Plotline: [You are approached by a mysterious figure in blue. He appears to be the age of his late thirties and his face is littered with scars, some going accross his face while others go down his eye. He is holding a map that is marked "La Ciudad de Oro" and tells you that "this city is untouched by greed, poverty, destruction, even people. And that a ritches and powers beyond your wildest comprehension lays in this citys deepest vault. Many have pursued this, but no one ever returned. I trust that you will be able to make this journey." He then steps back into the shadows and dissapears without a trace. You will take a close companion with you and traverse to the location. Along the way your moral choices will be tested, in some situations you will have to give up what you beleive in or go against your companions, tensions will be created. Once you reach there, you will meet three others vital to getting to the reward, Once in the city your phyischal body will be tested. The strain caused on the way will break. And finally when you get to the vault, you must make the most important and vital decision ever. Will you pursue this goal and really find "your city of gold" or will you die like everyone else that pursued this. ] - Explain the plot of your adventure.

Starts: [This adventure starts with after Taien meets this mysterious figure in blue. Taien encounters a woman that looks to be around his age appearence. Her Olive colored skin and city clothes is able to captivate his attention. She notices him and beckons him to come over, there she introduces her self as Anne. Her history is hidden him but she is very trust worthy and tells him a little bit about herself. It will start around Taien and then expand to everyone meeting in one location. They have their introdutions and the first part of the adventure begins.] - When does the adventure begin?

Special Conditions: [
1. You must eat, drink, sleep. You can go days without eating,drinking, etc temporarily, but not permanently.
2. Your moral choices will be tested.
3. Your relationship and current standing with your collegues will be strained.
4. You arent some kind of lizard that can bask in the desert heat, so you have to find a place to cool down.
5. You will not be given a set of directions. You will have to find info from the locals. So if you want information on where to go. Be nice to the locals.
6. When you get to the city, food will be as easy to find as trying find a non pousionus mushroom in a mushroom patch.
7. I have a surprise at the city. Dont get comfortable in the clean air.

[Taien Hadohou]

"Oya oya. . . I wonder where Shingetsu-San went off to? He wasn't supposed to leave me behind like this. . . Hahaha, his Captain won't be happy with him."

Taien said to himself, smiling despite being lost in Karakura. Taien was in a good mood. Granted, he was always in a good mood, but still. Karakura was just. . . beautiful today. The sun was shining, the breeze was cool, the Hollow activity was down to next to nothing, and he didn't have anything pressing to do really. Well, aside from finding Shingetsu-San again. Shingetsu-San was the Shinigami who was supposed to take Taien out on another one of those Day in the Life of a Shinigami things. So far it had been well, they had killed a few Hollows, battled a few of those Fullbring Humans who had jumped out of nowhere to try and kill them . . . You know, normal stuff.

And yet, here Taien was. Shingetsu-San had dashed off somewhere, and vanished. Taien had no idea where he went, he had said nothing, and took off towards a distant point that Taien didn't know. So. Here he was, wandering Karakura, looking for something to do. Taien had time to kill, so kill it he did. He went around the town, watching how the people moved, listened to their laughter, and laughed along with them despite no one hearing him. He went to the video arcade and spooked a few people when one of the machines seemed to start moving on its own.

He did a little patroll around the town like a regular Shinigami would, and found a Hollow, which he promptly blew apart. The soul he found was crouching behind a dumpster, hiding from a Hollow. Taien didn't have a Zanpakuto, so he couldn't Konso it that way. However, Shingetsu-San had given him a few special seals which acted like a Konso. He put it on the spirit and it was teleported to the Seireitei to live its new life. Taien took pride in doing a few good acts here and there. Taien continued his patroll for around thirty minutes longer, and was able to konso three more spirits. It helped that Taien, despite being an Acadamy Student, had strong spiritual power, and he was fast to boot. Fast for an Acadamy Student anyways.

