She had to admit. The Districts were a little more challenging. If she had tried to invade this far into the Rukongai during her first forays into Soul Society, she imagined she would have had a considerably hard time to go and hunt. In addition to some of the rukongai citizens actually being competent, the Shinigami that showed up were actually something to be valued. It was....fascinating to be frank. And with this fascination came Ideas.
As the shinigami before her watched his blade snap as she had snared it, those clawed hands slowly squeezing until the weapon snapped into several pieces, she watched him, seeing him struggle as that ferrociously spreading garden enveloped his legs. She did not bother setting traps or the like. No not at all.... Instead, she reached down and gently sank her claw against his skin, and she FELT him recoil, that whimpering as her claw slowly drew blood, sliding across his forehead, and then down, etching a cross into his flesh.
The hollow smiled behind her mask, and then swatted the shinigami aside, and with a strangled cry, he was sent flying, slamming into a wall where he went limp, half-buried in the wall iteslf. He was left there... alive. Why? Because of Angel. Angel had made her realize something very interesting. Enigmacy was the bane of shinigami. If you did not act as they expected, they drove themselves insane. With her attention shifting, the garden around her still creeping outward, a fifty meter radius around her was growing that flesh, as that blood oozed from her body and decomposed, breaking into a radiation which caused that garden to grow.
To those Rukongai citizen who had been hiding inside, they would be shivering, quaking, and they would see the eyeballs growing out of the walls, several FEET of thick flesh growing out of their surroundings before fleshless arms and limbs began reaching out of it. A single finger pointed before a crackle blasted the air, a loud OOMF as a spike of bone decapitated one of the citizens, fired from the bony firearm created by Ajora. The male dropped to his knees, his two sons beside him shouting as they rushed toward that mass of growing flesh, weapons raised. right into those bone bear traps that SNAPPED.
Even through the walls, Ajora could hear the screams as the two young men had their ankles removed from their shins, followed by the sickening crunch of their bodies being twisted and rolled up into little balls, balls that were fed through a hole in the wall, right where she could grasp them and eat them. She spared the shinigami, but ate the rukongai citizens. Truth be told, two of the rukongai citizens held more nutrition than a single shinigami. It wasn't even much of a waste. What was more? Killing Shinigami meant more drawn attention.
It stood to reason that so long as they weren't dead, the shinigai would probably just lie. Saying they barely managed to get away. And even if they didn't, they would assume something drove her off, keeping her from eating them as well. And so, the soul society would retain a relatively skewed perspective. That she was weak. Or sloppy. And this was good. Even as she crunched, mulching those pluses and swallowing them down, she let out a pleased little noise as she looked around, and she could see through those many eyes that grew amongst her garden.
So many souls. Just what she needed to grow. She had a promise to keep with Angel after all. She needed to keep progressing. Soul society needed to be reminded. And for that purpose. She needed to feed. With a sudden spike of her own spiritual pressure, the area around her suddenly was locked in a torrential blast of her own spiritual pressure. All around her, those rukongai citizens hit the floor, some of them dying instantly from the sheer weight of her power. Naturally, she shinigami were strong enough to survive. she controlled her reiatsu, making sure only to raise it enough that it would injure, but not kill any of the shinigami.
She moved to the nearest house and slowly pried the wall open, looking inside at the number of corpses on the floor. She paused, reaching down as the ground beneath her molded, bone forming into a firearm, her own skills she'd accumulated helping her to craft a dart gun out of flesh, sinew, and bone. It was more or less similar to an airsoft gun, she hardly had any gunpoweder, and she was not yet skilled enough to make explosives from her corpsey garden. But she could use her skill in biology to fire pressurized bone darts from such a weapon. With it in hand, she eyed the corpses inside of the house, tilting her head this way and that before bony hands reached up from the flesh and gore growing around her. Twisting and balling up the bodies and pulling them toward her. Three teenagers. And what she assumed was some sort of guardian. An adult that, surprisingly seemed ot be alive. she could see the woman struggling, sobbing.
