Rules: Free Style, No Auto-Hitting, No Perma-Dodge, No Immortality
Scenery:
The scenery is a field of grass that stretches for miles and miles with little to no other objects in place. There are small boulders the size of toddlers dotting the field at scarce intervals, and a medium-sized stream, around 10 meters wide runs through the middle of the grassy plains. No trees line the horizon. The skies are cloudy, and the sun wasn't peeking out. The winds blow at a slight breeze, cool, and not humid.
The slight breeze blew away at the grassy field, making the grass sway rather awkwardly. Walking amidst this is a man, about 5'9 in height, and was clad in a black trench coat from neck to toe. His face was half covered by the trench coat's collar, stretching all the way to his nose. His hair was kept underneath a western-style, black cowboy hat with the symbol for Amegakure present on the front. His eyes was simply unseen through the shadowy crevice in between the rim of the hat and the collar. His hands was covered in black gloves, and his foot was wearing what looked like plated boots. A massive symbol for the ANBU Tsuyu stands at the back of his trench coat, signifying that the man belonged to Amegakure's ANBU Tsuyu, Aoi division. He gave a sigh and observed his surroundings. It wasn't likely to rain, but he sensed it was going to be a rough day. That was when his senses fired up. Was someone there with him?
"My. Perhaps today, I would have the pleasure of exercising out."
Another slight breeze seemed to move across the field, pushing the grass at an angle in one spot, forming a ripple of sorts. In a flicker of movement, a figure was suddenly standing within that ripple. The figure stood at about 6'0" even, and his body was for the moment covered in an open, dark blue trenchcoat which stopped just above his ankles. The man wore a mask over his face, the eye holes of the mask slits which move diagonally towards the center. Underneath the eyeholes were long black lines which ran down past the cheeks to the chin, making it seem as if the mask itself was crying. Inscribed on the left side of the mask were many kanji symbols. Steel bandages could be seen wrapping the side of his head, and small parts of his spiky black hair jutted out in random places behind his head.
From the open trenchcoat, one could see what the man wore inside. On the figure's upper half, he wore a hooded blue shirt with no sleeves, and had a V-shaped cut to show off his chest, which was covered in bandages as well, these bandages having black kanji seals inscribed on them. It seemed that this man's whole body was covered in these kanji sealed steel bandages from head to toe. On his lower half, he wore baggy black pants that were tucked into the bandages that wrap his legs, just below his knees, with a blue sash tied around his waist to hold his pants up and black shinobi sandals. On the fingers of each of his hands could be seen a single seal, but these seals were too small to be seen from so far away by his opponent. This man was Kousen Hadomaru, but he was known to most as simply K. He stared towards his opponent with indifference, though his facial expression could not even be seen underneath the mask and bandages. He didn't utter a word, but continued to stare.

"I'm tearing it all down. No structure. No Gods. No Masters. Just pure Anarchy..."
"You seem capable enough. Perhaps this would be a fitting." Kousaru remarked.
He flexed out his hands and touched the rim of his cowboy hat. His eyes was barely visible inside the shadowy crevice between the rim and the collar end. But one can tell he was giving off a rather cold aura. He brought up his hands and formed one of them into a half "Ram" seal, while the other was holding what looked like a small pendant. He gazed at the pendant, then stuffed it inside his trench coat, forming a complete "Ram" seal. The clouds suddenly started to rumble, and the clouds got dark. Suddenly, rain poured around them, covering an expanse of 10-meters around Kousaru. The rain looked strange, however, as no matter how heavy the downpour was, the ground was not getting wet. Kousaru then broke the handseal, and formed several groups of handseals, ending with 'Rabbit'.
The rain around Kousaru suddenly fizzled, and some of the rain drops suddenly pointed towards Kousen. They then burst forward, towards the shinobi, solidifying and forming what looked like a group of kunai. There were a dozen, and they looked extremely dangerous. The traveled twice the speed they travel at than when thrown by hands. But they were not impossible to dodge or block. They were simply a greeting from Kousaru.
