Vannan was shocked at the fact that there were not just one but three other survivors here in the parking garage. Two of them he didn't know, but one he knew very well. It was Kazura the man who helped make his stealth cloak even stronger than before. This was a great asset if he wasn't a foe, he didn't say a word while the other man was stuttering asking if they needed a ride. For now it seemed like they would be allies. This allowed him to take a deep breath and calm down a bit. With five people now the horde of zombies around them didn't seem so bad.

“Hey Kazura, yea It looks like we should work together, but before that, all of you strip so I can look for bites.” Even if he had found allies this was a zombie outbreak and he wasn't about to risk getting into a car with someone he wasn't sure wasn't infected. With his words spoke he raised up his bow and aimed it at the three of them. “Sorry Kazura I hate to be like this, but I can't afford any mistakes at all. I'll be more than willing to prove that I don't have any bites on me after I see that the three of you are clean.” While he didn't have an arrow lined up he kept an eye on all three of them.

The woman who was with them did undress and zip up into a black jump suit. While she was undressed he eyed her for any bite marks and didn't see any, which meant she was clean, but the other two still didn't prove that they were bite free. “Ok she's clean, Kazura, other guy.” Vannan would hold his ground as he waited to see what the two would do. It was sad that it had to come to this, but he had to be sure that there wasn't a chance of them being infected. He drew in some reiatsu just in case things got messy.

Kazura could understand the request of Vannan for the two of them to strip down so that they can be checked for bite marks, but he also could understand how Marcus would react to that kind of question. So, he decided to help his subordinate along so that they all could work together towards the common goal of survival. The feelings of hunger and fatigue were starting to kick in, which was starting to make Kazura regret staying up, but what would he have done if that sweet smelling vapor had kept him asleep until zombies ate his face?

Now was not the time to worry about the past, now was the time to move forward with as many allies as possible. Stealthily, Kazura approached Marcus and rested his hand on his shoulder. An innocent gesture, but one that would bring the younger fullbringer a little shame. With two uses of Soul Command, the clothes on Marcus' and Kazura's body suddenly exploded off of them, revealing themselves to be without bite marks. Another two uses of Soul Command put the clothes back on after Vannan was satisfied that they were clean. Without even saying anything, Kazura moved on. Marcus would understand, and would come to terms with the action. It was the quickest way to get anything done.

Kazura hopped into the shotgun seat of the car and began to examine it. He even pumped his reiatsu through it using Trace to get a complete schematic of the cars abilities and any potential weaknesses in it. He didn't want any funny business, and he didn't want it to break down on them in the middle of zombieland. When he was finished, he wordlessly put his seatbelt on as if to say "aren't you guys coming?"

On Schultz's end.

The moment the wall made of diamond made contact with the normal walls, Schultz and the other survivors would hear the engine of a motorcycle screech nearby along with the sounds of exciting yelling and screaming. The genders of the loud voices screaming was a single male and a large amount of females followed by an even larger explosion. From the direction of the explosion they would know that this happened at the front of the church. This drew the screaming away from the diamond wall and away, and back to the front. As the screaming grew a further and further they would hear the screams of the undead mixing with the shouts and yellings of those who may have caused the explosion. After ten minutes of relative silence they could no longer hear the inhumane screaming or the excited yells. The motorcycle engine did not start again and they did not hear pounding on the diamond door. "I think we are safe..." a voice among the survivors spoke. "Is it even safe to go outside?" another spoke. At that moment they could hear foot steps. A set of footsteps to be exact. Tapping towards the diamond door. "I think that is our savior-"

A woman was about to speak with joy, that was when the diamond wall exploded again. However there was something strange about this explosion. It did not expand towards the survivors. The heat did not burn anyone, in fact they could feel a very nice and soothing breeze brush against them, however their ears rang from the loud sudden noise. When the dust and smoke settled everyone would see that the smoke and explosion was being sucked outside of the room into the the air outside the church. As everyone recovered from the explosion three figures ran into the room and began placing needles into the survivor's body. They were moving so fast it was as if there was a blur. These needles caused nearly everyone to collapse, however these blurs also gently placed them down onto the ground. "Do not be alarmed. Do not panic! They are not dead. We can not have panicked people getting in our way! We are here to help." a male voice boomed into the room as more and more were gently placed onto the ground.

