Circumstances: Lagos has been sent on a mission to capture Fullbringers for research and study for the scientists of Las Noches. Shizuka just happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Wuhaha!

[Lagos Oscuras]

Lagos Oscuras had entered the town of Karakura Town by ripping a tear into the world of the living from the valley of screams. Using the airground, the voluptuous and decently powerful Arrancar’s spiritual pressure should have been sensible to anyone and everyone seeing opening a garganta was no small feat. She wore a white trench coat which enveloped her whole body as a turquoise thread katana rested on her right side. The black portal closed behind her as Lagos would scan the city down below, trying to sense for large spiritual pressures. She had a job to do after all.

Her mission was to find and capture fullbringer for the purpose of finding out why they had the powers of Hollows and if they were capable of being twisted. Lagos was assigned to this mission again and so here she was in the world of the living. “Now...to make my presence known.” The woman would allow her spiritual pressure to flare and intimidate anyone who would be nearby to sense it. Allowing herself to descend to the rooftop of a large supermarket, she was waiting for a response. She was waiting to see if anyone was to act upon her presence or not.

She was to strictly not kill the subject without saying, but there was nothing saying she couldn’t cut off their arms and legs before bringing them over. The scientists at Las Noches would easily be able to fix such menial problems. She has been doing rather many menial tasks for Las Noches lately, and she was getting tired of that. Perhaps it was time to go and become an Espada. She thought about that for a moment and that sounded like a good idea. It would allow her to gain more support and power under Kouhai’s nose but also allow her to indulge in the privileges that Espada had. However, she would have to be patient. She didn’t want to make any bold mistakes. The thing is though...Lagos is well known for her impatience.

Looking down at the humans from the rooftop, Lagos was trying to see if any of them noticed her. Would they be able to notice her presence at all? If so, would any of them try to confront her? Looking at the corner of the supermarket roof, she swiftly sliced her hand outward to break it off and then has grasped it in her hand. Tossing it up and down, she used as something to occupy her boredom with as Lagos yawned with a bored expression on her face. Hopefully her target would struggle...and was female. That would certainly make Lagos day as she loved beautiful women and fighting.

She seeing was going to have to fight these “fullbringers” had accessed information beforehand on what their powers were through the Hueco Mundo data bases. She had found them not very intimidating, and above all else. Even with their powers, they were still human. Perhaps she would play around with one of them? She loved giving that enemy thought that, “Maybe I’ll win!” and then crushing that hope like a ceramic pot. So, the spiritual fisherwoman Lagos waited now that she set out the lure. If she ran into any other races, she would just kill them and be done with it. She didn’t care so much for what Las Noches wanted as compared to either her vendettas and or Shikihitsuko’s. The rest of Las Noches was irrelevant.

She has been itching for something fun to do, so hopefully these humans wouldn't be too disappointing. Lagos was known to play with her food, but she had a limit to how much she played with it. Hopefully, she would stop running into all the psycopath people. She's been meeting far too many of those lately and they seem to lack the mentality to know what is normal. Even as an Arrancar, Lagos knew how to be polite and or seemingly human if she wanted to. It's just that she typically found there was no real point to treat another being with such courtesy unless they were strong enough to be worth mannerisms. Lagos was just a little ball of sunshine. With a sigh, she tapped her foot waiting...longer.

[Shizuka Sanamizu ✮]

"Were you planning on attacking any of them? That wouldn't be very smart."

Shizuka appeared behind the mysterious woman in white with just a swift movement on Air Ground. She was fast enough on her own to not have to sacrifice any Reiatsu yet, but she managed to keep her presence hidden within the building tops around the two of them using her Stealth. With a pre-emptive use of her Soul Gauge, Shizuka also came to realize that this girl was just like her. She couldn't sense anything. Well, that is to say, she couldn't sense anything without the person literally advertising it for the entire world to feel. That's fine. It just means Shizuka might have a relatively easy time hiding from this girl if she ever needed to.

The human lowered herself to be just about ten feet behind this new stranger, but kept herself roughly three feet above the roof. She wasn't about to completely touch solid materials just yet. She wanted to figure out why someone like this was venturing all over Karakura Town. It was awfully suspicious, and there had to be a reason she was using her Spiritual Pressure as bait. Shizuka had felt similar effects before, but she was always able to push back with her own spiritual abilities. Flexing her Reiatsu Strength, alone, was enough to intimidate almost anyone. But she didn't do any of that this time. She didn't want to yet.

Instead, Shizuka looked at the young stranger and tried to analyze her. Unfortunately, though, nothing in her memories was giving her any clue as to what this girl was. It was possible that she could be anything, but the clothes and overall appearance was throwing her off. She didn't recognize this type of outfit, which meant this girl either belonged to a race Shizuka had never seen before, or she was just into some different styles of wear. She wished so badly that she could learn more, but it didn't seem like the right time. With the way this girl was flaring her Spiritual Pressure, it seemed more likely that she was looking for a fight.