Even as those young adults she had been caring fore were mulched up, having to watch as Ajora consumed them, and then began stepping towards them. Those delicate hooves squishing as the woman knelt down, and paused, lightly tapping the barrel of her weapon against the woman's head. "How interesting. A shame you never attempted to become a shinigami. You certainly have a spirit strong enough." she noted. Before the thunk of a bone dart sinking into the woman's skull was heard, and then she was balled up, broken and twisted into a little sphere, and eaten like the rest. Sparing some random woman would not further her plans.
Rising up, Ajora paused when she noticed that she could sense something nearby. A shinigami? It seemed like it. whatever it was, they were much stronger than the ones she had been taking out thus far. The cervitaur decided to wait patiently, remaining inside of the building. Hiding for now, as all aruond her, outside of the building, fleshless eyes and ears would grow out of the ground, peeking out from five feet of viscera and flesh. The buildings were nice enough that it wasn't likely that any of the structures would just collapse from the weight. Another unexpected bonus.
For now... she waited. Curious to see who this knight in shining armor might be.

SLAM!
The door to Yetsuna's office flew open knocking her out of her rather restful sleep and causing her frantically shift position in what would probably be considered a bad attempt to save face. "What?" she asked rather peeved someone disturbed her nap and had just barged into her office, then, with the shot of adrenaline wearing off, she saw the man's face, he looked like death, and not in the way he was supposed to. He was almost as pale as an albino and was soaked in blood, but as far as she could tell he seemed relatively uninjured, whats more the blood didn't smell like normal blood, the usual metallic scent clung to it, but there was some kind of taint to it. The scent was hard to describe, there weren't really words for it, she just knew that the blood didn't belong to any normal human or creature.
With a large swallow the man began to talk, he stuttered slightly in the beginning, but eventually he found his words, "There...There's SOME creature out there, it's attacking the rukon district....I think it's somewhere in district 55 right now," the man was obviously shaken by what he saw. Typically she would have dismissed his jitters marking them up to his newbie status, hence why he was guarding the rukon district, but the fact whatever it was was penetrating that deeply into the rukon meant that the creature was either very stupid or very strong. "It...it was eating people, but not like I had ever seen before. It attacked me, it easily could have killed me, but...." the man's voice trailed off as he began to fall backwards.
Using a shunpo she caught the man before his skull bashed into the ground before shouting an order for some people to come to the room. As far as she could tell with her fairly limited combat medical knowledge the greenhorn seemed like he had just passed out due to exhaustion, not that she could blame him, if his story and reaction were anything to go by he had been through a hell of an ordeal, the fact he managed to make it back to get her was no small feat, and that whatever he fought was no joke. A moment after she barked her orders she heard several pairs of feet closing in, three shinigami enter her office, just the number she needed, "What do you need Vice Captain," one of them asked.
"Two of you take this man to squad 4 immediately, the remaining man gather any seated officer not deployed and tell them to go out towards Rukon 55 and intercept any hostiles they meet," she commanded. Yetsuna wasn't typically the type to have back up, actually more often then not she WAS the back up, but if there was a hollow strong enough to get to rukon 55 without word making it so someone by now chances were this was no run of the mill hollow. Additionally there was a good chance that more hollows were gonna follow whatever destruction the first hollow left in an attempt to scrounge scraps, and if her worst case scenario was reality she wouldn't want or afford to be distracted by small fry. Two of the men took the man out of her hands while the last departed, as they left one of them turned his head to her, "What are you going to do ma'am?" The dirty blonde grabbed her blade, "What do you think," she replied to her subordinate before jumping out of her window and dashing towards the reported districts.
The Stone Queen didn't know how long it would take to actually gather whatever seated officers were left in squad 3 at the moment, if memory served most were out on deployments right now, but it shouldn't take too long as long as the remaining men didn't prove hard to locate. Hopefully the man would also be smart enough to inform squad 10 about the incursion as well, their job was dedicated defense, but their response time was slower, albeit more organized, then squad 3s. In this way there was actually a good working relationship, squad 3 acted as fast responders and shock-troopers intercepting any enemies and stopping their advance while squad 10 organized to actually take them out (though typically squad 3 had that done by the time they arrived anyway). Regardless she was sure that whatever was out there wasn't anything beyond her skill, all of that was just precautionary measures to account for a worst case.
