I'm going to try and condense this as much as I possibly can.
Simply put, I would like to abolish the Cost for using NPCs in certain threads. Using NPCs in threads already requires permission from a partner, however I see no reason to make this process more aggravating. The costs of NPC progression are already infuriating for low class individuals (A class 8 NPC costs 5k, whereas a Class 4-3 only costs 10k. There are already limits on how many NPCs a character can have) but going up from there costs more than just making a new character. The fact that classing up a class 8 NPC to class 1 costs 53,000 ryo whereas just throwing one out into existance at class 1 costs 30, 000 is ridiculous, you may as well just kill the first npc and make a new one. Tech learning and SKp..... is fine. I like it, so that at least is nifty.
At the very least, I would ask that the use-cost be isolated to Adventures, as this I can understand wanting to limit and put some sort of dampener on. The NPC system isn't actually TOO bad. As said before, various aspects are rather nifty. But I really don't think, considering how much work it is to just build up an NPC, that we need to tack on a cost for using one.