The Fullbringer kept her eyes on her rooftop guest. If she was going to make any sudden moves, she was going to do so with caution. Shizuka wasn't a force to be taken lightly, especially not since she was Xcution's number one assassin. Regardless of status, however, Shizuka needed to live up to the name. While she hoped there wasn't going to be any kind of confrontation, she also knew better than that. Too many people here seem to attack first and ask questions later, if questions ever even came. So she would have to figure out what this girl was up to much faster than normal if she was going to get anything out of her.

Lagos turned to a feminine voice to lay her eyes on what seemed to be a very human figure. This woman was not a Shinigami based off of how her reiatsu felt and certainly not a filthy Quincy. If she were a Bount she would immediately be using their disgusting dolls of theirs. Therefore, she concluded that the woman in front of her was what was known as a Fullbringer. Tossing the stone up into the air with her hand, she caught it one more time before looking Sana from head to toe. She calculated their distance as being ten feet away from each other, and Lagos ceased her spiritual pressure as she was sure that she had found what she was instructed to find. However, there was no harm in being careful and making sure. Lagos grinned, her grey hair blowing in the wind as her cerulean eyes observed Sana's red bow, her shoes and stockings, her skirt, emphasis on the skirt...or rather trying to get a view under it seeing she had the low ground. Her eyes wandered in the temptation of lust as she grinned happily.

"I'm not here to hurt anyone if I don't have to. I especially don't like hurting pretty "girls" like yourself." She had emphasis on the term girls instead of women. The person in front of her looked rather young with hardly any noticeable chest.  Lagos' fox mask adorned on her helmet clacked several times as if in laughter at that statement of calling Sana a girl. "Arrancar Noventa y Nueve (99) Lagos Oscuras." She waited for the woman in front of her to do the proper thing of returning an introduction before she did anything else. After formalities were out of the way, Lagos would put it into terms this human could understand. "I am here looking for special humans, particularly Hollows for you hold powers of Hollow origins. My mission is to take people like you with me to be studied on how your powers are gained and developed. Although~ I haven't indulged in matters of the flesh in quite some time."

The voluptuous Arrancar wasn't in the mood for talking and explaining to the human, so she left really two solutions. Either come with her to Las Noches, or explore in a different manner all together. The Arrancar was small, petite, and certainly didn't look like as if she was particularly strong based off of her appearance. However, if Shizuka was an assassin, then she should know that looks are deceiving. Slowly walking forward, the fox arrancar had looked up at Sana, but her left eye was looking more at something else if Sana were to notice. "So, will we be having a civil conversation? Or will things have to resort to violence? There are certain things in existence I don't like cutting up, and pretty girls and women are one of them." Lagos again tossed the bit of stone in her hand, up and down as she waited a response from Shizuka.

Lagos could sense just by looking at Sana that her spiritual pressure was decently large and her power behind that energy was even more so. However, that was irrelevant if they weren't going to be fighting. Lagos would begin to ascend as she walked to meet the woman eye to eye as Lagos was done analyzing her appearance. There was nothing out of the ordinary she could see off the bat on her person and so, Lagos had been inquiring on what exactly her item was that turned into her "fullbring."  She had never seen one before and so it would be an interesting opportunity to learn what one was and looked like. As for Shizuka's question on if she was thinking about harming anyone down there? It certainly wouldn't have been the first time she had come to this place, reeking havoc on the land. Lagos grasped the stone, and as she lifted her arm, through the sleeves of her shirt were what seemed to be gauntlets. Around Lagos' neck was a small necklace which looked to be a stone with the carving of "Inu" around her neck. She was a dog based off the look of it.

[Shizuka Sanamizu ✮]

Emphasizing the word "girls" put Shizuka on edge enough to make her face tick. She knew she looked young. She always looked younger than her actual age since as long as she could remember. She knew it would be a blessing as she aged, but for now, it was a curse. All the Fullbringer could do was take a deep breath and ready herself for controlling her emotions. Shizuka wasn't normally very emotionally unbalanced, but sometimes things just got to her more than they probably should have. This was one of those times. Perhaps it was simply the way this woman spoke to her, but the tone was what really did it.

But what surprised her more than anything was that this girl, Lagos, was an Arrancar. Shizuka had never met one before. She only ever heard stories or saw records at Xcution's Headquarters. It was never her job to be sent out after one, so this was quite the event. It heightened the curiosity in Shizuka's ever-learning mind, and she found herself wanting to learn more about this Arrancar. If she was assigned a number, that had to mean she was important, right? So that meant she was here for a reason. Shizuka just happened to stumble upon Lagos, but she wasn't about to let her go. It was too late for that.

Although, she found herself wishing she had said something to just make Lagos go away. The sexual suggestion she heard was not well-received, and that made her want to turn right around and mind her own business. Unfortunately, though, she knew that wasn't possible. Lagos was here to take Fullbringers back and study them, which likely meant killing them in the process. That didn't sit by Shizuka very well. She didn't want to see any of her fellow Fullbringers suffer just because of science. Even Xcution didn't do that. They simply took notes based on encounters and went about it that way.

