Current/New Age of Appearance: 16
New Ideals/Personality: N/A
Old Appearance: Face Claim Damian Wayne
Body: Tsukuyomi is a very short young boy that has short pitch black hair that is either nicely cut or spiked. He has thin eye brows and pale skin with pale lips. His face is incredible well featured hinting at how handsome he will become when he ages. He has a small build and is very slender yet even at such a young age it's easy to tell that he is muscular for a child. Tsukuyomi has a black chain wrapped around his waist like a belt the chain actually originates from his tail bone though as if it was a tail.
Attire: Tsukuyomi wears a skin tight pitch black suit that covers nearly every part of his body leaving only the portion above his neck free along with his hands. Also there is a small hole in the backside which allows the black chain to come out and wrap around like a belt actually hiding that hole. There is a small zipper on the back that obviously is how Tsukuyomi actually gets out of the suit. Tsukuyomi does when on duty wear the standard Shinigami uniform yet with the suit underneath.
Reiatsu/Etc: Tsukuyomi's reiatsu is actually pitch black with a bright silver throughout it mixing the two together. It's rather strange having reiatsu that's such a mixture yet beautiful at the same time. His zanpakuto is always kept on the left hip with the red cloth in easy sight. Tsukuyomi wears a red cloth matching the one that is around his zanpakuto over his eyes. Tsukuyomi's chest is a pitch black color with what appear to be silver flames. He wears the suit primarily to keep this secret.
New Appearance: Tsukuyomi over the last few months has had a growth spurt that is rather considerable. Not only has he grown in height reaching the height of 5'6". His hair has grown in length reaching down to his shoulder blades. He normally keeps his hair tied in a ponytail which reaches down just to the point of his shoulders. Since he cares little about his personal appearance after being blind for the majority of his life Tsukuyomi has a tendency to not cut his hair. His bangs are normally tied back with the rest of his hair yet a few strains never seem to cooperate with him and hang on the sides of his forehead. There are also intention bangs that he keeps free flowing which start just on the edges of his forehead and run down to his shoulders. These often times and are meant to both frame his face and hide his ears from sight.
Now with vision obtained and a jump in his age of appearance a few things are changed about his face that many wouldn't have known or thought about a few months ago. Tsukuyomi actually has golden eyes with tiny black pupils that are only half the size of the norm. Tsukuyomi whether he knows it or not has been labeled by both mal and female Shinigami alike mainly in his squad as a "Pretty Boy". His body is still slender yet he appears to be in much better physical condition then before. His attire has changed drastically as well and often times takes people by surprise when compared to other Shinigami.
He wears a strange looking sleeveless shirt that appears to double as a piece of armor. In the front over his chest it appears to be dark leather with a design while as it extends to his waist small little bits of scale like cloth appear. Tsukuyomi now wears arm sleeves which start just after his bicep and extend all the way down covering even his hands. The sleeves are black in color. There are also forearm guards that are strapped to his arms with three different straps. The guards have the crest of the Kawada family on them. It should be noted that the guards reach up just past his wrist onto the back hand of his hands.
Tsukuyomi still wears the standard Shinigami uniform the bottom half left unchanged whatsoever along with his sandals. The upper half of the uniform though is kept open being held to his body by a belt which is black in color. The upper half although not worn over him normally is kept over his left shoulder in a manner that allows him to lay his elbow in it without difficulty. The right side though is kept completely down and has no sleeve unlike the left. The only other change is that Tsukuyomi now wears a black collar around his throat.
New History: N/A
Old Saisei Oni Appearance: Tsukuyomi's Saisei Oni transformation begins by him extending his left hand outwards to the side. Once that is done a circle of black fire emerges across the ground around him. After a full second passes the black fire erupts upwards a total of fifty feet making a massive pillar of dark flame that hides Tsukuyomi from sight completely. Over the next five seconds the fire shrinks until Tsukuyomi' new form is revealed and the flames actually move inside of him leaving the ground burnt.
Tsukuyomi in Saisei Oni increases in height firstly going from a small boy to a total of 5'11". Everything that one could notice on Tsukuyomi is now gone (Other then Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto) his form is now that of a tall knight in black armor with a long broadsword in his left hand. The armor covers nearly every area of Tsukuyomi with the main piece that seems to draw attention from foes other then the sword is the helm which has a long black strand of ribbons that reaches down to his mid back.
When Tsukuyomi is under the influence of his Saisei Oni he becomes a much different person. Although it's impossible for him to gain the power of sight due to him never having it to begin with his personality is completely changed. He becomes void of emotion turning into a various warrior of Hell that will cut down anything that he views as a threat.

