Location: In the wilderness outside of the Rukongai. The area was once a shamble of a town, but with recent events and most of it's inhabitants having been drafted, the area is barren, and almost completely flat for miles around save for a few hills and some rubble.
Special Conditions:
Circumstances: While out in the wilderness, probably the last thing Senshi would expect to find is another shinigami. The wilderness is usually quite vacant and quiet, a perfect place to train. Of course when the two women meet, what better way to train than a friendly little sparring match?

[Senshi Odayakama (Crimson.)]

The crimson headed officer had currently been traveling through the wilderness in her free time from work. It had been a long long day for her and she just wanted to relax...perhaps rest and maybe get a little training in. Nothing much to ask for was it? The girl had heard the sounds of birds chirping, squirrels chattering, and the sounds of rustling trees. The sun shone over the skies, but as the sign of rubble had revealed itself, Senshi stopped. What was this all about? Where was she exactly?

Walking forward, she had seen the ruins of a former village with few buildings if you could even call it that was left standing. What was this place and why was it so desolated? Senshi had taken several steps forward as she looked around at the beautiful surroundings. However, seeing this village seemed abandoned for quite some time, Senshi already had a prediction on what happened there. The draft of war wasn't it? Senshi had been a Shinigami for less than a decade but yet had already known about the draft. Afterall, that was how she herself became a Shinigami. She still remembered how she became a death god...every moment if it. From her first appearence to her exit into her first squad.

Senshi was going to be drafted, but oddly enough she volunteered. She had the intention of joining anyways as she had been starving as a spiritually rich being and needed sustenance to survive. Senshi Odayakama had been so shy, she had stuttered out everything and had never been able to talk to anyone. However, now she was a Shinigami whom was strong and determined although her shy demeanor would still be there in social areas. Senshi decided it would be a good time to train. After all, when wasn't it a good time to develop and hone ones skills? The young woman had looked at the rolling hills and ruins as she had Airwalked to them and had then sat on the wall of a ruined building.

It was as if nobody had been living in the village for centuries, and frankly it was a little bit creepy. She almost felt as if she were being watched at all times by something. Senshi had no immediate urge to investigate why the village was so desolated. She didn't feel like awakening ghosts to hunt her and drag her to the grave or something like that oh wait...she was one. Senshi just wanted to look out at the horizon at this moment and watch the clouds. Quiet and contemplating the world around her is what Senshi was doing as she held the handle of her Zanpakutou in her right hand.

Time passed and she had stood eventually. She was going to head out to explore the rest of the wilderness. It was too dark and depressing in this abandoned place. She could picture the many different people's that used to live here and the sadness as people were being forced to join the military. Next, she also felt bad as she knew about the corruption of the military but could do nothing about it. Senshi hated it and wanted to change the system of the Shinigami. She didn't want some sort of hierarchy...she wanted a democracy even though she was part of this hierarchy already. She wanted to help the people's of this world and so, she would eventually once she rises in name and reputation. Walking off into the forestry, she left to find a fair place to train her skills.

How long had it been since she'd visited this place? How many years ago had it been since she had wandered here? And how long ago had it been that she had come back, to find the swords she had left behind. The very swords she had in her lap at that very moment. the glass plains were not far from here, but it was close enough that Shizuyoko could sense it off in the distance. Even with no residual reiatsu, no wafting smell of hollow, she knew what had happened there. Any animal with a strong enough sense of intuition would know too. This was a place endangered long ago. A place best avoided. Her own eyes drifted to a close as she took a soft, slow breath in relaxing herself.

She felt... better when she came here. Somehow it felt much calmer around this old place, she didn't quite feel so stressed. In the wake of so much worry and anxiety, it was this place that had once been littered with her blood that calmed her. It was a monument to her sin, and a landmark of her suffering. She stared down at her zanpaku'to, and she couldnt' help but wonder what lie ahead for her. What next? Looking over her shoulder, she eyed those seven, scaly, meter-long tails of hers. She had slowly begun hiding the less and less. Shinigami were diverse after all. Surely it wouldn't be a big deal. She eyed those dark extensions of herself, running her dingers along the scaly surface.

But of course, looking over her shoulder she noticed something else beside her tails. Another being. Another woman. A shinigami no less. HAges ago she would have driven them away, but now... well... she was one of them. Of course, hidden among the rubble, there was really no chance that the woman would find her on her own... and she wondered for a moment... What if she just ran away? Would anyone really miss her? It would be easy to assume she had just died to a holllow attack wouldn't it? In the end.... it wasn't as if she had anyone important to her here in soul society. Nobody who cared about her. Nobody who would miss her.

But for now the thought was set aside. The member of the Omnitsukido rose to her feet, and she was suddenly very focused. After all, she was part of the punishment force. In charge of executing shinigami who were found comitting crimes. And it was a little...suspicious that the woman would be so far out in the wilderness. Shrugging her shoulders, she began making her way silently toward the woman, but not bothering to visually hide herself. Simply, she tucked her hair into that black cap, and pulled the neck of her uniform up until it covered her lower face. From head to toe, she was in all black. Save for that band across her eyes, with only the barest hint of blonde hair visible, tied up into a bun in the back of her head.

"What brings you out here?"

Senshi had heard something a voice not too long after she had been walking. "What brings you out here?" Senshi had turned around to see a blonde Shinigami with an extravagant physique. She had unfortunately caught the eye of the tails and had stared at the odd appendages circling around the woman in front of her. Instead of being rude, the crimson reaper had quickly lifted her eyes to look to the woman. Since she asked what she was doing, she would introduce herself and then state her purpose. It was almost like a textbook greeting. She had smiled sheepishly with an apologetic smile before she had spoken in a somewhat shy voice. Her cerulean eyes had managed to match Shizuyoko's as she spoke.