Sadly, it didn't look like Lagos was up for any conversation. Shizuka's brows furrowed at her threatening stance. Lagos didn't seem that threatening on her own, but neither did Shizuka. She knew better than to underestimate any opponent since she couldn't sense anything about them until they used their powers. Shizuka was simply lucky this time that Lagos wanted her to know. But right now, there was only one thing Shizuka knew she had to do. If she had refused to fight, Lagos would simply move on to the next one. So, with careful consideration, Shizuka chose her words and replied to the Arrancar.

"Sorry, but I can't let you go. Fullbringers aren't just some animals you can experiment on. They're humans. If you don't have a shred of humanity in you, then you will never understand."

The look of annoyance on that face. How adorably cute. However, that wasn’t what she was focusing on. She listened very closely to Shizuka’s response and shook her head. “You didn’t tell me your name...girl.” There it was, calling Shizuka a girl again. Lagos would listen for it. However, in that moment she would suddenly appear right behind Shizuka with her left arm wrapped tightly around Shizuka’s neck in a choke hold. Her Hierro infused arm as well as her natural strength would make it incredibly difficult. There would have been no signs or notice of her even attempting to step due to the superior version of Sonido known as the Sin Sonido. She with her skill had eliminated all sense of sound...and also with its superior ability to manipulate speed, she had left it traceless. Shizuka would have been able to see neither the beginning nor end of the step due to her lack of senses.

Lagos had pulled back with full strength to pull Shizuka’s throat close to her chest. However, that wasn’t all. Using her free hand, Lagos had taken the moment to plunge her Hierro infused finger tips straight through Shizuka’s right shoulder. She purposely attempted to tear through the muscles and ligaments and even through the bone as her hand would pop out through the other side. Her hand stayed like that as the Arrancar stood there with a sadistic grin on her face. Obviously this woman didn’t want to be treated like an animal? The fox woman could most CERTAINLY help with that. She could kill her and turn her into an Arrancar. As she strangled Shizuka with her left hand, Lagos spoke her mind.

“They aren’t animals? How egotistical humans have become. Beyond the standard of animals now are they? Hehehe~” Using her...intimate knowledge of the human body, Lagos had wrapped her right leg around Shizuka’s own, locking that tight as well. “Silly animal. I would kill you, but you are a perfect volunteer for research I realize. How forgetful of me…” The sultry tone in her voice was evident as Lagos would slowly slide her hand out, squeezing tightly on the inside of Shizuka’s arm...before slowly taking her hand out entirely leaving the arm likely unusable. The choke hold did not lessen and in fact remained strong until something else.

Lagos would use her left arm’s hand to grasp at her face as the grip weakened slightly while her free hand began to look through Shizuka’s person to find any...objects. “Now where’s that special item you fullbringers cling so tightly onto? I wouldn’t want you...going dangerous on me. The game has just begun.” Lagos giggled as her sadistic nature came outward. She loved playing with her prey, but she did have a mission to complete. It would gain her reputation in Las Noches if she continued to do good service for Las Noches. If Shizuka attempted to do anything, Lagos would simply form a Bala at her left hand to horribly burn and pain Shizuka. Resistance was to die. To die by Lagos was to be raptured.

Lagos decided...for one last thing. "I hope you are a woman who stands devout by the words she says. Because there's no going back now. I'm going to torture you if you resist...think of it as a little game. If you do what I say like a good little girl, then you don't get hurt further. Then, after I've had my little fun, I'm going to take you back with me to Las Noches to be studied. I have heard that you Fullbringer are rare so it is just good fortune that I was able to get my hands on you." With Lagos so close to Shizuka, she took a deep whiff as she smelled her scent. "The smell of your blood...It makes me feel like I'm melting away. I want more. Do you?" Shizuka should be able to breath and talk...if slightly. Lagos was waiting for an answer. She didn't like to be kept waiting.

Technique Description and Effects:
Sin Sonido is the next stage of Sonido evolution, which was developed by Marcelius after countless examination of spirtual particles resisting the flow of spiritual beings through Hueco Mundo's dense atmosphere. Using the principles of Reiatsu-infused movements, introduced by Sonido, this technique uses a larger supply of Reiatsu to enhance every aspect of it's predecessor. Not only does the Reiatsu used allow for faster travel, but it also reduces all drag and impedance of spiritual particle resistance. Where Sonido filled the muscles with energy needed to heighten the user's speed, Sin Sonido additionally coats the user in Reiatsu. With this internal and external building of Reiatsu, the user will figuratively meld with the world around them as they burst with sudden speed. The density of the surrounding particles is of no consequence, as this technique was designed for Hueco Mundo's tremendously dense environment. The same density that forced Arrancar to improve Sonido's design over the Shinigami Shunpo has further enhanced this technique to a higher quality. In atmospheres with less density in spiritual particles, the task is all the simpler to accomplish and control.

The result is a reduced spiritual resistances means less of a footprint. It is possible for masters of Sin Sonido to travel so suddenly and so flawlessly, that they simply materialize at their intended destination. Even wild animals cannot interpret such a flawless transition. After all, this is a Predator's tool. Sin Sonido has also prove more difficult to react against, this is a forced psychological effect due to the techniques bizarre, traceless nature. Truly, this is a most fearsome technique... but is only recommended for practitioners of considerable skill. Once a soul can learn to use it with maturity, a Sonido without sound can prove a most deadly addition to an arsenal.