When Tsukuyomi is under the influence of his Saisei Oni he becomes a much different person. He becomes void of emotion turning into a various warrior of Hell that will cut down anything that he views as a threat. One thing odd enough about the long broadsword that Tsukuyomi gains from Saisei Oni is that there is a long black chain that coils around his left arm. The chain is attached to the bottom of the broadsword hilt and when uncoiled reaches a total of sevety five feet.
Old Zanpakuto Sealed Appearance: Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto when sealed takes on the appearance of a Chokutō with a black hilt and sheath that connects perfectly actually making it look like a black cane. It should be noted that the zanpakuto has no cross-guard. Other then the black shine of the hilt and sheath this zanpakuto only has the crimson clothe tied around the hilt to make it noticeable.
New Zanpakuto Sealed Appearance: Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto while in its sealed state has changed drastically. After being repeatedly destroyed and re-forged along with Tsukuyomi gaining the ability of sight it's physical body has modified to fit him more suitably. It's now an incredibly long katana that measures 4'5" in length. The hilt itself is actually nearly as long as the blade being 2" even while being very thin and solid wood. The hilt is colored black with white edging and diamonds in the center. Now just above the hilt Tsukuyomi is wrapped in a thick layer of bandages that cover a full foot down the blade. Tsukuyomi is able to unravel the bandages in order to wield his zanpakuto in a distance manner. The bandages are seventy five feet in length when completely unraveled without including the tied off end. The final part of the zanpakuto is the actual blade which is now pure silver that reflects all light off of it.
Saisei Oni Techniques
Saisei Oni Primera Etapa Techniques:
Technique Name: Hōgeki
Technique Description: Tsukuyomi channels his reiatsu along the sword of his Saisei Oni causing his black Hell-fire to engulf the blade completely the to the point that the actual blade is no longer visible. Tsukuyomi then is able to point the tip of the sword outwards and begin firing off the fire in various forms. Each variation has a different form, cost and time to completion.
Hell-Fire Bullets: This variation takes the form of small hand gun bullets that are fired off from the sword. The bullets travel at 500 speed. This variation allows Tsukuyomi to fire off one hundred bullets as if the black fire on the blade is a clip of ammunition. The cost of this variation is 100 Reiatsu.
Hell-Fire Grenades: This variation takes on the form of orbs that are roughly between the size of a baseball or softball that like the others are fired off from the sword. These orbs travel at a 250 speed. The variation is limited to firing off 25 orbs in the same ammunition manner as the bullets. The cost of this variation is 250 Reiatsu.
Hell-Fire Missal: This variation takes on the form of a large ball of fire roughly ten feet wide and high that like the other variations are fired off from the sword. The ball travels at 400 speed. The variation is limited to firing off a single ball yet takes five seconds of concentration. The cost of this variation is 300 Reiatsu.
How to use: Tsukuyomi channels his reiatsu along the sword of his Saisei Oni causing his black Hell-fire to engulf the blade. After that Tsukuyomi need simply point the sword and begin to fire off the orbs of fire.
Drawbacks: This technique has the drawbacks listed under each variation.
Technique Name: Kyūryū
Technique Description: This technique is one that no opponent should ever take for a ploy. Tsukuyomi channels the black fire throughout his body and over his armor. After a few moments he outstretches his body as if letting a massive weight off of his body. This results in a surge of black Hell-Fire in every direction from Tsukuyomi. The fire extends up to two hundred feet and 300 speed making it incredibly hard to evade if up close when released.
How to use: Stated Above
Drawbacks: This technique only has a single major drawback which just so happens to be that after its been used Tsuuyomi is incredibly drained due to the heavy concentration required to pull this technique off. His stamina drops at roughly 30% of its maximum making it so if this technique is even used when he's at a point of exhaustion he will pass out after its use. Reiatsu cost is 350.Saisei Oni Segunda Etapa Techniques:
Technique Name: Saidai Hōgeki
Technique Description: Tsukuyomi channels his reiatsu along the sword of his Saisei Oni causing his black Hell-fire to engulf the blade completely the to the point that the actual blade is no longer visible. Tsukuyomi then is able to point the tip of the sword outwards and begin firing off the fire in various forms. Each variation has a different form, cost and time to completion.
Hell-Fire Bullets: This variation takes the form of small hand gun bullets that are fired off from the sword. The bullets travel at 800 speed. This variation allows Tsukuyomi to fire off three hundred bullets as if the black fire on the blade is a clip of ammunition. The cost of this variation is 100 Reiatsu.
Hell-Fire Grenades: This variation takes on the form of orbs that are roughly between the size of a baseball or softball that like the other are fired off from the sword. These orbs travel at 500 speed. The variation is limited to firing off 50 orbs in the same manner as the bullets. The cost of this variation is 250 Reiatsu.