"I am Kousaru Mugenryu. And this rain is my Kekkei Genkai, called Shinsei Ame. IF I were you, I'd quit now." Kousaru remarked loud enough that Kousen can hear.
Kousen watched his opponent as he made the half "Ram" seal and then put something away before making a full "Ram" seal. Kousen was quite interested in what the man was about to do, when his curiosity was answered by a sudden downpour of rain around them in a 10 meter radius. He continued staring at the man before him and then looked around him slightly. The ground around him wasn't getting wet. What was this?! He wasn't worried much that the rain was pouring on him, since the steel bandages would prevent any water from soaking through to his skin. Kousen then looked back up at the man and watched as he made more hand signs. The water around the man suddenly became a group of kunai which now moved forward towards Kousen rather quickly.
Underneath the mask, a smile formed on Kousen's face. Such an easy attack. He could easily defeat this. Kousen decided to send a powerful attack back at the man, to both counter him and show him just what he could do. He lifted his right hand, aiming it at the man who had just introduced himself as Kousaru Mugenryu. A seal written in the kanji for wind could be seen on the palm of his right hand. He pumped chakra through his body, and the seal suddenly glowed with chakra before releasing from it a powerful burst of wind. Fuuton: Daitoppa
The blast of wind moved forward rather quickly, easily knocking away the group of kunai made of water as it continued towards the man. Kousen then lowered his hand and stared at the man. The steel bandages around his feet began to wiggle ever so slightly. From the distance that the two men stood from one another, this would go unnoticed by Kousaru, especially since he would have his focus on avoiding the large blast of wind heading towards him. The steel bandages wrapping his feet then unraveled, slipping out of his shinobi sandals from behind and then moved into the ground, from behind his ankle, so as to remain unseen. Kousen was now rooted to the ground like a plant in a sense, but he had a plan to surprise attack the man, and so this did not worry him.

"I'm tearing it all down. No structure. No Gods. No Masters. Just pure Anarchy..."
The light within Shinsei Ame distorted a bit as the massive force of wind blew away some of the rain, hitting Kousaru squarely, at least, the Kousaru standing idly about. The image of Kousaru suddenly distorted and turned into rain drops. At the same time, multiple other Kousarus appeared, at least 6 of them, inside the area where rain was falling intensely. From Kousen's position, he should be able to see that Kousaru was forming several seals, ending with 'Dragon' Seal.
"Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave!" Kousaru shouted.
From his mouth, Kousaru spewed out a massive quantity of water towards Kousaru. It was encompassing and raged on towards Kousen. It was impossible to dodge simply because it was moving in a very large area around them. There was simply nothing big enough to stop it, unless Kousen knows something big enough to contain the wave before it hits him. On the wave, the rain continued to pour as Kousaru rode on the tidal flow, his focusing chakra on his feet to make sure there was enough traction and flow to keep him on the surface. He, however, did not do anything to attack Kousen again. This shows he was being passive, and was observing how Kousen would attack. Within one of his gloves, he was also holding three shurikens in between his fingers, ready to throw at Kousen. They, however, were being covered by his trench coat's sleeve, and therefore impossible to see, especially with the wave of water coming towards Kousen. The other Kousaru, however, b
"How'd you like my Ame Bunshin? As long as I'm you're going to be attacking from afar, you won't be hitting me with a linear attack like that."

Kousen continued staring down his adversary in the silent way which he had been doing ever since the battle started. Kousen was in fact, not a mute, as he was trying to portray. He could talk just fine, though he didn't want to at the moment right now. He wanted to see how long his being silent would get to his opponent. It usually irked a person horribly for someone to remain silent while they talked to them, and Kousen was awaiting Kousaru's response to this. He watched as Kousaru was hit squarely by the attack, but his hopes did not rise, for he knew that his opponent had to have something planned. Afterall, they were fighting in his kekke genkai, meaning that he had the advantage. Seeing Kousaru melt into rain upon being hit only confirmed Kousen's theory.