It took a few minutes of traveling by rooftops until she came into view of the area under attack, if she was right it had managed to break through to district 50 since the man last observed it, but that wasn't what really caught her attention. Farther back in the high number districts she could see some kind of growth all over the place, it looked like.....flesh? Her first thought was that it was just some carnage caused by whatever was attacking, but the sheer amount of flesh as well as the reiatsu she sensed from it betrayed that thought. As she closed the final distance towards the mass of flesh she began to unseal her shikai allowing it to overtake form before summoning two spiked stone gauntlets over her hands.
The armored woman remained on the outskirts of the fleshy pile, almost as tall as she was, she could feel the reaitsu all around her, but in all the noise she could feel a source, though she couldn't pinpoint its exact location. "I know you're here," she called out, trying to lure out the beast and amply prepared for an attack out of the blue, or possibly flesh.

The shout was really all that she needed. Not only that, but once she sensed that powerful reiatsu, she smiled to herself. Someone who was actually within her own weight class. Once Yetsuna was on the edge of her territory, it was the work of a moment to close in on the woman, suppressing her own reiatsu, but hardly hiding it in her surroundings, allowing her flesh to continue giving it off as she slowly made her way in, closing in on the woman. But of course, Yetsuna was not alone. She would notice it.
Those walla of flesh and black blood, among them were arts. Arms, legs, torsos, heads, eyes, ears, mouths, all disembodied. Even the remains of what looked like bear traps and slip nooses were in evidence, all of them made from that flesh and viscera, making it clear that this place was not as safe as it seemed. Feom the wall to her left, several eyes swiceled before locking onto her, and even though Santa was still a ways away, the mouth near her foot would open and speak to her.
"I love your armor. Lovely angle. " It rasped out, as several eyes spawned underneath Yetsuna, before then closing again, politely melting before those other eyes fixated back on her, the Hollow quickly correcting her plane of view to give the shinigami her dignity after her little...misstep. Yetsuna's attire was a little...abnormal. "I apologize. I was unaware of your...special outfit. What is your name, shinigami?" That mouth calmly requested, as Santa herself calmly closed in, not bothering to waste any energy.
In fact, she even took a moment to pause, spotting a larger building than the rest of the area. She took a moment to slither inside, the eyes and ears growing inside of the building until she spotted them. Some of the rukongai had been huddled up in the attic. A LOT of them! One..three....seven... Oh so very many. She smiled softly as she began investigating the structure of the building, keeping her presence hidden as she checked the building's structural integrity.
Meanwhile, the disembodied parts would continue their conversation. "You do not seem like the run of the mill shinigami. You have heroine written all over you. You hardly seem like a cocaine kind of girl." the hollow then chuckled at her own little joke. "But truly. What is it I can help you with? You are by far the strongest shinigami to arrive. I have been trying to keep this operation...discrete. I have even warded my bretheren from following me. However.. it is becomming abundantly clear that I may have to amend this practice." She mused idly, her head canting to the side as she continued to eye the woman from those little eyeballs growing from the wall.

Strewn throughout the flesh were body parts, though whether they were of people killed or just parts of the mass of flesh before her had yet to be determined. The shinigami also noticed several trap like constructions among the gore, though they seemed to be made of bone and muscle rather then steel and springs, it was a rather interesting development and only served to speak of the hostile nature of the gore. She continued to walked to perimeter of the flesh watching and waiting for any sighs of the hollows responsible for the attack. A few steps after her call a voice replied, but it wasn't as far off as she expected, then she noticed the flesh morphing.
Several eyes appeared along the wall as well as a mouth closer to the ground near her foot, which began to speak, commenting on her the appearance of her shikai before asking who she was. "Yetsuna Yishnir, vice captain of squad 3" she replied flatly, obviously not in the mood for games. While she was typically a fun loving type of girl, even with her enemies, she wasn't the type to goof around when other peoples lives were on the line, hence why her demeanor was cooler then usual. As she gave her name she felt the source of the reaitsu begin to fade away, farther into the sea of reaitsu the flesh gave off, the beast was probably trying to do a stealthy approach.