Sin Sonido increases the user's speed by x10. Observers with Senses beneath 400 cannot hear the beginning or completion of this technique. Observers with Senses of 400 or greater can detect the signature Sonido noise. Observers with Instincts beneath 200 cannot track the movement or arrival of this technique, though they may still prepare counters. Observers with Instincts of 200 and above are unaffected.

How to use technique: Using Sin Sonido is exactly the same as using Sonido.
Technique Drawbacks
The user of this technique must have Sonido mastered. Sin Sonido moves slower than typical Sonido, to avoid unnecessary noise Sin Sonido also costs more Reiatsu than typical Sonido to accommodate the atmospheric blending.

[Shizuka Sanamizu ✮]

She was fast. Lagos was incredibly fast with her movements and it startled Shizuka, but only because she'd never seen these moves before. If this was what it was like to fight an Arrancar, Shizuka was in for a rough time. She hated using her Release when she didn't have to, but if Lagos was already pushing her this much, she didn't see herself having a choice. She was already in danger with the choke hold, but Lagos was obviously underestimating the Fullbringer. Shizuka had reflexively grabbed on to Lagos' arm and ducked her chin down to avoid choking to death upon being captured. Even people with superior strength can't kill her if she avoided being choked. They could just make the rest of her hurt.

That wasn't why she used a defense, though. Shizuka remembered something she had recently learned as soon as Lagos touched her, so as she ducked her chin and before Lagos had the chance to dig her fingers into Shizuka's shoulder, the blonde sacrificed some Reiatsu to save herself by using Electrocution. This technique would not only free Shizuka since Lagos would be immobilized, but the Arrancar was about to be in a serious world of pain. Shizuka was holding on to Lagos' arm. She couldn't possibly get away fast enough to even avoid this, so she was done for. Shizuka braced herself in the mere seconds she had and unleashed a powerful electrical storm upon her opponent.

The electric attack lasted for three full seconds. By the time it was finished, Lagos would find herself covered in multiple severe burns that would make moving, battling, and living on extremely difficult. She had no chance to finish her attack sequence. And since her Reiatsu Strength heavily outweighed Lagos' own, any additional techniques she used would be void. Shizuka could only safely use that technique once, but if Lagos was ever hit again, she would die due to cardiac arrest. So she needed to watch out, especially since Shizuka didn't have to touch Lagos for this technique to hit. That would give her an idea of just how powerful this attack truly was. While Lagos was immobilized temporarily, Shizuka pried herself out and used her Stealth to hide behind the rooftops. She wouldn't be able to be found so long as she didn't activate her Release, but she would be able to hide again after its activation. At this moment, though, she had to get out.

This would never be enough to kill this woman. Lagos was tough, and Shizuka knew it. Fortunately, Shizuka mastered this skill and used its mastered level, so Lagos couldn't have any defense against it. Despite that, it didn't mean she was incapable of fighting. All it meant now was that Lagos was officially a wounded insect waiting to be finished off. If Shizuka could reach her without exposing her sealed Fullbring, the Arrancar wouldn't have any reason to target it. She would only be able to wonder what it could possibly be without ever knowing for sure. So, with the time she gained through Stealth, Shizuka spied on Lagos and watched as the steam left from her body due to Electrocution faded. The human girl got lucky this time. If she hadn't known how to do that, she would be screwed.

Technique Description and Effects:
An ancient and powerful Energy Generate technique uncovered, Electrocution is a natural force using technique. This EG uses the raw power of electricity as its weapon, ravaging an enemies body as it is released from the hands or fingertips of its user. As the caster is only the conduit for the lightning, the EG does not rely on any of his physical or spiritual capabilities to perform. He simply needs the necessary Reiatsu to use it. Electrocution is a devastating Energy Generate as no force living or dead can withstand the effects of an electric shock. When the lightning strikes the target they will, typically, clench up and become immobilized as the pain of Electrocution courses through their bodies. Those struck by the electric shock are subject to the pain of high powered electricity. As mastery of the technique rises so does the power behind the electricity.

Learned - Upon learning the technique the user cannot fully utilize its power. At the Learned level, all the user can do is create a quick blast of electricity, a single and quick bolt that does nothing more than quickly immobilize and hurt the enemy. The bolt is quick, moving within the seven meter range of effectiveness in the blink of an eye. The immobilization caused by the bolt is quick fleeting, doing nothing more than stopping the target from performing an action (someone running would fall over).

Proficient - Proficient users of Electrocution are a force to be feared on the battlefield. As they practice and hone their talents with the technique they soon reach the level where they are no longer limited to a quick spark. Proficient users can release a steady stream of arcing bolts of electricity from their palms or finger tips for approximately three seconds. While only one target can be struck at this level, the power at this level is much higher than its Learned state. Immense pain is inflicted upon the target, causing either intense tension in the body as it freezes up or simply collapsing. While not as lethal as the Mastered version, this level of power is very useable in the battlefield. Unlike the former level, this one will even leave smoldering burns upon the victim's body where the electricity struck. Machinery relying on electric parts are easily and effortlessly disabled by Electrocution at this level.