He drenches the battlefield in rain, putting it at his advantage. A clone or substitution like that would be expected since all around him are the materials to easily create a clone. Kousen had a faint idea of his opponent's plan when he first called the rain. Kousen's first thought was that Kousaru would use it to bombard Kousen with many water jutsu, but at the moment, that didn't seem to be happening. Then, 6 Kousaru formed and after that Kousaru spewed a massive quantity of water from his mouth that was now heading towards Kousen and picking up speed. Kousen simply looked up at the water heading towards him. The bandages at his feet that had moved into the ground came back up and wrapped around his feet once more.
Kousen lifted his right hand once more, the kanji for wind still sealed onto the palm. Instead of aiming it at Kousaru, he simply lowered it towards the ground. Fuuton: Daitoppa. Wind exploded from his palm and crashed into the ground in front of him, sending him rocketing up into the air with enough power to put him high above the wave of water as it came crashing down. He now stared down at Kousaru from within the air, and aimed the pointer and middle finger of his left hand at the man. He lifted his thumb and cocked it as if his hand was a gun, and upon pressing the thumb to the side of his pointer finger, the seals inscribed on the two fingers glowed. From them rocketed forth a flurry of twenty-four kunai, twelve from each finger. The kunai moved with incredible speed towards Kousaru, ready to impale him. Kousen watched all of this as he fell back down, heading towards the water which now most likely covered the area. He prepared chakra at his feet, ready to stand upon the water.

Kousaru's expression grew colder when he saw that the kunai were heading towards him. It was of little inconvenience to him, after all, though he was expecting something grander from an opponent who seemed to have a lot to hide. He moved forward towards the water current, and slammed a hand towards the surface of the water. Instantly, several dozens of crystal-like kunai flew up to the air, and met with Kousen's own set of Kunai, deflecting all of them easily. It was Kousaru's 'Water Release: Impaling Wave Technique'. Kousaru then threw the Shurikens he kept on in between his fingers, immediately following it up with a set of hand seals, ending with 'Dragon'.
"Water Release: Rising Vortex Technique!"
Kousaru's Shinsei Ame merged with the water current underneath him, and shot out towards the shurikens, forming into a small vortex on each of the three shurikens heading towards Kousen. However, the vortex split up into three paths, one was coming from the left, and the other from the right, and the last one from below. The vortex now took on the shape of each Shuriken, albeit bigger and looked as if they were homing in on Kousen. They were sharp enough to pierce through hard metals, and would be very tough to block. Not to mention, there was still over a dozen barrages of water-crystal kunai coming from the front, covering any exit from there. The only place left to dodge would be up, and behind. Somehow, Kousaru was being calm, however. What does he have planned on those routes? The wave was still crashing about below, though it seemed Kousaru contained them in a 50-meter diameter around him, enough to cover the field in a 7-feet deep mini ocean.

Kousen landed on the water that now covered the ground under him and formed a sort of ocean of sorts. The chakra on his feet, more so the chakra running through his bandages and into his shinobi sandals kept him afloat as he now stared at the new attacks before him. There were three vortexes of water heading towards him, plus a flurry of water kunai still flying at him. His opponent truly did have the advantage in this battle, and Kousen was now wondering to himself how he would even come out on top. If he wanted to at least stand a chance, he would need to outmaneuver his opponent, and trick him somehow.
Kousen lifted his hands, and clapped them together with the two pinkies of both hands touching one another as he stared forward at Kousaru. The seals on the tip of each finger glowed faintly as he stood there. He didn't mutter a single word, and simply stood there as the attacks moved closer. Then, they all crashed into him, the kunai piercing into his body as well. However, when all of the attacks hit, his body seemed to crumble into small pieces of stone. He had substituted with one of the many boulders around the field that had now been submerged by the water.