The mouth continued to talk in what Yetsuna was feeling like a bid to buy time, but for what she wasn't entirely sure. Based on it's words the hollow didn't seem to be shy of a challenge so running didn't seem likely, but hunting didn't either, not many things could survive being buried in a mountain of flesh like that before her, so what was it doing? "You can leave," she replied to the hollows question, "I don't care what measures you've taken to prevent hollows from following, I refuse to let you devour innocent people." As she spoke she attempted to sharpen her energy sensory abilities, focusing on them in an effort to at the very least re-obtain a general direction from the beast.
While the dirty blonde didn't couldn't manage to locate the hollow she felt a small ping of spiritual energy, pluses likely trapped by whatever hellish ability the hollow had been using. If Yetsuna had been able to find them with her average sensory abilities she was willing to bet the hollow knew they were there too, but that raised to question of its next move. Maybe the hollow had already found them and was using them as a lure for a trap, or maybe it was moving in on them at that very moment, or maybe it didn't even care about them and was still closing in on her.
Each option had its own problems, especially if the hollow was using the group as a trap which seemed exceptionally likely based on the hollows seemingly cunning and cocky attitude. Despite this Yetsuna wasn't the type to condemn someone else to death just because of a danger posed to her, she knew her chance to survive such an encounter was higher then whatever person was being used for a bait. With another small burst of reiatsu the ground at her feet began to warp forming a secondary set of greaves that covered the first. She did this for two reasons, the first was as an additional layer of protection against any possible traps that might try to snap at her ankles, and as a means to allow her to move without having to contact the fleshly death trap.
Using her powers she lifted herself off of the ground and began to float towards the source of reiatsu she sensed. The earth queen was using her powers to move at a higher rate of speed then she typically achieve on her own and she would arrive at the source within a few moments, and began looking around to see if the hollow was anywhere within sight. If not she would approach the roof the building and tear off a section of the roof exposing the trap people, "I'm here to help, move quickly," she said she voice kind, but urgent as she summoned a small platform for them to mount so she could get them to safety.
Ajora was...intrigued. Before her very eyes the Lieutenant instead of hunting for her, saw fit to help evacuate those citizens that were trapped. She watched, calmly, through the walls as Yetsuna did her work. Ajora herself closing her main eyes and shuddering as the depths of her insides would quiver with the deep thoughts that trailed the inside of her mind. A mind that sank into The Deep and drew forth the dark ink of inspiration. She had no reason to fret. Even as the dark swirled and coursed through her core, she did feel a sense of excitement.
That core trembled with a sudden exhilaration. How long had it been since she had fought anything competent? So very suddenly she that worming thought ate it's way deeper into her mind. Consume. Chew. Swallow. the words dripped like chocolate through her brain and put her in a sudden bloodthirsty mood. The darkness swallowed her body, wrapping around her as reality was eaten away by the void that consumed her form, and the cervitaur bled into reality behind Yetsuna, stealthily slithering into existence behind them.
The ground beneath Yetsuna lurched up, just slightly infront of her as spikes of Bone would lunge upward and stab toward Yetsuna's front, whilst Ajora, who had snuck up behind the woman, would reach forward and seek to grab the woman by both wrists, naturally the woman would backpedal (reasonably) in response to those spikes as they were fast, but not fast enough that they would likely trigger the woman's reflex to use a step tech to dodge. Those hands of Ajora's would sneak forth, aiming to grab the wrists, before PLANTING her front hooves into the woman's back, intent on yanking the Lieutenant's arms out of their sockets, and potentially aiming to tear the limbs off with that ferocious strength of hers.
There was no real complication, the attack was dual multifaceted, but it was a simple attack on the Lieutenant, using her powers of stealth as well as the distraction to pull the move off. With the constant squirming and motion of the flesh growing and shifting around them, there was little out of the ordinary in terms of physical noise to tip the woman off, and there was no real technique being used that would give a reiatsu burst off for the woman to detect. She saw no reason why her attack shouldn't go off without a hitch, but even so...
