Arantima charged forward through the districts, wordlessly now and with a smile and blood smeared face that sang of a madness. He was a Death dealing weapon made flesh and given sentience. He Roars out finally once he sees the Smoke and Dust rising from the second beast that appeared. He Groaned out long and low more out of anger and Rage as he felt his clones being sucked back into his own body. He Flashed then, Shunpo Taking him hard and fast across the vast distance to wherever the new beast was. He was a Wrecking ball of death and this was his job, and by fuck did he love his job! "Ohhhhh Hello there little bug! Ready to get Squished and trampled on like the fodder you are!? Come then HIT ME!!!"

Arantima Doesn't Do anything but stand and Summon twin blades in his hands and Holds them up, Challenging but with no defenses up or even shown to be readied he is entirely open and shouting at this creature. "You! Fuckwit!! Come on you little shit! HIT ME! Take this one chance you get because once you've had yours I get mine! And When I get mine..  You won't enjoy it!"

She was ordered to follow and she did. What was this madness, this chaos, this senselessness of which there was no reason? The Vice Captain had ordered her to follow, and yet it didn’t seem like he was himself. He referred to himself in the third person, and in that event, as she followed, she bit her inner cheek as she sucked on it, prepared for a hellish experience. Why did shit like this happen to her? While Musuhina was indeed playing healer, and indeed Angel was doing a horribly thing by babying her and preventing her from fighting, it was the thing that made the most sense now wasn’t it? Everyone had a job to do in the Seireitei, and she was hoping to god that Musuhina would do hers. So, Angel followed, and eventually stopped on a roof as she saw something frightening.

There was another bug, and this one seemed to be a carbon copy of the last which had been mutilated and killed before. It was crazy, it was demented, and yet, Angel charged in all the same to act, this time mentally calling to herself, then using the Shunpo to appear behind the thing, particularly three meters behind it with her free arm extended, bone sword in the other. “Sajosabaku!” Golden chains would extend from her person and would aim to wrap around the Beast’s whole body, leaving it with difficulty moving most likely and limited method of attack. These chains were special and made specifically for strength powerhouses like this. If she succeeded, she began to chant with her eyes focused on the thing’s possible counterattack.

“Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams. Unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws!” She then fired out the blast of blue flames looking to wrap around this beast and hopefully explode it’s back, leaving one less monster for the world. “Hado no Sanju San Sokatsui!” She launched her assault, and immediately she began to wonder where in the hell the other Shinigami were. They should be getting people away from here preferably, but it seemed that it wasn’t working out so well. Squad 7, Squad 10, where were these people? Even Squad 11 or 3 should be here somewhat for this. However, it was just these three? “KUSO!”

Scream after scream of the citizens of the Rukongai rushing throughout the streets away from the monster that was quickly turning the place that they all called home into a lake of blood. Musha was doing exactly what she was trained to do which wasn't dealing with the threat at hand, but saving as many citizens as she could with the incredible talents and skills that she possesses. Saving more than a single life in the matter of a few minutes wasn't something that many Shinigami could manage. Now it seemed that she to would be attempting to aid the others in dealing with this additional Beast.

Arantima on the other hand was losing his mentality to the rage and power that dwell within him which was now released. Moving throughout the district faster than all of the others he reached the Beast first. As he stood there shouting at the Beast to attack him the Beast would sniff the air. The large circular eyes that gave no emotion suddenly shifted as it now looked directly at Arantima. It could smell the blood of the other Beast on him which seemed to push this Beast. In the moment that followed the Beast would scream loud enough that the air itself seemed to shake.

In the moment that followed though Angel would appear mere meters behind the Beast prepared to cast a specific kido which immediately materialized from her hand outwards towards the Beast. Golden chains wrapped around the upper body of the Beast binding it from attacking Arantima or Angel. It's scream now no longer in continuation the Beast turned it's head slightly in order to see Angel. As Angel charged her next kido the Beast rushed her closing the distance between the both of them instantly only to bash her body with it's own body sending her flying back. Angel may retain consciousness yet she'd be in a large deal of pain and several bruised and broken bones. Now though it was time for the Beast to fight Arantima.

Arantima watched from within his own body, his eyes went wide and he reached out uselessly in a vain attempt to make Tenryu move. Tenryu however smirked simply, the Beast went after Angel instead, seeing her as the aggressive target. This was a mistake on the part of the beast and Tenryu would make sure that the beast felt every last second of his mistake. The Battle was raging inside of Arantima's soul and Tenryu was in full swing now there was no stopping his rampage not until he was done being in control and fully sated his own blood lust. Tenryu looks on as Angel casts her Kido against the creature before Tenryu takes a Single step before flickering out of sight.