While everyone was placed onto the ground they could easily see their saviors after the dust had settled. Dressed in a bloodied bikers jacket a man in his mid-twenties the man removed his helmet and stared at what was happening. "We also brought some water. Even a few minutes in this stressful environment will leave you parched." As he spoke this the blurred figures placed a cup of water next to each and every remaining survivor inside the church. "In the end this was also a boring slaughterhouse." A woman walked in covered in blood. As before she was dressed in a scandelous manner and appeared in her mid twenties with an impressive bust to match her beauty. She was darker skinned and had short black hair. From head to toe she was covered in blood. "I mean we got some pretty kick ass gear from killing those things so can't really complain." the man replied. "By the way where are the other two?" "Oh them. They went off to look for more shit to kill. Killing those things was piss easy they said they'll be back within an hour or so." while the two talked the three blurs earlier came to a stop and were skipping towards the two.

"Rescuees all accounted and put to rest capt'n!" one of them said with a salute. She had light blue hair that flowed to the middle of her back. "You are all fine! The needles placed into your body have resorative properties. I will guarentee after 5 minutes you will be as fit as a whistle. You have to trust me. If I wanted to kill and mug you all I would have been done by now. But you all still speak and see." If Schultz was not able to block or dodge he would have been among the survivors that were paralyzed and gently laid to the ground.

[OOC] If Schultz did not dodge or prevent the needles he will be paralyzed but fully healed, restored both reiatsu wise and physical wise within 5 posts.

On everyone elses's end

The moment Kazura scanned the vehicle he would find that the entire vehicle had been modified heavily. None of the parts were stock. The grade of the material was equal to that of a first world government. Everything was durable and up to date. Another thing that would catch his mind would be a small chip placed within the SUV, this chip was meant to be tracked and send signals towards a specific point. If Kazura was able to track the signal he would find that this signal was being sent towards a nearby town. Specifically a small computer. Once everyone got into the vehicle Victoria inserted the key into the ignition and started it up. The engine roared to life and this echoed into the emptiness. Almost immediatly the screams echoed back. Blood curdling screams that chilled some to the core. "Looks like we alerted them. It is time to go." With that she slammed onto the pedal and drove the truck through the exit of the garage. Landing onto a road that lead to a roundabout and the exit. The undead surrounding the vehicle and harmlessly clawing against the windows and doors. "Okay! Now we need the fastest route to town. Does anyone have a working GPS on them?' Victoria as as she looked back to the passengers.

After inspecting and seeing that both Marcus and Kazura didn't have any bite marks on them he took a deep breath and relaxed. He was happy to know that the inventor he had come to become friendly with wasn't going to turn into one of those horrible monsters. Truth be told he didn't know if he actually had it in him to take them out while they were still human. He might of just left them there, and hoped that he wouldn't have to be the one to pull the trigger to kill them all. He just hoped that it wouldn't go that way at all though. He wanted to get them all out alive, and yes him and Nadine did have a way. They could use gate, but right now their mission was to find out what was going on here, so that would have to wait.

He chose to sit behind the drivers seat of the car, as Nadine offered to sit in the back alone. He was fine with this, if needed he could fire out arrows from his position to hit zombies. Right now being able to take them out from afar was a great assist to the entire team. As the car started up he took a deep breath in and recovered some more reiatsu he had spent earlier. It wasn't good to ever run low, even if he could recover reiatsu it wasn't a good idea. Sleep was another issue, he could feel it, he was getting tired. He had slept some, but his slumber had been interrupted by this whole event. He wondered how the others are holding on.

Victoria seemed to calm as the vehicle was surrounded by zombies asking for a GPS. “Yea I have one so step on it and lets get going.” He passed the GPS to Kazura and waited for them to get out of there. Once they started to move and were away from the dangers of the zombies he spoke up again. “Hey Kazura and whoever you are.” Pointing at Marcus given he didn't know the young fullbringers name. “The both of you should get some rest. I got about six hours in before this whole things started, but you don't look so hot man. I'll keep a look out where driving. Nadine you should try to get some sleep too.” Vannan was use to going to bed late and waking up early with little to no sleep and going about his day like normal, but he didn't know how well the other two rested and even if they only got a few moments of sleep it would be better than nothing.

[Marcus Cole]

Marcus frowned when Vannan requested that they remove their close. He looked to Kazura in search for help, and he got exactly what he asked for but not quite what he wanted. Kazura stripped Marcus down with a very quick effort, making Marcus just barely fast enough to cover his crotch with both hands before the gazes of the others could follow. He had never been so happy to be so fast, but the situation he was in didn’t exactly make him happy either. However, he could never be upset with Kazura so his tomato-red face just put up with the embarrassment until his clothes were returned.