Hell-Fire Missal: This variation takes on the form of a large ball of fire roughly twenty feet wide and high that like the other variations are fired off from the sword. The ball travels at 750 speed. The variation is limited to firing off three balls yet takes five seconds of concentration.
Technique Name: Saidai Kyūryū
Technique Description: This technique is one that no opponent should ever take for a ploy. Tsukuyomi channels the black fire throughout his body and over his armor. After a few moments he outstretches his body as if letting a massive weight off of his body. This results in a surge of black Hell-Fire in every direction from Tsukuyomi. The fire extends up to one thousand feet and moves at 750 speed making it incredibly hard to evade if up close when released.
How to use: Stated Above
Drawbacks: This technique only has a single major drawback which just so happens to be that after its been used Tsuuyomi is incredibly drained due to the heavy concentration required to pull this technique off. His stamina drops at roughly 25% of its maximum making it so if this technique is even used when he's at a point of exhaustion he will pass out after its use. Reiatsu cost is 350.
Technique Name: Borutekkusu
Technique Description: Tsukuyomi begins this like many of the other techniques by engulfing his sword in black Hell-Fire however what happens immediately is the Hell-Fire that burns in the area (If there is any) begins to move through the air like water to the sword. The size of the inferno layering the blade gets to the point that it's larger then Tsukuyomi himself. After this is done Tsukuyomi need only thrust his sword outwards as if he is stabbing through something. This results in the fire rushing from his sword in the manner of a spiraling vortex.
The flames double in intensity (Reiatsu Strength) and move at a speed of 800 as they travel the maximum of five hundred yards. The actual vortex is fifty feet wide/high making it incredibly hard to evade if it hadn't been done from a large distance away. Tsukuyomi is capable of aiming the attack above him creating a tornado version of this attack that has the same effects.
How to use: Concentrate and gather the surrounding Hell-fire while manifesting more along the sword. After which the attack is aimed and fired off.
Drawbacks: This technique is normally a finisher and if not treated as such is disastrous for Tsukuyomi. The reasoning being that this technique requires such intense pressure and concentration to preform that once completed his Saisei Oni release will actually shut down without his control. Reiatsu cost 500.
Technique Name: Eien
Technique Description: This is without a doubt Tsukyomi's most powerful technique in regards to his Saisei Oni abilities. By thrusting the sword into the ground the black Hell-Fire courses through the ground causing fissures throughout the ground. After a few moments black fire begins to surge upwards from the ground as it continues to break apart until black skeletons crawl from the depths of Hell. The skeletons are actually the individuals that have been killed by Tsukuyomi with his fire having stolen their souls for eternity. He is able to summon any soul he wishes as the skeletons after a few moments regain the appearance of themselves while they were alive if Tsukuyomi wishes it. These revived souls have all of the techniques that they possessed while they were alive along with the stats and skills.
How to use: Tsukuyomi engulfs the sword in fire and then proceeds to thrust the blade into the ground. This ultimately results in the technique activating.
Drawbacks: This technique can only be used on the surface and not in the air. This technique is specifically limited to the number of actual characters that Tsukuyomi has killed through the effects of his Saisei Oni. This includes NPC and RPC characters. The technique requires constant Mod approval/supervision in order to keep fairness & understanding. Costs 750 Reiatsu. This ability whenever activated will remain active until Saisei Oni is no longer active.
Zanpakuto Overall Ability + Techniques
Overall Ability: Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto is a zanpakuto that possesses an ability that can be closely linked to one know as Lunar Manipulation. While not the entirety of the power, the zanpakuto is linked to that name the majority is and its bested described that way. Basically this zanpakuto has the ability of the moon and many of the effects that the moon plays over the earth. This enables two main abilities Gravity and Lunar Light.
Zanpakuto Techniques:
Technique Name: Munsukā
Technique Description: This technique has two different abilities that one might not expect to be linked to one another. The first ability which many would assume from a sword is that this technique allows Tsukuyomi to send out thin silver crescent shaped arcs of reiatsu towards foes. The thing is though that he is only able to use this technique in a vertical attack Mannering that the crescent arc of reiatsu travels in a straight path forwards. Tsukuyomi though doesn't produce a single arc of reiatsu no instead every time this offensive manner of the technique is used five arcs are produced in the path of the swing that start close together, but spread apart. It has a range of seventy five feet and by the end of the range each arc is about two feet from one another.
