Technique Name: [Saiwan #1 Sanseizui]
Class: [3]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: [This is a technique developed by the Kawada family and reserved only for members of their family or people they choose to teach it to. It is incredibly useful when used in certain situations and is primarily used as a means to escape an enemy or put oneself in an advantageous position in battle. This is a bakudo that requires the user to be physically touching an object no larger than a minivan or truck. After this kidou is used, the object that is being targeted will instantly be surrounded with a glow of light more intense than the sun’s. This is extremely distracting and can leave enemies completely blind for a few seconds if they look directly at it. It is especially formidable at night when people’s irises widen to take in more light. This bright light will last for a maximum of 3 posts or until the wielder decides they are done with it.
This spell is unable to be used on other people or living things such as plants. It does not cause any sort of harm to the object or alter its temperature, weight, or make up at all. It merely surrounds it in an intense light that sends out blinding, piercing rays in all directions. Prolonged exposure to such light could cause temporary blindness, headaches, dizziness, or even permanent blindness if one looked directly at it for longer than a few seconds. This bakudo is perfect for creating distractions or openings and can be a lethal asset when used at night. When used with the incantation, this bakudo becomes 50% brighter.]
Drawback: [This has the chance of blinding the person who casts it as well. Their eyes will be just as affected as their enemy’s by the light if they happen to look at it.]
Incantation: King of Chaos. Queen of Order. Jack of Whim. Hold court now over us and let shine your resplendent radiance!

Technique Name: [Saiwan #4 Suikan]
Class: [4]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: This was developed by the Kawada family for those that are more apt in hand to hand styles. When this technique is activated, it costs 300 reiatsu to activate. It lasts for (6 at learned, 8 at proficient and 10 at mastered) posts of activation. The users body (Or zanpakuto if mastered) is wreathed in fire the color of their reatsu to indicate something has changed about them. While it is active, all physical contact of the user's hands (Or Zanpakuto at mastered) with the opponent's body, every individual touch, will result in stolen reiatsu. 50 reiatsu is stolen per even slightest touch, but 100 is stolen per touch if the incantation is used. When this technique is mastered this seiwan can be channeled through the users zanpakuto so long as it has a physical form.
Incantation: Awaken inner fire and wreathe thyself! Burn the strength from those in my path and sear their soul!
Drawback: This technique will be useless if no contact is made, and all reiatsu will have been wasted. This technique can not let the user go over their retasu cap at any point. This can only be applied to 3 total contacts/touches per post.

Technique Name: [Saiwan #5 Kuroshoufuku]
Class: [1]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: [This bakudo was one that was developed by the Kawada family to dispose of foes unworthy of their time. It is one that is typically used before a real fight ever ensues to avoid getting one’s hands dirty with combat. While it is similar to reiatsu crush in in effect, it goes about it in an entirely different way. This technique is notable in the fact that recitation of its name can be done after this kidou is used instead of before. For this bakudo to work, many prerequisites and requirements must be met making this spell only useful in rare situations. First of all, this ability can only be used on one person at a time. This person must be of equal or lower class and must possess less reiatsu strength than the person casting it. If their reiatsu strength is equal then they will be able to overcome it. Eye contact with the caster must be established in order for this ability to be executed. If all these prerequisites and requirements are filled then the opponent will be at the mercy the Kawada member who casts it.
When someone is affected by this bakudo they will first begin to see ash. Even if they are inside, under a roof, ash will seem to be falling from the sky like snow as their senses are affected by the illusionary based kidou. At this point, the person being affected by the kidou will be disoriented and confused. Most will not even be able to see that it is an illusion because this kidou disables an enemy’s ability to reason by implanting a false sense of security within the enemy. After a few seconds their vision will go completely white and their balance will fail them as they pass out and fall to the ground. In this way, the caster avoids having to even unsheathe their weapon.
When used with its incantation, this spell will place an noticeable eye marking on the back of the person affected. Anyone who sees this mark will also be affected by this bakudo, making it possible to knock out crowds of people at a time with a single casting of this kidou. The incantation must be said before using this bakudo, not afterwards like its name. The eye symbol can appear on clothing, armor, and any kind of skin. It is either black or white in color, depending on the surface it’s placed on and is rather simple in appearance. The size of it varies with the size of the target, and it will always take up around 1/3 of the space on their back. At first glance it could easily mistaken with an Egyptian hieroglyphic.]
Drawback: This Technique cannot be used on enemies who have their weapons released. It also disables reiatsu in the caster for the next three posts, which means they are unable to use anything that requires reiatsu. This includes shunpo, certain zanpakutou techniques, and even releasing. This technique can be resisted by a Strength of will of 4 or an illusion resist of 3
Incantation: The grass. The plains. The mountains. The eternal gaze pierces the clouds and sees everything. It sets its enemies ablaze as falling embers blot out the sky. Submit and Repent you Sinners!