The horrifying screams from the other end of the parking lot were definitely threatening, but all Marcus could do was wait in the back of the SUV as the woman floored the gas. Unfortunately, she wasn’t familiar with the area and needed some sort of navigation. Marcus couldn’t offer her anything, so either someone else had a map or he would have to exit the SUV and act as a scout, climbing into the sky with air ground until he could locate the city.

[Schultz Silverhult]

Schultz panted, trying to catch his breath; he had been low on Reiatsu before, and understand that it was, in its way, almost as exhausting as running out of physical energy. Yet doing so all at once was like running a full marathon without the slightest pause or slowing, and as a result, he felt that much more tired. His vision was blurry, and sweat dripped down his face as he tried to steady himself. His stomach lurched, his heart beat faster. His hands shook as they tried to hold his Fullbring, the book barely held in his trembling fingers. Yet he knew that he had to hold on, had to be ready in case the monsters somehow broke through his defense. He had to think of another way to protect the people behind him, to keep the monsters from taking any more lives.

The guilt was the worst part, though, knowing that there might have been something more he could have done for those who had defended them. How many were dead? How many lives had been sacrificed for him? It wasn't right... he knew they had chosen to do this, that they knew they could die, but Schultz still felt a cold chill gripping his heart as he thought about it. Those men out there... they had been husbands and brothers, fathers and sons. How would he ever begin to explain it to their loved ones? Even if they had died doing the right thing and defending the helpless... they were still dead. Gone. The young clergyman just wanted to curl up and hide away from it all, to pretend it never had happened. Yet he could not forget it, could not get those screams out of his head.

They're just humans... why should I care...?

Schultz looked up, hearing... something. He wasn't sure what it was, but it had sounded like a human voice. Where had it come from? None of the other survivors were nearby, yet the voice had been so low that it could be no more than a whisper, spoken right in his ear. But no, nothing was nearby; perhaps in the tension, Schultz was just hearing things. The mind was full of strange tricks like that, ways of diffusing mental stress through distraction as well as misinformation gained through misinterpretation of stimulus. In other words, he was just losing his mind. Nothing to stress over, right? It was just one more cog in this maddening machine...

The Fullbringer realized that he was laughing softly to himself, but it wasn't a healthy laughter, wasn't a result of humor or joy, but an empty, hollow sound. He sounded so defeated, so lost. His hands hurt, he also realized, and looked down to realize that they had been clenched into fists, his Fullbring set on the ground next to him. Slowly uncurling his fingers and wincing at the ache of the muscles loosening after their extended tension, Schultz realized that his nails had dug into his palm, deeply enough that blood dotted the flesh, pooling in the creases of his palm. For once, the dull crimson didn't send a shiver of fear through him, just a muted sense of dislike and disgust. It was a clear sign that he was exhausted both mentally and emotionally, if one of his greater fears hardly affected him at all.

An explosion rang out, and Schultz looked up, temporarily snapping out of his trance. What was that? There were screams, but this time they were triumphant; a single man, several women, but none of the voices were even remotely familiar to the scholar. He listened quietly, unsure of what was happening; had more monsters approached, or had saviors come, seeing their SOS? Schultz wasn't sure, but he picked up his Fullbring again, willing his shaking vision to steady, and prepared himself; he only had a little spiritual energy left in his reserves, but he would use as much as he had to in order to protect the survivors remaining in the room behind him. Taking a moment to extend his senses outwards, Schultz made use of one of his weak ability to sense energy to see what he could pick up from those on the other side.

However, before he could get a good fix, another explosion rang out, this time at Schultz's wall of diamond. It shattered, fragments scattering across the area, and the scholar found himself thrown to the ground. His ears rang, and his head spun, but before he could say or do anything, something was jabbed into his shoulder. Numbness spread, and as it did, motion ceased; Schultz could not move his arm, and then as it spread across his chest, the muscles seized up. Poison? Was he just paralyzed, or would his actual body cease to function, causing him to die from a stopped heart or lungs? Fear filled his mind, clouding his thoughts, and even as the new arrivals attempted to explain that the effects were harmless, the scholar's hyperventilating from stress caused his vision to slowly go black as he began to pass out.