Now the second ability that some might have odd is a rather non-aggressive ability that this technique begins by cutting into something with the lunar light reiatsu. When that has been done Tsukuyomi leaves behind a small trace of it's reiatsu in the wound of whatever it has damaged. This allows Tsukuyomi to produce a lunar light image of himself from that location. That's right this technique makes light clones, however they are unable to move from the location. The clones are able to speak yet they only appear to have senses while nothing is linked to the actual Tsukuyomi. This technique is meant as a method to disperse information to allies or strategy in a mental sense against foes.
How to use: Tsukuyomi channels his reiatsu along the blade of his zanpakuto and swings.
Drawbacks: This technique really only has the drawback of requiring reiatsu which is 100 per use of the crescent arcs variation and 25 reiatsu per clone/post.
Technique Name: Nisshoku
Technique Description: This is a mainly cinematic technique that many foes won't understand the true purpose of due to it not effecting them. After ten seconds of holding Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto above his head the sky will begin to get dark. During the following post everyone in the thread if sight is possible will watch as the moon moves through the sky and blocks out the sun causing an Eclipse. The sky from that point on literally gets near the shade of the night sky only with a red tint. The Eclipse is able to stay constant until Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto must return to its sealed form.
This eclipse is the actual purpose of the technique which manages to increase the potency of Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto's power by blocking out the sun. All zanpakuto techniques that are used while the eclipse is in effect require 25% less reiatsu to actually use. The second and arguably the more prominent purpose and reasoning for activating this technique is the second ability that the eclipse seems to grant. By holding Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto in a non-aggressive manner Tsukuyomi is able to expel a surge of gravity from the zanpakuto.
The gravity surge is effective in dispersing attacks and keeping others away from him as the surge only extends away from him. This actually is a weakness as well though due to it making him unable to use it when in a hostage situation with himself being held. The surge covers an area of five feet wide while ranging from Tsukuyomi's feet to two feet above his head. This is a rather wide field yet its only as powerful as his actual Reiatsu Strength.
How to use: Requires Tsukuyomi be held high above the head for a total of ten seconds. Requires Tsukuyomi be held in a passive defensive manner.
Drawbacks: This technique has a rather long period of concentration in order for it to even take effect. After that the secondary ability still can only be activates when Tsukuyomi is held in a position of no danger to the opposing force. (Edged side not facing foes) The Eclipse requires 250 Reiatsu while every single Gravity repulsion requires 50 even with the Eclipse active. It also requires that Tsukuyomi pay 50 reiatsu per post to keep in effect.
Technique Name: Atsuryoku-ba
Technique Description: This technique is one that should always strike fear into the hearts and minds of foes against Tsukuyomi. This technique is one that Tsukuyomi uses by thrusting his zanpakuto into the ground with his reiatsu coursing through it. This actually causes a visual alteration in the ground which can be recognized due to the ground/grass turning a silvery color. Three hundred feet in every direction instantly has the gravity of nature altered through Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto. The gravity is equal to 10x natural which has the effect of putting incredible weight upon anyone within the area. To be specific anyone who doesn't possess at least 250 strength is no longer able to move as they will be forced to the ground from the pressure.
How to use: Tsukuyomi thrusts the blade of Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto into the ground while channeling his reiatsu he must then leave Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto in the ground.
Drawbacks: This technique forces Tsukuyomi to leave his zanpakuto in the ground making it impossible to use any of the other zanpakuto techniques other then Nyūmūn. The technique requires 300 Reiatsu per post to keep active however Tsukuyomi must pay this reiatsu cost immediately due to him leaving his zanpakuto. So 300=1 post 600=2 post and so on.
Technique Name: Nyūmūn
Technique Description: Easily the most devastating technique that Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto possesses. This technique is a highly concentrated core of reiatsu that begins by channeling the reiatsu to the curved section of the blade. After a few moments a small pitch black orb manifests above the blade that then soars approximately three miles into the sky where it's almost impossible to locate immediately. The following post everything with three miles will begin to actually break off of the ground and move higher into the air towards the orb. The gravity pull is equivalent to 250% + of Tsukuyomi's Reiatsu Strength which means that normal trees and ground are pulled from the earth itself.
This technique continues pulling everything off of the ground into a new moon for a full three posts. The actual purpose of this technique is to either trap someone inside of the new moon or inevitably kill them from the massive amount of pressure that builds up from everything compacting together. The pull of this orb lasts for the following three posts at which point it stops completely. After the technique has finish the moon stays in the sky until the end of the thread. Tsukuyomi actually has the opinion of allowing his own technique to effect him or not enabling him to use the pull of gravity to his advantage. If used in a DE thread the moon actually stays in the sky until the next full moon. When that occurs the power that channeled the new moon is gone and it will drop from the sky down to where Tsukuyomi had originally been when activating this technique.