Technique Name: [Saiwan #9 Ranpuketa]
Class: [4]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: This is the ninth kidou in the typical Kawada member’s arsenal. It is a hado spell and resembles Hado #4 Byakurai in both function and appearance. It is, however, slightly stronger than Byakurai and much more plentiful in number. After this spell is used, all of the fingers on either of the user’s hands will begin to glow with a slight blue color. Each of these fingers is now capable of instantly firing a blue beam of pure, concentrated reiatsu at incredible speeds. The speed of Ranpuketa is roughly equivalent to that of a bala and it contains all the piercing power of the user’s zanpakutou. The true power of this technique lies in the sheer length of time that these shots can be stored. After this ability is used, the caster doesn’t need to feel rushed to use them. They can last up to an hour before fading away and don’t have to be used all at the same time. Another advantage to this ability is the rapid-fire possibilities it possesses. Multiple shots can be used without saying the name of the kidou or using an incantation. Sometimes it is a good idea to use this ability and fire off one or two shots early on so that the enemy knows what it does and is forced to be extra careful and watch their movements more carefully. This could provide an opening for some other method of attack. If the incantation is used then all of the user’s fingers will obtain a shot.
Drawback: [If the user gets their arm or fingers cut off before they can use this technique, then the reiatsu they spent on it is lost. In comparison to other Class 4 kidou, the destructive force of each shot is rather low. What it loses in brute strength it makes up for in number.]
Incantation: Five joined points of hope. Ten stars seeking peace. Divide the skies and rend the plains with passion! Ten burning eggs hatch into ten twisting dragons. Alight and bear witness to heavens radiant rays!

Technique Name: [Saiwan #12 Kyuuzoukouu]
Class: [3]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: [This hado spell developed by the Kawada family is incredibly destructive. It is practically impossible to control how much damage this kidou does to its surroundings once unleashed. When this ability is used, the caster will throw one or both of their hands into the air. After activating the kidou, ten large spheres of green reiatsu will shoot out of the user’s palm(s), one after the other, and travel high into the sky. The hado will actually not even come into play until the following post. After it is released it takes a full post for the orbs to shoot up high into the atmosphere and begin to fall, reaching terminal velocity. During the user’s next post, the ten green orbs of reiatsu will fall down from the sky directly at the enemy at a stat speed of 800. While these hado are extremely fast, the opponent will have a long time to see them coming since they fall down from the sky.
The hado has slight seeking properties to it as well. If someone dodges one of the meteor-like orbs, it will curve off in their direction while still streaking downwards. Essentially, all ten of the orbs will make the necessary adjustments to hit the opponent so just dodging the first will not mean you’re safe from all of them. This kidou causes medium-sized explosions when each part collides with the ground. Each blast radius is around five yards, meaning you can’t just narrowly dodge any of the orbs. The thing that makes this kidou strong is the lag time you get before it attacks an enemy. Essentially you are setting things up for an extremely vicious attack in your next post. Using this with incantation makes the orbs slightly stronger. Each one will have 50 more reiatsu strength.]
Drawback: [This kidou rarely hits an enemy directly, so using it against an enemy in the air is a bad idea since they can evade it without worrying about the blast. It also takes an entire post for the kidou to reach high into the sky and turn around and fall back to the ground. This gives the opponent an entire post before they have to worry about it. When the user is firing this kidou they will be somewhat open for an attack since one or both of their hands are pointed in the air. This has a high chance of hurting the user of the opponent decides to take the fight in close to them as the hado comes back down to the earth.]
Incantation: The downward spiral. The sleeping giant. Pluck out your own eyes and look towards the heavens. Hell descends. The stars betray you. Blood fills the crevices where you used to live. There’s no going back.