Something seemed off though. Taien was on top of a building, when he thought he felt eyes on the back of his head, watching him. He quickly turned around, but no one was there. Odd. He moved across a few more buildings but the feeling persisted. Something, or someone, was following him. Taien knew that much, but he didn't exactly know who or what. His instinct training in Kendo Class had helped him put aside all other feelings except for instinct itself, so he did, instinctively looking in the direction of the eyes. It wasn't Shingetsu-San, that was for sure.

"Oya oya! Come out please! I know you're there, I wont attack you!"

As Taien called out, someone. . . came out. A man in blue. The Blue Man. A BLUE MAGE!! Ohh wait, no. Psh. Mages don't exist. . . don't they? Who was this guy, what was his purpose for being here? Was he here to give out free ice cream? Probably not. He had to be either one of those spiritual humans, a spiritual being, or something else. He could see Taien, that much was evident.

"Who are you?"

Taien asked as politely as he could. Whoever this guy was, he looked like he had been through a lot.

The mans stepped from the shadows and held a map up. The man wore a dark blue suit and had scars that littered his face, slashing diagonally across his face, a few going vertically through his eye. He was about five foot 8 and his suit was rather clean and freshly pressed. He ignored the question and began to speak. "I have a challenge for you... If you could have everything in the world, wealth beyond your wildest dreams, and power that could allow you to shape the world in your image. This map will let you go to the location, where a city holds this kind of power. Untouched by greed, poverty, and man. Would you pursue it? If you want to, then follow the coordinates. You will find yourself in a small town, there you will meet your team. All I can say is that I wish you great luck.." Through out his speech the man spoke with a gravely tone. As if his scars not only affected him physically but his ability to speak. When he done speaking he stepped back into the shadows and dissapeared. Leaving nothing but the map on the ground.

[Kento Waffles]

Blur! Kento blurred across the area, blazing forwards at incredible speed. Stop! Hammer time! Halt! Hammerzeit! No matter which one was used, a pause for readers would be necessary to introduce this person. Kento Sasaki. Sophomore in Karakura Public High School. Age 16. Height 5'6. Shorter than the average man, taller than the average Asian. Hair color white, hair style similar to Sasuke Uchiha's. His eyes were focused in determination, and quite narrow in their own regard at that moment. Other than being a high school student, he had another occupation, and this one made quite a bit of money too.

Kento was an assassin for Xcution, and one of the highest ranked too. He was in the Seven Guns, and by number he was ranked three. In terms of strength within the Seven Guns, he was third, with two above him. He didn't know the identities of any of the others, except for his partner, who had probably fallen far behind him by that point. The area across which he was racing was a town setting, and he was chasing a figure that could not be seen despite the fact that it was still daylight, for the figure moved fast. Only a silhouette and shadow could be seen. For some reason, no one was in the cul de sac that Kento was blazing through.

Kento's method of propulsion was his Fullbring. His power, "The Force That Protects," was able to take on a form as these odd gloves on his hands. They seemed to be quite durable gloves. The blue domes over the tops were quite nice too, as were the metal knuckles. Kento's gloves were able to release continuous bursts of force. Lately, he'd learned a new way to use his gloves. By releasing only a fragment of the normal amount of force, then twitching his hands to break it, and releasing it again, Kento could create a slower, but continuous propulsion, whereas normally he would have a glide.

Kento's glide speed could get ridiculous, up to 6400. With the continuous movement, Kento could reduce it to 400. He could reduce it to 1600 too if he wanted, but that would be hard to control also. He'd had to blast himself at his full 6400 earlier to catch up with the target that had managed to move away so quickly. This was why Shizuka had likely fallen behind. Kento's propulsion kept him going at a steady, constant rate, and he was able to maneuver himself in an adequate direction. Following his target, Kento kept it up.

His target was there, in that town in Nevada. That was why Kento was there. He'd been stalking a target for assassination. Their job had been to kill this drug dealer, who apparently was a dealer not of ordinary drugs, but of spiritual drugs. He could deal stuff like DEVIL to spiritual beings, and this was something that Satsujun and Xcution wanted off the streets. That was a super dangerous drug to encounter. That was why Kento had to chase that guy, who was named James Rex. Green hair, fedora, thin, gray trench coat. He was suspicious anyway! He was also in his 30s. Talk about old guy.

