Karakura might seem like a nice city on from the outside, but it was absolutely anything but. For the people of Karakura, it was a cursed city, plagued with random attacks from unknown sources, ghost sighting on a constant basis, and people went missing nearly every day. Yes, to the people of Karakura, this place must have seemed like a nightmare. Cops always overworked, terror spread throughout the masses, there was little to smile about. Even the criminal underworld was hesitant to go near this place.
Still, there was at least one person smiling. Flying over the building and streets of Karakura's shopping district was a man, currently laughing and having a fun time. This man was called Jikken: Kaze and he, was a mod soul. He stood at exactly six foot, and was dressed in very little. His clothes were rags, completely tattered and in ruin. With extremely baggy brown pants that were only held to his waist with a ratty rope, and a dirty grey hoodie, about eight sizes too big, he showed off a huge amount of skin, nearly all of it was covered in scars that wrapped around him.
He wore his long blond hair down, covering his sky-blue eyes, which were blissfully closed at the moment. He flew thanks to the powers granted to him as a mod soul. Thanks to them, he was able to wrap himself completely in a suit of armor, made of the wind. He looked as if a tornado was hugging his body. Because of this, and certain other factors, he has taken to calling himself the Titan of the wind. "WOHOOOOOOO!" He yelled, spiralling down towards the streets below, scaring the poor residents of this city even more, with the appearance of a flying homeless man.
Spying a particular vendor, he dropped down next to them. It was a fruit stand, trying to sell the people of this crazy city something they need more of. Fruit. So Kaze grabbed an apple, before flying off again, earning screaming from the owner. While eating the fruit, Kaze never took into account the after effects of his actions, living only for the moment. The downside of Kaze's power, was that it was a beacon of reiatsu. Anyone with even the slightest amount of energy sensory could detect it. Including hollows.
{Dark storm mode} His wind armor now makes him look a shade darker than usual. This armor is able to block and destroy anything that has less power than his rs, plus 400. This armor can give him a 30% speed boost. Armor lasts 7 posts.

Moving the roof of one building in Karakura to the next wasn’t something that was actually all that difficult especially for a Shinigami. The buildings were actually much closer together than one would think or perhaps that’s just how they felt when compared to the vast distances between the buildings in the Seiretei. The young Kawada with hair from the abyss itself jumped from these buildings to the next scouting throughout the human world town during his free time.
Tsukuyomi the young Kawada now the current leader of Soul Society’s war division known numerally as the Eleventh Division was using some of the spare free time that he actually had which was very little due to his recent promotion. He wished to see the Bount known as Vesta yet as always it seemed that he arrived to early and she was currently locked in the foundation known as schooling. He was used to waiting for her to become free in order for them to spend some time together and so he was scouting throughout Karakura.
The human town was known as a major focal point of spiritual energy attracting more Hollows to this single location than any other in the entire human world at least to Tsukuyomi’s knowledge. That was the major reason that Tsukuyomi was currently scouting knowing that just by being in Karakura he was only increasing the chance that a Hollow might appear from the dimension known as Hueco Mundo. It was his duty as a Shinigami to protect not only the spiritual balance, but the lives of the people in Karakura Town.
It was for this reason that when Tsukuyomi continued to jump from roof top to roof top that when he saw a figure drop from a different roof top roughly one hundred feet from him he stopped and peered down onto the street. Although his senses were honed and trained to the level of a wild animal Tsukuyomi couldn’t make out much about the individual that he had seen. Appearance wise Tsukuyomi couldn’t see anything remarkable aside from the torn clothing and lack of clothing.
It was more what he could actually sense coming from this individual that let Tsukuyomi know that he was most likely going to be someone difficult that he’d more than likely end up fighting against in the upcoming minutes. Tsukuyomi witnessed how reckless this individual was being around not only Karakura, but more specifically the normal humans that lived in the town. Causing problems for individuals that had no clue what was going on and making their lives harder for no other reason than you didn’t think things through was something that causes a hot rage to begin boiling in the pit of Tsukuyomi’s soul.
Although Tsukuyomi knew that his ability to sense reiatsu was something that he needed to hone due to his excessive limitations he could tell from the reiatsu of this individual that it was a Mod Soul. A creation of Soul Society that wasn’t supposed to be active anymore. Tsukuyomi knew that simply based on law which he almost always served and lived by believing that the law could keep everyone safe couldn’t bring himself to attack a Mod Soul or any race simply for being different.
This individual had given him a different reason though, he was endangering the normal citizens of Karakura and had to be stopped immediately before he harmed someone. That’s why when the Mod Soul seemed to fly up from the street onto a roof near him Tsukuyomi would immediately disappear from his location on the top of the roof that he had been standing upon and would reappear twenty feet in front of the Mod Soul. Tsukuyomi was significantly shorter than the Mod Soul which he could see now was more than likely a male.
