For Rogues.
As it is now "At class 0, Rogues now have greater control of their lifespans. Not only do they now gain the same class 0 bonuses as all other Soul Reapers, aside from potential for the Zero Division, but the life span they lose from hits also halves, allowing them to become sturdier in combat." Let me go ahead and say that for a Class 0, this is really lack luster. Rogues aren't the easiest race to play, what with their HP system and annoying little Bakkotos inside them worming around. Let's go over why the Rogue Class 0 isn't as good as it could be.
So, what's my suggestion? Simple. Let's take a page out of the Mod Souls book and give Rogues a second Bakkoto at Class 0. A Rogue at that level of power has clearly shown they are capable of controlling their Bakkoto and withstanding its life drinking, so why not actually give them a serious boost in power by giving them another seven levels of abilities. Otherwise, I would love to hear your suggestions.

- Same as Shinigami benefits - Which are, what? Zero Division eligibility, which Rogues cannot have. Shikai and Bankai have reduced costs, so unless this means that the Rogues Bakkoto now costs 100 reiatsu to release then they don't get this benefit either. They don't get the extended release period that the Shikai and Bankai get either. So, all Rogues share with the Shinigami Class 0 is the access to Class 0 techniques. That's it.
- Half the Life Force Damage - Tsubaki and Iwamichi are not Garret. Generally speaking, most people do not get hit in fights. This little perk is neglibile, because a good Rogue is going to be pumping their SpPr stat as high as they can get it for all that Life Force and to use more Vita Sollertias. Losing only 100 is not a real Class 0 perk, as at this point the Rogue should be Rank 3-4 with a SpPr boosting type, meaning they're going to have more Life Force than they will ever need.