"Konichiwa. I am Unseated Officer of Squad 9, Odayakama Senshi. I've come here since it's my day off from work to explore the wilderness and also to train possibly. Am I intruding mam?" Senshi looked to be in her mid twenties, but she acted more like a shy teenager. With her outfit being two sizes too large for her, she looked like a child playing dress up. Senshi had laughed a little nonchalantly as she then looked to the ground. She really did hope she wasn't in trouble. She's had enough of that throughout her lifetime. This woman by the look of it was a member of the Onmitsukudo. Now she truly was in trouble now.

Almost as if an invisible force was acting, six squiggly marks of purple had appeared on Senshi's cheeks as her eyes turned into blank dish plates. In her background, it turned dark and gloomy as if this were some sort of anime. Senshi had then spoke in a rather high pitched sense of dread almost like a whisper under her breath. "I'm doomed aren't I?" Senshi had looked and sounded rather adorable at this moment with that look of...anime screaming from her. The redhead had awaited response from her fellow death god although...she had a question for herself.

Would this woman be wanting to train with her perhaps? Maybe she wasn't facing impending doom from the squad of judgement? She really hoped this was the case as she didn't feel like dying anytime soon if ever. Shizuyoko looked rather ominous with that look about her. Everything was hidden about her features except for the tails and for one of her eyes. Senshi couldn't help but feel a little nervous as she shyly twiddled with her fingers. Thoughts ran through her mind.

Who would want to train with her anyways? Senshi was an unseated officer with no reputation under her belt. She hadn't done anything name worthy and also lacked the power to be recognized. It was something that went hand in hand within the soul society. She lacked power and so she would not be able to progress without the power she needs. How much has she really progressed? Had she really progressed at all? If one were to look at Senshi, they would he able to sense a powerful spiritual pressure but that was about the limit of her talent surely...right?

Shizuyoko was well aware of the effect that her attire had on others. In fact she usually saw it when she was taking other shinigami out. The rare occassions when such things became prudent. But what she did not expect was the way that Senshi seemed to be eyeballing her. And her tails. Then again it wasn't like she went showing them off, at least not until recently. She was still a little fuzzy as to what a normal reaction to those lengths were. As it seemed, apparently they incited quite a lot of attention. Which actually surprised her.

She had met a great number of shinigami, and was a little... awed. For the most part they all seemed pretty uniform. But a few of them, in the minority, had AMAZINGLY diverse backgrounds. There were a good number of enigmatic shinigami, but apparently not enough of them to stifle the staring. But then that still may just be the uniform. And when Senshi confirmed this with her little 'am I in trouble?' look. Honestly it was almost like the woman was a child. And she actually had to remind herself that different people died at different ages. She may very well have been a child now that she thought about it...

Shizuyoko chuckled, her laughter was like a sweet evening bell tingling in the breeze. It was warm and...comforting. Not the kind of thing you would honestly expect to hear from a member of the omnitsukido. "You don't have to worry about anything. If you were in trouble we wouldn't be talking right now." She noted with a soft, chipper little smile on her face, attempting to get the other woman to relax as she stepped forward, looking the shinigami over idly before tilting her head.

"I actually came out here to train a little. Now that I think about it, you probably came out here for something similar right? If you want we could train together." She noted with a soft little smile. One of good humor. she honestly had no intention of seriously harming the woman. And honestly it might actually be nice to talk to another shinigami that wasn't a captain or something. MOST of the people she'd run into and spent any length of time with had turned out ot be high seated officers. But Senshi, at least for now, was an outlier.

As the Onmitsukudo member had laughed, the young Shinigami had felt a little less threatened. She had sighed in relief as she had heard she hadn't been in trouble with the law. As Senshi felt better, she had heard that this person was looking to train and had been offered to train with the blonde haired snake woman? The Shinigami had spoke. "Excuse me, but what is your name? Not that it matters. I won't force you to tell me miss. Also, i would absolutely love to train with you! Let's spar."

The crimson Shinigami had held her hand out to shake and upon doing so, she would walk away about five meters away from her opponent. She had drawn her Zanpakutou as she had suppressed much of her strength to match Shizuyoko's power. Odayakama Senshi had then called "Bakudo#1:Sai." The girl in that case had smiled a bit foxily as the handshake from before would be enough. In this case, she had used her full reiatsu strength to bind the woman's hands behind her back. "Forgive me for this. But one must always be prepared for combat."

She had then pointed her finger out as it began to glow blue. "Hado#4:Byakurai." She had suppressed her spiritual strength far more than it had been before before launching a bolt of electricity headed for Shizuyoko's chest. It wouldn't pierce her chest nor cause heavy wounds but would burn and cause her to fall backwards if she didn't dodge in time. The bindings were extremely tight and hard to break, but weren't impossible to break. Shizuyoko would have a handicap in this fight for a while it seemed.

Assuming she retreated, the girl had held her Zanpakutou prepared to play a reverse game of cat and mouse. The redheaded reaper had awaited her opponent's move seeing she wouldn't be able to use her arm and or her sword. Senshi had stood straight and tall holding her blade handle with a look of seriousness. Shizuyoko might have to do something like start kicking unless she found a way to break that bind. What was next in the battle? This woman was a member of the Onmitsukudo, so surely she must be able to fight creatively?