“I’m normally not one to engage in this sort of thing, but you’re putting the people of Karakura in danger by being so reckless. If you don’t cease these actions, then I’ll have no other choice than to eliminate you.” Tsukuyomi spoke loud enough that the Mod Soul would be able to make him out even from the distance between them. Tsukuyomi was currently standing with his right hand resting on the upper half of his uniform that was only partly on his body in a sling like fashion.

As Kaze arrived atop the roof after retrieving his pilfered goods, he was met with a most unwelcome sight. Standing a fair distance away, directly in his path, stood one of those vile shinigami. The smile ran from Kaze's face, only to be replaced with a furious scowl. If there was one thing that Kaze hated, hated more than anything else in the world, it was the shinigami. And for good reason too. They had created Kaze and his siblings with the soul purpose of war and destruction, to cause havoc on the hollows. To be their little toy soldiers.
He was made from parts, inanimate things. He wasn't a person to them. He was a thing to be used and controlled, and now that those vile monsters had lost what little control they had over him, he was just a monster that needed to be stopped. He glared at the man opposing him, giving him scathing look, showing exactly how felt about the person. Taking a bite out of the apple, he spoke with his mouthful. "An' wadda you wan worm?" He said to the reaper, as he walked towards the man. Each step he took across the rooftop left a foot-shaped mark in it.
The man spoke to Kaze about his reckless actions, and the results they would have on the people of the world. And that if he refused to stop, that he would be forced to destroy him. Thankfully, Kaze finished his food over the course of his 'introduction'. Kaze made sure that the reaper was looking at what remained of the apple, holding it up in his hand. The apple core was ripped to pieces, as his armor quickly turned the fruit into nothing. Kaze sneered at the man. "You see that shinigami? That's gonna be you in a moment. Because there's no way,THAT I'M LETTING YOU LIVE!"
The eyes of the mod soul changed into a blood red, as he roared out in rage, charging the soul reaper with incredible speeds as he flew at him. The tornado wrapped around the mod soul increased his speed significantly, by thirty percent, giving him an impressive speed of 455. This was no longer the hatful Kaze. This Was Jikken, Kaze's wrath personified. Thanks to his time under the twelfth division's 'expert care', he was now cursed with a kill program. Any time he got too angry, it activated, sending him into a bloodrage.
Regardless, Kaze had walked ten feet closer before he went mad, so he was in a better position to slam into the reaper. Jikken was charging literally head first at the man, without any care for his safety or wellbeing. Mostly because he didn't need to. The armor around Jikken was exceptionally powerful, and anything with less than 1000 power would be torn asunder in an instant, leaving as dust in the wind. And Jikken intended on doing that to Tsukuyomi. If the Kwada din't make like the wind, there wasn't going to be much of him left to make good on his threat to the mod soul.

This wasn't going to be a good experience that much seemed to already be set in stone as Tsukuyomi looked across the roof top at the Mod Soul who was currently giving him the gaze of an individual that wished for nothing other than death upon him. Tsukuyomi knew that look it was one that he had been given dozens of times by several different individuals over the course of his career in Division Seven while arresting not only the spirits in the Rukongai District, but other Shinigami would often give them the same expression.
This Mod Soul obviously didn't like the idea of even seeing a Shinigami and Tsukuyomi knew that there were many possibly reasons why, but didn't like the idea that he was being judged by the simple fact that he allied himself with Soul Society as one of the Shinigami. Keeping himself level wasn't anything difficult at the moment although as the Mod Soul began to eat the apple and speak with his mouth full an insult towards Tsukuyomi the young Kawada couldn't help a bit of rage building in his core.
This Mod Soul began to move towards him and Tsukuyomi was able to see that the roof top was in fact being damaged by this Mod Soul, but in a way that Tsukuyomi couldn't actually tell what sort of ability the Mod Soul might actually have. All he could see was that the prints of this Mod Soul's feet were being left in the roof top which meant that perhaps he possessed some sort of heat or fire type ability, but Tsukuyomi couldn't be for certain just yet. One thing was for sure though the battle was going to begin at any moment with the way that this Mod Soul was behaving.
He held out the core of the apple that he had just finished eating and in the next instant it seemed to explode into dozens of small pieces that he couldn't see by the moment that followed. That brief first moment though gave Tsukuyomi a small bit of information that he started to process immediately. He had seen the core of the apple get sliced apart from multiple directions in that first brief moment and then it had become so small that he could no longer perceive the pieces. "Some sort of ability that allows him to cut whatever is near him perhaps?"