Kento caught up just as James rounded the corner. Kento had been preparing himself for this moment of encounter, and he used his gloves to blast himself downwards into his opponent. Kento's fist skidded off of James's face, so that the additional force would not yet kill him. James forced a spasm as Kento grabbed him by the collar, slamming him into a wall after hitting his face. Despite Kento holding back, heavy damage had been incurred just from that. Kento was holding his target afterwards, and his eyes bore down on and observed the target ferociously. This person had hurt a lot of people, caused a lot of deaths.

"It's over, James." Kento said. "I'm not letting you off for your crimes or for the lives you've ruined. I just wanted you to know that as it ends." Kento's voice was a serious monotone. His eyes were narrow, and his face was blank and expressionless. This always happened to him when he activated his Fullbring and went into battle. He somehow was able to focus a lot more, and he lost his emotions when he went into battle. It was like he became a machine. Kento brought his fist into James's stomach for a second, and waited. James's body spasmed before the torso exploded into destroyed organs, blood, and guts, flying around and raining down everywhere.

"We're done." Kento said as his Fullbring shut off. Then, he turned around. "Ahhhh! Shizuka! I'm sorry I left you behind, ahaha..." Kento exclaimed. His face had an apologetic look on it, and he nervously scratched the back of his head. Until his incredibly acute senses caught someone. With that, Kento was able to look and see very far. His attention was caught by someone in blue clothes, watching them from afar, at a distance. Kento didn't know who the man was, but he was considering blasting over with his Fullbring.

[Shizuka Sanamizu ✮]

"Ew."

Shizuka glanced over at the mess that her partner had made. Could you imagine watching someone blow up with their entire body just flying past you? She preferred burning people, herself. And besides, she could do that with her powers. She could summon any liquid she wanted, and her favorites were acid and magma. Heck, it didn't really matter at that point, thought. Might as well be AIDS blood or semen so she could randomly populate the universe. "Really Kento, could you have been any more messy? That's so gr-- Ohmigod, is that his stomach?" Immediately, she was fascinated. It was a lot smaller than she thought it would be, especially since she can eat the world if she wanted. That's a curse for having a fast metabolism. It didn't matter, though. Seeing an actual person's stomach was so cool! The rest of his body, not so much... But the stomach was awesome! Shizuka contemplated picking it up and playing with it, but then she thought it might be best not to, because she didn't want anyone thinking she was mentally deranged. That would be seriously awkward, and dealing with that definitely wasn't first on her list of things to do that day. "Okay, now that that's out of my system..." She quickly forgot that Kento had left her behind or even blown someone up when she felt someone near.

"Wait, who's that guy?"

The man was blue, and pretty creepy looking in Shizuka's standards. Wouldn't anyone else agree? It was weird to look at. Oh, by a blue man, she meant his suit was blue, not his body. It'd be hilarious if his body were blue, though. Shizuka laughed to herself but then calmed down when she thought she saw Kento give her a look. This guy was seriously beat up. He had scars everywhere and looked like he survived some sort of war in the middle east. "Kento, is he going to kill us? Can you kill him first? I'm to lazy to activate anything right now." In just a few moments, it didn't seem like the man wanted to kill them at all. His face was calm, if not a little scary. Shizuka was worried, sure. But she didn't sense much danger coming from him. He was just an old man. An old man who got hurt many times in his life. Shizuka felt herself going into "mother mode," where she just wanted to make sure he was okay. But she knew better. She couldn't talk to him. Not directly. He'd have to start the conversation if they were going to even think about speaking.

