Training for CTP
Odayakama Senshi had been sent on a errand from her superiors to the new captain of squad eight...July Kasumi'Oji. Odayakama Senshi had eagerly accepted the task and had walked casually to the division base. The crimson haired Shinigami had felt a bit conflicted on how she should feel. This was the first time ever that she would meet face to face with a captain of the thirteen court guard squads. Senshi had of course felt a but nervous, but also felt an anxiousness within her heart wanting to meet the man of the squad she previously was in. She had wondered what the man was like and also what he may think of her.
Senshi was probably over thinking it. She always did have a tendency to do such a thing. Entering the barracks of Squad Eight, she would see that much hasn't changed at all in terms of appearence. Shinigami were still training and progressing their skills in the training grounds. The buildings still looked the same standard color and design as when she was here. Senshi no longer looked like a teenager and had blossomed into her adulthood in appearence finally. How wonderful it was to at least look the way she did when she died in life. To those who would look to Senshi at the moment, they would most likely see this.
Odayakama Senshi had worn Shinigami robes that looked a size slightly too large for her to hide her feminine features. Her eyes were a cerulean blue as her hair was a crimson red. She had her hair tied as a ponytail as she wore her Zanpakutou on the right side of her hip. She had bandages wrapped around her waist to prevent her robe from obstructing her walking or running. She had a slim figure and a pretty face to show. Her posture was straight as she walked hands at her sides. She needed to show absolute respect to the captain or anyone to the matter. Senshi was a disciplined woman, and she believed that she had to show respect to almost everyone.
She had moved past the training grounds, living quarters, and storage rooms as she had looked for the captain's office. In Senshi's pocket was a letter adressed to the captain. She honestly didn't know what it was about. It was actually a letter to congratulate the man for taking the mantle as captain and a good luck notice. Odayakama Senshi had sighed with nervousness as she wondered how she should proceed to meet the man. Should she just knock and request to come in? Senshi had never had a meeting with a captain and she didn't know if she was even ready to; even if just to send a letter. She rarely ever even interacted with her comrades mostly due to her shyness. What was she to do?
Odayakama Senshi had taken a deep breath as she would knock three times on the door to the captain's office. She had felt her heart pounding slightly as she wondered what the captain's reaction to her would be? Senshi's eyes had lowered to the bottom of the door as she had thought hard about what could happen. What if the captain was disgusted with her and never wanted to see her? What if she was called an imbecile and disliked; then treated like an outcast? First impressions are the most important, and they leave your identity to be reflected and thought apon by others. Senshi had continued to think as she had waited for the captain's response.
Senshi had thought about one day becoming a captain herself. Perhaps she could possibly ask the man for advice on how he had risen to the rank. Odayakama Senshi wanted to rise above the others and wanted to cause great change to Soul Society. She was sure that the man had to endure through many great hardships in his life...or rather afterlife to reach this state of power. Another question she had was how strong he was and how his personallity affected it. All these questions and so little time to find out. Senshi would shake her head as she had waited for the door to open with a shy smile. She would figure out for herself instead of worrying herself to death about it.
