Class 4 Upgrade: The strength of the armor is based on Zeferoth's strength. It works very much like an arrancar's Hierro. If the difference in Zeferoth's strength and his opponents offensive stat is 155 or greater, then Zeferoth is completely protected by the armor. If the difference is within a range of 154-76, then part of the damage is absorbed by the armor, but the armor is blow off his body causing slight damage. At 75 or less difference, the armor provides slight protection as it gets torn off his body. Standard Clashing rules supersede this paragraph. The cost for the class increase is 25 reiatsu per post.

So your Class 4 upgrade is a Potency upgrade of your Overall Ability? I'll have to talk to Z about that one, because I didn't know that the Overall Ability could get the Potency Upgrade, I thought it had to be a Technique that got upgraded.

Zef's sort of got it right; there is no "overall power" for Yaseishin, only a concept that all techniques build from. Caedir, for example, uses the manipulation of kinetic energy, but he does so through his techniques. In this case, it would be improving his "armor" technique, which is the base technique he started with.
That being said, I think we're getting a little strong for a Class 5 technique (remember that at base, Yaseishin techniques are Class 6, and each "improvement" is just a one-Class improvement of the technique being improved). I'd say 150, 149-101, 100 or less.
Additionally, since each "version" is its own separate Release technique, to avoid obsoleting the lesser version, you're going to need to put a cost on this, even a small one of something like 50/post for enhanced potency.