Kousen's body now burst up from the water behind Kousaru. He had substituted himself with the submerged boulder, and so the only place for him to have gone was in the water. He lifted his right hand, and from it shot forth a multitude of bandages which formed together over the hand as a large shield. On the shield was a kanji seal for wind. Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains. The seal glowed faintly, and then from it shot forth a large, powerful vortex of wind. The vortex of wind snaked towards Kousaru, moving rather quickly and threatening to cut him to pieces should it catch him. Kousen was sure that his opponent might find a way to counter his jutsu, but all he knew now was that he had closed the gap in distance, and so fighting Kousaru would be less of a pain. He landed on the water, his trenchcoat and clothes drenched even more, though Hhs steel bandages still prevented any water from seeping through to his skin, and so he remained perfectly dry underneath the bandages. The large shield once more became a multitude of bandages, which then began to move about wildly like snakes, waiting for their next command. He ran forward, following behind the vortex of wind. He prepared himself, and got ready to send another attack if his opponent countered or blocked the wind somehow.

"I'm tearing it all down. No structure. No Gods. No Masters. Just pure Anarchy..."
A sudden and gigantic black top hat materialized in between the two combatants, Kousen and Kousaru. The hat exploded into a pop, a large gust of air rushing out of it to counter Kousen's wind attack, nullifying it. A new combatant had arrived in the area, and he was here meaning business. A cool wind carried through, rustling his clothing as he stood there, arms folded. He looked on towards the two combatants, who had minorly exhausted themselves from battle. His eyes were determined, and it was obvious that he was going to play too, he was going to participate in the battle. His eyes were an icy pale blue, and his he was wearing a quite custom outfit for a shinobi. His outfit was thin red and brown cloth to make a shirt and pants, with black leather pointed shoes. Several flowing ribbons of cloth were visibly blowing in the wind from his outfit, and he wore a classic shinobi mask. The only custom part was the coloring, camo like a militia.
His power was undeniable, he was strong. He was tanned, his skin tone said that through his hands. Other than that, not much could be said about his appearance. "I'm BlowGun." he said simply. BlowGun flicked his left hand, and a top hat formed in it, black with a white strip around the top, three inches below the peak. He put on the top hat, which looked ridiculous over his shinobi outfit. But, it was probably just his style. He appeared to be some kind of magician, or some kind of magic based jutsu stylist. He was strong, that was all that mattered. In an instant, BlowGun flicked his right hand, and a large black cane formed in it. He held it by the loop, and had the white tapping end poised in a point towards the other two. BlowGun rushed forwards, slashing his cane forwards at Kosaru first. He was ready to strike. His cane was coming towards Kosaru like a blade, moving towards Kosaru's face.

Shuuryou Mahou: Kan E-su No Jutsu - S Rank[Creates a huge clock tower with an alchemy circle in place of the clock. A gigantic magnifying glass forms near the alchemy circle. All techniques shot out of the alchemy circle come with a time bending effect, plus they're magnified by the magnifying glass. The time bending effect causes space to warp around it, signifying what is happening. Essentially, the technique is actually 5 seconds slower than it appears. The light will reach a foe before the attack. In this case, a defense may be too early.] - First Ace Technique
Shuuryou Mahou: Daini E-Su No Jutsu - S Rank [Creates a massive black circle in front of BlowGun. This is similar to an alchemy circle, except it is black with no designs, totally empty. It shoots a massive, all consuming burst of millions of volts of lightning towards an enemy. His final ace move, for it has a second effect as well. The lightning can be gathered inside of BlowGun, mixed with his chakra. From there, he will explode with energy, release a giant two mile blast that reduces everything within half a mile to ash, everything within a full mile to charred, and everything within two miles to scorched.] - Second Ace Technique {This drains him of chakra}
Kousaru's voiced echoed through the rain. It was cold, clammy, and devoid of emotions. The wave of water was still there, and it looked like it wasn't going anywhere. The rain was still pouring, intensity varying every now and then. Right now it was a stormy, heavy downpour. As Blowgun decided to attack, Kousaru didn't move. Why should he? He was in his element. The attack hit him, or at least the Kousaru standing idly about. It was the same as when Kousen tried a straightforward attack towards Kousaru.