How to use: Channel reiatsu at the specific point
Drawbacks: This technique takes a large amount of focus and attention to even begin which can result in Tsukuyomi overlooking key aspects of a foe with his other senses. The actual effect of this technique doesn't activate until the following post making this technique useless immediately. When this technique is used it places more stress on Tsukuyomi than most would think possible or worth it. He will begin to bleed from his nostrils while he concentrates as his body begins to spasm in pain which normally makes this technique unacceptable in combat due to his blindness. Regardless after this technique has been used Tsukuyomi's body is past the condition of combat making it impossible for him continue battle. It requires 1000 Reiatsu.
The only major way to end this technique is by destroying the orb of gravity that Tsukuyomi manifests. To do this a character need only hit the orb with an attack that has an offensive strength superior to the orb. This means that even if this orb reaches 2000 Reiatsu Strength it can be broken and cancelled out by an attack of 2001. It doesn't need to be a single attack obviously as multiple attacks can be done at once in order to reach the force needed to surpass the strength of the orb. If someone has strength superior then the Reiatsu Strength of the orb then they will be able to move on the surface of the newly forming moon. This doesn't mean that the pull of gravity is not effecting them however as they will feel as if they have however much force equal to the RS of the orb on their shoulders. If Tsukuyomi is held onto by someone being pulled into the orb he will be unable to control himself and be forced up as well meaning it leaves him with pretty much no way to escape.
Saisei Oni Overall Ability: Tsukuyomi's Saisei Oni ability is best described as a dark version of Hell-Fire. His ability allows him to generate/manipulate black fire of Hell that have a special variety of effects. Any fire that Tsukuyomi creates that leaves his own body can NOT be put out. The fire will continue to burn and spread for the remainder of the thread. That's not the only thing however, when the fire makes contact with a sentient creature it increases its intensity based on the actual aura of the individual. Light aura and Dark aura both cause a different effect to overcome the victim.
Those with light aura are effected by having their mind feel as if they are reliving the worst events/emotions of their life while the fire continues to burn them alive. The memories that are brought up are based on how much light aura the person actually has. Anything from 1-10 will cause emotions of sorrow, guilt, and depression. 11-20 will cause individuals to start fighting for focus while horrible memories begin to rush to the front of their mind. 21-30 is when the negative emotions get to the point that most begin to cry from past choices. 31-40 reaches a point where individuals will actually begin to hear the voices of the past that have an emotion weight attached. 41-50 is when the depression and negative feelings festered to the point that most individuals aren't able to continue and will drop to the ground crying.
51-60 is when individuals will start to see brief images of lost family members or other people that they have lost. 61-70 is when the focus of the individual truly starts to split between reality and memories. At this point memories are rushing throughout the mind along with the sounds and sight of those that have brought emotion pain to the victim. 71-80 takes on the purpose of actually bringing even the most honored of heroes to the brink of suicide from the depression that ensues. 81-99 is a point when not only are emotions/memories of sorrow/depression are brought up at an unfathomable level, but fear mixes in at an equal level. This causes 99% of individuals to simply give up or attempt to commit suicide. 100 light means they will relive the worst memory over and over again as if its an illusion that overlays reality simultaneously. This makes combat nearly impossible due to the senses of memory and reality mixing and the mind being unable to break free from it.
Now to go over what actually can help those that suffer contact with the black hell-fire. First off there are only two skills that can actually combat the effects of depression/etc that the fire inflicts upon the minds of the victims. Strength of Will and Illusion Resistance are the two skills that an individual would truly need in order to combat the girth of the negative mental/emotional effects. Strength of Will is meant to fight off the effects the emotional pain. For each stat of Strength of Will the emotional pain is treated as 15 points lower however the illusions aren't effected. The same can be said for Illusion Resistance by making the voices/memories that floor the mind vanish by a rate of 15 per point. However, if one has 100 light aura then only a 3 in either will be able to drop it this means that having a 2 won't budge the effects yet a 3 will have the full effect of all the points.
Those with dark aura don't suffer a mental effect however the fire feeds off of their darkness and increases in intensity at a 1:1 ratio. (50 Dark Aura = +50% RS) There are a few things that Tsukuyomi is able to do in a general/limited sense with his fire without actually going into major techniques. Tsukuyomi with the long-sword that is manifested in Saisei Oni is able to generate and layer the black fire over the blade causing anything that he cuts to be inflicted by the fire. (50 Reiatsu Per post Active) He is able to ignite either the blade of his sword or either of his limbs and with a swing send out a crescent arc of black flame. (100 Reiatsu) He can ignite his own body layering the armor in black flames to counter melee attacks. (100 Reiatsu Per Post) The Hell-Fire due to being a manifestation of Eternity is something that can't be put out through normal means. The best thing that can be done against the fire is to place a barrier around it be it water, earth or kido. These barriers are able to hold off the fire if the substance is stronger however the actual life of the fire will not die. The fire even when Tsukuyomi is no longer in Saisei Oni will continue to burn for the next seventy two hours.