Technique Name: [Saiwan #17 Gorogoro]
Class: [1]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [None]
Technique Description and Effects: [This is one of the Kawada’s most prized and secret techniques. Only a select few know it exists and even fewer know how to use it. After expending the needed reiatsu, the user will clap their hands together sending out a sharp sound. All who hear this sound will be affected by this illusionary-type kidou that affects the two most important senses, sight and hearing. Obviously the user remains unaffected by the illusion. The effect of this bakudo extends from the moment they clap to the end of their next post. But what does this illusion do? Well, it’s really quite simple. The world will essentially freeze for anyone who hears the sound of the clap. Everything will remain frozen in place and no sound will exist. They still possess the ability to move around and use all of their techniques, but they will be stuck seeing a frozen world with no idea what’s going on. The sound of this clap extends out 50 feet from the user in all directions.
Bakudo are binding spells, and most work on binding the body. In this bakudo’s case, it works by binding the senses. Whatever they were seeing when the bakudo trapped them is how the world will appear until the start of their second post. During this time they are free to walk around and do anything they would normally do, however the world is unable to be changed in any way. This bakudo provides the perfect opening for an attack by the user or can be used to escape a vicious onslaught. There aren’t many ways to escape the effects of this bakudo, but they will be listed in the Drawbacks. The important thing to remember when using this, is that it affects EVERYONE who hears this, meaning friends as well as foes and it cannot affect deaf people at all. Using this technique with its incantation will strengthen the bakudo’s grip on an person’s senses.]
Drawback: [This bakudo can be broken with a reiatsu strength of over 150% the user’s when it is used with an incantation. The other ways to break out of this bakudo is to release the second stage of release. For arrancar and akki it would be Segunda Etapa, for shinigami it would be bankai, for fullbringers it would be their second stage fullbring. Races that have no stage two are basically screwed unless they have illusion resist 3. As stated before, this also affects one’s friends if they hear the clap which activates the ability.]
Incantation: [Welcome to a world where the air I breathe is mine, nothing to overwhelm me and nothing to cloud my mind. Be anyone. Do anything I’d ever want to try. Time does not exist here, I will never die. My own little world. They’re for themselves, it doesn’t matter what they say. Promise the world, but take it from you anyway. I’ll put you down, make your vision fade away. It’s time to go.]

Technique Name: [Meiunatsuin]
Class: [1]
Technique Type: [Kidou]
Technique Element: [Sealing Technique]
Technique Description and Effects: This technique is a method for sealing one’s power. Why would one want to seal away their power you ask? By storing one’s power and releasing the restraint later, the Kawada family member is able to reach levels of power previously outside their limits. This seal must be used before the beginning of a thread and the Kawada member must enter the thread with this already active. Somewhere on their body they will acquire a small, black tattoo in the shape of the Kawada family’s phoenix crest. This symbol seals away 30% of one physical or reiatsu stat until it is removed.
After the Kawada member has made its entry post, the seal will start collecting power. Gaining 5% increases per post so if the person chooses to release the seal on the fourth post then the 30% decrease will disappear and they will gain a 20% increase instead. On the fifth post the increase will be 25%. On the sixth post it will be 30%. The amount of power that releasing the seal gives keeps increasing by 5% until it caps off at 100% (A 2x boost). However, if a person wanted to obtain a 100% increase from this seal, they’d essentially need to last for 20 posts with the weakened stat, which would be difficult to do. Once the user has mastered this technique the Boost goes up to 10% per post reducing the time to get the 2x boost to 10 posts.
Drawback: For one to use this sealing technique they will have to begin the thread with 400 reiatsu already taken from their reiatsu pool. This ability can be released at any time during the fight, but holding out on releasing it longer yields greater results. It is up to the user to determine how long they wish to hold out on releasing. This Stat boost lasts for 3 posts at learned, 4 posts at proficient and 5 posts at mastered.