Mastered - The most powerful level of this technique and only few have ever achieved. Upon becoming masters of Electrocution the user can easily gain the advantage on multiple opponents at once. The user can choose to release his technique from one or two hands, releasing multiple forked arcing bolts of electricity to attack around three foes at once. As the beams are forked they can jump between enemies, meaning one man can hit three people at once if they are close together. While only being usable for three seconds, damage done by this technique at this level is noticeable. Multiple, hindering burns will cover the victim's body, often leaving this a steaming mess. The electrical power this technique utilizes can easily immobilize a full grown man and even has enough power behind it to forcefully throw a man back. Continued and multiple exposure to this attack can cause someone to have cardiac arrest. If a person is struck by this level of technique just twice, their heart will give out.

How to use technique: Using the technique is rather simple. One simply focuses their Reiatsu into their hands and imagines lightning. It’s a technique that gives hardly any sign of its preparation, making it an extremely useful surprise attack.

Drawback: A technique this powerful requires equally powerful drawbacks, and this technique has its own hindering drawbacks that makes someone think twice before using it. As the user is using his own arm(s) as the conduits for the technique, constant exposure to such high amounts of electricity is damaging. While the Learned version of this technique is far more lenient than its other versions, it can still cause numbing in the hand using it if used four times within a thread without sufficient rest. The Proficient version is not so forgiving, however. The technique can be used safely twice before any of the limb damaging effects happen. Burning of the hands and arms is commonly seen after being used twice, as well as numbing of the arm that hinders its ability to be adequately used in combat. The Mastered version of this technique though is the most damaging. It can only safely be used once, and anymore runs the risk of permanently damaging the user. Effects of multiple use of the Mastered Electrocution are commonly severe burns running the entire length of the arm, partial paralysis of the using arm, and even the chance at a backfire and the technique turning on its user. The Energy Generate is also very taxing stamina wise.

It has other limitations as well. Electrocution only has an effect range of ten meters, meaning an enemy has to be relatively close for it to even be effective. A Pain Tolerance of 2 is strong enough to shrug off both the Learned and Proficient caused pain, but even a Level 3 is going to feel the Mastered Version of this technique. As this power is using pure electricity, it can be grounded by things that would normally ground electricity. Spiritual steel is able to partially block most of the power behind this attack, effectively halving most of the power but only if the target can block it in time. Both Hierro and Blut provide a natural defense against this technique.

At the moment when Lagos flashed using the Sin Sonido, she quickly attempted to enter a chokehold only for Shizuka to have surprising reaction time. She tried to suck her head in and yet Lagos' arm did not budge. Her arm was like steel...what good did the fullbringer think that was going to do? However, within a moment Lagos felt an electrical shock ring through the entirety of her body as for a moment her skeletal system was visible and her body instinctively flinched, releasing Shizuka as the fox woman growled out in pain. She felt the burns along her body as steam began to rise...and by that time her prey was running off. She grunted in pain as she was about to fall onto her knees. However, she stumbled before standing onto her two feet. "Y-You..." She refused to fall in one blow. That would be pathetic! She was the Fraccion of the Cuarto Espada!

Lagos opened her mouth as she felt the electricity make her feel numb...although surprisingly, she would begin to shake her limbs to nudge some of it away. Thankfully, she was used to pain like this. She felt the burning sensation in her being, but she wasn't down for the count yet. Not...yet. "Not bad. That made me actually feel something! Although...hiding isn't going to do anything! Come on out here!" Her opponent was a troublesome hider and Lagos was having enough of that. However, Lagos wasn't going to release yet. No. She refused to release until she was sure she had no other options. Drawing her katana and wielding it in her left hand, Lagos was prepared. These burns she felt were painful...but nothing compared to her experiences of pain in the past. Pain and her had an intimate relationship...Lagos liked pain. Pain liked her. It was the reason why she could keep fighting.

Gathering reiatsu along her blade, it would glow a sickly yellow aura as the fox woman knew at least the general direction that Shizuka was hiding...she wasn't that out of it. If Shikihitsuko-Sama were here, she would be utterly ashamed at that display. Placing her right hand along her blade, she reared her sword back almost like a golf club. "If you insist on hiding, I'll insist on finding you!" Using her mastery of the Cero, Lagos swung her arm outward to make an extremely wide arcing crescent. It despite being incredibly thin was still powerful and with that, it would travel at a frightening speed before colliding and slicing through the rooftops around halfway through the building's infrastructures. Sheathing her blade, there would be a pause and a groan.

Suddenly, the buildings she had sliced through would all begin to fall to the ground in synchronization as there were screams and cries out in the distance. Due to her Cero being so spread out, it did not have the power nor the range to reach Shizuka but the job was done. Rubble would fall rapidly down into the streets, not even mentioning whatever humans may have been inside those buildings. She severed each building roughly at the halfway midsection and Lagos...did not look happy if Shizuka saw her. "There you are little bird. Come and face me..." There was a look of anger in Lagos eyes as she obviously wasn't fucking around. She was serious...and considering she was electrocuted so badly before, she was going to make sure to return the favor to some extent.