Drawbacks: This technique only has a single major drawback which just so happens to be that after its been used Tsukuyomi is incredibly drained due to the heavy concentration required to pull this technique off. His stamina drops at roughly 30% of its maximum making it so if this technique is even used when he's at a point of exhaustion he will pass out after its use. Reiatsu cost is 350.
Technique Name: Kasai En
Technique Description: This technique is rather simple as Tsukuyomi ignites either his Saisei Oni sword or one of his limbs and then swings it towards his target. After this is done the Hell-Fire that was on the sword or limb soared towards the location as if it's meant to cut like many would assume. The only thing is that halfway towards the target the fire spreads apart seemingly to have failed as if the technique wasn't done properly. Now what actually happens is that the fire suddenly moves around the target forming into a large circle around them. The fire is normally a few feet in height yet if someone tries to leave the circle the fire will raise in that one location. The fire rises at a speed of 500 up to a total of forty feet. It doesn't prevent them from getting away, but they're covered in the Hell-Fire afterwards making the only reasonable thing to do is fight inside of the circle. This technique lasts for 2 posts.
How to use: Concentrates on ignited sword or limb then swings in target direction.
Drawbacks: Costs 300 reiatsu. Someone can jump over the circle faster than the fire rises upwards or higher than the fire can go.
Saisei Oni Segunda Etapa Techniques:
3.Technique Name: Kasai Hashira
Technique Description: This technique works the same as its predecessor with Tsukuyomi igniting either his blade or a limb and then swinging it. After this is done the Hell-Fire that was on the sword or limb soars towards the location as if it's meant to cut like many would assume. The only thing is that halfway towards the target the fire spreads apart seemingly to have failed as if the technique wasn't done properly. Now what actually happens is that the fire suddenly moves around the target forming into a large circle around them. This is when the technique distinguishes itself from its predecessor by the flames rising upwards while turning in a clockwise manner. The fire continues to rise for about half a second by which time it's reached the height of forty feet becoming a large pillar of black fire.
The pillar covers an area of fifty feet squared with the actual inside being completely fine yet pitch black. The fire of the pillar is only five feet in length meaning the inside of the pillar is meant as a specific battle ground for Tsukuyomi so that no additional aid can be given to his foe. This technique lasts for 2 posts. Tsukuyomi is also capable of using this technique around himself which makes the pillar a solely offensive technique by encircling Tsukuyomi and then rises upwards to the total height hitting whatever is around or above him.
How to use: Concentrates on ignited sword or limb then swings in target direction.
Drawbacks: Costs 350 reiatsu. Those that have Senses of 300 or higher are able to see inside of the pillar.
4. Technique Name: Andāwārudo Chōrui
Technique Description: A rather unique technique or at least different compared to the other techniques that Tsukuyomi possesses. While most of his techniques revolve around the use of his blade or limbs this one utilizes his entire body for a brief moment. The black Hell-Fire will suddenly start to engulf Tsukuyomi's armored body once he begins concentrating and after a few moments rises up off of him and takes shape. It only takes a moment for the shape to form and continue up off of him, but it's at that point that the fire has taken the form of an animal. Specifically this technique can take the form of either a panther or raven formed from the fire that are both roughly ten feet tall. Whichever form it takes for the following 2 posts it has sentience allowing it to think freely and act aggressively against everyone in the vicinity. The animal is capable of moving at a maximum speed of 400.
How to use: Tsukuyomi must concentrate his reiatsu over his entire body and then into the form of the animal he wishes to utilize.
Drawbacks: Costs 400 reiatsu. Unlike any other technique that Tsukuyomi's Saisei Oni possesses this one is susceptible to being destroyed by other reiatsu attacks. Any reiatsu attack with offensive strength 25% superior to Tsukuyomi's will result in the fire that forms the animal to disperse ending the technique. The fire that formed the animal doesn't vanish it simply falls to the ground.
5. Technique Name: Andāwārudo no Baria
Technique Description: One of Tsukuyomi's most potent techniques which can only be phased as a prison within Hell itself. By raising his sword up above his head and focusing his reiatsu into the tip of the blade after which a small halo of the black Hell-Fire spreads off above the tip of the blade only to then vanish. A moment after which a small amount of the fire appears thirty feet up in the sky from Tsukuyomi. That section of fire then suddenly starts to spread out from the location at unbelievable speeds. The spread covers a maximum of a single mile extending downwards to the ground making a ox-angular shape prison that locks everyone inside for the remainder of Tsukuyomi's Saisei Oni release.