Senshi had felt somewhat bad for playing so dirty, but in battle one had to take every advantage they could get. Senshi was an unseated officer true, but she had the skill of a vice captain. The redheaded reaper would keep her eyes on her opponent as she prepared for combat. Her cerulean eyes were a cold blue as they were narrowed. The kind and friendly Senshi was gone as in those orbs are a seriousness ready for combat. Battle was about to begin between the redhead and the blonde snake. She wanted to see how much Shizuyoko would be able to push Senshi and to see if she would have to release or not. She wanted to experience what true combat was like.

[Shizuyoko Toraumi]

Shizuyoko blinked in rather apt surprise when she heard that. 'Bakudo' and immediately the woman was surprised, her brows lifting as suddenly she felt her hands bound behind her back, furrowing her brows. "What are you...." She tilted her head and simply watched, casually, idly, as the woman not only bound her, but rose their hand, and in that brief moment, Shizuyoko didn't even need to wait to know exactly the next thing that ws going to come out of Senshi's mouth.

Hado.

But of course it wasn't going to get the chance to do so. Of course not. The moment the hand was even lifted Shizuyoko reacted, and in that slim instance where she knew that Senshi was about to attack her, she simply vanished, melting out of sight of the woman, Senshi would suddenly lose her ability to keep track of Shizuyoko as the omnitsukido stealthed herself, and in the midst of that high speed motion, Senshi would likely feel it.

The sudden rush as a blade was swept forward, seeking to slice from the woman's palm, all the way to their shoulder, intent on cutting clean all the way up Senshi's arm, the second strike was aimed to stab Senshi across the mouth, aiming to cut her from ear to ear, ripping open the sides of her cheeks and slashing through her tongue as her mouth opened to either scream or try to finish the spell. These two techniques were a modified version of Senka, changing the targets of those two attacks as she was suddenly behind senshi after that incredibly high-speed attack.

In the very next motion, Shizuyoko twisted, aiming to leap up into the air and slam both feet into Senshi's back, knocking them to the ground even while her hands were still bound behind her back. As with those seven tails, she had an absolutely flawless balance, and one of those tails was being used to wield one of her zanpaku'to, the long naginata-type weapon. Shizuyoko stared calmly at Senshi as slowly, a very shy, nervous look came across her features, and she felt herself going a bit red with anxiety. Shit... now she'd done it.

"I mean... that would only be if you wanted to fight me with me acting as though I were an omnitsukido member... I... I was actually just going to fight you like I do all my spars. But... well... if you want to face me like I am when I do my job..." She frowned, feeling slightly ill with herself. It was so easy. It was natural wasn't it. She'd been an arrancar for so very very very long after all. Years of being a hollow. Of bmurdering shinigami. It just came so... naturally to her. Senshi honestly had frightened Shizuyoko after all.

Even now, her hands were still bound behind her back, and she used a second tail to unsheath the wakizashi-style weapon as well. She stared calmly down at the floor, her eyes leering a little for just a moment as she sighed and stepped back, and she held both of her zanpaku'to in her tails, shaking her head. "I don't want to do this, but if you force me, I'll do my best. I don't want to have to carry you to Squad 4 for healing." She murmured anxiously.

She really didn't want to have to release. But she had SEVEN tails for a reason. If Senshi pushed her repeatedly, then she was going to release. And as dangerous as her senka was, even more dangerous was her zanpaku'to. Senshi was going to find out just exactly why she had been put in the Omnitsukido, the squad that specialized in detaining, arresting, and executing unruly shinigami.

{Eight Tails of the Orochi (Her Tails)}

Technique Description and Effects: Since being attacked by a hollow and being passed on toward the world of the dead, the hollow reiatsu exposure awoke her more.....ancient aspects of her body, and as such she has regrown one of her old tails. The tail itself is long, scaly, and whip-like, with a tuft of blond hair growing from the tip, similar in kind to an eastern-style dragon, measuring at about four inches in thickness at the base before tapering to pointed tips, each tail being about a meter in length, the tips of these tails are actually flattened to a bladed, spear-like tip which is hidden by the tufts of blond hair, each tip is about four inches long. Until Class 3 these tips can really only scratch and inflict shallow cuts as they will not have hardened yet. So long as the skill requirements are met for her tails, she'll be able to use them as easily, if not more so, as she uses her arms.

As she grows in strength and continues to encounter hollows, the number of tails will grow. At class 7 the number of tails increases to two, at six increasing to three. At class 5, the number of tails begins to grow even faster, resulting in five of them. At class 4 she will have Seven of them. This however is the extent of her tails, as her eighth tail was severed in the making of one of her swords.

After class 4, no new tails will grow. However! These tails begin gaining new aspects, becoming more and more like the fearsome appendages she once owned.
At Class 3 they gain hard scales, covering her tails and gaining a durability equal to 650(Class 3), 850(Class 2), 1050(Class 1), 1250(Class 0). This also applies to the hardness and effectiveness of the sharp points at the tips of her tails.

How to use technique (How is it activated?): N/A

Technique Drawbacks (Limitations, repercussions for use, etc) These Tails require incredible mental abilities to fight with, requiring that Shizuyoko take points into a special skill called 'Multi-Dexterity' in order to use them in combat. This requirement increases based on the max skill cap of her class/rank. If the Multidexterity skill is not at the maximum possible for her current class and rank, she will lose the ability to effectively use them in combat, making the tails a rather glaring weak point on her body. This skill however, only pushes her so far. With this skill, she can fight with all seven tails for 4 full posts, with each tail left out of the equation, this increases by 1 post. (5 tails can go for 6 posts, 4 for 7, ect). By taking a rest post (A post in which none of her tails are being used) she can recover and allow herself to fight again. (Each post of rest allows her to recover 2 posts of tail use. If she has fought for say 5 posts, she may rest one post to bring the 'effective count' back down to 3, and can fight again with the next post counting as the fourth post out of the 5 duration.