Lagos at that moment would dash forward at roughly 200 speed, holding back as to save some stamina. She rushed forward unarmed and prepared for conflict. Lagos was going to make sure to pierce her arms and legs. If not, she was going to rip them all off. Damn the consequences. The only requirement the scientists had was that the subject was alive, not in perfect condition. "You've pissed me off now!" Lagos was prepared to deliver judgement on Shizuka, the fullbringer in front of her. There was no more time for negotiations. Shizuka needed to pay for the damage she had dealt in double...no triple. The burns were bad...but she could bear through them fine enough. Now...time to close the distance between the two.

However...she stopped for a moment as she could feel the pain. She grit her teeth as she felt the pain. Electrical sparks traveled through her for a moment as she shook her head. Now to continue...CHARGE!!!!!

[Shizuka Sanamizu ✮]

OOC: Dan, while Shizuka is un-Released, you cannot sense her at all. Lagos has 0 ES, which means (especially while Shizuka's in Stealth mode) you cannot tell AT ALL where she is. You can't even assume. You're basically blindly attacking everything and you can't even sense if she chooses to use a technique of any kind due to the 0 ES. Shizuka has the same problem since she also lacks points in ES, but please keep that in mind. When she does choose to Release, then you'll be able to find her. You still won't be able to tell if/when she uses techniques, but that comes with the territory of having no Energy Sensory, sadly.


IC: Shizuka remained hidden for as long as she could. She watched Lagos blindly attack the buildings around them and heard the screams of innocent people getting hurt. She shoved the idea out of her head that they could be dying, but it was an unfortunate possibility. There wasn't anything she could do to save them, and she had to remember that a few lives sometimes had to be sacrificed for good to proceed in this world. If Lagos was so intent on taking Shizuka down, she would have to try harder than that. She would be wasting her Reiatsu the longer she attacked this way, and maybe that would benefit the Fullbringer. She preferred to drain the other person of Reiatsu if she knew she couldn't win by brute force, but Shizuka's Soul Gauge told her that wasn't an option this time. They were matched.

The Arrancar also likely knew better than to directly touch Shizuka again. Even though she knew the risk, being completely aware that she'd also suffer horrendous burns if she were to use Electrocution another time, it was a possibility if the Fullbringer was desperate enough. The only flaw with that plan would be that Shizuka ran the chance of missing. Lagos wouldn't be able to escape the technique so long as Shizuka used its mastered form, but that meant she only had one more shot. If she missed or if it failed, she was done. So, ultimately, Shizuka chose to keep that tucked away in her pocket until she truly needed it.

Lagos was obviously very worked up and stressed. Shizuka understood why, but she had to remain silent and hidden away so the Arrancar couldn't find her. She needed to come up with a plan. Even as Lagos charged, it was clear how much pain she was in. Residual sparks traveled along her body, but she continued on. Since she wouldn't be able to find Shizuka so long as she was in Stealth mode, the human kept to herself and remained out of sight while Lagos rampaged about. Although, this gave her somewhat of an idea. Shizuka had to unleash an obnoxiously high amount of Reiatsu just to use that technique, so what if she forced Lagos to do the same?

Shizuka knew Lagos would never find her. So she had to resort to her other favorite thing to do. Shizuka was aware that anyone who was remotely close to them was likely dead or close to it, and the others had already run away as they screamed in fear. That was the only reason she felt comfortable enough to do this without risking any other humans' lives. With a moment's focus, Shizuka glared up at Lagos from beneath the shadows, still hidden, and flexed her Reiatsu enough to force her opponent to the ground (relatively speaking, since they're on roofs). Shizuka was aware that Lagos could sacrifice Reiatsu to resist it, but Lagos would have no idea this would be happening and it would likely catch her off guard.

"What's wrong, Lagos? Feeling a little heavy?"

Shizuka used Movement to change her position from behind one chimney on the same roof as Lagos to a different one on the neighboring building. Lagos wouldn't be able to tell where Shizuka was going or if she had even moved with a speed of 900, but she would hear Shizuka's voice like an echo in the wind. Taunting. Shizuka laughed eerily afterwards and used Movement yet again to go back into Stealth mode on another neighboring building. She silenced herself once more. She knew what she was doing. She was baiting Lagos. With her injuries and Shizuka's Gravitational Pressure forcing her movements to be slower and weakened, she would be a sitting duck. The Fullbringer just needed to choose the right time to strike.

Technique Description and Effects:
This is a movement technique. It's to keep up with things like Shunpo or Sonido. While all races using this have their own variant of a step technique already, this one is pretty much an in-general type of move. It attunes the physical body to the reiatsu in the air, rather than spiritual to spiritual. It is now physical to spiritual. This allows the user to step at 3x speed for the cost of only 25 Reiatsu. This technique does not take up a technique slot.

