Kawada Family Manor

The Kawada Family Manor is an estate that covers 300 acres and is situated to the west of Seireitei. The mansion itself is in a large, closed-off plot of land, but the districts surrounding it are all Kawada-owned. A large part of Rukongai is Kawada-owned and funded. Unlike the other nobles, who prefer traditional strength to their manor, the Kawadas possess an enormous skyscraper of over a thousand stories. This skyscraper has thousands of rooms for living and working, and also includes a deep underground. It is surrounded by a moat and many statues which can come to life to kill intruders.