Tenryu's shunpo used every ounce of skill that Arantima possessed with Ho-ho and went further with increased speed beyond what Arantima could possess. Tenryu Appeared Behind the creature just as it's blow made contact with Angel. He Watched as the Blow Connected and then clicked his tongue "Tsk... Tsk.. Tsk.. You should've listened to me when you had the chance.." Tenryu stepped in swiftly and thrust his fist out towards the beasts back. Just before the blow lands Tenryu Twists his fist and send that momentum into the Creature Sending it flying in a spiral directly towards the same location it had sent angel. Tenryu simply Shunpo'ed once more to get directly in that path.

The Creature Reached Tenryu and Tenryu thrust out two fingers, poking the beast in the center of its spiraling chest. Timing it right to Stop the beast dead cold With Hakuda Defense Do so that it was left standing on its own two feet, but only for a split second as Tenryu then three inch palm thrust into the creatures chest In the style of the Mushi technique. The Creature would get sent skidding backward for Thirty feet. As the creature was being sent skidding backwards Tima summoned Four of his blades along the spinal column of the beast Not thrusting the blades at all just keepign them in place like a spike wall as he Allowed Mushi to impale the beast on his four blades.

This short lived battle in the Rukongai continued for perhaps the third full minute since the Shinigami had first encountered the first insectoid Beast. Now as the two shinigami that went on the offensive against them worked together it seemed that this second Beast wouldn't be a match. As Angel was sent back flying through several of the shake buildings that so many citizens called home the Beast itself was knocked back towards Angel in a type of pursuit by Arantima. The Vice Captain wasted no time in his assault against the beast yet as he appeared in front of the Beast as it continued to fly above the dirt ground of the Rukongai suddenly something happened.

The right arm of the Beast arced around just as Arantima's own hand clashed into the Beast. In that moment the thick armor like shell of the Beast was shattered and blood gusted from the impact of the shinigami fist. In that same moment though the forearm of the Beast would smash against Arantima's face. In the state that he was in at the moment it wouldn't be enough to stop him yet harm and damage was still inflicted. In fact as Arantima continued his assault he may realize that his face hurt more than expected. In reality his cheek bone had suffered several fractures along with a sudden rush of blood into his mouth. As the assault cotinued though he gained the advantage against the beast back up to the end when his sent the Beast flying backwards.

As Arantima formed his blades something new arrived though. It seemed like he had finished off the second Beast as it struggled to raise itself back up from the ground. In the moment that followed though Tima would realize that although apparently he overpowered not just one yet two of them there were still more. He would feel like several bees suddenly stung him in the back as long thin prongs pierced through his chest sending blood dripping from them to the ground he stood above. It had happened in a single moment without warning as eight of the two millimeter thick projectiles went through his lower chest and shoulders. Now as he looked around he'd see he was surrounded on all sides by a single Beast. There were three new Beast that all looked the same yet different in slight ways. One had a back full of the prongs while one had arms likes blades and the last had a massive body bigger than any of the others. What would he do and would he be enough to stop them all?

Arantima Looked around at the three creatures as they appeared. His body pierced by stingers and Tenryu just coughed as he smirked and flexed his body hard. The stingers Flew out of his body and the wounds closed themselves to help slow the bleeding which was already slow.  Tenryu looked onward at the three creatures and As he took each one of them in his smirk turned into a grin, "Finally this will get interesting.." He Smashed his fists together and began to scream loudly, Just a gutteral scream of effort. The ground around his shook the air around him began to roil with power. Then suddenly the air normalized, the ground stopped and his effort shout stopped.

When he locked eyes with the Beast with bladed arms there was something different about his persona his demeanor, his power. Where before he was more of a physical powerhouse with a maddeningly strong spiritual power struggling to keep up to his monstrous physical strength now he was suddenly both.. An absolute monster of physical power and spiritual potency wrapped into a creature that was not only determined to take down these creatures but he was going to on his honor as vice captain.  "If you three do not land at least one more hit each on me.. I will not simply kill you, I will craft armor from you and give it to my weakest rival and have him set it on fire for being worthless garbage.."

Tenryu at that point took a soft breath and smiled as he moved into a Meditative stance, one palm open in front of his fingertips pointed upward, one hand back behind him fingertips pointed to the ground as from his own spiritual pressure was formed a pair of Great Golden shields. The Heavenly Scales of Tenryu, the unbreakable Fortress of doom that crushed any unwary soul who was caught between them. He Then brought his stance up tight and in bringing the shield that formed behind him in close to his back swiftly and the other to his right side, as this shield was controlled by his right hand by all appearances. The shield to his back was kept in place seemingly by the left hand which was now locked to his lower back.