How to use technique: Focus the body’s energy and release during a step. This technique can be broken off in the middle of its use. Unlike other step techniques, this one can be repeated while in the middle of the previous one, allowing someone to change their movement course in mid movement.

[Lagos Oscuras]

Lagos couldn’t find her opponent anywhere...the human. However, that changed when there was the flex of spiritual power which caused a release of gravity to press down on her. Now...she could determine exactly where Shizuka was. However, what was Lagos going to do? It was simple really. Lagos had indeed been brought down by gravitational pressure onto her knees. She didn’t say anything although the scowl on her face was evident. Shizuka used movement to vanish away from Lagos but was still sensible. Lagos had decided that now was the time to do nothing.

She was only going to farther the distance between them and continue this bullshitery of “hiding” and using gravitational pressure. Therefore, Lagos did nothing but rest there as the Fullbringer was going to make it difficult. She would wait for the fullbringer to come closer to her. Catch her guard while it was down and kill her in one swift movement. Cut off her legs, her tongue, and make her eat it when the time was right. Until then, she had time to rest herself from her wounds. Lagos was wasting her time here. It would be a good time to leave.

Lagos simply allowed the gravity to wash over her. Seeing their difference in class was two classes apart, the gravitational pressure was not overly bearing. There was no need to break it and follow a little girl all around the city and tire herself out. In fact...if she didn’t come back, then Lagos was simply going to ignore the girl and look for fullbringer elsewhere. Either that or open a garganta and enter Las Noches. Lagos took deep breaths and allowed herself to rest from her wounds although she kept her senses sharp. She wanted to kill Shizuka...rather badly. However, Shikihitsuko would likely warn her at this moment that her hubris would get her killed.

It was at this moment that Lagos had a different idea though. Seeing she was forced to kneel on a rooftop. She was a sitting duck. How about now? She used her hierro infused hands to pierce through and crush the “ground” she kneeled upon. Within a moment, several spider web cracks appeared before Lagos fell into the next floor of the building she stood upon. That would give her some cover as there was no method of Shizuka being able to see her now unless she got closer. This Fullbringer wanted to play a game of hide and seek and frankly Lagos didn’t want to play right now.

Gravity made it so she wouldn’t be able to move with much efficiency, but something this simple was doable. Shizuka was annoying Lagos and she better be careful. This Arrancar didn’t appreciate being pissed off like this. “If you’d prefer to play a game of hide and seek Fullbringer, I’ll simply kill every single human around you until there’s nowhere else to hide. I don’t indulge playing in other people’s games. So...come on then. Get on with it. Show me your powers.” She could sense where Shizuka was, so now to see if she was going to come close enough to be killed. Now...to wait.

[Shizuka Sanamizu ✮]

As Shizuka hid, she was unaware that Lagos could actually sense her direction when she used Gravitational Pressure. She'd never used that and tried to go into Stealth mode before, so she had no idea that she would be able to be sensed when she flexed her Reiatsu. The thing is, she genuinely thought it would work. So when Lagos took on the pressure Shizuka exerted and fell through the roof, the Fullbringer thought it was strange. In her mind, she didn't think it was a possibility that Lagos could sense where she was and realize her baiting trick. Unfortunately, that was actually the case.

Admittedly, Shizuka felt nothing towards these humans. She didn't want to risk their deaths, but if Lagos was going to threaten it, the chance of it happening was there. Most of them had either been killed or run away by now, so it wasn't awful. They probably just saw this as mostly a natural disaster or something similar. Unfortunately, Shizuka wasn't invisible to them, so it would be tough to hide her powers. On the other hand, since they were gone for the most part, she assumed it wouldn't be much of an issue to keep herself on a low profile. Still, Lagos was smarter than Shizuka anticipated. She knew nothing about Arrancar and doubted more than she should have.

Still, if Lagos was going to move at all towards Shizuka, she would have to resist her Gravitational Pressure. Since her Reiatsu pool was still pretty great, it wouldn't be hard for her to just spend what she needed and use her step techniques. If she continued to let the power wash over her the way she was now, she'd just be an easy target for Shizuka to snipe at. The problem was figuring out which plan Lagos would go with. The human didn't know this opponent very well, so she could really only guess based on how others have moved forward. The logical thing to do would be to resist Gravitational Pressure and use Sin Sonido again the way she did before. If that happened, Shizuka would be in trouble.

So the real thing she needed to focus on right now would be to not fall for Lagos' trap. She's baiting Shizuka just as Shizuka had tried to do before. If she wanted Shizuka to come close to bad, that meant she was planning on doing exactly what the human feared by using Sin Sonido. No Energy Sensory sucked. It really did. Well, if Lagos was so Hell-bent on killing Shizuka anyway, she would just have to see what the Arrancar would do. The human kept up Gravitational Pressure and exited her Stealth mode as soon as she walked out from behind the chimney. She slowly approached the hole Lagos had made, but did not peer inside of it. Instead, she stayed about ten feet away from the edge of the opening.

"Fine."

