentin halting the tip of his blade just in front of the girl’s face, pricking her cheek to draw a sliver of blood. ’’Foolish as you are your dedication is praiseworthy, i have decided that i would have you live with that failure.’’
The Adjuchas said as he removed his blade yet kept looking down at her ’’Valentin Acciai, that is my name. Make well to remember it for i would hear yours once it is a name worth remembering.’’ he stated as he drew a carapace-plated finger against the air, causing the space in front of her to shimmer and distort into a dark blackness ’’Toodles~’’ he uttered as he stepped into it, vanishing from sight as the distortion vanished with him, the only sign of him remaining being the strange pulsing of her flesh, reknitting wounds and restoring her strength, a parting gift for a rather rude encounter.