He Smirked and Let out a single breath, Tenryu was a Well spring of Reaitsu and energy for fighting but even he was becoming physically tired after this.. He may end fights swiftly but that is a good thing becuase he never has to get tired.. usually. but he was not just fighting one or two creatures it seemed. He was fighting an insect colony that decided to get uppity. From Tenryu's Form another version of himself emerged, comprised of fully golden reiatsu, and as it stepped forward Twin Golden swords appeared in its hands. If he was going to fight multiple opponents, he was going to give himself some assistance. He Sent the Clone outwards towards the Blade Armed Creature first To cross Blade with Blade arms, However this Clone would be unlike anything Made before this..

The Clone was Faster Than Arantima by a Great deal, and Stronger than him in every way.  This projection was a projection of a true killer not something afraid to take a hit because it was not mortal not somethign afraid to die just focused on killing you. Arantima Sent out this clone warrior moving at its full 400 speed and Swinging its blades with a fierce and ferocious 840 strength. As it swung its blade first it did so from 10 feet away in an arc that sliced through the air and sent a curved shockwave towards all three Enemies as he advanced on the one with bladed arms. He swung again this time coming stright down now from 5 feet away from the one with bladed arms following it if the creature had managed to dodge the first shockwave. Then the Clone Shunpo stepped away dissapearing for a split second before appearing right infront of the blade armed creature and Aiming to slice the creature in half from crotch to crown.

Although surrounded it seemed that the Vice Captain of the Tenth Division the Division of Defense wouldn't stand down or fear defeat even at the hands of Beasts as physically mighty and numerous as these. Despite the damage that he had suffered along with the amount of energy he had already utilized while having what appeared to be no further aid from any of the other shinigami who had arrived to fight these Beasts the vice Captain stood his ground and prepared himself to fight against all of them. Flexing his body in order to rid himself of the foreign projectiles and cease the bleeding from his wounds was smart yet nothing compared to the sudden burst of power that came as he brought himself closer to his true upper limit. A new golden reiatsu clone walked from the Vice Captain and began to rush the insect with blade arms that now saw this clone as it's primary foe.

Attacking the new three arrives prior to reaching the one with arms of blades the clone slashed out creating an arced shockwave that travels swiftly through the air towards all of them. Arantima the Vice Captain of the Tenth Division especially in the state that he was in at the moment wouldn't realize this, but he was handling these Beasts better than anyone else they had come across so far. There was just one problem. Up to this point he had only been fighting the scouts. Beasts that in all honestly while similar lacked the development of many of the others such as the new three arrivals. These three had been fighting across the wilderness adapting to those that they had fought and gaining more and more power from each of them. Would he be enough or would they reach the past the Rukongai?

Blade Arms took the shockwave head on utilizing his own blades to send out an X shaped shockwave in front of him that clashed with the horizontal one nearly upon him. The shockwaves wore each other out until Arantima's pushed passed and then hit the Beast yet the amount of strength still left wasn't enough to harm the Beast through it's dense armor shell. As for the other two Quill-Back leaped high into the air above the shockwave in order to evade while tucking in on himself. Rotating forward slightly he knew the location of Arantima's true body and began to fire a rapid barrage of quills from his back down towards Arantima at a ninty degree angle. Each Quill moved at a speed of 600 while carrying with them an offensive force of 800. Lastly though the massive insect who Arantima would now be able to see stood at more than likely twenty feet and weighted at least a few tons simply stood the shockwave breaking off his shell. If any of them were going to be a problem it was going to be him.

Now as the clone rushed towards Blade-Arms it vanished using Shunpo and once it appeared again brought down it's blade vertically from above. Attempting to kill the Beast with potentially the most dangerous body parts was a good decision yet it wouldn't be so easy. The blade clashed with the left blade arm of the insect only for the right arm to swing forward at the virtually invisible speed of 8000 as it executed Shunpo Karin in order to cut through the clone from his waist over. Whether or not it would be successful and eliminate the clone or not the Beast had no clue, but the true question was would Arantima be able to avoid all of the quills coming towards him even from above.

Tenryu looked onward as the Quilled beast lept upward, and then spun around and exposed its quill covered back. Tenryu immediatly brought the sheild on his right up in-front of himself and then angled it up perfectly to mirror the angle of the Quils being launched. This angle had no purpose other than to allow him to watch the rest of the battlers while the Quil bug kept him effectively pinned down or at least so he wanted to make it seem. Planning was not his best suit nor was it something he enjoyed but he knew how important appearances were in a fight and the affect they could have on a fight.  Look beaten, always so when you beat them their face will be priceless.

The Clone had fared well, but when the Blade armed bug tanked the Blow with the blade with one of it's own arms Tenryu make an annoyed face.. He Then smirked as the Blade crashed into the body of the clone and did nothing but send it flying backward. The Clone had the presence of mind to Slam its own blade into the ground and stop its flight, just as Tenryu pointed two outstretched fingers towards the large berserker. "Hado Number Four.. Byakurai.." He Says it with none of the conviction that he should, none of the Soul crushing effort put into it as Tima would. The Byakurai that fired towards the head of the Berserker bug Flew out at every ounce of Tenryu's Reaitsu Strength of 150.. But it was not the main event.