Shizuka silently activated Push when she walked forward. Lagos wouldn't be able to tell when Shizuka had done it even if she could feel her presence, and she likely wouldn't recognize Push anyway. Or, at least, Shizuka would be surprised if she did recognize it. She had to figure out some kind of defense against an Arrancar that would be enough to last in this fight until Shizuka could defeat her, or at least drive her away. Lagos didn't seem like the type to just leave a mission alone if she was actually assigned to do something like this. That trait was admirable. It was something the two of them shared. Still, she chose to engage rather than hide. Lagos did have a point, after all.

Technique Description and Effects:
This technique is one that makes use of the body directly, using the user’s spiritual strength to increase the body’s capabilities in specific ways. Like Willpower, this technique comes in stages as well, but is limited to two:

[Stage 1: Push]: This power coats the user in a sort of "Output Aura." It does two things. First, awareness can extend out by two more inches. This means someone will become more aware of an incoming attack two inches of distance from the attack earlier than normal. It means that one can try to use this to predict enemies, though not as successfully as actual prediction or reading. The secondary point expands "damage." Essentially, it bypasses defenses. A human using this is completely immune to cutback effect regardless of state, and this extends to weapon uses too. Hierro is also completely ignored during use of Push. This defense ignoring is only present during physical attacks. Reiatsu-based strikes can still meet Hierro resistance. This lasts for 5 posts, and costs 100 Reiatsu.

[Stage 2: Impact]: This stage can be used only for physical confrontation. When activated, hit strength quadruples. This means that one can activate it while punching an enemy. If the user has 200 strength, that strength will count as 800 during the instance of the punch. This is very physically draining, and quickly exhausts the body's nutrients. It shortens lifespan to use too often, and it weakens stamina very quickly. This lasts for 1 post, and costs 200 Reiatsu.

[Lagos Oscuras]

Lagos remained quiet as she felt her opponent coming ever closer. Perfect. Lagos was building her strategy and playing her strategem. The closer Shizuka got, the more clearly Lagos Oscuras could sense her. Before Shizuka got too close, Lagos charged her powerful technique, Cero in her right hand almost completely silent as she was a master. The reiatsu charged and compressed in her fist as the foxy woman waited for Shizuka to get...closer. Just a little closer, and this battle would end. As Shizuka stood and paused at the ten feet mark, Lagos could practically feel Shizuka right on top of her. Releasing a bit of her reiatsu, Lagos was capable of resisting the powerful gravity that would possibly kill weaker individuals. Reaching out with her left hand, Lagos held a piece of rubble in her palm before keeping her senses sharp. Every footstep was focused on by Lagos. Just a little more.

As Shizuka walked towards the edge, Lagos had simply flung the stone upwards. It would go out the hole with a curving arc, and as a result it would likely draw Shizuka’s eyes to it instinctively. The stone was just a decoy as Lagos aimed her hand right for where Shizuka was standing as at this point, Lagos had been just a bit under Shizuka’s feet and the roof. A Cero from her right palm was unleashed. The Cero was massively wide, and as a result there would  likely be no possible way for Shizuka to react or dodge in time considering her lack of senses and seeing this was an attack she was unaware of. Even if she could react, she would still likely partially be enveloped in the blast. The Cero would blast through the rooftop with ease, and it would attempt to envelop Shizuka in its entirety.

If Shizuka was enveloped in the blast, she would feel a searing and burning mass that would furiously burn her whole body. It would carry her flying at a diagonal angle before the Cero would especially harm her legs and rapidly burn the rest of her body. It would slam her into the chimney and explode. Assuming Shizuka was indeed caught in the blast, Lagos had followed by using the Sin Sonido at its mastered state to appear right in front of Shizuka to slam a Hierro infused fist straight to her gut. Shizuka needed to be punished, and as a result of her metal like hand as well as her strength, the fist would cause Shizuka’s body to make an indent into the stone chimney and be lodged in it. Although...the stone itself would crack from the force.

Assuming all of this was successful, Lagos immediately used the normal Sonido to retreat as to avoid getting hit by that taser again at around 15 feet as she stood on another steaming chimney. Another attack by Lagos. To finish off this assault, Lagos raised her right hand to Shizuka once more. “Bala.” A speedy projectile would be launched straight for the woman. However, instead of burning it would feel as if she was rammed by a truck which would send her breaking through the Chimney and onto the rooftop. Lagos’ goal right now was to make sure that the Fullbringer would be unable to move, unable to step, and relatively harmless. Lagos was not in a happy mood as she could guess. The Arrancar might cut off her arms and legs before even thinking about carrying her to Las Noches.

Now...she needed to take a brief breather. Taking a few deep breaths in and out, she waited to see how her enemy was going to react. Was she still conscious? Was she still alive? Assuming Shizuka fell unconscious, then gravitational pressure would end most likely. This human deserved to be punished not only for inflicting pain on her, but also for hiding like a coward. That was a no no. Shizuka had shown herself to be a viable threat and now Lagos was going to do her very best to end the battle quickly. That is, unless she had to use her Ressurecion. If she had to, she would do that. Although she would have to speed the battle as fast as possible in that case.