Tsukuyomi thought to himself about the possibly ability that this Mod Soul possessed using the information that he had just gained from seeing the apple core being destroyed in almost an instant. The facial expression of the Mod Soul changed slightly into another aggressive representation of his emotions towards Tsukuyomi for no other reason than him being an official Shinigami. That was when the Mod Soul made it crystal clear that he was going to try as much as he could to kill Tsukuyomi and then he roared in a rage and Tsukuyomi knew the battle had begun.
In the following moment Tsukuyomi watched as a tornado seemed to engulf the Mod Soul and it rushed forwards towards him at a speed that he realized was almost the same as his own speed while he was sprinting. This Mod Soul was fast and if he didn't react it was going to be over before he even got the chance to defend himself. He reacted in a sort of instinctual manner without even realizing that he had done so Tsukuyomi was no longer in the position that he had been a moment ago.
He had executed the step technique known as Sonido the technique of the Arrancar that he had learned after witnessing the technique first hand. The speed that Tsukuyomi moved while executing Sonido exceeded that of six thousand easily allowing him to evade the oncoming Mod Soul even at such a short distance. The young Kawada reappeared at the edge of the roof to the right of where he had been standing now about twenty feet from the position of the Mod Soul and in a more than likely blind spot as the Mod Soul wouldn't be able to see Tsukuyomi unless he looked around the roof top.
"Descend From The Abyss Onto The Battlefield Tsukuyomi-No-Mikoto! Cast Out The True Nature Honshitsu!" Tsukuyomi spoke swiftly and loud the call out phases of both his zanpakuto while he unsheathed the blades from his sides. The normal non-impressive looking wakashi that Tsukuyomi drew from the right side of his hip and held in his left hand suddenly was engulfed in blue fire the body of the wakashi shifting into something far more crude. The change in the body of the wakashi wasn't the only difference though as now the handle was wrapped in black leather that moved up Tsukuyomi's left arm beneath his clothing up to his shoulder.
On the opposite side of his body the much longer katana changed more so than the wakashi as the form became that of a crescent sword. A long beautiful weapon that shined with a silver body reflecting the sunlight that was shining downwards upon the park. The long crescent blade held tightly in his right hand matched to some degree the crude wakashi in his left hand. The blades were nothing alike yet just as the wakashi had black leather that wrapped up Tsukuyomi's arm the crescent sword had silver chains that did the same moving up his arm to his shoulder. These zanpakuto were connected to Tsukuyomi and both of them were ready to fight against this Mod Soul.
Tsukuyomi couldn't take the chance of giving this Mod Soul any type of chance to eliminate him he had simply to much to live for in order to gamble with his own life. The bright crescent moon like symbol on his forehead marked the connection to Mikoto and Tsukuyomi was ready to use his primary zanpakuto against this Mod Soul. The three white moons that rotated around him increased in number as two additional moons were focused in the curve of Mikoto and then waved gently away. Those two moons would rush the Mod Soul at a speed of 500 coming at him from both the left and right in position to strike at his sides.
At the same time though Tsukuyomi moved Honshitsu through the air in front of him as the small crude blade became engulfed in blue fire. Drawing a symbol with the blue fire on the air itself Tsukuyomi formed the fire into a circle with three horizontal lines inside of it. The circle was about a foot in size and after it was drawn it rushed forwards just after the moons began to move towards the Mod Soul at a speed of 400. The circle would increase in size as it traveled towards the Mod Soul to the point that if the Mod Soul didn't move it'd be four feet in size almost as big as his entire body. This battle had truly begun.

Jikken swiped at the place where his reaper foe had stood not a moment earlier, before realizing, that the shinigami was no longer where he once stood. Between the two personalities, Jikken was was not the brains between the two. Jikken did not think, operating purely off of wrath and instinct. So, when it was clear that his target was no longer in sight, the program perceived it as dead, due to what the armor itself did. So Jikken receded to the back of Kaze's mind, causing the mod soul to stand there, or float in this instance.
"Well that was-" He heard an irritatingly familiar voice from behind him. "-over too quickly." He grit his teeth in frustration. He spun around to glare at his foe. The man seemed to have finally drawn his weapons. To be honest, he himself had never seen the released form of the reaper's weapons. Jikken might have, but that was an entirely different matter. The man had two swords, with one being smaller than the other. Up each arm was some odd manner of clothing, that he wasn't familiar with, due to only having a few months worth of experience in the human world.
Either way, it looked uncomfortable, and he didn't like it. Jikken was struggling to reclaim control, now that he could see the worm. And he was more than willing to let him. The program roared in unbridled wrath, as it flew towards the leather-clad reaper. "DIE WORM!" It roared. Said worm launched two attacks at the mod soul, aiming for its sides. Jikken made no attempt to dodge, and the attacks connected. Sadly for the Kawada, the moon-shaped attacks were reduced to dust upon impact, wherever they made contact with the mod soul's armor.