She still braced herself. Ready and expecting something to go wrong. In all of her life, she knew better than anyone than to believe what seemed to be an easy shot. Even as she attacked, the flesh growing around them would take form. A series of bone Bear traps growing into the floor, covered by the soft concealing flesh that had already grown ontop of them. Surely Yetsuna could not stay hovering forever. Right? At some point, that floor would be where Yetsuna would have to step. Santa simply made sure that when she did, it would be a surprise.

Yetsuna floated several inches above the fleshy pile with a stone platform loaded with pluses in tow, all around them the flesh squirmed generating and dissolving body parts, she knew the hollow was watching her. Yetsuna's guard was high, with the flesh giving off reaitsu like the hollow's it was basically impossible for her to track the hollow relying on energy sensory abilities and with the gore constantly moving sound was out as well so she could only rely on sight. She constantly scanned the area around her looking for the creature in case it decided to attack while she moved the civilians, with them in town she ddn't want to move her full speed or she could risk losing and/or hurting one. Despite the limit on her speed was still moving fairly quick as she moved towards the area that she had come in.
Her initial trip had only taken her a matter of seconds, so the return trip would reasonably take a bit longer, but after about a minute of travel had elapsed and she hadn't reached the perimeter she had feeling something foul was at play. While she kept moving forward she would slowly bring herself up higher into the sky, along with the platform, to get a better view of the horizon, and the flesh had indeed extended deeper into the rukon district, looking around she also noticed a pattern to the growth. The gore that had been growing in the direction she was traveling seemed to almost center around her, like it was following her, which likely meant the hollow was too, not that this was a surprising development in the slightest to her.
If the hollow was indeed following her then she would never true reach the edge of the flesh and from what she could see the flesh extended beyond her range of control, this posed a bit of a problem. The most obvious solution would be to form a ball and launch them, but that ran the risk of hurting or killing them if everything didn't go just right. For now, until the hollow was gone, her best chance to keep them safe was just gonna be making a protective shell. Turning her head to face her wards she said, "I can't get you out of here just yet, but I'm gonna keep you guys safe, but its gonna be dark for a bit," she said reassuringly before they gave her a quiet nod of approval. Slowly the shinigami began to enclosed the people in a stone shell, about two feet thick, to protect them.
Slowly she lowered the shell onto a roof just above the flesh as well as lowering herself to hover just above the flesh once more and as she did so she found her arms suddenly being grasped from behind as well as a foot placed against her back, seemed the hollow decided to make itself know. While the hollow was quick Yetsuna's reaction time was more then enough to keep up, so as the hollow began to pull on her arms she used her the stone covering the bulk of her forearm to fight against attempt to tear her arms off. While having two large and opposing forces fighting over her arms wasn't exactly a pleasurable feeling her armor managed to distribute the force from both to some extent preventing it from concentrating and causing excessive pain.
Almost as soon as the hollow began to apply force a large earthen spike would come out of the ground poised to piece the hollow through the chest and impaling it. The hollow either had to let go and move fast to dodge the attack or it was going to suffer a painful blow rather early in their fight.

Those spikes slicing forward toward Yetsuna's chest didn't seem to be heeded. And indeed it seemed that when they slammed into Yetsuna's front, they didn't seem to do much damage to the earth it comprised of either. She confessed to being surprised. Not only that, but she wasn't able to sense anything in that block of stone either. Was Yetsuna somehow able to keep Ajora's flesh from growing inside it? How very interesting. The hoof buried against Yetsuna's back would dig in, curious to find that the woman was resisting her. However... the stone did not seem to be actually part of Yetsuna's ability.
So she was curious, if this stone truly was separate, then this meant that Yetsuna did not have a direct line to it. She had to manipulate it via her own power, so reasonably speaking, the ability to focus would be slightly slower than just using her own body, EXPECIALLY with the focus required to make sure that nothing happened to the rukongai citizens. Which actually was.... an idea. It hadn't occurred to her, but this may very well work in her-
SLISH! The sound of that earth spike spearing into the fleshy belly of her lower torso surprised her, and she simply remained still as that massive spike of earth sliced clean up into that fleshy belly and then out of the back of her horse half, just to the left, avoidign her spine as well as any other bones she had. For an instant she remained still, but continued to keep up that pressure by her sheer weight alone, surprised. She had gotten lazy, sneaking up so easily on the woman had made her drop her guard. A guard that immediately raised up.