How to use: Tsukuyomi raises his sword up above his head and concentrates his reiatsu into the tip of the blade only to then disperse it all in a single moment.
Drawbacks: Costs 500 reiatsu.
6. Technique Name: Eien
Technique Description: This is without a doubt Tsukuyomi's most powerful technique in regards to his Saisei Oni abilities. By thrusting the sword into the ground the black Hell-Fire courses through the ground causing fissures throughout the ground. After a few moments black fire begins to surge upwards from the ground as it continues to break apart until a single black skeleton crawls from the depths of Hell. The skeleton is actually one of any number of individuals that have been killed by Tsukuyomi with his fire having stolen their souls for eternity. He is able to summon any soul he wishes as the skeleton after a few moments regain the appearance of themselves while they were alive if Tsukuyomi wishes it. This revived soul has all of the techniques that they possessed while they were alive along with the stats and skills. This includes NPC and RPC characters.
How to use: Tsukuyomi engulfs the sword in fire and then proceeds to thrust the blade into the ground. This ultimately results in the technique activating.
Drawbacks: This technique can only be used on the surface and not in the air. Tsukuyomi is only able to summon a single spirit at a time. Costs 750 Reiatsu. This ability whenever activated will remain active until Saisei Oni is no longer active.
Zanpakuto Overall Ability + Techniques
Overall Ability: Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto is a very potent Zanpakutou, and one that yields itself very easily to controlling a battlefield. It’s power revolves around the creation and manipulation of small white orbs, which are moonlike in appearance. The Zanpakutou can not only create these orbs, it can bestow upon them special properties, which influence the way they behave, as well as the effects that they have upon other nearby objects.
Shikai Overall: At this level, when Tsukuyomi releases his Zanpakutou, it instantly creates three moons rotating around him. These moons are roughly basketball sized, and possess durability equal to his dominant reiatsu stat. He can control the movement of these moons, which have a maximum speed of 500, and the moons have no maximum range, although he must know where they are (whether through sight or energy sensory) to be capable of moving them. Controlling the movement doesn’t require concentration, but requires him to make motions with his weapon, as if he was conducting music. Anyone with a 3 in Battle Analysis or Analyzing can deduce what the motions mean and predict the attacks.
Beyond moving, these moons have a special property to them by default. These moons exclude a special gravitational force, one that only effects reiatsu based techniques. They draw reiatsu based techniques towards them, as long as those techniques pass within a five foot radius of them. Reiatsu techniques possessing an inferior offensive stat to Tsukuyomi cannot resist this gravitational force, unless they are moving at a defined speed that exceeds his offensive stat.
Other reiatsu techniques will be drawn towards the moons, although they are capable of escaping the gravitational force. Thus, he can redirect attacks incrementally, by shifting them over a little bit at a time with each moon, even if they are of a greater strength. This doesn’t apply to reiatsu techniques with 2x offensive stat superiority. These moons are still capable of being destroyed by the reiatsu techniques, they simply attract them, in order to defend Tsukiyomi himself. Tsukiyomi is capable of turning this gravity on and off, although he may only toggle it once per post.
[/spoiler]
IC Reasoning: Tsukuyomi has finally connected with his zanpakuto spirit and obtained shikai. After the body of the blade being broken several times his spirit explained that the powers the two hold have been altered. Tsukuyomi has now gained the ability to see due to his Hell heritage breaking free. After going into Saisei Oni for the first time Tsukuyomi felt something change about him as his eye sight began to develop. He was more comparable with his zanpakuto and felt more power coming from it. Captain Kimiko has been training him rigorously after his defeat at the hands of Aevus and since then he has learned how to use chains effectively in combat.

New Powers:
1. Technique Name: Shingetsu (New Moon)
Effects: This technique is rather simple, Tsukiyomi condenses reiatsu in order to create another moon. It is created in the inside of the blade’s curve, and then slowly floats outwards to orbit around Tsukiyomi. It possesses all the properties of his Overall moons, and is identical to them in appearance.
Drawbacks: This technique costs 75 reiatsu, and can only be used twice a post. Tsukiyomi can only control 6 moons total, plus an additional 2 per level in Battle Focus.
