As Amalia's eiku neared Luke a mysterious figure sliced into her heels. The swift attacked caused her to lose her balance and fall from the sky, plummeting into the shallow waters below. Her blood pooled around her, coloring the already murky water. Suddenly Amalia's reiatsu exploded from below the water. Her spiritual pressure poured into the air, especially around Luke and Aevus. It was as though her gaze had persisted even from beneath the water. Her energy caused the water to circulate and boil before it exploded into the air like a massive pillar. The water was blasted from around her and she was then visible. Her reiatsu was raging as she glared at Luke and the man nearby.
Amalia's raging spiritual pressure pulled on Luke. He and Aevus would feel her malevolent aura blanket the area as her eyes bore through them. However, her spiritual pressure weighed heavier on Luke. It would feel as though it was attempting to strangle him or extinguish the flame that is his soul. Her energy carried with it a most odious and hateful sensation, which was now gripping Luke tightly. She knew this was no coincidence. Shinigami don't simply jump in to save Bount. "He was the one that gave you that wretched sword, wasn't he?" She said loathingly. Her gaze intensified as she examined Aevus before settling on Luke. "I'm going to make you suffer tenfold now, bount!" As she said this her gravitational pressure assaulted Luke. It would feel like he was being stampeded as it weighed down on his entire body.
She touched her heels with her hand, blood staining her skin and shoes. She managed to get to her feet as six black spheres formed around her body. It appeared she was wounded for the first time during this battle. Luke's power was unable to breach her Blut, but she carelessly deactivated it. She should have assumed he would have some protector. Shinigami! Those loathsome people are always interfering. She snarled as she wobbled precariously. He had wounded her enough to significantly impact her movement, but she was not entirely immobilized. I couldn't even sense that fucking Shinigami. I was careless and should have anticipated this little bount would have protect of this caliber. She thought. Her blut enveloped her body as she was thinking just before three of her spheres launched in their direction.
One flattered as she stepped on it and it floated into the sky. She stepped onto a nearby building as the three spheres floated beside her. They rocketed into buildings and were unable to be seen by neither Luke nor Aevus. They moved quickly enough that they were able to weave in and out of buildings. Unfortunately, behind the cover of the buildings neither could determine what they were doing. These spheres were special and could do amazing things with their bodies. All three abruptly spawned tendril-like appendages. Luke and Aevus were in a precarious place as they were surrounded by buildings of various height. The tendrils crept along the inside of the wall of a shorter building before the sphere spun around, slicing through the walls of the building. Two smaller buildings began to collapse as people screamed into the city.
Amalia smiled villainously at Aevus. "All those people need saving and you're here protecting a Bount. Glad to see your priorities are in order." As the building toppled and created smoke from debris, the spheres ascended quickly. They would approach them just as five arrows were approaching from the front. Two of the spheres launched the tendrils at Aevus likes spears flying through the sky. Approximately tendrils were aimed at him and would not be thwarted easily, especially with Amalia's reiatsu strength bolstering their defensive ability. They tendrils converged on him from all sides as the third sphere unraveled into a blanket and and wrapped around Luke's body. It ensnared his arms, torso, legs, and neck. The sphere then punctured his entire body with needles from every side. The quickly stabbed outward, piercing his flesh.
The needles would be piercing every part of his body wrapped by the black cloth. Individual strips of cloth began rotating around his body like rotating gears, but maintained its hold. The spinning combined with the sharp protrusions would actively slice him into pieces like a knife a dicing a vegetable. The other two sphere's tendrils would latch onto Aevus, ensnaring his arms, legs, torso, thighs, neck, wrists, and blade. Even if they did escape they hand the five class four arrows heading in their direction. She pointed her body to the side and fired two more arrows, which struck distant buildings, causing them to explode. She grabbed her Eiku as her head fell onto her shoulder as she delivered a menacing gaze. "I'm going to leave this city in ruins."
It was clear from her tone that she had no intent on sparing the lives of those around them. Her anger was palpable at the beginning, but was quickly subsumed by pure malice. She wasn't allowing them to injure her in the way Aevus did without severe consequences. She planned on harming them, but knew any soul reaper would be beside himself at the thought of innocents dying. After all, it was their duty to preserve the safety of the living and serve as a guide to lost souls. Amalia was absolutely content killing innocents to get what she wanted. Luke was likely to feel guilt over the deaths of innocents an Aevus pangs of duty and self-sacrifice.
If he was truly of Shinigami breeding than he couldn't simply stand by while Amalia decimated the city around her. It could have severe consequences. "Are you here to slap sanctions on me?" She said, her heels still throbbing. She was used to dealing with pain and this was nothing compared to what she has felt before. "Unbelievable hypocrites, you Shinigami. You'll kill tons of souls in the Rukongai to preserve your precious balance, but burn with indignant outrage at the slightest disturbance in places like this." She laughed lightly while hiding her discomfort. "I just wish you'd come closer so we can hug and settles things calmly. ...And so I can bash your head in with my eiku." She delivered an eerie and unnerving grin.