If she switches the number of tails being used midway, then the new max shifts to however many she is now using, however she can only shift DOWN. And she can only shift in twos, or completely. Example: Shifting down from five tails to four tails will only buy her one extra post of time, and cannot be done at the last post of the duration. Example: at the third of dour posts for fighting with all seven tails, she can shift down to using five, bringing her to 3/6 for that post. And the fourth post bring herself down to using only three, making it 4/8.


If severed, in a DP or DE thread, they follow the same rules as regrowing another arm.
Additionally they have no special defense against reiatsu attacks (She can still use Reiatsu Strength Flexing, but the tails don't have any easier a time of accomplishing this).

It was when the snake woman had suddenly vanished that Senshi knew she was in incredible danger. She had higher instincts and senses than the woman and so, she knew it wasn't time to screw around. She was not able to react to the slice straight from her palm to her shoulder, but she stopped holding back her remarkable spiritual energy upon the second hit aimed for her mouth. This woman tried to kill her...and now things were going to get bad. Senshi's arm bled severely as it rendered her right arm useless for this battle, and she had panted from the pain it caused as she went to her knees. However, when the snake woman attempted to attack Senshi's mouth, she would find her tail may be bleeding itself as her blade had simply been unable to slice Senshi's body from her superior spiritual pressure. However, if she were to continue with the dropkick, she may find that her legs would simply bound her away from the redheaded reaper with minor lacerations.

Senshi would be sweating a cold sweat from the initial attack...it was deep. Looking into the eyes of Shizuyoko, Senshi's eyes looked neutral...even though she had been attacked with the intent to kill. "A-Agh. You...tried to kill me just now. I suppose I deserve it for such a dirty trick." Her arm hung uselessly along her side as her uniform turned red. "However, I'm not going to go easy on you anymore...I'll spar you fairly." The binding behind Shizuyoko's arms would release in that moment upon Senshi's volition.

Turning her blade in the reverse grip, the young woman had called the chant of her Zanpakutou. "Extend above the heavens and fly Shonin Joka!" The wind had blown around her in a gust as the trees would shake from the spiritual power she released. Her blade had turned smaller in that moment condensing down to a tanto...no a katana without a sword guard. It was slightly curved, and in that moment Senshi had vanished appearing right in front of Shizuyoko. Since Shizuyoko aimed that hostile slice to her...and could have possibly killed her, she wouldn't hold back anything even though she tried to avoid hurting people.

Stabbing forwards, the snake woman may have the speed to block or perhaps even aim a slice for Senshi, but neither of that would matter. If she blocked, her weapon would be destroyed. If she attempted to stab Senshi, her blade would clang leaving another laceration. The redheaded reaper would have surprisingly last moment however...changed her course of her stab to slam the hilt of her blade into the woman's chin instead. Senshi couldn't do it. She couldn't fight this woman with killing intent...and so, she had then stabbed her blade down into Shizuyoko's left foot before placing her bleeding hand against the snake woman's stomach. "Hado#1:Sho."

The snake woman would have her left foot quite literally split in half as she would be sent flying through the air...promptly sent crashing into the environment. However, upon being stabbed...something would be odd. Senshi's blade had done something to her as she might feel a bit weaker. Upon drawing her blade from the ground, it had been a bit longer than before. The blade had grown around nine inches as the red headed reaper had clenched her blade tightly. The woman shouldn't be able to use the step technique anymore from that leg...if she could even stand. That wasn't lethal...she knew that for sure, but she did feel somewhat remorseful. Shizuyoko may discover Senshi's blade had stolen 300 reiatsu from her when she was hit...or maybe not.

[Shizuyoko Toraumi]

Shizuyoko's eyes suddenly widened when she felt it. That familiar sensation. She was incredibly lucky that the second slash hadn't kicked in, and when it showed that her blade refused to penetrate, Shizuyoko immediately abandoned the idea of using the kick, instead the woman leapt back, busting through the Sai spell that had bound her arms and freeing her hands as she relieved her tails of the duty to carry her weapons. She was also a little confused... her head tilting a little.

That second slash had NOT been lethal. It was a stab into the side of the woman's mouth and out the other side of her cheek. It would have only pierced her tongue and done damage to her cheeks as well, but that was it. But that didn't matter. It was already clear that Senshi honestly had no sense of moderation, and she could already sense that tone. She wasn't going to be caught off guard.

"Bite, and Drink in Blue
Daihachibi, Nanakiba Orochi"

There was no explosion of spiritual pressure. The blades of hers simply changed. Her naginata suddenly morphing into a massive weapon. A segmented pendulum blade of sort, the kind you saw in horror films, the ones that slowly swung lower and lower until it cut the person in half. There was a loud CLICK, and a crackle as the OTHER blade shattered, the blade vanishing into thin air, and unbeknownst to Senshi, about fifty little shards hung around in the air.

When Senshi suddenly shunpo'd in, she wouldn't know that there was a cloud of little blades surrounding Shizuyoko. Though she would CERTAINLY see that big pendulum blade being pulled apart, her four tails each pulling a section away from it. Those sections ALSO broke apart, though the segments were connected by steel chord which ran through the inside of the blades, making those sections each look like a sort of bladed chain whip. Essentially giving Shizuyoko four flail-like swords to fight with. And she chose her colors carefully.

Crimson, Silver, Gold, and Emerald.
Red, Silver, Yellow, and Green.