As Tenryu Fired off his own The Clone Shunpo'd Away from its Resting place To place itself right behind the Berserker Bug and  pointed its hand like a Gun towards the back of the Bug's head. The Clone Let out a Wordless and speechless Byakurai at an earth shattering 840 Offensive stat. He Did this not once but twice Once At the back of the berserkers Head and once through the center of its back. The Clone Stood there Sword Drawn and waiting for the other two bugs now at this point Seeing which would be the first to advance or if they would both advance upon Arantima together. Tenryu However was not content To Allow them to Move Freely to attack whichever target they wanted at their own leisure, he was agitated but he had to see if what he did worked on the berserker or if they had some kind of Kido barrier.

The shield and the body of the clone were both proving to be an effective way of handling the Beasts as time progressed and actions continued to be made against him. The dozens of Quills that were fired from the back of the Beast as it flipped through the air over Arantima although powerful weren't enough to puncture through the immense defense quality of the golden shields of reiatsu. The slash from the Beast against the clone was enough that the clone was sent backwards several meters, but yet wasn't enough to actually harm the clone.

This wasn't going good for either side. Arantima was managing to hold his own even outnumbered and injured yet it didn't seem he was going to be able to inflict any sort of damage on the newer Beasts as they were much more powerful than the first two had been. Even now a bolt of lightning was fired off at the massive Beast it slammed against the face covered in shell only to shatter almost immediately off the density of this Beasts shell. Arantima might not be one for strategy or planning in release yet it was clear to anyone who had been watching the battle that this Beast possessed a much more sturdy defensive shell than any of the other Beasts that had been seen.

That was far from the only thing that Arantima managed to get off though the only issued was simple though, nothing seemed to work. The lightning that was cast against the massive bug simply moved against the shell heating it up yet accomplishing little more than that as the shell held up and kept the Beast from suffering any sort of physical damage. The ground quaked and crater beneath the might that was the lightning that Arantima managed to conjure up with his raw offensive power yet in the destruction that was the battle field now stood the Beast unfazed and giving the clone no attention. Instead it's throat seemed to enlarge to four times the size it had been and then only a moment later a massive five foot sized ball of thick black gunk was spit out towards the real Arantima with a force of 1350.

Tenryu Watches not as the Byakurai fails, it was what was happening to the Creatures throat that was the most devastating. He Was not sure what it was that was coming out of this creatures throat but it was going to be bad. The Clone Stayed in position uncertain of what to do next, while Tenryu was also considering what to do next. You see for Tenryu it was fight or die, but He still had Arantima in his soul who was now screaming at him "GET OUT OF THERE TENRYU!!! Our Agreement does not include you choosing the time of my death!!" Arantima was Pounding at the doors of the inner Temple now demanding to be let out, and the shocking thing to both Tenryu and Arantima was that Tima was actually cracking the doors.

Tenryu Saw now that this ball of gunk was screaming after him, And While he thought it would be good payback to give control over to tima and negate the release, sealing away his true power Tenryu knew he might not survive that jab. So Tenryu Simply Began Shunpo Stepping away back towards the Gates of the Seireitei. He Could Get there in about Four steps he figured but there was no time to count steps there was only time to run and let Arantima try and get some reinforcements.. A Few Captains out there should be able to handle those beasts without any issues.. If only he had some Bakudo.. Bakudo would have held those beasts long enough to fight them one on one.

Arantima Arrives back at the gates of the seireitei and Tenryu Gives over Control back to Arantima. Arantima then Runs to the Squad Thirteen Barracks and Asks they send the Butterflies to every captain to warn them about the situation.

It seemed that the mighty Vice Captain of the Tenth Division had determined that he wouldn't be enough in the battle to save the Rukongai. It was a wise move as the might of these three additional Beasts matched his own from what had been seen so far yet he had been fighting far longer and was now outnumbered more than he could apparently match. The kido that he cast managed to burn the surface of the shell to the massive Beast yet beyond that nothing seemed to happened from the attack. Now though it was time to escape and call for back up so that the entire district of the Rukongai wouldn't be wiped out along with all of the citizens of the district.

All of the bugs including the one that had first been attacked with it's shell shattered in multiple places and blood seeping from its wounds gathered together gazing at the last location of Arantima before he had used Shunpo to vanish. It was almost like they were expecting him to attack once again or reappear yet after a few moments they just turned. Something was up. They just began to walk away almost like they had nothing else to do here in the Rukongai District. Could it really be that there was nothing left for them to do. If so what had they come here for and what were they returning too? Why did they all look so similar. So many questions and the story had only just started.