As the cane made contact with that clone, it dissipated into water, drenching the cane and Blowgun in a mist of water. At the same time, several other Kousaru-images appeared inside the rainy arena. 10-meters was the full expanse of the rain, and it is within this 10-meters that Kousaru-images started to appear.
"Shinsei Ame isn't just for show, nor is it limited to becoming projectiles."
The clones started to perform several handseals once again. It was not evident who the real Kousaru was, as every single clone did the same thing. The rain itself was pouring down in a wild manner now, making visibility rather hard and eyesight becoming easily exhausted. What technique is he planning to do? The waves churn, stopping along the borders Kousaru placed on it. Kousaru was actually preparing for Water Release: Twin Rising Dragon Water Bullet Technique, but it requires a certain number of hand seals. Convenient that he can do it under the cover of the rain. In case it fails, he still has an escape route, the water was his friend after all.

Kousen was running forward, ready to attack his opponent once more should he counter the wind jutsu, when suddenly a top hat formed in his path. He immediately stopped and jumped back as the top hat popped, releasing a warm wave of wind. His attack was easily dispersed by the warm wave of wind. Who is this? He interrupts our battle and then randomly attacks? Kousen wasn't sure whether this new combatant was on his side or Kousaru's, but he was not going to think that he was on his side simply because he was attacking his opponent. Kousen didn't need any help taking Kousaru down. This man was not going to show him up.
Kousen stood there, watching as the man, who introduced himself as 'Blowgun', attacked a clone. Kousen would have sat back and watched as the two fought, but this was not his style, and so he had to do something. He saw the many Kousaru forming and turned his head to look at all of them. This trick again? Kousen simply stood there as they began forming hand signs. At his feet, his bandages began unraveling and sinking into the water below him. The bandages then shot out with incredible speed, moving in all the directions of each clone. The bandages then shot up from the water, piercing upwards, heading straight for the chest of each clone. As they shot up, Kousen quickly made the 'Ram' hand sign, and the seals visible on the bandages glowed faintly. From each of them was released a flurry of kunai, about 12 in total. Twelve of these kunai were heading towards each clone that had been targeted by the bandages.
Now, Kousen had to focus on the new shinobi who had appeared. The one who had interrupted his fight. He lifted his hand, and the bandages on his arm rushed out, heading straight for the man. He lifted his left hand and made a half 'Ram' seal as they moved towards the man. The seals on each of these bandages then glowed as they converged on BlowGun. Fuuton: Daitoppa. There were about 5 bandages that were now aiming to wrap around BlowGun from behind, and as they did, 5 blasts of wind were released from each bandage, all converging on BlowGun at close range.
"I'm tearing it all down. No structure. No Gods. No Masters. Just pure Anarchy..."
"Mahou: Boushi Poppu No Jutsu." BlowGun was not the type to lose calm to barrages. Instantly, the same large hat formed around him this time. It protected him from a good deal of the attacks, before popping and expelling a vicious wind to destroy the rest, either blasting them away, or seering them terribly. While in the hat and moments before is popped, BlowGun prepared another jutsu. "Mahou: Kotaru Toukai No Jutsu." A deck of playing cards formed in his hand before the hat popped. Then, while the wind blasted the attacks and moves further towarda his foes, BlowGun released 20 cards towarda each foe. Those heading for Kosaru turned into large fireballs, and those heading for Kousen turned into diamond blades. They would be pressed by the large number of projectiles, but also the strength. However, these were a mere distraction. BlowGun performed a handseal, and a glowing alchemy circle of light and energy formed in front of his palms. Seven beams fired out the front towards Kosaru. He would not see them because of the mass of large and blinding fireballs. Then, BlowGun moved one palm, holding that current circle on his left palm. On his ight palm, a new ircle domes. Several waves of fireballs blasted out towards Kousen, and them they were followed by seven beams. Two waves of attacks would veep Kousen from seeing until the last possible instant. His defenses would probably be destroyed by the time the beams reached him. The mass of attacks made it so that evading was impossible. They've been pumping out strong techniques on each other for a while. They must be low on chakra and stamina by now. On the other hand, my jutsu string just now used up a ton of chakra. But, I have a lot left. I didn't use any that take a huge amount. I can win this fairly easily.