"Oh, wait a minute. Never mind, he's not a bad guy." Shizuka smiled for a few seconds at Kento in an apologetic manner, but focused back on the strange dude. She couldn't think of any nicknames for him, though. It was getting annoying. Instead, he drew closer to them, or was it them who drew closer to him? Curiosity was controlling Shizuka's mind now. Her face said she was worried, but her heart said she wanted to know what was going on. "Hey, mister! Who are you? And why are you trying to be so scary? It's not like we're going to kill you or anything." This guy had an insane poker face. Either that, or Shizuka just didn't see a reaction. "Oh, I'm sorry.. I didn't mean it like that. You understand, don't you? ..... Are you upset with me? ..... Don't be upset with me! I'm sorry! Oh, now I feel like a jerk." She sighed and just decided from that moment that she'd stay quiet unless spoken to. It was just getting embarrassing.

Taien listened to the mans speech. It was interesting, he had finally found something to do today! Yes! A treasure hunt! Why didn't Taien think of that before hand!? It was going to be awesome! WOHOOOO! Well, the journey there at least. The destination sounded interesting, but it was probably run down a bit. After all, if it hadn't been touched by man, it had been touched by time at least. Man didn't always destroy, he repaired as well. Though if it had some sort of Reiatsu origin, then it could be in a better condition. Hmm. That would be interesting as well! And just who was "his team"? Who was going to help him in this venture? He would see when he got there, wouldn't he?

"Oya oya! Thank you for the gift, Blue Man-San!"

Taien called out as his mysterious benifactor vanished into thin air. Now that Taien thought about it, he couldn't sense the man's Reiatsu. He could just be hiding it, but something seemed off. . . The way he vanished was just to fast, generally Reiatsu was used to move that fast. Unless he had some sort of unbelieveable technology on him that allowed him to litterally teleport anywhere he wanted to go. How awesome would it be to have something like that!? Maybe it was at the city the man spoke of? Perhaps. Perhaps not. Well, no time to dilly dally.

Taien picked up the map and studied it intently. It was lucky that he learned how to read maps a while back, otherwise the map would just look foreign to Taien's eyes. His eyes raced across the map, back and forth, taking in the detail and the route to the small town he was going to go to. If this journey was going to be as bad as it looked to be, he really would need all the help he could get. Getting supplies would be good to, Taien had the money, so that wasn't a problem. Hmm. It was a good thing Taien brought his dual Ice Guns with him, they would be usefull later.

"Oya oya! Off to adventure! Away!"

Taien declared, pointing dramaticly in the direction he was heading. He quickly hopped through the town of Karakura. It turned out that they were going to the U.S.A. Exciting! Of course, he needed to get there first. The best way was to travel by airplane. Being a spiritual . . being, Taien was invisible to most humans, so he didn't really need to wait in line or wait to get a seat. The trip was going to be long though. He stuck to one of the seats that no one was occupying, and it seemed that the flight wasn't full when it took off. Convinent. And so, Taien flew off towards the new horizon.

The man in the blue suit remained passive through out their Shizuka's outburst. He did not show any sign of emotions. And his face remained rock solid. The scars that littered his face made him look older. In his hand were two maps marked with "La Ciudad de Oro" he then ignored her questions and proceeded to speak. His voice was gravely, and damaged. Showing that not only was he physically scarred, but his ability to speak was heavily affected. ""I have a challenge for you two... If you could have everything in the world, wealth beyond your wildest dreams, and power that could allow you to shape the world in your image. This map will let you go to the location, where a city holds this kind of power. Untouched by greed, poverty, and man. Would you pursue it? If you want to, then follow the coordinates. You will find yourself in a small town, there you will meet your team. All I can say is that I wish you great luck.." he then stepped back into the darkness, dissapearing into thin air.

Anne had just entered the small town with a smile on her face. Her olive colored skin and captivating looks allowed made her age seem to be around her early twenties, this allowed her to safely find the town with the help of others. Once she was there she had waited for the others to get there, she sat under a large oak tree and began to daydream. "This form of adventure... its wondrous that I am able to find it, with the wealth I will be able to help those in need. The power I can stomp out all evil." she spoke to herself, waiting under the shaded tree. The first of the team made it there.