When Senshi's weapons lanced out, aiming to try and stab her in the foot, not only was there a blade lashing out, one of her tails curling to meet it. The silver one. The momsnt that blade met hers, Senshi would probably find out something interesting, as that blade began CUTTING into Senshi's instead of the other way around. It was the same color as senshi's blade after all. The silver that any spiritual steel zanpaku'to would have. It was strong enough to cut through like Senshi's blade was nothing, and the loud screech of Shizuyoko's weapon trying to bite it's way through senshi's would be heard as that weapon SWEPT upward in order to completely slash through that blade, even aiming to cut through the woman's hand as well.

But of course that wasn't all. After all, Senshi had stepped right into the middle of Shizuyoko's personal space. A Space filled with little broken blades that Senshi didn't have the senses, the anti stealth, or the aura to see. With a flick of Daihachibi, the broken blade, those invisible shards moved INCREDIBLY fast, and the swarm all rushed in, those fifty blades all rushing in to slice up both of Senshi's arms.

At the very same time, Shizuyoko used those other three blades with her tails, the Emerald, Coal, and Crimson blades all lanced in from the sides, the crimson from senshi's left, and the coal and Emerald blades from Senshi's right, aimed to slash the woman three times. Two of the blades, the emerald and coal blades, aimed to slash Senshi across the chest. aiming to rip open her uniform and cut into her across the torso. That Crimson blade however, vanished in a blur. A shunpo that only effected one limb, allowing her to unleash a high speed slash acrss Senshi's face. And this time, she was using a release, which meant that it wouldn't be stopped by cutback, that blade would speed across and aim to slash across Senshi's mouth, and rip out the girl's tongue, or at least try to.

Immediately after this assault, Shizuyoko would leap back (Or if by some miracle Senshi was still able to cast the spell after so many blades had sought to shred her arms, she would be thrown back, and gladly), all four blades at the ready in her tails, while her main arms carried the un-separated blades of Nanakiba Orochi, and her other held the hilt of Daihachibi. Of course that swarm of invisible blades would move back with her, traveling at more than double Shizuyoko's own speed, she frowned as she suddenly put up a guard with those four blades, the weapons practically seeming like extensions of the tail. They were flails yes, but they arched and moved about as they were wielded, those bladed lengths making it almost seem as if her tails had each sprouted bladed heads, each one perfectly ready to bloock an attack, while the other three would be able to counter-attack.

Senshi DID have a rather fantastic Zanpaku'to, and one with an ability that definitely would have been a problem against Shizuyoko if the woman actually had the ability to cut her with it. But Shizuyoko had four blades in her tails, she COULD have seven if she wanted to. Not only that, but there was an absolute mass of those swarming blade shards in the air, ready to cut up Senshi if she came too close. The wounds, if there had been any, on Senshi's arms from those little blades, would be a little unsusual. For one, Senshi's shuhakuhso would slowly be turning red, as contact with those little invisible shards would always begin turning what they touched into that color. Of course, if Senshi had tried to swing at those invisible flying blades, then it would have indeed sliced through a few of them, but it would have immediately begun dying that sword of hers red as well.

Shizuyoko had gotten out of the exchange unscathed, but only because of her numbers she surmised. She had two Shikai after all, and Senshi only had one. Not ONLY that, but Shizuyoko's shikai were both... immature. She didn't even know how to use them completely. There was a number of abilities she probably had with them, but she didn't. And honestly she didn't NEED to know anything else at the moment. Her shikai were oppressively hard to deal with after all. And as Shizuyoko learned MORE about her release, they would only grow more powerful.

{Shikai Overalls}
Nanakiba Orochi Shizu's left-handed Zanpaku'to. It is derived from the Seven tails of Orochi, the eight having been severed. When released, the zanpaku'to takes the form of what seems to be a massive cleaver, but actually separates into seven separate modular katar-styled longswords that can separate into bladed-flails. When swung, these blades can, at will, be separated and mentally manipulated, making them incredibly erratic and hard to track. These blades each have a certain hue to them, which respectively are Crimson, Orange, Gold, Emerald, Amethyst, Silver, and Coal. This interacts with the special abilities of these blades that allow them to cut with incredible potency, the color that they are designated to cut through. However each blade also has a color or shade of white that they are weak against.


Daihachi-bi Shizu's right-handed zanpaku'to. It is derived from the Eighth tail of Orochi, which was severed in order to allow her to shatter her mask in ages gone past. This was also the weapon into which she had poured all of her malice and evil, ridding it from her body until it was found by Susanoo. As Such this sword radiates a dull evil about it. When released, the blade shatters and separates into fifty dark shards, impossible to see with the naked eye. They do however have a very distinct feel of malice coming from them, as if all of the evil that Shizuyoko lacks were put into it. When these blades touch something, the target is drained of the color blue and instead bleeds a red. This is not actually blood (though if the blades actually cut something then that may be mixed in) but a pure dye which stains what it touches. The blades move at a static speed of 800.

Iro no Kyõen (Feast of Color)
Nanakiba Orochi Shikai-level Ability

This ability corresponds to the many-colored blades of Nanakiba. Each blade is incredibly potent, with a cutting power of 600(800 for the Crimson). However, when cutting through something of similar hue and shade to the blade, this increases to 1200, and whenever they contact something the color red, have a cutting power of at least 1000 (1500 in the case of the Crimson blade). However, in the event of cutting anything that is the color blue, the cutting power of these blades is reduced to a mere 300, 200 in the case of the Crimson blade.

At Bankai level, their destructive powers increase to 600/1200/2000 for normal color correspondence and 800/1600/2400 for crimson.

