Relius's reiatsu flows consistently around him. This is at a range of 30 meter radius surrounding him. So it works in a similar fashion to vampire ism. It saps the valuable life force of those around him. (spirit pressure X10= life force.) The draining is persistent as it affects ones concentration, and focus causing exhaustion, and headaches that will intensify the longer they are in range. An individual from 30 meters-21 meters will lose life force 100 life force. Stamina cost is increased by +25% At 20 meters- 11 meters from Relius. Beings Will lose life force 200 life force each post they are in range. Additionally, physical actions for enemies will be increased by +50% of stamina However, when reaching within close confrontation range. The loss of life force will increase to 300 as life force drain, and +100% additional stamina cost. This only occurs when an being is within a 10 meter radius of relius.
In visual aspect this being a rather golden colored flare in the area radiating in the surrounding area that remains surrounding relius. Rushing around him as it will sap their life force their strength shall too weaken physically and spiritually. As this is very dangerous to remain too close to relius.
As his flood ability is meant to weaken and ultimately rob an being of the very vital substances to fuel themselves. Thus rocks would crumble, and humans would become husks of what they are. in the end. The grass would lose color. And die just like anyone else who hits 0 life force.
Cinematically things like cliff edges crumbling, and plant life, and animals turning into husks is often seen.
Once drained the life force will form into a golden pool around him. Useable for certain techniques or to replenish himself of life force.

Technique Description and Effects (Explain appearance, powers, and effect): Each post by paying a certain amount of life force. The user can create humanoid creatures depending on their class.
These creatures are embodiments of the user that know any and all techniques the user knows, and can utilize them. They host their own stats, and act for the most part in attacking enemies, setting up traps, or defending the user. Each class the user gains the creatures too will grow in strength, and the created numbers will increase as well.
They are of a medium build. 5ft high, and with arms spreading at a wingspan of 6 feet. (Each arm 3ft a peice) and host the ability of flight.
When the creatures are within range of another being. They drain the Life force of other beings. This is set to a value of 10 life force drained each post. In a set range of 5 meters radius Around each creature. This gets stored in a pool equal to the users reiatsu strength that will store life force. This life force is used for other vita sollerita techniques that the creature can use. Although any reiatsu cost for reiatsu kido, and step based techniques will be reduced from the users reiatsu pool.
Life force drained this way is stored into the creatures and intermingles with them. This increases all of their stats by +5 each post they drain life. At higher class's this drain is increased in rate and range.
They are capeable of incorperating strategies, and other tricky manuvers. They host the same combat style of the user, and effectively the creatures host the same skills as the user. They can effectively use simple hand to hand strikes, martial combat arts the user knows, They can use reiatsu based techniques, and kido spells relius knows. Allowing thw charecter to put their focus on other things. The creatures must speak the incantations for the kido. They can also use any technique that are charecter exclusive, or general (including step techniques.)
With reiatsu techniques what they can use is based on the class. Since they can only use techniques at their rank or lower, and kido up to a certain number for per class. the advantage pf this is that where the enemy will be overwhelmed and ultimately have to be able to multi task exceedingly well.
The creatures can travel between 1-8 city blocks depending on class. At class's 8-6 they travel up to 3 city blocks. Class 5-3 this increases to 5, and classes 2 and 1 up to 8 blocks.
The Creatures function similarly to failure. Thus they Share the same instability as a failure upon detonation. They boast a durability based on the rank of the creatures. Damage done to them will reduce the durability of the clones. Once that is exceeded the creatures will detonate. Via upon destruction the creatures will explode like a failure, but at an reduced range.
They also follow the traditional clash rules. Via if a technique is 3 classes above them the clones will automatically detonate. The explosion from the creatures will be equal in power and speed to the reiatsu strength of the user.
Based on one's proficiency of the technique. The creatures will last only a certain amount of of time after the technique ends. At proficient, and mastered the user is capable of creating an additional +1 (+2 if mastered) creatures per class of this technique. At mastered the creatures have the unique ability to detonate at will.
Learned: creatures detonate at end of the technique.
Proficient: creatures lasts 4 posts after technique ends.
Mastered: creatures last until destroyed/self detonate.

The technique would remain active for up to 5 whole posts in which the creatures would detonate at the end of the final post. This can be extended for an additional 5 posts each use. at an additional cost of +100 life force per 5 post extension, and doubles the cost of life force to create creatures.
(Depending on profeintly and mastery of the technique. Creatures may last longer)
The technique has a 3 post cooldown after the technique ends.

Technique Description and Effects : This technique is based on the ability of various races to create reishi platforms in midair. This Technique is so simple and uncomplicated that even the most simple of brutes and lunatics can perform this ability flawlessly. However as time goes on, this technique however has a very deep history as to how it came to be so widespread, and also a much more progressive means of it's use.
Class 8: The Most simple and fundamental technique. This is simply the formation of platforms under the feet to form an artificial plane off of which to maneuver. This technique uses so little energy that it has almost no cost (25 reiatsu allows 3 steps at learned, 5 steps at profficient, and 7 steps on Mastery at this class). The user can only create horizontal steps exactly the side of the foot, and at this class can only do this thrice per post, either to run along this newmade surface, or to increase or decrease altitude.
Class 7: Advancement. Still ridiculously simple, this level of the technique does take some reiatsu. At 25 Reiatsu cost, the user can create a pair of constantly generating platforms under their feet which lasts the entire post, however at this class the techique is still limited to at least a general downward direction and cannot rise to an angle more than 65 Degrees upward from a flat surface.
This changes at class 6, at which point pannels can be created even at a 90 degree angle. Additionally, the panels can be created at any point in the body allowing one to push off with any limb and even slide along one's back, allowing a powerful boost in mobility. Cost increases to 50 per post.

When mastered, this technique can also be sent through objects, such as the ground or a building, rather than stopping upon impacting them. The range of this technique varies by the Reiatsu Strength of the user; for every 50 Reiatsu Strength the user has, this technique has a range of one hundred feet in radius.