[Kento Waffles]

OOC: I like how Taien is in Karakura, and is saying the desert town isn't far away, even though it's in Nevada and the Mojave Desert. XD

Kento listened to what the man was saying, because it seemed pretty fantastic! It would be a great adventure! The stakes seemed to be high, though. Power? Wealth? Everything that he would need to shape the world that he desired? Kento would be a liar if he ever said to anyone that he had never thought of changing the world. It was very true that Kento did not like the world as it was. In his mind, there was too much evil, and too much corruption. The very existence of this world was simply not right. Kento didn't like the direction in which humanity was going, and that was part of why he was in Xcution.

Kento's world wasn't something that was unheard of. He believed in a world hegemony, which would be a total and absolute domination of it. A single, absolute ruler, and an autonomous, unbiased rule by that ruler. All people would be forced to submit to peace, a new system, and prosperity. The entire world would actually be made happier, even if out loud the system sounded horrifying. It was also true that it would cost a lot of lives to achieve this world. Kento was more than certain that this world would be the perfect one, though. It really didn't help that no one was willing to give it a try, though this world was actually Xcution's goal.

Kento liked the sound of being able to gain that power, but it was too suspicious. Why would this guy come and tell them that? Was there some sort of game going on? Was there a catch? If he knew about it, then why didn't he just get it himself? If he couldn't, it meant he was just using them because they were strong and he was not. There were all sorts of suspicious parts to this deal that Kento was thinking about. He didn't like the idea of doing this. It was a fun seeming adventure, so he would go on it. He was a little too curious, and he would not be able to live if he passed this up. Still, he had to wonder all of these things about this. It was iffy. Sketch!

Kento was bad with maps, but he was the one holding it anyway. He was actually hoping that Shizuka could help direct them on their pathway. He didn't want to embarrass himself since he was bad with reading maps. "Let's give it a try, Shizuka!" Kento exclaimed. "Ahaha...it sounds pretty fun." Secretly, he also felt like it would be a good opportunity to show off. Okay, so he wanted to show off a bit for Shizuka. What about it? Kento was going to be glad to do it! The coordinates of the town on the map were not far. Luckily they were in Nevada and not in Japan like some other people.

Such an awko taco moment. The awkward moment when you're in the wrong country. Kento started thinking about turtles. Why did they exist? What was the true purpose of turtles? It was irrelevant to most people, but to Kento, it was life! Life...turtles...Chocolate. Where did the chocolate come from? Kento needed some. Snow cones wouldn't be a bad idea either. Back to life and turtles. Turtles, Kento concluded, existed so that they could be the chill surfer guys in Finding Nemo. That was their only true purpose in life. To be really funny in a kid's movie that Kento adored.

Kento started walking towards the town, and with Shizuka with him. He was actually getting imaginative, thinking about their time together not more than a few weeks ago. They'd been on a park date. And before they'd been on a park date, they'd been eating snow cones. Before the snow cones, Kento got beat up by Kuchiki-Sensei. Before all of that, they encountered this really fat guy. The faptastic knight, lord fappington. Also known as giant hippo bowling pin guy. Kento was thinking about him, because he was thinking about how convenient that guy's existence would be as a servant. He probably worked just like a bouncy bounce! They could have bounced at high speeds all the way to the town. Instead, they had to walk. That kind of sucked.

[Shizuka Sanamizu ✮]

"Kento, I don't want to walk anymore... Can you carry me? Kento, my feet huuuuurt.. There's no way I'm going to make it that far! Why do we have to walk to much? Uggghh I hate this.. You know I can just activate my rollerblades, right? Why won't you listen..." Unfortunately, her complaining wasn't working at all. Either she was being ignored, or Kento was thinking about something completely different than the journey they had in front of them. Shizuka considered them lucky that the entire thing was in Nevada, and not even that far away from them. A few miles at most. But, something was happening. Kento seemed to be struggling a little bit when he was reading the map. "Hey, Beansprout, let me read that. If you needed help to start with, you should've just asked me." Shizuka snatched the map away from Kento's hands, but he didn't really respond much. "You're lost in your mind somewhere, I think. That's fine. I can lead us as long as you follow me." With her expert map reading, Shizuka managed to get them to the right path in only a few more minutes.