Osoroshi Sukeru (Dreadful Scales)
Daihachi-bi Shikai-level Ability

This technique corresponds to the 50 shards of the zanpaku'to's blade. When shattered, the shards of this blade are treated as if they had a 2 in stealth, making these blades all but impossible for the naked eye to see. However, they give off an incredible 100 Dark Aura, allowing those with at least a 100 Dark Aura, or a 85 light aura to be able to sense the general direction of the blades, and if combined with a 1 in anti-stealth, able to discern their exact location. Additionally, at least 200 in senses or Energy senses will also count as if they had 1 extra anti-stealth. A 400 in either will count as 2. Anti stealth of 2, obviously, also will allow them to be seen.

At Bankai level, this ability applies only to the Grey Head and Tail, which hide amongst it's brothers. IT has a 4 in stealth and only an aura of 100 light will count as a point of anti stealth. Sensory and Energy sensory apply as normal (+1 anti stealth per 200) and naturally the individual's natural anti-stealth also adds in.


Iro no Shukketsu (Bleed of Color)
Daihachi-bi Shikai-level Ability

This Technique corresponds to the ability of Daihachi-bi's blade shards to bleed a target of color and cause leave behind a red dye, which stains the object. This however does not, and cannot, apply to an individual's skin. This effect is initiated by simple contact with the shards. This Dye, contrary to most abilities, is not a status ailment, but is quite simply a physical dye. The dye itself can take techniques up to 600 points in reiatsu damage, or any class 3 or higher technique. Of course, the recipient will have to decide on weather removing the dye is worth damaging the object themselves to get it off. This requires that the shards make physical contact to distribute the dye and color-drain.

In Bankai, this ability applies to all 8 heads and tails of the Dragon. However for the first post that they attack, the object is considered it's original color, the red only taking effect the post after it is applied.
The Dye's durability increases to 900 or class 1 techs. At this level it can dye skin.

[Senshi Odayakama (Crimson.)]

As the snake blonde had taken the sword hilt to the chin, it didn't really seem like she cared a bit. The release that she had activated was seen by Senshi or at least one of them. Using her battle analysis, she had aknowledged that her enemy had destroyed one of those weapons...but for what purpose? As Senshi's blade stabbed downward, she had seen the silver blade rush to intercept Senshi's own. Senshi had used her intelligence to deduce that Shizuyoko had done this because her Zanpakutou had been capable of defending against the redheads ability rather than reflex, and as a result she had expended 1000 reiatsu causing her blade to have the exact offensive stat of 1000. "Split"

Suddenly, Senshi's blade had split into six pieces connected to the sword guard as it seemed to blossom and then extend two feet now not only trapping the silver blade inbetween the sword guard, but possibly causing Shizuyoko's foot to be impaled not once but six times stabbing deeply into the ground as 150 of her reiatsu would be absorbed and stored within the blade. As the silvery blade had swept upward however, Senshi's Sword should be forcibly ripped out from Shizuyoko's foot before sending Senshi skidding back a few feet freeing the silver tail. Senshi was far from done defending herself however as her now six thin blades had been pointed joining as one. As her back and arms had been attacked by the sharp shards, Senshi grit her teeth. Her right arm was numb from the lack of blood but she hissed at the pain in the left.

As the two tails had rushed to strike Senshi from her chest, her blade had swung down slicing them neatly into pieces beyond use as she spent another 1000 reiatsu making the offensive stat 1400. As the crimson blade twitched however, Senshi had immediately transferred 2000 reiatsu to the density of the blade now suddenly becoming wider and heavier as the crimson tail struck. Seeing the blade was heavier and still silver, she had been sent skidding back whilst she used both hands to support the back of her blade. She quickly transferred 2000 reiatsu back into the Reiatsu strength before making her next move.

Even as her body began to turn red, it didn't matter as she had then flashed straight behind Shizuyoko as she had suddenly transferred 2000 reiatsu. The blade had been pointed in the reverse grip as Senshi's blade suddenly extended it's reach six burrowing deeply into the soft skin of Shizuyoko's back piercing through her front and then a glowing blue lightning had formed on her fingertips. "Hado#4:Byakurai."

A bolt of blue lightning had formed as Senshi bled severely hitting Shizuyoko right in the spinal cord as Senshi was insane. She no longer was the kind and generous Shinigami she had once been. As her blade had pierced through her chest, she had expanded the blade several inches now using the 450 reiatsu she stole from Shizuyoko using it to make the wound even more devastating than before. Her eyes had been an icy cerulean that could freeze hell over as she had then called the finishing move...

"Split." Her blade blossomed whilst still inside Shizuyoko delivering the most lethal blow of all as it would destroy her internal organs and would open her wound extremely wide. Senshi held no remorse as the pain Senshi felt had caused the sweet taste of revenge to occur. Pain and agony was something everyone experienced...and so she learned how to be the dealer. Shizuyoko's 450 reiatsu reserves would be transferred back to Senshi for a quarter of the original value. She panted heavily as she was sure she had won...had she went too far? She didn't care anymore.

[Shizuyoko Toraumi]

Shizuyoko was admittedly a little surprised. And as the fight progressed, she actually was quite impressed. Impressed that Senshi had suddenly done such a complete 180 in that strange personality. She was a little...confused. And she might have been caught off guard. She might have even suffered SEVERAL VERY debilitating blows from the woman's sudden assault. In that sudden flurry of attacks, it was entirely possible that Senshi could have not only struck several decisive blows, butpossibly even ended it right there.

But the difference was, that even with Senshi's skills, even with that ability to scan and analyze Shizuyoko's attacks and patterns, she could only SEE a very narrow margin. When Senshi stabbed downward with that silver blade, and suddenly those spikes of separated blade lanced down, for just a moment, Shizuyoko gasped out, a sudden sharp look of pain on her face as she lurched forward and did her best not to scream out. But of course, all the while, it wasn't quite accurate to what had happened.