There were too many attacks coming at Kousaru to continue with his jutsu. He had to stop, and in doing so, all his Ame Bunshin stopped. They all stood idly about, as if not intending to dodge. Of course there was no need to dodge, not when Kousaru still had several tricks up his sleeve. Kousen's attack proved effective in dispersing the clones, more so forcing Kousaru to stop his attacks. Each clone popped, splashing water on the bandages that Kousen has sent out. All around them, only one Kousaru remained, one who looked extremely nonchalant. His black trench coat started to dissolve into the rain, as if made of rain itself. His exposed upper body revealed a mass of black bandages covering his torso, all the way to each hand. He flexed his gloved hands, and watched as Blowgun released an attack of his own.
It was, to say the least, formidable. That is if Kousaru was ordinary. First came the diamond blades. They would've ripped him to shred in a matter of seconds. But Kousaru has a certain 'trait' that removed that fear. His body suddenly turned to liquid, allowing the diamonds to pass. It was Suika no Jutsu, one that he acquired involuntarily, yet was now proving very useful. As each diamond blade passed, however, he made sure that he has his feet cleanly melded with the water below, so that even if the diamond blades exploded or formed a seal, his body would be able to reform someplace else. This, of course, is unknown to the two.
Then came the beams of chakra. These were troublesome, up to an extent. But still not enough to dispose of him. Suika no Jutsu is a very handy technique, especially when this much water is present. It would take an attack as powerful as an eight-tail jinchuuriki's cannon blast in its released form to knock out Kousaru while in this form. Even then, he'd still survive, albeit extremely weakened. Thus, the blast blasted parts of him, but was not enough to do any significant effect on Kousaru's body. Of course, there came the issue of his chakra usage. His Shinsei Ame uses very low amounts of chakra, thanks to the 'Rain' Chakra Core implanted to his body. Its consumption is negligible. The Ame techniques he was using were all being used with significantly lowered chakra costs thanks to Shinsei Ame. He did, however, used quite a lot of chakra in his techniques such as the Colliding Wave, and Rising Vortex.
This is where his next trick comes into play. The water around him, while in his Hydrated form, recycles his chakra, replenishing a portion of what he's lost. In time, he would recover his chakra pool. Again, his two opponents have no knowledge of this, as the process only happens when he merges with the water source. Now, it's his turn to attack.
"Water Release: Rising Tide Technique"
The water around them started to flow, and form into a gigantic tsunami, easily towering over the two combatants. Kousaru was melded with the wave, riding at the top. The force of the wave would be equivalent to more than a ton, enough to crush human bone. But it was only a front. Kousaru's hydrated form allows him a unique attack, one that only requires a water source.
The massive wave he's formed approached the two combatants, with Kousaru on top. That is, behind the cover of the wave, the real Kousaru has formed his Ougi. From his arm, he fired a concentrated mass of water pillar, spiraling into a massive pillar which split and headed towards the two. This would be impossible to dodge, as the wave approaches with great speed, twice of what Blowgun's own attack did. And they were both homing in on the two targets. The Rising Tide was still moving in cruising speed, encompassing around the two, shutting off any exit.
I've used quite the technique. I must remain in the water for a while. At least my rain can still keep me going. Secrecy is my weapon here, at least. Neither of us knows anything about each other except for what has been shown. MY chakra should recover in a few, at least enough to keep me up to put up a fight.