The entire thing was confusing, really. The map lead to strange places and random, dark forests and super long roads. Shizuka thought Nevada was made of mostly desert! What's going on? The only reason anyone would lead us through here is just to make us angry. I don't think that's fair at all! When I see that blue guy again I'm gonna-- Crunch. "Oh, sand. Haha.. Cool.." Little did she know, that while she was ranting and lost in thought, they made it to the town where they were directed on the map. "See? Told ya. I knew I'd get us there in no time. Seriously, why can't you guys ever read maps?" Shizuka laughed and teased Kento for his lack of direction. It was adorable how he didn't know how to read. Well, read maps, anyway. Which was basically reading. But anyway! Thankfully they made it, safe and sound. Now it was time for some exploring.

Completely forgetting about Kento for just a moment, Shizuka ran off by herself all over the small town. There wasn't much about it, and it seemed kind of old. But Shizuka was still curious. There were buildings all over the place where she could just walk in and say hi, so she tried doing just that. However, she got scared, and ran back to try to find Kento. It was eerily quiet. She hated the quietness. That's a word, right? Quietness? It is now. Moving on, Shizuka found Kento once again and grabbed onto the back of his shirt. "Hey, Kento. Don't ever leave me like that again! How am I supposed to know where you go if you don't even tell me? Honestly, just running off from me like that, what if I were attacked?" She paused for a moment, considering her power versus most other people. "What if I got attacked and I couldn't handle it on my own?" She paused again and reconsidered. "What if I got hungry? Yeah, what if I got hungry? You make the best food around, and I would have starved. That's not fun." She sighed and went back to walking around, this time connected at the hip to Kento. Figuratively, of course. Always figuratively.

[Taien Hadohou]

"Oya oya! Fly away little birds! Don't get to close to the engine turbine!"

Taien said at the window, looking at a flock of birds that were near the plane. Thankfully they seemed to head his advice, and flew away. It was a close call, birds going into engines generally blew up the plane. . . Anyways, they were nearly at their destination! The air port they were landing in was close to the town marked on the map, which was great for Taien. Planes were so nice when you didn't have to worry about things like lines, and annoying stewardess', and some guy next to you snoring. . . yup, flying was great. When no one could see you that was. An announcement over the plane intercom said they were about to land.

Taien bounced around a little bit as the plane rolled onto the ground, he didn't have his seatbelt on because it would sort of be odd to see a floating seatbelt. . . Anyways, he exited the plane last as to not spook the passengers, and went out into the airport terminal. To Taien, who had basicly lived in a feudal Japan era place, an airport terminal was like a mecca of technology, even more so than the airplane he had just been on. He stared on in awe for a few minutes, before remembering why he was there in the first place. He quickly located the exit and was greeted by the dry air of the hot desert. Joy. Luckily he had a water bottle with him, and he wasn't wearing a black Shinigami outfit, so that was good to. His Shino Acadamy outfit did, in fact, have an optional hood. Taien had said hood, and put it over his head.

Taien quickly consulted the map he had and headed out to the town from the airport. Taien could sum up the trip in a single word. HOT. It was a barren stretch of sand and dirt after all, with the sun burning overhead. Thankfully it was only three miles from where the airport was, so Taien didn't have that long of a journy. He was conserving Reiatsu by not just Shunpoing, no telling what kind of things he would meet on his journey. No telling who he would meet either. He hoped the people on his "Team" were nice. And didn't want to kill him. A lot of people wanted to kill Shinigami on sight. . . Anyways. . .