Shizuyoko was just so much faster than senshi. She wasn't SO much faster that she was blitzing circles around the woman, but she was more than fast enough to slide her foot back, avoiding the downward points of those split bits of blade, and suddenly to...pull. Shizuyoko's weapons weren't normal after all. She wasn't fighting with normal swords. Rather, they were like little katars, segmented, and ones that separated so that they could be whipped about like flails. So when Shizuyoko suddenly yanked on that silver weapon, it suddenly contracted, becomig much shorter, and avoiding being trapped. Not only that, but the tail that was holding it, suddenly whipped about JUST when Senshi was slashing upward to break her Emerald and Coal blades. To try and destroy them.

It was at that point that three things happened simultaneously, For one, she snuck in an attack with that silver blade. Using her ability with stealth, people normally could sneak in a small action here and there. But Shizuyoko had FOUR tails in use at the moment, as WELL as both of her arms. And with so much going at Senshi, using her stealth was MUCH easier, as that blade would arch forward, extending as it aimed to slice up along Senshi's thigh and shoulder.

Second, was that unfortunately, Senshi couldn't see that Shizuyoko was still surrounded by those tiny little invisible blades. As she slashed up to hit those emerald and coal blades, her own would slap into several of those invisible shards, and admittedly, Senshi's cutting power was SO high, that the woman wouldn't even feel them as her blade cut through those invisible little bits like butter. But then those little blades had a specific purpose now didn't they? They turned Senshi's blade red, so that when it finally came into contact with the Emerald and Coal blades, they had the exact same offensive strength against eachother: 1000. So instead of cutting through the blades, those crimson and coal blades, which were not firm like a normal sword, made contact, and Shizuyoko extended them as they rapidly wrapped around Senshi's weapon, two spinning blades flying around Senshi's weapon, wrapping it up and potentially even cutting senshi along the way.

From that point, it didn't actually matter that Senshi added in the extra 400 offensive strength. Because now that her blade was red, it wasn't powerful enough to cut clean through her own blades. It could bite into them a little, but it had a LONG way to go before it could cut through immediately. And not nly that.... but Shizuyoko was MUCH stronger than Senshi. So strong in fact that when Senshi attempted to sweep up and block that crimson blade (Which honestly, because of shunpo karin, was going too fast fr Senshi to have time to block anyway) it was caught. TWO of Shizuyoko's tails, which were much stronger than senshi, worked against her grip, and simply yanked to rip Senshi's own weapon from her own grip, paving the way for that high-speed slash to cleave a line across Senshi's face nonlethally.

The change to Senshi's weapon's density didn't actually help. Sadly. Shizuyoko was more than strong enough to still rip it out of her hands despite it's weight, and in fact! When that blade suddenly shifted to density, it lost it's offensive strength. And with those coal and emerald blades still around it, those blades were suddenly able to immediately rip Senshi's shikai apart, slicing deeply into the blade and aiming to bust it apart now that (unless Senshi had some sort of miracle, as her mouth had likely been cut open and kept from reciting kido, and not to mention Shizuyoko was both much faster, and much stronger than her to ensure her disarming), it was removed from Senshi's grip.

Of course, however improbable, there WAS still a chance that somehow Senshi's blade, even though it was doomed to being ripped apart when it's offensive power dropped to boost it's density, would still be in the girl's hand. Senshi would not be shunpoing behind Shizuyoko, not if she wanted to keep a grip on her zanpaku'to. Not ONLY that, but even if she let go of the weapon to move behind Shizuyoko, Shizu was STILL surrounded by those broken bits of blade. Bits of blade that Senshi couldn't see. So when she tried moving past Shizuyoko, she suddenly would have charged straight through a cloud of razors, slashing herself up from head to toe, and slamming into that metaphorical wall of sharp things, and failing to get behind the omnitsukido. Meaning that if she continued with that Byakurai (if by some means she had managed to keep her tongue from being cut out, or simply tried to recite the kido despite the damage to her mouth), that hand pointing at Shizuyoko would be in the omnitsukido's sight.

Before that hand would even be able to point at Shizuyoko, the blonde executioner would narrow her eyes, and suddenly, with their terrifying 800 speed, those fifty (or a bit more than fifty, seeing as a number of them had been cut in half by Senshi's blade during that swipe) would turn that gesturing arm into pulled pork, aiming to rip into the muscle, the tendons, slashing up the girl's hand so much that that arm would doubtlessly flop right back down to her side, as unfortunately, those invisible blades were not only four times faster than senshi, but the poor woman had no way of seeing them and knowing what they were going to do.

With that blade of Senshi's still bound, there was no way it was going to be used to shunpo-stab into shizuyoko, so Senshi's attempt to stab her with the split, even if Senshi still had a grip on it, would have failed anyway. And with a rapid twist of her body. Shizuyoko's free hand would lash out viciously.... and pat firmly on Senshi's shoulder, a sudden nervous smile on Shizuyoko's face as she laughed softly, attempting to give a comforting look.