"You need to breathe... yes?" She asked as she leaned forward, her upper body peering over Yetsuna's form as she stared down at Yetsuna from above, and suddenly massive ammounts of pure blood began gushing from her body, dripping down and beginning to pour all over yetsuna, and whatever holes the woman used to breathe suddenly woulkd have that black blood pouring into it, followed by a weird, slimy, squirming sensation. Ligaments, ligaments had been poured all over Yetsuna, and those muscle-boudn thick strops of what felt like worms, would writhe as they began slithering inside of the holes and joints of the woman's earthen armor. Wirhting their way in and aiming to slither in and find the woman's actual body.
She could feel through the long strands of living tissue and control them manually, and she made sure that once she felt them slither across bare flesh, they would wrap around it, searching for a way inside of Yetsuna's body. Reasonably speaking, the first part of her they'd find is her face, at which point those thick worms of muscled flesh would begin pouring into her mouth, nostrils, and ears.
At the same time, she force every muscle in the building that stone block had been on to contract. The building exploded violently as the structure was obliterated, and that stonr block suddenly sank down several floors, masses of muscle and flesh dropping ontop of them. Trapping them, and adding a timer to this fight, as the blood and flesh would ooze into the airholes. And once it was inside, the flesh itself would begin drowning the inhabitants.
"I don't like being stabbed Shinigami. I don't like having to fight strong opponents. It takes far too long. If you don't mind, why don't you just surrender? If you come with me. I will leave this place." She offered. She wasn't sure how much longer she could hold yetsuna, especially if another spike of earth moved in and actually hit somewhere on her body that had bone. She felt vulnerable, and if possible, a peaceful resolution to this little...fight, was preferable.
She hated that damn Angel. But.... she was beginning to think her plan might not work after all. She wasn't growing fast enough. She couldn't even kill a shinigmi that wasn't even a Captain. What was she going to do against a real threat? That stone outright kept her from making her flesh grow inside it. She hadn't even known that was possible. And it worried her. She was not guaranteed victory. And she was a coward. If the shinigami did not die quickly, she wasn't sure she had the will to keep up the fight. She was already considering fleeing. She had to either kill the shinigami quickly, or get them to surrender.

Yetsuna heard the sound of the spike she summoned hit flesh, but there was a rather obvious lack of any type of outcry due to pain, which immediately hinted that there was something off about the hollow. The spike she had called on was rather large, likely more then enough to cleanly run the beast through or at the very least most of the way through, but the hollow was almost suspiciously quiet, there wasn't even a grunt from the impact, just quiet. Even if the hollow was just obscenely tough there she have been some kind of outcry from that hit considering the force behind it, but there was nothing, which likely meant there was something weird about the hollow's body.
The hollow remained motionless for a moment after the impact, but she could tell it was still alive. She could hear some weird sound coming from the creature behind her while it sat there for a moment, it almost seemed to be a flowing sound, but it wasn't water, it was thicker, more viscous. It was too noticeable to just be some kind of bleeding from the wound she had just inflicted, and it didn't seem like some kind of exhaling sound either...was something coming off of the hollow? With the moment gone the hollow began removing the leg at her back and asking a question, but that would be as far as the creature got before Yetsuna took the chance to escape.
With the foot no longer at her back it would be much easier for her to escape without having to use excessive force to burst herself out and risking hurting herself. Yetsuna used the stone attached to her arms to apply a quick burst of force, more then ample to break the creature's grasp on her before using a shunpo to place some distance between herself and the creature, reappearing on a nearby roof top. Upon seeing the creature Yetsuna's suspicion of something coming off the creature was confirmed, though it wasn't exactly what she was expecting. Blood and flesh seemed to be coming off the creature in droves, and she was willing to be it had something to do with the surrounding, though she wasn't entirely sure how just yet.