"Oya. . . oya! Made it! Now. . . how do I meet with the other people on the team? Ahh! Im out of water! I need to go get more first before anything. The desert really made me thirsty, ahaha. . . that lizard was cool, and so was that mirage of an oasis. The desert really is a fun place!"

Taien happily said. He had made it to the town after two hours or so. Thankfully he got there just as soon as his water bottle was emptied into his stomach. Rationing was probably going to be important here to. Hmm. How to get the attention of the other people on the team. . . Ohhh well, he'd think of something. Right now, he was off to a water fountain. Water was important after all.

The town that Kento, Shizuka, and Taien walked in was a small town. With a total population of about three hundred. It was small and hidden in the mountains. People walked by each other greeting them friendly. Well the ones that they could see. The map shown that they were to meet by a great oak tree, that stood at the center of the town. One offered shizuka a water bottle and a small clear box of fruit. While others offered Kento a bottle of water and a free meal at a local restaurant. This town seemed to attempt to emphasize friendliness.

When Taien reached to go get some water, Anne had noticed him. She had a feeling that this one was not from around the town. Especially by the way he dressed. "My..My... Look what we have here" she smiled. She stood up and walked towards him, as casual as possible and to not arouse suspicion. When she drew close she noticed the same map in his hand and immediately knew that he was one of the several people that knew about the city. "So you are a contestant huh." she said with a smile.

[Kento Waffles]

"Ahaha, thanks." Kento said when he got the bottle of water, and the meal ticket for any restaurant in the area. He was rather famished. He could definitely use a bite to eat. Being an assassin, he was weary about being poisoned, but he decided that these people were good. They were giving some sort of last happy day, because the road ahead was probably miserable. That could be a catch to the promise of ultimate power and wealth. It couldn't be easy to get, no way. If it was, someone else would have gotten it, and this would never have happened.

Unless this was the first time someone was trying to get it, which was unlikely, because then it would make everything else that Kento had just thought absolutely meaningless. Then he had a new thought! What if someone else had gotten it before?! What if this wasn't the first time? There were plenty of guys who suddenly rose up to an insane amount of power from the gutter. Hitler and Stalin were both dictators who had done that. This of course made Kento worry. Was this adventure going to turn him into a new Hitler? Ew...Idon't wanna be a dictator like that. I don't want a tacky mustache...

Kento didn't drink the water yet, though. Instead, he decided that he needed something for it. Kento hadn't been prepared to walk out into the desert, because he'd never had any reason to anyways. Kento was in some out of the way store, buying himself some new stuff. Kento bought new clothes there. He purchased black desert traversing shoes, actually similar to the shoes worn by Arrancar, except that Kento didn't know this because he didn't know what Arrancar were, since he had never encountered or even heard of them! He'd never encountered races other than human.

Kento put those shoes on, then bought the rest. His supplies were easily adequate. For pants, he bought white cloth pants. Over this, a white button-up shirt with the collar unbuttoned and popping out. It was part of his fashion taste. He also bought a large white cloak to put on in the desert, so that he could cover himself with it when it got cold at night, and also use it in the day so that his skin wouldn't burn. It had a hood too! Kento bought a second bottle of water, and also a backpack to keep his two water bottles in.

Kento brought three loaves of bread, putting them into his bag. He put his original clothes into his bag, and then he bought sunglasses for the desert. Kento also made sure to buy a rope, and packed away a few other supplies into his bag which he had had on him in the first place. His bag was almost full, so the last thing that he bought was a small container, plastic. He needed this in case he encountered something that he would need to put inside of the container which he couldn't put inside of his bag for fear of contaminating or corrupting the other items inside. Kento thanked the shop keeper, and left with his supplies. Total cost had been 300 ryo.

Kento left with his new things, and he was dressed in his new clothes. Along the way, he stopped at that restaurant where he'd gotten a promised free meal. Earlier, he'd parted ways with Shizuka and told her to meet him in a certain building he'd scouted on the way. They were going to stay in those lodgings if they had to, and then trek on through the desert later. Kento made it to the lodgings after he got his delicious meal, and he waited in front of them for Shizuka. Around his neck, there was that usual bullet bill pendant, though hidden by his new clothes. He hadn't put on the cloak yet. He was holding that, folded. In his pocket, a pocket knife.