2. Technique Name: Warui Tsuki (Bad Moon)
Effects: When this technique is activated, Tsukiyomi selects up to three moons that he currently is controlling. The surfaces of those moon’s crack, and the moons turn black. Red ichor begins to spill from the cracks in the surfaces of the moons, forming what appears to be a terrifying smile. Those moons become Bad Moons, and remain that way until another technique changes them. Bad Moons have a maximum speed of 400. What makes Bad Moons special, however, is the fact that their gravitational force is different. They do not attract reiatsu in any way. Instead, Bad Moons pull people towards them, pulling on a strength equal to 50% of Tsukiyomi’s offensive stat on any person that’s within ten feet of the moons.. This force can only be resisted by strength, since it is a physical attraction. However, Bad Moons are special in their gravitational force: they only attract people who possess a Dark Aura of 50 or greater. Hence the name, Bad Moon.
Drawbacks: This technique costs 150 reiatsu to use, plus 50 reiatsu per moon converted this way beyond the first. Only three moons can be Bad Moons at a time, no matter how many times this technique is used. The gravitational pull of the moons can affect Tsukiyomi as well. Finally, once someone is pulled to a moon, the gravitational pull doesn’t prevent them from moving, although it keeps pulling them to the moon, so people can stand on the moons and maneuver around on the limited area. This gravity itself causes no pain, although someone flying at high speeds into one of the moons might.
3. Technique Name: Tentai Musaboru Hito (Celestial Devourer)
Effects: When this technique is activated, Tsukiyomi selects a moon that he currently controls. The surface of the moon shimmers, turning gold, and any damage that the moon has suffered is instantly repaired. This moon becomes a Hungry Moon, and remains that way until another technique changes it. Hungry Moons have a speed of 250.
Hungry Moons possess the normal properties of a moon, albeit somewhat modified. They attract reiatsu techniques, but they do so much more effectively. Techniques require 50% superiority to Tsukiyomi’s offensive stat, or double the speed compared to his offensive strength, in order to escape the attraction. If they don’t possess that, they’re dragged into the moon. What makes the moon special however, is that it devours reiatsu. Reiatsu that touches the Hungry Moon that doesn’t possess at least 50% superior offensive strength is devoured by the Hungry Moon. And when the Hungry Moon devours reiatsu, it grows. Moons start out as big as a basketball, 2.5 feet in circumference, and every time the moon devours reiatsu, it increases in size by 1.75x size. This can spiral out of control incredibly quickly, and thus people have to avoid feeding the Moon.
Drawbacks: Hungry Moons are half as fast as Tsukiyomi’s normal moons, meaning that it’s very difficult to move them into place, and instead he has to position them correctly the first time. It costs a whopping 400 reiatsu to create a Hungry Moon. Hungry Moons don’t have any increased durability, so reiatsu attacks beyond it’s ability to absorb can destroy it quickly, as can any physical attacks with sufficient power. It tires Tsukiyomi to create a Hungry Moon, and he can’t use this technique more than two times per release.
4. Technique Name: Bokujō Monogatari (Harvest Moon)
Effects: When this technique is activated, Tsukiyomi selects a moon that he currently controls. The surface of the moon glistens, turning a beautiful green color. The moon begins to rotate, slowly at first, then growing faster and faster, and even when Tsukiyomi doesn’t command it to move, it rotates rapidly and flies around in small circles. This moon becomes a Harvest Moon, and remains that way until another technique changes it. Harvest Moons have a speed of 450.
Harvest Moons possess very similar properties to normal moons, but instead of possessing a gravitational attraction, they possess an aura that extends off of them, same range as gravity normally would extend from the moon, and instead of attracting reiatsu techniques, it applies a rapidly cutting effect to any object that enters the area. Objects are sliced from all directions within the aura, with an offensive strength equal to Tsukiyomi’s.
Drawbacks: Harvest Moons cost 200 reiatsu to create, and he can only have 3 of them at once. Harvest Moons have a durability of 75% of Tsukiyomi’s offensive stat, meaning that they are less durable than his average moon. Additionally, they don’t cut reiatsu, meaning that they are rather vulnerable to reiatsu based attacks. Things that have a defensive tech of superior strength to the Moons are more or less immune to them, since they won’t be able to slice deeply. Tsukiyomi can’t use this technique more than once a post
5. Technique Name: Mūn Dansu (Lunar Dance)
Effects: A very simple technique, and one that’s highly important for Tsukiyomi’s tactical combat skills, to activate this technique, Tsukiyomi selects any number of moons that he currently has, and channels reiatsu through them. Instantly, the moons burst into motion, moving at high speeds. To be precise, they move at 10x their normal speeds. This lasts for one motion, and then ends.
Drawbacks: This ability costs 100 reiatsu per moon affected. Tsukiyomi can only use this ability once per 5 posts. Additionally, it exhausts him quite a bit to use, and consumes all of his step techniques for the post where he uses it.