As she shinigami observed the creature she also mentally tended to the pain she had just self inflicted in her escape, applying large bursts of force like that, especially against someone strong trying to hold her, had hurt a bit more then she had liked, couple that with her high speed transit earlier she was already abusing her stone ligaments more then she liked, but now that she had a line on the creature she should be able to give them a break for a little bit. The pain she had hurt, but it wasn't anything crippling, more like a painful ache, like the resounding pain from when you hit your finger with a hammer.
The Earth Queen didn't get very long to observe the creature before it decided to make a move of it's own. There was the distinct sound of wood being crushed when she saw the shell containing the civilians fall into the flesh, but Yetsuna didn't plan on letting it stay in there long. Using the earth underneath the flesh once more Yetsuna would will a platform to rise out of the ground, meshing with the sphere to cement it in place and having it rise a dozen feet into the air and relatively safe from the flesh, at least for now. Trying to baby sit the sphere and fighting this creature at the same time weren't exactly going to be easy. At least on the plus side the mass of flesh was growing ever larger, meaning more people were likely to notice it, also meaning that someone should hopefully come by soon to get the people in the shell out of the area. Until then she'd just have to mange.
As Yetsuna caused the column to rise out of the ground the hollow addressed her once more, this time with a proposition, one that actually might have been funny had it been coming from something else. "No," she said flatly to the request for surrender, "you're in my home and have killed and injured my people," she continued referring to both the pluses and the shinigami, "I don't intend for you to leave this place alive." Yetsuna typically wasn't much of one for killing, she actually avoided it where possible, but hollows she had no qualms about for two reasons. The first, unlike some (but very few) arrancars they had no positive redeeming traits, and any hollow slain just showed back up in the soul society as a plus, she she wasn't really killing it.

She failed, with that sudden burst of power, she felt her fingers pried off of the woman's arms, the woman suddenly lurching away from her and causing her to stagger back. She hissed softly and tore herself off of that spike, a massive gash in her body which soon just closed up, but of course, she was constantly sloughing off flesh anyway, about five feet of it at a time, from every inch of her boy per ......segment of time (post). She shook herself, blood, flesh, and bits of bone flying from her as she slowly turned to eye Yetsuna.
And they promised to kill her. And she felt worry. She was normally a bully. She slaughtered and ate the rukongai citizens. She abstained from killing shinigami specifically so that she didn't get a high bounty on her head. When Yetsuna went to report her, she would find that they wouldn't be quite AS hyped. She was vicious, but she had only killed rukongai citizens. So far as soul society knew, she had never 'managed' to kill any shinigami. And that was because Ajora was a coward. She realized that with that stone strength, she would ave trouble attacking.
She would have to use a lot of energy to attack Yetsuna. And for what? Eating Yetsuna would be a hearty meal to be sure. But she could get just as much nourishment eating crowds of helpless citizens. Not ONLY that, but Yetsuna had backup on the way. No matter what way she looked at it, this was not a worthwhile fight. ESPECIALLY if the woman was keen on killing her. She had already seen too much. She liked to knock out shinigami quickly. She did NOT like shinigami getting time to analyze her abilities.
"Forgive me... But I suppose, it would not surprise you. That a creature as ugly as I...have no spine." she whispered.
So rather than respond, the air around her screeched as it swallowed her up, wrapping around her body as she promptly used an ulcera to run, suppressing her reiatsu as she moved herself away and promptly left. Immediately, Yetsuna would notice the growth around her had stopped completely. Ajora moved herself away, well out of the range of Yetsuna, and then would use yet another ulcera. Unlike normal step techniques, one could move about freely because of how slow it was. There was no way for Yetsuna to guess which way Ajora went, she could leap a great distance up into the air and see where the flesh sprouted up. But then what?
The time that would eat up would be more than enough for Ajora to get away. And once she was far enough away, it would be a simple matter to tear a garganta open and make her prompt escape, if not simply keep moving and head out to the outter rukongai and the wilderness. She had learned that murder in the rukongai had... it's risks. And she needed to rethink what it was she was doing. She hated Angel, and nothing would have pleased her more than making them quake with fear. But she had made that promise a while ago. When she was still a gillian. She had a more focused mind now. She supposed she would have to consider....abandoning her ambitions. For now.