Then the reaper did something with his sword, and a ball of fire appeared before him. Jikken's eyes widened in panic, as it tried to stop to get out of the way of the attack, but it was too late. The two foot attack impacted the mod soul's face and did... absolutely nothing. Jikken, having stopped in mid air, realized that their armor was still intact. Some might have smiled viciously, knowing that their weakness wasn't able to be used against them in the fight. Not Jikken. Jikken didn't care about that. Instead, he roared again, and charged at the reaper again, closer than he was before.

As Tsukuyomi watched the blue fire that he had just sent flying off from the position that he had wrote it upon with Honshitsu as his brush he always witnessed not only the movements of his two moons enclosing in on this ramped Mod Soul, but the fact that this Mod Soul didn't seem concerned in the least about the attacks that were coming his way. In fact there didn't seem to be any real movement as he simply stood there for a moment. In the next instant though he screamed once again rage more than apparent in his roar as he then charged once again.
It was just as Tsukuyomi believed this Mod Soul showed no sign of concern for himself behind that armor of wind that seemed to be the ability that he was programmed with upon his creation. It was at that moment as all three of Tsukuyomi's attacks enclosed around the Mod Soul that the young Kawada realized why this Mod Soul was so confident in his armor. The young Kawada had fought many different opponents some of which much much more powerful than himself and yet he wasn't prepared to watch as his moons were reduced to small pieces only to then disappear.
Mikoto was always the zanpakuto that Tsukuyomi could count on in battle she was more experienced and intelligent than Honshitsu not to meant more adaptable and yet it seemed she was useless against this Mod Soul's ability. Tsukuyomi had watched carefully and seen that even though the wind or the armor swayed slightly from the gravitational pull of the white moons it hadn't been enough to actually keep them from being destroyed or ruin the armor of this Mod Soul. For a moment Tsukuyomi had no clue what he was going to do against this Mod Soul.
That was when he caught the brief glimpse of the Mod Soul's face through his armor and could see an expression of fear not to mention the fact his movements were thrown out of whack. The blue fire of Honshitsu collided with the Mod Soul's head directly and while the Mod Soul didn't seem to move all that much Tsukuyomi knew one thing for sure; fire was his weakness. While Tsukuyomi had no way of actually seeing it his blue fire had in fact gotten through the wind armor of this Mod Soul yet the armor had proven to nearly push it away. The end result the Mod Soul had little more than a light scorch across his nose and mouth. It would be as if someone had held a lighter flame against his skin for little over a moment resulting in first degree burns yet nothing else.
"Ha you old bitch looks like I'm finally the star around here and you're the one that sucks!" shouted Honshitsu as she pointed at Mikoto while laughing to herself in joy. It was true throughout Tsukuyomi's experience as a Shinigami Mikoto had always been the zanpakuto that enabled Tsukuyomi to achieve victory and now it seemed that position was going to be usurp by Honshitsu who was more than happy to take it from her. While Tsukuyomi stood thinking of a strategy in his inner world his spirits starred at one another one with rage and annoyance and the other with glee and joy.
Tsukuyomi wasted no time focusing his reiatsu to his feet and then executing the Quincy technique known as Hirenkyaku. This step technique was much different than Shunpo. While it enabled Tsukuyomi to achieve the same maximum speed it also allowed him to move in a manner that wasn't a straight line. That was the reason why he employed the normally impossible technique for a Shinigami at the moment against this Mod Soul. In the instant that it would take the Mod Soul to readjust his vision after being burnt Tsukuyomi would vanish from his field of vision.
The only difference was that he was already setting up his next method of attack. He'd reappear in the same exact position he had been in only an instant prior perhaps making the Mod Soul question why he had vanished in the first place. However, the answer would be right in front of him as Honshitsu was held outwards like she had been during Tsukuyomi's first attack. This time though the small crude looking wakashi had been held outwards and dragged along with Tsukuyomi as he floated across the four sides of this buildings roof leaving behind a single line of blue fire that now formed a large line square.
The blue fire line was only as thick as the blade itself, but it covered the entire building on all sides and just as Tsukuyomi reappeared he cast it outwards towards the Mod Soul. This time though the fire wouldn't all move inwards like one would expect for all of the sides were connected. This caused a rather different method of moving inwards from all directions. The blue fire would begin to move towards the Mod Soul from all sides of the building while the thickness of the fire grew with greater distance. The fire moved at the same speed of 500 and now regardless of whether the Mod Soul dodged or not the entire roof of the building would be engulfed in fire with the only safe spots being the edges.