I wonder what Shizuka would look like in desert clothes...

[Shizuka Sanamizu ✮]

In a matter of seconds, Shizuka ate the food that was offered to her. Well, some of it. She actually saved a good bit of the fruit, making sure she had some for later. She knew she could be a pig and eat whatever she wanted, because her metabolism allowed that. Besides, she particularly loved fruit. But saving it was probably the best bet. It won't last for long anyway, so they'd be able to eat it fairly quickly and just deal with the desert on their own together. Kento had supplies too, so it shouldn't be that hard. Right? They were going to last, no problem. Who wouldn't want to win this thing? Complete power and anything they want? Tempting. Very tempting. She'd be willing to do whatever it takes to finish that task, just as long as Kento was with her. She wanted to be able to see him happy, too. Plus, they're in teams. So whichever team wins? Maybe? Eh, she'll figure it out.

So, Shizuka didn't want to change into desert clothes. She knew it was probably better for her, but they were so unfashionable. Obviously, this was a massive problem, and she couldn't stand to look terrible in the middle of the desert. You never know who you could run into, right? So, that's what she thought. Besides, it was so expensive. So, instead, she got some shoes and a cape thing with a hood on it so she could look all creepy. That was exciting. It was like 150 ryo. So she made it work the way she wanted to. After putting the cape on over her other clothes, and switching her shoes with the little sandals, she tied her heels to her waist and swung the side of the cape out with a cute pose. "That's more like it. Might as well be cute anyway, even if the clothes are super gross." Shizuka smiled and met back up with Kento.

"Ready to go?" She asked, keeping her smile on her face. She was in a good mood, as always. Nothing really bothered her, and even though the desert was hot, it didn't matter. She had her own powers. They could last with that water. Fifty-plus gallons of any liquid they wanted? Yeah. It was in the bag. They had no problems there. Plus, soup! Really thick soup. That could sustain them for a while. But either way, they were prepared now! How exciting! Shizuka was so excited for the journey now, even if Mr. Blue Man was a bit creepy towards her. It was day time, and she knew now that he wasn't that dangerous, if not for being kinda weird and suspicious in every single way known to man. But that won't matter soon. They'd be on their way, and ready to just explore the world the way they want to. Or at least, the part they had to go to.

[Taien Hadohou]

"Oya oya? You mean me?"

Taien pointed to himself as he looked around to see if she wasn't talking to anyone else. After all, normal people could see Taien as well as they could see through concrete. Which was to say they couldn't. Taien glanced down and noticed the map in her hands. Ahhh. That explained it. The Blue Man, possibly of the Blue Man Group, had given her one of these special maps as well. Well. . . he HAD given one to Taien, despite Taien being an Academy Student. She could just be a normal human. But Taien didn't think so.

"Oya oya. I guess you aren't a regular human then. Everyone else would see you talking to blank air if they were paying attention."

Taien grinned.

"My name is Taien Hadohou, whats yours?"

Taien asked as he filled his water bottle up. This person seemed interesting. She was also quite pretty. Taien would have kept staring at her, had he not been himself. As such, he was able to circumvent the parts of his brain that would have kept him standing there like a dumb struck moron. Thats just how Taien's emotions worked out. Well, he was going to have to know a little more about his new partner, and the other people when they showed up.

"Oya oya. Since you have a map to, do you mind telling this one a little bit about yourself?"

Taien asked to mysterious woman. If she so chose to do so, Taien would tell about himself as well. It was a mutual trade of information. Besides, it seemed that Shinigami weren't widely known in the world for some reason. . . or just a few individuals didn't know about them. Why exactly was that? Well, that was a mystery for another place and another time. Right now they had to wait here at the tree for their companions. Taien sat down and put his water away. He would need it later, he was sure of that.