"We should stop here yea? I believe I've won, and.. um... I am kindof getting the feeling that you're taking this a bit too seriously..." She trailed off softly, looking worriedly at the much shorter woman as it had begun, slowly, to dawn on the blonde that maybe not EVERYONE was so.... vicious in their training. She was beginning to wonder if Senshi was actually upset with her. "Just concede. And I can carry you to the Squad four barracks. I really would rather not continue, I'm a little worried about all of your injuries." Of course Shizuyoko wouldn't say anything about it, but Senshi had actually gotten a hit in. One of those split blades had nicked her foot. Even with Shizuyoko's multidexterity and her focus, she had not been flawless, and honestly if it werent for the fact that she had such an insane advantage in her physical fitness and relentless attack style, she probably would have taken more damage. She actually felt a little sorry.
Senshi had focused SO much on Kido in her fighting style that she had neglected to train her body. Shizuyoko was... well ok. She was pretty fast for a shinigami. But really she was about average in terms of how strong shinigami tended to be. But she was still physically much stronger than Senshi. She wanted to stop this before the both of them got more hurt than they needed to.

Senshi had lost most certainly within the assault...every motion and calculation she had made failed. All she had managed was to knick a foot in all of her efforts. As the silver tail had escaped her trap and made a sneak attack forward, it had sliced Senshi rather deeply along the thick and going to her shoulder as blood sprayed. Her blade and her black robes were stained red...as was the rest of the reaper. As the crimson reaper had lost her blade, the red blade had swung...and as the reaper lurched forward in an attempt to grab the weapon, she felt yet another slice.

This time however, the reaper had stopped and froze as her face had been slashed horizantally. Her blades had lost their offensive force as she transferred them into density, but now had the durability still beyond Shizuyoko's cutting ability to slice. The durability had remained 1400 although the size and wideness of the sword changed. Blood had dripped down from Senshi's face and mouth as she screamed...causing an even greater agony. Shizuyoko must have been used to hearing screams like this.

Strike after strike of the floating blades had struck Senshi from her tendons, body, and her consciousness. Shonin Joka was ashamed of her surely. Her poor usage of him. She hated it. She hadn't even noticed when her opponent had put her hand on her shoulder. She had lost too much blood to feel much of anything. As the blonde snake spoke...Senshi had simply vomited blood and then fell backwards before having laid still. She hadn't aknowledged any of the words that were spoken as blood simply pooled on the floor.

If Senshi wasn't dead, she was certainly close to it. One thing however was for certain. Senshi had changed...as she would make sure to kill everyone whom would be assigned as her opponent...or at least attack them with the intent to kill. As Shinigami, the durable bodies that all held were able to endure much more than a normal human's. Senshi's barely holding mouth had been agape as the only indication of her life was a twitching of her fingers. She didn't notice Shizuyoko's concern...her words were null and simply did not rest in her mind. Her body was torn in almost every regard as Shonin Joka simply lay strangled within Shizuyoko's tails. However, upon the unconsciousness of it's wielder, the blade had returned to it's normal state before shattering within the tails.

The redhead laid there unconscious looking like some corpses you might see in a zombie movie. Her robe had been sliced in many areas of many sizes of wound, and she was mangled. She would most likely hate herself whenever she woke up. She hadn't changed at all...she was pathetic. It was at this moment that a darkness had filled Senshi's morales. She now knew...she was a fool. Mercy? Kindness? Social Interaction? Useless. She would become stronger by herself...not that she had such things as friends in the first place. She was weak and this battle proved it. Her dreams at this point would never come into fruition at her power.

[Shizuyoko Toraumi]

The scream did effect Shizuyoko. She felt dead about it... so very... bland. She stood there, standing over the defeated body f her opponent before kneeling down and gently collecting the poor woman into her arms, a gentle little sigh escaping her lips as she lifted them calmly off of the ground, gently hugging them to her shoulder, applying pressure to the girl's shoulder and arms with her own chest, making sure the bleeding was stemmed. With a soft little sigh she stared up at the sky. And suddenly, her eyes drew to a close as the soft pat-pat of raindrops hit around her. Slowly, more and more, the frequency increased, until a light drizzle was starting. Downcasting the whole scene.

She didn't waste any time, she lifted the girl bodily into her arms and tails, and vanished with a shunpo, racing toward the squad four barracks. and of course, she knew the way. It was very often that she had to bring unruly shinigami to the place with restraints and the like. In all honesty she came there so often, that when she finally arrived, her feet skidding a little at the entrance to the infirmary, the squad four already had a set of sekiseki cuffs, ready to restrain Senshi. Of course, with a hand, she stopped them, telling them that they had simply sparred. They gave her looks, scared looks. But they did not look surprised. she was Omnitsukido after all. and before long, the poor thing was taken off to one of the medics. And Shizuyoko stood by, watching as the medics got to work.

Most of Senshi's injuries were exceedingly simple to heal. The medics had amazing abilities of healing after all. Closing up her wounds, patching up her body was honestly the easy part. The real hard part was getting traces of Shizuyoko's reiatsu out of the girl's body. And most of it was exceedingly easy, it was only the crimson blade that had.... problems. Despite their efforts, they were only able to heal the girl's mouth to a certain degree, and thus the wound healed with scar tissue left behind. Once she was given a supplement to replenish the girl's own natural reiatsu, she was left in a recovery room.

And Shizuyoko waited there for the girl to wake up, looking a bit worried as she looked after her sparring partner, sitting beside the bed and making sure to check on the woman now and then, moving out of the way when one of the nurses came in to check on the girl. Before long they told her that Senshi would be waking up soon. And with a sigh of relief. Shizuyoko couldn't help but... smile to herself. she rubbed the back of her neck and suddenly, she felt exhusted. Without even realizing it, she began to nod off, and she was slumped on the edge of the bed, sitting in the chair beside it as suddenly her own healed wounds caught up with her. Even if she hadn't been injured by any degree, she had still had a lot of reiatsu she'd used up.

Before long, she was asleep. And at the very least neither of them was in any danger now. Shizu just hoped that Senshi would stick around so that she would get a chance to talk to them before they parted ways.
